Hi Team,
I am hoping to get some pleasant experiance being a Hyundai customer since 2016 and continue to be in future.

I was driving on NH47 recently and of a sudden my creta stopped and unable to move further. It was a pleasant drive until then. I had no clue what had happend and called Pavan Hyundai in Tumkur and they attended withing a reasanable time. They tried their best to solve my problem and realised that my vehicle needs to be brought to the service center in order to see what has happened and it was brought immediately. When they checked, I was told that Exhaust Manifold Catalystic assy- EXH - 285002BSR3 needs to be replaced and I was made aware that it costs 1.4 Lakhs. This is such a killer for me that I never expected this will happen. Its very difficult for me to bear this cost for no fault of me. Being a long time customer, I would to hear what Hyundai can do for me to reduce this burden.

I faced exact same problem last week while driving towards Hassan from Bangalore. Suddenly car started loosing pickup power.
Somehow managed to take it to Advaith Hyundai Hassan service center. They diagnosed the problem to exhaust manifold.
Looks like the part is of poor quality as my car is not driven that many kilometers.

    This is Anupriya Sao from Bhilai Chhattisgarh. I had booked the I20 Asta top model from Shivnath Hyundai Supela Bhilai, Chhattisgarh by paying 5000/-INR on 27th July 2022. On the same day the price was 1010812/-INR with discount the dealer named as "Vandana and her Team Lead Alpesh" giving me the confirmation that on road the price will be 1004382/-INR. Accordingly I have decided to make the downpayment and how much I have to finance it.

    Kindly find the below scenario on details to understand the rude behaviour of the dealer towards the customer:-

    Scenario 1:-
    Vandana will keep on calling me everyday to get the booking at least 3-4 times in a day.
    The moment I booked the car, she kept on calling me for the finance thing.

    Scenario 2:-
    Vandana has informed me it will take at least 3 months to get the Car delivery and at the time of delivery the RTO price might be inverse or decrease, but again she wasn't sure about it.

    On 29th July 2022 she asked me if the car had been arranged. Are you able to take.? I said No, I need time because I need to finance the money and a lot of things which I wasn't able to do in those 2 days.

    Again in Aug mid and September first week she called me stating mam take the car, but i wasn't available in the city both the time. As I work with the IT company and because of the work I frequently travel to different cities.

    I have asked her to kindly arrange the Car after 25th Spt 2022 where I will be available.

    I had to travel to Delhi, on 15th Spt 2022 and before that all the bank and finance formalities were completed as Vanada asked me to do.

    I have asked the SBI branch manager to give me the 900000/-INR Loan and 1lac i will do the down payment(as per the details and quotation which has been given to on 27th July 2022).

    Vandana asked me to get the agreement signed and everything should be ready (That too I have called her multiple times what is status of the Car so that accordingly I have to do all the bank formalities)

    On 20th Spt 2022, I signed the agreement in the SBI branch and the next day stated by Vandana, the money will be taken from the bank because some holiday will be there and the bank will be closed.

    In the bank I have given the word I will get the Car by 27th Spt 2022. So they have fixed the EMI date as if of 26th Spt 2022.

    Scenario 3:-

    The amount of 900000/-INR money has been collected from the bank which has not informed me also I didn't get any timeline of the car delivery, no date nothing. Now I am calling Vandana and asking when I will get the car. If I do not get the car this month I will cancel the agreement because I have given the advance, the money was given from the bank to the dealer and the car is not with me.

    Scenario 4:-
    Today Vandanaand her Team Lead called me and said on Friday by 2-3PM I will get the delivery of the car and also her team lead stated the car price has been increased, kindly bring the money IN-Cash of 1024000/-INR.

    Now, I was shocked that from 1004382/-INR the price was increased to 1024000/-INR, that too they are informing 2 days before the delivery.

