S/N LC569YH02496 phone has sensors not working, then one day, display stopped working and in next 2 days, it went dead. on 7/10, phone was given to Service center in Grand mall, Sikandarpur, Gurgaon. on 9/10, they said phone is getting replaced. on 13/10, they said, we only have black colored phones, they can't give me gold Sepia (my phone was gold sepia). And the Service Center ppl have come to a deadlock where they are saying, wither take the black one or we will try to repair your phone, we wouldn't be able to say, by when will it get done? Need someone from HTC management to call and resolve. even call center ppl are inefficient. But yet again, it is because of processes set up by HTC. Regards, Varun [protected]

    I bought this handset through Amazon.in in mid 2013. This handset gave me charging problem during warranty period. Visited HTC service centre in Kohinoor Mall in Kurla. They told me mother board is faulty and gave me replacement for free.

    Last month again it gave me another problem of White HTC screen rebootin again and again.

    So I again went to HTC service centre now in Paragon Mall and again these people told me mother board needs replacement and it will cost Rs. 18500.00 since it was out of warranty and this replacement will have no warranty.

    It is ridiculous to spent 18500 for motherboard when New HTC handset of same model with VAT Invoice and 1 year warranty cost Rs. 15500.00.

    I took back the handset by paying Rs. 171.00 as inspection charges where I received the receipt without any report printed regarding the cost involved for replacement. After insisting they wrote PCB 18500 by pen on the receipt.

    I even had a online chat with HTC executive and she told me service centre will provide invoice for 18500.00 and than I will get the report.

    Surprisingly I took the handset to local mobile repair shop and he replaced the battery and handset was again working properly it cost me just Rs. 800 for the new battery.

    Can someone guide me what action can be taken against this practice when handset is out of warranty and these so called authorised service centre take customers for a ride?

      Dear Sir, my HTC desire 816G Dual (Billing Alisha khan) is under repair at your end. from 4th September 2015 to till date I am waiting for my phone. My phone IMEI no. [protected] is under warranty and this set is submitted 4 times for its poor performance same in last month I send this set for repair because it was switch off automatically. now your team is telling that there is water content inside the phone, pls check the details of phone you will analysis that this set was not working fine, even ots motherboard was already changed during last repair. sir, I am requesting to you pls resolve my issue ASAP. it is under warranty so don't ask for money.         Its been only one month I been using HTC 326g and I am facing problems in HTC phone, My phone is getting too slow that it could not open any app or contact on click. On ringing phone only shows number instead of names. I am fail to understand why such problems are there in HTC when its is so good and reputed company in cell phones. I bought HTC just because its brand value and image but it disappointed me, very bad start with HTC. I rate 1 out of 5 in Quality for the cell phone. Thanks Rahul Goplani [protected]

          They were behaving like they dnt even care about my phone. when i submitted my phone they promised to take 1 week to 10 days to repair the phone but now it about 40 days but still on every regular call they said that it will take a week to repair. what should i do plz help

            Ordered HTC desire 816g phone on flipcart and it was delivered to me on 7/5/2015.
            After 2 months I noticed the lines appearing on screen.
            On 12/8/2015 at 10:30 pm, I called a person from that phone. After the end of conversation, I couldn't put the pattern as the phone was not sensing the touch. I enquired few people regarding the HTC service centers in Bangalore and on 14/8/2015 I went to TVS ELECTIONS LTD #11/1, patalamma temple road basavangudi which is near south end circle. There I waited patiently for 1 hour and I confessed regarding the issues of the HTC phone and asked for REPAIR. Around 9GB data was saved in that phone and that was quite important for me to get it back. The person in service center told me that it is not possible to get the data, but he'll try for the back-up and they'll return it within 7-10days. On the 10the day that is on 24/8/2015 I went to them and I asked for the mobile. They told it's not yet done. I asked them when they can't do it why would they give the duration of 7-10 days?? Why is it getting delayed?? Again he told after its done he'll give me a call. Again on 15th day I went there and again they told the same thing to me that it's not ready. I was highly irritated by their words and I told you people are delaying too much I want to talk to your manager. He dint answer anything and he just got another phone and he told my phone is been replaced and throughout 1 year of warranty he'll be replacing it whenever there is an issue and he signed the service report. The other phone what they gave me had many photos of others, I deleted that and inserted my SIM to start using it. It was not detecting the network. I enquired in the near by customer care about the SIM card which I was using, the SIM was not damaged and the settings was also proper. I bought a SIM adapter and I made sure it works with other phones. And also in the replacement phone I found lines. If they are giving the replacement of a phone they are supposed to Give with the box. Here they gave me the phone which had come to them for repair. Apart from this I want to confess that the so called HTC company's phone has a life of only 2 months. They are not capable enough to satisfy the customers. When I went to the service center my Friend had accompanied me and even my friend was also a HTC user and when he told the model name itself the customer service person asked "is it an ear phone issue". We were shocked to know it was a common issue in that model. The non branded phones in India will be in a working condition for more than 1 year. This so called HTC produces a fake smart phones and they'll show their real colours within 2 months. After buying HTC it is a combined package which comes along to search a service center. So I want to sue HTC company for cheating the customers by producing and selling the display defected phones.
            I made a survey in colleges and I have found on an average 93% people are regretting for buying HTC phones and most of the issues were with display. Similarly there was an issue with a motor company as they were aware of their faulty ignition switch which then led to a big disaster. It is the Same in case of HTC also that they know about the issues and they are still marketing it. Emotional stress that is what comes along with HTC phones. The replaced phone also has many issues like, sometimes it doesn't charge properly, it hangs a lot . Display touch issues.

