We have purchased alcazara 20at signature[{o} 65, on 9 sep 2021 at hyderabad reg vide ts15 fb 1525.
Unfortunately met with accident during april first week and car shifted to workshop for repair, and there was a damage to the engine and work shop representative informed that engine spares will be available only during first week of june which is around more than 60days if all the things are normal.
We were put in lot of inconvenience due to the late supply of spares.
Pl you may intiate some solution for the same by compensating the expenses incurred for alternative use of car by our family during the period detailed beyond the normal time, we seek your intervention for early response

    Hyundai santro cng Average Problem

    R/sir,

    I m salesh yadav, i am having AURA (CNG) - july -2021, my car no is HR36AK2419.

    My car got an road accident on dt. 10may,
    After the accident that i called to RSA team.
    And RSA picked up the vehicle at 8:30p.m. from the accident sopt.

    while parking the damaged vehicle in dealership area, my car got hit from its behind by RSA team and resulting that taillight of my car got broken.

    So now no one is taking the responsibility of this back side light damage, the dealership and RSA team are accusing each other about this damage . And no body is taking responsibility on that.

    I am suffering a lot due to of this.

    I m requesting uour to kindly sort out of this mater ASAP .

      Subject : Levying High cost without rectifying/resolving the complaint defects/Unprofessional behaviour of the Branch Manager Harassment by way of fake commitment etc.,
      We had purchased Hyundai Creta in the name of Lalita Sharma and Hyundai Creta vide Registration No. DL 12CJ 7768 because of my high expectation, in terms of Quality assurance and a trust in brand and belief in “Hyundai” with my hard earned money.

      Initially for few months the vehicle was running perfectly alright but after few months I started experiencing several issues. Being a high value high-tech vehicle, I preferred to get the problem addressed by the authorized service centre of Hyundai and contacted Rama Hyundai service centre Okhla – phase - I on 13-september 2021, complaining issues pertaining to check engine light, High RPM and jerk while stopping & starting on the vehicle. My vehicle was attended by Manoj and he assured me that after the service done all the issues would be resolved. He delivered my vehicle same day against the bill amount of Rs. 7906/- after servicing it.
      (ii) Ignition Coil : After 2 days i.e. on 16th September, 2021, the problem persisted again with the same issue and my vehicle was to be taken to Rama Hyundai service centre . This time Mr. Manoj informed that perhaps (not sure) ignition coil is faulty. He assured vehicle would be fine if I get the coil replaced. In order to fix up the issue. Since a technical person of Hyundai authorised service centre is advising, I told him to replace them. After replacing the ignition coil, they deliverd the vehicle at my office and charged Rs 8408/- He ensured me that there would be no problem with my car now.
      (ii) ECM Replacement : To my utter shock, the same issue persisted again after two day and vehicle was brought third time at Rama Hyundai on 20th September 2021. They kept my vehicle for another three day and tried to diagnose the issues.. They said now they would need to replace the ECM now.
      Since the unprofessional employees of Rama Hyundai Service Centre were only experimenting and testing on my vehicle by replacing expensive original parts one after the other, misguided me by making false commitments at my cost by way of extorting money without surety of the services provided, I decided to take my vehicle back. Still, they did not support me in any respect. Please be noted that vehicle was given at Rama Hyundai to get it fixed on 13-september 2021. Please also pay attention of his words :- “ हुंडई की इतनी महंगी गाड़ी ली है इसके पार्ट्स आराम से नहीं मिलते तथा कोई टाइम लिमिट नहीं है की ये पार्ट्स कब तक आयेगे”।
      What does it means, does I make a mistake by purchasing Hyundai Creta I am really very disappointed and helpless with the behavior of these employ who are truly Unprofessional.
      (iii) I tried to purchase ECM from the local market, but I could not manage to find it unfortunately. My car was carried by crane on 24th March 2022. As per their last checking and finding ECM also was replaced by them.
      (iv) Seeking approval to replace Body assly ATM Valve along with child parts : I thought, now the issue would be rectified. Instead of fixing the issue, they failed to find out the root cause of the problem. They kept experimenting on my car for about 2 months. Now they are seeking approval to replace Body assly ATM Valve along with child parts which cost Rs. 138063.21. There is no credibility that my car will be Ok after replacing the ATM Valve and they will not be asking to change more parts.
      (v) Levying of investigational cost : Not only this they are levying investigational costs on me i.e. 67791/- which is not justified. It is not a realistic amount and not acceptable to me. Which I am being forced to bear to no accurate analysis & resolution till date. Due to high quality expectations, I got my vehicle serviced only from Hyundai authorized
      dealership on or before service time. But I never received any satisfactory solution from your
      dealership.

