I booked "New Creta MPi 1.5 SX (O) IVT P WHITE with Trident Hyundai Whitefield showroom on 9th Oct 2021 and they promised delivery within 4 months of time. I waited till January 2022 but they didn't kept there promise. I visited their showroom many times (4-5 times) but they kept on giving lame reasons like "Car is not allocated", "Chip shortage", "Russia-Ukraine war" etc. etc.
In the month of January-2021 they made me do extra payment...

Not received fastag and insurance paper

Hello,
I purchased a creta on 19feb22 from kandivali showroom.
At the time delivery they said we will courier you fastag, RC book and insurance paper within 2days.
I wait for 2 weeks but still I didn't receive it.
I took follow up regularly he again said, we will courier in few days but there is no action.
And now they are not receiving any calls.
very disappointing service you are providing.br...

ECM problem - Grand i10 Automatic

Hello Sir/Madam,

This is regarding my Grand i10 automatic 2016 model. In less than 20000km o[censored]se, the most critical part ECM is not functioning properly.

The car is stuck on the 3rd gear and doesnt change after that. I have seen multiple users complaining about the same thing. This seems like a company defect and should be recalled.

Also the cost of ECM is not cheap, it is around Rs 28000 and...

Complaint about after repairing seat belt sensor missing

Address:Block 11 quarter no 1C, P.N.T. qtrs. Kali bari marg

Co driver seat belt senser was missing after repairing of car in December 2021, I all ready informed to workshop and they ask me that they will check but no response after a long time and again an again ignore to my compaint finally I gone their service centre in April 2022, and ask about the problem but they are ask me that seat has no5 any senser and they also not resolve the problem. Nimbus hyundai ghaziabad, meerut road....

Poor service quality experience

Service Issue of creta

Complaint about after repairing parts missing

December 2021 I send my car for repair in nimbus hyundai ghaziabad, but when I receive my car after repairing, my co driver seat belt buzzer not work I find that some part is missing that's why seat alarm not work when someone not wear the seat belt. I informed about this problem in workshop but they are not give me any response and solution....

This matter is regard to the problem arise in our Hyundai Xccent car on 12th April 2022.

We had gone to service centre at Bharuch where we had came to know there is engine problem with our car.

Our car has run only 57000 km and it was purchased in March 2018. We had done regular service at 5300 km from authorised showroom service centre.

Continues noise at suspension

I have bought brand new elite i20 diesel in 2017., right from beginning I have found noise in suspension, the same has been escalating with trident Hyundai- Mahadevapura branch- Bangalore and they did not solve the issue. Later on I have shown to Advaitha Hyundai near battarhalli- Bangalore they have also failed to get resolve the issue.

Kindly look into this and sort out it on top priority...

Tucson car - ac service parts problems

Yellow Pigment under Door Glass Rubber

As per Subject above My i 20 car got yellow Pigment under Door rubber, so I went to service station they tell me to do it in insurance. My car is in waranty so why I do it in insurance, it is subject of quality of paint and Rubber also..but they are still refusing me to do so..they told me that they are not getting permission from department.....

We purchased new car from Hyundai dealer Sunrise Hyundai, Plot 96 Patparganj Indl Area Delhi-110092, in exchange of our old Hyundai car i10.

After following up rigorously, we managed to get RC transferred 08/09/2021 (after almost 7 years of car exchange).

Worst quality tyre - burst within a week
