My car accident happened on 4th Jan 2022 and it was put at Baroda Hyundai showroom Rajsamand and the service manager told us for spare parts they need to order it from our company and, after receiving the parts soon they will complete our car, but today I went to the showroom and I saw our car was still not complete and it had been put behind the side of the showroom. After that, I discussed them with the service manager, then he told us they still have not received spare parts from the company, so they have not completed them.
Now, today has already happened for more than one month and they still have not got spare parts, which is very bad.
Because of this service, your company's service is very bad and I am not satisfied with your company's service.
I urgently want car so please complete my car as soon as possible and inform me, otherwise I will sell this car and will purchase another company car.
