Booked a Grand i10 nios magna firey red on 08/10/2021 with Rudra Hyundai at Bankura west bengal but due to non activation of thier dealership with canteen stores Department they cancelled my demand on 10/02/2022 even though I have completed all formalities for booking with CSD including payment of Rs 515486/- on 19/01/2022. Please expedite activation procedure so that I can place fresh demand with CSD.. Thanking you in anticipation.

      Hyundai is a south korean company which is selling their products in India for more then 25 years. We indians buy and use their products on a mass scale but it is very sad to know that hyundai supports Pakistan over the kashmir issue by posting about their solidarity day on social media and showing their support to Pakistan but they have never posted anything which supports India over the kashmir issue. As a responsible and proud citizen of India I request to put a ban on hyundai products on a mass scale or restrict their sale in indian market so that we can set an example for other companies also that these kind of activities can't be tolerated in India.
      I have lost my family members fighting on kashmir borders.

          - If they replace 1 bulb, they charge labour cost for that bulb once, if they replace 10 bulbs, they charge the labour cost 10 times(plus tax)! This applies for every single part they touch. Labour cost ends up being a lot more expensive than parts.

          I ended up spending Rs. 15000 out of which almost Rs. 8000 was for labour cost for a vehicle with no issues before service.

          When I raised the concern with the agent, he said company auto populates the labour cost. Even if the labour effort for few parts is nil, the full labour cost needs to be paid off.

          I do not accept this tactic and demand justification for the labour cost imposed on me.

            I'm really disappointed with poor service by market standards which I had heard while purchasing my car. More than 40 days have passed since I have handed over my car to agency for replacement of my Car's damaged Sunroof. The agency has still no clue if there will be any resolution the problem. Every week I'm getting the same response of ' the part will be arriving soon'. There is no surety from anybody. For a single part replacement, my car is consistently parked at agency. The hyundai officials at agency still have audacity to ask for 10/10 rating after this sort of service, where the customer has not driven his car for more than a month. I don't think the staff posted at the agency are competent to do the job in my case specifically since they are still clueless.

            I request you to allocate my case to someone competent enough to give end solution my problem with definitive answers. I expect better from an organization reputed as Hyundai. I'm sharing my details of vehilce and the agency dealing with my case:

                Dear Hyundai Service Team

                I (Praveen Kumar) bought my favorite all new i20 (red color) vehicle at Bharat Hyundai Kothagudem branch last year i.e. in March 2021. I am living in Bhadrachalam which is 40 km far from Kothagudem. I am very satisfied with my vehicle.But unfortunately last October the front bumper detached from the car body with a small scratch, grabbing the small pillar on the drain on the left side while parking the car on the roadside and reversing. I went to the Hyundai service station in Kothagudem the next day and was shown that the bumper had to be replaced with a new one and it could not be repaired.I have given my consent to change the new bumper. They told me to leave my car at the service station in order to change the bumper. I told him to bring the car to the service station after the part arrived. They said they would colour the bumper to match the car body colour, otherwise the colour of the car would be mismatched. So I left my car at the service station.A week later the car was said to be complete and the car was given home delivery. But car body colour has nothing to do with bumper colour. The finish is also rough.I brought the same matter to the attention of the Service Center again.They said that if they put a Teflon coating on it, the problem would be solved. A week later l took the car to the service center again and waited for more than 4 hours and told me to leave the car, not today. I had no choice but to leave the car at the service station again. The car was kept again for 3 days and done the teflon but there was no change in the colour matching but in the finish. I have been giving back service compliant to them. This time there were experts in the Khammam branch and they sent the car to Khammam saying they would do it with them. This time the car was kept for more than 10 days but my problem was not solved. Another sad fact is that the second and third time after leaving the car in the service center, hairline scratches fell on the driverside front door. Shame on you for charging me petrol expenses for Bhadrachalam to Kothagudem and Bhadrachalam to Khammam in this process! Your service is in such a bad condition that at least they can not even take the service feedback .. I do not understand why keep the car when the color does not match? I did not expect such a bad service from a world class MNC.If you think it has nothing to do with customer satisfaction then your brand value will be reduced yourself. I didn't expect a world class car company to be mailed like this. So I hope my problem will be solved as soon as possible.