    The Team lead Alpesh I don't know his name correctly, stated stating me below lines in a rude behaviour and bad tone:-

    "We have asked you to take the car when the price was low, you didn't take it."
    "If you want to cancel, you need to inform me in 2hrs and we will give back to the different customer"

    When he was misbehaving with the female customer he didn't record and When I shouted after listening to all his [censored]s he started recording.

    I had a word with Arti who is the customer manager executive. I have explained to her but I feel no action was taken.

    I work with an IT company. I know how things work and what kind of the games these people are playing.

    There is only one person whom I am taking the information from, the Chandu Sir, who was so politie and the behaviour. Who made me understand the things. Adding to this "Vandana lied about saying I have told Madam to take the car otherwise the Car price will be increased" Which is completely [censored]. It's not the matter of 1-2k, it's the matter of around 20-30k.

    Does Hyundai have Female customer behaviour policies?

    Now Kindly answer my questions below:-

    1.If the Car price has been increased whose duty is to inform the customer?
    2. According to the quotation which was given to me at the time of booking accordingly I have arranged all the Finance things.
    3.Can you please explain to me from Where I should get the 24k+ the remaining amount of accessories which is nearly 20k so total 44k?
    4. My money has been taken from the bank of 900000/-INR the advance booking money has already been done, and the team lead is telling me all the rubbish things.
    5.Do Hyundai employees treat the customer that to Female customers like this? You know what we call in the IT companies this "Fraud and Behavioral Harassment"?

    Somehow or the other this will escalate to the Head HR of the Company.

    I need work from the Higher Authority. I need someone to get me into the Call and give me an explanation asap.

        I have purchased Hyundai Aura SX CNG from Navjivan Hyundai Udhna and done almost full payment before car been arrived from HMIL now during delivery I came to know two of feature's as committed and mention in leaflet and organization brochure is missing in my car.
        13.46 CM Digital Speedometer with MID
        Fully Automatic Temp. Climate Control A/c.
        Dealer comment - We can deliver with whatever feature's deliver by HMIL.
        Dealer's Leaflet, Organization Brochure and commitment of employee confirmed from all this source but the feature is missing in delivery car.
        I have done almost full payment in advance and not taken delivery of the car.
        Request your kind & Prompt support to justify my hard earn Penny.

          Poor service given by hundai samta at Ambala City centre my car HR01AW 1267. Get accident for 5 month before but samta hundai was failed to deliver my vehicle as such by given time for 2 month when car given to agency's Mr Surinder gm given many days to given time like 15 ang, 30 aug, 15 sep and now 25 September failed to deliver my car always give ascusses just a very poor service if gm surinder hold the agency like this i am sure the whole agency's will stoped very soon.

            Hello,
            I booked HYUNDAI VENUE S(O) DCT on 20.08.2022 from VD HYUNDAI Peeragarhi, Delhi in the name of Mr. Bharat Mazee. The Relationship Manager was good but of no use as he said their are no hope any day soon. It seems HYUNDAI is focusing on N LINE variant and no response for my order by delivery office. I have a function on 09.10.2022 and needed the delivery before that. I have been using HYUNDAI for last 15 years.
            HYUNDAI broke the trust.

              I have owned hyundai grand i10 Nios(Asta) in March'22 from vadodara Gujarat.The car runs only 6900km and it's all 3 tyres(Left side front& rear, Right side rear) get punctured in a gap of 2-3 days on highway. We contact to you connect but they didn't provide any supportable help to us in another state also.So the quality of tyres is very poor and not satisfied with hyundai service.

                I bought my Creta car in the year 2019 from Orion Mo. Hisar and its warranty is also till 2024. Since last one year there is a sound in all the tyres of the car and when the car is at 80-90 speed then the sound becomes very loud. For this problem I have shown and told many times in Orion Mo. Hisar. Service Manager of Orion Mo. Hisar Mr. Manoj Kumar that talks are on with his tyres company and tyres will be changed soon. But today, on[protected], it was told by Service Manager Shri Manoj Kumar that there will be no tyres change. Whereas my car has driven only 26000 km so far and its warranty is also till 2024. That's why you are requested to kindly get the tyres of my car replaced under warranty. Otherwise, if there is any accident due to tyres, then your company will be responsible for that and I may have to go to court for this.

