Respected sir, I want to file a complaint against HTC company as I had purchased my HTC desire 620g in July end and after 2months only the phone had problem I.e. problem is as when I call someone n cut the call then call doesn't end but it continues .Until I switch off my phone my phone doesn't end the call .secondly, it hangs too much and also I want to convey u that only 3-4apps are downloaded then also it hangs too much .third problem is that sometimes when I open my contacts it displays loading and doesn't open.I had given 3times in HTC centre in hissar but same problem persists and now before 15days also it had been submitted to HTC hisar and they send the device to banglore and now 2days ago I collected my phone bt the problem is same .I m seriously disappointed from HTC care .I m not an idle person that I repeatedly visit HTC I m really frustrated from HTC by visiting again and again and then also problem is not solved.Plz help me out to solve this problem and if possible I want new phone.I m attaching some screenshots of this problem u can see in this that I dialled a call then I cut it but then also call doesn't end u can see the time in call and it doesn't contain any cut option Ki I can cut my phone also if call comes I m unable to talk to the person.so plz help me to solve this problem.

Today very bed expiryance from your service center Syamal cross rd, Ahmedabad... Yr Cust. support lady Miss Rani maratha was very pethetic answer. she could not any help for my mobile softwer issus... Can u belive it...

My mobile just prob. is text keypaid deleted and body color was remove... she says yr mobile repair minmum 2o days. Can u belive, its hTC service..

    I regret to inform you that your shimla service center has immensely poor services .the staff misbehaves with the customers .plus their needs are also kept at pay .inspire of numerous visits my HTC 816g handset chargers east.t replaced . this type of services are going to bring a bad name to the company don't want to deal with it in future and go for better options thanks sanjeev chauhan shimla phone [protected]

      Hello There, This is the compliant about HTc service centre (221 saffron Complex fatehgunj Baroda). I am using HTC 816G dual SIm I purchased it in January 2015. handset was hanging so i contacted the Service centre regarding Software issues, Service guy didn't told me that need to remove the sim Card from Handset but he himself removed it from sarp knife and sim slot (hardware)got damaged while i give mobile back to them to check what they have done with my handset same time they again inserted the knife in slot again and inserted the sim. it is clearly visible sim slot is damaged. than I contacted manager she said now your handset is in working condition so no need to do anything. but next day I given my handset to service centre again. on 17th December I called the customer care number on[protected]. They said they will look in the matter but no reply from themselves as well. Need your help on the issues. No one is listing me as a customer. I have wasted my 20, 000/- HTC customer care person given me the complain number (Compliant Number - 15IND[protected]. But No use. Please some one help me. Regards, Yogesh.       Further to the above compliant on 28th December 2015 I got call from service centre saying that your handset is dead and to repair the handset you have to pay the quotation of Rupees 11, 000 to 12000. Every time I call to HTC I got different information from Representatives.
      This is annoying and frustrating for me. Because of this things I have already suffered a lot. Need further information.

        Sir/Madam With due respect it is for your kind information that I Pawan Kumar had been handover my HTC Desire -C device at Sector 47C Chandigarh at SCO No. 104 First Floor bearing my handset IMEI NO. [protected] with my contact no. [protected] and in this regard I had already made my complaint in this form earlier but till date I have not got any positive response from your side. I had been contacted by mobile no this [protected] and he had told me his name Srivastava. He said to me that 70 to 80% refunded to me and he will inform to me with in 15 minutes but even elapse of more than 15 days he also not give to me any reply. More over I had made SMS to him on dated[protected] after that he had not reply to me regarding whats going with my device. thereafter I making a call in this regard l to HTC center and they told me that my device will be repaired on dated 22/12/2015 and same will be handover to me on this date. when I enquaired in this regard today with call centre no [protected] three times they disconnected my call after my try again and again they told me that it will be repaired on dated 29/12/2015. I am very much surprised that so many times they told me it is old dated device i agree with it but it does not mean that it will not be repaired by you. I humble request with your company why you making such device that can not be repaired or old dated. more over your company name is also so old in this way will change the name of your company. I once again requested kindly do the needful in this regard otherwise I have no option to make your complaint on Department of public grievances cell which located at Delhi. thanks with regards, Pawan Kumar # 47-A.           I had purchased a HTC Desire 826 costing 26000/- in the month of April this year. Within 2 months, the touch panel function and speaker of the cell stopped working. I visited the customer centre and after 15 days of good fight with those people I somehow managed to get a replacement of my phone. Again within 6 months, the replaced cell was not getting charged (Even after charging for hours). I went to the centre and was informed that there is some problem in the lower board or mother board and the cell needs to be repaired. Moreover, in 4 months’ time the warranty of the cell will lapse and the phone might demand huge expenses for repair again which i don’t wish to incur for such a low and bad quality product. I have demanded a refund for the phone or at least a replacement of my cell with an extended warranty, since this was the 2nd time I faced another major issue with my phone within 8 months only. The reply even after escalating the matter from escalation team of HTC was and I quote – “ The phone will only be repaired and there will be no refund or replacement and no warranty will be extended for 1 year. It is your problem that you have purchased this cell.” After spending a good amount on their products, this is the kind of response and service you receive from their end. So beware and buy HTC products at your own risk...

