Sir i own hyundai i20 sports petrol version,
I am a defence person i hardly use my vehicle but whenever i use i for long drives around more than 100 km while applying brakes it cause a different kind of noise... I think some problem with my break shoe...
Last time i get serviced it at berkeley hyundai (Panchkula), i told them about problem.. They tried to rectify it but nothing worked out... I still have issues with my break
And second problem is all about reverse gear struct while applying and make noise..
Sir please resolve my problem as soon as possible and change faulty parts
Currently i reside in allahabad (Up).

    Never trust hyundai.. They cheat customers and do fraud with customers..

    This words has been fixed in my mind with very bad experience from your dealer and company. With lots of dreams and expectations, i had sold my old wagon r car and had decided to purchase my dream car hyundai creta. But at present i feel that that was the biggest mistake of my life. I have been very disappointed by your dealer. They had not only cheated me but also waste my time and plays with the life of my family and our emotions. Brief details of the case are as follow.

    I have applied for test drive of hyundai creta through online. Actually my office address is at anjar and the distance between hyundai’s showroom and of my office is around 5 k. M. After booking for test-drive, no one from anjar showroom has come to me for test drive but after two to three days, your sales representative from bhuj show room which is approx 40 k. M. From my office has came to me for test drive. I had taken test drives of different models and as on 23/06/2018, i had book hyundai creta 1.4 e+ white colour and informed them that tentative date of deliver would be in first week of august if possible because of my daughter’s birth day. Dealer has also committed me to provide some complimentary accessories and will provide tyres of apollo or bridge stone as would be available. I have got sanctioned my loan as on 02.08.2018 as per pre decided schedule. I had demanded for self insurance from the dealer for my car or asked them to provide insurance of tata aig with the addons demanded by me. Earlier they had denied to provide self insurance and also denied to provide insurance of tata aig as dealer has no tie up with that. After contacting to customer care, they had ready to allow self insurance but denied to provide complimentary accessories.in short they don’t want to waive their commission.

    As it was a dream for me to buy hyundai creta on the birthday of my daughter, to celebrate those moments of happiness with my family, i had let go all the things and decided to take insurance from your company. You would be surprised to know that till morning of 03rd august, 2018, i didn’t know that whether i would received my car or not. After 11.00 a. M. My sales person from bhuj had told me that he would be there after 12.00 p. M. And asked me to come to show room. I had visited your anjar showroom with my friends. As i had got booked car from bhuj kutch and was getting delivery from anjar – showroom, i fell like i had committed big mistake and reached to pakistan from india. Everything was because of target of the officers. Your representatives had told me that car is ready for delivery. I found that there were tyres of good year and i had asked them to replace the same. They had denied the same and said that in e+ model, we could not replace the tyres. As again it was a matter of happiness for my daughter, i had also accepted the same. I had asked sales person to fit complimentary accessories and complete all documents requirements. As we were waiting for our family members for ‘pooja ceremony’ near the car, your one of the sales representative explains the car features to prospected customers. After some time, that prospected customers sit in the car and your representative was sit on back side seat and they were ready for test drive in the car standing at the delivery point. You can check the same from cctv footage available at your dealer’s premises. We all were very surprised that we are waiting for our family members for pooja ceremony and your executives were ready for test drive of the said car. We had asked them for not to use that car for test drive purpose.

    I am very surprised that how a big company like hyundai can use brand new car for test drive purpose. As per policy, company has to use demo car for test drive purpose. After all, happily or with compromise, whatever, when they had asked us that they had taken insurance of the car we had got delivery of the car on friday, 03rd august 2018 after 6.15 p. M. And had signed all the documents as provided by your dealer without reading in details as we were already very late and didn’t get a lunch also. As on saturday, around 6.30 p. M., when i had visited your showroom for submission of demand draft for the balance payment, i had asked them for invoice copy and insurance copy. I was very surprised that when i had asked them for insurance copy and standing at their counter, i had received greetings message from reliance insurance company for choosing them as insurance partner. When i had checked the policy documents i found that insurance had been started from 04th august, 2018 at 06.51 p. M. It means i was driving my car for more than 24 hours without insurance. Means your dealer and your company is clearly playing with the life of the customers for just their commission as they had not allowed me to take self insurance nor took insurance up to 24 hours from the time of the delivery of the car.

