Hi Team,
My 1 month old Creta has been stolen from outside my home and no tracking has been done through your app even after more than 48 hours.
- Do you think we should trust the so-called HYUNDAI brand anymore?- One of the worst security systems, where a thief is able to crack your security system within no time- Blue Link technology is not working, nothing can be detected from the same, it's absolutely wasted overhyped technology.
It clearly reflects that Hyundai is doing marketing of these features to enhance the sale and committing something which is not doable at a later stage.
Please look into this matter seriously else I will surely take this matter to social media (Twitter, Facebook, YouTube) and consumer court, till the time you provide satisfactory resolution of my loss.

        Creta Fuel pump issue

        I bought Hyundai Creta on April 2021, i used to fill fuel only at HP bunk. My car was due on second service, so i'd given for the second service. Post completion of second service, i took my car from the service center and drove it for only 40 kms, unfortunately my car was broke down, then arranged for TOW and they took my car to service center, the service center person isolated the fault at fuel pump. After one week of continuous followup...

        I would like to bring your attention to the malpractice of M/s Captial hyundai, which is affecting your brand value.
        First of all they force customer to purchase the accessories package which includes anti rust coating and teflon coatings (4 nos each). After booking, i was curious about this coating, so i had done some research about it. "Teflon is a registered Patent of Company DuPont and now part of Chemours India (Subsidiary set up of Dupont)" but when i took delivery of my car capital Hyundai offered me some wax polish instead of teflon which was promised at the time of booking. I argued with sales advisor and escalated this matter to DGM but they rudely told me it (wax coating) is teflon according to them, if i have any issue then i can leave the car, there are other buyers in qeue.
        Disheartedly, i accepted the car with wax polish.
        Now, after 8 months i contacted the capital hyundai to avail the 2nd Teflon (wax coating) service, they are demanding ₹800 extra for the same that means i need to pay ₹2400 in total if i want to avail the polish service which was forced upon me. I demanded refund for the coating price which they had declined.

        I request hyundai India team to provide support and take some strict action against the Capital hyundai dealer. I am sure there are hundreds of other customer out there who are suffering at their hand. It will negatively affect trust value of your brand Hyundai

          I have issued complain regarding My Hundayi I20 car Avn display during service. They said we have registered your complain regarding AVN display . We will contact you when spare will be available. But now when I called they are refusing and saying we have not registered your complain.

              On Sunday, my father went in their showroom to view i10 NIOS sportz. They showed us and gave us at Ex-showroom 6, 66, 950. We gave the booking amount of 10, 000. They gave us the exhange offer on our Santro car worth 70, 000. Also, they gave us the exhange offer discount of 10, 000. Next day, they came at our place with the team of 4 people, inspected the car and took it in their showroom by making my father signed some documents. Then, the manager, Amit Sharma, called and said that they will drop the car price by 10, 000. Also, they gave us a deal of carseat covers for it. After few hours, they called again and said that they will drop the price again by 10, 000. So the price of the car would be 50, 000. This is a total mental harassment and wastage of our time. Why would you make a deal if you don’t want to stay on your words ? This unprofessional and fraud behaviour is unacceptable.They convinced us by giving deals upon deals and then stepping back from it. The quality of service and treating customers is poor especially by Team leader Amit Sharma.

                I had booked i20 Nline with Sai Auto Hyundai Saki Vihar Road, Chandivali, Mumbai. Had paid 10000₹ for booking. Due to some personal reasons, I decided to cancel booking within a week. Now dealer is not refunding my amount and sales executive - Mr Karan S, not taking my calls too. No reply from Hyundai Customer Support nor Dealership even after repeated emails.
                I was not given any documents while booking nor was I informed regarding cancellation fee. This is pure cheating by this dealership.

                Please do not buy any car from this dealership, they are frauds and have no regards for customers.

                    The person who created the job card did not give me a proper information regarding the parts and its price. As it was the second free servicing I did not expect any extra charges for labour. But that person did not tell me regarding the hidden charges it has with the wheel alignment.

