I bought the HTC desire 816G phone in april 2015, within 2 months I got a problem in phone while charging it. "Abnormal display". Then the issue was resolved. Again i gave the fone to repair for a display damage in September. the fone was working fine then. Now some days my fone is getting completely switched off. and when I on it. Its giving a blinking white screen. The fone is completely dead now and not getting on. I want to replace this product due to manufacturing defect. Because no mobile can casue this much problems. This Service center people somehow will try to manage for repair till warranty. after that they will not care to service. I m fed up of reparing this often. I want to replace the product.

I had given my HTC phone for change of screen on 17 Nov 2015 to their service center at Adrews Ganj New Delhi vide Q7S[protected], they gave me estimate and said would be changed in next few days and would call. When contacted them after a month on 12 Dec 2015, they still were awaiting for the screen from the factory. The company makes such expensive phones but do not have spares and after sales service is so bad that no one comes to discuss the problem with resolution. The manufacture should not be allowed to sell product if they cannot repair it, these must be importing phones and assemble them to be sold with branding of HTC.Also on their website their is no icon for complaints. This should be investigated .

I was unable to charge my HTC816 on charging adapter, but it would charge perfectly fine on laptop and power bank. To get the same checked i sent my phone to HTC service centre via their authorized collection centre-The Net Surfer, here in Srinagar on 28/10/2015, as there is no service centre of HTC here in Kashmir(Ticket No. for same is -15IND[protected], generated by the collection centre). The service centre upon checking the phone, gave an estimate of 8000 rupees. I wasn’t satisfied with the estimate therefore i asked back for my phone. When i received the phone on 15/11/2015, both the sim slots were not working and had some battery issues, which weren’t there earlier. The collection centre again sent the phone to the service centre to get the same fixed on 16/11 /2015. For which I also raised a complaint with HTC customer care, Ticket No. for same is-15IND[protected] Again I received the phone on 11/12/2015 after 27 days after it was resent, it was again in the same condition and both the sim slots were not working and battery problem wasn’t fixed. It has been 47 days now since I submitted my phone with the collection centre and therein with HTC service centre and my problem hasn’t been solved and its estimated it will take around 20 more days. I am totally fed up of the service and I want strong action to be taken against all the personnel responsible for the cause of my problem and inconvenience and the hardships I have faced because of HTC. On Last February 2015 I bought my new HTC Desire 820...From the very first day o[censored]sing itself it started showing defects.after two months its charger got damaged later headset also. What all new accessories are connected to the phone, it gets damaged soon. Finally the phone as a whole is not working now.It was switched off automatically and switching on automatically. when I try to power on the phone some sound is been heard.Later i tried to charge the phone, but it is not getting charged. The charging light is blinking. Apart from this the phone is getting heated many times. I bought this phone from Amazon.

I visited collection center on 3 Dec'15 and showed my phone representative. He said its a physical damage without any investigation. I immediately called HTC toll free number and registered complaint that my phone display is not working properly apart from that everything is working fine(HTC can check their record to verify). I agreed to submit the phone but to just check HTC technician authenticity I also entered my mic and speaker is also not working(but actually it was working fine and I called your toll free number from the same phone and spoke with your representative hassle-free). When I received the quotation the mic and speaker replacement was also mentioned but actually it was working fine. So my complain is listed below: 1) HTC technician is not investigating the phone and replacing whatever the problem was mentioned and we the customer face the burden. Actually they were suppose to come back with the solution that your mic and speaker is working fine only display need to replace

This is my case regarding my phone which I had submitted at HTC Service Center, Bangalore on 6/11/15. I was informed that the phone will be repaired within 15 days and when I called up there helpline number to check the update on 16/11/15 I was informed that I phone is ready to be collected. But when I went to collect my phone they said it's not yet repaired. Again I got a confirmation message on 23/11/15 that my phone is ready for pick-up. Again I went to collect my phone and to my surprise I got to hear that my handset has still not come back from service. I mean what a disgusting customer service it is. And the biggest irony here is the "so called" service center people sitting here at Bangalore center never pick up the call.Seems like they are dumb & deaf to hear the phone calls or respond to it. It's been more than a month now and I have not got any proper update on my phone. Should I forget my phone and consider it as a lost property that to due to carelessness by HTC. This way you are losing your reputation in market. Attaching here a copy of the msg received from HTC service center, Bangalore. The worst customer service ever faced in my life. P.S I have been calling your so called Htc Care Center bangalore every now and thn daily and also to your HTC helpline number.