      (vi)Unprofessional behaviour of the Branch Manager :Further, On 16 May 2022 I have received an email from service centre stating that since I am the third owner of the vehicle and due to which warranty is voided. If owner got changed it doesn’t mean Hyundai as a brand will deprive of their services and will not support to the present owner. Vehicle still is a make of Hyundai. I have a question why did this fault was not detected by Rama Hyundai when vehicle was brought with complaint at first time? I have asked for multiple time to changes parts but so success and problem still unresolved after paying huge amount to service centre I believe this is not Hyundai looks like the way it was shown in above case.
      I escalated this matter to the branch manager, Mr. Sandeep Bansal also he clearly told me not to give any discount and his behaviour is highly unprofessional at the time of discussing issue and casual approach of handing matter, sometimes they give estimate of clutch plate and sometimes they advise to change gear box. I have big concern now that all parts which have been replaced were not faulty and due to handling the issue unprofessionally and without expertise or due to unknown error of the service centre, I am forced to forced bear the exhorbitent cost ..
      Most of the issues are long pending & not resolved. some of these issues are
      critical & related to Safety matters. With these serious issues driving this car is dangerous/unsafe, accident prone.
      My car was carried by crane on 24th March 2022 and at Rama Hyundai Service Centre at Okhla but still no satisfactory reply is received from Dealer & Hyundai Team.
      My humble request Points are mention below:

      1. I request kindly ask your technical team to visit the service centre to check and verify the fault in my car at the earliest.
      2. All the service charges should be refunded by the Rama service centre/Hyundai/ which I had paid during service with Interest Rate of 9.25%, if they were unable to resolve the issue .
      3. Hyundai should buy back this vehicle for all critical problems, detailed analysis & identifying effective resolution and implementing those right at the design stage.

      4. I bought this vehicle for a Keeping in view of the Brand name of Hyundai for safe and peaceful drive during daily commute, not to make frequent visits to the service centre. It has caused me deep mental agony. It could also have
      been a case of road accident by now. Due to above reasons, multiple visits to Service Centre, not getting satisfactory response, not getting vehicle rectified, this situation has taken a toll on mental health resulting in high blood pressure, anxiety and stress attacks. For that Rama Hyundai Authorised Service Centre/ Hyundai must pay Harassment compensation of Rs.500000
      I believe in Hyundai customer satisfaction trust policy.

        I Bought Hyundai Aura Car(DL7CR8902) in Dec 2020 from Sunrise Hyundai, as I trusted this brand Hyundai I was pretty satisfied with it, but as a service, you failed. You guys are literally failed in this Section, I really wanna pointed toward Mr. Prushottam Gaur(Service Manager of Sunrise Hyundai), As I can think he's the responsible person for every person who goes through sunrise Hyundai service Station. as I'm trying to be more loyal to Hyundai but the quality of service you have given to me is more doubtful than trusting you as a brand.Â
        Let me come to the point now, since I bought this car with my hard-earned money, I have been getting the same problem, again and again, it's been more than EIght times, my car went into Hyundai service station(Sunrise Hyundai Service - I.P Extension), they literally disappointed me every time they fixed my problem with some Jugaad, Believe it or not, it's been 8 times for a brand like Hyundai and for the same issue only and guesses what I have been facing the same problem now again, I want to point out towards Mr. Prushottam as he's the one who was taking responsibility for my issue and since my last service which happened while ago, My Aura car used to have Mileage around 250-290km(Depending Upon Circumstances/full Cng Cylinder), now it hardly goes to 150km with full Cng cylinder,
        Are these the Expectation I should have from Hyundai Brand? how do you give a license to a service station which doesn't bother about how many times a consumer comes for the same problem again and again thereafter you give them one more as a compliment?Â
        I will raise this issue till my last breath, I will raise this issue till I see no permanent solution for this. As I can see Sunrise Hyundai is not taking responsibility as it should be.