                Hello, I have purchased new HTC desire 626G+ from Reliance digital at 13 Dec 2015. I have been facing serious battery drain, phone hanging, heating problem. I called customer care and they guided me over various tests which I had done. They suggested me that I should go to service centre I reached TVS electronics at 4:20 pm on 19dec 2015 . I was mistreated and they all where behaving like as if they are in a park. I requested to replace my handset as it was still under replaceable warranty so they said that "are jaaiye Monday aaiyega" in a real bad way . I was insulted but I requested that please find an alternative because I will not find leave and then I have to attend an important meeting so I won't be able to come. They Said that they had stuck a notice in office can't I see. I asked for manager who was not in the office. Mr.Ajit Dixit is the manager and abhay mauraya the second person in hierarchy for such issues. I had to spend not just 400 rupees but also my time I need ur help and support I am feeling cheated by company and its really bad behavior I need compensation to it .I will not take this

                  As per our telephonic conversation i attached the snaps of device, don't have any scratches, crack, bend or any kind of physical damage. this is the second time in warranty period, once you replaced the device, now from the last one week its not working properly. Intermittently power off, no display, malfunction, no display. finally i take the device to HTC service centre, TVS Electronics Limited. but the engineer declined repair as under warranty. I understand that your product have manufacturing defects. So please refund the amount which i paid to you rupees 22380.95/- and my loses immedietly. because i lost my valuble datas and contacts with the device.

