    We have serviced our car 2 but still the orange engine light is on
    After making enquiry they said there is sensor problem and part need to change but after detail enquiry we came across that the said part is under warranty and same was not told to us by showroom executive which is vey shamefull
    As a customer of Hyundai it's your responsibility to guide us in this regards

      I m ur valuable customer from tezpur. Assam .I Bought a new car on 22 jan 2021 from ur dealer krishna hyundai...but i m very disappointed to infrm u that ..From last one month I ve been facing some issues over starting problem.
      My key sensor is not working properly ..I ve already shown my car at dealer they changed my battery of key and assured me it ll be alright ...
      but unfortunately from nxt day the problem is same n again same issue rise.
      sensor is not working.. I also informed them but not get prper response ..sir i very bsy person its very impossible for me to drive 50 km daily to solve my issues however my car is brand new it is under warranty period..
      what s ur suggestion shall i return my car...my expectations was more from hyunadi brand
      but unfortunatelly nothing happen gud...
      i request u to plz solve my as earliest...n try to send well trained technician to my home...Thnks regards Debasish Adhikari

          Dear Hyundai,

          I have a 2015 Grandi10 AT that has about 30, 000 KM. I am facing an issue with the transmission.

          1. It often starts on 3rd shift and stays on 3rd. It does not down or up shift. Check Engine light is ON.

          2. Very rarely it starts on 1st gear (with Check Engine light OFF) and during driving it suddenly changes to 3rd and stays on third. This is a huge safety concern/issue.

          3. The car was taken to your service center in Chennai and informed about this issue. They did the regular service as per due and checked the Check Engine light and said that ""The light came ON because of an old error in history. I have cleared it and no issues with transmissions but if the issue comes back ECU has to be changed"". There was no proper reason given.

          4. I got back the car and on the same day the light came back ON and again the same issue started.

          5. Since I was busy I sent the car back to same workshop after a week and this time a new technician checked and said the ECU is gone bad and have to replace.

          6. When asked more details, he informed that many Automatic cars from Hyundai especially i10 and i20 have this issue where the ECU hass gone bad. I also did my research and it is shocking to find that there are several cases like mine.

          7. If Hyundai knows this issue is there why didn't they take any action?

          8. Why no recalls were made? If a recall was announced, I was not informed, why? At least during the regular service they could have informed.

          9. What happens if we are on the highway and suddenly this happens, it is a safety concern and highly dangerous. Would you let your family drive in such a car knowing there is a potential malfunction that is life threatening?

          I urge you to fix this not only mine but for all cars that has potential malfunction.

            My car MH14CK5298 was damaged either intentionally or happened due to rough handling at service center and the blame is now put on our head due to the fault of service center folks which is unacceptable. they are demanding Rs 49523/- for ECM when the car was perfectly fit.
            Kindly help resolve the issue as it brings bad name to the company as well as dealer. the service staff programmed it for malfunctioning

              I had booked a vehicle (Creta) based on a written assurance (email) from the dealership team leader that the car will be delivered on 25 February 2022. Over the last week, the sales rep, team leader, and sales manager have slowly stopped responding, and now that it's almost delivery date, they have stopped answering my calls. Unethical, sneaky, evasive,
              and unprofessional behavior shown by everyone in the showroom. I have been without a car for a month now and incurring an additional expense for my conveyance. Now they say it'll take another twenty days. Worst company ever!

                I have booked a Hyundai creta sx executive (p)polar white on 04/11/2021 at Mukesh Hyundai dealer, Ganeshguri, Guwahati, Assam with payment of booking amounts. Expected delivery date was 02/02/2022.It is more than 100 days now. Still the dealer can not deliver the car. Even the dealer can not say exactly when they will deliver my car. The dealer has failed 2 occasions in delivering my car. They have just given promise, but can not deliver.
                I can take delivery of either creta sx executive or sx(p) mt polar white.
                So, I need help of Hyundai motor India for quick delivery of my creta car in February 2022.

