This matter is regard to the problem arise in our Hyundai Xccent car on 12th April 2022.

We had gone to service centre at Bharuch where we had came to know there is engine problem with our car.

Our car has run only 57000 km and it was purchased in March 2018. We had done regular service at 5300 km from authorised showroom service centre.

To our surprise how could the engine part of a renowned Hyundai company can have such problem at lowest kilometre where Car has run only 57000 km in 4 years.

Although the car was service regularly at authorised Service Centre.

It is not our first product from Hyundai we are already having two Hyundai cars since 2011 and they are in good working conditions.

We expect your solution in the matter on urgent basis as normally this kind of issue has never happen in a brand like Hyundai.

    I have purchased new creta 26 July 2020 from Hyundai motor India company provide me 3 YEAR UNLIMITED KM WARANTY my vehicle no GJ01KY4606 but my car only 52285 km run and i am facing starting problem and i am raised a complain no 1-[protected] and my vehicle in service station from 11/04/22 but my complain not resolve they are told me your car warranty is finish so want to money to resolve the problem or told me you can do resolve your problem outside of Hyundai so please tell me what can i do because Hyundai give me FALSE COMITMENT 3 YEAR UNLIMITED KM so pleaseI REQUEST you resolve my complain other wise return my vehicle

      With all due respect, I am writing this complaint regarding your car service center.

      I have been using your service for quite a time now for the maintenance of my Hyundai Grand i10 car. I gave my car to the above service center to change the gear bearing and oil seals. For this work including labor costs they gave me an estimated quotation of INR 4000, then after some days they forced me to change the clutch & pressure plate and charged INR 13000 for the same. After this work they came with a new problem like some noise was coming when we shifted 5th gear so they changed 5th gear bearing and its assembly and they increased estimated quotation up to INR 23239 also they took more than one month for the same. They charged me an expensive amount too.

      Yesterday (12-MAR-2022) When I came to pick up my car after the test drive we observed my car's AC Compressor making some noise which was not observed before (Even during two previous test drives taken along with the service coordinator). Since from 09-MAR-2022 my vehicle is in the service center only.

      Now I have to pick up my car but the problem with the AC Compressor should be rectified by your side because it was in good condition when I handed over the car to the service center.

      Now the estimate shows 27490 INR which I have no clue about. I am so very disappointed. Hoping to do the needful at the earliest from your end.

        I have bought brand new elite i20 diesel in 2017., right from beginning I have found noise in suspension, the same has been escalating with trident Hyundai- Mahadevapura branch- Bangalore and they did not solve the issue. Later on I have shown to Advaitha Hyundai near battarhalli- Bangalore they have also failed to get resolve the issue.

        Kindly look into this and sort out it on top priority

          I am Dr sreeshyam ks, owner of Creta automatic KL41 K 1991 was on regular company service. Recently completed service 1000km back.now my vehicle got break down at idukki, near damtop junction from today 2 pm . I tried many times to get a roadside assistants from hyundai . At last I got the contact of kumali team. When I explained the status of vehicle, they were arguing that the complaint is of battery. They asked to me check and charge the battery. It is shame on the hyundai service centre to insist the customer, especially who is trapped in a highrange region to bring a battery and himself to check. I multiple times informed that with the help of mecahnic I checked the battery status of vehicle and noticed as healthy. I was waiting for them for long time since 2 pm . Take necessary steps for rectifying this behaviour from your part.

              As below mail of continue sending Tucson car ac service problems, after that, we had received 2 to 3 times call but still not given information about parts received or not of any messages and my car still lay down at Hyundai service centre at Bhuj-Kutch-Gujarat. Also when we send mail to head office in Korea after that we have only received phone calls from Hyundai service station but they are not given my car still date.

              Hyundai's car has the best technologies and nice car due to this reason I am permanents customers of Hyundai Company and I had purchased in my family 4 cars. But your company's dealers not given customers satisfaction and also staff and in-service station having less area and only try to talking sweet languages to customers for settling customer’s problems.

