Hi, i puchase my htcdesire 816G on 28dec2014, from 1 st day i realize phone back panel not in shape, and sim slot losing after a month, after a 1st repair, phone making problem everytime, its camera not working, hanging problem, touch problem, and lots of issue, backlight not support, i handover my phone to service center on 18th august and today is 8th sep 2015 but still phone is showing in under repairing in htc portal, customer care not reply satisfactory, if my phone not return back to me in two days i will go for consumer forum... its spoil the company image also... i never suggest anybody to purchase htc.

I gave my HTC desire 816g dual sim of white color for repair on 23rd June 2015 for repair of broken screen and tillbdate I have not received my mobile back and a representative named ANDRE of HTC express team is only making wrong commitments of delivery date.kindly help. I have purchased htc 820s from fripkart on 26 aug, camera is very poor, picture cracks whenever I zoom picture.phone hangs, so i becomes to attend call.made several complaints but nither their technical experts are able to resolve the issue nor exchanged the product. Resolve my problem otherwise I am bound to make a complaint with consumer forum.

After rise a complain of not getting my phone on 1st of SEptember, a person of HTC([protected]), I forgot his name call me on 1st of September and told me they replace my Phone or Refund my money and give me a mail ID(htc.[protected]@india.com) to send the invoice copy and job sheet. which I mailed on that day 5.37PM. again that person with same number called me yesterday( 4th of September) and ask me for my A/C no. of AXIS or ICICI bank which I don't have Then I give one of my friends axis bank account no and he said to go any of AXIS bank ATM to REFUND my money .Then both me and my friend go to the AXIS bank ATM near about 7:20 PM and do what that person was said. but in spite of Credit my Account it can be Debited twice( amount is 14919 and 14919). then he said it happened because it is a salary account. then we go to a ICICI bank ATM to do the same and successfully do at 8 PM. and he said both the amount( 14919+14919 and my refund value 14919) total 44757rs. but till it not credited on my friend. account. and today morning I call on this ([protected]) no 66 time, he replied only 3 time and said because of amount is high it can be issue in cheque and scan copy of that mailed with in 11:30 to my mailed id. but it is yet not come and this phone no is switch off from 1 PM. I need some strict legal action to that person who call me and harries me and my friend and refund my today. and i want a compensation of 3000 per day if they are not refund my money today. Account no to which my friend money is debited -[protected] Attached the mini statement OF BOTH THE BANK.

I have given my cellphone htc 620 g for service in borivali servive center on 8 august 2015, it is in warranty period, the mobile supposed to come in 15 days but i didn, t received yet. the company is not responding on it.my mobile serial no is lcubry650815 and complaint ticket no is 15INA[protected]. kindly please help me with getting my phone back.

Dear Sir/Madam I submit my HTC Desire 516 Dual in the HTC service centre on 19-Aug-2015. After 20 days of submission I only get sympathy from Customer Care and not my phone. They always ask me for waiting one more week. It is too much . I can't wait now. Please provide my phone as fast as you can. Htc 816 g+ phone i got from you was defective piece ..i bang the doors of service center for several time and at last they declare this piece has defective piece...and they kept the phone more than 50 days saying that you will be getting the replacement and till yet i didnt got any call or message from them...so what to do now? i dont have any phone right now to use...NOTE : PLEASE TAKE STRICT ACTION FROM YOUR SIDE.. Hi, I have bought a HTC Desire mobile phone in March 2015, In 3-4 months it's started showing its colour, It's not at all getting charged. So I have checked their Customer Service Center and they have taken my request with Ticket No:15INA[protected] and they told me it will take 7 days and atmost 10 days. So when I have checked with them, they told me don't come to us, You will get the message when it's done.After not getting message, I have checked with the Customer Care and they told me you will get it on 31st Aug, 2015. Then I have checked on 31st, they again told me, give us 48 hours, we will update you. So when again I have checked on 2nd Sept, 2015, they told me, it's still under process, You will get it on 19th Sept, 2015.What is this nonsense. It's almost a month, I am without mobile phone.