    I had compromised everything till that but as on monday, i had received some pictures of my car before delivery date which had been captured from your dealer’s premises. Actually, they had tried to sale that car to another customer who was my friend as on 02nd august 2018 but after seeing the condition of that car, he had denied taking delivery of that car. After washing the said car, they had sold me that used car. Pictures which i had attached with this mail clearly show that car was roughly used by someone before sales. It means they had cheated me and sold used car as a new car. As we are middle class family bought such a costly car with highly expectations and emotions, but your dealer and officers have played with our emotions as well as our family safety. I had made complained to your dealer and asked them to provide all the track records of my car from date of delivery from the plant till the date of delivery to me with all the cctv footage at dealer’s premises but they had denied the same. After that i had decided that i would park that car at your dealer’s premises and would file a suit against your company as well as dealer for cheating me and selling me used car as a new car and taking insurance after 24 hours of delivery of the car. Really it was a very bad experience for me and i would fight till replacement of that used car with new one.

      I have purchased brand new grand i-10 diesel car from your ashram road, ahmadabad showroom on 26.02.2014 (Gj01 re 2487). Since about 2 years there is a serious problem accrued in my car (Lost of power in staring and accelerator) for which we were in constant touch of your ashram road ahmadabad service station and they tried to resolve the issue for more than 6 times, but still it is not resolved.; today i saved my self and my passengers from the serious accident because of the above issue. Today i have again given my car to the said service station back.

      Now i m not going to accept the said car, which is having manufacturing defect and may take my life if i used the said car. Under the circumstances company may exchange new car to me immediately.

      Please inform your decision immediately, so as to proceed further in the mater accordingly.

      Note : you may collect our car history from said service station i. E ashram raod, ahmedabad.

        This is to bring to your kind attention that i went to libra hyindai naraina for the enquiry of xcent in lieu of exchanhe of my old vehicle on 24th june. But there people dont have respect for the customers. I was not even asked for a glass of water or cold drink in such humid conditions. I had sent there for the enquiry of the purchase of the product xcent but i was not given due respect and not even attended properly. Is this the hell you people provide services to the customer. After that you didn't attended me properly. I want to exchange my old vehicle but that people refused me for that also. As you people are very ill-mannered to provide services to the customer. Really shame on you people for showing such type of behaviour towards me and disrespecting me. Even someone goes to someone's house that fellow is treated as god but you people treat a customer as a dog why because you are not provided manners to give respect to the customers. Really shame on you people. It's better for you people to shut dowm the showroom and sit home.

          Hello, i was purchas my car from punjab hyundai from kalol, gandhinagar, gujarat dateed : 09-may-2016. First time engine change by hyundai on 31-oct-2017 and almost 8 month done and again my car engine oil leakage why this type of situation again create,

          When i put the car on 31- oct-2017 to riya hyundai mahesana, they was told me your enginen was damage and it's repiar expense 1.5 lacs to 2.0 lacs but i am claim that's your fault than they will change my engine at free of cost they only taken only labor changes, 5600 rs, but aging same problem create on yesterday night and again hyundai service person was saying 2.0 lac expense, how can this possible if engine change before 8 month, p

          Please advise on asap, because i was many trouble face from last 2 year from. Car purchase date,

          Please chacke your record i have done all services in hyundai service station only than how can this possible,

          So. Please help and short out this matter without any cost,

            Sas automotives lucknow very bad service center they dont know how to talk with customers.. They use dirty and rough language to customers.. I m using hundai car i 20 active i went at service center due some problem but they didn’t response me properly never i will purchase your car..               Myself davinder singh i would like to inform you that i met with an accident on dated 23/07/18 and same day i hand over my car to verma hyundai hoshiarpur branch for servicing (Reg no : pb07ac 2576). Verma hyundai had given me the time period of 4-5 days. But till date i have not received my car and daily they are giving me excuses that they don’t have manpower so that is why work is not being done on time and promise to hand over the car by next day. But still my car has not been rectified by them. My work is getting suffered very much due to non availability of car as i have planned for my work according to the time provided by your team. I have to go for my work in busses for about 100 km daily. Also it is to inform you that from the date of purchase all kind of work of my car is being done from the agency. I had got very bad expirience from your side against your services. Kindly give me the complete detail for delay of work with target date and take necessary actions against the agency so that this act may not repeat in future with any one.

