My brother went to the triumph service center faridabad at 17:15 hrs regarding the ignition problem after running couple of KM's to which my brother was told that this is the issue due to the weak battery.
My Brother told to check the same issue by using another battery, they confirmed to check the same and assured that vehicle will be dropped to my home next day i.e. 2nd sept'22 by 11:00 hrs. After checking the ignition problem by using another battery.
But nobody dropped the car at the committed time. i had to call Service advisor Sharafat Ali but he didnot picked up the call, then called to Ruchika at 16:42Hrs then she told me that SA Sharafat Ali is on leave and asked me to call some other Service advisor then i got a call from [protected] for test driving and refueling the CNG . After refueling he called me to make the payment for CNG, after that he didnot update regarding the issue in the car.

I left the car for 2 days in the service center regarding ignition issue for which i was told that the issue will be resolved after replacing the battery. I asked for giving the assurance in writing that the ignition problem will be solved after replacing the battery which is only 2yr 9 month only but they denied to give in writing. And the same issue was highlighted at the time of service done at 50300 KM approx in July month but at that time no issue was found related to battery and now for the same issue they are saying battery replacement will resolve the issue.
They didnot dropped the car on 2nd sept due to which i have to travel again by hiring a pvt cab to my office at gurgaon.
When i reached home around 8PM from office i saw that car was not dropped at home then I had a word with GM Varun Virat regarding delivery of the Car at my home. But he denied to drop the car and said that the car will be dropped tomorrow at 10:00AM.
EPS was also not working properly when raining.
Sharafat Ali confirmed that all these issues are related to battery..
But the same issue is not coming while running the same vehicle on petrol. Marked mail to Hyundai and Triumph but no one is replying

    Sir,
    I am the registered owner of Vehicle bearing Reg. No:KA-20-Z-0401, Hyundai I20 Sports, Model 2012 purchased from Kanchan Hyundai, Udupi District. The vehicle’s periodical maintenance has been done till today in the aforesaid service centre. Since from the prior stage there was lot of misbehaviors and unusual negligence towards the vehicle service by issuing exorbitant service charges. It is a well known fact that even the service Executives gives fake estimated bills and thereby tried to extract money from the customers in a manner which is not lawful. It is true that so many times lot of customers have been raised many complaints against this issues, but unfortunately all those complaints were kept unanswered.
    I am hereby bringing your attention a latest issue of fraud done by the aforesaid Service Branch in respect of repair of my vehicle. On 20/07/2022 I kept my vehicle only for full body paint and other minor repairs. The branch has undertaken to complete the aforesaid work job within 20 days and thereby informed me to take my vehicle back after the aforesaid work on 11/08/2022. When I visited the Service Centre and took back my vehicle after due verification, I was very astonished to know that the vehicle was not under running condition. The clutch and gear was not responding properly, when I have enquired the same with the Service Manager by name Alwyn Menezes and Service guy by name Sandeep, a very negligent answer given by them stating that, the vehicle was under the same condition when I kept for body paint. It is very unfortunate to say that, even though there was complaint as per them, what restrained them to inform me the same. After lot of heat arguments, they have agreed their mistake and under took to get the vehicle repair within few days and also they have handed over me another Car for my day-to-day activity.
    On 22/08/2022, I have received a call by the service authority stating that the vehicle is under good running condition and there was no other problem exists. By evening the Driver handed over the Car to me and request for a Test Drive. When I drove my Car I was unable to engage gears and also to operate clutch my Car was even under total disaster condition than prior. The Driver also admitted that there is problem of clutch, gears and dry-shaft. I immensely refused to take back my vehicle and thereby sent the same with Driver to the Service Authority. The Service Authority till today did not contacted me and not even offered any explanations in that regard.
    Being a loyal customer of Hyundai since many years these things are unexpected. There are other Car Companies who are offering a good Customer support and a loyal service back ground. But the Kanchan Hyundai Udupi deliberately cheating the customers and thereby trying to increase their service cost in the guise of fake estimated bills. It should be stopped otherwise the customers at large will be under uncomfortable situation of buying vehicles belongs to Hyundai Company.
    I am hereby informing through this letter that, I need my Car with a good running condition as before within 1 week, other wise this issue will be published in all the social sites along with daijiworld Media.com and also I must be compensated for the loss caused for me due to the negligence and deliberate acts in respect of make Car Service. The issue will be carried to Consumer Court of Law if the response is not fruitful.
    Kindly do the needful as soon as possible and also advise the Kanchana Hyundai Udupi to care their loyal customers by providing reasonable service maintenance as aforesaid.

