I have taken paid service of my car on 28.02.2022 and paid 11, 249 /- for the same, but today when i went out with the serviced car what the service centre persons has done is more than just a fraud. They hit my car and it broke my left fog lamp from the front and to hide the same they have adjust it with a piece of thermocol to make it fit temprorarily. Now my fog lamp was come out of it and i saw that fraud. Pfa the pics of thia adjustment.
For a normal person it is impossible to see this at the time of taking delivery of serviced car . I want my fog lamp rectified in next 2 days at my home. I never expected this from these service centre. How you can hide your mistake in such a way, rather you have to replace and rectify it.
I seriusly have no words to explain this.
Today i talked to Mr. Munendra Giri, who is the service manager for this, but in vain.

    Myself vishnu singh vehicle no. RJ05CB8881. I have huindai car Diesel .some technical fault last 1 month before . I have submit my Car 14/02/2022 to shri shakun hyundai agency bharatpur rajasthan To resolve this issue . But last 1 month no response by service department regarding my car condition. My every visit company supervisor said that your car ready 2-3 days but almost 1 month spent . My every visit car is standby condition.I have meet every staff of shri shakun hyundai but no response regarding this . This is Totaly wrong with customer . This service centre response is zero engine maintenance. Till company senior service engineer not visit Bharatpur service centre . I have same copy to submit consumer court with all document .

      The vehicle met with an accident on 25/02/22 .with damage right side wheel and part of body.The same same day the vehicle droped to SS Hyundai Mavelikara where the Car has purchased .The vehicle June 2020 model.The car has Bumber to Bumber Insurance of tata aig insurance
      The tata aig has give assuarance to the ss hyundai for cashless claim for the above Repair/Replacement of parts.Unfortunately the ss hyundai Mavelikara branch authorities denied to comple the serveice for tata aig insurance said the it is not avalid company and the full amont to be paid in cash.own damage Policy No.[protected] dated 21/06/2021 (TATA AIG)

        Sir,

        I had purchased Hyundai i10 grand Nios Sports model in the month of March, 2021 form Yashodha Motors, Patiala in the name of my wife Ms. Twinkle. My car is still in warranty period. Recently one tyre of the car has been damaged. I sent the same for claiming warranty at Berkley Hyundai, Chandigarh as I am residing in Chandigarh.

        The agency sent the tyre for inspection at Apollo tyres and Apollo Tyres sent the test report and expressed their inability to replace the tyre in warranty. The comments by Apollo tyres in the test report is highly ambiguous as they have cited all the possible reasons for damage of tyres.

        It shows that they have not conducted any test but have just attempted to evade their duty to honour the warranty given to me at the time of purchase of the car for their vested interests.

        I have never been negligent in driving my car and have always maintained due care as any prudent car owner would do. There is no evidence regarding any cited reasons for damage of the tyre by the Apollo tyres or your company.

        It is highly disappointing that I have to write a complaint to a highly reputed motor vehicle company for such small issue which will waste precious man hours at both the ends.

        I request you to kindly resolve this issue at the earliest in order to avoid any unnecessary hustle. In case, the matter is not resolved within a week's time, I shall be constrained to take the necessary legal remedy available under the prevalent governing statutory provisions in the competent court of law.

        Kindly treat the compliant as urgent.

        A favourable action from your end is solicited.

          From last 2 months i am wondering at Bohra hyundai motors for claim.They said that we have no parts for exchange .
          I am fed up from hyundai motors now .Till date they have not arranged parts of my Verna

            My complain # 1-[protected] on the hyundai motor india website was closed without resolution. I was simply connected to a territory manager. He does not or can not commit any dates regarding a part that is due replacement - (infotainment i.e. audio/video/navigation/stereo system) since December 29 2021). My car has been at the service centre for 2+ months now, and I have stil not been provided a date by which this will be resolved. This is totally unacceptable. It is a feature you charge extra for and relates to the car security (bluelink system) as well. This experience has been nothing but total mental harassment from Hyundai India.

                  Sachin Hyundai Haldwani gave an estimate of Rs5295 for 2nd free service it included items that are not recommended by Hyundai. overcharging like engine oil change was Rs 1790 and Hyundai app listed at Rs 1188. engine oil filter was Rs490 and Hyundai app listed Rs 89. the car was not washed properly. the service engineer said that wheel alignment, wheel balancing and tyre rotation was done but all 4 wheels were in their original position. implies that they just charged me without doing the work. did not provide readings of wheel balancing or alignment. I refused to pay more than prices listed at hyundai app. then bill was reduced to Rs 3074.