                Sub - for car i10 grand hyundai (Magna) diesel hr51 ax 6364, non completing the services and totally harrassment by the staff
                R/sir,
                Respectfully that i have to state that i have purchase the car from hyndai during nov 2013 (In the name of my father)
                Now 5 years is not yet completed my car engine has been opened inspite of all services/repair were made from hyndai service centre and no single service was done from outside. Hence, how engine has worst and why problem timely already was not picked up and engine was not replaced/repair/opened on intial stage as problem of engine and heating was available from intial stage and in between hyndai service centre repaired/corrected temporary solution (During warranty period plus 2 year extended warranty period)
                Three months earlier my car went for small pipe change in jvm hyndai sohna road. When i came back to home it start giving heating problem and my whole coolent was empty within 40km.
                I called jvm hyndai for that and their staff came and changed some part and coolent. Now it again started giving heating problem and i called jvm hyndai for that also and jvm or hyundai area manager jitender chaturvedi said to show the car in nearby showroom. So i went to prestige faridabad. Here they said its something with gas kit we have to open the engine and jvm manager said they will help me for that. So after opening now they are saying whole engine is to be reapired costing approx 1 lac. And mr jitender chaturvedi is saying its not their fault. They can give only 20%. As heating problem occureed after chaging the part from jvm. It should be their responsiblity to look after the matter.
                I am asking is this is the car of the year??
                This is the quality engine hyndai is making??
                How hyndai grand i10 engine can expire within 5years??

                So. I hereby requested kindly make me relief otherwise i will go to consumer court against jvm hundai and hyndai

                  Am using hyundai i20 elite since 2 years and 10 months, now i have faced a problem in car's ac, then i gave my car to hyundai authorised service centre (Popular hyundai, calicut) for solving it. They checked and said that it's compressor is complaint and to be change. Service centre is not ready to clear it, they said i want to pay for it.
                  It's not a rare case it have been happened in almost all i20 elite. So hyundai is the responsible for this complaint. I can't pay for it, if hyundai is not ready for it. I will register a case in court against hyundai nd publish in media. Am waiting for a positive reply

                  Bought a Hyundai Grand i10 from Modi Hyundai Thane.
                  Had a car break down, driving from the showroom to the temple.
                  Turned out to be a drive from the showroom to the service centre.
                  Opened the bonnet to check on after the break down..found it to be fully rusted .

                  So much so for brand HYUNDAI...!!!

                    My car was picked for 2nd servicing by the dealer (Aditya hyundai, bhubaneswar) on dated 20.07.2018 and on next day i came to know that my car has been drawn into water due to flood.
                    But still now i am not getting any information from the dealer that
                    When ll i get back my car in proper condition as its a 7 months new car (Purchased in dec'17)?
                    What about its warranty?

                    Sir I have a problem my Verna automatic gear system sometime while driving car car rpm rises and gear doesn't shift . Not proper response by gear box . Not repsonse by service centre.

                      I had purchased car model new i20 on 27/04/2017 and ivoice no k[protected]. At that time, car dealer gave only one key of car. Actually rule is that all new cars must have two keys. But they didn't give me. Still that i have only one key. Car dealer don't give proper response so please solve this matter. Please give me extra key of my car. I attach photo of delievery receipt.

                      Disk and break pad both has gone in just 9979 km how is it possible.i need it be claim and I am not going to pay. company people itself saying that it's not possible to go disc and pad in just 9979 km.

                          Dear sir,

                          I am a loyal customer of brand hyundai since 2009. I purchased hyundai i20 in 2009 for my father and after my delightful experience of 3 years, i upgraded with hyundai verna diesel in year 2012.

