I am having a venue car . The mileage of my car is too much poor. I used my car in local city area .I checked my car in service center sawan hyundai panipat an drahul hyundai karnal but no solution is given, they checked the car mileage on highway . it comes normal on highway but the issue raises when i drive in local city area the mileage come to 8 km /litre . i am very disappointed with the car .No service cente takes the matter seriously . They dont want to understand the problem . I want my vehicle to be checked properly and kindly gives me the proper solution .

    Dear sir,
    My wife is owner of Hyundai Eon for last 10years and always does service regularly at Popular service centre in Tripunithura, Ernakulam Ernakulam, Kochi, Kerala.
    On 16th when she started the car it gave burning smell and smell of LPG outside and inside the car.
    As it was Sunday very next day we called popular service centre for fixing the complaint. Issue started when they told me the complaint was from LPG vaporizer which cost 58400rupees, i was really taken back. When I called other centres outside it was only 5000Rs. hence I took my car back without service.
    i am pretty sure there is some mistakes, and I humbly request Hyundai to take necessary action to get my problem resolved and fix my car with reasonable price.

        Hello Hyundai Team,
        Hope you are doing well.
        I would like to bring your attention to a serious issue in my Alcazar Signature 7T Automatic Diesel - KA03NL2932.
        We are getting a mileage in the range of 4Km/liter to 8 Km/liter. Hyundai representatives locally have done all they can, but the issue cannot be fixed. I need a strategic/ permanent solution to this issue (if possible).

        My car is about a year old, fully serviced at Hyundai. All instance oil and proposed changes by Hyundai were done on time.

        Symptom of the issue:-
        1. In low speed and high power, car instant mileage shows in the range of 10-12 Km/l appx.
        2. At medium speed, the instant mileage shows in the range of 5-10 Km/l appx.
        3. In optimal speed i.e. about 50 Km/h to 70 Km/h - the mileage shows around 1-5 Km/l.

        The above should be reversed i.e in most optimal conditions, the mileage should be at its BEST, but unfortunately If i travel long i.e on any highway I get 2 Km/l to 5 Km/l mileage.

        I have reported the issue on -
        1. 27th March'23 - wherein the car was taken for 5 hours and I was told cluster update was done and, I was asked to test mileage now.
        RESULT - NO mileage improvement.

        2. I approached the outer ring road - Bellandur branch, I was heard and responded well to my queries, but after 1 day of car checkup I was told the milega test can only be done on weekends. i.e. next appointment i got was for 8th April'/23.
        After one day of car at service stations and some checks done, written report yet to be received, the output is -
        RESULT - NO mileage improvement.

        3. On the inspection report I was clearly mentioned - NOT satisfied with the service and final output.
        I am told that the car is all electronic and all automated reports show no issue, hence nothing can be done. I am awaiting a PERMANENT solution to the problem.

        A.) If the issue is with the speedometer showing WRONG MILEAGE - Please fix it.
        B.) If the issue is with any part in the car, which is causing fuel wastage & VERY POOR performance - Please fix the necessary parts and fix the issue permanently & we need compensation for the fuel being wasted in-interim.
        C.) If the issue cannot be fixed. Please please tell me - this CANNOT be fixed, so that I can give this car in charity to Hyundai OR leave this at the Hyundai showroom as a unique showpiece.

        The above options have to be TIME BOUND.
        Please stop testing the patience of loyal Hyundai customers.

        Looking forward NOT to go to- Hyundai mileage reimbursement, Hyundai mpg reimbursement, Aoc or acute claims.
        I simply need the issue fixed or the model replaced ASAP!

        1. Car video taken on long drive, just after fresh fuel filled in, and the car gave 3.8 Kmpl mileage.
        2. Car long video taken during mileage test with Hyundai SPOC, this was a fun filled drive, wherein Hyundai spoc told the car gives 16.x mileage.
        3. Car form wherein I showed extreme dis-satisfaction on the issue resolution at the car service center, I am sure this feedback form will never reach Hyundai.
        4. Please check the history and service reports of my car for more details.

          Dear Sir,
          I have given my Car I 20 Magna 2015 model reg. no. RJ27CE4068 for painting work as its color was peeling off automatically, showroom also it accepted the car about 20 days before, today when they return it (home delivery) and as I was out of the town my father took the delivery and we paid money Rs 8400-/ about 20 mins later my father decided to drive the car at that moment he found a large crack across the wind screen glass which only can be noticed when someone sits inside the car, as at the time of giving the car at service center there was no issue with wind screen glass. however, left head light and bumper were already in damaged condition but the wind screen glass was perfect, now it is broken and when we called up the guy who delivered his phone is not responding showing switch off and we also cannot take the vehicle to showroom right now because he delivered it to around 7;00 pm and showroom already closed.

          sir, I would like to bring to your kind notice that before taking every car they take photo to be presented as evidence if someone play blame game same photos can be used as proof. Moreover I am attaching video and photograph from my side.
          Kindly do the needful as I put In in Honest earning in my car.