                  Dear Hyundai India,

                  I need your help in the quick delivery of my car.

                  On 30th Dec 2021 i booked "Grand I 10 NIOS MAGNA AMT" car with "Lucky Hyundai" Vijayawada Andhra Pradesh by paying rs10, 000 as advance booking amount through PhonePe.

                  On 10th Jan 2022 i received a call from sales executive named Sai (phone# [protected]) and senior sales executive named Ramakrishna ([protected]) and told me that my car is in transport and will be delivered on 18th Jan 2022 and asked me to clear the pending amount immediately, Believing in Hyundai service i have made payment on 11th Jan 2022. Payment details below.

                  Paid rs 4, 50, 000 through SBI Bank Car Loan on 11th Jan 2022
                  Paid rs 3, 00, 000 through SBI personal check # 009632 on 11th Jan 2022

                  SBI has clearly mentioned that, if the car is not delivered with insurance documents and PR within 30 days from the time loan amount (4, 50, 000) is transferred to Lucky Hyundai then i have to pay a penalty. I have informed Hyundai Sales executives Sai & Ramakrishna, but they are very sure the car will be delivered by 18 Jan 2022.

                  Unfortunately the car is not delivered till date and they keep on giving some excuses. When I meet the sales manager named Teja ([protected]) personally, he has promised the car will be delivered within 30 days and there is no need to pay a penalty to SBI.

                  From yesterday 8th Feb 2022 i started receiving calls from SBI enquiring about documents to submit to the bank and if i fail to submit the documents on time i should pay a penalty.

                  Today when I called the Sales manager of Lucky Hyundai, he said Hyundai has stopped production of Magna AMT and they are working with Hyundai INDIA. Also, Ramakrishna, senior sales executive of Lucky Hyundai, has promised, if SBI imposes any penalty they will pay it or will refund it to me. But they are not ready to confirm it in writing.

                  I am writing this email expecting some help from you in quicker delivery of my car and Lucky Hyundai will bear the penalty if any.

                  I have attached bills for your reference.

                  Expecting Quick Response from HYUNDAI INDIA!!!

                    Hyundai i20 is faulted the Clutch since its purchase (1st July 2019). With multiple requests and repair attempts, it was found that no work was done from Hisar Hyundai center. Today, we just saved our life with GOD's grace due to the sudden jam of Clutch. This is the 7th time it has happened, and now we do not wish to lose any life in the last. Therefore, I want to describe the problem which we are facing since 2020.

                    This vehicle was purchased on 1st July 2019
                    After some months, it was observed that Clutch has some issue; Supervisor Mr. Jogindra Singh Hisar Hyundai center investigated the problem and informed us that there is an issue with a cylinder of this model and informed to the customer. Unfortunately, no call was received from the service center. They attempted to repair it, but the issue was still there after a few days.
                    Again, I visited the center 4-5 times, but the supervisor told me there was no issue with the Clutch every time. Every time we thought, OK, if no problem, then OK.
                    But once again, we faced the same issue. And visited the center, probably in 4-6 April 2021, Mr. Jogindra Singh did not attend the customer for 2 hours even after multiple requests. It was just ignorance of the customer. Too much hurting. Then, we raised our voice to the manager, and Mr. Sunil and Sher Singh were looked at the matter but again said the same thing. Mr. Jogindra argued that the customer must spare at least 3 hours for the service; as of my best knowledge, it must immediately or at max 1.5 hours. Insulting behavior and ignorance, it was again disappointed. Further, requested to look into the matter, it is serious because Clutch is not working properly. No attention was paid by the none of the supervisors.
                    After that moment, I told them I would complain against you (supervisors). They said we are not your worker. After around 6 months, today, I took a ride for Delhi and found the same problem; with God's grace, we saved our lives today.

