I moumita roy from serampore, hooghly brought a i20 from mukesh hyundai serampore in 2018, august.Registration no is wb18aa3223.From 2020 i have faced a problem when my car is running on road vehicle vibrating more time.Then i service to mukesh hyundai service center and after toplink hyundai in howrah. But my vehicle is continue vibratiing till now.
This problem started from only 2 years, please infrom how to solve this problem. I can't drive this way in this situation.
So give me solution as soon as possible.

    I have purchased a creta 1.5 sx executive Engine No-G4FLMB520082 from your Sawai Madhopur dealer Shree Krishna Kripa four wheel Pvt.Ltd on date 10 dec 2021 .this dealer delivered me defective model .This car discharge automatically and there isn't any display shown on the meter board. i request to dealer about to solve the problem but he is not responding me properly. After my telephonic complaint your Tonk dealer Aditi Hundai tonk approached me and collect the car from my home on dated 4 jan 2022 but yet not solved the issue, i have fully paid the total ammount so please deliver me a new car instead of this defective car .
    its very tough to create user name to file complaint, it may seem fake name but all the names are already exist so i created this odd username but the Issue is not fake please solve this as soon as possible.

      Hi There,

      I recently had a very bad and life to death experience after having Car Service from Nagashanti Hyundai Service centre Belgaum.

      I visited the service centre on 25th Dec 21 and Mr. Santosh had done the inspection and taken the charge of entire service. Same day in the evening my car was ready, he also test drove along with me (approx 1 km, in the speed of 30-40 max). He handed over the car key to me and requested for 10 rating in all areas, So I did.

      While returning, I noticed in the 1st and 2nd gear, my car was not taking the pickup and it was jerking so I called Mr. Santosh he said it could be bcz of engine malfunction due to cleaning (Some water might left out) I agreed with his point as he mentioned nothing to worry.

      Next day I had to leave with my family and I started early morning from Belgaum to Kolhapur, Starting I was going slow so didn't feel pickup issue but later when I was 70-80 speed, there was hardly pickup and my family and myself got scared as I was trying to overtake and Car was slowed down.

      I called Mr. Santosh but he didn't answer, smhow I reached Kolhapur and tried to connect with the service centre, I got the same answer nothing to worry, I requested if someone can please coordinate in Kolhapur Service Centre, but Mr. Santosh insisted there will be slight issue with pickup but not an issue to drive.

      From Kolhapur to Ratnagiri we had worst situations as it was hill area, and car was reacting like a tractor.

      Though Mr. Santosh was in constant touch and advised to visit Ratnagiri service centre. We reached the service centre at 2:30 and meet work Manager, Mr. Tejes in Ratnagiri, after inspection it was noticed that the spark plug was not fixed properly and water reached in the spark plug which caused damaged to all 4 plugs. They replaced the plugs and test drove and charged 1500/- extra.

      Overall situation, when I discussed with Mr. Santosh, he said he will adjust the 1500/- and apologies stating 1 out of 100 car it happens. And I am waiting for the response from work Manager (Praveen- Nagashanti)

      My complaint
      1. Who would have been responsible if any big incident would had happened?
      2. I had to pay extra 1500/- why they had not internally coordinated?
      3. Why I should adjust my money (1500/-)? In the later service.
      4. As per Mr. Santosh statement, 1 out of 100 cars such issues happens. Will Hyundai state 99% quality?
      5. Why there is delay in response?
      6. We had to waste approx 6 hrs including travel and waiting in service centre, I was on family vacation with kid, they had to suffer bcz of me.

      I will escalate the matter in the local jurisdiction as well and appeal for the damaged and potential damage it cud have bcz of poor service.

        Today morning have visted Himavasini Hyundai showroom at hosur to give my new creta vehicle for service, tehe staff not accepted the vehicle for service stating the reason not accpeting any vehicle with out prior booking which no one has passed the communication to me.

        even after that i have requsted to accept for next avilable slot ( even after 2 to 3 days also i am willing to give for service) the same not accepted by showroom stating the reason who will take care of vehice for 3 days. which is really not acceptable

          Dear Sir,

          I relate this email to a serious complaint about my car (details as given below):

          Model: Creta 1.4 CRDI E+
          Registration no: DL2C AY 3637
          MFG DT: 01/2018

          I bought this car on 24th Jan 2018 from Capital Hyundai, Noida. All the periodic services of my car up to the recent service of 60, 000 KM on 31st December 2021 are done at Capital Hyundai Workshop Sector-2, Noida (except one service of 50, 000 as I was forced to do in my hometown because of lockdown but I did that service as per the instructions listed at Hyundai website). So, Capital Hyundai has all the service records of my car.

          My car was booked on 21st Jan 2018 and they were supposed to give the car on 8th February 2018 due to 2-3 weeks waiting. Sales team called on 24th Jan morning (just after 2 days of booking) and informed me of the availability of my car. I thought the sales team was giving me a priority but realized later that they have given me a faulty car (looks like somebody else refused to take this car).

