This complaint is about multiple issues with my creta car.
1. doors are getting rusted due to manufacturing defect. All doors including the back dicky closure.
2. Also the paint has started to come out at the front Baunet.

I had reported to the service engineer while giving the vehicle to service 1 1/2 year back, But they neglected the reported issue and its an act of negligence. I always get my car service at blue Hyundai koramangala service center.

This is a clearly seems to be a manufacturing defect.
Currently blue hyundai has taken up for patching but I'm not happy with their support as it might come back again.

As a reputed car manufacturer company request you to replace my current car with a new one.

    Dear Sir/Madam,
    This is to inform you that, I made some maintenance work of my I20 magna in Aditya Hyundai Bhubaneswar on 28th May 2022. That day they checked that blower was not working and AC also. They ordered FATC which was not available in store and delivered my car and instructed to come after receiving FACT.

    Again I handed over my car for repair my AC on 21st June 2022. They changed the FATC, blower register, thermal sensor, cooling coil, filled the gas then told me that problem is in compressor & you have to change it, they even not dismental from engine and check . Up to this they billed me 13 thousand rupees and again told to spend 28 thousand rupees for compressor.

    I denied to replace my compressor and handover my car in running condition without changing the ac compressor.

    First they forced to pay the bill with out any question, as I had come from 150 kilometer to repair my car, I silently pay the billed amount. Then forced to sign customer satisfaction report, I signed on it and delivered my car with unfitted some parts, With broken dashbord. They took 3 days to do the job.

    After this horrible incident I sadly took my car and show to outside mechanic and told the incident, he checked all the parts which were removed by Aditya Hyundai Bhubaneswar,
    and confirmed me that the due to blower register switch was not working, he shown me the removed FATC blower switch continuity with a multymeter and it was ok, Same thermal sensor was ok, cooling coil was also ok, there was no leak. Unnecessary they changed these items and took the charge and fitting charge.
    The problem was in compressor valve. The out side mechanic just cleaned the valve and fit the same, filled the gas and AC started working.

    As customer of hyundai how I can believe on you.

    I hope necessary steps will be taken by you to give me justice.

      I am an old customer of Hyundai. I purchased the Centro Model of Car in 2003. It served me very well without any complaint. After driving over 100 thousand km for 15 years, I bought SX model of Creta in 2018 (registration no UP32JS2004). Within a little over 4 years (and around 34 thousand km drive), its silencer got rusted and was replaced. Now its air conditioner has stopped working. I learned from the workshop that its compressor is out of order. Further, the car has come with KUMHO make of tires. The tires in my car are expected to serve for another 8-10 thousand km. My town (Lucknow, India) has excellent roads and modern-day tires serve for 55-70 thousand km. These collectively indicate that Hyundai has sold a faulty car to me. My money is not valued. Thus, I request you to address the problems that I have raised. The compressor of the air conditioner must be replaced with zero cost to me. Issue related to tires needs to be addressed amicably.

        We got a new Ac, and it is still in garrunty. There is a calling problem in that Ac, the company has complained about it many times but the company is doing it right (Ac's outdoor I have a problem)

          Worst roadside assistance service (RSA) ever.

          Dear Sir/Madam,

          I'm using a brand new Hyundai Venue DCT 1.0 Turbo car since 2 months. on 20th June 2022 there is an incident happened with my car. such as the three tires of my car were stolen.           I have purchased Hyundai i10 in 2009 at Tirupati in the name of my daughter bearing reg number AP 03 AK 2357.As on today it ran on road nearly 47000 Kms.
          But recently my car stopped on the way to Banglore.When got checked by it’s Machenic, he said that it was due to ECM
          Problem.
          On[protected] my car sent to Hyundai work shop for rectification at Tirupati but it was returned on[protected] stating that they did not find solution to solve the problem except to replac
          ECM cost to
          Rs.1, 01, 994/-.
          It ascertained that in i10 car the ECM problem is common.
          Now the question is can company take responsibility to replace the ECM or to approach Consumers Forum.
          Kindly suggest.

When I contacted the showroom I have been told that they are not issuing RC book smart card. Only soft copy downloaded from website has been provided. I request you kindly help me getting RC book in original smart card.

              I purchased Hyundai i20 car in Ludhiana(Punjab) in 2013, now I moved to my native Karnataka (Bellary district) and I like to change the car registration from Punjab to Karnataka, I got NOC from Punjab but in Karnataka they are asking car invoice also.

