On 11th March 2021, I purchased a brand new VERNA Turbo (DCT) registration number MP09WH2200 at your store.

Unfortunately, on the second day i.e. 12/03/2021, I tried to start the car which was not starting, after so many tries it got started and found the vehicle not running in the proper state. I noticed some issue with the car and informed the delivery Executive of Harsh Hyundai regarding the same for which he asked me to bring the car to the Palasia showroom. Anyhow I managed to take the car to the showroom and the executive found the same and sent the car to the service center which is at Pipliya Rao near Rajeev Gandhi Square, AB Rd. After examination by your engineer he found some damage in the wiring and on the belt and asked me to wait for a few days so that they can arrange the belt as it was not available at any service centers.

On 14/03/2021 I got a call in the evening by your service center executive that they have arranged the belt and the vehicle will be delivered to your door steps by evening for which they charged me a sum of rupees 2039/-

After all this, on 10/10/2021 I again found some issue in the car while I was driving it to my work place, the engine was making too much noise, I took the car to the service center near Radisson square and there an executive examined and asked me to make an appointment for it.

I got the appointment for 12/10/2021, I took the car to your Radisson workshop. one engineer took me for the test-drive of the car and found some unwanted noise coming from the engine, he asked me to submit the car for the further investigation and told me that there is some problem with the tensioner but he was not sure about the same so I submitted the car and was in touch with the executive. On the next day when I called the executive about the same he asked me to wait for one more day as he was looking for the same model demo car so that he can compare it and find the issue with it.

After waiting for three days i.e. on 15/10/2021, he called me and asked me to take the car back as he found the issue which was with the Timing chain of the car, which he has ordered and will take more 8-10 days to get it, and he assured me that it is safe to drive the car with this noise, once he receive the part he will call me and get it sorted.

After all this on 31/10/2021 I was going for my wife’s health checkup. The vehicle didn’t start, after so many tries it started with a lot of noise and was not able to take the car. I reported the same to your executive for which he stated it's Sunday today and the service center is closed, he asked me to bring the car once the service center reopens.

This is something which is unacceptable. It's not even a year since I'm facing so many issues with the car. It looks like the build quality of your vehicle is not good, the engine started making noise and the paint of the cars was removed. Since the day I have purchased this car I've been facing issues with it. I rely on my car for transport and apart from the inconvenience, and this problem has also caused me to incur additional cost.

I would appreciate it if you could look into it. This car cost me 1605000/- out of which I have paid 605000 as dp and the rest 10 lakhs is loan which I'm paying every month. This is something unacceptable to pay such a huge amount for a vehicle which is not even in working condition, therefore I request you to please resolve all my issues asap.

I also went to the service center with the written complaint which the senior person refused to take and asked me to write a mail.

I think now it time to go legal because they are not responding to my complain i will go to consumer forum and file a complaint against it

    My name is sachin and i used your i20 car since 4 year.I repair my car in insurance to your showroom Dee Emm Hyundai sec 14 gurgaon. When i drop my car for repair my A.C. working perperly. But when i receive my car my AC not working. After that I told the service person that my ac not working. Then he said your AC compressor vaule not working please replace the value after that your AC work properly. Now i changed my car AC compressor vaule but AC is not working and compressor not working.After that, when I called him, he said that we do not know anything. This is a electric part and damage anytime.I requested him a lot to solve my problem.None of them gave a satisfactory answer and started laughing at my words, I called the manager also called the body manager but no one listened to me and laughed at my words and insulted me. So sir please resolve my problem i am so harrasment for your Dee emm Hyundai side please help me you are the last option for me.

          I booked "New Creta MPi 1.5 SX (O) IVT P WHITE with Trident Hyundai Whitefield showroom on 9th Oct 2021 and they promised delivery within 4 months of time. I waited till January 2022 but they didn't kept there promise. I visited their showroom many times (4-5 times) but they kept on giving lame reasons like "Car is not allocated", "Chip shortage", "Russia-Ukraine war" etc. etc.
          In the month of January-2021 they made me do extra payment of 10% of car value and promised me early delivery of car, but there is no response since then.
          To make things clear I asked them to show number of car booking of model/color and the number of cars of same model/color allocated to showroom since Oct-2021, but they are not showing that as well.
          Now that March-2022 has also ended ( 2 months overshoot than what was promised), I want compensation for this unexpected delay and extreme discomfort caused due to promises not kept and continuous running around for car status update.