                      I had purchased New car, grand i-10 nios sportz (UK06BB2118) in July 21, from Bindal Hundai Rudrapur. After 2 months running (2000 km) due to heavy rain in Uttarakhand on 16th Oct-21 there was some water ingress in the car. Car was parked in the apartment parking area during rain. When I gave car to service centre at Sachin Hundai Haldwani, they initially submitted repair quotation of Rs.7.65 lakh ( Car Ex show to price was Rs.6.32 lakh) citing engine & sensor replacement. I am having doubt on Hundai dealer & insurance co. about cartel
                      formation, as they are just proceeding new car on 'Total loss'. When I take up the matter at higher level, Hundai revised estimate to Rs.4.32 lakh (Reduction from original estimate of Rs.7.65 lakh). Hence my claim that hundai dealer is not proactive in repairing & rather interested in proceeding this case under Total loss validates. Also when I enquired why the Car insurance provided was not on RV (Return to invoice) type to get the full value of car, dealer didn't reply. Due to above there has been mental harrasment from both Hundai & insurance co. Even after escalating the matter I am yet to receive any conclusive response. I want replacement of my car else car to be repaired under insurance policy without any additional cost. Request you to address this issue, else I am preparing to file case in consumer court regarding the same.

                        I bought my grand i-10 sportz car in 2015 January from M/s Popular hyundai, Calicut, Kerala and all its periodical services0, accessories and insurance claim work have been done at the same dealer. This time my vehicle was given there on 06.12.2021 for service and the work included fitting of new tyres, repainting of doors with a bumper to bumper insurance claim and work related to engine and suspension in addition to the regular service. It took 16 days and the vehicle was delivered on 22.12.2021. I paid an amount of near 23, 000 in addition to the payment done by the insurance campany. I noticed that the colour (white) of the doors after repainting was not perfectly matching with the original colour of the vehicle. When i brought this to the attention of the service manager and other staff concerned, they did not give any satisfactory reply and asked me to wait for one week so that the new shade will perfectly match with the old one by exposing to sunlight. I feel this was a false and misleading information from a reputed company because there have been no change after 4 days.

                        I request you to address this issue and look into the details so that my grievance is resolved at the earliest.

                          My Insurance agency All India Ins. Paid cashless amount to Hyundai Kothari ₹ 23k, Bopodi, Pune unit on 12th Oct 2021, still Hyundai have asked me to pay full invoice amount on 6th Nov 2021, not considered advance paid amount by All India Ins to Kothari Hyundai. Asked me to submit hard copy bill to other office of All India Ins.
                          When I asked update of payment received 4 week back and still they asked me pay full amount they were giving base less answer, not sure what is wrong or bad hidden purpose of Hyundai ?
                          Still i am waiting for refund amount

                              Hello ive purchased hyundai verna nex gen in december 2018 and since then i am facing several issues with the car. Firstly there was minor tickling noise in the steering due to which the showroom replaced the mdp motor for which they troubled me a lot i had to bring the car to the showroom 4 times literally and issue still stands unresolved to which i had complained previously as well, and the showroom asks me to drop the car again for 2 days to check the issue. Now the next issue is that the car some times doesnt start and the error is of the ECU unit of the car. For this issue ive shown the car to the same showroom which is RR KIRAD HYUNDAI, SHEWALEWADI, the service person connected their device and repeatedly just saying me that they will have to play a lot to rectify the issue, i mean i wasnt sure that im at a hyundai service station or a local service shop. After that he randomly asked me to change the car battery for no reason saying that the battery that comes with the car has a life of max 2 years. When checked the battery was found completely ok. I am just concerned for this issue because it has happened multiple times that my car dint start when i was outof station that too the time was midnight. I really dont know are these showroom people even capable to work there.

                                I have I-20 car, reg No. MH 06 AZ 0603. In October 2019, vide bill no. B[protected] dated 23.10.2019, Total clutch work was done at authorized dealer Sharyu Hyndai, Turbhe Mumbai. After work done there are continuous issues faced with cluth of said vehical. Total Invoice amount was Rs. 31952. Two times vehicle broke down on roads after said work done. Dealer attended the work and tried to fix. However Problem was never fixed properly. Now when again I approached to dealer for same issue, he is asking me to repeat same work and I shall again pay him an amount of Rs. 32246/-

                                I hav, e a questioni, Hyndai parts are of so low quality which long last only for two years or Service provider has not done work properly?