              I don’t remember whether I received car invoice at the time of purchase or not, but right now I don’t have it.

              For your information the showroom where i purchased car is closed since few years (Pioneer Hyundai).

              So I request you to please help me by providing car invoice copy so that I can start the car registration process.

              For more details of car, kindly see the attachment’s (Registration copy, NOC, Delivery receipt, description of vehicle, purchase details).

              I hope you would help us in this regard and won’t disappoint.

                  Hello, Hyundai Motors India,

                  When I got bubble on my new Aura car Tyre, I approached my dealer Blue Hyundai Nelamangala team they supported very well and sent tyre to Goodyear My dealer is interacting with me i am very happy for their extended support and after the inspection Good year rejected with below note.
                  Good year Observation/Remarks: Tyre Spare: On observation, found impact break/pinching on sidewall area of tyre(s). This condition occurs because of pinching of Side wall between an external object & wheel rim while driving over potholes/kerbs/dividers/bumps/debris on roads. Tyre does not suffer from any manufacturing condition and hence, not covered under warranty.

                  My car tyre size 175/60R15 81T ASSURANCE TRIPLEMAX TL-1W3BJF1R, having 175mm width 60 mm section width 81(420kg load carrying capacity/tyre) “T” with 190km/h with 35psi air pressure with 35% wear out if tyre gets bulged and gets bubble on its periphery,

                  If am offering car and within 35% tyre worn out, tyre will fail and need to change tyre will you accept?

                  HMIL agreed to pay 50% with increase in tyre cost 5950, actual tyre cost at market is 4750 max with five year warranty per the quote from the Goodyear authorized dealer and also asking for Old tyre, taking 1200 extra comparing with Market price,

                  I have surrounded by the friends & family members are having least 6-8 Hyundai cars that motivated me to by Hyundai car was feeling proud being Hyundai family but after this scenario it changed every one’s mind. I may be one or few customers to you, but it impacts you & also you might ignore the voice of the customer.

                  As discussed with Dealer & Hyundai Team said it external impact will not replace tyre which i will not agree.

                  My Request to you is

                  I will Pay the 35% cost kindly replace the tyre & i will not give old tyre.
                  If you replace tyre FOC i will give my old tyre.

                  And also, am OK to pay 50% tyre cost the price of tyre is matched to Market rate will not give old tyre.

                  I highly appreciate i[censored]nderstand the customer concern sort out the issue on high priority basis

                    I purchase a Hyundai creta car in June, 2019, After two years car parts are getting failure, details are as under -
                    Sept, 2021 - Engine failure
                    March, 2022 - Engine generate abnormal noise, other parts failure
                    June, 2022 - EGR Failure

                    From last one year, I am facing lots of problems in my car, continuously parts are failure and company engineers/ officers are not able to give me satisfactory reason / justification for the same.

                    It seams, this car is a defective peace and Company should replace it urgently.

