    My htc phone model no. htc one e9s dual sim having the damage display problem. I have to submit my device on 17 october 2015 in TVS Electronics Limited(service centre of htc) address:38A Bunglow Road Kamala Nagar Opp. Amitabh banquet new delhi 110007. they gave me 1 week time for return my device but they are not co-operate with me even after one week. The HTC Customer care is not co-operate towards this problems. they said that you would get your device on 7th november 2015 but they are creating creating hassel towards the same I have called them so much time but they are not helping towards my device. Kindly request you to take action on this matter and solve this problem immediately. I wish i will get my device as soon as possible.

      I have bought a htc 826 (IMEI-[protected]) on 30.08.2015 but after one month its camera damaged .I had given it to customer service on 20.10.2015 but they had not taken any responsible and always extended the delivery date, it is not a good mobile and I request all public not to buy this type of mobile from this type of company.

        LEGAL NOTICE BY RPAD CH.RAVI KUMAR, ADVOCATE. Date:[protected] To, The Managing Director, HTC India Pvt. Ltd. G-4, BPTP Park Avenue, Gurgaon Sector 30, Near NH-8, Gurgaon – 122002. Sub: faulty handset-deficiency of service-compensation claim of 2 lakhs- legal action-reg. Under the instructions from my client Mr. Sasanka Bhuvanagiri, S/o late B. Chandra Sekhar, Advocate, High court of judicature at Hyderabad for the state of Telangana and State of Andhra Pradesh, R/o H.No. 5-9-9/33/1, Nawabath Pahad, opp. Birla Planetorium, Saifabad, Hyderbad 500004, you are hereby addressed as follows. That your company is the manufacturer of the Htc Desire 826, dual-sim, model mobile phone, bearing Serial No. CC53WYG05112 and IMEI No’s [protected] and [protected] bought by my client. The product was bought from A.G Mobiles, Abids, Hyderabad for a consideration of Rs 23, 700/- on 29/4/2015, with a fond hope that the product will be of premium quality and there will be wonderful after sale service. There is a warranty of one year on the product as claimed by your company. The handset has manufacturing defects and developed problems from the first day of purchase itself. The phone took 5 hours to get full charge and would discharge rapidly at the rate of 2 % at a time. Apart from that it would get overheated like the radiator of a car and gave headache to my client even on normal usage for voice calls. Being a busy advocate, my client always stays outdoors and he suffered a lot due to fairly large amount of charge time. The battery was discharging rapidly even on normal usage. My client was surprised to know from one of his friends using the same model mobile phone that it would take less than two hours to attain full charge. That my client’s handset, developed multiple issues in the month of September, when he was out on an important work to Vijayawada. The top speaker of the phone stopped functioning and the receiver also functioned feebly. As a result of which he could not hear the ring of his phone and also the voice of the person speaking to him on phone properly. He had to ask thrice what the other person was saying even when he is indoors and when outdoors he couldn’t hear anything. He literally experienced hell from that day because there was complete stalling off his important work. He couldn’t listen to what his clients were saying and that affected his legal work a lot leading to pecuniary loss. The headset provided with the phone was also of inferior quality and stopped functioning within 3 months of purchase. That my client suffered a lot with the handset and he immediately took the defective phone to your HTC authorized service centre namely, TVS Electronics Ltd, LSY Estates, 1 St Floor, Lane Besides Chermas, Ameerpet Hyderabad, Pin Code-500018. For repair under warranty on 9th September, 2015. He explained to the personnel in detail all the problems in the handset like overheating, receiver problem, non functioning of top speaker, battery problem and the headset issue. The service center employee checked the mobile and said the issues raised were true and it would take one week for repair. My client was given a Ticket No. QAS[protected] by the service centre, acknowledging the receipt of the handset for repair. The service centre stated to my client that the headset could not be replaced by them because there was no stock, and if the stock arrives they would notify him. My client was not given any stand-by phone and he suffered a lot without one. He is a busy advocate practicing in the high court and he felt like a fish out of water without his phone. He somehow borrowed one cell phone from one of his colleague and started using it, during the time when his handset was out for repair. Since my client was not receiving any calls or messages about the status of repair from your company or the service centre and since more than 10 days have elapsed, my client called your company’s helpline number ‘[protected]’ to know the status of repair on 18th September. He was shocked to hear that his handset was ready on 15th of September itself and only software update was done by the service centre. But this fact was not informed by the service centre. Therefore he made a call to the service center on[protected] and asked the reason why they did not notify him, to which they apologized. As my client was a busy advocate and his court timings was till 4.15 and the service centre was far away, he visited the service center on[protected] to collect his device. When he received