            Fed up roaming from home to service center. With a great desire I buoyed the phone. But I was really stressed with these kinds of issues. I want compensation.
            i have htc desire 816g .i am waiting for its lollipop update .now it is 2016 .marshmallow going to roll out for others .

              I went to htc customer care nagpur.first they informed that their authorised office is in traffic park at dharampeth, after reaching there i didnt found a single sigh of this office.After calling them repeatedly they informed the new location and finally when i reached office they misbehaved with me.
              after showing bill and warranty period of my phone they refused to accept my phone saying its warranty has been expired and for a software problem, they said that there is huge pressure in your mother bord so we will send your phone to MUMBAI.
              what the is this.For a software problem does motherbord needs to be changed.how these people misguide.
              why warranty is not considered.

              This behaviour not expected from a company like HTC.
              i request people to please dont buy HTC phones as this are .they dont provide good service at all

                I bought a HTC One E9+ phone on 30th August 2015 from Croma Strore Indirapuram Ghaziabad. Since purchase the phone is having issues with it display (auto rotation) function. I gave the phone back to Croma and they returned it after 3 days saying it is resolved but it was not resolved. Now I have submitted it again on 9th and till now I do not have any guidance on when will I get it back. Who has given right to the company to do the business at customers cost and money. One more day before I will have no option but to take some alternate step. You call the customer care and it is full of English all over with no clear answers and 48 hours waiting to get any update. This is true for both CROMA and HTC customer service. Helll...

                  I bought my phone since one month ago htc e9 dual sim I went to beach I take many pictures with it no more then I observed that touch not working well then
                  My phone stopped working I went to customer service in Egypt for repair and after 21 days they said to me there is salt inside my phone from where I don't know from water vapour !!! Or what
                  They ask from me 2000 pounds for repair and they behave with us in agency not like human being !!!very bad behaviour

                    Hello I have given my mobile service center on[protected] and they have given the estimated delivery date on[protected] but I went on 23rd and they are giving the replay as your mobile is still in repair come again after few days nows its about a month but still I didn't get my mobile I have been contacting then every time but they are not responding to us and even the service center present in Bangalore is the worst I have ever seen with irresponsible characters please can you make sure when will I get my mobile back

                          I submitted my phone to HTC mobile service center at kurla pheonix paragon. They took 15 days to repair my phone they handed me a dead phone. I resubmitted phone to them yet they took another 15 days but this time they couldn't repair. HTC manager named Mr. Anthony promised me to get a replacement in 7 days which of course he couldn't accomplish. Toll free HTC contact number provided information some e2 error which they promised to solve in 48 hours. It's a week now yet there poor quality servers are down. Lack of communication between the escalation officers & authorised service center has delayed my phone for 2 months approx now & I'm still counting. They are promising me call back from there back-end team I guess they are out of balance for which I'm not receiving any reply from them. I have complained almost on every possible way to HTC. But I guess they are busy with such issues. They never do what they say. There employees were enjoying when the customers laugh at them for faulty repairs. They were like " did you hand me the phone personally" HTC authorised service center tvs electronics executive name kawaljeet said. I'm totally frustrated about this delay. No stand by phone was available since 2 months. I want a quick solution to this or provide me with proper way to file a complaint.

