The case is still open, since July 2021 and a pending challan on the vehicle during the time vehicle was with HYUNDAI PAHWA.(Screenshot for the same has been shared with executives.)

No response from your team. My calls are not being answered and no reply on WhatsApp.

Request HYUNDAI INDIA to look into the matter and respond.

Awaiting a positive response.

    Sir, i bought my hyundai Venue on 08 Sep 22 from Harsh Hyundai Rewari. This is my first Hyundai car having registration no. HR26 EW 5238 . Unfortunately on 9 Sep 22, the car met with an accident, A bull suddenly came in front of the car and got collided (photo attached). The damage was quite heavy and it requires replacement of parts, rubbing and painting. The interior of the car is intact except the airbags which were operated during collision. On 10 Sep 22, i handed over the vehicle to Triumph Hyundai Bodyshop at Manesar Gurgaon. After all the paperwork and insurance formalities they told me that within 1 month they will return the vehicle fully repaired.

    But, its almost 2 months completed and i haven't received my car till date. Whenever i called them and asked for the status of my car, they always gave excuse that they had placed the demand but not getting parts due to shortage, this is unbelievable. And moreover the interior of my car gets ruined in 2 months, the seats are filled with dirt and black patches can be seen everywhere inside the cabin. Even, rubbing of the vehicle has not been done properly.

    I request Hyundai Motor India to look into the matter and take necessary action against the bodyshop and get my vehicle repaired to the customer satisfaction and deliver as soon as possible.

        Sir
        I Nishant Singla resident of Sangria Mandi Dist Hanumangarh purchased one Hyundai Creta EX model (Diesel) bearing reg no HR 06 AW1355.
        2. On 30.08.2022 i visited Raja Hyundai Bathinda-151001 to get the routine service of my car.

        3. The technician of Raja Hyundai create some defect at the time of service of my car due to which heavy noice and knocking started in car. The service representative after resolving the problem asked me to drive the vehicle for 2-3 days and said the problem will be resolved automatically. But sorry to say the knocking problem of car remain as it was. Moreover, it is very sorry to say, i visited Raja Hyundai 3-4 times to get the problem resolved, but i was very surprised, no any job card was raised/opened by service officials. Now I am in doubt that any time the part of my car may be replaced as no any record regarding checking/testing of my car is available with Raja Hyundai.

        4. Thereafter as per saying of Mr Ganesh GM i parked the car on 20.09.2022. Now its been more than 2-3 months no issue related to my car has been resolved, It presumes instead of resolving the issue the agency is experimenting on my car and now today as on 07.11.2022 when i talked to Mr Keshav Grover[protected] instead of resolving the problem he asked me to consult with Mahindra and Honda Motors as the same is common problem. I am really embarrassed this time being a customer of Hyundai Motors and by such an irresponsible reply at this level.
        5. I already been very harassed by service providing by your company now this type of behavior of senior service representative has totally shocked me.
        6. My I once again request to confirm the exact time that will take to return my car after resolving the problem and compensate for the expenditure and harassment faced by me for your negative attitude towards customer service and irresponsible behavior being representative of Hyundai motors limited.
        Still not received any help regarding above mentioned complaint

          Paint has started peeling off from nearly 3 years from now from hyundai i20.

            I am really surprised as I have not received any reply from your side for last 13 days for the trail mail.
            I have read of many such cases which shows the flaw in your DCT system and failure of parts for this model of creta which I own.
            This time the part was replaced by Sharma motors, Ashram road, Ahmedabad free of cost.
            My concern is What will happen if part fails post warranty period? I am further not mentioning the frustuation and inconvenience cost that happens to customer when it fails anywhere on road. It is very fearful experience to drive such faulty cars .
            I have not spent 20 Lac Rs. to buy a faulty car.
            Give me concrete action plan or I will have to take up the matter through legal route.

            With deep regret I need to complaint that yesterday my just 2 year old creta came under breakdown.

            1.Problem is transmission error indication ON continuously.
            2. Reverse gear not working.
            3. Also problem in Forward gear autoshift.
            4. Racing of car etc..

            My car is driven just 17000 kms. I am not expecting such major issues from company of Hyundai's repute. I have planned to go for Diwali vacation in this car. Feeling very disappointed for buying this Hyundai car and spending nearly 20 Lac.

            Do needful immediately so that I can use my car going out of station from tomorrow for this Diwali vacation.

            Revert immediately and What support you can give.

                    Both front head lamps moisture issue from many days.
                    car show to service center but team says will change the caps and clean it.
                    Starting issue every morning.(share the feedback to service center they have check the battery and say its okay) issue not resolved
                    Engine noise increases and gear are hard and stuck some time while driving.
                    I need refund or exchange the car.