          After the first service of 1000 KM, I realized the car was making some sort of noise when I was applying for breaks on a rough road. Noises were coming out from steering and brakes. Also, the car is moving after releasing the clutch, but just 1.5 inches from the bottom. So, the new car had problems with steering, clutch and brakes. That has been told to the service team at the time of the second service of 10000 KM. I have been told that all three parts are working and noise is coming because of new ABS in this car which will go automatically after running a few more thousand KM’s.

          Because of the continuous noise and jerking, I told the service team at the time of 30, 000 and 40, 000 KM services but got the same answer again and again. My car was under Hyundai Warranty and I was expecting to replace all the parts not working properly.

          Once I went there again for 60000 KM, my car was out of warranty and they told me below problems without asking me and gave me a huge estimate to replace all parts:

          -Clutch is hard, almost gone and many parts of the clutch need to be replaced.
          -Steering rack needs to be replaced.
          -Front Brake pads and other parts need to be replaced

          All four tyres of my car had bubbles just after 52000 KM running / 30 months from the car purchase date while tread wear was just 60-65%. I was expecting to run all 04 tyres up to 7000 KM (as per the condition at that time) but it was not safe to drive because of bubbles. I went to the Goodyear dealer and found out that there is no warranty for Hyundai company fitted tyres. I had to change all 4 tyres after 52000 KM running. My newly purchased tyres (from the same company / Goodyear) are with full warranty and I failed to understand why Hyundai doesn’t give warranty cards for tyres with a new car.

          I also have Toyota Etios (Diesel) and Honda Jazz (Petrol). I just changed Tyres after 75000 KM running and battery after 82000 KM running. I changed none of the other parts of those cars after running 96500 and 98000 KM (except on time periodic services).

          When I purchased the Hyundai Creta, I thought I was dealing with the best car company in India but experience proved me wrong.

          I have been facing problems in Clutch, Steering and Breaks since day 01 and your service center refused to replace it politely when my car was under warranty. Once the warranty is over, they are asking me to pay for everything. I have a record of all telephonic conversations with the service team and they must have all records too. It’s a simple case of cheating.

          Can I expect from the senior management of the company to look into the matter seriously and instruct the service center to replace all desired parts under the warranty only (with no extra burden on me, I have already paid a handsome amount to the company and continuously paying a full amount for periodic services)?

          It will highly appreciate an early action.

            Hi.i m one of the hyundai customer. I have hyundai creta. In punjab. My dealership is goyal hyundai. On 15th i met with an accident and i claimed from the insurance of my car..i took my car after they recieved the DO. Now on 30th i again met with an accident. This time they take in my car nd said we wll start the claim process..3days they make my car stand at one place nd didnot even touched and lying to me that they has started the process.when i asked the insurance company they told me theres no claim process is going on..now they are purposely delaying my car and lying to me again and again about my car get repaired..its 5 th day today nd still my car is untoucbed.insuramce is online lortable insurance liberty company.i am very need in car. They are jus lying again and again and not doing their work.please do the needful.

              Hi Team,
              My 1 month old Creta has been stolen from outside my home and no tracking has been done through your app even after more than 48 hours.
              - Do you think we should trust the so-called HYUNDAI brand anymore?- One of the worst security systems, where a thief is able to crack your security system within no time- Blue Link technology is not working, nothing can be detected from the same, it's absolutely wasted overhyped technology.
              It clearly reflects that Hyundai is doing marketing of these features to enhance the sale and committing something which is not doable at a later stage.
              Please look into this matter seriously else I will surely take this matter to social media (Twitter, Facebook, YouTube) and consumer court, till the time you provide satisfactory resolution of my loss.

                    Creta Fuel pump issue

                    I bought Hyundai Creta on April 2021, i used to fill fuel only at HP bunk. My car was due on second service, so i'd given for the second service. Post completion of second service, i took my car from the service center and drove it for only 40 kms, unfortunately my car was broke down, then arranged for TOW and they took my car to service center, the service center person isolated the fault at fuel pump. After one week of continuous followup...

                    I would like to bring your attention to the malpractice of M/s Captial hyundai, which is affecting your brand value.
                    First of all they force customer to purchase the accessories package which includes anti rust coating and teflon coatings (4 nos each). After booking, i was curious about this coating, so i had done some research about it. "Teflon is a registered Patent of Company DuPont and now part of Chemours India (Subsidiary set up of Dupont)" but when i took delivery of my car capital Hyundai offered me some wax polish instead of teflon which was promised at the time of booking. I argued with sales advisor and escalated this matter to DGM but they rudely told me it (wax coating) is teflon according to them, if i have any issue then i can leave the car, there are other buyers in qeue.
                    Disheartedly, i accepted the car with wax polish.
                    Now, after 8 months i contacted the capital hyundai to avail the 2nd Teflon (wax coating) service, they are demanding ₹800 extra for the same that means i need to pay ₹2400 in total if i want to avail the polish service which was forced upon me. I demanded refund for the coating price which they had declined.

