I was purchase htc desire on 21.11.15 after some day means with in 15 days it started hang, downloading app automatically . i was submitted mobile to tvs service centre malad dt 17.12.15 till day my mobile is not repair. HTC mobile is not good. and service also not good. so no one purchase HTC mobile. ye ghatiya company kaa ghatiya mobile hai. so i dont purchase htc. 15 din se mera number band hai .

Hello, HTC has a worst service center in Hyderabad. I purchased a HTC desire 826 in may 2015. Recently faced charging issues. It is taking whole day to completely charge. So gave it in service center on[protected] and no repsone from them till now. Even the contact number doesnt work. HTC, you disappointed us a lot.

I bought an HTC 820G plus one month back. The dialer log and contact list has not been responding properly even on reinstalling the software done by HTC's service center. On trying to contact customer care an executive named Bipin from Bombay; instead of listening to my problem tried to cross me on every sentence. Such a lack of etiquette I have never come across in any company's executive. Seems like HTC India hires any english speaking fool to be a customer care executive.

1. Received the call from customer care for redressal of irresponsible behavior of the executive. 2. At the service center I was told that there was some software issue which has been resolved, also phone servicing been done. Hope that the same problem does not occur again.

Its already 30 days since I gave my mobile for servicing at the one and only HTC service centre of Bangalore, handled by TVS Electronics. They mention telephone numbers which nobody responds to. There are police constables sitting at the service centre and too many complaints on this centre.

I own a HTC One M9 plus. I contacted the HTC service centre which is in District Center in West Delhi on 21st Nov 2015. They told me that my phone will be returned in 3 to 4 days. Today is 31st Dec 2015. Its been 40 days and I have been calling them everyday and everytime I get the same response as you will get in 2 days. That 2 days never came. This is mental torture happening with me. They dont do anything. Please do something for me.

I brought a new HTC Desire phone on 1st December 2015 and it has battery backup problem. I have submitted the phone in Service center on 15th December. They have given date 19th Dec to collect the phone. I went to service center on 19th Dec they said phone is not yet repaired and it takes 5 days more. I asked how many days still it will take to repair they are not providing any status of it. I would like to get my phone to be repaired soon and give it back to me.

Hi, Customer Care Executives don't have proper information about the product. Very bad service at Service center Ameerpet. My handset is just 2 months old and it just slipped down and screen was full of cracks, i have one year warranty but when contacted physical damage would not be covered. My question is that for changing display u are charging 8k don't you think it is too high which you guys are charging. Need some solution on the same.

Purchased in Sept.2014. Starrted giving trouble from Day 1 like : A. Storage Auto Full. Submitted more than 10 times. Last submitted at Service Centre vide Ticket No.15 INA[protected] dt.[protected] & still waiting to get handset back. As handset seems unrepairable I have sent manny mails for Replacement, but Co.is not Sincere & serious about resolution. B. Various problems like on receiving calls, get transferred to Airplane mode, C. Low volume . D. Heating. My Openion: * Pathetic service & poor quality. * Do not buy HTC handset for peace of mind.

Hopeless service by HTC.
Befooling customers by not resolving problems.
Non transperant company. Even inspite of requesting by mail, for providing mail adress or phone numbers of their Vice President, Chairman or even Service Manager, they donot asnwer.

Should avoid HTC products for your own peace of mind.

They told me that my phone's lower board is damaged and requires a replacement. Approximate time for the device to be repaired was 10-15 days. I submitted my phone on 28th nov 2015 and till date i haven't received my phone, now it's 1 month.

I contacted HTC service centre at ansal plaza many time, the receptionist repeats " We have ordered your phone's lower board and it will take 10 more days " whenever i call the service centre. I tried to talk to the manager of the service centre, and everytime the manager is not there or is busy in a meeting. Its been a month now and it will still count i guess, please don't visit this HTC service centre in ansal plaza, this is the worst experience of mine with a service centre. I bought HTC M8 for 48k and when i submitted my phone and asked for a secondary phone till my device is repaired they replied "we don't have any device to compensate " This is very absurd but I was ok.

I contacted this service centre after 18 days approximately and asked for the status. They replied that " sir we had e-mailed for the order of damaged part(lower board) today", they mailed for the damaged part after so many days. I am pissed off with such a response of the service centre. Don't buy HTC phone after service sucks, its worst, I m regretting.

This morning i contacted again and still the same problem persists, damaged part is still in order. After 1 month they are not telling me when will i receive my device repaired. "" we are arranging the part from the near by service centre now""this reply and this effort could had been done earlier not after 1 months after the costumer is pissed of..i need HTC to compensate me anyhow..

मैंने `hTc one E9+ dual sim' मॉडल का एक हैण्डसेट 15-7-15 को Flipkart के ज़रिये मँगाया था, जिसका IMEI - [protected] और S/N- LC55RYH05934 था । उसके बैटरी बैक-अप से बेहद असन्तुष्ट था । आखिरकार मैंने date 5-11-15 को राँची (झारखण्ड) के ‘एच.टी.सी. सर्विस-सेण्टर’ (टीवीएस एलेक्ट्रोनिक लि., काली टावर, लालपुर चौक, रांची) पर उसे बैटरी-रिप्लेसमेण्ट के लिए दिया । उसने एक महीना रखने के बाद मुझ्रे यह कह कर लौटाया कि उसकी बैटरी बदल कर दी गयी । उसका SO No. RINQQS[protected] था । पर, उसके बाद भी कोई सुधार नहीं हुआ । आपके साइट पर दिये गये विज्ञापन के अनुसार उस सेट की बैटरी 2800 mAh की Li-polymer battery जिसका Talk time: Up to 21.55 hours for 2G/ 14.33 hours for 3G तथा Standby time:Up to 590.43 hours for 2G/ 617.27 hours for 3G है । पर, मेरे सेट की बैटरी का बैक-अप ऊपर लिखे गये का आधा भी नहीं है । चार्ज करने के दो मिनट के अन्दर 2-3% रखे-रखे ही बैटरी कम जाती है । मैं बहुत परेशान हो गया हूँ । मैं अपना हैण्डसेट रिप्लेस करना चाहता हूँ । यह बताएँ कि उसके लिए क्या करना होगा ?

Iam having HTC 816g dual sim. When I get into camera. I get a pop up window saying "CAN'T CONNECT TO CAMERA". I can't understand whether it is a software or hardware problem. I didn't put my phone down or hit it. It just happened when iam normally using it. So I should get a proper reason for this and this problem should be solved and given for me. Thanking u.
