I have purchased htc one e8 on 24 october 2014, as per they one of there flagship device, after purchasing within in 3 months major display issue has arisen all of sudden display has turned black when contacted to there service center at thane in mumbai response i got was so disappointing and pathetic after arguing a lot they accepted the phone in warranty and i received after 45days, again in may same display issue happened this time it was external damage which they rejected to cover, so have to cover in insurance paid amount of 12k by company, i have received my device on 4 june 2105, now again after 2 months display panel has came out and even touch pad is not working, when contacted them they said it is going to be covered under warranty, now they have sent me the 21200 quotation for same, i have submitted my phone on dated- 24/08/2015, after following up with them sent me quotation on 18th of this month, despite of following up with them on mail and even with customer care dept no positive response they are not even bothered to reply or contact.

As per policy which is mentioned in job sheet when you submit any device, any parts which is replaced is covered under warranty for 3 months, i have submitted phone in full working condition.

In last 10 monthi i have only used my phone for 7months rest it is with them for display issue and other issue

i request every one please stop purchasing the htc product even suggest to your family and friends.

Such company needs to understand what they provide to the customer after charging huge bucks in terms of product or service.

Any one out who can help me taking a legal action against htc
i have all supported document which is valid to prove my case.

    I am using HTC Desire 816G dual sim mobile since 26th November 2014... last month in august 2015 i got troubled in MIC/ Receiver and i gave my mobile to service centre, Raipur.. after 10 days approximately they returned mobile and that was perfectly alright... Just after 10 days of receiving mobile from service centre it is showing the same problem(MIC is not working)... Kindly requesting you please solve my problem... i am facing so much of trouble due to it ... i don't have any other mobile for the backup... and again they will take 10 days to repair.. i do the job and i am strongly needed Internet and other social network for my business... due to this problem which is occurring again and again i am very tense.. kindly replace my mobile or provide me compensation..       I bought HTC phone in Jan 2015, its not even a year in august the phone was automatically stopped working and it was showing some internal damaged problems. I had given it to repair and they had given me back in 4 5 days. It was not even a week i got the phone now there was a new problem . again the problem was with software issues or hardware i don't know. but phone stopped working completely. I have given it to repair it on 15th sept, its around almost 8 days but still i dint get the phone, i called customer care they the phone parts are not yet dispatch. I don't have any other back up phone how could i manage without phone? also I m going for holidays from 25th sept to 12th oct, is anyone could survive for that long without a phone? HTC people now stopped responding on chat and phone. and when i asked please give my repaired phone back or give me a new phone as this phone is already a damaged piece they have given me (otherwise it could not give so many problem within just 8 months of purchasing) But i have very bad experience with HTC hand set as well as the customer support center. if i need to buy a new phone for my holidays what is use of spending around 20000 on HTC phone. Is it there to buy new phone always in a year though i have no money.

        I gave my phone to service center before 2 months ago but till now my phone is not repaired. it is in service center till now. what the hell is this. which type of problems takes a lot of time, , , , I am very irritating now with htc services, it is not able to trust... htc should be ban in india because they are fraud.. I loved htc, but now I hate so much htc..

          I gave my phone in service center in meerut.i had problem of ringtone in my phone.i took my phone after 8-9days.But after i got my phone i am suffering a new problem of phone getting restart automatically.I called your service care no. she cut my phone without solving my problem.Your service is very pathatic.I called your service care no at 8pm it never connected to u.

            Worst service I have ever seen.Moreover, live chat candidates never reply at all 22-sep-2015 I have been connected to live chat for three members 1.kavita 2.yogana and others too but none of them are replying correctly regarding my request instead they made me wait for reply and left chat session to be closed Horrible service, better close website when you try to maintain same kind of nature regarding replys to the customer

              I have purchased HTC desire 620 g phone on 22jan 2015. I was facing problem in my phone so I sibmited it on the service centre, they changed my phone mother board n they damaged my phone too. They told that g sensor is damaged. They again repaired the phone and changer the mother board again . When I called on there service no they told Mei that they have changed my charger not mother board or any thing. Afterwards they told that my phone is replaced .now the phone is damaged and they are not replacing it. I am mentally disturbed, pls help me

                I Have purchased a mobile model number Desire 620G in August 2015. The same got damaged due to some crack in the screen. It has given for replacement of screen on 24/08/2015 at TVS Electronics Cochin. They have committed aproaximate delivery date of 1 week. The same is not received till date (22/09/2015)and there is no estimated date of delivery. There is only 1 phone number at the service centre which is engaged all the time. The customer care call centre number of your company ([protected]) is not getting. Kindly inform me what to be done? Please note I didnt purchased a mobile which is withdrawn from the market.

                  I am using HTC desire 820 and I think this is the biggest mistake of my life. I have purchased this phone in last year December and after 6 months charger stopped working I submitted my charger in New Delhi service center and they have returned it after 21 days then after 8 months phone stopped working, submitted phone in same New Delhi service center and they returned it after 25 days and the phone is still not working even it has a new problem now and also charger is not working. When I call your tech support to get help they hung up on me twice and they refused to give the supervisor straight away. I am very disappointed with your service it has happen twice now I want the phone replaced. You have no idea how much trouble you people have caused me, I was about to loose my job, The service you give is disgusting, I have already posted everything on your web page on Facebook HTC and HTC India. I want a resolution. HTC people have harassed me and HTC hasgiven me mental torture. HELP!!

