RESPECTED SIR,
With very due respect beg to request you to replace my car because there is no remedy left. Your technicians are not able to fix the fault in the car. The running of the car is not satisfactory in any way, replacement of the car has become necessary and inevitable so that the trust can be maintained. The car has been made a practical lab by your technicians since inception, and the solution to the problem is not traced it seems not possible. It is unfair to mislead us by finding various kinds o[censored]nnecessary excuses. The car has been parked in your workshop for most of the time from the date of purchase till date. It is your responsibility to maintain my faith. That's why please change the car. kindly refer my previous complaints and requests too.

      Issue Description:

      AC in the car suddenly wasn't giving sufficient cooling. There are no failure alarms in the console. When I took the car to Service in Hyundai Motor Plaza, Alandur Chennai, Service advisor took the car for a review and he checked and suggested that there is a cooling filament/Condenser failure in the car and it got to be replaced. He also said that this is prone in such models due to the thin model of the filaments used in the car. The part got covered in the Extended warranty which I have purchased, however the overall replacement service charges are quoted around 6000 INR approximately.

      Why Should I pay the service cost for the poor quality of the material used by the manufacturer which has to be replaced with in 4 years of purchase of the car. If Hyundai knows there is a quality issue in such parts, those items should have been recalled and replaced with free of cost. I have used a smaller model car from Hyundai[Getz prime Crdi. ] which has no such issues faced even when drove for 12 years approx 125000 kms. Now raises the credibility issue with the manufacturer and the quality of products used in the vehicle.

        We have a Hyundai i20 car having VIN MALBK511VMM091397 and Reg. No. MH43BY3196. The vehicle was purchased in August 2021 and has barely run for 3100 kms. Whenever, the car is used for more than 2 hours, it gets overheated and breaks down. We had complained this to the service centre of Arsh Hyundai Chembur in September 2022, and they informed us that the issue is resolved. However, yesterday, i.e 20th February 2023, the car broke down once again at Saki Naka & we had to ask the towing service to take it to the nearby Sai Auto Hyundai service station at Powai. We are informed that the fuel pump gets overheated. However, it is not known why the company does not replace the faulty part and why are we made to suffer ?

          On 19th feb 2023, my Creta DCT SXO 1.4 DCT stopped running after few seconds vibration on steering!!!
          it was complete failure of all function. on busy road of NCR around 4.30pm while we were going for one family trip on Sunday!
          as it failed to start and entire electronics was not responding it was compete failure and my car was on middle lane of busy road of NCR. we can not even mover car a single inch due to auto bracking system was active and steering was jam.
          it was time to move out of car and give signals to coming traffic to move forward without honking behind my car!!!
          after struggling for hours time and managing traffic, few cops came to rescue and helped by signaling traffic to mover forwards without honking and stopped near breakdown vehicle. RSA team took longer then hours time to send one person on two wheels near my CRETA. which is just 12 months 10 days old.
          He was young and dynamic and immediate told that its a common problem of Hyundai All automatic vehicles and I can not do anything. yet toing rescue vehicles not dispatched by RSA and we were struggling on mid of the road lane of busy NCR. to my repeated request he help to shift car in N shift gear and with the help of traffic cords and other near by labor we shifted car to few meter forcing manually to keep car out of road. Fortunately, it was actually a Bus stop having extra length.
          with the help of RSA we managed to Tow car using belt and we not gong to search near by Hyundai Dealer as yet RSA rescue crate did not reached our location. we managed to drop car to Triumph Hyundai workshop with the help of workshop manager at around 6.15 pm since late evening of Sunday, it is at workshop and they are struggling to get required spare parts to isolate the problem. it has been informed to me that fuel pump has failed !!!
          its just 12 months and 10 days old care. used approx. 14xxx kms and fuel pump malfunction and or may be some other malfunction in CRETA 1.4 DCT started. which is flagship model of Hyundai CRETA.
          i am posting this for the benefit of all CREAT 1.4 DCT SXO owners' knowledge.
          As Monday whole day, workshop team tried to stimulate the issue in car!!! and finally agreed to replace the fuel pump motor. yet is has been ordered and would take one day to get delivery at workshop.
          I am waiting for the further information from workshop as of on today 21st feb 23 it is still at workshop.

            I had dropped my I20 at blue hyundai service station Hassergatta main road branch on october 22nd 2022 its been more then 3 month now and I have yet to get my vehicle back they are not able to solve the issue its self after multiple efforts
            and they keep telling we will give it in a week but no response till now
            and when I spoke to customer care they said that they are not aware of any service station in hassergatta road

              I bought a new car from Modi Hyundai Santacruz west, I have Xcent prime cng for commercial pourpose and this very car has gone on repair from the day the got the delivery. I have also spoke to mr. Vijay Dangar regarding the same and he is least interested in talking to me regarding the same. I want a replacement for the same. My Car no. is MH02FG7349.

                Hypothecation charge 1500 taken twice VAS 3500 taken but number plate was not provided by agency. I had to bear miscellaneous cost to get number plate.
                Throughout the year 2022 I requested all the concerned person of that agency.But every time all person after some time informed me that he had left that agency.
                So appropriate action may be taken to refund me 5000.

                  I have put additional warranty for New Santro car spares. My remote key is not working properly. I visited showroom for claim warranty. Sales person said that we will order new key and let you know once received. But 4 months gone there is no response. I called many times he said it's in processing.. Now he is saying I'm not responsible company didn't send what can I do? said like this.

