Hello, I had purchased HTC Desire 826 Dual Sim on 02/08/2015 through online. My mobile was working perfectly till 26th of Aug. On 26th some updates from HTC i got and updated it. After i got updated mobile was working abnormally. Next day i got furious as the touch was not working in some places especially "Back" option which is used regularly. It was embarrassing moment for me when i got struck by keep on touching for a single option. Then i had searched in internet and got to know that the same problem is faced by many others. So i went to customer service center of HTC and wanted to replace the product they just said its not possible to replace the product but they can repair it. They said to handover the device then i asked what will be my point of contact as there is no mobile with me rightnow, they simply said its your headache.I had purchased the mobile for rs.23500/- and using my 3yr old samsung mobile which i bought at that time for rs.7000/-.Now i think I had unnecessarily invested in HTC product as today after 20 days also i have not got a single call from HTC people its neither repaired nor replaced. Whenever i try to contact service center in Ameerpet[protected] the line is always busy. Customer support([protected]) is connected but they say they will give me updates after 24-48 hr time. Now i want to tell all people please don't buy any mobile without checking there problems. And take from a reputed company which is prompt in service if any occurs in future.     I have submitted HTC 620g on 17aug 2015 at service center due to display problem. Till today's date I have not received my mobile device. The company is just harassing customers. No proper reply is given after continues follow up. My complaint Id 15ina[protected].

      I have purchase Htc desire 816 in the month of dec 2015. In the 3rd month after purchase, i was facing problem with the side button, when it was send to the service center they told some software update was done, and it will work fine. Now, some 25 days back while i was talking over the phone, suddenly phone got black out, again it was send to service center.(Sri Sai Communication, Secunderabad). They told it need to be send to Delhi, their head service office. (Here, i came to know its just collection center, they dont do service but still its called serivice center). When it went to Delhi, they told its a liquid damage and for service they asked nearly Rs 7000. I told them liquid damage is not possible as no water entered into the phone. And i asked them to send images where it shows its a liquid damage like some ink blot. They gave all lame excuses for the damage like moisture, sweating. In a sealed phone all such reasons are lame excuse, just for the sake of not covering the phone under warranty and charging their customer high. This went for a week, but i dint get any images from their end and today they told they have send the phone back without repairing it. This show HTC as a brand and their worst customer care.

      This can be due to short circuit also as there is no ink blot mark,

      From the image we cant say this might be due to liquid, it show some black mark which is very much possible due to short circuit of faulty device.

      Worst service center ever encountered, just for the sake of not covering the phone under warranty, they are giving all possible excuses

          Hi Sir/Madam, This is regarding my HTC DESIRE 820 which I have submitted to bareilly service center on 7th August 2015. And I revived back on 2nd September 2015 but still my issue was not fixed and my both sim tray was missing and my mobile was damage, then I show him and again complaint to him. Then they call to Delhi service center and discuss about this issue then they again collect my mobile and said that your mobile will be replace within 10-15 days and gave me the receipt but not genrated the ticket no and when I called yesterday to customers support they asked about ticket no but I don't have.. Please help me out from this issue.. I am frustrated now.. When I am calling to bareilly service center they are not picking my calls. And I am 60 km away from there So please please help me out.           They sent a mail that they will send my mobile soon.
          But where I have submitted they promised that they will replace my mobile and give me a new mobile because it was damage from HTC care.
          But now they are saying they will repair only and still repair in process.
          I don't know why HTC taking long time more then 1 month to repair or replacement.
          In other service center like Samsung and Sony they response within 7 to 10 days but if we talk about HTC service it's very poor very bad it's worst service.
          I will never recommend HTC mobile phone to anyone.
          Please give my mobile back as soon as possible in a better condition.

            In a present days busy life each one didn't find time to check each function like head phone jack/sucket. If a phone unable to allow to insert its headphone than who has "tested ok" in the htc company should be removed from india first. Than if a total hardware or manufacturing sucket problem in set than how it can be repaired instead of replacement. My question during the modi ji govt period such type of error commiting cheating people will do business or you should be removed from india. My dear htc people lift our phone call and accept all indian standard complain if you desire to do business in india or pack-up. I have no time to call you repeteldy, give me a return call to return my handset. Cell-[protected] seller-m/s s.K enterprises rourkela.

