I own hyundai verna 2019 model sx i drove this car approx 50 k km only .it was may 2022 when i got my car service done by suhul hyundai srinagar kashmir where in i have raised a complaint against the engine noise which was not done afer service in may 22 after a month i went to dealership to change my battery of my car key which unfortunetly was not available at the dealership and i raised the same complaint again of engine noise but they said my car need overhaul of engine which was a shoke for me they gave me an estamate of rs 147 thousand in which they told me that they will give me a discount of rs 47 approx but when i visited the workshop my car engine was lying at the garbage dump yard which was not clean at all, as i am sure that hyundia india has standard room for engine overhauling which was missing in this workshop and i have riased complaint against this that i am not statisfied with the work which has been done and i have the video proof for the work which they have done at a garbage dump yard
i spoke to Mr natin about this who is regional manager of north indai who visits this dealership frequently and he told me that the dealership has engine room and the engine of my car has been repaired at the engine room only . i called up Ms seema who is a nodal officer sit in chandigarh office on the con call with Mr nitin and Ms seema Mr nitin told me they he will provide me a video proof place where the engine was repaired ( Engine room ) but till date he has not sent me anything i dont know why he is supporting the dealership and what are the reasons

he has promised me if he is not able to provide me the video footage of the engine rooms he will replace the engine free of cost and he has to prove my videos wrong which i have as a proof where they repaired the engine

its been more that two months now i never receive any call from mr natin or from ms seems i have almost raised 100 complaints but nothimh happens .

hope some who reads this will defitnely reply or call me back and will help me to resolve this issue and take this matter to higest authority of hyundai india

i am hyundai customer since 2000 but seems i have to end this relationship with hyundia

      My name is Susheel Khera, I drive 120 No DL10CD 5874. I was visiting Rishikesh along with my family members. On 14th August 2022, my car breakdown while climbing hills at Neer Water Falls and I have push the car with the help my family members and other available nearby.
      I contacted Ajay Motors (Hyundai Dealer) at Rishi Kesh who in turn gave me toll free No [protected] to contact for road side assistance. I was asked to pay Rs. 2059/- which I paid through debit card on the link sent and I received acknowledgement also for having received the amount. I had requested for towing the car to the Hyundai dealer for the repairs. I also gave three mobile Nos to contact me when the service provider comes to tow the car. but no one contacted me till 12 noon on 15th.
      Some how, the car started and with a help of Driver form the resorts I could bring the car to Highway for which he charged heavy amount from me and slowly drove to my home in Delhi. It took me more than 9 hours to drive the car back to Delhi taking a risk of my entire family.
      Today In talked to toll free No again and before I could ask anything they said we have already initiated the refund of fee charged and I will receive the same in four working days.
      Is the service provided by the Road Side Department of your Company? you are aware that driving a car which is breakdown on the road side for 300km has given me lot of tension and to my family members.
      I have using Hyundai cars since 2006. This car is my second car of Hyundai. Not only me my other family members are also using Hyundai cars.
      I am afraid that I may not buy Hyundai car again as my car is now due for a change.

        This is with regards to my current Hyundai vehicle -Hyundai Venue having registration number MH-02 FJ -4579.(VIN -MALFC81BLLM121726).This vehicle was purchased in the month of August in 2020.
        I have now faced this exact same issue with my vehicle for the second time where the car has broken down on the highway.
        There seems to be an issue with the clutch of this vehicle as in both the cases the clutch pedal just gave away and i was forced to push my car to the side of the road during high traffic hours.
        When this happened the first time - In the month of October, the service assistant(Bronson Fernandes -Vasai Workshop) explained to me that there is an issue with the master cylinder of the clutch and it was replaced. However, yesterday I faced the same issue and i had to get in touch with the Hyundai tow service to tow my car to the closest workshop.
        This has been a great inconvenience and also was a very risky situation as the car broke down while driving on the highway.I had my family present with me during both these incidents and this situation could have led to a horrible accident in either of the scenarios.

        Me and my family trust Hyundai as we had a wonderful experience with out previous car - Hyundai i10(2010) and when we decided to buy a new car we went ahead with the Venue expecting to receive the same wonderful experience and support from Hyundai, but i am very sorry to say that we have had a very horrible experience with this brand new car which is not even 2 years old.

