I am not satisfied with performance of audio and mic of the handset this does not work in outdoor space i want replacement of handset bill attached insurance attached got this mobile on 31-10-15 vide inv no 1153/46641 the mobile stores however they had asked me to raise issue with htc mobile co

Got HTC 826 handset thru hand delivery from mobile stores vide inv no 1153/46641 dated[protected] voice hearing and mic are not working properly . While mobile stores claims that there is no issue in handset however i am not satisfied with sound quality and audio. I want to change the handset and they are not ready.

The condition of my phone after it came from service was pathetic...my back side of the phone was dirty with bubble wrap stains and gum with dirt over it..it was disgusting and not like the condition when i dropped it in and adding to the damage to my phone i dont wat type of a service was done or wat kinda guys service it..my phone came back with a dent near charging point.thats a total dissapointment and a let a let down that an HTC service center gives to a customer.that also brings down a trust of a customer towards the service provided by htc.but u guys jus give a heavy price for da service and in return damage the phone..dats jus some utter let down to the price paid to purchase the phone and to see it in a bad condition and a very bad service.

I am byrareddy from bangalore.

Note:if i am not getting the issue completely resolved, i want my unit to be replaced with a brand new phone or refund the amount what ever i have paid for the purchase of this phone i have a valid proof of purchase. If not so i would go to consumer court and raise a complaint against the company and the service center.

1. I had an issue with earphone and submitted the unit in service center the under warranty in bangalore on 17/10/2015

2. I went to collect the phone on 30/10/2015. Earphone issue was not cleared but an added issue that sim was not getting detected.Service people were not able to answer me so submitted the unit back and got promised that unit will be replaced by 2/11/2015.

3.I went to collect the unit on 2/11/2015 and got replaced motherboard in my device .

4.Now am facing issue that i am not getting ringtone/volume in normal mode only vibration is coming.

5.Spoke to customer care people they done possible troubleshooting, bur issue remained same.They asked me to submit the unit in the service center.

I buy a new mobile HTC 820s. And I paied 23000 Rs. Its good model but I got Mike problem in recent days. I have problem in buy ing that model after only 3 months. This was the ability of that company. What base you all cheater taking more money from people. For this situation. I never accept this cheap defeact from this famous company. I[censored] don't give quick service at people's problem then also be don't give add on tv . Quietly brilliant. Its satisfied sentence for this company.

I have submitted my HTC handset to HTC local service centre at Jamshedpur (IT Services) on 4th Oct'15. As per them standard repairing time is approximate 15 days. I have received a mail on 27th Oct'15 that my mobile handset is ready for dispatch at Bangalore service centre. Several time I have contacted to HTC call centre they have told me that I will get my mbile with 2 - 3 days, BUt today I have called again to HTC call centre and got information that it has not been dispatched yet. Now I am totally shocked with HTC response and poor service. My ticket No. for this complain is - 15INA[protected]

This is htcto inform you that i had my mobile purchase in relince digital at ahmedabadi here by company ther is not working all functions day after purchase nd i have not get positive reply nd positive work by service centerm tired of the rounds. if i have not get positive reply nd refund my amount otherwise i will informed you estimeted company by newspapers got the last warning from my lawyer. Dear sir, I have submitted by HTC desire 700 dual sim handset for repairing at your local Jamshedpur collection centre (IT services) on 4th Oct'15. Ticket No. for this job is 15INA[protected]. From 28th Oct'15 till now, I am continuously calling to your call centre regarding status of my mobile and all the time I have been given reply that my mobile handset has been dispatch and through Fed-ex and tracking No. is[protected].I have checked this tracking no. on Fed-ex website as well as I have also called to Fed-ex and they have informed that this tracking No. is wrong. Now I have no belief on service system of HTC, kindly let me know when I will get my handset. after 25 days still I have not received my handset as the standard time is 12-15 days as per htc.Kindly look in to this matter and help me out.

I have given my handset HTC Desire 816 in to repairs on 1/9/15 as the wifi connection had some problems. on 14/9/15 the service centre told me the phone is ready. I went there checked the phne and realised the display of the phone is not responding, seeing this service centre agreed to change the display and gave me 15 days time. Today is 28/10/15 and I am still waiting to get my handset repaired. I am facing problems with business because I have to borrow someones handset for such a long time. And everytime I try to connect the company or customer care, I get new date of delivery. I don't know what is hapenning at their end. but I am the one who is suffering. Now after waiting so long I need a replacement of my handset with a fresh piece. The ticket number of my complaint is 15INA[protected]. i had given my handset htc desire 616 for repairing because software hang issue during power on.
But when i received my phone after repairing i found my front camera is not clear and it has been changed.

This type of fraud work doing by htc service center, bhubaneshwar.

Description - I have visited the HTC service centre twice with my same handset with same problem both the times they gave me the handset back stating that it is repaired and will work fine but that wasn't the case and still the same problem exists along with few more problems the problems which i was facing, for which i submitted the phone to service centre was that my content on the sd card gets auto corrupt but after the two times repair on the handset the problem still exists and its now auto restarting as well so i asked the customer care to replace my handset and give me same new handset because HTC is not able to repair it but despite of multiple escalations they didn't respond and my handset is still having the same problem despite of multiple repairs on it i just want my handset to be replaced...