            Issue : My vehicle is at Rahul Hyundai Shimoga, Shankar Mutt Rd, Sheshadripuram, Tank Mohalla, Shivamogga, Karnataka 577201.

            Car service given date : 16th feb 2022

            Its been more than 2 months, service center people are delaying my car delivery. they are saying cluster has to come from chennai, initially they had given me ETA as two weeks, now its been more than two months now they are saying 15 of of APR 2022.

            Regional head is giving absurd execuses.

            Please help me with this.

                The following email was sent to HMIL customer service support but no information has been received in reponse.
                -

                This is to bring to your attention that my father, Dr. RP Singh's car (Hyundai Alcazar bearing Registration Number HR-98-B-8608) was involved in a Road Traffic Accident on 22.03.2022, following which he immediately sent the car for repair of damage (to front bumper and back trunk) to Dee Emm Hyundai Workshop, Gurgaon as being a senior citizen he requires the car on a daily basis for his day to day medical and other needs. However, despite the passing of over 7 days till 29.03.2022, no repair work has commenced on the repair of the aforesaid car due to non supply of the back trunk by Hyundai Motors India Limited. My repeated attempts to make the customer care act have failed.

                Please note that the said delay in supply of the back trunk which is necessary for the repair of the aforesaid car is a deficiency of service, which needs to be rectified by HMIL on an urgent basis. Non-availability of spare parts cannot result in inconvenience to the customer who has purchased the car on the basis that in case of any damage to the car, the repair would be carried out within a reasonable period of time. The delay of 7 days (and continuing) in making available a basic spare is not reasonable as per the standard in the Indian car service industry. Dee Emm Hyundai is further demanding parking charges for the period in which in service is not being carried out due to the fault of HMIL.

                Accordingly, I request you to make available the spare parts required for service of the aforesaid car at the earliest, failing which I will be constrained to approach the legal authorities for appropriate action including by filing a complaint against the concerned individuals and also by filing a complaint to ASCI for false advertisement about availability of quick service made by HMIL while selling their cars in India.

                  Hi Team,

                  Recently, I bought NIOS I10 Megna model from Aryan Hyundai motors Amritsar and I booked this vehicle on 12th Jan'22. Actually, vehicle booked considering 2021 model features and it was informed, there is no change in 2022 model. Car delivered on 29th Jan and, later on noticed, parcel tray is missing. After checking with dealership, they told, pracel tray in 2022 model and now I'm facing lots of dificulties as there is no other options to install pracel tray as brackets are not there And, to install pracel, whole trim needs to change which will cost arround 10k including pracel tray and trim change.

                  I'm very disappoint with this issue as I booked this car considering 2021 model features and there is no display was also available where they can informed that parcel tray will not be available.

                  Need your help to check on this.

                  It will be great full if you could arrange pracel tray.

                    DELIVERED to me on 14 march 2022 By DEE HYUNDAI Allhabad with all the registration related papers the told me that as it is issued by GEM portal so registration should be done by you and i found it very difficult in March month .many time i tried to pay the fee but But the RTO SITE got hanged And fail to registerd. This is big problem which dealer imposed on me now the penalty has also been imposed. This is only because of dealers service failur .                       My car silencer got burst on it own just after running 36000 km and the company is not taking any response in last 15 days on my complain my complain id is 1-[protected]. I never accept this kind of behaviour from the company and even the nrl service centre didn’t help me out with anything in agra my car number is UP80DZ3195.                         Hi,
                        I have Xcent 2014 petrol model, Its mileage is only 7500 km.
                        I am having a problem of hard steering, On contacting the Kothari Hyundai, Kharadi Pune they told me that torque sensor has gone bad and i will have to pay around 25000/- to get it replaced.

                        I have searched online and offline it seems to ba a manufacturing defect in Hyundai cars, My car has run only 7500 KM and there is no wear and tear then how
                        can this internal part got damaged and why only the torque sensor
                        can not be replaced, its some issue with electronics( manufacturing defect ) as after clearing the error code it starts working for some time.