                  Respected Sir /Madam

                  would like to inform you that i have purchased a venue sx on April 2022 (SK01PC 9171), considering the quality and reliability of Hyundai vehicles, but at the time time of delivery itself inside the showroom it got some fault later which was taken care. Somehow the convinced me and delivered the car, after the month of purchase covering 3000 km. I was travelling with my family on highway car suddenly stopped in between highway whith out any check signals and car was not getting start, somehow i managed to control car and stop it. I contacted RSA which took more than a25 hr to give service, my whole family war there having no were to go wating for it. Once it reached service Center They told that your catholic converter has been chocked. i told them i am will aware of DPF issue in BS6 Car and i regenerate it frequently to avoid it, as per my knowledge dpf or check engine light will glow in that case but there was none of warning signals, which i told the SC and Shales executive but they didn't accepted it.
                  i told them that i will not take this car back as it is very risky and life threatening for my family to again use this car in hilly region as it gets stopped suddenly and once engine is off brakes and steering don't works.
                  After month of discussion with Sales and Service section they convinced me that it will not happen again as the ECU and this that has been updated. I asked them the written assurance which they denied saying we are giving our word if it happens again we will be the responsible for it and will proceed for replacement of vehicle. Believing them i took the vehicle, but as soon I took vehicle and driving it for 100-120 km dpf light showed off which lasted for one week until I went to SC again. NOW again on 18/09/2022 while I was taking my vehicle for Vishwakarma puja, i stopped suddenly. Just imagine a middle class person buying a car with hard earned money and loan on his head gets this kind of problems frequently, it becomes very painful and unboreable sorrow .Now i demang of total replacement of car with same model as soon as possible. or i will fight legally till i get the replacement.

                          I have purchased new venue 2022 model, 2 months back, I don't see proper head lights on it. It is very difficult to drive during night times

                          Also when AC is ON, pick is zero.. I don't see car is gng in normal speed

                          Please fix this 2 issues

                            Facing CNG meter reading and mileage problem in new car

                            The CNG meter has been changed twice already within 8 months of purchasing this car. The CNG meter is completely dis functional as one cannot rely on CnG bars while driving.
                            1. First bar of the CNG indicator disappears as soon as the CNG gas is refilled and the ignition is turned on.
                            2. 2, 3&4th CNG indicator bars run only 18km
                            3. After that all the bars function as per their own mood.. one has to keep calculating the...

                            My self Ajay chaudhari.
                            R recently I had visited in Hyundai showroom for creta EX PATROL . The price given by dealer was 13 lakh. But after that they forced us that we have to buy a buy accessories package worth rs. 141000 after discount it will be 121000, also they are not going to give us any recipient for that amount. And we have to pay in cash not in cheque .
                            If we don't want car accessories with my cars then we have to wait for more than 6 months to get deliver card. Is it really ethical to do a business for your demanding vehicles???

                              Hi, I purchased i20 Nline in January. So far It drove only 3500. On 9th Friday, I and my mom went for one emergency suddenly while running my car got stopped on road and I tried to start but doesn't work. we called Hyundai Mobility center they arranged technician. We waited for more than an hour on road and after some time the technician came and he checked but he didn't find anything so he called the rescue van and then he left again I waited for 2 hours and then the rescue vehicle came finally the at night 7. They have taken the vehicle on Friday night. I didn't get any proper update regarding the vehicle and then finally from service center called me and they told me like the FUEL PUMP is not working properly. I enquired about this defect at the service center, and they told me it will raise because of some manufacturing defect. The car is almost 15lakhs we drove only 3500Kms So far. We lost trust in the Hyundai brand with their Products. I spent the whole day on the road.

