I own hyundai verna 2019 model sx i drove this car approx 50 k km only .it was may 2022 when i got my car service done by suhul hyundai srinagar kashmir where in i have raised a complaint against the engine noise which was not done afer service in may 22 after a month i went to dealership to change my battery of my car key which unfortunetly was not available at the dealership and i raised the same complaint again of engine noise but they said my car need overhaul of engine which was a shoke for me they gave me an estamate of rs 147 thousand in which they told me that they will give me a discount of rs 47 approx but when i visited the workshop my car engine was lying at the garbage dump yard which was not clean at all, as i am sure that hyundia india has standard room for engine overhauling which was missing in this workshop and i have riased complaint against this that i am not statisfied with the work which has been done and i have the video proof for the work which they have done at a garbage dump yard
i spoke to Mr natin about this who is regional manager of north indai who visits this dealership frequently and he told me that the dealership has engine room and the engine of my car has been repaired at the engine room only . i called up Ms seema who is a nodal officer sit in chandigarh office on the con call with Mr nitin and Ms seema Mr nitin told me they he will provide me a video proof place where the engine was repaired ( Engine room ) but till date he has not sent me anything i dont know why he is supporting the dealership and what are the reasons

he has promised me if he is not able to provide me the video footage of the engine rooms he will replace the engine free of cost and he has to prove my videos wrong which i have as a proof where they repaired the engine

its been more that two months now i never receive any call from mr natin or from ms seems i have almost raised 100 complaints but nothimh happens .

hope some who reads this will defitnely reply or call me back and will help me to resolve this issue and take this matter to higest authority of hyundai india

i am hyundai customer since 2000 but seems i have to end this relationship with hyundia

    Hi Team,

    There is a very sharp bearing under my car seat and my finger got cut and had to do the surgery for the same and I was admitted In hospital and my recovery period is 5 weeks due to the injury and am a working women and I can’t use my hand for 5 weeks, this is causing me a stress and also I have a baby with me who is 1.6 years, what if it got hit for my baby. Am also a left handed person.My left hand finger is cut and I can’t use it for 5 weeks and I need to spend on physiotherapist and also take care of the baby.

          On 04/08/2022, my car i20 elite 2016, reg no. NL 07H1313, was taken to saraighat Hyundai service centre, Nalbari Assam for problem with ignition, ie, car ignition often missed since the last 2 weeks. The car was in good and running condition while taken to service centre. Infact the car was serviced at the same service centre just a week ago.
          Then after 3 or 4 hours in the same afternoon, I was informed over phone that my car engine broke down, and car won't start or move. On hearing, I was shock and straight away went to the service centre. On reaching I found the entire engine oil burst out from the cylinder block, and the car won't even start.
          Now the question is, how could my car which was inside the service centre suddenly broke down with such major issues?
          My problem was with the ignition, then how's the engine relate to the car's ignition?
          Why don't the service centre accept their fault and trying to hide the real issue?
          Why is the service centre denying to show me the cctv footage?
          The service centre are not responding to my request and forcing me to repair at my own cost or else take away the car from the centre.
          Now, iam not going to believe those distorted justifications or excuses from the service centre, I need proper answer and they should repair the car within a day or two without any cost incurred, failing which the issue will be escalated to concerned departments.
          So, this is my humble request as a customer to give me a soothing solution at the earliest time possible.

            I approached V3 Hyundai Showroom in Thiruvanmiyur, a dealer of Hyundai Motor India Limited, for purchase of a new car. Just before making an advance payment for the car, I told the Sales Advisor that I will cover insurance for the car on my own (with a company who has insured all my earlier cars ). I was told that it is Hyundai's policy that insurance for all Hyundai cars purchased should be routed only through them.

            Forcing car purchasers to take insurance cover for cars purchased only through the manufacturer is a restrictive trade practice.

            I have now decided not to buy a Hyundai car.