                This is in regards to complaint no 1-[protected] against incorrect kms updation in PSM at Lakshmi Hyundai Service center, yosufguda, Hyderabad- They have entered wrong odometer reading multiple times in a row, and when requested for a correction i haven’t got a resolution . This is causing me wider impact in selling my car as sources are not agreeing for the wrong data been provided . Now reselling of my car has been struck due to this.

                  My Alcazar was stolen by theives parked in front of my house on 3.30Am 10th April 2023. I did not get any notification on bluelink, no alarm. No update on status, nothing. They broke the window glass and took away the car easily.

                  This BlueLink was so poor and of no use at all.

                  I feel cheated by Hyundai and its customer service.
                  I lost my Car valued around 18 lacs.

                  No support from customer care also.

                    I have contacted the Blulink customer service with ([protected]) for immediate assistance for tracking of my stolen vehicle on 10th April.

                    The executive did not help me and instead started explaing the process and documents needed. I provided the details on call itself, I am the owner, provided the registed mobile number, email and RC also. Also told that I am lodgning the FIR and can provide it as soon as I get the copy from Police. I did not get any support and I lost my vehicle (Alcazar- Prestige 7S). No tracing could be done, it was taken away by theives at 3.30am early morning as per CCTV footage.

                    Very irresponsible and careless service, the execuitve should be held accountable for my loss (18Lacs).

                        Dear Sir/Madam,
                        I have been receiving calls from Hyundai for last one month and they repeatedly call me to bother. I requested them almost ten times but they did not pay heed to my request and keep chasing. I am frustrated and exhausted completely and it's going off my head. Please impose a heavy penalty on them so that they could learn a lesson as it is mental harassment.
                        I have enclosed the screen shots of their calls with dates.

                          I approached your reputed company Paul Hyundai Khanna (Punjab) on 31st Jan 2023 for buying a second hand good condition car. Then your staff at Paul Hyundai suggested I go to H Promise for a second hand car as H promise is Hyundai authorized for exchange & selling of old car’s . I approached your executive Mr.Jaspreet Singh who is Manager at your H Promise, He showed me Grand I 10 Top Model (2015 Model) pertaining to PB23S7416 as registration number & Promised me that the vehicle has no problem either in Engine or in any other part.

                          Unfortunately, the vehicle has not been satisfactory (Engine failure, Oil Consumption more, Air condition not working & many more problems have started arising). I approached your team several times & told them that at the time of sale you granted that the Engine is ok & offered a cup of tea also, now that you have sold the defected vehicle to me & you are not listening to me & your staff is running away from the responsibilities, not listening to my problem.

                          I have taken an expensive Loan on the car & I am paying heavy EMI every Month. Outside mechanic after inspecting the problem said that the full engine would be repaired & estimated cost of repair is 50, 000/- rupees. Your staff should have intimated me faithfully before selling the vehicle, that there is engine problem, AC problem, etc.

                          Your H Promise team has kept me in darkness.

                          Sir, I look forward to settling this matter amicably. If however the matter is not satisfactorily resolved by 31st March 2023, I will consider taking further action to resolve the complaint either through consumer protection or through the courts.

                            The matter of concern is that altough my tyre tread is good enough in condition, the tyre becomes unserviceable. The tyre usabilty life is less than 4 years. I have bought new creta from authorised dealer in february, 2019.
                            Other data are as below:-
                            (1) The use date:- 27th February, 2019
                            (2) Tyre becomes unserviceable: 14th February, 2023
                            (3)Tyre tread is good enogh in condition.
                            The detailed photopgraphs of tyre tread and tyre conditions and insurance, which has taken from Hyundai are attached herewith.

                              I purchased my car in Jan'2023 where blue Hyundai, Bangalore recommended Future generali insurance saying that they have tie up with Hyundai and there won't be and disruption during claims. Recently my car met with an accident on 4th March and I have given my car for service on 8th March, till date the claim isn't approved and vehicle is not ready.

                              This Insurance operates against our police department rules and expects document which is not provided by Police department.

                                  The paint is coming off from our car, this appears to be manufacturing defect. The service centre requested full money from the customer for the paint.
                                  My dad has tried to file so many complaints but he is not being entertained by anyone. Its been 7-8 years of him trying to get in contact with someone. This is highly disappointing and we would like this issue to be rectified immediately with your help and support.

We see after payments of bill some scratches in right side of bumper near main light. I have raised this issue for your representative. But he is not agree for this. I request to your representative to see your cc camera. It is your fault. But your representative with main person behaviour talked to me loudly. His behaviour like a king. Really i am very surprised. Sir plz see my issue .