        I would please request you to look into this issue on priority and do the needful.
        I do not belive that the issue will be resolved by replacing the master cylinder as that was done in October but the issue still persists. This issue really needs to be resolved by the earliest as using the car with the occurrence of this happening again is a very hazardous situation.

          I fell panic and disturbed from your service and care of customer and his car . I send my car for claim in body shop FOR FRONT GLASS and my car damaged other spots or area .and this happened 2nd round first I take this lightly When my tell light RH Damaged I Said to staff they replied not responsible this but again I can not afford this I says employed they not have responsibilities whose drive the car driver not a professional worker .A macanic shift and parked the car another parking space and damaged back bumper and says nothing do this .And staff behaviour is not good do the rude behave they learn a law and do bad argument on this topic . pls repaired my damaged car part for make a good feel and to make a costumer.

              When we talk about a trustful car brand then the name of hyundai motors is one of them who is listed in top brands not only in india but also in entire world.
              Unfortunately, my experience in india is very bad with this brand for both product and its services after the sale.

              As per the my experience of indian services i can understand that majority of the companies in india always failed to provide a good services after sale of their product but i will get such experience with the hyundai motors in india, it is really surprized too much to me.

              Hi this is amarjeet singh laayal from india. I am only 21 days old customer of hyundai motors in india and in these 21 days i lost my total trust from the brand’s product and services of the company after sale the product.

              I am fed-up in such way that i am writing my complaint directly south korea team from where the company is originating and the my moto is get help me and aware the company that how the indian team of the company spoiling the name of a such trustful brand which work only for the quality product and best services after sale to their customer.

              Details explanation of all my issues
              on dated[protected] i purchased a new car i.E grand i10 sportz from m/s goyal hyundai, jalandhar (punjab-india)

              from the day-1 i faced numbers of issues with the new car in which some issues was happened because of the pre-delivery inspection team and some of the issues was manufacturing error. I will explain one by one.

              First of i all i am explaining about very sensitive manufacturing defect which may be a cause death of the driver and all persons who will be in the car at the time of driving.

              Issue no.-1 (very serious manufacturing fault and indian service team didn’t take it seriously)

              i purchased new car on[protected] and on[protected] i faced an issue that suddenly its steering get jamed while i was taking turn on the road and there was no error / indication/ notification on the display. At this time speed of car was very slow which save me and my family otherwise what mishappening might be happen no body knows.

              2nd time same issue faced by on dated[protected]. This time i was alone in car and fortunately again this time i was slow too which saved me.
              3rd time i faced the same issue on dated[protected] when my whole family was with me and this time, i was started my car in parking.

              4th time i faced the same issue yesterday i.E.,[protected] and i was on road alone at night at 11:00 pm and nobody was there to help me. This time an indication on display i.E. Steering jam symbol.

              Issue no-2 (fault of both team i.E. Company pdi team and dealer pdi team)

              2nd issue i feel on the 2nd day of purchase it was the issue of tyre mis-alignment.
              I observed that when the car is running on straight road then car was going towards right side and steering was also looking slant toward right side.

              For this issue when i visit in haridwar (state- uttarakhand in india) service centre then they replied that it is very minor issue which never harm the tyre health therefore at the time of first service they will rectify this issue.

              I want to ask the company that before first service if minor mis-alignment become major and lost the tyre then company will be replace the tyre free of cost?
              if the company answer is no then why they ask me to wait till 1st service.

              Issue no-3 high bounce of the speed braker or jurk (fault of dealership pdi team and manufacturing fault)

              3nd issue i faced on the day -1 when i take delivery of car.
              Because of this issue was bouncing too much on very small jurk or a speed braker. I feel that its suspension is too much hard.
              When i checked air tyre air, i found that front left tyre air was 97.2 psi, front right side air was 47.4 psi, rear right side air was 56.0 psi and rear left side air was 38.0 psi.

              It was totally error of the dealership pdi team when i complaint to customer coordinator manager (ccm) then dealership pdi team replied that before delivery of the car they checked all the check points properly and customer is telling a lie.