                        Kindly help me resolving the issue and replace only the faulty parts rather than
                        the whole assembly costing 25000/-

                          Am a Senior Citizen and was keen to drive and own new Creta SX(O) and accordingly booked the vehicle during November 1st week 2021 with Blue Hyundai Bangalore, who assured to deliver the vehicle between 8 and 12 weeks. But since the delivery was doubtful, the dealer convinced me to change the vehicle booking to Hyndai Alcazar and assured to deliver within 4 weeks and this change was done during 2nd week February 2022. Now, last week they confirmed me that chassis has been allotted to me and will be delivered within 10 days but it is not coming through. Am very much disappointed and annoyed. Today I have cancelled the booking and asked them to refund the booking amount. My complaint is when the dealer very well knows that the vehicle cannot be delivered in a short time why give false assurance to the clients. By this I have lost confidence on Hyundai and will not recommend anyone to buy the vehicle. My desire and ambition to drive new vehicle has died. I do not know whether I will drive a New Hyundai vehicle in my life. Am so frustrated and hence complaining to you.

                            Hello Kia India,

                            This is a further frustration to your dealership dealing.

                            On February 3rd, we have sent our grievance to [protected]@kiaindia.net elaborating about not delivering the Sonet we booked for almost 6 months since September 2021, now I am so HAPPY to add another 2 months to it.

                            After my mail to kiacare, we have got an reply asking for Apologies for the delay and the very next day Kiacare followed me up with the complaint and said it has been now forwarded to the dealership and is it okay with me to close the ticket. Kiacare was so eager to close the ticket asap but not address the issue.

                            Few days later, I got a call from our dealership VST Motors, Salem and they said, my name has been listed out and promised for the March month delivery. But until now there were no calls from the dealership end. So I had called them up on 20th March only to upset myself learning that the Car has not been billed in the company. When asked for an explanation, I am getting the same old replies saying Production delay, Chip issues, this and that.

                            When Production is not to the mark, why dealership has to take bookings and upset customers?
                            I see so many ads from Kia about the launch of new cars, I am happy about it but what is the point in doing so when previous released models are not being produced when there is already is demand. I would suggest Kia India to take a Bite which they can.

                            I can give one more chance to KiaIndia to fulfill my dream even after hurting myself for 7 months.

                            Please let me know when I will get my car, if that is not possible, KiaIndia can suggest me for an alternate brand

                              Creta service personnel have improper training/experience in doing their work. Even normal services are very poorly handled and vehicles given back with more problems than when brought to the center. I have personally seen the shoddy work (Brake sluggish)& asked to rectify & done. Center claims they attend to the new problems - NOT WHY these problems occurred. Most customers know very very little on technical aspects since they fully TRUST the service centre. Very worried how many accidents are caused due to improper work being done by poorly trained & poorly experienced technicians.
                              Suggest, accident investigation should also include service records (like aircraft) since improper work can also cause accidents.
                              Case in point, flawed wheel balancing, brake checking as part of warranty leading to poor brake grip AFTER SERVICE, tire incorrect fitment leading to wobbling - but technician claiming bearing problem. Other service aspects ...
                              2. Extended Warranty is an eyewash. On purchasing EW, was told it covers map & software updations. But each dealer looks only to make money. Hyundai specifically mention "not covered items" but not covered items leading to grey areas, left to dealer interpretation.

                              Suggest Hyundai seriously investigates staff training & compliance to technical work procedures.

                                I relate this email to a very serious complaint about my car i20 which is fake claimed as trustworthy car of India (details as given below):

                                I bought this car on August 2019 from MR Hyundai, Loni road, Shalimar garden, Sahibabad. All the periodic services of my car up to the recent service of on August 2021 are done at Authorised Hyundai Workshop at MR Hyundai and Sachin Hyundai, Budaun. So, these service centers have all records of my car. Till date my car has run only 20700 KMS

                                I have faced a serious problem in Hyundai car as I was travelling from Budaun (my workplace) to my hometown Sikandrabad, Distt-Bulandshahr, U.P. on Thursday, 17th march-2022 due to HOLI festival with my family. Suddenly, I found the Clutch became very tight and I was unable to push that and couldn’t change gear or not even neutral the car, when I pushed again clutch became free and something was broken in clutch assembly (I thought so) and car engine stooped same time. With God grace, my speed was around 50-55 kmph so that I could control the car with indicators and hand brake and reached aside the road and also pushed the car for parking at distance from traffic. The time was around 5:30 PM and location was outer area of Ahmadgarh town, distt-Bulandshahr.

