Hello sir, i was purchased htc desire 326g dual sim mobile on date 18 july 2015. Bt only in 2 months my fon was goes 3 times in service center for auto switched off problem . 1st time software poblem solve. 2nd time motherboard change.3rd time ROM change. And again now same problem. I want replacement and i will give more money for upgraded latest mobile . Bt company is always says for repairing only possible.i was submit phone 4 time for service this problem only in 2 months. So plz sir...i wish u understand my problem solve it.     I have an handset which name htc desire 816 g.i am deposited my mobile in tvs electronics ltd.ondated 10/09/2015. this company have cotacted on only tollfree. i am ask 5 time for enquiry to when i should get my mobile.company executive give me 3 times variant date to get mobile form lucknow, 1-25/09/2015, 2-28/09/2015, 3-3/10/2015.i m come lucknow on given date from mirzapur, but still today i m not found my handset .pls help me what should i do.this company irritated me form mentaly and physicaly.in future i am never should buy any product of this company. with regards abhishek shukla [protected]

      I have quit Apple after Using HTC M8eye of my cousine. I bought 4 HTC M8eye phones for me my sister my brother in nd for my nephew . But I think it was the biggest mistake to quit Apple just for HTC because the service is of very low quality I went to service center to change my faulty headfones nd charger they said it will take a week to change. I was like..Hell... It is so stupid. Apple does it on the spot. After a week I called the service center they said it will take more time to replace it. It is the biggest mistake to choose HTC

        Dear HTC executive, it's been ~ 2weeks since my htc mobile has been given for repair. Still i didn't received any considerable progress in this regard, in-spite of several phone call and mails. It's irritating that, HTC is not in a position to explain the exact problem with the device even after two weeks, which is clear indication of your dis-concern towards a customer. It's very pain to see, such kind of attitude towards a customer from your end. I am not here to listen your apologies and sorry's, instead looking for a quick service. within in one year my phone is with you only for almost 2 months. Please consider this issue and extend my warranty, keeping in mind the inconvenience caused by you. Awaiting for your quick service and response. With best regards Praveen Kumar [protected]

          I had given my HTC 816 DUAL Simon mobile for repair in Thane Community telecommunications pvt Ltd on 29 Aug 2015 for battery charging issue. On 2nd October 2015 when I visited the mobile was not repaired as they were saying they did not get any response from me. But to my surprise I noticed that the mobile was damaged I.e the sum card slot has been tampered and the wide Clip was broken. The executive namely Manju Yadav was not willing to accept the same and she was very rude. They were refusing to give the shops in charge number and I had to leave the place with a big fight. Request your tintervention and further investigation.

          The images have been enclosed below. Once again would like to reiterate that the sim card slot 1 has been damaged, the side clip for the sim card has been broken. Also note since the mobile was damaged by the HTC service center i had to take the mobile to another local service center and while checking the inner parts of mobile i realised that the battery charging slot also have been damaged.

            I want tell u about my handset is screen not properly working .therefore I have submitted handset(htc desire 816g) in htc authrosied service center after 15 days return my handset resolved my problem .know I have not working properly my phone again same problem and not show screen. And my warranty only next 15day valid if my phone having problem repeat again by again .who are responsble my phone .

              I bought HTC One M9 plus this month for47000 INR. I spent my hard earned money with the expectation that I shall be getting good service. Unfortunately it's operating software is corrupt and despite repeated attempts to contact the head office, I am not getting any response. They are good only till you buy their products and thereafter they force to keep the faulty product and keep making trips to service center and waste valuable time .

                I submitted my mobile i.e. HTC Desire 826 desire to a collection point of HTC in Vashi. I had problem of sim card not getting detected in my phone. So, when I checked for the status of my phone, they told me that my display screen is also cracked and will replace my display screen and also made a quotation of Rs. 8550/- for the same. When I gave my mobile phone to service centre that time I was not having any issues with the screen. So I rejected the quotation. When I went to collect my phone from the collection point, I found out that the back cover of my phone was fully damaged and phone was not in good condition. I complained about the same but no action was taken. I request you to replace my phone as it is in warranty and damaged in service centre.

