My HTC desire 500 was given for replacement of panel on the 26th October 2015 at HTC's authorised service centre in Kochi, TVS Electronics, Kochi (Phone[protected]; [protected]). So far the they are unable to return the phone as they have not received the part (panel) from htc centre. The phone was purchased about a year ago for Rs.19000/-.

Respected sir, I bought new mobile htc desire 326g mobile on dt.17/11/15 for gift purpose to my father's birthday.i was happy to joine your company mobile but i was wrong sir. I bought your phone but another day i was shocked because your camera quilty was very bad.it's not your brand sir. I already use other mobile of htc. So i was to gift for my dad so i purchased htc mobile with blind. I knew htc is most popular brand in mobile. But sir i want to do somthing this phone pic qulity for your side. My phone was not working correct I bought htc desire 626 g plus .there r many problem in my phone.my phone was power off automatically and not show my contact .when i click on contact option, contact was load and it take 15- 20 mins and after that phone was show 0 contact list.when i make a call, the dialler screen was come after 30-40 sec and dialler was not responding, after 30-40 sec the call was dialled. When try to cut the calling call. The hang up screen was show and does'nt go, it consume 15 sec and more and when i call somebody, during the call the phone vibrater is on and after few second phone was restart automatically. When i go to htc service centre, service centre was located in jaipur, mall 21, c-scheme, near panch batti. i told to sevice executive about the my problem.he change my phone software but all in vain . This I namrata ill submitted my htc 820 on dated 4Nov in htc authorised service station they told within 10-12day the problem will resolved but still date Ill not yet received any conformation they are struggling for single part of my phone but same side local repairers having that part this is shameless thing if the authorised service centre not having that particular part then how it will the local repairers

I have purchased on 1/11/15, Went to service centre to submit for testing on 12/11/15, refused by them, now they reported display problem and giving repair, instead of replacement. Complain Num: 15ind[protected]. Please give me replacement instead of repairing, as I have already visited service centre withing 14 days but they refused to take.

I purchased Desire 826 7 months back.After 6 months my phone's display stopped working, So I Submitted it to HTC's authorized service center on 19th October 2015. The lady at service center told me that the phone will be repaired by 8th November 2015. They never called me or informed me about anything. On 12th November 2015 I called customer care and asked about the same issue.They apologized and told that the delay is from their side and my phone will be returned on 25th November 2015. Its 1 month and 5 days now.According to them my phone should be returned to me by tomorrow. I tracked my ticket No. and its showing Still In Repair. Htc one of the leading mobile company is taking more than a month just to change the display of my phone which is in the warranty period. this is really unacceptable!! There is no reason for me now to be polite with the company. Absolutely the worst service and an insult for all the consumers who use HTC phones!!!

Dear dealer i purchases your company brand handset before 2 month after purchasing this set creating problems as like over heating and self switched off i was going to service center regarding this probing they received my set and repaired.After repairing my handset not connecting wi fi. I was go again service center but this time no any body lessening my problem and not checked my phone .. So i request give me suggestion. Dear Sir, my sel[censored]jwal Chintawar I have Purchased HTC Desire 816G on 28/12/2014 from Mahindrakar Radio House, Yavatmal . From Last 2 month in this cell there is problem of sim card not lock in slot so that i went at Nagpur Service Center ( HTC Collection Center ) at Sadar. i submitted the above Handset for Repair under Warranty. they given me a mannual slip. after a month i have colletected the handset but again there is problem of Hanging so i notice that my IMEI no & Serial no Changed. i thing they chit me at your collection center. I have HTC Desire 616 dual sim phone and that stop working after an year. The OS of the phone get crashes even for Google, Facebook update. When I reported the same thing to there service center TVS, Grand mall, MG Road, Gurgaon, they have formatted my phone 3 times and every time it worked for 1-2 weeks. When I keep on visiting there center, they said you have to replace mother board. I never understand why a customer spend 6+ k for motherboard for old version phone. HTC 616 runs on KitKat, it has 4 GB ROM, 2 MP front camera. People can better phone in 12k. HTC sucks. They never release any OS update and there service center only knows to format OS and replace motherboard.

No one is responding the call in HTC service center, near jayanagar south end circle, Bangalore. i have been trying to contact them from last three days with all the possible nos. i can get, but no one is picking up call there. i gave my smartphone there for repairing purpose and i dont know when to pick up my phone. no one is calling from there side and if i am calling no one is responsive.

I have submitted my cell for repair the actual problem
1. It was taking too much time in charging.
2. Even at repair shop technical said it seems to be battery problem and other hang issue might be due to old firmware of software. He re-setted the phone and hang problem was resolved. Only for extra caution he wrote it in the description so that if can be cross checked by backend support team.