          My name is Saji Vincent and I work with a media company in Ernakulam.
          This is to bring to you immediate attention an issue I have been facing with my hyundai i10 nios sports automatic car. I had purchased the car on january 18th, 2021.
          Vehicle details: KL07 cv 4946
          Purchased from Edapally bye pass showroom, Ernakulam

          After sometime o[censored]sing the car, I had started to facing issues with the gear shifting. when the car was in rest mode after switching off and then when you start the car and try to shift the gear from neutral to drive mode, the gear does not shift. it stays in neutral itself. then i have to repeatedly switch off and switch on and after 10-15 minutes it works. I kept facing this issue repeatedly while at petrol pumps after filling the petrol and then trying to start the car. Even when the car in on and you shift the gear to neutral while at a traffic junction and then try to shift it back to drive mode, it suddenly stops working. Many a times this issue kept repeating and I had to go through too much trouble when people started creating issues since they could not move ahead because of my car.
          I had reported the issue many times. During the first service they checked the car and informed that there is no issue. Again i repeatedly reported but every time they checked and said that there is nothing they could find.
          I raised a complaint through this consumer complaints site and then I got a call and they said they have reported the issue to the company.
          However, on may 3rd they took my car for checking and after more more than a week or so I got my car saying that the issue was rectified.
          During this time for almost 4-5 days I had to commute without a vehicle. Later they gave an alternate vehicle for my use.

          However, again on 20th may, I faced the same issue and I have sent a video of the same to the customer service manager.
          They have again said that they have informed to the R&D and some rectification has been suggested,

          After paying more than 8 lakhs on a vehicle and having to face such issues on a regular basis without a permanent solution is not acceptable anymore.
          I am moving legally on this issue to get a permanent solution to this issue.

            Issue regarding hyundai i10 nios sportz

            This is brought into you notice that I have Creta automatic with vide vehicle number DL 12CJ 7768 registered in the name of Lalita Sharma which was given at Rama Hyundai service centre Okhla – phase - I on 13-september 2021, complaining check engine light, High RPM and jerk while stopping & starting on the vehicle.             After 2 days my vehicle was reported at Rama Hyundai service centre again on 16 -September 2021 with same issue. This time I was spoken by Manoj that he seemed ignition coil faulty. He said the vehicle would be fine if I had replaced the coil. In order to fix up the issue, I told him to replace them. After replacing the ignition coil, they deliver the vehicle at my office and charged Rs 8408/- He ensured me that there would be no problem with my car now. It was quite surprising to me that same issue came across after two day and vehicle was brought third time at Rama Hyundai on 20th September 2021. They kept my vehicle for another three day and tried to be diagnosed it. They said now they would need to replace the ECM now.
            Please be noted that vehicle was given at Rama Hyundai to get it fixed on 13-september 2021.Since the staff was making false commitment, replacing parts one after another, and extorting money from me. Then, i decided to take my vehicle back. Still, they did not support me in any respect.
            I tried to purchase ECM from the local market, but I could not manage to find it unfortunately. My car was carried by crane on 24th March 2022.               We have hyundai tuscon no HR 60 G 0018 in name of Rajiv Kumar Garg which we have purchased in Oct 2021 from Berkley Hyundai Chandigarh.At that time we have checked many times regarding pickup of car for service, they have assured us that they will pickup the car from our address for service.Now today i have booked the service and ask them to get the car pickup for service, they said they will get it pickup.After sometime they called back again that we cant get the car picked up as according to their driver the address is far.This is the same address on which assurance was given to get the car pickup.The service of Berkley Hyundai is very bad and this is not the 1st time they are showing this kind of bad service.Kindly do the needful.

                On 5th of May I go to Sunrise Hyundai, Patparganj for Bumper and other Parts repair, Insurance Adviser complete the Survey on the same day .
                Till today 18 day has been passed but there is not any positive reply from the GM of sunrise Hyundai. Mr. Omkar Tiwari (GM) is too rude and unprofessional. Please pay attention of his words :- “तुमने हुंडई की इतनी महंगी गाड़ी ली है इसके पार्ट्स आराम से नहीं मिलते तथा कोई टाइम लिमिट नहीं है की ये पार्ट्स कब तक आयेगे”।
                What does it means, does I make a mistake by purchasing Hyundai Tucson. I am really very disappointed and helpless with the behavior of these employ who are truly Unprofessional.

                  I have bought my i10 grand diesel in 2017 and since then I am having my regular service but still my engine is not working its back compressor is completely shut. It’s my fourth purchase from Hyundai and I am really disappointed by their response . I am requesting the company to take my car and repair the engine under the authorised company service but they are not at all cooperating me in this matter If they will continue with this behaviour I will take proper action against them

No one is responding to me. All fake commitment Kar Rahe hai. Gadi Allot kiya hai.Fir Order Cancel kiya Aise Fake commit De rahe hai. Me Police me Fraud ki Case Dalne wala hu. Muje Koi response Nahi mila To.