the device and checked it to see if the problems were rectified, he was literally perturbed to see that the handset which was given in mint condition bore scratches on the side panel of the device. The device also contained multiple images of the service center and unknown persons, which is a conclusive proof that the device which was given for repair, was used by the personnel there for their personal use. When my client’s phone was ready by 15th itself and it was not informed to him till 24th, that too only when he himself called them proves the fact that my client’s phone was mismanaged and misused. When asked about this, the service center people stayed mum. Moreover, none of the problems stated by my client with regard to the handset were rectified. The service centre personnel claimed that ‘Lower board” was changed by them and software was updated. But when my client called the HTC helpline number they said that only software was updated. There is inconsistency between the versions of your Company and your Authorized service centre which hints at fraud by the service centre. The handset remained faulty and there was no proper service from your company and the service centre. The handset took 5 minutes to charge by 1%, when my client tested it in the service centre. My client refused to receive the device in such a worn-out condition and asked explanation for the damage. The personnel in service center tried to convince my client, by misrepresenting that it is normal for the device to take 5 hrs for full charge and they tried their best to solve other problems. Despite that my client was defiant and insisted for proper repair of the device and change of the upper panel of the device which was damaged in the service centre. My client called your company’s service centre and stated that the problems were not rectified. The customer care executive spoke to the service center personnel and they generated another Ticket No.QAS[protected], which is for resubmission of the device. They assured that this time the motherboard will be changed and that would solve all the problems. My client’s issue was forwarded to the Escalation team and one Komal followed up the issue. Even this time no Stand-by mobile was given and my client suffered a lot mentally because his work got hampered and there was utter negligence and deficiency of service from your Company. My client couldn’t talk to his important clients because all his contacts were lost and messages were gone. Even the escalation team did not give proper information about the status for days and always were non serious in solving his issue. My client insisted for replacement of the device as it was spoiled due to the mishandling of the Authorized Service centre and they used it for their personal use. My client called your Helpline No. a dozen times for information as he did not have the Number of the escalation team and the phone No. of the service center was not working. But there were only apologies for inconvenience and no proper information or response from your side. My client was left in excruciating mental agony because of lack of information, deficiency of service, and inconvenience due to absence of his handset. Because of his unilateral efforts, my client came to a conclusion that Your Company didn’t even have the slightest responsibility towards your customer and has no interest in solving the problems of the customer. All that you are interested in only money making and when it comes to service you turn a blind eye and a deaf ear despite visible agony of the customer. That My client’s device was there in the service center from 9-9-2015 to[protected], i.e. for 36 days, and he called you over a dozen times to know about the status of the repair and also to appraise you of the fact that his handset was mishandled and misused by the Service centre and that you have the responsibility to provide quality service and replace his device due to your own fault. That my client received calls only 2 or 3 times from your escalation team and they didn’t give proper status about the repair. They didn’t even assure him that his device would be replaced. They always said that they are trying to contact the service center but due to technical issues they couldn’t this was the standard answer every time they called him and they never said, what really was the problem in providing speedy and quality service. Meanwhile his mental agony and suffering increased because his professional work got affected and there is pecuniary loss to him. You were not giving proper reply and there was colossal deficiency in service. He suffered a lot mentally having bought your device and seriously repents for taking that decision. He never thought that a very reputed multinational company like yours treats its customers in such a humiliating way. As a respectable advocate he felt sad that he wasted his hard earned money on your product. That finally there was no replacement of phone though there was deliberate misuse of his device, but you agreed to replace the side panel of the device. My client, who was already vexed up with your deficient services and reticent manner, agreed for that and went to collect his device on[protected]. The service center Manager and your escalation team assured him that all the issues with the mobile are solved as the mother board was changed. That my client who was to go on work to Vijayawada the same day collected the device from the service centre. He believed your words and felt happy that at last his agony was over, but later he found out that it was just paused, only to get