The product, HTC Desire 626G+(IMEI number [protected]) that was bought way back in June 2015 (Invoice - 45234/[protected], got malfunctioned post which the matter was immediately reported to PayTM and HTC. The product has a 1 year manufacturer warranty for phone and 6 month warranty for in the box accessories, as indicated by PayTM. .I visited the HTC Authorised Service Centre in Kamala Nagar, New Delhi where the representative informed me that my device is not covered under any warranty since the purchase was from an online shopping portal. At the time of my purchase the site showed that the device was covered under 1 year Manufacturer’s Warranty and I also enquired from the website customer care regarding the same and their response was positive. I contacted your customer support where I was informed that the products bought after 10/05/2015 through online websites weren’t covered under any warranty. Firstly this news was completely shocking and unexpected to me as the company never released any official statement regarding the changes in their warranty policy and also the fact that all the major online shopping websites are still freely selling the device claiming that it is covered under 1 year Manufacturer’s Warranty. This is completely unacceptable from HTC that they are taking no action against these online portals and giving the lame excuse that they are helpless in this case and it ain't their job to stop these websites from selling the products under false promises.

Hi, Ibought HTC 620 G mobile before 40 Days and yesterday i received a message regarding system update, so i updated my mobile phone but after update I notice that phone is getting very hot from back side after few hours it stop charging battery and after fining battery power phone turned off. I tried many time with a hope that it will start again but failed. When i visit customer care in Gurgaon in Devi Palace in front of Raj Cinema they checked my phone and said we will send it to Banglore and you have to wait for twenty or more days, because your phone is DEAD. I think all this problem is occurred just because of lower quality system update. Now I am not ready to wait for 20 Days. I want my phone within two days.

