Got my car serviced from nimbus Hyundai gaziabad, but was really dissatisfied with steering movement, took my car thrice to the service station after service but they could not rectify the problem all they said was eps is not working and get it checked from outside as they do not have eps system available, so got it checked from capital Hyundai sector 58 noida who told me that eps is all fine problem is with the alignment which is totally out for which I am also attaching the report, I demand refund and compensation of such poor service and time wasted .

      Newly bought Verna turbo shock absorbers are so pathetic and hard …. Doesn’t even give an comfort of an entry level car shocks does . Feel I drive without actual shock in it. If Hyundai doesn’t fix this will take this legally for giving a product worth less than its price.

        Respected officials i have ordered left side window and running board on dated[protected] at park Hyuandai Sangrur near village kammomajra. . They told me we wiil inform you when ever parts will be available. But till[protected] they did not respond to me. On[protected] evening i asked about my ordered they told me ordered has received Yesterday you can come next day and place your car at Agency Sangrur.Your agency on[protected] took a survey and make whats app group for my vehical PB13BK2266 to solve my problem and hold my car in agency. But they never respond to whatsapp group also except your car survey done.They never called me nor whatsapp about my car. I called them on dated[protected] they told me your car on fiiting stage we will inform you after fitting but no reply from agency side. In the evening at 5:00 clock i called them, they told me your car is ready but you will be late to receive you car bcz 6:00 is our closing so plz come next day. After five days On[protected] i went to agency to receive my car but they told me your some part of running board is not received we will inform you whenever it reach to agency. When i asked about my previous complaint about Driver side speaker problem. They wher keep quit bcz they forget to solve my problem which was written in my file on Dated[protected]. after that they refused me to solve my driver side speaker problem saying that you have purchased display out side the agency. I told them Display is of out side but my all four speakers are inbuilt with my Venue S 1.2. but they did not listen to me and refused my request to solve my speaker problem. After that i returned to my home by paying my dues.
        with this application I request to you to provide my car hardware and speaker problem as soon as possible at my door steps bcz i am an Govt employee and have no sufficient time to go agency. I shall be thankfull to you for this act of kindness

          Sir it's been 3 months since I have purchased hyundai venue SX plus DCT turbo varient through GEM(govt e market) .Still I am not able to get the features of BLUELINK. Cars infotainment screen is displaying"SALES INFORMATION INCOMPLETE" I have tried contacting so many hyundai persons but of no use till date.
          Please resolve the issue as soon as possible.

            i have purchased my grand i10, JH-01-DV-8992, from republic Hyundai Ranchi, kokar, in march 2020 till date my vehicle just ran 8000 km and in last service at Hyundai they remarked that braked pad need to be replace, this is shocking for me how could brake pad wear out in just 8000km. it has to run at least 20 to 25 thousand KM, i feel its manufacturing defect due to so early brake pad wear out . It is requested to replace the front brake pad as soon as possible. you may ask to Hyundai service center my vehicle handled by mr. pankaj kumar in last weak of month of Dec 2021,

                    Hasan from Himgiri Motors Pvt Ltd, Dilshad garden had made a commitment to deliver the car grand i10 Nios sportz petrol AMT in aquateel colour in January 2022.
                    However after I transferred amount in account today, the dealer had a different tone and language. He said you cant get car before feb end and neither a full refund.
                    He mentioned that they will deduct 3000 rupees for cancellation. This was never told to me and on the contrary i was told that anytime i can cancel the booking with full refund.
                    Now I only transferred on goodfaith, booking is not even created as no details of booking name etc is shared however still dealer is creating dirty.

                        Hi, I am reaching out as a very unsatisfied consumer because of my recent experience regarding purchase of Hyundai Alcazar in Bangalore, India. Dealer - Advaith Hyundai.

                        At one point I was comparing between 3 cars - MG Hector, Hyundai Alcazar and Jeep Compass but decided to place an order for Hyundai Alcazar primarily on the premise of stock availability and early delivery. I told the sales agent that I need car by Christmas and was informed Alcazar is in stock while Creta has a high waiting. So I paid the initial booking amount. However after paying the initial fee and arranging funds i started getting calls from the dealer that there is a waiting for 4 months. I felt cheated by this and since then the only thing I am hearing from the dealer is that they are trying to reach out to Hyundai to find out about delivery date but they don’t have any response from Hyundai. I am fed-up hearing this excuse.

