Respected Sir /Madam

would like to inform you that i have purchased a venue sx on April 2022 (SK01PC 9171), considering the quality and reliability of Hyundai vehicles, but at the time time of delivery itself inside the showroom it got some fault later which was taken care. Somehow the convinced me and delivered the car, after the month of purchase covering 3000 km. I was travelling with my family on highway car suddenly stopped in between highway whith out any check signals and car was not getting start, somehow i managed to control car and stop it. I contacted RSA which took more than a25 hr to give service, my whole family war there having no were to go wating for it. Once it reached service Center They told that your catholic converter has been chocked. i told them i am will aware of DPF issue in BS6 Car and i regenerate it frequently to avoid it, as per my knowledge dpf or check engine light will glow in that case but there was none of warning signals, which i told the SC and Shales executive but they didn't accepted it.
i told them that i will not take this car back as it is very risky and life threatening for my family to again use this car in hilly region as it gets stopped suddenly and once engine is off brakes and steering don't works.
After month of discussion with Sales and Service section they convinced me that it will not happen again as the ECU and this that has been updated. I asked them the written assurance which they denied saying we are giving our word if it happens again we will be the responsible for it and will proceed for replacement of vehicle. Believing them i took the vehicle, but as soon I took vehicle and driving it for 100-120 km dpf light showed off which lasted for one week until I went to SC again. NOW again on 18/09/2022 while I was taking my vehicle for Vishwakarma puja, i stopped suddenly. Just imagine a middle class person buying a car with hard earned money and loan on his head gets this kind of problems frequently, it becomes very painful and unboreable sorrow .Now i demang of total replacement of car with same model as soon as possible. or i will fight legally till i get the replacement.

          Hi Team,

          I have purchased new venue 2022 model, 2 months back, I don't see proper head lights on it. It is very difficult to drive during night times

          Also when AC is ON, pick is zero.. I don't see car is gng in normal speed

          Please fix this 2 issues

            Facing CNG meter reading and mileage problem in new car

            Address: Capital Hyundai H-5, Sec-63, Noida, UP-201301

            The CNG meter has been changed twice already within 8 months of purchasing this car. The CNG meter is completely dis functional as one cannot rely on CnG bars while driving.
            1. First bar of the CNG indicator disappears as soon as the CNG gas is refilled and the ignition is turned on.
            2. 2, 3&4th CNG indicator bars run only 18km
            3. After that all the bars function as per their own mood.. one has to keep calculating the...

            My self Ajay chaudhari.
            R recently I had visited in Hyundai showroom for creta EX PATROL . The price given by dealer was 13 lakh. But after that they forced us that we have to buy a buy accessories package worth rs. 141000 after discount it will be 121000, also they are not going to give us any recipient for that amount. And we have to pay in cash not in cheque .
            If we don't want car accessories with my cars then we have to wait for more than 6 months to get deliver card. Is it really ethical to do a business for your demanding vehicles???

              Hi, I purchased i20 Nline in January. So far It drove only 3500. On 9th Friday, I and my mom went for one emergency suddenly while running my car got stopped on road and I tried to start but doesn't work. we called Hyundai Mobility center they arranged technician. We waited for more than an hour on road and after some time the technician came and he checked but he didn't find anything so he called the rescue van and then he left again I waited for 2 hours and then the rescue vehicle came finally the at night 7. They have taken the vehicle on Friday night. I didn't get any proper update regarding the vehicle and then finally from service center called me and they told me like the FUEL PUMP is not working properly. I enquired about this defect at the service center, and they told me it will raise because of some manufacturing defect. The car is almost 15lakhs we drove only 3500Kms So far. We lost trust in the Hyundai brand with their Products. I spent the whole day on the road.

              Service center said that they have ordered the Fuel Pump and we need to wait for around 5 days. We have bought the car for an emergency purposes not for making it stand in the service center.

              I made decision to go with i20Nline by comparing with
              Tata Altroz
              Tata Nexon
              Brezza
              MG Astor
              Urban Cruiser

              But HyundaiIndia disappointed me I made the wrong decision and I never recommend Hyundai products anymore to my friends and my family.

              Even I faced software issues by 2nd or 3rd month itself. Like, it won't show the Fuel level properly and then the welcome greeting won't work. After filling the fuel it will take around half a day to update. I checked with service center regarding the software but they told me that there are no updates for software updates now I need to wait. But till now it is around 8 months still I didn't get.