                    Hello Team. I have handed over my HTC Desire 816 device to one of your collection agent Mobile Gallery in Gandhidham (Gujarat) dated on 8/9/2015. Hopefully it will be reached to you. I was facing problem in connecting my device to pc. I have contacted your customer support many times to take follow up of current status of my device but I haven't got any proper response. I have got every time response that the device is in repairing status. Now I wanted further justification that how much time it will take to repair? whether my device will get repaired or not and if it is then when it will reached back to me. At this time I have been very much disappointed from HTC service. I have personally contacted to that collection agent but he was not reachable and not picked up my call as well. Now at present I haven't any idea what to do. Is it your way to give customer service? Is it standard of your customer service? Today I have got response from your side that in 24 hours I will get actual status of my device and I will get call from your side. Now I am going to wait only for 24 hours otherwise in worst case I am going to provide you a legal notice and meanwhile in that time if I will receive my device then I am not going to accept it.                         I had purchased HTC Desire 826 Dual Sim on 01/06/2015 at Rs 24500/- . within three months i am shocked as the touch was not working in some places especially "Back" option which is used regularly. It was big problem wheb i was outdoor with this phone and when i got struck by keep on touching for a single option. . So i went to customer service center of HTC and wanted to replace the product they just said its not possible to replace the product but they can repair it. They said to handover the device then i asked what will be my point of contact as there is no mobile with me rightnow, they simply said its your headache..Now i think I had unnecessarily invested in HTC product as HTC is not at all care for customet n services. i have not got a single call from HTC people its neither repaired nor replaced. Whenever i try to contact service center, the line is always busy. Customer support([protected]) is connected but they say they will give me updates after 24-48 hr time. Now i want to tell all people please don't buy any mobile without checking there problems. And take from a reputed company which is prompt in service if any occurs in future. I expect at least HTC being its preliminary responsibility will serve the customer and wil resove my complaint immediatly .

                          I purchased hTC desire 526+ from Mobile store, Netaji Subhash Place, Pitam pura on 01/03/2015 at the cost of Rs. 11000/- . The phone used to get swiched off, therefore it was deposited with the Service Station MGS Caren, G56 Vardhman corporate plaza, Plot no H9, situated at Netaji Subhash Place, Delhi-110034 vide job sheet No:DEL[protected], the phone was given back on 11/08/2015 after repair .
                          Again the problem remained the same and screen of the phone also got defective. The phone was again deposited on 24/08/2015 at same service center situated at Netaji Subhash Palce, Delhi vide Job sheet No. DEL[protected], and Ticket No :15INA[protected]. The phone was given back on 18/09/2015 but still the problem is not resolved.
                          It is therefore requested that the defective handset may kindly be replaced, as i have suffered many damages by going to service center.

                            My cell phone was covered under insurance. It was damaged and a complaint no. AD_D_120915_2746758 was lodged on 12th September 2015. The damaged phone number was given as registered number and another phone which is in working condition was given as alternate number. It is 8 working days now. I have not received any phone call from the company. The complaint is not attended till now. I have been constantly calling up the shop in Mumbai from where the phone was purchased.                               I ve purchased HTC desire 626g+ in April 15 and it started creating problem in Aug. The mob is unable to read / detect the sim. First the dealer (Aditya Vision at Gaya) showed his unwillingness to take the handset saying that you have to yourself submit it to the service centre Patna.
                              This is really pathetic. At the time of purchase false promises are made that easy services will be provided.
                              However they finally accepted it and now almost after one month I don't have any idea about my handset.
                              It's really horrible. Every time they are making the promises to give the set within 1-2 days that has never come.

                                I had given my handset HTC one M8Eye for repair in Ludhiana, Punjab service center on 6/8/15. Since that, I had not got my handset back till today even not repaired. They continuously harassing me by making fake commitment.

                                  I bought HTC desire 516 11 month ago.it worked fine in the beginning. Then the the problems started, 1-first of all i faced a battery problem. the phone got discharging within hours and got switched off even if i am not using it. I visited the service center and they held my device for a week. after a week they returned my device without resolving the issue stating that the device is ok and nothing wrong with it. 2-After few months every thing stopped working in the phone. eg- wi fi, bluetooth, sound, media player, even i coudnt able to make or receive a call. i visited the center and this time they fixed my issue. 3-after 2 days of that incident SIM card 1 stopped working, i contacted the customer support and again they asked me to visit the service center. My overall experience is very bad till now, the customer service is very poor as well. i am really frustrated with this device The support agent disconnceted the conversation without resolving my issue. please someone help me to get a resolution.

                                        I have submitted my HTC 620g dual sim at HTC service center vasai west on 17/08/2015.My mobile is under warranty. I purchased my mobile on 8/01/2015. My display was not working properly. After a time span of one month till now I have not received my mobile phone from the service centre. After calling the service centre no properly answer is given by them.Till they are asking me to wait for 15days more. The company is just harassing customers without any reason.If they can't repair the mobile phone I asked them to issue me a fresh piece. But till date no proper communication is there from HTC customer care
                                        HTC India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