                                I arranged a mechanic for checking the issue but he told that this needs to be handled by Hyundai service centers. Meanwhile my family with 2 little kids were in tension because of outskirt area and HOLI festival time as many of the drunken people were roaming on roads commenting on us. This was very embarrassing moment for us and our safety was on high risk. I called Hyundai On road assistance. They said that crane will arrive in 3 hrs approx. But it was already 8:00 PM and no crane came to help. Then I booked a crane (on my expenses) from Bulandshahr which was approx. 40 kms from my location. That came at about 9:00 PM and reached at Delta automobiles, Bulandshahr around 10:20 PM and left car for repairs. Me and my family suffered a lot that night and gone to our destination which was about 25kms from service center by public transport with lots of trouble and luggage.
                                My concern for telling this story is that, my car is under 3 years warranty (approx. 2.5 years completed yet) and also have valid insurance but nothing worked in Hyundai office and I had to pay 17000 rs (bill attached) for clutch problem and 4000 rs to crane person from pocket. Means after sales service is very bad and staff doesn’t escalate the issue timely.
                                Also, my car is not reliable which could lead accident that day and many people suggested me to buy old car from showrooms verified but I purchased new car thinking that Hyundai I20 is reliable car but actually that could cheat you anyday anytime boasting of fake safety of customers. I would request to Hyundai personnel that this issue to be escalated and refund my amount expend and thoroughly inspect this car again for safety. As i20, I found is WORST car I bough ever in terms of safety.

                                  This is Rahul from chennai I have purchase Hyundai creta delivery date on 17 Mar 2022 on the same day delivery within 1 hour while travelling our rear tyre has burst and found a big hole on it

                                  As per Hyundai I have 6 month warranty period for our 5 tyres so tat I have taken my car and visited service centre in Ambattur ( chennai ), they said they can’t help us for defect tyre moreover there was no proper inspection taken for the tyre, I have requested them for new tyre replacement but abruptly Hyundai service team rejected my request without inspecting defective tyre, as per self experience a brand new car tyre will never get fault on the first day of delivery and it’s completely shows manufacturing defect

                                  Now we are afraid to take the vehicle for a long drive with my family which is not safer part for any o[censored]s, if any bad occurs for us apollo tyres and Hyundai has to take the complete responsibility and we are not satisfied with the apollo tyre and the Hyundai service team I met on 22 Mar 2021 in Ambattur (chennai )

                                    We have purchased new vehicle today from shanti Hyundai. There is issue from starting delivery of my car . They make a insurance from kotak without information to me and also fast tag issue without information.
                                    Gime me only Rs 150 in fast tag after paying Rs 600 .can you specify me what is the charge for issuing fast tag change insurance company process. I coming from Gurgaon for taken delivery Mathura.there is bad experience with shanti Hyundai.

                                      I am Major Ashwin, Doctor in Indian army
                                      I booked Creta sx exec model on 31 jan 2022, on Kun Hyundai ayyapanthangal, Chennai . They promised me 30 to 45 days of delivery time. I even spoke with the manager, they say the csd veh are not yet alloted for this month . They have always been lethargic with the customers who do csd purchase . I kindly request you to look on the matter as we army personnels deserve respect and priority . I have worked in pakistan and china border for 4 years for you people . I need this assistance .                                         I given service on 15/3/22 at Pavan hundai tumkur. My vehicle had minor damage . I hand over my policy to insurance looking guy. After repair I got call from show room says that your car is ready I went and I saw the what are the repair done in bill . I ask the explanation that . I object some of the things they billed . It is my duty to ask the clarification from the show room person. But I ask some questions he rudely talking with me. Infront of manager he is arguing and Manger couldn't come and solve. I'm very disappointed regarding how hundai company gives training talking with customers. My part is your service looking person talking so polite. But insurance looking person talking rudely. I want to sell my car and going for other company. I will not refer to buy your vehicles to my family & Friends. I looking that in future I'm getting pain is not happens to others