                    I request hyundai India team to provide support and take some strict action against the Capital hyundai dealer. I am sure there are hundreds of other customer out there who are suffering at their hand. It will negatively affect trust value of your brand Hyundai

                          On Sunday, my father went in their showroom to view i10 NIOS sportz. They showed us and gave us at Ex-showroom 6, 66, 950. We gave the booking amount of 10, 000. They gave us the exhange offer on our Santro car worth 70, 000. Also, they gave us the exhange offer discount of 10, 000. Next day, they came at our place with the team of 4 people, inspected the car and took it in their showroom by making my father signed some documents. Then, the manager, Amit Sharma, called and said that they will drop the car price by 10, 000. Also, they gave us a deal of carseat covers for it. After few hours, they called again and said that they will drop the price again by 10, 000. So the price of the car would be 50, 000. This is a total mental harassment and wastage of our time. Why would you make a deal if you don’t want to stay on your words ? This unprofessional and fraud behaviour is unacceptable.They convinced us by giving deals upon deals and then stepping back from it. The quality of service and treating customers is poor especially by Team leader Amit Sharma.

                            I had booked i20 Nline with Sai Auto Hyundai Saki Vihar Road, Chandivali, Mumbai. Had paid 10000₹ for booking. Due to some personal reasons, I decided to cancel booking within a week. Now dealer is not refunding my amount and sales executive - Mr Karan S, not taking my calls too. No reply from Hyundai Customer Support nor Dealership even after repeated emails.
                            I was not given any documents while booking nor was I informed regarding cancellation fee. This is pure cheating by this dealership.

                            Please do not buy any car from this dealership, they are frauds and have no regards for customers.

                                The person who created the job card did not give me a proper information regarding the parts and its price. As it was the second free servicing I did not expect any extra charges for labour. But that person did not tell me regarding the hidden charges it has with the wheel alignment.

                                  I had purchased New car, grand i-10 nios sportz (UK06BB2118) in July 21, from Bindal Hundai Rudrapur. After 2 months running (2000 km) due to heavy rain in Uttarakhand on 16th Oct-21 there was some water ingress in the car. Car was parked in the apartment parking area during rain. When I gave car to service centre at Sachin Hundai Haldwani, they initially submitted repair quotation of Rs.7.65 lakh ( Car Ex show to price was Rs.6.32 lakh) citing engine & sensor replacement. I am having doubt on Hundai dealer & insurance co. about cartel
                                  formation, as they are just proceeding new car on 'Total loss'. When I take up the matter at higher level, Hundai revised estimate to Rs.4.32 lakh (Reduction from original estimate of Rs.7.65 lakh). Hence my claim that hundai dealer is not proactive in repairing & rather interested in proceeding this case under Total loss validates. Also when I enquired why the Car insurance provided was not on RV (Return to invoice) type to get the full value of car, dealer didn't reply. Due to above there has been mental harrasment from both Hundai & insurance co. Even after escalating the matter I am yet to receive any conclusive response. I want replacement of my car else car to be repaired under insurance policy without any additional cost. Request you to address this issue, else I am preparing to file case in consumer court regarding the same.

                                    I bought my grand i-10 sportz car in 2015 January from M/s Popular hyundai, Calicut, Kerala and all its periodical services0, accessories and insurance claim work have been done at the same dealer. This time my vehicle was given there on 06.12.2021 for service and the work included fitting of new tyres, repainting of doors with a bumper to bumper insurance claim and work related to engine and suspension in addition to the regular service. It took 16 days and the vehicle was delivered on 22.12.2021. I paid an amount of near 23, 000 in addition to the payment done by the insurance campany. I noticed that the colour (white) of the doors after repainting was not perfectly matching with the original colour of the vehicle. When i brought this to the attention of the service manager and other staff concerned, they did not give any satisfactory reply and asked me to wait for one week so that the new shade will perfectly match with the old one by exposing to sunlight. I feel this was a false and misleading information from a reputed company because there have been no change after 4 days.

                                    I request you to address this issue and look into the details so that my grievance is resolved at the earliest.

Paid cashless amount to Hyundai Kothari ₹ 23k, Bopodi, Pune unit on 12th Oct 2021, still Hyundai have asked me to pay full invoice amount on 6th Nov 2021, not considered advance paid amount by All India Ins to Kothari Hyundai. Asked me to submit hard copy bill to other office of All India Ins.
                                      When I asked update of payment received 4 week back and still they asked me pay full amount they were giving base less answer, not sure what is wrong or bad hidden purpose of Hyundai ?
                                      Still i am waiting for refund amount
