Hi Team Hyundai,

This is to kindly bring to your notice, that I have booked a Hyundai venue (S+ model) on 14th March 2022 with your dealer DPM Hyundai, near synergy hospital, chakrata road, Dehradun, Uttarakhand - 248001.

As per the verbal promise by the sales agent - ‘Anshul Sharma’, the delivery was expected during the 1st week of April but on the paper deal, he mentioned 15th April. Once the booking amount was paid, the dealer over-wrote the delivery dates to 6-8 weeks on the receipt. I gently waited for the dates, regularly pinging the dealer but the queries were not responded or the answer was the same - “We have put the order with Hyundai, you have to wait”.

Considering, we have passed the papers promised timelines as well, I raised the issues with the dealer and here is the reply I got from them - “We have talked to our RM and Hyundai has discontinued the production of venue because they are launching it’s new model, therefore we can’t deliver your venue right now and you have to wait and we are extending your waiting period to July”.

I think Hyundai can understand what a feeling is for buying a new car, and they have no right to play with the emotions of their customers. This is a really shameful act by the dealer and also by the team Hyundai. As per my understanding (even if we talk about general ethics), once Hyundai has accepted the car booking they can not return back after 2 months to the customer saying we have stopped the production.

We have trusted the brand Hyundai for the past 15 years. We have always stuck to buying Hyundai cars but this unprofessional behaviour has made us doubt our trust in Hyundai.

I request Hyundai to take appropriate steps and actions as soon as possible or at least let me know the next steps. Would be happy to get in touch with the Hyundai Dehradun team and present the receipt and discuss the next steps.

Update - After having a call to Hyundai customer care, I was able to discuss this matter with RM. He explained to me the various issues regarding the production and mentioned in such cases Hyundai is liable to postpone the delivery timelines multiple times.

Although, being a customer I am not satisfied with this behaviour and changing the delivery dates again and again. This is equivalent to playing with emotions, as buying a car is always an exciting experience for the customer.

I am been informed I have no other option than to wait for another 2 months.

    Case (1) I Purchased Creta1.6 CRDI SX+ Chassis no. MALC381ULHM228362 from Shivnath Hyundai Show room Shivnath Commercial complex GE Road Supela Bhilai Chhattisgarh India in my wife name (Smt. Anuradha Singh). From same date Clutch was very hard to press, when I complain to seller and during 1st service of my Car, they replied me no its ok and Creta clutch is Hard as you have and it is no issue, but they not provide any thing in return to me, I also think they are selling many cars, they can't cheat and lie. But its to hard to operate from 2017 I did complain almost every time for clutch issue during free service but they said its ok, normal. But in 05th April year 2022 during Paid service they (Mr. Ashok service engineer) said your clutch is very Hard and you need to change it, after change it will very light effort to press, then I asked them why this issue was not noticed by your team in service center during free service as I complaint many time after purchase car but no response that time, now asking to change because its hard to operate.
    I understand if service center team was noticed seriously that clutch issue was resolved that time only in the year2017, but they don't, because if they accept this issue in year2017 then new parts was installed by them on there cost including spare cost, so they simply Denay and shown to me that clutch operation is in good condition. Now they Asking to change because the cost of spare and installation cost need to pay from my account, and they will earn money.
    My Car was single hand use by my wife only and only in city for drop school and pickup back to home, and marketing for home from local market. From 2017 to till now my Car was run 51235Km (that is in 5years), in March2017 service center team Mr. Ashok told me please change your clutch system its too hard to operate, I asked it should be changed by Hyundai free of cost not by me, because many times i remined your service team for this issue in previous years, they said it is normal, now you(ashok) said its need to change. Then Ashok said sorry its not under warranty anymore, you need to Pay.
    Of course I don't have any written evidence for my complain, but Are Hyundai instructing to their seller and service center to provide this type of service to the customer and cheat to the customer, if not what kind of action your going to take against this kind of fraudulent and cheater seller and service centers.
    I really filling same I buy Hyundai Car.

    Case (2) During Paid service of my car in 05 April2022 they wash and clean my car, and told me your car windows glasses is have watermarks, thats why our team done rubbing to clean window glass, after take home car i realize that they badly rub the glasses and and glass have full of rub scratches, looks very bad. Hyundai can check by specialist and then know by them selves how bad they damage my car glass. I insist/ proposed to Hyundai take action on this and replace my car glasses in their own cost.

      Hello,

      I have booked Creta CRDI SX O last November with VB SRS Hyundai, Villupuram and the car is yet to be delivered. Initially the dealer promised to deliver the car by Feb and on every delivery date he keep moving the dates citing due to high demand. However he took the full payment from ICICI on Feb and we are paying EMI from March.
      Now for last one & half month he is saying the RTO in Tamil Nadu are not accepting the registration of this model as the G V W of Car has been changed and Hyundai has not got the clearance from the government. We are clueless and not able to understand what’s the exact issue. Could you able give me a solution and help getting delivery of my car.