              We had raised a PO for Aura SMT Petrol varient on 26.04.2022 at Nashik dealership we recd. call on 26.07.2022 that our car has arrived but with a price hike of Rs 10000 approx. The reason for delay - known Hyundai company. We are a German MNC .We are your old customers as we have purchased two "Hyundai Grand i-10 "about 5-6 years back.

              Kindly intervene and waive off the price hike, not a matter of amount but maintaining good customer relations with old customers. I have mailed to crs sales.

                I20 Clutch Failure while driving

                Hyundai i20 has a serious i20 clutch system issue. The clutch becomes sticky or hard while driving and eventually as we drive it doesnt engage gears or go down .At this point if we press harder it breaks and car has to be towed.
                Got this issue 2 times during lockdown (once having to tow the car) each a year apart. After raising complaints hyundai team said their R and D have said they permanently fixed it with a slave cylinder replacement...

                Dear Sir /Madam,
                I'm using Hyundai I20 from last 5 to 6 year and colour of the car is now automatically vanished(removed) in the patches.
                so I have below complaints:
                How it is possible that within a short period of time colour is vanished (attaching the pics for the same).

                I am asking full CAR body paint free of cost.

                I have contacted serval Hyundai car owner and I found that everyone is facing same problem, i found at list 10 to 15 Cars having same issue in single city only (Nashik).

                Currently I have attached single photo of my car if required I can share all CAR photos which facing the same issue.

                hoping for the resolution of the same.

                  vehicle got diagnosed with an engine problem in its warranty period since 5years.. Service ppl changed spares and replaced with original spares and tried to resolve the problem since 5years but still its not been resolved i have idled my vehicle more then 500days in service centre

                      Dear Sir/ Madam,
                      I would like to bring to your notice a very shameful & disheartening act performed by the staff of Shreem Hyundai. My Car was Parked at a Street in Mumbai. A Hyundai Person Named Chetan Pawar ( From Shreem Hyundai) in Customer's Car came full reverse and banged my car in which he damaged my bumper & headlight. I soon reached the spot & asked for compensating the damage he gave his managers number (Mr. Dashrath Shinde) from Shreem Hyundai Mahalaxmi and promised to fix it next day. Later on I kept folllowing up just to find them turning their words sour in disrespectful way. On converstation, Chetan started a heated argument on pretext of vague answers like he could have fled the spot & various such demands. Later he tells me to file a claim on insurance of the customers car he was traveling to which I agreed. Surprisingly he denied for this and started provoking me to file FIR against him and nothing will happen his seniors will let him scot free. Later He Started threatening me by mentioning police officers name Pawar and gave multiple threats on his name and disconnected. I reported the Issue to his manager who agreed to repay the damage but later on he also said to file FIR. I'm helpless here with no support from authorities and Shreem Hyundai staff behaving abruptly, Rudely, with threats.

                      Kindly Look into this matter and provide necessary solution on my personal number +91 [protected] or Via Email ID [protected]@gmail.com.

                        Shocked to hear that in a new car fuel pump goes bad.

                        Very unhappy with Hyundai

                              I bought a brand new Alcazar on 28 april 2022 from Khanna Hyundai Yamunanagar
                              And its been two months and driven only 4000 km and there is a bulge on one of the tyre.
                              No positive feedback from khanna Hyundai they say tyre is a third party thing so they passed the complaint to APPOLO TYRE and they further rejected my warranty claim by saying its because of some accidental damage. Then i go for insurance and there insurance inspection official rejected it by saying its manufacturing defect i felt so helpless then i registered my complaint with Hyundai customer care. Next day received a call from APPOLO tyres and spoke so rudely that you have filed a complaint against us and hung the call please help me with this i have spent around 22 lacs to buy your car and now getting no response from your side
                              Suggestion for Hyundai motor india you break your tie up with APPOLO and go for some reliable brand