                  Have booked Creta S Diesel 1.5 polar white on 21/07/2021 at your authorised dealer Ghandhi Wheels, Solapur from their Osmanabad outlet.At the time of booking they have given me 5 months waiting period for above mentioned model. Their sales team assured me of delivery of my car will be before 5 months period.
                  I called 2-3 times in December 2021, sales person said there is supply issue due to semiconductor shortage & you get assured delivery in next month.
                  I called 07/01/2022, sales manager told me that you get delivery within 7 days & you get ready for payment.
                  I am a Banker in profession.I completed my loan formalities within 4 days.I am very happy & excited for new car.But when I asked sales person regarding car he said, " your order is till not opened & we get only allocation of your model." He again assured me of car delivery by 25/1/2022 definitely.
                  I called the show room today.He said all creta orders are not executed by company.After hearing this I get very disappointed by such behaviour.If car delivery is not sure then why these sales persons are playing with people's emotions.
                  In prestigious company Like Hyundai this type of treatment should not happen.
                  Please look into the matter and do the needful for delivery of my car.

                      Hi,
                      My self Samit Biswas, inform you that I was booked a new car from Saini hundai-kolkata on 15-jan but still it was not delivered.
                      I was called sales person and also email Saini hundai but they are unable to provide me the actual information of delivery date.

                      My loan also was disbursed on 31jan and EMI deduction will start from 5th March, if there is an any issues on delivery or late delivery, i will be cancelled my booking.

                        I own a Hyundai Verma fluidic 2013 model. The car has been facing a jerky drive while changing speed, but not during constant or high speed driving. I had visited the service centre millions of times but the only problem that came before me was that the technical staff at the service centres in Allahabad are incompetent. They would just rely on their ‘connected system’. If the system shows no errors the car is absolutely perfect according to them. No sense o[censored]nderstanding about the car is present amongst them. This problem has been prevalent since August 2021 and after visiting the service centre regularly for a period of 3 months and becoming a laughing stock for people there, I decided to just continue driving my car the way it is.

My car accident happened on 4th Jan 2022 and it was put at Baroda Hyundai showroom Rajsamand and the service manager told us for spare parts they need to order it from our company and, after receiving the parts soon they will complete our car, but today I went to the showroom and I saw our car was still not complete and it had been put behind the side of the showroom. After that, I discussed them with the service manager, then he told us they still have not received spare parts from the company, so they have not completed them.

                          Now, today has already happened for more than one month and they still have not got spare parts, which is very bad.

                          Because of this service, your company's service is very bad and I am not satisfied with your company's service.

                          I urgently want car so please complete my car as soon as possible and inform me, otherwise I will sell this car and will purchase another company car.

                              The horn of my car is not working, I took my car to Agency Rampur UP on their call but they returned me back after one hour by saying that horn is not available as soon as it's available they would inform me but The issue is still not resolved, Awaiting an early action

                                My i10 grant sports automatic has developed a jerking and sound while starting and when contacted show room informed me that ECM is not working properly and needed to be replaced. My car has run only 65000 km. I was told that this is a common problem with i10 grant automatic car. I was ready for replacement but then then they say it is not available in kerala. I am in a sorry state always fearing a breakdown anytime on my journey

                                  My accidental car was given in joshi hyundai on 7th January for repair all paperwork was done. but now its been over a month and half and till now they haven't even touched the car and telling lies that parts are not coming . and furthermore not even a confirm date about when will i be getting my car back . kindly see into this matter i am being harassed for more than a month now . talked to the main person in workshop, sales executive, workshop parts also, registered 3 complaints in hyundai . Visited atleast 10 times personally but still no resolvance at all .

                                        Hello. We booked a i20ivt Asta car on Dec 6th 2021 in trident Hyundai KR Puram Bangalore by name Arpitha Vishak. While booking they said waiting period is 2 months so we booked but till now we didn’t receive the car and also they are not able to tell proper delivery date. Actually we booked a car to gift for wedding and this delay is hurting us badly. If you would have informed us before we could have go with TATA or Toyota. At least could you please help us to get delivery with 10 days now