intensified later. The faulty device along with your deficient service and callous approach towards customers left him nightmares. The problems of his device were not solved, and moreover additional problems arose after changing the motherboard. The repair was done is almost negligent manner. The phone started functioning poorly after repair. All the photos taken with the handset, using flash mode looked reddish, and the battery problems, heating problem, receiver problem remained same. The phone was hanging abnormally and is discharging rapidly after repair. The phone has literally become non usable for basic needs. Instead of repair it was spoiled further by your service centre and made my client’s life terrible. My client could not capture beautiful memories with his family on the eve of Dussera and Diwali because of worst service by your service centre and the defective handset. That my client brought his plight to your notice by calling your customer care on[protected] and explaining that the problems increased after repair. The customer care executive checked the status and placed a request for replacement since my client suffered a lot with faulty handset. But the hope of my client remained ephemeral when he called the customer care again after awaiting 4 days for call from your company. He was harshly told that his request for replacement was rejected by the higher authority and only repair was possible. When asked for reasons, you didn’t even care to answer. Then my client had an online chat with your Company’s support team and again his case was escalated to the Escalation team as usual, but again there was standard answer that only repair is possible. My client was deeply dissatisfied with such an obnoxious behavior by your company and callous approach towards the customer. He suffered 36 days without his handset and you could not properly repair it and spoiled it further. Instead of providing pleasant customer experience to my client you gave utterly deficient and unacceptable service to my client. Being a reputed Multinational Corporation, You refused to admit your incompetence in dealing with the issues of his handset and did not agree to replace it. My client was fed up with your worst service which is taking ages to complete and is in no mood to again submit his device for repair. Twice he has submitted his device for repair and not even a single problem is solved. Instead you increased the problems of his handset and are still only willing to repair the device. My client has lost faith in your company and also lost hope that his device would be repaired properly. Even the phone of the service centre is not working and there is no way to contact them, which left him clueless about the status of repair many times. You are only trying to buy time in the name of repair and subjecting him to mental agony and harassment. It is shameful that a reputed company like yours is resorting to such substandard approach in solving the problems of your consumers. If this kind of approach continues, your company products will pile up in shops, with no customers to buy them. Already my client was left without his handset for 36 days, because of your worst customer service and is still suffering with that handset. That you are even reluctant to compensate for such loss in the form of replacement, though he explained many times in detail about his suffering with that handset. Having spent his valuable money as a consumer in buying your product, it is his legitimate right to avail quality service as the amount for service was already charged by you at the time of sale. The service took months together to complete and was futile and being an advocate he has lot of tasks to do with his phone, which he could not do. He, being an advocate lost a lot of clients because of buying your faulty phone and experienced highest degree of agony as a consumer due to your deficient services. He had great monetory loss. He lost a lot of memories with his family also. Despite repeated requests for replacement, you have remained mute and insensate in solving the issues and accepting your deficiency. My client was met with such hostility from your side that he was deeply hurt at your behavior and response. His pain and suffering cannot be described in words. You are hereby called upon to replace the handset of my client and pay Rs/- 2, 00, 000/- as compensation to my client for loss of income, mental agony and harassment caused to my client because of you Company’s irresponsible approach to his problems and deficient services rendered to him, within 15 days of receipt of notice. You are also called upon to pay Rs 5, 000/- towards the cost of this legal notice. Otherwise my client will be constrained to approach appropriate legal forum and take legal action against you. [CH.           I have bought a HTC Desire 820s mobile phone on 29th march 2015. Their was a problem with the handset and i had given it for repair under warranty on 24th September' 2015. Till date i have not received my handset. Every time i call their service & customer centre, i get a reply that your phone is forwarded to the company and you have to talk to them on company customer care number to enquire about your mobile phone. And when i called their customer care number then their executive told me that it will take 7 more days to repair your phone and when i called them again after 7 days then they gave me the same reply that it will take 7 days to repair your mobile phone. i even lodged a complain to fasten the process to repair my mobile phone but still i haven't heard from them.