              Same fault from company side

              i set air pressure of tyre exactly as per the company prescribed. After this bouncing of car on speed braker or any type of jurk is low the before but in-spite of this i am feeling its suspension is very hard because if we cross any speed braker or jurk on the speed 40-50 i always hear a sound like loose part or hard suspension. This sound should be more minimize. This sound is too high then desire.
              I also compare this issue with another brand and i found that it is too much higher in hyundai car’s which can be minimize by manufacturing team very easily.

              Issue no-4 (accessories issue and it is totally manufacturing fault of the company)

              i purchased a boot mat from the dealership which is totally undersized.
              When i ask about its from the dealership then they replied that we are delivering as it is as we received from the company and we cannot do anything about the size.

              So, company team about this issue i am directly blaming to you that when it is an original accessories then why it is under sized. I’ve attached all the photographs with this email you can check the same. Please verify it and replace the same to with proper size.

              Conclusion and desire of the solution

              so, these are the above issues of the new hyundai car which i am facing from the day-1.

              Therefore, it is my request to the company take this car back to the company for r&d and give me a replacement of the new car with my all expenditure done to register the car with rto and purchased accessories for it.

                The absolute worst was my experience with Shankara Hyundai, but that's a story for another day. It was disgusting. This was a recent unpleasant experience which unfortunately highlights a common customer service fail. I was called by Mr Kapur Devangon to take my car on Tuesday a Govt Holiday and I went to Shankara Hyundai at 6:00 pm on 9th Aug and almost wet as it was heavily raining. I waited for more than an half an hour as the employee looking after billing was waiting for Mr Khagendra who was in internal meeting. When he came, he announced that I should make the payment of service but he will not hand over the car as he is waiting for final approval of insurance office. It was an embarrassing situation for me. I asked them why have they called me in the heavy rain when they have decided not to hand over. I requested to at least make arrangement to drop me near Deendayal Nagar but he didn’t respond. The same situation occurred when I dropped the car on 3rd Aug.
                As promised, I will never step into Shankara Hyundai, so do not worry about your services to me. I will never trouble you.
                Service is one area where the dealers can make money as the sales are pretty competitive and they get less margin. They try the best to make capitalize on every opportunity, so you have to be extra cautious whilst getting your vehicle serviced.
                My friends are anxious to know the outcome of this event. I have already given them the good news of repairing & Servicing the Car . Please think over my words, read this message as if a commoner who just by his faith in Hyundai invests his hard-earned money, to find a bunch of people with unbreakable ego & without etiquettes at the other end.

                  I bought Hyundai i20 in Feburary 2017. From last one year paint from body is peeling on its own. This is a defect in the product. Paint should not come out on its own. I need your help in getting my car re-painted for resolving this issue. Thank you.

                    Subject - Early hour issues in engine, AC & Suspension

                    Description of issue -
                    Hyundai has delivered faulty vehicle & I am facing following chronic issues in my car:
                    For which i am following up from last 10 months but not getting any positive response from Hyundai. Refer attached emails.


                    1. Engine:

                    I. Less torque and jerky drive (For 1st 900 km car was running very smooth and turbo's extra torque/power was coming at 1700 RPM, Good torque was available in 6th gear during overtake. Now, car torque is very low and no turbo effect is coming, Engine is working like simple 1000 Cc, underpowered, under torque. At low gear drive is very hard and jerky, at 6th gear no torque available for overtake.- seems like either turbo is not working or any of cylinder is not working or may be something else)

                    II. Excessive vibration at low idle in steering wheel and door ( Excess vibration is coming on steering wheel when car is at low idle during stop at red lights - which was not when I purchased the car)

                    2. AC is giving bad smell and irritating eyes when Temperature control switch is rotated clockwise by 10 degrees or more

                    3. Excessive noise in Cabin while Driving- Excess noise is coming in cabin while driving car in local or qt highway, it seems Tyre noise this is observed since beginning, but increasing day by day. In a premium car like i20, it is too high. Even in cheaper car like santro or i10 it is less.

                    4. Shock absorber getting hard day by day - Shock absorber are getting hard day by day and making dug dug nose even at very small pit. Which is giving jerk to driver and very uncomfortable.