                          Recently i have purchased hyundai next gen verna automatic diesel

                          Car details :- owner - mrs. Deepmala amitbhai kansara

                          Model – verna 1.6 crdi at sx+

                          Invoice no. – 157

                          Invoice date – 25/05/2018

                          Registration no. – gj 21 ca 2172

                          Engine no. - d4fbjm583484

                          Chassis no. – malc841dmjm064980

                          Right from the day one i have been noticing some engine noise occurring while initial acceleration.

                          I reported the same to local dealership and service center, initially my complain was not taken seriously, but after multiple representation and trails with engineers, the center acknowledged the extraordinary noise level, however i was repeatedly convinced by the center about possibility of inappropriate fuel quality. I was also invited by the center to compare the apparent noise level with another same specification vehicle, during this comparison also it was concluded that my vehicle is generating extra ordinary noise level, the same was acknowledged by engineers and staff at the center and based on that conclusion, i was instructed to handover the car to the center for further testing with empty fuel tank. I have handover the car to center on 18th july 2018 accordingly.

                          I am not satisfied with the resolution and comments given by hyundai after spending all this time and efforts.

                          With this communication, i am requesting to escalate this matter and do necessary investigation and offer me an appropriate solution or replacement vehicle without any further delay.

                          I anticipate your due diligence in handling my complain and ensure customer satisfaction.

                          I have enclosed the communication received so far from center for reference.

                          If i am not offered appropriate response / remedies within 2 weeks then i may have to proceed as per my legal advisors.

                          Hope hyundai will put its best efforts and resources to reinforce my trust in brand ‘hyundai’.

                          For your reference i’m attaching details of the car & feedback from hyundai.

                            Hello hyundai motors,

                            I am very disappointed with one of your centre named as kasliwal hyundai running in indore (Madhya pradhesh). Two months back, i met with an accident and got seriously injured. My relatives called kasliwal hyundai to pick my damaged car from the place where accident happened. It was only 130 km from kasliwal hyundai's showroom for which kasliwal hyundai charged me around 8000 rs. This is really a loot with the consumer.

                            After that, as my vehicle was totally damaged, insurance company asked me to contact kasliwal hyundai to provide the repairing estimate and kasliwal hyundai charged 7500 for providing the estimate of my vehicle which was already in total loss condition.

                            I believe that i am unfairly charged by kasliwal hyundai and therefore i request you to please look into this matter. I am from a middle class family and bought that car in 3 lac 70 thousand only. For a car having this price, i was totally shocked that i have paid around 15 thousand o kaliwal hyundai

From badarpur boarder in the morning there is low very low availability of buses & if bus is available then the bus driver started his bus and just go away from this place without on his bus no.                                 Sir, this is to inform you that i was charged rs.470 for using your service assistance today. My car's wheel got jammed and was not moving. Its in warranty period now. My home is less than 15 minutes drive from your service centre. I feel i was charged heavily for just giving few knocks without even having to repair anything on the wheel. I was an ex enployee of hyundai and and i have introduced many customers too
                                Please remember that my eon is an economy car and for a work which took just a minute to be fixed, i was overly charged and im deeply hurt. I previously owned a maruti alto for which service charge was always below rs.300/_
                                The service personnel says that this is the rate that is being charged in my area. Are you charging differently for different areas or should charges be based on the work done? I feel really offended and i want you to recalculate the actual service charge for your actual work done. Also please evaluate the customer support that you actually promise when u sell a car. If i am being charged so much when its only 1 year and a month since i bought hyundai eon, how much would you charge after a year more or after 5 years will there be any service support even.
                                Im presently working in mahindra and i know what reasonable service charges in the industry is and hyundai i feel is doing injustice. I would like to hear your side to this matter and im waiting for an explanation. Please rework on the bill and refund me the excess that has been charged.
                                Im not at all satisfied at the service charges that hyundai has imposed.

