At the time of presale talks I was not informed about the wonder warranty option and extended warranty was imposed on me with additional cost of Rs. 14947. I have send multiple emails and also submitted online feed back in the matter but so far no response. Further the silencer of my new Creta EX has black welding marks on it...Reported it to the dealer, they said it has come like that from the company... Further the feed back call from company never gets thru and I am not yet able to give my feedback on phone

    Dear Hyundai India,

    In last one year I have claimed three times warranty for different body parts. Recently there was gear box failure. Please see the images attached below for detailed description.

    I request you to either replace my car or increase the existing warranty

      Although the car is given a semi monster look, but the hooter sound and sounds of Lock Off and Lock ON are disastrous to ones mental stability .

      They sounds are unneccessarily tuned to such boosted hyper frequency which dismantles the peace of the neighbors peace and sleep .

      I myself have gone under deppression on constant honking of sounds designe by Hyundai cars having so bulky sound as like creta.

      Please get the cars back and change the horn sound & Lock-Unlock sound ..to one polite and soft..

      I dont have money to make you big people do this.. but that doesnt gurantee you a right to harm my peacefull life and many others if any.

      i even wish to sell my house and forest my self due to the noise disturbance profile of hyundai cars..

      cars need not be sporty by sound...

      please rectify it... im begging...

        A few days ago, I dropped my I-20 9248 off at one of your service centers for inspection and maintenance. Upon receiving the car, I noticed that your team failed to fix one of the car problems I reported earlier. Not only this, the problem of clutch is going on in the car for the last one year, it has not been fixed yet, due to this, here is a fear of while driving the car, I don't know when the clutch of the car fails,

            On 11 12 2021 I parked my car at bhakra hyundai Ropar Punjab at that time they assured me that they will deliver car with in 3 days but now after 7 days they refused from repair as they said customer filed complaint if he take his complaint back and also case which I filed in district forum against agency than they will repair my car if a customer can’t claim his right than what will he do kindly take action against tham

              Dear sir/madam,
              as per the given detail of my car the divine motors have charged me while my free period(under insurance) and the services is given is not persisted or promised .Their still voice coming from bonet and tyre is not fixed properly and the wireless charging pad too as this both things don’t come under insurance they charge me for that too.Its a huge request to you solve my issue as they have charged me 45, 000₹ while the car was under insurance andthey charged for service which is already good in condition moreover they didn’t dilevered the car on the promise date
              asthe service is worst so i need my money back which is mandatory and forced by the motors to pay . I am uploding some files for this fraud incident do kindly reply for this issue and i had already complaint a grievance but there is no reply from you side.Sir/madam please do the needfull for more query kind reply me on this mail or other one.

                It is to inform you that I ZABID ALI MOLLA your customer of a Hyundai eon sportz car registration no WB02 AE 8718 My car was not properly serviced by your executive in my last service 6 or 7 months earlier but they have charged me lot of money so I consider that I won’t give them service any more. But then they continuesly calling me and sorry for that and they told me next time it will not happen further. And promised me that if I satisfied then I’ll pay them after one week. Now Mr Sanjeev Ghosh is ignoring me to send my car.

                  मेरे गाड़ी नंबर आरजे 06 यूसी 1213 मॉडल अल्काजार का दिनांक 27 अक्टू बर को एक्सीडेंट होने के बाद हमने कार को कमल हुंडई सर्विस सेंटर कोटा पर डाल दिया जिसके बाद आज दिनांक 15 दिसंबर भी गाड़ी ठीक नहीं हुई है सर्विस सेंटर पर जाने या फोन करने पर प्रॉपर जवाब नहीं मिल रहा है सर्विस सेंटर के मैनेजर द्वारा एक ही जवाब मिल रहा है की स्पेयर पार्ट्स उपलब्ध नहीं हो पा रहे हैं कृपया मुझे बताएं की वह गाड़ी के स्पेयर पार्ट्स कितने दिन में उपलब्ध हो जाएंगे, होंगे या नहीं होंगे, गाड़ी कब तक ठीक हो जाएगी और वहां का स्टाफ बिल्कुल भी सपोर्ट नहीं कर रहे हैं और ना ही उसका फीडबैक प्रॉपर दे रहे हैं इसकी वजह से हमें बहुत प्रॉब्लम फेस करनी पड़ रही है और गाड़ी अभी तक अभी तक यार्ड में है और और सर्विस सेंटर पर अभी तक नहीं पहुंची है कृपया गाड़ी जल्दी से जल्दी अवेलेबल कराने का कष्ट करें

                    We had purchased a Hyundai Creta car in year 2018 having vehicle No. is RJ 07 CD 6979 (copy of RC is enclosed). Our car has run only about 100, 000 km and engine is down having no pick up with it. It is giving back compressor with huge black smog.

                    I had visited Hyundai service center and they have suggested for major engine overhauling.

                    It is very serious concern that within three years and 100000 km run, the engine of the car is failed. It is surprising. This is giving bad image of Hyundai in the market. I had talked to so many people owning variant of vehicles and they all are surprised that engine of Creta is failed within three years with only 100000 km run.

                    Hyundai may look into this matter seriously and arrange repairing of the engine free of cost taking cognizance of image of the company else we will be forced to share this issue on social media.