              Hello Mr. Satish Saminathan. I am facing the same problem with my I2O, this is the 2nd time this has happened for the same reason fuel pump failure. I would be very pleased to know what solution you got for your complaint and problems. It's a request if you read this message please reply back.

                I booked my Vehicle Creta S Model ( Diesel ) in Kothari Hyundai, Pune ( Maharashtra ) on 21st June, 2022 but till date not getting delivery of my vehicle I am expecting I should get Vehicle till 5th October, 2022. But now dealer is saying I will get vehicle in the Month Nov-2022 or Dec-2022. These things I had already discussed with dealer at the time of my Booking that time dealer is ready to deliver my vehicle on 5th October.

                  I would like to kindly look into the matter and provide a satisfactory response.
                  I, Deepak, handed over my vehicle numberHR10AG1070 in Hyundai showroom address 43/6 Bahalgarh Sonipat Road, Village Jat Joshi Sonipat on DATED:- 29/08/2022 because I faced an accident.

                  Hyundai workshop team guided me to the insurance policy and after insurance formalities completion I handover my vehicle in the workshop.

                  I have zero depreciation cover for my vehicle and Hyundai also. But unfortunately the Hyundai team refused to process my claim and gave me multiple loss damages excuses after 15 days of my vehicle staying in their premises.

                  This is a very pathetic experience. I want to kindly put forward and resolve my concern.

                    I am happy user of Hyundai I20 Asta Optional PB08DP8589, Purchased in 2017.

                    On 9th sep 22, i got delivered i10 Nios Sports Model at Bhakra Hyundai Nangal -140124 at around 7 pm , purchased for my father, eliminating all the competition cars for the trust i had in hyundai.

                    Chasis number: MALB351CLNM351796

                    All was well but today i noticed that there was welding marks on all the doors, i confirmed from my relative who bought era model few months back, if they had same welding joints on their car, answer was NO...

                    Even i had used other cars as well never found such joints on doors..

                    On contacting dealership , answer was kindly contact company who provided such car..

                    Need proper explanation for what i had experienced and need replacement .

                    Need resolution by today noon, Request Hyundai team to look into this as dealer is claiming its hyindai fault..

                      To whomsoever it may concern: For urgent and immediate action

                      I have been repeatedly complaining about the issue in my car; Hyundai i10 nios sportz. The gear fails to shift from neutral to reverse or drive mode. This has been happening repeatedly at points during traffic in the middle of the road or restart the car after being on static mode. Many such situations this has been repeating.
                      Also along with this I'm facing issue in the car when parked at an elevated area or slope area, wherein the gear inspite of being in neutral and the hand brake pulled it doesn't halt. The car keeps moving and it takes repeated efforts o[censored]sing the brake pedal and trying to park with the handbrake on neutral gear, finally it halts.

                      I have been facing issues with my car repeatedly and I don't see a stable solution given. This is very disappointing and humiliating after having to make such a huge investment on buying a car.

                      Request the concerned to immediately look into this.

                          I have handed over my Grand i10 to Hyundai lohia automobiles Guwahati on 29.08.22, from the very first day the response was not too good from their end. Firstly they said it will take maximum 8 days to complete the repairs but it's been 10 days and I have to call everytime and they just don't know how long it will take. Also now they don't respond to my calls also. Really very slow and pathetic service by Hyundai. I was planning to buy Creta but after this I will go somewhere else

                            My brother went to the triumph service center faridabad at 17:15 hrs regarding the ignition problem after running couple of KM's to which my brother was told that this is the issue due to the weak battery.
                            My Brother told to check the same issue by using another battery, they confirmed to check the same and assured that vehicle will be dropped to my home next day i.e. 2nd sept'22 by 11:00 hrs. After checking the ignition problem by using another battery.
                            But nobody dropped the car at the committed time. i had to call Service advisor Sharafat Ali but he didnot picked up the call, then called to Ruchika at 16:42Hrs then she told me that SA Sharafat Ali is on leave and asked me to call some other Service advisor then i got a call from [protected] for test driving and refueling the CNG . After refueling he called me to make the payment for CNG, after that he didnot update regarding the issue in the car.

