I have given my venue vehicle for repair for dent and paint which they have told it will coat around 8000 but actually it cost around 3000 but the company is looting so much kindly take action immediately.

    I am owner of Hyundai grand i10 car (2017 sports model). Recently my car met with an accident near bilaspur district in Himachal Pradesh where our car got collides with a truck from front. The accident was so bad that the front portion of the car got completely damaged. But even after such a big accident the air bags of the car doesn't open. I want to raise a complaint against the company that who will be responsible in case any o[censored]s lost our life's due to this accident. Even after buying the top model & paying heavily why the airbags of the car doesn't open. The company claims that the car has 2 airbags then why they doesn't open.

        Handed over my wife’s car to Kun united Hyundai, ECIL, Hyderabad on 18 Apr 2022 for replacement of right rear view mirror and minor denting and painting works of right doors. Since the car is under insurance cover of national insurance company, the repairing cost is also required to be claimed. The service adviser obtained all required documents from me for repairing and insurance claim purposes. The promised time for delivery after repairing was within 5 days means within 24 Apr 2022. After that no intimation received by me from the Hyundai service and insurance company over telephone, mail, sms. On contacting after 4 days the service adviser says that service cost estimation has not been done till date and he did not know how many days it will take for the same and repairing works accordingly. As a unlucky customer in India I have no other option to trust on words of these types of people. And unfortunately my car will remain at the yard of workshop under sun and rain for another indefinite days due to some reasons which is unknown to me.. horrible.

              I have purchased grand I 10 nioes for last year. In warranty period my car ac condenser linkage. I went to ajmer service center ajmer. They had told me that condenser damage from outside artical like stone or other. But not a sign of stone or other articles on car. Crevice center not replace condenser. it is internal problem. Pls look this matter. I m hyundai customer for 10 years

                Hi

                I booked Hyundai Grand I 10 Nios 1.2 AMT Kappa Sportz - Aqua Teal Color With Beeaar Hyundai, Balrampur Location, Lucknow dated 21 Feb’2022 bearing Booking ID B18804.

                But Hyundai suddenly stopped to deliver this car which we are waiting from 2 months.

                As per Hyundai, ” particular Variant has been discontinued from Hyundai Motors India Ltd. from Apr’22 onward”.

                This is unfair for us .
                Hyundai should inform early or at the time of booking .

                Please do the needful.

                  This is to inform that i had submitted my car on 4th january with very less damage, i was given date of delivery in march nearby holi, nothing was done by then, till date i havent got my car delivered, service agent vivek tiwari giving random dates of service, making fake promises, giving fake excuses, not picking up the call, i had my elder brother marriage today i.e. 22nd april i had informed this to the agent on the very first day regarding the same but yet he keeps on delaying the dates, its been more than 3 months they have not been able to complete the service

                      I, Dr. Vinod B, Assistant Professor, purchased i20 elite car of white colour on April 24th 2015. But now car paint have started to peel off and locks very ugly. We purchase the car as it represents our stage of prestige, but due to this it is hurting our feelings or attachment towards car. So I kindly request you to get re-paint of the car of good colour quality. Even I have already complained last year regarding same issue, but quality of the paint they given is very poor and again I have started to face the same problem. So kindly rectify the issue as soon as possible, thank You

                          I booked "New Creta MPi 1.5 SX (O) IVT P WHITE with Trident Hyundai Whitefield showroom on 9th Oct 2021 and they promised delivery within 4 months of time. I waited till January 2022 but they didn't kept there promise. I visited their showroom many times (4-5 times) but they kept on giving lame reasons like "Car is not allocated", "Chip shortage", "Russia-Ukraine war" etc. etc.
                          In the month of January-2021 they made me do extra payment of 10% of car value and promised me early delivery of car, but there is no response since then.
                          To make things clear I asked them to show number of car booking of model/color and the number of cars of same model/color allocated to showroom since Oct-2021, but they are not showing that as well.
                          Now that April-2022 is also coming to an end ( 3 months overshoot than what was promised), I want compensation for this unexpected delay and extreme discomfort caused due to promises not kept and continuous running around for car status update.

                              Hello,
                              I purchased a creta on 19feb22 from kandivali showroom.
                              At the time delivery they said we will courier you fastag, RC book and insurance paper within 2days.
                              I wait for 2 weeks but still I didn't receive it.
                              I took follow up regularly he again said, we will courier in few days but there is no action.
                              And now they are not receiving any calls.
                              very disappointing service you are providing.

                                ECM problem - Grand i10 Automatic

                                Hello Sir/Madam,

                                This is regarding my Grand i10 automatic 2016 model. In less than 20000km o[censored]se, the most critical part ECM is not functioning properly.

                                The car is stuck on the 3rd gear and doesnt change after that. I have seen multiple users complaining about the same thing. This seems like a company defect and should be recalled.

                                Also the cost of ECM is not cheap, it is around Rs 28000 and...

                                Co driver seat belt senser was missing after repairing of car in December 2021, I all ready informed to workshop and they ask me that they will check but no response after a long time and again an again ignore to my compaint finally I gone their service centre in April 2022, and ask about the problem but they are ask me that seat has no5 any senser and they also not resolve the problem. Nimbus hyundai ghaziabad, meerut road.

                                  Have been a Hyundai customer for 12 years, however after yesterday's service experience at Shivalik Hyundai Bopal Ahmedabad, I may neither buy nor recommend Hyundai cars as their service quality has been degraded. got my car service yesterday however post service both the front Suspensions became stiff and the service dealer denied any responsibility of such mishap. I am really disappointed..We have bought Accent in 2010, i20 in 2015 and Creta in 2018 but now I don't wish to buy any Hyundai car considering the poor service quality, especially in Gujarat, India.

                                    I had given my vehicle for repair due to vehicle issue, by claiming the insurance, but one of my part broke at the mean time of repair by them, they told me that this part is not present with us, we will inform you and solve the issue dine 7 months
                                    Today on Dt:15.04.2022 i again came for service and told to the service manager, but he is not responding.
                                    It's my humble request you to kindly solve the issue and take this issue as a serious note .

                                      December 2021 I send my car for repair in nimbus hyundai ghaziabad, but when I receive my car after repairing, my co driver seat belt buzzer not work I find that some part is missing that's why seat alarm not work when someone not wear the seat belt. I informed about this problem in workshop but they are not give me any response and solution.