That the company makes his Head Office in India secretly and registered as HTC India in the Registrar of the Companies Act in India secretly. That the world "secretly" is used here that when any people in India try to access their website www.HTC.COM.in then no information about Head Office and their persons or Zonal Head or other working Staff is there in the Website for the India people to know about them. The HTC Company has setup a few number of people Call Center for formality in India at Mumbai & tied up with the local third class vendors of the mobile repair who give some money on monthly basis and they may work as a HTC Service center while they work for also Sony, Lava, Micromax, Samsung etc. That these service centers and call center are just a false impression in our society that when you buy any HTC Product from the Indian market they can fix it for up to whole one year in warranty and guaranty applied on the HTC Company electronic items buy from the India. That people may think that what a good company it was but in contrast to that when any people of India buy any item of HTC then he may face off mountain of troubles and problems in India given by the HTC third class items to buy for his daily use he knows and besides that he is throwing third class mobile sets in Indian Market flooded in very corner in India on every retail shop. 2. That the HTC INDIA is so clever and shrewd that he told service center to repair only HTC items which buy from one unknown Distributor in India whose name also unknown in India and rest any other items which the HTC selling in India through various channels through their another doors called backdoors cannot be repaired by any HTC Service Center in India except TVSE who are a full paid in cash extracting service center from the HTC Customers who buy the items in India except that unknown distributor. That these full paid service center called and assigned as TVSE service center in INDIA and are allocated very distant location & in very few numbers and in other cities of India and in Uttar Pardesh it is one in Lucknow and in Delhi they are only two in number. That these TVSE service centers always charge heavy cost for fixing any minor to major issue in HTC mobile and smartphone items and the customer has to travel several miles away from his home to these service center in INDIA to get access their TVSE premises workshop and the HTC Handset and get lay their Handsets several months for getting their turn of repairing the faulty Handset by them. That the HTC India also not provide and Software support to the HTC Customers according to their numerous Models in India for fixing the Software issue problem my their own knowledge if you cannot get easily access to TVSE the Service Centers and also in Internet World no Software issue related Software get upload by the HTC India or HTC Corporation in the World for all the HTC Customers who are facing problem in these faulty HTC Handset. That the HTC Corporation is selling the third class mobile Handset to the people of India and major are defective inside but the HTC selling all kind of mobiles and smartphones items to the people of India for making undue enrichment through the Indian wide market and earning billions of Rupees from the Indian Market by fooling around the people of India who unfortunately buy the HTC item in India as thinking in false impression as HTC Branded company. 3. That now why I used to put complaint against HTC India and what grievances I faced against HTC. That I had heard about HTC Corporation on Internet and get attracted towards HTC smartphones to buy for my personal use in day to day Life. That on dated[protected]Fifteen -August- Two thousand fifteen) I bought one HTC Smartphone Model HTC Desire VC 328D CDMA of Rs 4500/- (Forty Five Hundred) from the local vendor in the Muzaffarnagar market who have given me proper invoice bill copy to me and told me that the HTC will fix any problem up to one year. That I bought it any just use for 10 (Ten) hrs passed at my home the Handset name HTC Desire VC CDMA has stopped working when the HTC mobile was put on charge thru AC Charger. That after that I went to the HTC Service Center at Muzaffarnagar where he refused to fix the Handset after seeing from inside opened and told that it cost Rs 600/- (Six Hundred) for trying of repairing it and there is no surety of it that it may work properly or not. That after that one of my friend on my request taken to the one of the TVSE service center of HTC, Kamala Nagar Delhi where they told that it cost Rs 3000/- (Three thousand) of it for fixing the mobile and it takes one month time to get it repaired. That I think what the thief and hooligan type of the HTC Service center are who after buying item of HTC may charge undue excessively for fixing any issue in Smartphone while the phone has a warranty of full one year of it. That the HTC INDIA is doing unfair trade practice and malpractice in India for selling dirty and third class handsets in India and not providing any warranties on that third class item. 4. That before that and after that I wrote several Email to the HTC India Pvt Ltd customer Service Cell at [protected]@htc.com, [protected]@htc.com, [protected]@htc.com, [protected]@htc.com and [protected]@htc.com, [protected]@htc.com, [protected]@htc.com, [protected]@htc.com, [protected]@htc.com, [protected]@htc.com, [protected]@htc.com for the same problem I has facing in HTC Desire VC CDMA but none has taken corporate responsibility for may get correct this HTC Handset at any service in India at their own expenses they may provide. That the company HTC is working in India for looting and minting the money from the HTC customers in India and thousands to lakhs of customers day by day are blindly trapping in the HTC India defective and mala fide company items and sinking their Hard earned money on the HTC items while the HTC Corporation or HTC India may getting rich to richer day by day thru the selling of dirty and third class smartphone and mobile items in INDIA. 5. That as I know my legal rights and have identify the roots of the HTC company and its dirty pathetic style of working it is my legal duty to may prevent & stop the working of the HTC India in INDIA for not selling their defective items and other electronic mobiles in India so that no other Indian buyers have feel being looted by the HTC India for their undue enrichment purpose like he did to me. That in the registration of companies in public Ltd or private Ltd as HTC India Pvt Ltd there is must obligatory for disclosing their names on their website and also necessary to appoint various directors and other necessary person such as Chairman, Director, Board members, C.A, C.S, Advocates and other person for the working of any company who may registered in India but here the HTC India have hidden all the necessary facts and just for making secret and not going to get sue in any courts of law thru that hiding information the HTC India is working against the Rules of law in the Companies Act and in the other Indian Acts applicable in whole of India. 6. That the HTC INDIA is not making any item of Smartphone and mobiles in India land of law but he has been importing all their items outside from the India and then rebranding & remarking it for selling by the One unknown distributor name while other smartphone and mobile items the HTC Corporation has selling from the another doors called backdoors in the Indian market so that he makes unlawful money by looting the Indian customer and not to give any warranty and guaranty on it and the people may lose their hard earned saved money on their defective and third class items flooded in the Indian mobile market by HTC in every shop in India to sell to Indian people of India. That the Service Centers will be of HTC INDIA will be also ordered to work absolutely freely and free service for two years for HTC every customer of any type then may be closed permanently. My new HTC DESIRE 826x mobile (purchased on 6th July 15) had got some manufacturing defect. As it was under manufacturing warranty, so the new set has been handed over to the HTC service centre on 27th july 15. So far I did not returned back the mobile hand set and in online tracking it is appearing as in repair status every time. I have sent several request mail to HTC, so far only assurance given to returned me back the set after repair. But no clarity on timeline. Yesterday I went to service centre at kamla nagar to get repaired my htc desire 616.but after repairing mobile is heating very high and its not charging.before going to service centre it was having only sound problem through ear jack slot.kindly help.