                              Service center said that they have ordered the Fuel Pump and we need to wait for around 5 days. We have bought the car for an emergency purposes not for making it stand in the service center.

                              I made decision to go with i20Nline by comparing with
                              Tata Altroz
                              Tata Nexon
                              Brezza
                              MG Astor
                              Urban Cruiser

                              But HyundaiIndia disappointed me I made the wrong decision and I never recommend Hyundai products anymore to my friends and my family.

                              Even I faced software issues by 2nd or 3rd month itself. Like, it won't show the Fuel level properly and then the welcome greeting won't work. After filling the fuel it will take around half a day to update. I checked with service center regarding the software but they told me that there are no updates for software updates now I need to wait. But till now it is around 8 months still I didn't get.

                              Hello Mr. Satish Saminathan. I am facing the same problem with my I2O, this is the 2nd time this has happened for the same reason fuel pump failure. I would be very pleased to know what solution you got for your complaint and problems. It's a request if you read this message please reply back.

                                I booked my Vehicle Creta S Model ( Diesel ) in Kothari Hyundai, Pune ( Maharashtra ) on 21st June, 2022 but till date not getting delivery of my vehicle I am expecting I should get Vehicle till 5th October, 2022. But now dealer is saying I will get vehicle in the Month Nov-2022 or Dec-2022. These things I had already discussed with dealer at the time of my Booking that time dealer is ready to deliver my vehicle on 5th October.

                                  I would like to kindly look into the matter and provide a satisfactory response.
                                  I, Deepak, handed over my vehicle numberHR10AG1070 in Hyundai showroom address 43/6 Bahalgarh Sonipat Road, Village Jat Joshi Sonipat on DATED:- 29/08/2022 because I faced an accident.

                                  Hyundai workshop team guided me to the insurance policy and after insurance formalities completion I handover my vehicle in the workshop.

                                  I have zero depreciation cover for my vehicle and Hyundai also. But unfortunately the Hyundai team refused to process my claim and gave me multiple loss damages excuses after 15 days of my vehicle staying in their premises.

                                  This is a very pathetic experience. I want to kindly put forward and resolve my concern.

                                    Dear Team,

                                    I am happy user of Hyundai I20 Asta Optional PB08DP8589, Â Purchased in 2017.

                                    On 9th sep 22, i got delivered i10 Nios Sports Model at Bhakra Hyundai Nangal -140124 at around 7 pm , purchased for my father, eliminating all the competition cars for the trust i had in hyundai.

                                    Chasis number: MALB351CLNM351796

                                    All was well but today i noticed that there was welding marks on all the doors, i confirmed from my relative who bought era model few months back, if they had same welding joints on their car, answer was NO...

                                    Even i had used other cars as well never found such joints on doors..

                                    On contacting dealership , answer was kindly contact company who provided such car..

                                    Need proper explanation for what i had experienced and need replacement .

                                    Need resolution by today noon, Request Hyundai team to look into this as dealer is claiming its hyindai fault..

                                      To whomsoever it may concern: For urgent and immediate action

                                      I have been repeatedly complaining about the issue in my car; Hyundai i10 nios sportz. The gear fails to shift from neutral to reverse or drive mode. This has been happening repeatedly at points during traffic in the middle of the road or restart the car after being on static mode. Many such situations this has been repeating.
                                      Also along with this I'm facing issue in the car when parked at an elevated area or slope area, wherein the gear inspite of being in neutral and the hand brake pulled it doesn't halt. The car keeps moving and it takes repeated efforts o[censored]sing the brake pedal and trying to park with the handbrake on neutral gear, finally it halts.

                                      I have been facing issues with my car repeatedly and I don't see a stable solution given. This is very disappointing and humiliating after having to make such a huge investment on buying a car.

                                      Request the concerned to immediately look into this.