              Hyundai's company’s impression goes down due to dealer’s policies. and only talking with customers to settle the issues is not good but to try to give the best service to customers and dealers' owners not give fully attended in staff persons, due to this reason we got a reply from staff what to do for these service problems and also in when doing Hyundai car service and parts dealers owners get good profits. So if dealers think I will give good customers satisfaction instead of not only get profits.
              Hyundai's company’s prestigious are in dealers owners hand so if dealer's owners feels to give best service satisfaction to customers then Hyundai's company’s get nice prestigious from customers.
              So finally we request to Hyundai Company to give the best service satisfaction to customers.

              Dear Sir,

              As per continue below mail of Tucson car AC problems, today we call at the local Bhuj service centre to contact a higher officer, after that, we received a call from the higher officer and we explained our car problems. but her answer was will try our best from our side to resolve car problems.

              So every time we follow up at your Hyundai service office and didn't get satisfied reply.

              Also When we want to purchase a car from Hyundai, your sales teams call us 4 to 5 times to us. your sales team works properly but when we call to service team to any service problems but we didn't call any communication back from the service team after our call to him 4 to 5 times.

              So again my request to the Hyundai team to resolve my car problems as soon as possible.

                As per Subject above My i 20 car got yellow Pigment under Door rubber, so I went to service station they tell me to do it in insurance. My car is in waranty so why I do it in insurance, it is subject of quality of paint and Rubber also..but they are still refusing me to do so..they told me that they are not getting permission from department..

                  We purchased new car from Hyundai dealer Sunrise Hyundai, Plot 96 Patparganj Indl Area Delhi-110092, in exchange of our old Hyundai car i10.

                  After following up rigorously, we managed to get RC transferred 08/09/2021 (after almost 7 years of car exchange).

                  Vide our mail dated 14/08/2021, we informed that a challan has been issued against car which was exchanged in 2014 with SUNRISE HYUNDAI. Since then different employees of SUNRISE are fooling us with assurance that it'll be paid in coming day or two.

                  But even after passage of 8 months now, payment receipt is not being shared by SUNRISE HYUNDAI.

                  This is clear case of cheating and fraud with customers. We also informed them that on 05/04/2022, traffic police officers visited our premises with challan copy to be presented in court on 07/04/2022.

                  We immediately informed about this to SUNRISE and they are still luring us with their corporate tactics for which they are trained in HYUNDAI, to make fool of customers.

                  We are in touch with SUNRISE employee [protected] (KISHAN KANT) who is trained well in fooling customers.

                  We ONCE AGAIN advise the dealer to pay the challan and revert back with the payment receipt

                  On non receipt of payment proof of challan and transfer of ownership formalities completion proof we shall be forced to register official complaint with our local police authorities.

                    I have purchase a hyundai i10 nios on 03042022 and within a week on 08042022 apollo tyre was burst and luckily i was survived. Quality of tyre was so poor. Only after running 170km tyre was burst. I urge company to immediately replace the tyres of my car

On 8 apr 2022 car not started . car parts, paint patches on my car, tyres tempered, damaged, commitment of parts warranty, words not being fulfilled, struggling from raja motors. my car is being damaged by raja motors previous complaint no -N[protected] November. My car parts order many times but no work managers. In My previous complaint parts of my car unbalanced not proper fitted, many parts corosions I also commented dissatisfied but raja motors executive do my fake sign on tablet . in your service center raja motors. I have recieve call for 02 march 2022 for call repair raja motors executivebathinda and message. Many times managers call coming and inviting me for car repair

                      VIN NO MALC381ULKM548479, PB23Y0064 . It is in full warranty 3 years and full zero depression insurance. I had given my car for repair at your service centers of Hyundai raja motors bathinda on[protected] with open Repair order R[protected]now not show have proof) . previous R[protected], R[protected], R[protected] BILL NO B[protected]. . Several times visited again same problem repair orders opened I have many proofs.
                      The manager of is manipulative me and they are harassing me and they shows they are doing work on car but in actually they r sitting in office and try to fool (have all proofs and check your parts orders history)
                      And they r having any kind of angriness because m message on social media . I have all proofs audio and emails and many more evidence. I also complaint to higher authorities . They are also involved in this. Many times they invite me (emails and calls) for some parts change in warranty some parts in insurance but in calls shows they do work on my car commitments but in actually they tempered my car managers harassing me.