                                I am expecting that Dealer or Hndai should bear this cost or they should refund back my Money paid to them against above mentioned invoice.

                                I have raised query no. 1-[protected] with Hyndai moters website also .

                                  I am writing this email with heavy dissatisfaction and utmost disgust with respect to the behavior/fake commitments from the Sales staff & Sales Manager - "Niranjan Singh" o[censored]tkal Hyundai, Patia, Bhubaneswar.

                                  Before visiting to Utkal Hyundai, Patia I also had enquired about other vehicles at KIA, Honda & Maruti Suzuki showrooms. All the Sales Staff were well mannered and well directed on how to deal with the customers. All of them mentioned the correct waiting period even if it was more than the usual period. To the contrast, I had a very terrible experience so far with Hyundai.

                                  I would like to give an overview about the bluff and stupidity the Utkal Hyundai, Patia's sales Staff have been doing with us. We had a requirement of getting the vehicle prior to 15th of December 2021 as I was supposed to travel to Hyderabad and my father wouldn't have been comfortable in driving and taking the delivery after the date[protected]. This was a crystal clear communication with the Sales Staff and they also confirmed with their Manager. I also had a word with Niranjan Singh and he also agreed to that.
                                  The Sales staff having the Team Lead named "Deba Brata Sethi" who was well mannered also told us that they would deliver the vehicle in the first two weeks of December 2021 itself; and based on that assurance we booked the Car Hyundai Venue S Plus during the first week of November, 2021.

                                  The real bluff game started after that when they started talking all sort of nonsense when we used to visit them after a month in December. They started cooking up stories. To add on to the misery their SO called Manager named "Niranjan Singh" had a very weird attitude towards us. I am not sure what sort of education that person has to be in that position and have such an absolute irresponsible and manner less attitude towards customers. I specifically asked them to tell a date by when it was possible to deliver the vehicle, else we would cancel the order. These idiots asked for a day to discuss amongst themselves and committed another firm date of 30th December, 2021. I asked them very specifically about this as I would have to reschedule my flight. Based on this fake commitment I rescheduled my flight to 4th January 2022 which costed me money as well.

                                  Then I visited the showroom on 21st December to get an update and these stupid and shameless people had another story with them and said they won't be able to deliver it by 30th December, 2021. Niranjan Singh told me that he had no clue what the subordinates have committed and he was blaming his subordinates. I clearly remember during every visit all the Sales people getting confirmation of a date from him only and in fact, me and my father had got a verbal confirmation from him during all commitments.

                                  Talking to customer care is also of not much help. I was told to take a full refund, but what about the time that we have waited.
                                  All they have done is given us a Request ID after continuous follow ups

                                  Now today on 22nd December 2021, they have committed another date of 21st January, 2022. If I would have known this earlier I would have never booked it in the first place. All these commitments hold no importance at all.

                                  This is not at all done and I intent to lodge a formal complain with the competent court of law. I further intent to take the matter to full justice.

                                  I demand a full scale written apology from MR. Niranjan Singh AND Utkal HYUNDAI. A stern action must be taken against both the dealership, Manager and Sales TL which are trying to seriously damage the image of a customer oriented company such as HYUNDAI. Further, I demand an immediate delivery of the booked car. I never expected of such an unpleasant and terrible start with HYUNDAI.

                                    I am Aryan verma from roorkee. I had been facing issues with my new car creta petrol top model automatic 2021 which i had bought from B M Hyundai Sales Subhash Nagar, Dehradun.
                                    My car’s sunroof is having issues from the day 1 January till now and has not been sloved.
                                    I had gone to dehradun from roorkee for the same several times but my problem remains same. Please take a strict action against it.

                                      Bluelink feature is not working since March-2021. I did all the things that was suggested by the customer care and when it is now their job to do it from there end they are purposely procrastinating the issue. It has been a long time and no followup and no response from them has been received. Every time i call them and i am on hold for 20 mins and then they reply the technical team will get back to it. Please tell me an official way to raise a complaint.