                      I have given my car for service in hundai othorise dealer. My car's paint ware damaged and it's under warranty period . One hundai service advisor name - MR DIPEN (LOCATED IN GODHRA CIT LY, DISTIC - PANCHMAHALS - GUJARAT -389001) Was doing argument and totally neglate my complaint . Then after I meet sevice manage name - Mr JAYMIN I have shared the same issue with him but he also behave like the advisor . I need solution regarding my complaint as soon as possible my CAR ( I -20 Worth rs 9, 70, 000) paint ware getting fed and screw automatically .

                        I transported my damaged i20 active to Bm hyundai Sahstradhara road Dehradun regarding my car claim on last friday

                        It’s been a week staff is unable to prepare estimate because there senior manager is on leave from a month

                        They have been fooling me regarding estimate since very beginning

                        First they told it will prepare in front of surveyor
                        Then they told about there senior leave issue
                        Then they are saying 2 more days only for estimation

                        I have been vry fed up by seeing their customer service and their lies

                        And I belong from another district 170km away
                        These are the services they are giving to me

                        I will write to their head office regarding how they are sinking HYUNDAI MOTORS name

                          My self “Ashish Kumar†from Rewari city, Haryana.

                          I had purchased Hyundai Creta [SX(O) - Top Variant] for daily commute from Rewari to Manesar and other
                          family needs. While buying this vehicle my main considerations were of Safety, Peace of Mind, Long Term
                          Assurance and association with a brand that believes in Customer Satisfaction.
                          After doing a lot of research & comparison with other vehicles, finally, I decided in favor of Hyundai
                          because of my high expectation, in terms of Quality assurance and a trust in brand’s belief of
                          individual customer satisfaction. This was my dream car and I bought it with my hard earned money, even
                          I did some compromises with my other necessary requirements.
                          I bought the vehicle on 4th Nov’18 from Harsh Hyundai Rewari. Details of the vehicle, for necessary
                          records, are as below :

                          Engine No. : 684205

                          Initial few months were outstanding with the vehicle. It fulfilled all my requirements just the way I
                          wanted. But just after a few months, I started experiencing many problems in the vehicle. Being from
                          the automobile industry, I understand that such problem occurs, and I only wanted a proper address and
                          solution for my concerns. I particularly approached and explained my concerns to Hyundai Service
                          station personnel during every service & also a couple of times, in between also, but to my dismay and
                          contrary to the Hyundai Image (At least I had this image), no satisfactory solution was provided. All
                          the services were done by Triumph Auto Service Pvt Ltd, Vill - Nakhrola NH 8 Gurgaon. In the subject
                          vehicle, more than 15 problems still persists and none was corrected by Hyundai Service Center. Every
                          time, there were fake promises and procrastination of correct resolution, each time, they said that the
                          problem is corrected but again same problem repeats after a few KMs or there is no proper addressal of
                          my concerns.
                          Problem details with the date of problem started is mention below:

                          1. Black Smoke – 1st Time this problem was reported @ 40000Km on 1st Jun 2020. [According to
                          dealer it was because of Diesel problem] Same problem again reported on 24th Jun 2020 but nothing done.
                          Again reported on 14th Sep 2020 @ 47978, they did EGR System cleaning but after that also no
                          improvement.
                          Next service was done @50480 Km on 13th Oct 2020, again reported the same problem & being continuously
                          reported till date. However, again there is no resolution of problem.
                          After experiencing this problem, myself, I started observing for similar issue in other vehicles on my
                          daily transit (NH 8) and every day I saw 2~5 Hyundai Vehicle emitting black smoke. I discussed this
                          observation with dealer staff and they acknowledged that black smoke is frequently reported by
                          customers & Hyundai is very quietly changing Engine parts & Engines.
                          It looks like, Hyundai is not at all concerned about finding the root cause and taking a long-term
                          counter measure of the problem. I feel this is fraud with Indian Customers, Society, Environment, Law
                          making Bodies and above all Humanity. In this era, where generations are suffocating, ignoring such a
                          big concern, that too in a high selling model, is a heinous crime. In my understanding, Hyundai Cars
                          not fulfilling Emission norms in real market situation, and hence, it should be a classic case of
                          Vehicle Recall and a huge penalty to the manufacturing for willfully destroying the environment.

