Hi i have submitted htc desire 820 to kurla service center on 05th Oct 2015 and they said that it will repair in 1 week but its more than 20 day and its not repair so can you help how to do consumer complain for that because if your service center is taking this much time then when i will use for that and my warranty period is lapping so who is responsible for that .
please guide me

Sir i have submitted htc desire 820 dual on 3/10/2015. whose ticket no. is QCS[protected] And S/N CC4CRYC00964 and imei no. [protected]. He told me that ' the phone will be repaired between 10-12 days. after 15 days when called them for my phone then said that phone is not repaired still and it will take more time ... i have called number times but he always gives excuse. On 23/10/2015 when i called then he telling that phone is still not repaired . then i told him i want new phone instead of old one on 25/10/2015. so please help me .. i feeling worst

I have submitted my phone to HTC service center on 30 of may 2015 but they were not fixing the prob which my phone was having.so i had to submit my phone 3 times continusly and today is 23.oct.2015 still i didn't get my phone and now i don't want my phone i want to get refund from HTC.its a fraud company so i don't want to use their bloody phone anymore, and i have lodge a complain against HTC in consumer court this month as well.it has allready been 5 months i am just fed up.please help me.i had bought my phone in 21500rs.its not a less amount.Please help me.HTC cus care no. is [protected].

I have given my phone for repairing on 15th September 2015 in HTC service center Pune, they said I will get back my phone after 10-15 days. I was OK with that answer. But after 10 days when I have not received my phone I called them first to service center ( but service center number doesn't work at all) number not reachable, after that I called customer care, I told then that I have no other phone to use, please give my phone as soon as possible, they replied on that I will get the phone by end of the week as one of the phone part is not available, I requested them to give me back as I don't have any other phone to use they said they will take my case in priority basis, this conversation was going on around 23rd, 24th of September 2015. But that week also I didn't revive my phone, around 3rd or 4th of October 2015, I received one call from service center and they said phone part is still not available so I will get my phone back in next 10 days. I was angry on that answer but I had no choice than waiting. Then I just waited till13th of October and called customer care center (as service center number is just a number, its not working at all) Call center said your phone was ready on 5th of October 2015, you can go and collect it. I went to the service center the next day ( there is only one center in whole city that too so far from my place), after reaching and waiting in a queue for more than half and hour they replied that my phone is in Chennai for repairing, and I will receive it by Saturday, I shouted on them, they said for any other queries talk to customer care center, here customer care people said my phone was ready, when I call them in-front of service center people, there was one girl on phone she said that phone record was not updated on their system so she has given me wrong information, she just wasted my time, and that time they all were so sure that I will get the phone back on Saturday means on 17th September 2015 and they will call me once it is done. After waiting till Monday and no call yet, when I called them on 19th October 2015, now they are saying they also don't know how much time will take to repair, If they don't have the parts to repair why they are not even giving me new phone if they cant repair the old how long they will keep it and what will I use till them I ma not that reach to buy 2 expensive phone at a time ( I had only one phone). What kind of services they provide and if they can't handle such situation why even they started a phone service to sell defected cell phones. Its more than one month I am fighting for my phone to them every single day these people have no answer for that, they are just saying, it is still repairing the part is not available.

I have purchased this phone in May'2015 and from day one I am facing Dailer issue. Phone Dailer stops responding whenever, I open it same thing happens with Phone Dairy and Call log. I have already visited once the service center but still facing the same issues. I am not at all happy with such services and software issues. Phone is good but for nothing as facing problem in making calls only then whats the use of keeping such phone. I will appreciate, if anybody can help me in coming out of this issue. I am not only aghast but amazed at the pathetic customer service at the HTC Authorized service center in New Delhi at Ansal Plaza. My cell HTC ONE is not working and battery is getting drained and I get an answer from them that" it is working fine, we cannot do anything, please take your device back " I have called customer care 6 times and no response and no help on the same . The cell is still with them . I am attaching the receipt as well. PLEASE DO NOT BUY HTC and the pathetic Customer service I got for a INR 50, 000.00 cell . Thanks VIvek