                      #HyundaiIndia should take a strict action. Wake up Hyundai, wake up... Its time to review your services head but also how they treat the customers. Hyundai will came is in news again for a wrong doing! Unprofessional unethical worst services hyundai. I complaints many times but till no resolution. Please resolution to me and give it to me with fully repair as soon as possible .

                        I booked creta S petrol on 17th Jan 2022 from Magadi road Sunkadakatte Bangalore and i have been contacting Sales Executive Mr. XYZ and also company call centre no at regular interval but till date i did not get any updates regarding delivery of vehicles. It been nearly 3 months that neither showroom delivering the vehicle nor updating the status. Facing such a worst experience feeling sad. In other places at different locations getting delivered vehicles within a month. Yesterday also I called showroom no [protected] more than 25 times but no response. Showroom staff just killing customers valuable time.

                        Kindly look into the issue.

                          Advaith Hyundai Koramangala, Bangalore during the sale mentioned the mileage for ARAI is 16 km/liter while onroad in City mileage is 13-15 km/liter

                          After a month of driving, we are seeing 8-9 km/liter.

                          When asked over a call and WhatsApp they continue to tell me 12, 3, 14, etc from different people. When asked to share an email after the complaint, they revert back saying 9-11.

                          Absolute frauds.

                            Hi Team,

                            My name is Murali and have booked CRETA S variant with my father name Venkateswara Rao on Jan 5th 2022 at KUN Hyundai Gachibowli branch.

                            At the time of booking branch manager promised that will give deliver 2 months or Max 3 months. I have called couple of times (more than 10 times) about status of delivery. They always saying will give delivery at the earlist.

                            I escalated to regional manager Santhosh about my issue and he saying that CRETA S variant production is not there and suggest to go for another variant. Hence I informed santhosh that I will go for CRETA SX Executive variant. Now Santhosh is saying wait for another 3 more months for my selected Variant. This is ridiculous. KUN Hyundai branch manager should have informed me before 90days when I called him if the S variant production is not there. After 90days they are suggesting for change the variant.Even After change my variant they are asking me wait for more 90days again.

                            How do I trust your company again about delivery?
                            And regional manager saying that withdraw the booking amount. its waste of my waiting period 90days.

                            I'm completely dissatisfied with your service and false promises.

                            I will wait for resolution of my issue

                            Arrange the CRETA SX Executive asap. .. if no proper resolution I will post my issue to social media and never suggested KUN Hyundai to anyone.

                              On 11th March 2021, I purchased a brand new VERNA Turbo (DCT) registration number MP09WH2200 at your store.

                              Unfortunately, on the second day i.e. 12/03/2021, I tried to start the car which was not starting, after so many tries it got started and found the vehicle not running in the proper state. I noticed some issue with the car and informed the delivery Executive of Harsh Hyundai regarding the same for which he asked me to bring the car to the Palasia showroom. Anyhow I managed to take the car to the showroom and the executive found the same and sent the car to the service center which is at Pipliya Rao near Rajeev Gandhi Square, AB Rd. After examination by your engineer he found some damage in the wiring and on the belt and asked me to wait for a few days so that they can arrange the belt as it was not available at any service centers.

                              On 14/03/2021 I got a call in the evening by your service center executive that they have arranged the belt and the vehicle will be delivered to your door steps by evening for which they charged me a sum of rupees 2039/-

                              After all this, on 10/10/2021 I again found some issue in the car while I was driving it to my work place, the engine was making too much noise, I took the car to the service center near Radisson square and there an executive examined and asked me to make an appointment for it.