                                चेक लाइट के लिए मेंने 5 बार hyundai वर्कशॉप की विजिट की। फिर भी प्रॉब्लम वही का वही है। अब एरिया मैनेजर, सर्विस एडवाइज़र कोई भी रिप्लाय नही दे रहा है।जब भी में कॉल करके प्रॉब्लम के बारे में बताता हूं तो कॉलबैक करेंगे बोल के बात खत्म कर देते है। व्हीकल पर्चेस किए अभी 1 साल भी नही हुआ है। इसका सॉल्यूशन मुझे 2 दिन में चाहिए ।यही रिकवेस्ट है । धन्यवाद

                                    I have purchased creta 1.6 vtvt sx(o) on 07.03.2019 from natasha automobiles pvt ltd. Bareilly (u.P) with reg no. Up25 cn 7855, chassis no. Malc381cljm505143 and engine no. G4fgjw530073, key no. P0433, i was big appreciator of hyundai as vehicle are so smooth for driving but i am sorry to say that hyundai is not connected to its customers. My notion is due to the incident which was happened on 18.07.2022.
                                    Incident:- i am residing at ntpc township, dibiyapur, auraiya, i went to lucknow on 16.07.2022 to visit my inlaws home who are residing at 3/177, vishwas khand, gomti nagar, on 17.07.2022, my vehcile was parked near my relative residance, address-3/177, vishwas khand, gomti nagar, lucknow (u.P.). I parked it at 23:10 hrs on 17.07.2022. As per cctv footage at 0234 hrs on 18.07.2022, some persons came by a creta they parked their creta just near to my vehcile up25cn7855 and in just 6 minutes they opened the gate of my vehicle and started the car and gone. Both keys were with me how they got success to open and starting my vehicle. I lofged fir ( fir no. 481) in morning at gomti nagar police station. I am helpless now. I am hearing that these incidents are happening with creta all over india. Creta is soft target for them. If hyundai is not aware of this then my opinion about hyundai is exactly right. I am helpless now, my vehcile running was just 33000 kms. I have an insurance at new india insurance with idv inr 805000/- how i shall buy a new car with same features. I have suffered huge financial loss as well as emotional loss. This emotional loss can not be cured.
                                    I am requesting that hyundai motors india limited to pay the difference amount of invoice + registration + insurance cost - claim value settled by insurance company. It may be around 8 lacs (approx.) subject to settlement of claim by insurance company (idv value). I want to buy again this car with latest version as i am very emotionally attached with my vehicle and my 3 year old son is searching it near my residance. I am ready to pay the difference amount of cost of my vehcile & cost of latest version.
                                    Main reasons to file case against hyundai motors india ltd is as under:-
                                    1. Weak security system as any body can hack it as seen in vedio in just 6 minutes they have gone with my vehicle.
                                    2. If these type of cases are happening all over india with creta as per search on google/ news, why hyundai motors india ltd. Didn’t inform their customers reagarding this type of hacking of security system as they might have received same type of complaint before my case.
                                    At least if they would inform their customers, we could avoid this huge loss.

                                      Above mentioned my car met a miner accident due to which the Front bumper and front left hand side mudguard was also broken because it is attached with Bumper. I have Bumper to Bumper insurance with The Oriental insurance Company. So I stuck my car for repair at Yashodha Hyundai Sirhand Road Patiala for 14 days. But on delivery I saw that the broken mudguard was not replaced. I request to the Service Manager that why the broken mudguard is not replaced ? Service Manager said that Surveyor of O.I.C. has not recommended to change the same. He called to surveyor on mobile and handed over to me. When I complained to Surveyor that why the mudguard is not assessed to change then he start blaming me that you are talking in high pitch. Then I felt very helpless and it seems that both Yashodha Hyundai Sirhand Road Patiala and The Oriental insurance Company are jointly harash the Customer even I have Cashless Bumper to Bumper insurance as they are tie up with each other. Both of them never send me the work to be done after survey and raise the claim amount with out the concent of Customer. I have not disclosed policy no. due to secracy reasons. So i request you to raise my Complaint against both Companies who are harrassing the Costomers and to replace the required Mudguard. Thanking you, Your's Sincerely.