            Dear sir/mam On 21 march 2015, i purchased a new htc desire 820 dualsim phone. After a moth it was giving overheating problem..i visited to htc service center, they took my phone and update it with some new version. Than on july7, i visited to htc service center again in regard of same issue again. They gave back my dvice to me on 16 july and said now your device is OK as far as it was still givining same problem than i submitted my device for an another repairment on 14 august and after a month on 12 september i visited to service center and checked my device and i found that device still having overheating issue. Than on 14 september my device again sent for repair, this time they refused my request to change it. I visited to service center on 26 september and found that their engineers damaged my device body during their repairing process. Now i requested to change the device as far as its body was also damaged. They collect back my device from me on 26 september and give it back to me on 17 october in such condition as it was earlier. As i understand this time they even don't touch my device. Now finaly on 19 october i totaly demand to replace it. This time they got agree to replace it and now they are don't giving back my device. Their agents always try to skip my problem over the call. I don't have my device from last 3 months. I am totaly mentaly harrested with htc. My device IMEI No. And last job ticket No. are mentioned below respectively. [protected] 15INA[protected] Please take immediate action to solve my problem. Thankyou.

              Dear HTC On in sept month I bought HTC mobile ...Mobile was a gift from my mother but after 2 days mobile drop from my hand and it's screen got crack (don't know what kind of drop test ur rnd did?)...when I submit the mobile for servicing then they promised that within 12 days mobile will be in OK conditions But that 12 day is now converted into 60 days and no explanation from ur side on reasons of such delay Let me know why shouldn't I drag u to consumer court and y should I pay 12000 for this pathetic service Me imei no :[protected] When I came from degraded to Delhi then I was expecting to get the mobile but it seems you r not interested

                I brought HTC 620 g+ in bajaj electronics 3 months before its totally faulty device. I submitted on 11/5/2015 in service centre. after that i din't recieved any call or any email from service centre Im not used my device more than 3 month.Such a brand said we are not provide extra care on warranty which is use service centres more than customer. Such a poor and irritating brand ever i seen...

                  I brought HTC 620 g on-line in 13/8/2015 its totally faulty device. I submitted on 21 /8/2015 in service centre. after that on 11/9/2015 i got new device which mother board not supporting within a month and its again submitted in services centre on 22/8/2015 for more than 2 week...Im not used my device more than 1 month.Such a brand said we are not provide extra warranty which is use service centres more than customer. Such a poor and irritating brand ever i seen.

                    I bought HTC 820 recently and the phone screen suddenly turns blank.I can't see anything for minutes or hrs then once i use buttons for reboot suddenly the screen is back.I am not understanding how to resolve this issue. i have asked bangalore customer care, they said to replace entire motherboard and they are asking money for their service and replacement . so i have no other option to sell this mobile instead of spending lot of money on repair. Kindly help me