                      Dear Team

                      Good Afternoon.

                      I am the proud owner of Hyundai Grand i10. I bought this car from Lakshmi Hyundai, Chennai in the Month of April 2016 and since then my car is maintained by them periodically.

                      However, recently i had a problem with my a/c - as there was NO cooling, i approached PeeYesYem Hyundai one of the service points for Hyundai for necessary update and correction. I had an a/c issue in 2018 and replaced the coil by Lakshmi Hyundai under warranty. Again there was cooling issue and the same was done by Lakshmi Hyundai since the a/c wiring was cut by rat.

                      while leaving my said car to PeeYesYem before Deepavali and i specifically told this to the service engineer to first check and then update. However, the service engineer called my that there might by coil issue or gas issue and they have to remove the dashboard to check. But once I explained them to first check the wiring, the service engineer came back to me and told that there is rat bite and hence replacing the entire wiring set and charged me INR 2500. He hasn't told me about anything in regard to coil or gas issue.

                      the next day i again found the same a/c cooling problem and informed them immediately about the same and the service engineer was kind enough and told me that he was away for Deepavali and once he back to work, he would do it.

                      two days back, the car was picked up and i got a feed back that the coil might be damaged and however, he will fill the gas which will give the cooling effect and charged me 800.

                      again the same problem persists and he was telling me that the coil should be changed and the cost would be around 9000+.

                      Please correct me if i am wrong:

                      - my car from the date of purchase till date serviced by an Authorised Hyundai sevice centre
                      - the service engineer is duty bound to tell the customer the exact issue and guide for the solution
                      - like private garage, the mechanics should normally add additional issues and charge the customer
                      - kindly tell me is it the duty of the service engineer to tell me the issues and guide me how the correction has to be done. unfortunately this was NOT done by the service engineer rather mislead me and charged me unnecessarily without analysing the issue on hand.

                      now i request you as Hyundai Motor India to check the a/c system and update me the correct position with transparency viz without hiding anything to safeguard the service provider.

                      please let me know to whom should i talk and leave the car for proper analysis and guidance.

                      Hope to get a positive response from your end soon.

                          Hi I bought a Venue SX Turbo imt on 12 oct 2021. It’s been exactly 1 year on 13 oct 2022,
                          I had to travel to a hospital due to some medical emergency from my home to 250km away. While I reached almost 130km my car broke down in middle of nowhere, I called Hyundai RSA which came after 5-6 hr. Next day when I went to see what was my car issue they told its a manufacturing defect of the fuel pump so They told to wait for 4 days while they order the parts(fuel pump) after 4-5 days they said fuel pump issue is fixed but now the accuator is not working it will take more 10-12 days for them to order and fix the problem.. its been almost 15 days now and still my car is not fixed..

                          The service centre are trying their best but I wanted to know
                          1. Did Hyundai sold me a faulty car ?
                          2. Who’s responsible to pay for the EMI of those days ?
                          3. What if it happens again, will Hyundai give a written statement on that ?
                          4. And finally what is the procedure to either change this stupid car or refund my hard earned money which I wasted in this car.

                              My car has broken down 3 times and car has been taken to the service center and the clutch parts have been replaced but the same Issue still persists even after rasing this to the service centre and Complaining to Hyundai customer care as well

                                    This is second month of my new vehicle, Since i have a free cash wash coupon i went for a car wash, while returning the vehicle driver kept a huge scratch on side mirror, next when I came for 1st service while cleaning the car they damaged battery cover completely. This is what Lakshmi Hyundai service will be like. Thank you for the worst service.

                                      There is an issue with our Hyundai venue like it suddenly stopped in city traffic for 3 times nearly 1 st time when I faced this issue i towed this vehicle to my nearest showroom they said that it's is with some engine update and they resolved it and 2 nd time same thing happened out of city when my dad was driving it has so hectic again we towed it to the showroom and after 3 weeks of constant repairs with different reasons they ressolved it again I got the same indications when I called to show room they said it's dpf problem which we faced previous. Iam really frustrated with this vehicle why is it happening like that we had many cars before we never faced this type of issue with either of previous cars which we had its been 2 nears only since we purchased this car so soon we are facing such problems please get us a solution for this use this is unfair of Hyundai motors

                                        I am complaining about Krissh Hyundai Patna as they purchased insurance for my Venue car from HDFC Agro but while I lodged accidental claimed company had approved only 70 percent. I am entitled for 100 accidental claim also there executive at Krissh Hyundai support insurance company by saying that “company zero rupaya bhi kar sakti hai wo to acha hua ki 70 percent kar diya.”