          I am using alcazar from 3 months and with in the 3 months we visited approx 10 -15 times for the running repair
          In the car there have lots of technical issue like up down of RPM meter randomly, faulty self start, in current i am facing of self braking and griping .due to these fault i am near having accidents on road and about hundai and there team he dont know ho to repair or solve the problem

            महोदय जनपद बांदा उत्तर प्रदेश में स्टोर मैनेजर हुंडई मोटर शो रूम कालू कुंआ बांदा दीपक दीक्षित द्वारा अभद्रता की गई और पुलिस बुलाई गई जब वहां मौजूद लोगों ने इस अधिकारी की दादागिरी का विरोध करने की आप अपने ही ग्राहक से बटमिची कर रहे हैं और पुलिस भी बुला ली, तब मौके पर पहुंचे उक्त पुलिस बल ने श्रीमान दीपक दीक्षित को समझाया और हिदायत दी और हमसे रजिस्टर में हस्ताक्षर कर कर वहां से जाने के लिए कहा गया तभी दीपक दीक्षित जी शो रूम के बाहर हमे रोककर दुबारा शोरूम के आस पास नजर ना आना वरना धमकाते हुए अभद्र भाषा का प्रयोग करते हुए अपमानित किया, कृपा करके अति शीघ्र उचित कार्यवाही करने का कष्ट करें ।

In the Tapan Hyndia (baddi-kishanpura) .The manager of agency said me that you have to buy the accessories from the agency but I don’t want any accessories from agency .In my final they have taken 10000 from me and after hand over car to me they said that we have billing the accessories product . Sir but in my car nome of accessories is purshace from the agency

                  I have recently bought a new creta from tapan Hyndia Kishanpura -Baddi. The staff in your agency said to advance payment for ₹10000 accessories. But i have select the lcd screen and speaker on friday (29/4/22) i handover my car on sunday The staff said that we have no speaker on sunday . They said to me that you have to compromise with us regarding this issue but i said him that i didn’t compromise with you . The staff manager and other misbehaved with ys and at last they said us that sir give us one more day i will call you said by sales manager but till today no one call me regarding this issue . I called the manager he didn’t pickup my call. They also said us that you have appreciated us for given a car. We haven’t take the car free from the agency if i paid the booking amount then they will call us . Please sort out my solution I want my money refundable or want adjustable in services or any other thing.

                    I gave my car in insurance on 13th of April' 2022 and today I got a call to receive a car. There was no care for my car.

                    First time, I gave my car for insurance and they gave me a claim so late firstly, and then the claim was provided for my fender. When I saw my car today, the fender was more damaged and an executive also accepted that it was their fault.

                    Secondly, my car's silencer is making so much noise like a sports car - my silencer was perfectly alright, I gave my car for service just before I gave my car to the Body shop and now my silencer is making a huge noise.

                    There is part on the side mirror - which is also missing and it was also admitted by your executive.

                    It is such a pathetic service given by Hyundai - I can't believe it.

                    I specifically told an executive on 13th April that I want my car before 23rd because I want to travel to Bangalore, and when I was here, my brother went to pick the car and had a pathetic experience.

                    Executive is asking me 17, 000 INR for this and has also claimed 9000 INR of Insurance. Am I a fool here ? You criminals, thieves.
                    I will take legal action on you.

                    My car is in a much worse position now than before.

                    I have not taken my car back till now, why should I take it ? Are we a beggar sitting here waiting for your service to get complete ?

                    When my brother went to pick up a car - the car was not even ready - so why did your executive call ?

                    I did not receive even a single call from Hyundai for my car and your executive kept on making a fool out of me..

                    I am sure that your company has stolen car parts in more than 3 weeks.
                    Your executive also accepted that it is their fault. Are you really stealing from us ? I will charge - Theft | Sec 378 Indian Penal Code (IPC), 1860

                    I will not even pay a single penny to you thieves and criminals.

                    I will take legal action against you.

                              We booked Grand I10 Nios Asta Amt on 28 April (Saturday) in the name of my husband Vivek Agarwal by paying the booking amount and submitting all relevant documents like identity card, address proof, salary slips (for availing corporate discount). We also received acknowledgement mail for this. Bengal Hyundai (dealer in Park Street, Kolkata) told us that they have a ready car which another customer has cancelled the booking for and therefore, the car will be delivered to us in 10-12 days (which is generally taken for number plate). Therefore, there will be no waiting period as in case of other cars and there will no surge on price after booking. We clearly told the salesman that we will be availing car loan and for that we were provided reference of SBI executive. Later on 2nd May (Monday), we got a message from salesman stating that the ex showroom price for the car has increased by Rs. 9051.
                              1. How can the value of a ready car increase? We did not give order for a special customised car and therefore any increase by manufacturer is not apprehended since the car which was shown to us in the showroom was not being re- manufactured and we were only taking possession of ready car.
                              2. The salesman told us that since we have not availed loan yet, therefore, new price is applicable. There was a holiday (Sunday) in between the booking day (Saturday), and the message day (Monday) when it was communicated to us that price has been increased. We had submitted all necessary documents to the salesperson and the booking confirmation mail was also received, how can there be a price surge once you book the car. Have the dealers heard of the concept of offer and acceptance in the contract act. You had offered us the car at a particular price, and negotiation, we booked the car and accepted your offer. Is this not breach of contract?
                              3. If we book the car through some other dealer also now, we might have to pay surge amount, who should be liable for the differential amount? Further, there will be a waiting period on the car, should the dealer not be liable to pay us damages? We had clearly told the dealer that we need a car urgently because my husband has to go to various sites and during rainy season, driving of 2 wheeler is not comfortable. Therefore, we agreed to take Asta model beyond our budget (originally we had thought of Sportz AMT, which was 70k cheaper). Further, we should also get compensation for deficiency in service and the mental harassment caused to us.