              I bought a phone on 17 th of august and unfortunately it stopped working within a month. I went to d service centre for the replacement of the handset. But they denied to replace the product. Very pathetic services are given by HTC . I will never recommend any one to buy HTC handset. Very very unhappy with the products of HTC.

                Due to physical damage My phone's PDA gets broken. I submitted it to service center for repair on 30th June 2015 in "R K Services" in "Howrah, West Bengal" with Ticket Number '15INA[protected]'. They said that my set will be repaired within 30 days. Now after 75 days when I ask service centre they say that they haven't received the repaired set so they cannot do anything about it they can't even track it and when I contact HTC, online or via Toll Free Number they say that the set is already repaired & delivered to the service centre. But in the HTC website in repair tracking section it is showing that the device is yet not sent for repair. Now who is saying correct? Who is lying? Where my phone actually is? I don't know anything.

                  I had purchased HTC Desire 820S on 24th of July, 2015. The phone got switched off within 3 days of purchase. I have given my phone at the authorized service center and its been more than a month. I have been to the service center thrice but every time they say the phone is not yet repaired. I have no idea what to do, staying at a new place without a phone for over a month. Contacted everywhere, online support, customer care, service center but of no use. They are not ready to repair the phone. The phone is under warranty period and also fulfills the replacement terms but no action regarding this has been taken till now.

                    I have purchase HTC-Desire 820 on 19th april 2015 & it started giving problem of network in the month of July, had to submit the phone for repair and received after 20 days ... after using for few days again it started giving problem this time speaker & mike are not working...I don't know what to do with HTC. They have only collection points in metro cities as well & worst part is that service center people are bluntly saying that "IF HTC PHONES WILL WORK PROPERLY THAT WHAT IS THE USE OF SERVICE CENTER & HOW HE WILL EARN"...even customer care people are of no use they are giving only 1 solution that is "SUBMIT THE PHONE" that' s it... NEVER EVER BUY A HTC PHONE.. WORST SERVICE EVER GIVEN...NEITHER THEY ARE REFUNDING THE AMOUNT NOR THEY ARE READY FOR THE REPLACEMENT WORST COMPANY EVER I EXPERIENCED

                      I am not here to sell or unsell any product, but I want to share my experience of how a mobile company has left me helpless: 1) I bought a HTC Desire 620 mobile, for Rs. 16000 on 13th feb 2015. The mobile is being sold in each town and city of India but has very few service centers. In fact even the capital of CG Raipur, has only collection point and no service center. So when my newly bought mobile (6 month old and new only because it was still covered under warranty) went off and I was unable to start it, I searched for the service center of the company but it didnt have any in my town, Bhilai. Even in raipur they have collection center, so I had to travel to Raipur 40 Kms to send my mobile to Mumbai service center, and I was told that I can recollect my mobile after 14 days.. So, the helplessness started then and there. I borrowed one mobile from a friend to use for 14 days. 2) After 14 days: I called up the call center and was told that I had to pay 12000 Rs. because motherboard of the mobile had been exposed to water as per the engineers of company. It becomes relevant to inform that the cost of mobile was 16, 000 Rs. Two things, the mobile has never been exposed to water and the other it was well under warranty period, the arguments were not accepted as, the engineers (as if they are judge) said that it had been. So, I was told that I need to pay for the motherboard, on my insistence the company rep. told me that he can offer a discounted quotation, which would be sent to my mail. So, the next stage of helplessness 3) Call got disconnected after 50 mins. and multiple holding periods: The helplessness gives way to frustration. The call center person simply disconnects the call when I insist forcefully to give me in writing, what all he has said. He said that they cannot give mails for such issues (i wonder why they verify mail ids at the beginning of each call and I also wonder why they put us on hold after every query of ours, surely they are paid for the number of mins. ). So, now I am left helpless and frustrated and of course feeling cheated. I am sure that the company HTC must have given delight to thousands of customers, but for me there is one strongly distasteful event. Mail me at: siddharth.[protected]@gmail.com