Hi HTC, I have purchased HTC 626g plus mobile on 22-May-2015.It switched off abruptly and not detecting sims after switch on. Handover in Hyderabad Ameerpet branch on 16-Nov-2015, but did not get any update from them (given land line number was not working).I am totally disappointed with your service and customer response.

Sir meine phone diya service centre 4times, but thik hoke ni aaya ab badi zada problem hori hai. Agar thik ni kr paa re then replace it I request u. because bar bar service centre jaa ni sakta. and my in warranty. pls and I M very dissatisfied with ur service.

I would like to inform you that I had submit my HTC hand set at TVS Electronics ltd. SCO No. 104, first floor, Sector 47-c Chandigarh - 160047 on dated 12/11/2015 for repair, but till date it has not been repaired by above center as with remarks that this device has been so old and spare parts of this device is not available with us. It is very strange when I have listen this remarks. If device can not be repairable why you making such device who can not be repaired. It mean your all device who have been old till now that can not repaired. Whereas when I had submit my this device at your Center they said to me that charges for repair this device will have Rs. 2500/- and I said to them its ok and I am ready to pay the charges. After that it can not be repaired till date.

Sir i have deposited my htc one m8 phone to vadodara service center on 06/11/2015 under warranty. They have given me expected date of return is on 28/11/2015. But yet i have not received my phone. I have many time contacted to service center and to htc call center they are saying that parts is not available with us as and when they received parts they will repair and infrom fo collecting my phone . The ques is up to what time i have to wait for my phone. And they should keep parts in stock.. Why should i suffer for that ??

I have bought a new smartphone "HTC Desire816G dual sim in the month of june, 2015.Now, the problem is, the set gets hanged often and i'm unable to use it, especially while using internet.Several incoming calls could not be attended.To overcome this defect i have uninstalled a lot of applications in it.Still i'm facing the same problem.Within six months from the date of purchase, the set has lost its quality.Kindly clear the problem and i hope you will help us .

I have a failed mic issue ...my secondary mic works fine .but my primary Mic failed ..I can't make phone calls or whatsapp calls etc..I have seen the same issue with many users of the same model.please do something soon it's been over 4 months..I bought this phone from Bahrain and I checked with customer care and they said my phone is made for HK ..however same complaints have been reported from India as well.

I bought mobile phone htc desire 500 dual sim IMEI:- [protected] Ans s/n HT39LWE01289 on 10 January 2013. when my mob not working on 22/11/2015 and i reach the service centre they told me that we don't have part of your phone so are not able to repair your phone.

I've given my htc_one_e8 mobile for vibrator replacement in htc service centre, ameerpet, hyderabad, india on 02nd november 2015.
Im keep on co-coordinating with htc customer care for my mobile delivery date.
Every time they were telling me that they are waiting for parts.. How many days they will wait for parts.. It is just a vibrator.
They said their service time is 10 to 12 days.
When there is no parts in hand, they have to replace the mobile or they have to return the money.
Note: this is given under warranty.

I bought a mobile phone, a premium brand after comparing it with other phones even the i phone. Within a years time, there was trouble with the touch panel. Even after taking so much of a pain in repairing it, I am facing the same problem in four months. As per the discussion in the customer care about replacement of the faulty handset, there are unable to help me out and escalate my problem . My complaint id's are 15IND49002534 and [protected] As per the Right to Information and being a rightful citizen of a country, i have a right to get assistance an d information regarding the product from the seller. I have purchased htc desire 620g on 20th of October 2015 but after 22nd of November 2015, i faced charging problem, so i visited the service center " service center format the handset and said that this is the handset problem and i'll not face it again but same day at the evening i faced it again, and checked it with another charger and found that problem is in charger so i again contact to service center to replace it then he told that u have to visit service center with your phone, we'll send it to company and you have to come again after 7 days to pick it again, the service center is so far from here approximately 60 km he is not accepting the charger and bill without the phone its so disgusting police, HTC have changed it

My mobile was under repair in mobile store they asuured me that mobile will come within 10 days. today its 11th day and the mobile store people tell me that ur job status isnt closing uptill now... very much disappointed with service not expected at all...

My htc 820g+ ph which he 2 months old is not wrkng prprly not a lot happy with htc ph. My ph gets hang so much nd m not able to use it prperly as it runs so slowly nd when i go to my contacnts or when i need to make a col it take so long to get open a msg showes loding for 1 mins nd even after tht it get hanged.