                    This is our last and final try to address this problem. Therefore, being a valued customer, you are kindly requested with many humble submissions that please look into the matter. Otherwise, we will force you to return this vehicle and will take the next step. It is a serious concern because it can not be driven with a faulty clutch; our lives get involved which are at risk, while we will on the drive.

                    It is very shamefully to describe the whole story for a reputed and esteemed company HYUNDAI. It was very disappointing that such a famous company service center employee is doing misbehavior and not rectifying the issue even after multiple polite requests.

                        I purchased my car on 2nd Feb 2022 and it's 4 days and I drive my car 500 kms and I got problem in my car's front suspension and Soccer on speed breaker and on bad road it sound like something got damaged in car a lot more noise and cabin sound is to much when you go over 80 u can hear a lot of sound and I faced problems in just 4 days of purchasing of my car

                          I am writing this with a big sorrow and disappointment against Hyundai dealers and specifically Hans Hyundai (A: 69/1A, Najafgarh Road, Moti Nagar Crossing, New Delhi 110015). This is not just a complaint but also a customer’s pain in losing trust and faith.

                          I am already using Hyundai i20 and decided to purchase Hyundai Creta(CRETA S 1.5 VTVT T.GREY) for my marriage. I have different options to buy but i decided to opt for Hyundai Creta instead of 3-4 months waiting period for this car because of the trust that i have with Hyundai.

                          I booked the Creta on 9 October 2021 by giving adance of Rs.25, 000/- with tentative delivery for 9 February 2022. Further, i have informed the dealer that the car is being purchased by me for the marriage purpose and they after all the consideration promised me that they will deliver the vehicle on/before time.

                          As the delivery date was approaching i started calling them and reminding them that i have booked Creta and please get it delivered them on time. The dealer in the December 2021 end called me and said that "Sir - black colour creta is available, if you want to purchase then you can buy the same". But i refuesed him saying that i have booked titan grey colour why i should purchae black colour. Thereafter, he informed there you should adjust, then i said that 'ok' and i told him that i will not be very rigid in colour and i can go with 2 options 'white' and grey.

                          But from, January 2022 starting they said they will try to give delivery by Feb 2022. But, today on 06 February 2022... just 3 days before the delivery date they told that they will not be able to deliver the vehicle on time.
                          And now i dont have enough options left, since when i go to another dealer he say that booking duration for creta is 3-4 months..

                          I regret to say that this was the worst experience that i have had in my life for purchase of goods where you are spending lacs of ruppes and waiting for 4 months and thereafter we receive nothing... just apologies...

                          Please help & register complaint against them

                            I have booked my AURA car on 10 july 2021 with waiting period of max 4month.
                            Now its 6feb i.e. around 7 months, still no delivery. And still no date given for delivery.
                            They are routing our cars to their relatives, fds, political person. And comman man keep on waiting. Very unethical practices.
                            Very disappointed.

                                Been 4 days since we gave our Hyundai i10 grand Nios for servicing at Kun Hyundai, Mount Road, Chennai.These guys are not updating us anything on the status of service not on the date of delivery.Worst experience ever! Am not ever recommending Hyundai again to my relatives and friends if there is such a bad customer service!

                                  My Grand i10 is six years old and has run approx. 19500kms.
                                  I always get my vehicle serviced from Hyundai's authorized workshop. suddenly the steering became hard to maneuver. I was told that it is due to electronic fault..
                                  I also came to know that this problem occurs very frequently in Hyundai cars due to faulty EPS Module which is quite expensive. This is uncommon in other make cars.
                                  I request Hyundai to get it repaired at no extra cost as a goodwill gesture.

After delivery of vehicle I have inspected that car was very dirty inside and alot of black marks on dash board really a very bad experience from Hyundai. So I request to look at the matter.

                                      Today early near about 10:30 I visited your nearest service station namely Pace Hyundai (Dehli Road )Jammu, regarding the Timely service for my car as I have to leave for a next state. They told me that u have to inform him advanced then they will gave a service for my car.