                        Dear Team I purchased my handset on 29th July 2014 & the switch on/ off button stopped working exactly after one year i.e in July 2015. I submitted my handset for repair on 1st of August 2015. More than 5 weeks have passed & the customer care team says that the part to be replaced is under transit from Taiwan. I don't understand how long it takes for a part to travel from Taiwan to India. Even now they are not providing any firm status regarding the repair of handset. I escalated the issue to their escalation team also but even the escalation team is sleeping & taking no action. Every time when I call on customer care they provide lame/ vague answers. This is a very serious request I want to make to the service team & its Service Head to take serious action & improve. Also as far the solution is concerned, since I am suffering for a long time of more than 5 weeks I want the repair cost of my phone should be waived off.

                          I bought HTC D-820 mobile but it works very slowly. it is very slow and have many problems like it delays a lot to open any folder or application or contacts. Its useless. kindly register my complaint and get me some replacement option for some other model which works well.

KL53RYE54704, Rs. 15, 650/- and present to me (as gift). But unfortunately after two days using the front panel broken slightly. Then I contact service center to replace front panel it will worth Rs. 5, 400/- . I am very much interested to use HTC smart phone. I cant afford the huge service amount.                               On pressing the camera button sometimes it is showing '' camera has stopped unexpectedly.'' both front & main camera as well as flash light are not working. Already visited the Bhubaneswar, Odisha (local) HTC authorized service center last week. They had told me there was s/w problem & rectify the same. But again the same problem remains. Purchase the same product two months ago . It is really heartbreaking to watch the performance for the same. The service center guys had taken my device for almost 5 to 6 hrs & give it back with solving the problem. But within a few days the problem came back which is just not accepted incase the device it not mishandled/ fall apart from my side. It is new as till date.

                                Guys don't buy anything from them. They will lie to you and will cheat first chance they get. HTC-You guys are worst. You should stop your service centre because they re of no use. You should just open CHEATING CENTER where you could act as fraudster and fool your customers. I submitted my device at Trivandram centre at 20th June. From where it was sent to bangalore. They kept it for a month still they were not able to diagnose the issue so my phone was then sent to mumbai centre. I was at trivandram till 7th June so I was continuously contacting customer care to provide me my phone before the 7th. But you didn't. Then I again contacted you and many of your customer agents said to me then we will sent your mobile to Ahmadabad from Trivandram as you asked. Not once but many a times you said it. And then you REPTILES showed your original colors - I received a call from Mr. Rohit from escalation dept that it's not possible and we wont give you your phone. Now you guys are very rich by stealing my phone. You are such losers you must be feeling very happy about cheating me.

                                  My Name: Satish Dhiman Mobile Model HTC One Mini. Mobile purchased on : 1 Feb 2014. Start giving problem from: March 2015. Deposited for Repair to TVS Electronic Chandigarh (UT). Date of Deposit for Repair: 15 July 2015. I've bought this mobile handset in Rs. 29000... and its start giving problem after 12 months of its purchase. I've submitted this handset to HTC Service Center, in Chandigarh. But after the two months of submission I didn't get this. Now Every time when I call to the service center they only say that the part has did not come from Taiwan. Please help me to resolve this issue.

                                      Hi, I started facing issues with SIM slot, battery backup and earphone jack with my HTC(Desire 820Q) in June'15 so i dropped it at a service centre on 31st July'15, it has been more than 45 days now and i still haven't got my phone back. I called service centre a number of times, every time i got an update that it has been repaired and will be dispatched shortly. It has been 20 days since this update.

                                        Dear sir, my handset is htc desire620 ime no-[protected] job no-del[protected].i have face an problem in my handset so i have submit it on sai communication ghaziabad on 19/08/2015. they said that they have given me my set on 1 week but when i call him they said one more week will take to repair your set but after one more week my set is not repair so it was so poor experience in my life with htc so please solve this issue in next 72 hours ravi mittal mb-[protected]
