Hyundai i20 is faulted the Clutch since its purchase (1st July 2019). With multiple requests and repair attempts, it was found that no work was done from Hisar Hyundai center. Today, we just saved our life with GOD's grace due to the sudden jam of Clutch. This is the 7th time it has happened, and now we do not wish to lose any life in the last. Therefore, I want to describe the problem which we are facing since 2020.
This vehicle was purchased on 1st July 2019
After some months, it was observed that Clutch has some issue; Supervisor Mr. Jogindra Singh Hisar Hyundai center investigated the problem and informed us that there is an issue with a cylinder of this model and informed to the customer. Unfortunately, no call was received from the service center. They attempted to repair it, but the issue was still there after a few days.
Again, I visited the center 4-5 times, but the supervisor told me there was no issue with the Clutch every time. Every time we thought, OK, if no problem, then OK.
But once again, we faced the same issue. And visited the center, probably in 4-6 April 2021, Mr. Jogindra Singh did not attend the customer for 2 hours even after multiple requests. It was just ignorance of the customer. Too much hurting. Then, we raised our voice to the manager, and Mr. Sunil and Sher Singh were looked at the matter but again said the same thing. Mr. Jogindra argued that the customer must spare at least 3 hours for the service; as of my best knowledge, it must immediately or at max 1.5 hours. Insulting behavior and ignorance, it was again disappointed. Further, requested to look into the matter, it is serious because Clutch is not working properly. No attention was paid by the none of the supervisors.
After that moment, I told them I would complain against you (supervisors). They said we are not your worker. After around 6 months, today, I took a ride for Delhi and found the same problem; with God's grace, we saved our lives today.
This is our last and final try to address this problem. Therefore, being a valued customer, you are kindly requested with many humble submissions that please look into the matter. Otherwise, we will force you to return this vehicle and will take the next step. It is a serious concern because it can not be driven with a faulty clutch; our lives get involved which are at risk, while we will on the drive.
It is very shamefully to describe the whole story for a reputed and esteemed company HYUNDAI. It was very disappointing that such a famous company service center employee is doing misbehavior and not rectifying the issue even after multiple polite requests.