The support team has given a 11k INR estimate stating that battery is OK but phone motherboard and LCD unit have malfunctioned. This seems to be not logical as per my experience and no one is ready to listen in htc

Need help where can i escalate the same

There was a hanging problem arises in previous month after 2-3days my phone was totally hanged and dead. When contacted mobilesevicecentre for related issue than they analysisng the problem and told me that its takes10-15 days to repairing. But after 15 days when contacted them than they are telling me that water particles found in my device.Which absolutely wrong bcoz not even a single time i does any activity that water particles came into the contact with my device. They r telling that reparing cost of 11400 inr need to be complete repairing of my device.

I've been trying to use an HTC mobile phone which I brought from a certified mobile store, phone has already gone for repair for 2-3 times.my phone is continuously getting dead inspite of repairing 2-3 times for the same issue.so i want replacement of my mobile phone.

I have written a mail to HTC customer care world wide but haven't got any response from them, and whenever visited service center they have just updated & given my mobile but problem related to heating as well as battery dragging not resolve till date, I have visited 4 times in service center, I dont no what should i do my warranty is about to finished.

I bought HTC mobile 6 months back. It got display problem for which I gave to service center on 23rd Oct. It is now 20 + days and their authorised service center is not confirming about its repair neither they are picking up the calls.
I have asked the customer care to replace the phone as they do not have display replacement as per my product. On replacement also there is no confirmation.

HTC as a company and its authorised service centre both are hopeless in terms of customer service.

Dear team, this is regarding my htc mobile 516c desire which i had purchased last year in november from : connextion ( ramesh nagar ). Actually the problem is that i had submitted this device at authorised service center of htc - sk enterprises (inder lok ) on dt: 15 sep 2015 against lcd blank problem . In this regard service center person`s properly checked the device and submitted the same under warranty period & provide me the job sheet against the device . They also told me that the device may be repair / replaced within warranty, now after lot of days when there was no reply or revert from htc service center, i asked about my device then they are saying that there is a liquid damage in the device and you have to pay the repairing cost, in this regard i told them that when i had submitted the phone to you there was no liquid damage in the device and even you had not given me in written in job sheet, about any liquid damage in the device then why i should i pay repairing cost for this device . For this they told me that now we had returned the device to sk enterprises .You can check with them, and collect them in same condition . Now both sk enterises and htc customer care person `s making me fool and nobody is replying me properly, even after more than 2 months i dont know what is the condition of my device till now i called many times to sk enterprises -- as well htc customer care but no satisfactory answer is coming from both side, even i have also given the complaint to both of them in written by speed post, but they are not giving me any response against my compaint till now . I dont know why they are not looking my matter seriously or on priority, around more 2 months has been passed out but till now they have not given me any revert me in written even in any manner . Dear Team This is suryansh Saxena from fatehabad Road Agra, I brought DESIRE 526G PLUS GLOSSY BLACK, 16 GB HTC 526G PLUS MODEL From VV ENTERPRISES, 2f:167, 3rd floor, Street No-7, Mahavir Enclave-1, New delhi 110045 Via Online order FLIPCART with bill and everything. Unfortunately, your product has not performed well or the service was inadequate because After 10 Days started getting charging problems finally the phone stopped charging all together.The only way to get it to charge was to hold the connector at a certain slightly tilted angle so phone would charge. it wont charge with any charger obviously there was a connector. This has caused me avoidable inconvenience, acquaintance which has put me to financial loss, but management of HTC mobile company is totally indifferent and unconcerned to my harassment and mental torture. I therefore pray to the company, Please refund my money Rs. 9018.00 (Mobile Cost with servicve Tax)for inconvenience and harassment caused to me, I look forward to your reply and a resolution to my problem and will wait until before seeking help from a consumer protection agency or the Better Business Bureau. I have ordered HTC desire 626G plus from ebay.in on 15/05/2015 & its IMEI no. is - [protected] . So after some time my handset was not working properly so i visited to HTC service center but they said this device cannot be repaired in warranty because it has been purchased from ebay.in . Then i started complaining about this matter in HTC & started complaining about this matter on online consumer complaint websites. So finally i got a reply from HTC on 07/10/2015 that we sorry for the inconvience caused but now your device can be repaired in warranty onwards, Then i contacted them & asked what about my 5 months warranty that i didn't get, They said that we cannot provide you fresh warranty . So i asked for a refund but they denied . So i want my refund because it is enough . I had a worst experience with HTC & recommed people don't buy HTC smartphones because their service is worst & also i am uploading screenshot of email that i received from HTC & image of my orignal bill of my handset on 07/10/2015. I have submitted my HTC Desire 816G Dual Sim handset for repairing purpose to HTC service centre - at "Shreeji Communication, 221, Saffron Tower Fatehgunj Main Road, Vadodara, Gujarat - 390002" on 19th September, 2015. My SIM slot was not working properly so I was told to wait for 15 days to get it repaired. Now it has been almost 2 months and I have tried every way of communication at every level but I am not being provided satisfactory information. Once they told me that my ticket number has been lost and they are trying to find the same. I assume this means they have lost my handset and now are not properly answering. I am being deprived of my property since 60 days and that is a long time. I am attaching scanned copy of JOBSHEET to have an idea about the same.