                    Request Hyundai to get these issues resolved or take this faulty vehicle back.

                      I am vinu nivethitha .I have choosen the car hyundai verna s+ petrol and made booking in tirupur hyundai, tirupur on may 1st week for my marriage.At that time they said you will get the car at the starting of august 1st week.But now they are saying you cant get the car on time better you change the car model or we will deliver it late according to allotment.We have booked it before 4 months but still i cant proper communication form their side.They are saying its not our fault we are not getting the allotment from factory.If you cant able to deliver this basic petrol zedan car that too 1 zedan model you having.Then why you have this much add to cover the people which you cant able to deliver it on time.So if you cant deliver it on time kindly take that model name from your price and product list.

                      We having marriage on sep1st.Will i get the car or shall i move to other company to book the car.

                        Their service is very bad. They take lots of time. Our creta is in their service station and they are not taking it seriously, its since 1 month the car is in service station. And still they are giving lame excuses.

                            There is a very sharp bearing under my car seat and my finger got cut and had to do the surgery for the same and I was admitted In hospital and my recovery period is 5 weeks due to the injury and am a working women and I can’t use my hand for 5 weeks, this is causing me a stress and also I have a baby with me who is 1.6 years, what if it got hit for my baby. Am also a left handed person.My left hand finger is cut and I can’t use it for 5 weeks and I need to spend on physiotherapist and also take care of the baby.

                                  On 04/08/2022, my car i20 elite 2016, reg no. NL 07H1313, was taken to saraighat Hyundai service centre, Nalbari Assam for problem with ignition, ie, car ignition often missed since the last 2 weeks. The car was in good and running condition while taken to service centre. Infact the car was serviced at the same service centre just a week ago.
                                  Then after 3 or 4 hours in the same afternoon, I was informed over phone that my car engine broke down, and car won't start or move. On hearing, I was shock and straight away went to the service centre. On reaching I found the entire engine oil burst out from the cylinder block, and the car won't even start.
                                  Now the question is, how could my car which was inside the service centre suddenly broke down with such major issues?
                                  My problem was with the ignition, then how's the engine relate to the car's ignition?
                                  Why don't the service centre accept their fault and trying to hide the real issue?
                                  Why is the service centre denying to show me the cctv footage?
                                  The service centre are not responding to my request and forcing me to repair at my own cost or else take away the car from the centre.
                                  Now, iam not going to believe those distorted justifications or excuses from the service centre, I need proper answer and they should repair the car within a day or two without any cost incurred, failing which the issue will be escalated to concerned departments.
                                  So, this is my humble request as a customer to give me a soothing solution at the earliest time possible.

                                    I approached V3 Hyundai Showroom in Thiruvanmiyur, a dealer of Hyundai Motor India Limited, for purchase of a new car. Just before making an advance payment for the car, I told the Sales Advisor that I will cover insurance for the car on my own (with a company who has insured all my earlier cars ). I was told that it is Hyundai's policy that insurance for all Hyundai cars purchased should be routed only through them.

                                    Forcing car purchasers to take insurance cover for cars purchased only through the manufacturer is a restrictive trade practice.

                                    I have now decided not to buy a Hyundai car.

                                      We had raised a PO for Aura SMT Petrol varient on 26.04.2022 at Nashik dealership we recd. call on 26.07.2022 that our car has arrived but with a price hike of Rs 10000 approx. The reason for delay - known Hyundai company. We are a German MNC .We are your old customers as we have purchased two "Hyundai Grand i-10 "about 5-6 years back.

                                      Kindly intervene and waive off the price hike, not a matter of amount but maintaining good customer relations with old customers. I have mailed to crs sales.

                                        I20 Clutch Failure while driving

                                        Hyundai i20 has a serious i20 clutch system issue. The clutch becomes sticky or hard while driving and eventually as we drive it doesnt engage gears or go down .At this point if we press harder it breaks and car has to be towed.
                                        Got this issue 2 times during lockdown (once having to tow the car) each a year apart. After raising complaints hyundai team said their R and D have said they permanently fixed it with a slave cylinder replacement...