                          2. Engine Oil spilling from Oil Gauge Hole & Cylinder Cover – This problem was reported on 8th Mar
                          2022 when I dropped my car for service personally & requested to pre-check vehicle in front of me.
                          During the check, it was observed that oil is coming from Head Cover & Oil Level Gauge area. As per my
                          knowledge, and even informal confirmation by dealer staff, this situation just precedes engine seizure
                          – means engine may suddenly lock or freeze while the vehicle is moving, resulting into a fatal accident
                          . This is a serious threat to my safety, safety of my family members, my friends, colleagues travelling
                          with me and even other road users. This could lead to a catastrophic event.

                          3. Low Initial Torque – With Black Smoke, the performance of the vehicle also deteriorated
                          significantly, resulting in unacceptable initial torque. Again, till date there is no resolution of the
                          problem. In a tricky traffic situation, this could again lead to road accident.

                          4. Low Fuel Economy – When Black Smoke started, it also resulted in substantial reduction in Fuel
                          Economy, which was again reported every time, but for no solution, till date.

                          5. Left side skid during braking: Many time I have reported this problem that at the time of hard
                          braking, vehicle have a tendency of skidding to left side. This is a serious safety issue, since I
                          travel on national highway daily for 200kms. This could to a life-threatening event. However, despite
                          of reporting it every time saying there is no resolution yet.

                          6. Unstable braking : No smooth breaking, during braking time vehicle does not exhibit stability,
                          do not inspire confidence. No analysis & resolution till now.

                          7. Chik Chik Noise from front Right Side near Dashboard – This problem started @ 81271 Km
                          somewhere around Oct 2021. After that, service done by dealer but no resolution. On 8th Mar 2022 again
                          requested to rectify.

                          8. Noise from Gear on 5th & 6th @ 50~60kmph: Problem started @ 59585 Km, Feb 2021. After that 2
                          services done by dealer but no resolution. On 8th Mar 2022 again requested to rectify.
                          9. Noise from Rear Side – Problem exists from 2nd service onwards; dealer person pasted some foam
                          but problem still continues.

                          10. Suspension not effective, very hard & abrupt noise during pot hole crossing: Problem reported
                          from 3rd service & still problem available in vehicle. Half the number of times, dealer simply applies
                          grease, just for the sake of it and the remaining half, changes some suspension part but for no
                          solution.

                          11. Kat Kat noise from Steering during Left & right turn: Problem started from 3rd Service, after
                          that they changed some parts, but still problem available.

                          12. High Vibration: Till now no resolution of the problem.

                          13. AC Cooling Low, not working some time: Problem reported from Feb 2021 @ 60000 Km, every time
                          dealer just changes filter on paid basis but after that also problem not resolved.

                          14. Outside smell during air rotation knob on inside mode also: After problem being reported,
                          dealer person pasted tape on AC pipe area near engine side, totally unprofessional repair. No
                          investigation & identification of root cause. Problem still persists.

                          15. Outside air noise inside cabin: Same treatment as above. Only God knows how..

                          All the above problems, I have reported to Hyundai Service Center during each service and moreover in
                          between also. Due to high quality expectations, I got my vehicle serviced only from Hyundai authorized
                          dealership on or before service time. But I never received any satisfactory solution from your
                          dealership.

                          For all the above problems, satisfactory evidences are also available in attached file. If more
                          evidences are required, please let me know.
                          Most of the issues are long pending & not resolved for more than 2 Year & some of these issues are
                          critical & related to Safety matters. With these serious issues driving this car is dangerous/unsafe,
                          accident prone.

                          Hyundai should buy back this vehicle for detailed analysis & identifying effective resolution and
                          implementing those right at the design stage.

                          I have handed over the vehicle to Triumph Hyundai on 8th Mar 2022, almost 20 days have passed but still
                          no satisfactory reply is received from Dealer & Hyundai Team.
                          I bought this vehicle for a safe and peaceful drive during daily commute, not to make frequent (almost
                          weekly) visits to dealership. It has caused me deep mental agony.

                          My humble request Points are mention below:
                          1. Hyundai should buy back this vehicle for detailed analysis for all critical problems, identify
                          the root cause & implement the changes at the design level. Estimate the suspected lot of vehicle &
                          take appropriate action for other suspected vehicles.

