Huawei — honor 9i display crack and heating issue.

Dear team,
I have purchase honor 9 i on dated 16th oct. 17
My first compliant is phone display is broken after two days of pure chase.
Want to replace it when i discussed issue with customer care i suggested that i have to pay for screen damage. Physical damage is not covered under manufacturing guaranty.
If you people not giving any kind of screen protection or gorilla glass a phone of rs 18000/- it seems very cheap products you are designing. I want to replace it from your side. With free of cast.
2 heating issue
Phone is heating after gaming of 15 to 20 minutes battery drain drastically

I want to resolve my above mentioned problems. Do the needful to resoled issue. I have chosen honor brand for its best mobiles segments. Don"t disappoint me