Hello sir I had purchased a htc 326 g black colored imei no [protected] cellphone at 1/9/15. From the day of puchased i had been facing software problems in phone. Contacts was not visible to contact list and automatically deleted from there. I went to htc customercare at ptrakarpuram Gmtinagar in Lucknow and told all the problems regarding phone . As per the company's rule n norm it was under the period of replace or DO So i demanded either resolve the problems or replace the handset but i was missbehave and abused by the staff Still i requested to help me Kindly sir i am requesting to help in related issues and replace my handset otherwise i will take a legal action against it Thank you

I bought an HTC desire 601 dual sim mobile in on 7th Jan, 2014. Since last one month, my mobile seems to hang up every now and then...Yesterday, all of a sudden the Switch on/off port of my mobile has stopped working. Now I am unable to switch on my mobile. Though on connecting it to charger, it shows that battery is getting charged. I have a lot of data in my mobile. I am service oriented person and stay in Gurgaon. Please suggest me the nearest HTC service center where I can get my mobile checked. And how can i recover my stuff?

I have purchased mobile on 17th Oct, 2014. It got issue, over heating and audio malfunctioning issues I submitted in ameerpet hyderabad service center on 19th Aug, 2015, they returned me on 11 sep without solving the issue and addition to that p-sensor and apk files also not installing. So I have returned it back to the service center. There is no proper response to mails also. On 17th Oct, 2015 I called to customer care they said device is not yet ready, immediately after 15min I got a call from customer care and said your device is ready and today morning again I got a call and said it takes time to repair your mobile, HTC is playing any jokes on the customers. I require a replacement for my mobile not a repair.

I am very glad to say i never recommended to anyone for htc Company mobile.

I have gave my mobile for service on 9-sep-2015. Actually ihave getting a problem of earphone jack, so your company provide my mobile after repairing on 23-sep-2015.

But when i use a camera of my mobile. It Camera is replaced. Please tell me what i have to do and what my mistake.

The Company is making me fool for last 30 day to make a warranty Services.

I had faced some problem in my HTC desire 626 dual sim and I had submitted it to HTC service Centre SCO No-104, First floor, Sec-47c, Chandigarh -160047 on 5th October 2015.They had given me time period of 3 days as the expected date of repairing but then they extended the date for 8days then they again extended it for 10 days and now they are saying that phone will be ready to use after upcoming 10 days.Iam tired of there issues. Kindly take a appropriate action regarding my phone reparing otherwise I'll go through consumer coat. ...

I had submitted my HTC device 3 time at shayamal cross road, Ahmedabad service center but still not repaired properly and also do not replace my device, so i want proper repair otherwise replacement of my device so please support me, Auto turn on/off problem is in my device HTC desire 516, It is under warranty, device warranty is one year, purchase date of my device[protected], This problem is still continue from last one month but no one support for this issue, I submitted my device 1st time[protected] but still same problem is continue and they trying to ignore my device warranty. Date of deposit :2/09/2015 I have sent my phone for repair to service center and i have not received it yet So i need compensation for the same or i need money back in my bank account I spoke to many representative but they are not able to give any clarification about my Phone. My device was submitted for repair on 24/9/2015 in the htc's lucknow service centre with complaint of a broken lcd display. they said they need 15 days time for it. on the 15th day they said we dont have the parts yet.but by 16th we surely will return and repair your device. today is the 22nd day and till today i dont have the device repaired by them. moreove there id no direct contact with the service centre through telecom.. its just a toll free helpline who are not updated with the complete information. no other company takes this longer to change a screen.. the device is repaired the same day. since the first day they have been telling that we have ordered the parts . i dont knw how it takes so long for the parts to be imported from chennai gto lucknow. i am totally frustrated over such poor handling of things.they dont value our time.