Don't know why the htc is playing game with me come again-come again from the date of purchase only am facing the problem that when i use the internet (mobile data) on other side same time when i play the music player or any other sound took place then that time the sounds break like cut cut...in short sound dint play properly there is disturbance in it. I waited for the software update by thinking that it will resolve after getting update but the problem dint resolved and on 23rd july 2015 i submitted my mobile in the care for the same problem nd after waiting for so many days i get my mobile back on 17th august. but when i checked my mobile after recieving it from care what i see the same problem again exist and they promise me when after depositing i call the htc care on toll free no.[protected] that we will provide you quality service but i dint think so they did that. one time again i deposited my mobile on 20th august ticket no.(15INA[protected] as per the conversation with the back end team that submit again we will provide you quality service but on 2 september i recived my mobile back then what i see the same problem now also exist nd again i called them they said that please deposit once again we will provide you quality service...firstly i want to knew what is the quality service as per the htc because i alredy submitted two time my mobile to the care for the same problem and they asssured me that we will provide you quality service but after getting it collect from the care i dint know where your quality service goes...which you assured me regarding that. secondly when u knew that my problem is not getting resolved by you nd you are saying that we already changed the motherboard and speaker then i dint know why am facing the same problem again and again when you already done all that...i again deposited my mobile in care today but now again they assured me that they will provide the quality service ... i dont want your any kind of quality service because your quality service dint satisfied me because the same problem i faced again and again after depositing it twice and waiting for so many days to getting it back... now i want my mobile should be changed otherwise i dont want my mobile back keep it with you only because what is the benefit of getting it back when i knew that the same problem will surely persist ...

I purchased Butterfly S. My touch damage for which i ready to pay company service center told 15 to 20 days for service but it goes beyond 3 months. Why should i accept that handset as also it was in very poor condition. Now they refuse to replace the handset. Fraud Company Pathetic service. Should i go in legal process against company.

My htc phone 820 Token no:- 151NA[protected] HTC Mobile Serial no :- HT4ATYC04610 is in repair for almost more than 15 days and I am dissatisfied with the time it is still taking to repair considering its 8 months old .Under warranty . Either you should replace the phone or provide me with an equivalent phone till its getting repaired.Suddenly one day the screen has stopped responding & complete blackout .17/8/2015 i have submitted the phone to magnet 2 mobile .I have called customer care & the date was fixed 3 rd sep 2015 to dispatch but now they say the parts are not arrived so it will not be confirmed till 5/9/2015 & next week there will be a chance of dispatch . Request you to replace by new one as earliest ..I have no alternate phone available .Iam disatisfied customer .

My htc phone 626g is in repair for almost more than 20 days and I am dissatisfied with the time it is still taking to repair considering its two months old . Either you should replace the phone or provide me with an equivalent phone till its getting repaired.I am surprised that my handset was dropping calls frequently with low to no network . It has been a highly inconvenient experience to say the least .I sincerely hope you wont let me down again (i had issues with a previous purchase of htc as well) and find an amicable solution at the earliest.

I had visited the hTC service center at Thane, Maharashtra on 8-th August, 2015 to repair my hTC Desire 501 mobile, having display issue(service ticket no-15INA[protected]. There, I was charged Rs-230/- for diagnosis and assured that within 10 days the service center would provide me the quotation details. But till today, I did not receive the quotation and not even a single Phone call from hTC associates.I had dropped query mail three times to [email][protected]@htc.com[/email] but every time got a pre-formated unprofessional reply that the phone is still on diagnosis. On this circumstance please advice what should be my course of action. I will also advice people to think twice before buying a hTC device.