                    My problem is i give the phone three times to the bikaner service center : AV care but today's my phone is as same condition many times I say plz solve the problem but they are not responding the problem is display is stop anywhere and power button is also disturb me no work like fix with fevicoli purchase in Rs19000 .                       Hi, I bought this set htc desire616 on oct 2014. I was facing overheating and hanging issue that was minor in starting, but mic was not working properly. from starting itself from oct 2014, but i thougt its due to network issue, new handset will not give issue. I informed to HTC customer support about this faulty device. they suggest me to do factory reset, but it doesnot work. some how i was using. finally i have decided to visit service centre, and visited on july 2015, finally i handed over my to TVS electonics bangalore after so many discussion. and they made me wait till 31 August 2015.when i was pis toff with running behind tvs electronics bangalore, they were stating there is hardware issue so its taking time and sent it to central location of HTC for repair, i took it on august 31, 2015. but issue still i was facing with device like hanging and overheating they only repair my device mike and audio jack. I was thinking to visit service centre but they have given statement some what device will hang. finally my device dead on nov2015, unable to open. I visited marathalli service center, they were not accepted the device they suggest to visit the service center where i visited earlier as they told its hardware issue, they told there is no repair done on this device. I went 17 dec2015 to TVS electronices bangalore, i explained the issue and i asked to show the details what they done in last servicing, in there i seen they done software flash only which is not related to hardware, they told me its hardware issue...and they took one month stating they sent device for hardware issue so taking this month time. now i get to know they havn't done any thing. The detail of my mobile phone is mentioned below for your ready reference. Mobile Company HTC Model No. Desire 826 IMEI No. [protected] Retailer Name Jay Jalaram Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (Kore), Sector-21, Gandhinagar I’m facing the problem in Camera working in my mobile since last 3-4 Months. I’m giving below brief detail about the problem faced by me. Brief Details about Problem As I mentioned, I have purchased my mobile in April-15 and started using the same. 3-4 Months back the camera working of my phone was suddenly stopped. Then, I did factory set up and it was started working again. But again in Nov.-15, the camera working was stopped suddenly. I did factory set up 3 times in a hope that it will start working again, but the camera was not started working. Then, I visited HTC service centre (which is in Satellite, Ahmedabad) after taking leave from my job (because working time of service centre is 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. from Monday to Saturday). There I had submitted my phone on 18th Nov.-2015 (Ref. No. of Service Report – QHS[protected]). My experience at service centre was amongst the worst experience because of their staff behaviour. Very next morning around 10:30 a.m., I was informed that my phone was repaired and asked me to collect the same. At the time of collecting the phone, I have enquired about the problem and their representative had informed that they did some software update and something with camera flash and assured me that this problem will not be repeated. Thereafter, within 20 days time, my camera was stopped again. This time before going to service centre, I had talked to HTC customer care (about 10-13 days back) and discussed about the problem. I had asked them to provide me permanent solution by replacing my phone and their representative (Ms. Edna) had assured me to provide permanent solution by replacing hardware part (i.e. Camera). During discussion with HTC representative, I had informed my whole experience of earlier visit in Nov.-15 and they have also informed that, if camera was not working even after factory set up then there is hardware problem. Immediately, I asked that while submitting the device first time in Nov.-15, I had informed that it was not working even after doing factory set up for 3 times, then they should check the hardware at that time to avoid harassment of me. At last, they assured me to provide permanent solution by replacing the hardware part and asked me to submit the device and inform Ms. Edna about submission of the same. Based on this conversation, I had submitted the device on 14th Dec.-15 at HTC service centre in Satellite, Ahmedabad (Ref. No. of Service Report – QHS[protected]) and also informed to replace the camera as discussed with HTC’s customer care representative. At the service centre, they told me that it will take 10-12 days time to replace the camera and I said, it is fine with me. Thereafter, I tried to talk with Ms. Edna of HTC to inform her about submission of my device, but I couldn’t able to talk with her for 3 days as HTC customer care officials were not transferring the call or not providing the correct message for call back on my mobile number. Suddenly, after 2 days, I get message from HTC that my mobile is ready and asked me to collect. I was surprised and was sure that camera was not replaced. The same was confirmed when I talked to Ms. Edna (after a lot of efforts and lot of calls in customer care). Again, they have replied that software is updated and something is done with camera flash, which they had done during submission of device in first time. Please note that, this time also, I have to take leave and go to service centre for submission of device. Over telephone, they were assuring that problem has been resolved and it will not happen again. I also did online chat with HTC’s representative and he was also giving confirmation that problem will not occur again. Since, I suffered a lot (Mentally, physically and financially), I’m not confident about their confirmation based on my past experience. So, I insisted them to replace my camera or give me written guarantee that this problem will not be repeated and if problem occurs then HTC representative will collect phone from my place at my time and deliver the same to my place. But HTC’s representatives are not ready to give written confirmation and even they are not transferring the call to their seniors. So, I have written them mail that I will not collect my phone unless I will get desired solution and till that time, if anything happen to my phone then HTC is responsible. Please note that HTC has not confident on their representative then why should I believe them?? If HTC has confidence then they should give me guarantee in writing for which I’m asking. But they are not giving. So, this is the problem which I have narrated in detail. Against this problem, I would like to make complaint against HTC company and would like any of the following solution. • Replacement of Camera in my Mobile OR • Replacement of Mobile phone OR • Written confirmation from HTC that this problem will not occure in future and if occurred, then their representative will collect the phone from my place at my time and deliver the same to my place (This confirmation should be valid up to one year from Dec.-15, as problem is repeatedly occurred and lastly it occurred in Dec-15) In the mean time, I’m not collecting my device from the HTC service centre and if anything occur (including damage / scratches etc.), then the responsibilities lies with HTC and HTC should replace my phone.                             HTC desire 616 duel sim purchases on 19-02-15 the HTC service authorities was installed the soft ware in 3 times with fault without billing and one time complaint with authorised nest the year phone jack complaint on 30-11-15 and the complaint status was not intimated the call centre authorities as on 14-12-15 I approached the call centre from machilipatnam to Vijayawada near 80 km distance.the complaint was rectified the authorities and sim installed the hand set was auto restart this complaint was not in first time the mobile auto restart in 4 times. Hence it is requed to change the mobile with new one. Auther wse I approached in court. Hence it is once again sympathically and change the new one.