                      ਸ਼ੀ ਮਾਨ ਜੀ, ਨਿਮਰਤਾ ਸਹਿਤ ਬੇਨਤੀ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਮੈਂ ਹੁੰਡਈ, ਪਟਿਆਲਾ ਤੋਂ ਅਗਸਤ 2017 ਵਿੱਚ ਆਪਣੀ ਸੈਂਟਰੋ ਜ਼ਿੰਗ (2011 first owner) ਕਾਰ ਐਕਸਚੇਂਜ਼ ਕਰਕੇ, ਗਰੈਂਡ ਆਈ 10 ਸਪੋਰਟਜ਼ ਕਾਰ ਖਰੀਦੀ ਸੀ। ਜਿਸ ਦੀ ਮੈਂ extended warranty ਵੀ ਲਈ ਸੀ। ਪਰੰਤੂ ਅਗਲੇ ਸਾਲ ਮੈਂ extended warranty ਲੈਣ ਗਿਆ ਤਾਂ ਯਸ਼ੋਦਾ ਹੁੰਡਈ, ਪਟਿਆਲਾ ਦੇ ਡੀਲਿੰਗ ਹੈਂਡ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਐਕਸਟੈਂਡਡ ਵਰੰਟੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਗਈ ਅਤੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਤੁਸੀਂ 8 ਦਿਨ ਲੇਟ ਆਏ ਹੋ।
                      ਮਿਤੀ 19/04/22 ਨੂੰ ਮੇਰੀ ਕਾਰ ਦਾ ਚੈਂਬਰ ਕਰੈਕ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ। ਮੈਂ ਤੁਰੰਤ ਯਸ਼ੋਦਾ ਹੁੰਡਈ, ਪਟਿਆਲਾ ਗਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਚੈਂਬਰ ਬਦਲਣ ਲਈ ਕਿਹਾ। ਪਰੰਤੂ ਸਰਵਿਸ ਰੀਪਰੈਜੈਂਟੇਟਿਵ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਗਿਆ ਕਿ ਸਾਡੇ ਕੋਲ ਚੈਂਬਰ available ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਕਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਚਲਾਉ ਅਤੇ ਜਦੋਂ ਚੈਂਬਰ ਆ ਗਿਆ ਤਾਂ ਅਸੀਂ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਸੂਚਿਤ ਕਰ ਦੇਵਾਂਗੇ। ਮਿਤੀ 07/05/22 ਨੂੰ ਮੈਂਨੂੰ ਯਸ਼ੋਦਾ ਹੁੰਡਈ ਦੀ ਇੰਸ਼ੂਰੈਂਸ ਡੀਪਾਰਟਮੈਂਟ ਦੇ ਗੁਰਪਰੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਦਾ ਫੋਨ ਆਇਆ ਕਿ ਚੈਂਬਰ ਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ।ਮੈਂ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਮੈਂ ਬਾਹਰ ਗਿਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਹਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਆਉਣ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਆਵਾਂਗਾ। ਪਟਿਆਲਾ ਆਉਣ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਮਿਤੀ 15/06/22 ਨੂੰ ਮੈਂ DPG ਹੁੰਡਈ, ਪਟਿਆਲਾ ਵਿਖੇ ਆਪਣੀ ਇਸ ਕਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਐਕਸਚੇਂਜ ਕਰਕੇ ਨਵੀਂ Nios or Vanue ਲੈਣ ਲਈ ਗਿਆ ਤਾਂ ਉਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਮਕੈਨਿਕ/ਟਰਾਈਮੈਨ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਮੈਂਨੂੰ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਕਿ ਤੁਹਾਡੀ ਕਾਰ ਬਲੋਅ ਮਾਰ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਸੁਣ ਕੇ ਮੈਂ ਹੱਕਾ ਬੱਕਾ ਰਹਿ ਗਿਆ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਕਿਵੇਂ ਹੋ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ ? ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਮੈਂ ਹਰ ਰੋਜ਼ ਗੱਡੀ ਸਟਾਰਟ ਕਰਨ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਮੋਬਿਲ ਆਇਲ, ਕੂਲੈਂਟ ਵਗੈਰਾ ਅਤੇ ਮੀਟਰਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਇੰਡੀਕੇਸ਼ਨਜ ਚੈਕ ਕਰਦਾ ਹਾਂ।ਡਰਾਈਵਿੰਗ ਸਮੇਂ ਵੀ ਮੈਂ ਇੰਡੀਕੇਸ਼ਨਜ ਦਾ ਪੂਰਾ ਧਿਆਨ ਰੱਖਦਾ ਹਾਂ। ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਮੈਂ ਤੁਰੰਤ ਯਸ਼ੋਦਾ ਹੁੰਡਈ ਕਾਰ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਗਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਉਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਾਰੀ ਪੁਜੀਸ਼ਨ ਬਿਆਨ ਕੀਤੀ। ਪਰੰਤੂ ਉਨਾਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਮੇਰੀ ਸਮੱਸਿਆ ਨੂੰ ਸੀਰੀਅਸਲੀ ਨਾ ਲੈਂਦੇ ਹੋਏ, ਮੇਰੇ ਵਾਰ-2 ਕਹਿਣ ਤੇ ਲੱਗਭੱਗ 1 ਘੰਟੇ ਬਾਅਦ ਮਕੈਨਿਕ ਨੂੰ ਗੱਡੀ ਚੈਕ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਕਿਹਾ। ਮਕੈਨਿਕ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਵਗੈਰ ਇੱਕ ਵੀ ਨਟ ਜਾਂ ਬੋਲਟ ਖੋਲੇ ਬਿਨਾਂ ਹੁੱਕਮ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਦਾ ਇੰਜਨ ਉਵਰ ਹਾਲ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ।ਮੈਂ ਕੰਪਨੀ ਦੇ ਡੀਲਿੰਗ (ਸਰਦਾਰ ਜੀ) ਜੋ ਆਪਣੀ ਪਛਾਣ ਵਰਕਸ਼ਾਪ ਇੰਚਾਰਜ ਦੱਸ ਰਹੇ ਸੀ, ਨੂੰ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਇੰਜਨ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਸਿਰਫ 55389 ਕਿ.ਮੀ. ਹੀ ਕਵਰ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ ਹਨ, ਤੁਸੀਂ ਮੈਂਨੂੰ ਕਾਰ ਦਾ ਇੰਜਨ ਠੀਕ ਕਰਕੇ ਦਿਉ। ਪਰੰਤੂ ਉਸ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਵੀ ਬਿਨਾਂ ਇੰਜਨ ਖੋਲ ਕੇ ਚੈਕ ਕਰਵਾਉਣ ਦੀ ਬਜਾਇ ਪੇਡ ਇੰਜਨ ਉਵਰ ਹਾਲਿੰਗ ਦੇ ਹੁਕਮ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੇ। ਹੋ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਇਕੱਲੇ ਰਿੰਗ ਪੈਣ ਨਾਲ ਜਾਂ ਟਰਬੋ ਪੰਪ ਦਾ ਨੁਕਸ ਠੀਕ ਕਰਨ ਨਾਲ ਨੁਕਸ ਦੂਰ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦਾ। ਪਰੰਤੂ ਯਸ਼ੋਦਾ ਹੁੰਡਈ, ਪਟਿਆਲਾ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਪੇਡ ਇੰਜਨ ਉਵਰ ਹਾਲ ਅਡਵਾਈਸ ਕਰਦਾ ਰਿਹਾ। ਗਿਆ।ਜਦੋਂ ਮੈਂ ਉਸ ਮੈਨੇਜਰ ਸਰਦਾਰ ਜੀ ਨੂੰ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਇਸ ਕਾਰ ਦੀ ਮੌਜ਼ੂਦਾ ਕੀਮਤ ਲਗਾਉ ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਮੈਂ ਇਸ ਕਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਐਕਸਚੇਂਜ ਕਰਕੇ ਨਵੀਂ ਨਿਓਜ ਜਾਂ ਵੈਨਿਊ ਕਾਰ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਕੋਲੋਂ ਖਰੀਦ ਸਕਾਂ। ਮੇਰੀ ਹੈਰਾਨੀ ਦੀ ਕੋਈ ਹੱਦ ਨਹੀਂ ਰਹੀ ਜਦੋਂ ਉਸ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਬੁਲਾਏ ਗਏ ਇਵੈਲੂਏਸ਼ਨ ਸਖਸ਼ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਮੇਰੀ ਕਾਰ ਦੀ ਕੀਮਤ ਸਿਰਫ ਦੋ ਲੱਖ ਰੁ: ਲਗਾਈ ਗਈ।
                      ਹੁਣ ਮੈਂਨੂੰ ਕੱਲ ਯਸ਼ੋਦਾ ਹੁੰਡਈ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਮੇਲ ਕਰਕੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਅਸੀਂ ਲੇਬਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੁੱਝ ਰੀਲੈਕਸੇਸ਼ਨ ਦੇ ਦੇਵਾਂਗੇ।
                      ਸ਼ੀ ਮਾਨ ਜੀ, ਮੈਂ ਆਪ ਜੀ ਨੂੰ ਦੁਬਾਰਾ ਬੇਨਤੀ ਕਰਦਾ ਹਾਂ ਕਿ ਮੇਰੀ ਕਾਰ ਦੇ ਇੰਜਨ ਨੂੰ ਠੀਕ ਕਰਵਾਇਆ ਜਾਵੇ ਜੀ।ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਇੰਜਨ ਵਿੱਚ (ਮੈਨੂਫਕਚਰਿੰਗ) ਨੁਕਸ ਹੋਣ ਕਰਕੇ ਹੀ ਸਿਰਫ 55389 ਕਿ.ਮੀ. ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਇੰਜਨ ਬਲੋਅ ਮਾਰਨ ਲੱਗ ਗਿਆ। ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਇਲਾਵਾ ਜੋ ਚੈਂਬਰ ਬਦਲਣ ਵਾਲਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਹੋਰ ਕੰਮ ਹੈ ਉਹ ਮੇਰੇ ਬੰਪਰ ਟੂ ਬੰਪਰ ਬੀਮੇ ਨਾਲ ਕਰਵਾਇਆ ਜਾਵੇ ਜੀ। ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਮੈਂ ਆਪਣੀ ਕਾਰ ਸਹੀ ਵੈਲਿਊ ਤੇ ਐਕਸਚੇਂਜ ਕਰਕੇ ਨਵੀਂ NIOS or VENUE ਕਾਰ ਖਰੀਦ ਸਕਾਂ।