                            I purchased HTC desire 820 phone 6 months back. Suddenly the phone got dead.When I saw this problem the mobile was 1% with battery and was not getting charged. I am very much sure that there is no way the liquid has enter inside the mobile. The service center persons says that the phone is liquid damage and hence will be considered out of warranty. They are charging me Rs 10, 000 for repair. I purchaesd phone in Rs 21, 500. This is how they treat with the customer. Very much dissapointed with there service.

                                Hi sir There was a problem in my HTC one E8 handset. the problem is in sim-slot & camera function. I visited already 3 times on your Service center in Jaipur. i told him that there was a problem in my camera & sim-slot but they didn't solve these problem & only they did format my handset & returned me all 3 times. that time my handset was in warranty period. but they didn't solve this issue. now my handset is not in warrant period. please solve this problem as soon as problem. please take a action otherwise i have to go in consumer court. thanks Manoj Meena

                                  Hello sir I am shivali choudhary from indore india. I purchased a htc desire 826 on 6th july for rs 24200 rps. Recently i realized that the touch of my phone is not working properly. when i type any letter from right hand side left side alphabet automatically get typed . From the day i bought this phone there is a screen guard and a cover i.e. the phone is properly secured against any kind of physical damage. and it has not been fallen for once. So i suppose this is a manufacturing defect and there is some problem with this piece of hardware that your company manufactured. I have spend a lot in this phone my whole saving and i couldn't bear this malfunction. I request you to replace this phone with a brand new phone without any delay and causing any kind of inconvenience to your customer. i got my phone checked at your service center and they are saying that the screen need to replaced but i am not interested in this type of settlement because phone is new and it should not have caused problem so early. please replace this phone with a brand new phone without any delay

                                    Hello sir I purchased the htc one (M8 EYE)mobile on 22 dec 2014 from New Jimmy Times Moradabad (37500rupees)IMEI NO_[protected] and it got corrupted by working on it on 20/9/2015 I had given my mobile at the Gurgoan service center(TVS ELECTRONICS LIMITED GURGOAN HARYANA) on 22/9/2015 and they had kept my phone for the servicing but next day they had called me and said that u had made software changes in ur mobile phone apart from htc service center so u had to pay 14000 rupees o[censored]r own I had denied all the facts after so many argumentes with them on the telephone than with in a short span of time he recalled me on my telephone and said that it would be covered under warranty but it will take 7 days than on 29th SEP I again got a call from center and they said that we found a water inside ur phone so u have to pay 14000 o[censored]r own and it will not be covered under warranty.So its humble request from u that neither I had make any software change nor I had putten any water on it but htc service center is asking for money and doing a cheat with me unless it is covered in warranty.

                                      I brought HTC 826 dual sim mobile on 25/07/2015 within a week there was a software failure. They replaced my phone. After getting the new phone within one month there was a touch problem. I gave it to the service center. My phone was held up for more than one month. It was returned on September second week. Again on 3rd of October there is the same touch issue. I am very much dissatisfied with the product and service of HTC.

                                        Dear sir/madam,

                                        I am using HTC product model 526+G, S/n is -[protected], I purchase this five month before. Mobile phone is completely under warranty.
                                        since few day it's receiver (ear speaker) not working. So, Yesterday,[protected] I went to HTC service center opposite Raj Mandir cinema, 2nd floor, mall21, jaipur rajasthan.
                                        Mobile and invoice given to costumer supporter by me on counter 3, problem told by me. He open my phone and say to wait three hour it will be ok.
                                        After three hour I reached at counter 3, then he said to me, they have stock of receiver according your phone but I am not authorise to replace part on same day. I will keep phone with us for minimum seven days.

                                        Then I request to him for give me additional phone for I wii be continue in touch each other . Then he reply.-I am not responsible about it.

                                        My question this:-

                                        1. Why he open my phone .if open..then why not replace receiver? (He have in stock)

                                        2. Other operator repair device within maximum six hour, like hardware replace issue, then HTC why not do this?

                                        3. If HTC unable to repair in a working day then thanks for play with my .. I will deposit mobile back to HTC and cash back me imminently.

                                        4. lf it is policy of HTC for delay minimum seven days, then why not highlight this condition then purchase by costumer?

                                        I want reply only. it mail will be part next step.

                                        Note:- please I am very serious about this misbehavior of HTC service. Don't take normally. It mail generated for inform to HTC MOBILE PLT.

                                        *I am waiting of reply beside HTC till next two day. After this period I will take help of low.