Resolution - Replacement (New Handset)

My phone HTC desire 820 Getting hang again and again. submitted 3 times in service center (TVS electronics grand mall, near sikanderpur metro station, Gurgaon). Every time they update and return but it doesn't work even a day properly. now they are saying that they will change the main board etc. and it will take 20 more days for getting repaired up. Its been a month already. Either they repair my phone properly or else replace this phone. No benefit of purchasing a phone worth 23000 rupees as it doesn't work for 23 mins even. Have already sent a mail to HTC 5 days before. No reply from them. Just a formal mail mentioning "sorry for the inconvinience". Kindly take the required action. IMEI NUMBER - [protected]

I(Ticket no. 15INA[protected] purchased Htc phone before two years ago and got an problem earlier as handset gone in to Auto dead position also not taking battery recharge. So for I visited to nearby Htc care center and want get soon repair my handset or need to get exchange in case not recovered again, but estimate (10923 Rs/-) was so much as compare with actual prize purchased of handset (15999 Rs./-).
I was asking for some concession in repair charges as not acceptable by any customer. But no buddy serious in regarding to charge me properly and handset sending me returns on dated 27/10/2015.
so I am very unhappy with this type of service.
Have decides no more with hTc Handset, will choose another brand in future.

Mr.Chandrakant L.Upadhyay, Nagpur 22, purchased android mobile being “HTC Desire 516C Dual Sim” bearing IMEI No.**********57574 from Nagpur 10 worth Rs.12, 500/- (inclusive of all taxes) on dated 20/02/15 having a warranty of One Year from the date of purchase However, for the next 5-6 months, was quite happy to use the same and to have the best of it’s use with respect to both personal as well as business purpose. However, joy was short-lived as in the month of Aug 15 the handset met with the serious problem of hanging for which duly approached the J.A SERVICES who after formatting the handset and with all care and repairs made the said handset worthy to be used. Again after the usage of The mobile, around 15-20 says later after the first repairs, one day during the working hours, noticed that the mobile handset which was kept on charging for some time was not showing any signs of functioning. Without going into the depth of the matter, I thought it better to approach J.A SERVICES who is an authorized collection centre of HTC as well as the same was within the warranty period. Hence, on dated 05/09/15, the said handset was handed into the custody of you J.A SERVICES and after all the detailed and thorough examination I was handed a HTC Care Service Report vide Ticket No.15INA[protected] & Job No.NAG[protected] with i) remark as “unit is dead” ii) cosmetic inspection “good” and iii) symptom “No power / cannot boot ; unit is dead. Thereafter, they told me that the said handset needs to be sent to the HTC service Centre at Mumbai Left with no option and also in the best interest of the dead handset being in warranty period, I agreed and thereby the same was sent to Mumbai for further management and best output. However, after 15 days of follow-up by me, I was surprised cum shocked to receive call from Service centre expressing their inability to repair the same free of cost citing reason that the said handset was damaged due to water found in it. They also forwarded a photo of the same on e-mail (after request from me to know the status of the same) thereby trying to shift the entire blame upon me and asking me to shell Rs.8196/- towards it’s repair which was also intimated in the name of repair quotation. That thereafter I immediately approached to J.A SERVICES and asking for all sort of clarification sensing foul play. It was specifically pleaded by me that how come have querried about damage due to water when no such report or observation has been noted in the service report dated 05/09/15 by J.A SERVICES apart from cosmetic inspection being good.If there is a water damage then water should be at another place also but in picture is seem like the water is drop on the board .how within 20-25 days after water is seen. Please dont buy HTC mobiles or any other product of HTC .Today it happen with me.It can be happen with you.

My HTC 816 fone is under warranty deposited for repair in tvs centre ansal plaza new Delhi.they serviced n returned d fone where they spoiled d slot 1 .gav my fone 2 ND time on Sep 14 2015 n til date I am just getting diff feedbacks dt it is stil under repair parts unavailable.its been over a month they give no standby fone no proper updates m no way of talking yo the customer.I asked for a new fone they say not poss
Wht do I do now with such hopeless pathetic service frm htc.never ever wilbo buy or recommnd a htc fone.i want to file a case in the consumer court as well for the harrasment they v caused.do they require more than a month to get a fone repaired under warranty.disgusting !!

But with new mobile i faced the battery charging problem and for this issue i submit my handset 3 times in service center. but still the problem is same. My phone HTC desire 816g dual SIM stopped working on Oct 9th 2015 I gave it to a service centre in bangalore. They said it will tel around 10-15days. But still no msg from them..if I call it's busy always. I just want my phone back.thank you for harrassing. #11/1 patalamma temple road, Southend circle Bangalore Worst service centre ever.

Its been more than a month still my phone is not repaired . every time i go the the center they say 2 more days. they don't give me fix dates. non of their phone nos are working the employees in the center are useless. HTC Hyderabad worst service center and HTC services are Worst . Highly Disappointing.

IMEI NO: [protected] I am Prakhar Saxena, I have bought a htc e9s for rs 23000 and just one day use the phone started showing problem that whenever a downloaded is opened the screen of the phone start to glow in golden colour and after few seconds the file become blur. This is not tolerable and not xpected from HTC. Please replace my handset with new one I am very disappointed with this poor product quality. I have bought it from local retailer.