I gave my cell phone to Service centre on 1st oct and I was told I'll get it back on 15th but till date i have no updated from HTC infact when I talked to them they said me the following thing..:

IMEI No.[protected], date of purchase:-19/10/2014.model No.:-HTC DESIRE 816 G.I My phone got infected by some virus.i went to htc service centre for its repair.He first misbehaved badly and then due to support of other customers somehow he listed to my complaint.And then said we will not consider your warrenty as there is some scratches in you phone and said there is lot of pressure in your phone so mother bord needs to be changed.Do htc think the users are illiterate or what?talking louad or misbehaving with a customer is trend of HTC service centre NAGPUR. Worst ever phone.

Battery Problem, I have given my phone for checking the issues before 25 days still they have no solutions and i have to wait for my phone again and again. Date of Purchase of 1st HTC Mobile - 7-Jan-15 Date of Replacement provided after failed to resolve problem with this handset - 8-June-2015 Date of Replaced Mobile Purchase - 11-Jun-2015 Date of Service Report for this phone - 23-Sep-15. Still again same problem with this replaced phone. Phone is at service center and they are telling that they do not have parts to change.

The HTC service centre people are giving worst service to the costumers they treat them as over there, as if they doing a favour by repairing our mobiles no one is taking responsibility, not even a single person answers properly over there not only in the service centre the same thing is with the costumer care people too. Whenever i give them a call they always say they well place a request from there said for my mobile and ask me to give them a call after 48hrs but till date i didnt get a proper response from them and from past 1 month im regularly calling them or im visiting there service centre and they ask me to come in 2 days, and till date those 2 days dint come.The HTC service centre is located in ameerpet hyd where i gave my mobile for repair

I bought HTC ONE M8 Eye in April 2015. The phone worked very well in the initial period of 1 month but from july onwards what started happening totally perplexed me. Firstly, the phone started showing no network. I thought it was a sim issue so I bought a new sim but still phone did not worked. I went to the HTC centre and what they told in the me there are some bugs in the software and the phone is not working in 3g or 4g. From that day onwards, I am using 2g network. As soon as I put the mode on 3g network, the phone network still goes away. Also from the past 2 months, the phone's vibrator is not working. There is hardly any difference in silent mode and vibration mode. Also, from the past 2 weeks when i wake up in the morning the phone shows no network and if someone calls me my phone is switched off. The network comes after 10 min of phone usage after waking up. Also from yesterday, the phone's audio jack is not working properly. When i am connecting phone with an aux, songs are not playing in the car as well as in the speakers. Also, sometimes the WIFI gets automatically disabled. This is absolutely bizzare. Within 6 months, such things have started happening. I have paid Rs. 35000 for the phone and what i am facing trouble after trouble. This is seriously bad sir. I want a compensation for this or a replacement and give me the best latest model against this. HTC is a very good and reputed firm. I did not expect this while buying the phone. I want quick reddressal of my problem.

I have purchased htc desire 820 dual sim on 20-dec 2014. Within warranty period my charger and handfree stop working. I submitted my phone at htc authorized service center on 1st oct 2015 & received on 12th oct 2015. Ticket no: 15ina[protected] i contacted customer services several time, spent more than an hour on phone with them but they didn't give me a satisfactory answer. They lied that my phone is properly repaired & returned it without solving any problem. Every time i explain my problems and they ask me to wait for another 48 hours all over again. I'm facing the same problems after 10 days of their service. 1. The main problem with its software. Unable to make conference calls & i have seen that there are many htc handsets facing the same problem. 2. There are issues with both the speakers. Annoying sounds while playing songs, on notification sounds & also during use of handsfree. 3. Sometimes it's getting automatically restarted. 4. After couple of month the phone having problems with it's charger, not getting properly charged. I am very disappointed with the htc customer services. I advice you to never ever buy any htc phones.
