Hi, This side Ram shankar soni owner of creta UP80EX 6606 my car got accident at kaithal haryana after that I park vehicle in LR hundai kaithal for repairing, on 16th Dec'21.
From 16th no one contact me when I contact they says that part is not available from hundai.
Almost 1 month gone and we have not received car due to this lot of official work hampered.
Now we move to Maruti from hereon due to pathetic customer service....

Non availability of spares

This is to convey my grievance as a customer of Hyundai regarding non availability of FUEL FILLING PIPE for my Santro Xing Car. I owned this car in December 2010. Even though the performance of this car has been much satisfactory, I am not in a position to run my car on the road due to non availability of the spare. Order for the spare was placed from Peeyem Hyundai, Thalassery on 22.12.2021. But I am informed that the spare is not available....

Clutch problem and gear transmission

Hi,
My Hyundai i20 is done around 19000 km only and also it is under warranty period
But Am undergoing a serious situation of gear transmission and clutch pedal
So as I entered for service in authorised service centre CLASSIC HYUNDAI MALAPPURAM They found problem is rust on pressure plates, clutch disc and release bearing
As from their part they said they can’t do this with warranty.I have to pay for it around...

Delay in repairing my car Grand i10

Car Service Issue - Nagashanti Belgaum

I recently had a very bad and life to death experience after having Car Service from Nagashanti Hyundai Service centre Belgaum.

Not offering the service for my vehicle

Today morning have visted Himavasini Hyundai showroom at hosur to give my new creta vehicle for service, tehe staff not accepted the vehicle for service stating the reason not accpeting any vehicle with out prior booking which no one has passed the communication to me.

even after that i have requsted to accept for next avilable slot ( even after 2 to 3 days also i am willing to give for service) the same not accepted by showroom...

Creta Fuel pump issue

I bought Hyundai Creta on April 2021, i used to fill fuel only at HP bunk. My car was due on second service, so i'd given for the second service. Post completion of second service, i took my car from the service center and drove it for only 40 kms, unfortunately my car was broke down, then arranged for TOW and they took my car to service center, the service center person isolated the fault at fuel pump.