        They stolen our sd card and back tray during service claim and when I asked about it they gave me a written proof that they'll give it back in few days but after months they are not responding or even not receiving my call... please take action against them and tell them to return my things

          I bought a Venue fro Frontier Hyundai Raja Puri Dwarka last year, from last 4-5 month i just started to receiving spammers call saying that "You are chosen by our "Fake company name" as a lucky draw winner of some prizes, you are invited to some place to collect it and it keep coming from various number every time different company name.

          dealer has no right to sell customer data to any third party, i haven't given such consent to share my personal data.

          You are requested to kindly come up and stop this terrible practice being done by your dealers.

              I have sent my venue car for 3rd free servicing to Sapphire hyundai dwarka and all the servicing job were done on committed time.While Delivering my car at my residence the delivery guy hit to some electric pole and lot of scrathes and damages were done in my car.After complaining to service centre they picked up my car and repaired just half of the things.After calling so many times to the manager they did it in 5 days just rubbing and polishing job.Again after doing this in 5 days they finally sent car at my residence again.But sorry to say there was permanent marker used in my car which is not getting erased.I have informed the management and manager again now again they asked me to send the car to service center. This is due to lack of professionalism and lack of management from the center.Highly disappointed from the service center and management.Please help as they are just taking this issue lightly.

                  I have a Hyundai i10 sports manufacturing date December 2009 and date of issue is January 2010 car [HR 26 BA 2935] and it is well maintained and serviced and done only 25k kilometers in 12 years. Since last month August starting I am continuously facing the issue with the car suddenly showing some missing while running and suddenly stopped and it didn't start after that. later on, sometimes it starts but turns off after some 10-15 minutes. Hyundai roadside assistance service came to our rescue but after a long 2.30 -- 3-hour checkup first they said that it is an issue with petrol tank dirt and made a bill of 7190/- then we went to take our car back it stops running in the middle of the road just after the showroom side so we complain them they said we need more time to check the car and found that problem is with ECM [electronic control module]. I came to know that ECM problem is a common problem on i10 after 20k kilometers from the internet. The mechanic who checked the car also agrees that the ECM problem is a common problem.                   Seems like it's a common problem and most people faced it this year only in 2022.
                  I would like to replace ECM free of cost. [Right now Hyundai asks for 40, 000+Labour charge+Toying charge] and please consider my complaint on an urgent basis it has already been 1 month and even the Hyundai service center fails to find the problem at first.

                    Dear Sir

                    First of all i am belongs to very middle class family and i have purchased this CNG car for my daily use. So what you are stating in your trail mail that i have fitted external accessories or high voltage bulbs I haven’t done it or really don’t understand why should i do that when everything is given by company inbuilt. Also i am aware about the external fitting disadvantages so why should I do that. I am totally disagreeing on your this point that Additional non-genuine wires found fitted in the vehicle, it is suspected that, non-genuine high wattage bulbs or accessories fitted in the vehicle.

                    I need my car to replace through same new car if i not get any car from your end will go to media or consumer court because as customer I don’t have any fault from my end only my fault is i kept trust on Hundai brand i have purchased this car which is broken now by company.

                    Also i need the recovery of things which is burn in this accident my personal laptop, i phone and cash near about 2 lakh rupees asset i have lost in this accident that should be given back to me.

                    In this accident how i save mine & my family life that i only know.

                    Please get this all sort out immediately as due this i am going trough mental stress also.

                      I want to share an incident with you sir that happens recently.
                      my cousin T.DILEEP had consulted one of your dealers (in INDIA, ANDHRA PRADESH, VIJAYAWADA and the name of the delear is LUCKY HYUNDAI .)
                      he made the booking for the hyundai venue sx (deseal) .booking id is SALES/130/22-23. at the time of booking they told him that with in a month car will be delivered .considering that my cousine sold his old car to lucky hyundai only.from three months he and his family facing many problems due to lack of vehicle.their family was so depressed due to this lucky hyundai actions
                      we complained for several times but there is no response from your side .this is so unethical for a company like HYUNDAI .THIS IS NOT THE WAY TO TREAT THE LOYAL COUSTOMERS OF YOU .