                      Sir,

                      1. I hereby state that HTC ONE X IMEI no. [protected] was given for repair on[protected] at vignesh services, sector-34, chandigarh(now sector 31-D).
                      2. The phone was in dead condition as it was not getting charged. The phone was accepted for repairs vide token no. 1334.
                      3. I was informed that the information regarding repairs will be conveyed to me by email.
                      4. I am working in army, so I could not get back to the service center in due course of 6 months. I was exepecting a reply on mail, which I did not receive.
                      The phone number always went no reply whenever called.
                      5. The service center did not update anything regarding the phone over such a long period.
                      6. Finally in aug 2015, i came back on leave and found that the HTC service center had been shifted to sector 31-d besides sector-34. the customer executive MANISH also had shifted who had accepted my phone for repairs.
                      7. at sector 34 i was told that phone is not there. It was totally surprising for me that whole staff had changed and they refused to entertain. on enquiry i came to know that extension counter in sector 31-d where i found htc customer executive.
                      8. he told me that he did not had that phone and he sent it to company.
                      despite regular visits he never updated me regarding the mobile.
                      9. my leave got over in this span of time and the whole effort was wasted as the htc customer executive MANISH never replied.
                      10. For that duration i had sent my freinds with token no. that was received from company before taking mobile for reapirs. Again, authorities cleared refused.
                      11. Finally after putting a lot of pressure the phone was found. To my horror te phone was totally canibalised with a damaged camera, no front camera glass cover, no battery, broken dummy. these all were visible defects apart from the damaged that had been caused inside to the phone.
                      12. he told me that he will repair the phone in three days and give it back. but again he installed old dummy and all second hand parts. the answer to this he told about that he could afford only this much apart from making a bill of 6000 rs to me.
                      13. I refused to take the phone, as there was no point of taking canibalised phone with no warranty and duplicate parts.
                      14. My entire effort of being a good customer and having patience, was taken for a ride by the htc service center.
                      15. Request your kind attention to this case. An early action is awaited.

                        For past 10 months I've been trying to use an HTC mobile phone which I brought from a certified mobile store, model is HTC 516 desire and its all rubbish, I understand that there could be some technical faults in the handset but the reason I am pissed off is the worst customer services. I registered a fault in the customer care centre of HTC in Noida sector 18 in September and since then they kept my phone for at least 4 weeks under a fault process to fix it. I explained the problem at the very first point of contact that my phone's battery is draining, motherboard is not working properly as well as there is a charging contact problem. till this date my phone has been sent to Bengaluru to the head office to get fixed and here I am with this which is still the same. its being 4 months that I am struggling with this thing what they call as phone and we have not yet reached to a conclusion not even an inch close. I now want either the replacement of this handset or my money to be refunded that I've spent on this phone.

                          This is to bring in your notice that my wife bought a phone from HTC 616 in RS 16500 and with in one year time that phone has gone for repair for 3-4 times which took total time 2-3 month. Each time phone was with service center for more than 20 to 24 days. i have made formal complain in HTC but they are not ready to give any solution and every time they are simply saying that we have again done the repairing and take the phone.                             Hi, I had purchased HTC 820q mobile on 10th Sept. 2015. On 28th Oct 2015 mobile display stopped working, display was black. I had given for servicing on 29th Oct. 2015 at TVS Electronics LTD, Jayanagar Bangalore. Reference number for Technical support is Q6S[protected]. I got the sms from the service center on 31st OCT that device is ready for delivery. But when I gone there, They said they didnt received the device, after two visit at service center. At third visit when They return my mobile, but when I looked at IMEI number that was not matching. After doing inquiry they said this is swap mobile, your mobile cant be repair. So Service center gave swap mobile..they said its new mobile. But after taking to home, I found mobile condition was old. camera was not working. image were blur...I have got cheated there...I found there were many customer had same kind of issue.. My request is return my original mobile. Otherwise I will take this case in consumer court. Anil Maurya [protected]

                            I have got call from the [protected], Person mentioned that, he is from the HTC company, They are ready to return the money...18627/- Rs. He said he is going to generate the voucher for this amount, and i can incash this amount from ICICI bank. Person suggest me to go in nearest ICICI ATM and give call from there.. and he will let me know the next process.

                            When I called him.. He asked me again what is amount they mentioned for returning.
                            Second question: What is the balance in account
                            Third question: insert the card and select the more option...and let them to know the what option are there..

                            I got the doubt there..and I was knowing they are fraud...I didnt gave any information..person got frustrated and started abusing suddenly.

                            I have raise FIR against this number.. Soon they person will get lesson.