                                2) Balance payment of Rs.7, 92, 922 was made on 20.04.2022 by Cheque No.013519 on Union Bank of India.
                                3) The Car was booked through Shreenath Motors Pvt. Ltd- Shop No. 12-15, Krushal Shopping Complex, G.M.Road, Chembur – Mumbai – 400089.
                                4) Delivery of the Car was taken on 28.04.2022.
                                5) Details of the Car are as under:

                                6) Distance between the Showroom & Amar Automobiles, Maheshwari Udhyan, where I went to fill up the petrol tank, Matunga is less than 7 kms.
                                7) The Car stopped 3 buildings before the Amar Automobiles Petrol Pump at Matunga.
                                8) Like coolies, we had to push the new ribboned & garlanded car till the petrol pump.
                                On complaining about it on phone immediately after filling up the petrol, nobody took the responsibility including, Deepak, Madhavi or Pinky Shah & evasive answers were given.
                                9) This is gross negligence on their part & lack of service once the payment is received & delivery of the car is taken.
                                A detailed investigation needs to be done & I am ready to personally remain present if needed

                                    Dear Sir,

                                    I Amar Kumar, resident of 110 type 4 Vidyut Nagar Hisar, have purchased a new Hyundai i20 elight (registered No.- HR20AH3626) from Orion Hyundai, Hisar dated Oct. 10, 2016.

                                    I want to bring this into your notice that since I have bought this car, the AC is not working properly form very beginning and I have complained many time from very beginning that the AC of the car is not working properly but the agency ( Orion Hyundai) resolved the problem temporarily every time. The car was under warranty for two years and I take extended warranty for further three years i.e. total five years. I visit the agency for AC complaint of the car specially during the month of 06/2021, but agency workers change only filter of AC but not resolve the problem permanently. During the last five years, the agency not done any service of AC even a single time. Sir, my car is run only 35000 kilometer till date. Now, when I again visit the agency regarding AC complaint, the agency workers replies that the AC compressor is required to change (i.e. after elapse the warranty period) and you have to paid Rs. 18000/- approximately for the same because the car is out of warranty. Sir, when I had registered complaint regarding non proper working of AC many time from the very beginning but not resolved the problem during the warranty period permanently.

                                    I feel like that I have been cheated on and the company has sold me car having faulty ac compressor. I am feeling mentally harassed after buying this car from Orion Hyundai Hisar Haryana due to non cooperation of the agency. So I request you to take some appropriate action or else I would be forced to take some legal action against the company.

                                      My new Hyundai ALCAZAR car(bought October2021) run just 8500 kilometer, when I noticed a side bulge in one of my front tyre.Hyundai workshop examined and forwarded the issue to local apollo tyre, which further forwarded the tyre to Jorhat(55km from my place).They examined and on 13th day sent a sms saying no material issues.It took so many days for the dealer to declare the same.

                                      On 18th day post complain, same old defective tyre has been fitted to my car.But now bulge is increasing day by day.I donot know your polices.But I think I should get JUSTICE in this case.

                                      When we buy a car, we look for the car compnany, not the tyre company.I am using Hyundai car since 2009.First i10, i20 and now Alcazar, but this time I am very disappointed by the tyre quality.You should help us in resolving our problems.There is possibilities of tyre burst as the bulge is increasing day by day.

                                      Sincere request to help me to get justice in this case.

                                        I Jai Bhagwan, resident of T-28/304 Park Floor 2 Sector 76 Faridabad have purchased a new Hyundai Venue (registered No.- HR51CE6504) from Triumph Hyundai, Faridabad dated July 21 2021.

                                        I want to bring this into your notice that since I have bought this car unwanted sounds (from gear lever, dash board, backside) have been coming out of it continuously.
                                        I have availed the second service about 15 days ago from Triumph Hyundai where I particularly mentioned about the issues that I faced to service center (Triumph Hyundai). After receiving the serviced car the problem still persisted. I registered acomplaint at the service center after which they sent a technician at my office and he resolved the above mentioned problems. But after driving the car for one day it again started making those unwanted noise. The second day I personally visited the service center where they attended my problem. After 10-15 days of personally visiting and getting the problems fixed the car is still making unwanted noises.

                                        I feel like that I have been cheated on and the company has sold me a used car. I am feeling mentally harassed after buying this car. So I request you to take some appropriate action or else I would be forced to take some legal action against the company.