                          We booked a Hyundai Venue with reference no ORD[protected] on 14th April. We have still not received the car and multiple follow up with both Hyundai company and the dealer ( Utkal Hyundai Patia Bhubaneshwar) and none of them are responding with a date on when the car will be delivered.

                          Initially was committed end of July, then end of Aug and then just received a whatsapp saying " Maybe end of Oct"

                          I need dates when the car will be delivered

                            I have been a Hyundai customer since past 8 years and own many cars. I have purchased a product of yours Hyundai verna Car registration No. is UP32 LK6996 I think that I have done a blunder mistake to buy this car because from the day one. I am having problems in this car as mentioned below :-

                            1). Engine Check light issue from Last 8 month almost 5 times Your BEEAAR faizabad road Lucknow has been checked

                            2). Mileage is not more that 6 Kmph in city due to Engine issue . I have complaint many a times in your Hyundai workshops .

                            Whenever I go they guys always said to me that your car is perfectly all right when I go to BEEAAR faizabad road Lucknow they said that in your car Petrol issue or sensor issue not able to diagnose problem .When I said to the person he told me that everything is okay I request you to kindly show me the path forward, i am requesting you to change my car engine

                                Subject :- Legal Notice regarding fraud done by Hyundai India by making promise without any intention of performing it.

                                As mentioned in subject I purchased I10 nios in June 2020 from Hyundai dealer (Surjeet Hyundai ishan motocop) in bhopal with 3 years of engine warranty. But there is some problem in engine now Hyundai Dewas service center (Shristi Hyundai) disagree to perform there promise of 3 years of engine warranty and done FRAUD with me as per section 17 of The Indian Contract Act.

                                The deed done by your company is fraud as per section 17 of The Indian contract Act 1872 as you entered in contract by willful misrepresentation and a promise made without any intention of performing it.

                                . Therefore finally I say to pay compensation of Rs 500, 000.00 (Five Lakhs) under sec 73 of the Indian contract act 1872 and cost of this notice Rs 5000.00 within 5 days of receiving of this notice.

                                . The above mentioned amount (including compensation) if not paid within 5 days of receiving of notice then I will be bound to take legal action against you and your firm informing media, and then you and only you will be responsible for all the cost and losses occurred thereof.

                                  - Booked exact appointment with Mr. Praveen Parab at Siddhivinayak Hyundai in MH last night
                                  - Went to service this morning and my appointment was not listed
                                  - Was told to wait 30-45 minutes by Mr. Amol
                                  - 1 hour and 5 minutes later, they turned off the lights in repair area
                                  - When I asked what is happening, they said they are closed for lunch
                                  - Never received service... and I just left disgusted and shocked
                                  - Also, the road outside the center is not drivable. My car was in 8 inch deep puddles, and there were large stones and mud all over the road. I have taken pics. My shoes are muddy and the Elantra had to be washed just from the visit.
                                  - Wanted to start servicing one or two of my cars there... but not after this experience.

                                    In short, I met with an accident last month and got few damages to my car, hence got it towed and parked in Hyundai Service Station, located in Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh. Dealer Name: Vasu Arjun Delhi Road to get it repaired with insurance claim.

                                    Yesterday, on 22nd August 2022 I picked up my car and noticed that my windscreen is broken, which was not earlier and I have photos of the spot where incident had happened and there was not a single scratch on windscreen.

                                    I reported the same to service managers but they all were not at all ready to listen anything and just arguing as well as giving me silly excuses that it could have happened during the vehicle towing or you should have photos of our parking.

                                    Is this my responsibility to take photos again when parked at Hyundai?

                                      Dear Sir/Madem

                                      I have given service at salem authorised Hyundai service in this month beginning and taken a delivery on 06/08/22

                                      While taking delivery had a many internal damages
                                      1. Clock Panel broken while doing service

                                      2. Fog Lamp adjustable switch broken

                                      3. Back camera not working properly

                                      4. Basic cleaning work not done everywhere having patches

                                      They have collected Bill amount before showing vechicle

                                      As per Customer serice it will get resolved within a week still I didn't get any replies regarding this

                                      How could I responsible for internal damages why not getting a revert

                                      Kindly help me out this

                                        I have bought the new I20 Asta O top model in Oct'2017. In just 5th year paint from back roof near antenna has been peeled off. It is poor paint quality issue. Hyundai should take a note and make correction accordingly.

                                        No response from showroom.