                  Dear sir/madam, I have submitted my smartphone for repair on[protected]. But till now i didn't get any information about my device. I want new Smartphone/ With repair of no cost. I have called to customer care around 20-35 times but they were not at all responding any thing. I have submitted on EMAIL also. Simple lazy ans they will reply like sorry for the inconvenience & delay. Only this much they were sending. Till now they were not at all telling the reason also. Bill no 802, Service center details are :- absolute Care, malleshwaram, bangalore-03 . Contact Details are[protected]/42199144. If i called to the service center peoples they are not at all picking my call. Always busy, Some Nonsence Type answer they are giving. I have reported on htc website on customer survey form They will call & Simply they will Tell sorry we are trying to solve the Problem. But till now Around 35-40 Days are over they were not at all helping me. Service center peoples are didn't Provide Computer generated Job sheet for me. I have attached here manual job sheet.

                      I had submitted my HTC Desire Phone at HTC ansal Plaza service center, delhi (C-102, 1st Floor, Ansal Plaza, Khel Gaon Marg, Ansal Plaza, Delhi - 110049. It has been more than three weeks they are clueless about the status of the complaint, it is a simple repair of display screen which is taking months to address, also they don't answer calls, just postponing the issue.

                        Sir I am ajay kushwaha, my phone had been stolen on 29/09/2015 at 2.00 am at kalka station in haryana during travelling from haryana to mumbai, my phone detail is, phone-htc desire 816, black phone with white cover, i dont have my phone IMEI no., but my phone number was [protected]. I went to nearing police station for fir but station was closed at that time and then i went at 7.00 am to police station then they refused to write my complain.                           Hello, Its not even 8 months that I purchased HTC one E8 and there was an issue with the battery . The phone was submitted to the repair center on 09/09/2015 and till date they have not returned my phone and the only response from them is they are waiting for the parts. Its been nearly a month and they still need another 7-10 days.

                            Given my htc 620 g serial no LC516Y642625 under warrantyfor repair at jodhpur htc customer service center on 24 aug 15 for cable tethring issue.ticket id.15INA[protected]. promised repair in 14 days. 36 days passed.still no info custmer care just wasting time keeping more than 10 min on hold everytime i call and promise callback on status which they never does. more than thrice they said device will be repaired within 24 hr. status still notconfirmed. no place to get accurate info.only surrendering to their terms. i just want my mobile back. customer care nos: [protected], [protected]

                              I hv handed over my HTC fone for repair under warranty in ansal plaza Delhi off.its bn 3 weeks and fone still not ready giving sm excuse or d other.parts unavailable, lcm yo b Changed, motherboard change etc.irritating staff wnt let us talk to any seniors sati Ng to come n meet them if we want to talk.i stay in fbd n goin all d way til there just to speak bto sm senior is it worth an somebyd help .i need my fone bck my work is suffering.
                              HTC fones and after service even in warranty pathetic it sucks.i m regrettng buying.go for Samsung brilliant co.and great after sales service wit or witout warranty

                                Hello,

                                I have given my charger and earphone (which most often stop working) to HTC service center in Gurgaon on 15-Sep-15. Job no is DEL[protected] for your reference.

                                I don't know where the my product is, I called HTC people many times and they are saying it has already been delivered on 19-Sep-15 through FedEx. HTC guys are asking me to get in touch with FedEx people as if this is my responsibility.

                                Anyhow I got to know the FedEx courier tracking no which is[protected] which is showing DELIVERED in the status. But I did not receive the delivery yet, I really am fed up with your services.

                                I even raised a complaint on FedEx customer care and complain no is [protected]. But I am not getting any status for my product neither from HTC nor from FedEx. And this is how you treat your customers being one of the big companies. I just want my charger and earphone in any situation.

