Bought one Hyundai Venue Diesel SX model, delivered to me on 16/11/2021. From the time of delivery the car is giving rattling noise from the driver side door during music playback, immediately complained to showroom & local service centre, they did something but problem was not solved! They asked me to wait till they find solution, I waited till now, they asked me to give the vehicle for first free service today where they promised to correct the problem, first free service was done today, they told me that they have corrected the problem, but on receiving the vehicle I found out that, still the same problem was persisting! What to do? Was Defective product sold to me? Is this the policy of Hyundai Motors, selling defective products to customers?
