महोदय, 2019 में सास(S A S) ह्युंडई, लखनऊ, उप्र. से वेन्यू सेक्स (venue sx) खरीदा था। लेकिन ब्लूएलिंक अभी तक काम करना शुरू नहीं किया । अनेकों शिकायत किया किंतु कोई समाधान अभी तक नही हो सका। अब भी नहीं हुआ तो न्यायालय मे जाना मजबूरी होगी।

      I purchased creta in april 2021 from Marudhara hyundai Jhunjhunjhu Rajasthan. within 4-5 month the front tyre has started cracking from several parts.it has various deep spots on outside the landing area i visited Hyundai center they removed the tyre and saying we will send it to apollo service center.it has already 6-7 days the tyre is still at Hyundai center.my car is standing at service center but no one is listening anything.within 1500 km this problem occured.now tell me with this kind of service we paid the huge amount.within such a short duration this problem occured but no one is helping.they are risking life of people as this quality of tyre lead to accident

        Bought one Hyundai Venue Diesel SX model, delivered to me on 16/11/2021. From the time of delivery the car is giving rattling noise from the driver side door during music playback, immediately complained to showroom & local service centre, they did something but problem was not solved! They asked me to wait till they find solution, I waited till now, they asked me to give the vehicle for first free service today where they promised to correct the problem, first free service was done today, they told me that they have corrected the problem, but on receiving the vehicle I found out that, still the same problem was persisting! What to do? Was Defective product sold to me? Is this the policy of Hyundai Motors, selling defective products to customers?

          Hi,
          My new creta SX 2021 bought on 16 Feb, 2021 got tire bubbled recently on
          one of the front tire branded Apollo.Odometer reading is around 13k now.Its very disappointing for a 17th inch tire of an expensive SUV getting tire bubble in less than a year.I have submitted the damaged tire in Sasya hyundai Karimnagar, Telangana showroom on 15th December 2021, but no action has been taken till now.Reuqest to kindly take necessary action to avoid such situations for people like me whos hard earned money is put up for such expensive SUVs.

              My father, Mr. Sudama Prasad, purchased the 2018 Hyundai Verna 1.6 VTVT SX (Petrol), Registration Number – JH09AM5123 in 2018 from Shree Hyundai, Chas (Bokaro), Jharkhand. On 29th September, the car got into a pothole while driving under an emergency and the engine got seized. The Liberty General Insurance denied the claim stating no proof/photopgraph and has given two options to choose:

              i) replace the engine which costs to Rs. 3 Lakh

              ii) submit the car and receive the current price of the car (IDP value) costing to Rs. 5.4 Lakh (6 Lakh – 10% of 6 Lakh as a charge).

              Inconveniences:

              I expect more maturity from the insurance company as no one would have thought to click pictures under such life-threatening conditions. Further, I have requested the company to investigate from various sources which they are not complying with.

              I demanded a proper redressal and solution from top executives through the mail too, but again they forwarded it to the service manager of the branch only.

              On top of it, there runs a nexus between service manager and claim manager to harass us and demand 35, 000/- for issuing the Gate pass in return while submitting the car. Didn't expected for such a terrible and ruthless experience with Hyundai.

                Lhs headlight is ok but rhs headlight focus is not ok. tried in showroom but they checked in day and say its ok.
                Now i have showed it to outside electrician and he told me than there is a problem in car headlight lens. Pls look into.

                  Since the time i have purchased the car there is a constant issue with the vehicle. There is a lot of rattle noise in the vehicle and which even the service people are unable to resolve.
                  Its getting a nightmare now some or the other rattle pops up and getting damn irritating to drive.
                  Constant complaints to the service center and even to the HMIL but no one seems to be able to take the responsibility even the Area Manager seemed least bothered.

                    I have purchased Grand i10 neo's (sports) in Sept 2020. My car AC doesn't work even before completing an year.

                    I have complained the same during 2nd service. They have kept it under testing, said no trouble at all, refilled the coolent and charged me 1200 rupees.

                    Again AC troubled me. I have given it to your authorized service dealer. This time they said compressor fault and replaced it under warranty.

                    Again the AC doesn't work properly, for the third time, with in span of two months, even though getting it repaired at your authorized service centre.

                    Why should I face so much problem again and again, inspite of taking a brand new car for that much cost?

                    I'm not at all happy with the car and your service.

                    If it's so how could I suggest your brand in my circle if your service is like this.

                        Dear sir My name is Jacky vardhani, I want to compain about car I purchased from hyundai company car model is Elite i20 and its colour is comming out again and again from different side and facing problem from 3-4 years everytime colour comming out and from service center am getting response it's company fault and their was chemical issue at that time and my car is with company service center since 1 month if this is company fault why customer should suffer because of this and that also again and again and for repaint resale value is also going down after all loss is of customer because of company fault

                          On 4th december 2021, I dropped my car I20 ASTA (O) VTVT at one of your service center at GIRDHARGANJ GORAKHPUR UTTAR PRADESH, for inspection and maintenance. Upon receiving the car, I noticed that your team failed to check the small gap between spark plug. Due to this engine was misfiring and i was receiving low mileage. Engine console light started glowing after few kms of journey and i was in peer mental pressure . Later had to stop at your service station in DEWAS MADHYA PRADESH where i was fully co-operated and received very good service . Your team has also charged for wheel alignment but that also was not done

                            1. I was not informed about the wonder warranty option at the time of purchase and extended warranty was imposed on me in an additional cost of Rs 14947, feeling cheated
                            2. There is prominent black welding mark on the silencer of my new Creta EX, which I reported to the dealer...he said it is from the company only hence to be taken up with company
                            3. I purchased the car on Dec 2 and so far the feedback call has not got thru...Every thZe the call comes it gets cut

                              At the time of presale talks I was not informed about the wonder warranty option and extended warranty was imposed on me with additional cost of Rs. 14947. I have send multiple emails and also submitted online feed back in the matter but so far no response. Further the silencer of my new Creta EX has black welding marks on it...Reported it to the dealer, they said it has come like that from the company... Further the feed back call from company never gets thru and I am not yet able to give my feedback on phone

                                  Although the car is given a semi monster look, but the hooter sound and sounds of Lock Off and Lock ON are disastrous to ones mental stability .

                                  They sounds are unneccessarily tuned to such boosted hyper frequency which dismantles the peace of the neighbors peace and sleep .

                                  I myself have gone under deppression on constant honking of sounds designe by Hyundai cars having so bulky sound as like creta.

                                  Please get the cars back and change the horn sound & Lock-Unlock sound ..to one polite and soft..

                                  I dont have money to make you big people do this.. but that doesnt gurantee you a right to harm my peacefull life and many others if any.

                                  i even wish to sell my house and forest my self due to the noise disturbance profile of hyundai cars..

                                  cars need not be sporty by sound...

                                  please rectify it... im begging...

                                    A few days ago, I dropped my I-20 9248 off at one of your service centers for inspection and maintenance. Upon receiving the car, I noticed that your team failed to fix one of the car problems I reported earlier. Not only this, the problem of clutch is going on in the car for the last one year, it has not been fixed yet, due to this, here is a fear of while driving the car, I don't know when the clutch of the car fails,