When I check my hand set, I found that Handset was in a same condition when I submitted the handset in service center. Again on 26.09.2015, I talked with your executive Mr. Arpit & he informed us that the service centre donot give complete information to the service department for repair that's why mobile phone not repaired. I informed to you executive that you can with service center or any person but I want my cell phone to be in well working condition with a Week. if you are not able to do So. then I will file a case against you as well service centre in consumer court.                                     Mobile getting hot unnecessary, even at the time o[censored]sed or not used. The contacts is getting vanished when it is getting hotter.

                                    - Model - 326g Blue HTC Desire

                                    - Discussed over Toll free number with[protected] Parag, Pranay, Bipasa & Sai

                                    As Per Parag - Hardware problem, no antivirus is being installed with the Mobile handset from the manufacturer’s end. Whereas the Clean Master is an inbuilt antivirus present in the system. If it is not an inbuilt program, then your sales person (Md. Sadab) has sold me an old mobile set.

                                    As per Pranay - Software problem - for which the number are getting vanished from the system during heating.

                                    As per Bipasa - Visit to service center - the problem should not arise like as per the complaint, check at service center.

                                    As per Sai - to keep the hand set at service center for one day for updating the system.

                                    As per the service center person MR. Debashis & Mr. Mangaraj of TVS Electronics Ltd. - The mobile software need to be updated, this a standard heat upto 49% as per the HTC SOP or guideline, and you are using the internet mail frequently. Whereas I have updated the system software just before 2 days. I have been using HTC (Regularly) and other mobile since last 15 years. But no hand set or manufacturer has given such type of comments or conclusion.

                                    Now I would like to understand:
                                    - Whether there is any claws written in the warranty or user manual that the handset will get hot upto 49% during use?
                                    - Whether the mobiles you are producing is just a plastic set carrying a LCD, which need to be updated of its software / hardware / system just after 15-20 days?
                                    - Whether the Android smart phone is not made for the net / internet facilities?

                                    Who will be responsible?
                                    - If the mobile get blasted during using?
                                    - My hand is itching during carrying the handset when it is hot.
                                    - My ear is also getting heat at the time o[censored]sing of the phone, it may affected to the brain.

                                    It’s a request please change the handset/replace it with other model of yours, I am ready to go for the higher version.

                                      Its my htc desire 826 which I bought on 13/05/2015. And after two months its started making problems. Its charger pin got loose. I went to service center located at Amritsar.They checked it and changed my charger. And with that charger my phone was not getting charged. And mobile started giving other problems as well(written in email). I again visited service center and they did software update.But Problem was not resolved. Then they said I have to send my mobile to main service center located at Bangalore for repair. I agreed to send as I dont have any other option left. My ticket no was 15INA[protected]. After 20 days I received my mobile back. But same problem was there. It was not getting charged with any charger other than LG. But with that charger there was no battery backup. It drained in two hours. I again visited service center and they checked and found problem is still there. They again said I have to send it again to service center. This is really inconvenient. I send it back to main service center in Bangalore but with the request to replace this device as it is giving really tough time to me. My current ticket no is 15INA[protected]. But now I got email from company that they will repair it. But now I dont want to keep that defective mobile with me. I want replacement. So please take this complaint seriously. I also have written them that I am going out of town on 30/09/2015 so I need my new replaced mobile before that. So resolve my issue ASAP.

                                        Dear concerned, My phone got damaged on 8th Aug 2015, which is under apps daily insurance ... So i have submitted the same at their service centre(Mentioned below). I dont know where my handset is at right now, but its been more than 1 n half months and i have not got my handset back. Appsdaily's designated service centre personnel keep telling me it's under process... Every week I have been taking follow up and he keeps on telling... One week more. I don't know where you people are lacking... But I'm getting frustrated by these responses.