                          2. Refund the amount of my car which I have paid to Hyundai Dealer - 18 Lakh with interest rate of
                          9.25%

                          3. All the service charges should be refunded by Hyundai/Dealer which I have paid during service
                          upto 80000km with Interest Rate of 9.25%.

                          4. I have bought this vehicle for a safe and peaceful drive during daily commute, not to make
                          frequent (almost weekly) visits to dealership. It has caused me deep mental agony. It could also have
                          been a case of road accident by now. Due to above reasons, multiple visits to dealership, not getting
                          satisfactory response, not getting vehicle rectified, this situation has taken a toll on mental health
                          resulting in high blood pressure, anxiety and stress attacks. For that Hyundai must pay Harassment
                          compensation of 500000 Rs.

                          5. Hyundai Dealer created a situation of fear & sale extended Warranty that also need to refund.

                          Current situation on above mater:

                          Matter is under discussion from last 20 days with Triumph Hyundai management & Hyundai Team, some of
                          the organization’s contacts are below, but no satisfactory response/reply received from them:
                          1. Mr. Jitender Anand [Triumph Hyundai Service manager]
                          2. Mr. Gaurav Anand [Triumph Hyundai V.P Service manager]
                          3. Mr. Jatinder Chaturvedi [ HMIL Service Territory Manager]
                          4. Mr. Bhat [HMIL Area Manger]
                          5. Mr. Vikas Bandawa [CRM Manger]

                          Still no concrete solution received from them and I’m getting harassed and facing some health issues
                          like depression/stress/anxiety, which has also started to impact my family members.

                          So, I request to you kindly look into this mater and try to rescue me from these stressful moments.
                          I hope you understand my situation and you will take some hard actions upon it.
                          I don’t want to take any more actions because I believe in Hyundai customer satisfaction trust policy.
                          However, If no action is taken immediately by Hyundai then I will be left with no option other than
                          forcefully taking below steps:

                          - File a legal complaint in Consumer court.
                          - Involve Indian Certifying agencies such as ARAI & ICAT for re-checking COP compliance.
                          - Written complaint to Government agencies National green tribute /Union Ministry of road transport and
                          Highway.
                          - Sharing my experience at Social media platform like Instagram/Twitter/Facebook etc..
                          With lots of expectation from Hyundai I am again requesting to have a strong action on my request and
                          to resolve it immediately.

                            Hi,

                            My name Is Manjunatha S. Yesterday Eurodomo 90 cm Chimney was fired in our house. It was only 2 months before I purchased this from Flipkart. For your reference attached the invoice and also attached the fired photos for your reference. If you need a video also I will send.

                            I will explain the details: Morning I am done the chapati. After that I am off the chimney but not off the switch board. After 10 to 15 minutes the fire happened but I was not in the place i see the smoke outside because after eating i going to office. Below the chimney nothing is there except the stove.

                            Just now the local customer care agent is called and he is told not able to give the entire replacement of the chimney. Instead of that we give a 20% discount for the new chimney. It's not a chimney issue, it's a cooking issue.

                            I do not agree with this because this is not our fault.

                            Please replace the product or thoroughly inspect the problem. I am going to lodge a complaint against this because I nearly i lossed Rs. 50000 using your product. No one gives anything for this.

                                Hello Hyundai Motors Team,
                                This is regarding my Verna car repairs was done after replacing the Silencer part at Capital Hyundai service station c-47 sector 58.
                                The AC Vents of my car were broken and damaged at the time of Delivery and lights of the car right side were not working, Inspite of complaining again and again they did not repaired my car AC vents either the vents were changed or broken by them.
                                The manager on duty was Shailendra Salin.
                                I Showed him just after the delivery that ca AC Vents are broken. But no action is taken from his side. Though the engineer has confirmed that the AC Vents are damaged and cannot be repaired.

                                Further, the Silencer part rear part was damaged and still they installed it in my car i have a video of both silencer and AC Vents.
                                When i told them that Silencer is damaged then they removed it and installed my old part my whole working day was wasted in all this mess.
                                Kindly, help me to get my AC vents new installed in my car as the Service engineer has suggested that new vents are required these cannot be repaired.
                                Kindly ask them to order new AC Vents together with the Silencer part. They have also taken 2000 rs advance deposit for Silencer part.

                                    I have booked an i20 NLine 8 DCT (Thunder Blue) on 21st of February through the Dealer Popular Hyundai, Trivandrum. However, till date the vehicle is not delivered. Please urgently take steps to deliver my favourite car at the earliest.