Sir, Sub : Poor customer care service at Chennai Service Centres. ***** I purchased your Mobile Phone Model HTC 820 on 18.12.2014 at Chennai. All went well, until March 2015 when the said phone developed the following problems which had caused much inconvenience and hardship for my communication with outsiders: i) Quick discharge of battery ii) Display problem iii) Abnormal heating iv) Frequent handing v) Camera resolution Due to above problems, I gave my defunct phone for servicing at M/s. TVS Electronics Ltd., Chennai-600 006. After delivering my phone, I requested for issue of Job sheet for which they refused. Upon servicing, they delivered my phone and again the same problem resurfaced after few days o[censored]sage. Like this, I gave my phone for three times for rectification of the problem and still they are not able to correct the defects in my phone. When I enquired about the frequent problem, the dealing person at the Service Centre replied that the said model is a failure one and that is the reasons for occurrence of problem. Finally, one Mr. Chanuvash, whom I contacted him at HTC Customer Care do not respond to the customer’s queries, when other people are not so like him. This sort of people will bring bad reputation. Hence, appropriate action may be initiated for his unwarranted behaviour thrust on me. Moreover, report for the work said to have been done has not been issued even after requesting for them. It seems that the service centre is deliberately prolonging the case so as to approach the closure of one year warranty period closes on 18th Dec.'15. Concluding, it is submitted that I want to know as to what action your people have taken in during the past three times. If I do not receive any positive reply from your end, I have not other options, but refund of entire amount of Cell phone immediately, else I will be forced to take further action in this regard. As you are aware, there is only one Service Centre in Chennai which is frequented by more than 1000 customers per day. Moreover, I have to travel around 120 KMs to and fro by spending Rs.400/- towards transportation for each visit to the Service Centre, that too for several days for which I am incurring a substantial loss, by way of availing leave to office. Kindly refund the cost of mobile phone set I purchased for the reasons adduced above. Kindly reply immediately. Thanking you,

                                I have bought a HTC desire 626 G+ dual sim mobile from CROMA on September 2015. After few weeks I have seen the defective nature of the switch Off Button & Volume Button. On reaching the HTC servicing Center they fixed the issue in a week & it was told if it repeat they will replace the mobile with newer one. Now I have the same issue & service center at thane confirmed the same once I been there. The mobile has no Physical damage & working fine condition. It goes to SAFE mode because the volume button not function properly. After escalation HTC offered me a refurbished mobile(not sealed Pack & used) from the servicing Center. I feel this is a cheating & unethical business they are doing. selling a Defective mobile & harassing consumer to run behind the Service center & then offering a replacement mobile which is used & repaired.

                                  I have given my mobile to HTC official service centre on OCT 31th 2015 to debug a battery socket problem. They have promised me to repair it in 15 days. Now its already been passed 47 days and no update on mobile. The only status i am getting is under repair. Inspire of call multiple time to customer support and following up, i don't see any progress. Request no: Q5S[protected] IMEI: [protected] I have now buys a new phone, if still not getting any status. I was high disgusted with the HTC Service.

                                    14 months back I had brought HTC Desire 600C from Singapore. Now I'm currently located in Chennai, India. Its been a disgusting time in talking to HTC service centers in Chennai and India to resolve my concern. I have almost lost 2 weeks in coordinating between Chennai service center and customer care. They have been stating I should go back to Singapore to have my concern resolved and none of them are able to fix my issue. Whenever I click on messages and camera, I'm facing an error message i.e. 'Stopped Unexpectedly', The HTC India are stating that they can't do anything on this, this is the way they are responding to the customers. Then why are they selling phones which can't be fixed by themselves?. My uncle had bought HTC phone in India, from his phone call never gets connected and the battery lasts only for 4 hours. Even my other colleagues are facing the battery issues as lasts only for half a day. I would request you to stop buying any kind of HTC phones as they don't provide any service and value to the customer. This kind of attitude signifies that we should never trust and depend on HTC

                                      Dear SIR, This is to inform you that I AMRENDRA SINGH working in High Court as Assistant Review Officer had purchased HTC ONE E-8 MOBILE in last year DEC'2014 we had submitted this set to your service centre Mahanagr Lucknow three times within one year.Firstly we had given in service centre in month of May'15 as they said there is problem in its mother board they said it will take one week time in repairing but they returned us after one month and even after servicing, problem is as it is again we had given it again in service centre around 19 oct'15 then they return us on 5-6 nov'15 but another problem arise as its mic is not working again we had returned it to your service centre on 12 nov'15 they said we will give you after one week but more then one month passed but I have not recieved my mobile set till date and when I made a call to customer care they said we had not done any work on your mobile set till date and from that day even they are not recieving my call or if they rcvd they do our call hold. The ques is up to what time i have to wait for my phone. Why should i suffer for that ??                                       Dear Sir,

                                      This is to inform you that by making complaint to you HTC has started process to solve our issue and they agreed to return our amount by making payment through card to card but there is one problem occur that they deducted amount from my Account & then they called us that now we will make uyour payment through NEFT & it will take some time to transfer but it will be transfer by today morning 10.00 AM but we didnt recieved and again they message us that sorry for inconvienience your total amount approx 65000/- will be transfer before 7.00 Pm .You are requested to please check the issue and do the needful .As Iwant my whole amount today itself at any cost.

                                        Hi, I am using Htc desire 816 phone, This phone does"nt have a life saving feature of "In case of emergency number" that means we cant set an emergency number in this phone.If we met with an accident and the screen is locked, How will the people around us know who are you?. In Htc desire 816 the ICE contacts includes 100 and 101 only