                        Is there such unprofessionalism at Hyundai’s end that there is no communication to the dealer on when my car is expected to be delivered? Despite being a large brand, are your production schedules so messed up? Infact, apart from Proforma Invoice I don’t even have any proof that my car has been ordered and is in queue. This is such a disappointing experience and I feel the strong need to raise this on social media so that other consumers do not face what I have. Also, the fact that billing or order placement of my car is being delayed so that metrics like delayed delivery are managed is very unethical on the part of Hyundai and something for which I am even considering legal opinion for going to consumer board.Â

                        I don’t even know if this is the right way to reach Hyundai and I may just get an automated response which will also reflect on the poor consumer orientation of the brand. If it does reach the right place, at the least I expect a commitment that my order has been placed and the delivery will be ensured within the month of January. If i was not fooled by the dealer I would have booked another car and got it much earlier.Â

                          I have purchased a creta 1.5 SX(o)

                          Yesterday my car was parked in my covered parking spot, aroun 10.30 pm cars alarm started, I went to check what has happen there was huge fire coming from Bonet, I with the help of my neighbour tried to control the fire,

                          I am trying to communicate with dealer but there is no help coming from them,

                          We have purchased the car for the safety reason .

                          Do whatever is needful to slove this problem, as it is not accident. The car got fire on itself.

                            I booked CRETA car and paid the full amount in Advaith Hyundai (Residency Road Bangalore) on Dec 18, 2021. I have taken my car delivery on Dec 21, 2021.

                            Till today my car registartion was not yet done, I am asking them to do it since the Day1 dleivery.

                            They have collected full amount (including the RTO charges) on Dec 18, 2021 itself.

                            I am driving the car with Temp Registartion and TR period is going to get over. I am behind the sales manager for the apst 2 weeks but no proper response from him. Every day he is telling today and tomorrow.

                            Litreally annoying. Very Lethargic. Even after so many follows-up it is not happening, Why I should unnecesarily give my 2.35L 20+days ahead.

                              Modi Hyundau, Thane, Maharashtra have forced me to purchase the insurance from New India Assurance company. In october 2021 I have submitted my car for repairing after car accident (submitted in Deep Hyundai, Beed). after almost 2.5 months car got repaired and then insurance company started torturing. It has been already 3 weeks since file has been submitted for claim settlement but now also they are saying it will take another 15 days for settlement. And after 15 days also I will not get full settlement amount.
                              I was aware of these things about New India assurance and this has been highlighted at the time of purchase but they said we are there to help in such cases, we are just a call away from you 24*7, New india is the best company, etc-etc.
                              I have been frustrated a lot. I have purchased this car from Hyundai because of pandemic situation. But after purchasing the car I'm just paying my EMI since last 3 months without using my vehicle.
                              Very disapointing.

                                  The vehicle has traveled ~21000 km & was used personally by me to avoid public commuting in the pandemic situation
                                  The Front wheel has developed a failure inherent due to manufacturing defect and my vehicle cannot be used as I used to do daily to meet my commuting to my work place

                                      Hi, This side Ram shankar soni owner of creta UP80EX 6606 my car got accident at kaithal haryana after that I park vehicle in LR hundai kaithal for repairing, on 16th Dec'21.
                                      From 16th no one contact me when I contact they says that part is not available from hundai.
                                      Almost 1 month gone and we have not received car due to this lot of official work hampered.
                                      Now we move to Maruti from hereon due to pathetic customer service.

                                        This is to convey my grievance as a customer of Hyundai regarding non availability of FUEL FILLING PIPE for my Santro Xing Car. I owned this car in December 2010. Even though the performance of this car has been much satisfactory, I am not in a position to run my car on the road due to non availability of the spare. Order for the spare was placed from Peeyem Hyundai, Thalassery on 22.12.2021. But I am informed that the spare is not available. I tried through toll free customer care number and made enquiry at several Hyunday service centres in Kerala and other outlets many times but till I could'nt get any scope for getting the spare. Here I very hopefully recall the promise from the Managing Director of M/s Hyundai: : "We promise to make every journey of our customers safe and comfortable". Sir, I request you to be kind enough to this sincere customer by making available the spare (Fuel Filling Pipe) for my car through Peeyem Hyundai, Thalassery at the earliest.