                      We have serviced our car 2 but still the orange engine light is on
                      After making enquiry they said there is sensor problem and part need to change but after detail enquiry we came across that the said part is under warranty and same was not told to us by showroom executive which is vey shamefull
                      As a customer of Hyundai it's your responsibility to guide us in this regards

                        I m ur valuable customer from tezpur. Assam .I Bought a new car on 22 jan 2021 from ur dealer krishna hyundai...but i m very disappointed to infrm u that ..From last one month I ve been facing some issues over starting problem.
                        My key sensor is not working properly ..I ve already shown my car at dealer they changed my battery of key and assured me it ll be alright ...
                        but unfortunately from nxt day the problem is same n again same issue rise.
                        sensor is not working.. I also informed them but not get prper response ..sir i very bsy person its very impossible for me to drive 50 km daily to solve my issues however my car is brand new it is under warranty period..
                        what s ur suggestion shall i return my car...my expectations was more from hyunadi brand
                        but unfortunatelly nothing happen gud...
                        i request u to plz solve my as earliest...n try to send well trained technician to my home...Thnks regards Debasish Adhikari

                            Dear Hyundai,

                            I have a 2015 Grandi10 AT that has about 30, 000 KM. I am facing an issue with the transmission.

                            1. It often starts on 3rd shift and stays on 3rd. It does not down or up shift. Check Engine light is ON.

                            2. Very rarely it starts on 1st gear (with Check Engine light OFF) and during driving it suddenly changes to 3rd and stays on third. This is a huge safety concern/issue.

                            3. The car was taken to your service center in Chennai and informed about this issue. They did the regular service as per due and checked the Check Engine light and said that ""The light came ON because of an old error in history. I have cleared it and no issues with transmissions but if the issue comes back ECU has to be changed"". There was no proper reason given.

                            4. I got back the car and on the same day the light came back ON and again the same issue started.

                            5. Since I was busy I sent the car back to same workshop after a week and this time a new technician checked and said the ECU is gone bad and have to replace.

                            6. When asked more details, he informed that many Automatic cars from Hyundai especially i10 and i20 have this issue where the ECU hass gone bad. I also did my research and it is shocking to find that there are several cases like mine.

                            7. If Hyundai knows this issue is there why didn't they take any action?

                            8. Why no recalls were made? If a recall was announced, I was not informed, why? At least during the regular service they could have informed.

                            9. What happens if we are on the highway and suddenly this happens, it is a safety concern and highly dangerous. Would you let your family drive in such a car knowing there is a potential malfunction that is life threatening?

                            I urge you to fix this not only mine but for all cars that has potential malfunction.

                              My car MH14CK5298 was damaged either intentionally or happened due to rough handling at service center and the blame is now put on our head due to the fault of service center folks which is unacceptable. they are demanding Rs 49523/- for ECM when the car was perfectly fit.
                              Kindly help resolve the issue as it brings bad name to the company as well as dealer. the service staff programmed it for malfunctioning

                                I had booked a vehicle (Creta) based on a written assurance (email) from the dealership team leader that the car will be delivered on 25 February 2022. Over the last week, the sales rep, team leader, and sales manager have slowly stopped responding, and now that it's almost delivery date, they have stopped answering my calls. Unethical, sneaky, evasive,
                                and unprofessional behavior shown by everyone in the showroom. I have been without a car for a month now and incurring an additional expense for my conveyance. Now they say it'll take another twenty days. Worst company ever!

                                  I have booked a Hyundai creta sx executive (p)polar white on 04/11/2021 at Mukesh Hyundai dealer, Ganeshguri, Guwahati, Assam with payment of booking amounts. Expected delivery date was 02/02/2022.It is more than 100 days now. Still the dealer can not deliver the car. Even the dealer can not say exactly when they will deliver my car. The dealer has failed 2 occasions in delivering my car. They have just given promise, but can not deliver.
                                  I can take delivery of either creta sx executive or sx(p) mt polar white.
                                  So, I need help of Hyundai motor India for quick delivery of my creta car in February 2022.
                                  Looking forward to your reply.

                                    Have booked Creta S Diesel 1.5 polar white on 21/07/2021 at your authorised dealer Ghandhi Wheels, Solapur from their Osmanabad outlet.At the time of booking they have given me 5 months waiting period for above mentioned model. Their sales team assured me of delivery of my car will be before 5 months period.
                                    I called 2-3 times in December 2021, sales person said there is supply issue due to semiconductor shortage & you get assured delivery in next month.
                                    I called 07/01/2022, sales manager told me that you get delivery within 7 days & you get ready for payment.
                                    I am a Banker in profession.I completed my loan formalities within 4 days.I am very happy & excited for new car.But when I asked sales person regarding car he said, " your order is till not opened & we get only allocation of your model." He again assured me of car delivery by 25/1/2022 definitely.
                                    I called the show room today.He said all creta orders are not executed by company.After hearing this I get very disappointed by such behaviour.If car delivery is not sure then why these sales persons are playing with people's emotions.
                                    In prestigious company Like Hyundai this type of treatment should not happen.
                                    Please look into the matter and do the needful for delivery of my car.

                                        My self Samit Biswas, inform you that I was booked a new car from Saini hundai-kolkata on 15-jan but still it was not delivered.
                                        I was called sales person and also email Saini hundai but they are unable to provide me the actual information of delivery date.

                                        My loan also was disbursed on 31jan and EMI deduction will start from 5th March, if there is an any issues on delivery or late delivery, i will be cancelled my booking.