                        I Anirudha Thakur own Creta 2020 reg. no. MP09WF9459, bought from Surjeet Hyundai Indore MP.
                        I was facing Bluetooth disconnection issue with Audio system, I sent the vehicle twice at Surjeet Hyundai's service centre but they made a reset both the times and sent the vehicle back, I requested them to raise a complaint about the malfunctioning of system .
                        Third time I sent my vehicle on 29- April-22 when the whole system stopped working.
                        Now they ordered new System from company but from last 53 days they aren't providing with any part status or Shipping status.
                        I contacted multiple time on calls and on visit But in Surjeet Hyundai Mr. Sameer (service) Mr. Devendra ( GM service) and Area manager Mr. Tumul Gupta is not of any help on this case .
                        I even complained on customer care regarding this but still their is no effect on the process, the complaint no. is 1-[protected].
                        I purchased this car due to it's Apex feature i.e. Bluelink, music system, I cannot use these features since then and the worst part is unresponsiveness of your team.
                        Kindly help me.

                          I booked my Hyundai Verna on 10th of february 2022. they assured me to deliver my car by 10th of june 2022. Today is 21st June but there is no sign of delivery of my hyundai verna. i have faced so many problems during this period as i dont have any car. The showroom employees dont even bother to pick my calls and give me any information.

                            I bought a new car from ketan motors nagpur. Car is a hyudai company make named venue. The car is under quality standards. I complained about this to dealer. The dealer and their service staff said we can't do anything. Now I am helpless. On mine car water marks of salt are their on throughout the car. When complained about it the service staff says we can't do anything.

                              I had booked a vehicle at Saini hyundai Kolkata on 7th April. Its almost been 2 & half months, I am yet to hear anything about my car. Neither the ppl have information about my booking nor are they even committing on when the delivery gona be.
                              As a matter of fact our alloted vehicle was given to someone else, to top it all we were not given any communication regarding the same !!

                                Respected Sir, My Car No. PB11CG9172 chamber damaged on 19 april, 22 . I aproached to Yashoda Hyundai Sirhand Road, Patiala. After inspection Company Workshop Manager told me that Chamber is not available, I will call you after delivery of chamber. Mr. Gurpreet Singh an employee at W/Shop call me chamber availbilty on 7th May, 22. I and my family was on 35 day tour to UP. On 15/06/22. I go to Goel Hyundai, Pta. to exchange my car with a new Venue Car, their rep.told me after inspection that car is blowing and engine will be overhalled. Next day i approched to Yashoda Hyundai. W.Shop manager told me that it will be paid. I tell them that it happened due to non availibilty of chamber and I have Bumper to Bumper Insurance but all in vain. I shocked when Rep. Estimated the cost of car only 2 lac. to exchange a new one. Car have covered 55389 Km. Only and Model 2017. Sir pl. Help me because i can't bear the cost of engine overhalling.                                   This is to draw your attention towards my creta having registration number BR01EB0613 & VIN number MALC381ULJM498248 PURCHASE DATE 02/01/2019 covered only 74000 Km. Now my vehicle is in authorized service center after break down. They have reported that engine & turbo has broken down . Now the question is how in such a short period it has happened, inspite of the fact that services have been done in Hyundai authorized service center only. This reflects the poor quality of products which has shakened our confidence as we are already using two more cretas in our organization .Therefore you are requested to look into the matter & resolve the issue.                                     Suddenly my i20 nline doesn't start so roadside assistance towed the vehicle to nearest service station. Service center told me that your vehicle fuel pump is not working. How come this issue came in new car. I invested lots of money in this car and within 2 months of purchase, fuel pump got damaged. This is very bad service by hyundai. I just want to replace my car because it is a faulty piece hyundai provided me.
                                    Hello Mr. Saurav I am facing the same problem with my I2O, this is the 2nd time this has happened for the same reason fuel pump failure. I would be very pleased to know what solution you got for your complaint and problems. It's a request if you read this message please reply back.