                                  I have booked for new hyundai creta car e+ model petrol car with m/s popular auto world pvt ltd, thrissur, kerala on 09/07/2018 and given rs 10, 000 for booking charges. During the time of booking the dealers promised the delivery of vehicle will get within one week if i make the full payment. Accordingly given balance rs 11, 14, 164 given to the dealer to their bank through neft from iob thrissur on 18/07/2018.

                                  The dealer secondly promised the booked vehicle will deliver to me before 30th of july 2018 at any cost. But, still i have not received the vehicle so far.

                                  I don't expected this kind of poor business profile from reputable company hyundai

                                  Please look into this matter for getting me the delivery immediately otherwise inform your dealer to reimburse of my money soon

                                    My grand i10 was kept for its first paid service (25, 000km) at apco vehicle (India) pvt. Ltd, thottada p. O, kannur - dist, kerala on 17th july 2018. R/o no: r[protected]. It was expected to be delivered after complete service in a weeks time (23rd of july). But the car wasnt ready on time. This delay is acceptable if they had managed a proper intimation. Inspite of me regularly contacting the centre it took more than two weeks n i was intimated to collect my car on 31st july afternoon. As per the call it was expected that my car would be fully ready with all my complaints corrected and serviced but when i reached the centre i cudnt find the person who contacted me nor anybody else could help me out. Had to wait for more than one hour to get the service provider and then only i cud find out my wasnt fully done with. Cleaning was not properly done, the headlamb clips were out of place both of which i had to wait for more than 2hours again and get it done. And i had ordered to repair my rear speakers, wipers, ignition complaint and digital analogue system but these were not done. Totally i had a worse service from your centre be it a wastage of my time or be it in the sense i cudnt get my car fully serviced. It was so disapponting and hope i wont suggest the same centre for myself or anybody of whom i know to this centre.

                                    Hope you will try to rectify the mistakes and try to provide better service to the costumers in the future atleast.

                                      On 31.07.2018 i visited hundai show room at kurukshetra just to enquire about any deal to upgrade from verna to some higher models with hundai e. G. Creta etc. And one small car alongwith. But mr. Raj kiran sales person engaged in unnecessary inquiries and talked very redely. We we expressed out surprise as to how a person in sales can be so rude. He dared us to complain against him. We than approached mr. Karan khattar, gm. He also did not listen to us. He tried his every bit to prove us wrong and prove the sales person right. Pained by this attitude of the staff, i came out of the shown room and now thinking about other brands in the market like honda, maruti, tata, jeep etc. But beforoe shifting my loyalties i wanted to give this feedback.

                                        Issue has been escalated to region head level, though after escalation also huge delay... Please see more details below

                                        I have escalated the issue on 27th and heard from you on 30th that too after multiple phone calls. That means, total 5 days = ticket sla is 2 days + 3 days from you., i don’t know what’s happening why this much delay in response even after escalated the issue to regional head level and why no one is calling to customer?

                                        Just to get an idea

                                         car handed over to service station @ 27th may early hours (7 am)
                                         first complaint was raised @ jun 6
                                         reminder mail sent @jun 20
                                         escalated to regional office @ 27th july
                                         heard from regional head @ 30th july
                                         eta given by regional head @ aug 12th

                                        Total above is 78 days.

                                        78 days eta expected from hyndai for smaller work (As per nagarjuna, this work eta is 20 days)? Why this much delay is happening? And no one is ready to give the reason for delay … i don’t know why ☹.

                                        Am not ok with above new eta (Aug 12th). Why should i wait for 13 more days? I frustrated with these eta’s, this is 6th or 7th time hyundai has given eta to me over 65 days. Why these many promises and eta’s?

                                        As per above history, i can conclude that “hyundai is never giving values to their customers”

                                        Hyundai is charging money for each and every work with all kind of taxes but never bother to handover the vehicle within time? Moreover, with this tight schedule will you be handling the work accurate so there won’t be any issues after vehicle delivery? Or work will be done just like that to handover asap.

                                        Either am not ok with new eta nor happy with the service. Please escalate this to next level and provide me contact details so that i can reach them. Please do not take days for escalating to next level. Am expecting call by eod from next level.