                    Hello hyundai me myself bloch meijh the complaint is the car registerd for sikandarbhai mohsinbhai bloch the car grand i10 nios customer id c[protected] the 1.St problem is about car stearing is not working properly the noise is coming in the stearing since from the 1 st day of buying we had given in to service so many times in equity showroom rajkot but showroom people is not giving proper service and not taking it seriously. 2nd one is about the gas kit the gas kit is not working properly in morning its take time to start the car in gas and if start then after few minutes it engine stop and it takes so much time to drive car properly due to engine on and off so please take this seriously we have so many hopes in hyundai . Thank you.

                        I have given the car for bumper replacement in that they have damaged my front panel above bumper plus right side fender damaged plus they have scratched my car .

                        For panel & fender fitting car went 4 times but again & again old issues coming and during first time they bended my car bonnet thru hands & bang with hammer also (recording available), later during 4th visit the workshop words were this "man labour fitting & machine fitting will totally be different & no one check like you ever" so my thing is if you can't provide proper stop calling it 'HYUNDAI AUTHORISED WORKSHOP"

                            I have booked Hyundai Creta SX AT Silver Colour at your agency Raj Hyundai (Raj Cars India Pvt Ltd., 32 Sadhna Enclave, Malviya Nagar, New Delhi 110017) on 10th February 2019 for which I paid INR 25, 000 (Indian Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) on vide ICICI Bank cheque number 000461 dated 10th February 2019.
                            The Order Booking Form is attached. Your quote was valid till 28th February 2019 and the delivery date was 10th March 2019. They did not deliver the car as promised.
                            I was in badly need of car. After experiencing this behaviour and uncertainty from Raj Hyundai, I had no option but to look for alternative. Finally, I got same model of Creta from Sunrise Autoworld Pvt. Ltd. (Plot No 2 Patparganj Industrial Area, Near Mother Diary, New Delhi 110092).
                            I made number of email requests keeping Hyundai Motor India Limited informed but neither any action taken nor any response came from your office Hyundai Motor India Limited. Last I approached Mr. Unsoo Kim, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Hyundai Motor India Limited by forwarding all email communications to him on 22 August 2022.
                            I, therefore, request you to please get refund of my booking advance money of INR 25, 000 (Indian Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) immediately.

                              I had given my car for small dent work. They did particular dent work but damaged my whole car with almost 30 dents. I have rejected the vehicle 2 times. every time they do a new dent. And forced me to take delivery.

                              After no support from the manager and adviser, I have taken my vehicle in a damaged condition ( dents and paint dust).

                              Faced below issue

                              1- Asking for money under the table (Personal Gpay)
                              2-Blaming game manager, adviser, and Hyundai company
                              3- For small dent delivery time 4 week
                              4- The workshop manager was on leave delivery was delayed 7 days(extra days)
                              5- They are teaching me inshaniyat (saying delivery le lo inshaniyat hota hai kuch)
                              6- They treat me like a servant
                              7- My new car is damaged by the workshop
                              8- After taking the damaged car delivery they are not responding and also removed me from what's app group (without any notification)

                              Now I am going to file a case and social media complaint against Modi Hyundai and Hyundai company.

                                Hi,
                                I am writing to raise a serious concern caused by one of your service centre in Powai Mumbai India.
                                I had given my car for engine lighy flashing on my dashboard continuously a month back, the services center informed me that I need to replace some parts and that would cost 5k INR.
                                I assuming that the information is genuine considering the brand’s reputation.
                                The service center post payment did the necessary fix and dropped the car at my place.
                                In less than 24 hours when I tried to start the car, it had stopped working completely, on requesting to fix it immediately, the service was given next day and we were told that battery is not working now and the warning light is yet coming my car is less than 2 years old.
                                Now the battery is gone for replacement for over a month.
                                I am continuously trying to reach out to the service center with no success.
                                They are constantly dodging me to tomorrow and not coming to pick my car.

                                Request you to please escalate the matter.

                                    For me Hyundai is the worst car manufacturer company in the world and also worst service providers.

                                    I have purchased Santro bs 6 car on 2020. And it's engine started troubleshooting within 1 and 4 months. It was repaired under warranty.

                                    Now within 2 and 5 months it's gear box starting troubleshooting. Again I have left my car at Hyundai workshop. This time also it covers under warranty.

                                    During this 2 times repair I learnt that workshop do not provide all necessary items like, engine oil, gear oil, paste etc. All these things are changing because o[censored]r manufacturing defects.. It must also bear by Hyundai..

                                    Most interesting part is that I have not changed wheel bearing till date.. but ur company has manufacturing worse car..

                                    There most be exchange offer also for such huge manufacturing defects car...

                                      I have hyundai turbo sports i 10 car which i bought in january 2021
                                      While selling the vehicle, the sales person mentioned many features of the vehicle and said that this company has such a strong body that it has got high scores in all the crash tests and is safe, but this claim turned out to be hollow when we were surprised when we saw the vehicle. The rat damaged the parts by making a pit from the bottom side of the vehicle and entering inside the vehicle.
                                      Now our question is, the company that sells such an expensive car, which makes so many claims, cannot protect the car made by it from rat, is this car safe for humans, on top of that the company does not accept rat damage.
                                      We have to go to consumer court against this??
                                      We want this company to replace the car and give it to us
