I am using HTC Desire 816G dual sim mobile since 26th November 2014... last month in august 2015 i got troubled in MIC/ Receiver and i gave my mobile to service centre, Raipur.. after 10 days approximately they returned mobile and that was perfectly alright... I ve purchased HTC desire 626g+ in April 15 and it started creating problem in Aug. The mob is unable to read / detect the sim. First the dealer (Aditya Vision at Gaya) showed his unwillingness to take the handset saying that you have to yourself submit it to the service centre Patna.
This is really pathetic. At the time of purchase false promises are made that easy services will be provided.