                              Hi my self Gajendra kumar I am using HTC Desire 620G phone dual sim IMEI No. [protected] [protected] i am getting problem from the HTC services i got three times problem and i submitted my phone to the collection point of HTC near to my home that is SIRI INFOTECH in Rajahmundry and i m getting the same problem 1st i got the problem on 22nd Sep. and i submitted my phone to the service center regarding Charging and over heat of my phone and received my phone on 6th Oct after two days i got the same problem and again submitted my phone the service center and i got back from there on 26th of Oct. after two days using the phone i got again problem of screen blank and lining. and then again i went to the service center at Rajahmundry and submitted my phone on 2nd Nov.. there but they are telling HTC services in not taking responsibility of your phone so how can i help you. today it is 7th of Nov. so Now i am going to submitted my complain to the nationalconsumerhelpline.

                                As from the last month of oct 12 i have subbitmeet my cell and today is 6 of novmber 2015 yet i have not recived my cell as im fed up of htc company when ever i call they say me to call after 48hr or tom i did that also but it is of no use when i cal they say the same

                                  Hi, my name is vivin, i had given my phone for service on 10/09/2015 tvs electronics chennai. my issue with the phone was screen abnormality and screen, camera clearly very bad, they said they have to replace the led screen.they had given a commitment date on 25/09/2015. but still now i dont has a positive reply from service center. every day i have to call the customer care they say the case is with rhe ers team and they will call back within 24hrs. for three weeks i had been calling them. i am totally fed up, pls request if service is not possible request to issue a new phone. all my work is getting delayed. pls understand the customer my ticket no: 15INA[protected]. pls do the needful as soon as possible

                                    My Htc desire 700 dual sim developed defect during warranty period as mobile used to get discharged within 3-4 hours of fully charged in idle mode & also used to get repeated text messages along with abnormal warming of mobile.This mobile was purchased vide invoice number :[protected] dated12/11/2014 of SARF Trading Vepery, Chennai 600007 through E bay india. This mobile was presented to M/S TVS-E Servicetec Ltd Udhana 394210 0n28/10/2015. They retained the mobile & issued me service report having QMS[protected] & informed me to contact next day. That day I was informed that motherboard is defective & is not available to be imported so may take moths together for rectification of defect. Upon my insistence for the remedy they advised me to contact Customer care HTC. I contacted customer care where I have been provided with Ticket number 15NA[protected] but no specific date of rectification.I am without mobile for so many days so request you to help me for earlu resolution of my complaint.

                                      My phn is out of out of order .i gave it to tvs service center n 4 Th april-2015, no calls or message from them in 8 months, when i approach to service center they said the phn is not repairable the parts is not available in whole india.then i called their customer care, they suggest me to submit @ collection center in ahmedabad, and phn will be repaired in warranty only, but after giving they gave me Estimate of INR.7000/- Approx and since last 1 month i m regularly conatcted to customer care, but they are providing wrong wrong information & giving time to call after 48 Hrs, yet solution has not been made.

                                      The Worst Service I have Ever Seen!
                                      i have wriiten Mail to Feedback forum as well since no Answer from their side.

                                      Pathetic service Staff, they have no sense of answering, they are providing totally Wrong information

                                        From last 3 month facing problem in device and from two decive is in Service Center.. No proper resolution from htc team.. I had mail but without handling case or checking they mail me... When I called on toll free customers services of htc the agent neha refused to share mail address for complaint and manager had promised me that he will arrange call for resolution and I cried on that call but no resolution then talk with arvind he also promised me but today no call receive and told me you can go consumer court.. I have recording of calls which I called.. Please help me for problem in device.

Worst services customer crying and manager committed for resolution and call to do but no response from when I called after 48 hours saying system issue was there so request can't proceed from 2 month I'm without cell phone.. Customer executive saying you can go consumer court and then changing sentence I have call recording.. I had paid for device and begging for resolution.. Cried on call for resolution but till now no resolution and back ans with attitude response from htc... Please help to resolution the problem in device