                            I left the car for 2 days in the service center regarding ignition issue for which i was told that the issue will be resolved after replacing the battery. I asked for giving the assurance in writing that the ignition problem will be solved after replacing the battery which is only 2yr 9 month only but they denied to give in writing. And the same issue was highlighted at the time of service done at 50300 KM approx in July month but at that time no issue was found related to battery and now for the same issue they are saying battery replacement will resolve the issue.
                            They didnot dropped the car on 2nd sept due to which i have to travel again by hiring a pvt cab to my office at gurgaon.
                            When i reached home around 8PM from office i saw that car was not dropped at home then I had a word with GM Varun Virat regarding delivery of the Car at my home. But he denied to drop the car and said that the car will be dropped tomorrow at 10:00AM.
                            EPS was also not working properly when raining.
                            Sharafat Ali confirmed that all these issues are related to battery..
                            But the same issue is not coming while running the same vehicle on petrol. Marked mail to Hyundai and Triumph but no one is replying

                              Sir,
                              I am the registered owner of Vehicle bearing Reg. No:KA-20-Z-0401, Hyundai I20 Sports, Model 2012 purchased from Kanchan Hyundai, Udupi District. The vehicle’s periodical maintenance has been done till today in the aforesaid service centre. Since from the prior stage there was lot of misbehaviors and unusual negligence towards the vehicle service by issuing exorbitant service charges. It is a well known fact that even the service Executives gives fake estimated bills and thereby tried to extract money from the customers in a manner which is not lawful. It is true that so many times lot of customers have been raised many complaints against this issues, but unfortunately all those complaints were kept unanswered.
                              I am hereby bringing your attention a latest issue of fraud done by the aforesaid Service Branch in respect of repair of my vehicle. On 20/07/2022 I kept my vehicle only for full body paint and other minor repairs. The branch has undertaken to complete the aforesaid work job within 20 days and thereby informed me to take my vehicle back after the aforesaid work on 11/08/2022. When I visited the Service Centre and took back my vehicle after due verification, I was very astonished to know that the vehicle was not under running condition. The clutch and gear was not responding properly, when I have enquired the same with the Service Manager by name Alwyn Menezes and Service guy by name Sandeep, a very negligent answer given by them stating that, the vehicle was under the same condition when I kept for body paint. It is very unfortunate to say that, even though there was complaint as per them, what restrained them to inform me the same. After lot of heat arguments, they have agreed their mistake and under took to get the vehicle repair within few days and also they have handed over me another Car for my day-to-day activity.
                              On 22/08/2022, I have received a call by the service authority stating that the vehicle is under good running condition and there was no other problem exists. By evening the Driver handed over the Car to me and request for a Test Drive. When I drove my Car I was unable to engage gears and also to operate clutch my Car was even under total disaster condition than prior. The Driver also admitted that there is problem of clutch, gears and dry-shaft. I immensely refused to take back my vehicle and thereby sent the same with Driver to the Service Authority. The Service Authority till today did not contacted me and not even offered any explanations in that regard.
                              Being a loyal customer of Hyundai since many years these things are unexpected. There are other Car Companies who are offering a good Customer support and a loyal service back ground. But the Kanchan Hyundai Udupi deliberately cheating the customers and thereby trying to increase their service cost in the guise of fake estimated bills. It should be stopped otherwise the customers at large will be under uncomfortable situation of buying vehicles belongs to Hyundai Company.
                              I am hereby informing through this letter that, I need my Car with a good running condition as before within 1 week, other wise this issue will be published in all the social sites along with daijiworld Media.com and also I must be compensated for the loss caused for me due to the negligence and deliberate acts in respect of make Car Service. The issue will be carried to Consumer Court of Law if the response is not fruitful.
                              Kindly do the needful as soon as possible and also advise the Kanchana Hyundai Udupi to care their loyal customers by providing reasonable service maintenance as aforesaid.

                                  They stolen our sd card and back tray during service claim and when I asked about it they gave me a written proof that they'll give it back in few days but after months they are not responding or even not receiving my call... please take action against them and tell them to return my things

                                    I bought a Venue fro Frontier Hyundai Raja Puri Dwarka last year, from last 4-5 month i just started to receiving spammers call saying that "You are chosen by our "Fake company name" as a lucky draw winner of some prizes, you are invited to some place to collect it and it keep coming from various number every time different company name.

                                    dealer has no right to sell customer data to any third party, i haven't given such consent to share my personal data.

                                      They stolen our sd card and back tray during service claim and when I asked about it they gave me a written proof that they'll give it back in few days but after months they are not responding or even not receiving my call... please take action against them and tell them to return my things