                              I got the appointment for 12/10/2021, I took the car to your Radisson workshop. one engineer took me for the test-drive of the car and found some unwanted noise coming from the engine, he asked me to submit the car for the further investigation and told me that there is some problem with the tensioner but he was not sure about the same so I submitted the car and was in touch with the executive. On the next day when I called the executive about the same he asked me to wait for one more day as he was looking for the same model demo car so that he can compare it and find the issue with it.

                              After waiting for three days i.e. on 15/10/2021, he called me and asked me to take the car back as he found the issue which was with the Timing chain of the car, which he has ordered and will take more 8-10 days to get it, and he assured me that it is safe to drive the car with this noise, once he receive the part he will call me and get it sorted.

                              After all this on 31/10/2021 I was going for my wife’s health checkup. The vehicle didn’t start, after so many tries it started with a lot of noise and was not able to take the car. I reported the same to your executive for which he stated it's Sunday today and the service center is closed, he asked me to bring the car once the service center reopens.

                              This is something which is unacceptable. It's not even a year since I'm facing so many issues with the car. It looks like the build quality of your vehicle is not good, the engine started making noise and the paint of the cars was removed. Since the day I have purchased this car I've been facing issues with it. I rely on my car for transport and apart from the inconvenience, and this problem has also caused me to incur additional cost.

                              I would appreciate it if you could look into it. This car cost me 1605000/- out of which I have paid 605000 as dp and the rest 10 lakhs is loan which I'm paying every month. This is something unacceptable to pay such a huge amount for a vehicle which is not even in working condition, therefore I request you to please resolve all my issues asap.

                              I also went to the service center with the written complaint which the senior person refused to take and asked me to write a mail.

                                My name is sachin and i used your i20 car since 4 year.I repair my car in insurance to your showroom Dee Emm Hyundai sec 14 gurgaon. When i drop my car for repair my A.C. working perperly. But when i receive my car my AC not working. After that I told the service person that my ac not working. Then he said your AC compressor vaule not working please replace the value after that your AC work properly. Now i changed my car AC compressor vaule but AC is not working and compressor not working.After that, when I called him, he said that we do not know anything. This is a electric part and damage anytime.I requested him a lot to solve my problem.None of them gave a satisfactory answer and started laughing at my words, I called the manager also called the body manager but no one listened to me and laughed at my words and insulted me. So sir please resolve my problem i am so harrasment for your Dee emm Hyundai side please help me you are the last option for me.

                                      I booked "New Creta MPi 1.5 SX (O) IVT P WHITE with Trident Hyundai Whitefield showroom on 9th Oct 2021 and they promised delivery within 4 months of time. I waited till January 2022 but they didn't kept there promise. I visited their showroom many times (4-5 times) but they kept on giving lame reasons like "Car is not allocated", "Chip shortage", "Russia-Ukraine war" etc. etc.
                                      In the month of January-2021 they made me do extra payment of 10% of car value and promised me early delivery of car, but there is no response since then.
                                      To make things clear I asked them to show number of car booking of model/color and the number of cars of same model/color allocated to showroom since Oct-2021, but they are not showing that as well.
                                      Now that March-2022 has also ended ( 2 months overshoot than what was promised), I want compensation for this unexpected delay and extreme discomfort caused due to promises not kept and continuous running around for car status update.

                                      When will the car get delivered ?? and why did executive ask for extra payment of 10% of car value if showroom is not doing an early delivery of car ??

                                        Issue : My vehicle is at Rahul Hyundai Shimoga, Shankar Mutt Rd, Sheshadripuram, Tank Mohalla, Shivamogga, Karnataka 577201.

                                        Car service given date : 16th feb 2022

                                        Its been more than 2 months, service center people are delaying my car delivery. they are saying cluster has to come from chennai, initially they had given me ETA as two weeks, now its been more than two months now they are saying 15 of of APR 2022.

                                        Regional head is giving absurd execuses.

                                        Please help me with this.