                      I had booked Hyundai Creta EX Diesel on 30/09/2021.
                      Attached the booking chalan.
                      Dealer - MCP Hyundai
                      State- Kerala
                      Place - Thrissur
                      Executive mentioned the delivery date 2 times, one on 30th October which was postponed to 30th November.
                      Now i', m writing this on 15th December 2021 .
                      On contacting the sales executive, they tell us they do not have any idea about the delivery date.
                      Such responses from the Hyundai company will make customers switch to a different brand if the issue is not resolved soon.
                      Please look into this request on priority

                        I had purchased the new i20 astra in 2020 Dec and the front wheel tiers are getting punchured frequently. The quality of the tire seems to be very bad and there is no service available including road side assistance without waiting for more than 1 hr. I would request the company to look into the matter at the earliest and give free replacement as both the tires got punchured within a month. Waiting for a prompt response as the service of the dealer is very bad. Pincode - 682015

                          Raised a complaint for hearing sound on right side rear tire for previous service, they haven't repaired it, but after completing two month of servicing, the same right side rear tire bearing has been broken.
                          Now for for past 10days car is in service station,
                          Haven't repaired yet.

                                I recently bought an all-new Hyundai i20 from showroom on 22 oct 2021. So, my car comes with a 4 company fitted tiers of NEXEN tire company which is a korea based company. So now in just 22 days my front left tier got an air bubbles which is covered by any tire companies of India as manufacturing defect and provides a replacement of tier under warranty. So, I contacted Hyundai customer care for how I claim my tiers warranty? Because there were a no official support and services of NEXEN Tires are available in India. So, they told me to visit near by service centre and they will solve your problem. So, after that I visited my nearby Hyundai service centre on 17 Nov, and they told me that we will take picture of your tiers and mail it to NEXEN company, and they will provide you a replacement of tier. But today they call me and said that the company has rejected your claim and we can’t provide you a service for this tier you have to purchase new tier. So, they cheated with me by providing/sold a tier which have an no official services in India, which has a no warranty standards according to Indian consumer warranty policies because all other tier provided companies of india are providing warranty in this type of claim. And Hyundai can’t reject my claim by telling me that we don’t responsible for tier warranty because I bought it from them and paid to them so it’s their responsibility to provide warranty according to Indian standards.

                                this is my very bad exprience with hyundai so never bought a car which have a NEXEN company tier always told your delar to change it.

                                  I am a happy owner of Hyundai cars and am the oldest customer from Anaj Mandi, Ambala city. I had my Insurance renewed from Samta Motors, Ambala City, Haryana. We agreed to have the Car alignment and balancing done as complimentary whenever required, today I called the person and he refused to have such a discussion and needs this in writing to get it done.
                                  I was having full faith in the employees as per my all previous conversation but now, I think the ball is in other hands now and I should look for some different options for all services from Hyundai.

                                  Today, it's just a small matter but later down the line it can be huge so won't take more risk here.

                                  Sad but true, I have to look for Smrithi Hyundai for all my needs going forward.

                                    Hi i purchase grand i10 magna last year 10\12\2020 i am second owner .It was 2014 model lpg/petrol model .My chasis number is MALA851LLEM141914. I want to inform you that it is 3 cylinder car and on my RC it is mentioned it is 4 cylinder which is complete fraud with me .i am attaching my RC copy with you where i can proof it is written 4 cylinder but i verified from hyundai service center they informed me it is 3 cylinder car unexpected behaviour from hyundai .

                                      I am writing this mail with respect to the faults in my brand new car which was delivered 3 months back and has got vobble issues in the disc and that’s changed n now there’s no ice in the steering wheel for which the Advaith hyundai team changes the swing arm bush after that the motor voice started and then reduction gear was changed but now the steering is tight the service guys are trying hard but the issues are repetitive .
                                      It’s a brand new car I want it all rectified or I need a replacement of the car asa soon as possible.
                                      The car is Hyundai Verna bought in blue hyundai Basavangudi- ka 05 NC 6585 .

                                      I need an replacement at top priority.

                                        It has been a terrible experience in booking "New Thinking, New Possibilities", Hyundai Car.
                                        I had booked a AURA S (CNG, Titan Grey) on 30th Aug,
                                        At the time of booking I was promised that the delivery will be done In between 90 days.
                                        Since I want earlier due to some reasons, However I have managed my self because of the trust on Hyundai Motors.
                                        Unfortunately It has been more then 100 days since then and there is still no sign of the date of allocation from Hyundai.
                                        Even after numerous follow-ups with Key motors, they are not sure about the car's allocation from the plant.
                                        The only thing I am getting is a new month, also, the frustrating thing is like the Dealer also doesn't know when it will be delivered, just they simply say by the end of month, It may take again 1 month.

                                        We are living in the digital era still they don't know when it will be delivered.\
                                        I understood the problem of the pandemic in delivery, Although we wait until the end of the waiting period,
                                        But now it doesn't seem positive from Hyundai Motors.
                                        You are taking advantage of trusted customers, and it is like you guys playing with the feelings and needs of customers.
                                        But, please try to understand the needs of the customers, not every person book a car for passion, some people have family needs due to some emergency.

                                        Still looking for the last hope, otherwise will go to other vendors.
