Hi i purchase grand i10 magna last year 10\12\2020 i am second owner .It was 2014 model lpg/petrol model .My chasis number is MALA851LLEM141914. I want to inform you that it is 3 cylinder car and on my RC it is mentioned it is 4 cylinder which is complete fraud with me .i am attaching my RC copy with you where i can proof it is written 4 cylinder but i verified from hyundai service center they informed me it is 3 cylinder car unexpected behaviour from hyundai .

Now i am going to file a report against hyundai on CONSUMER FORUM

    I am writing this mail with respect to the faults in my brand new car which was delivered 3 months back and has got vobble issues in the disc and that’s changed n now there’s no ice in the steering wheel for which the Advaith hyundai team changes the swing arm bush after that the motor voice started and then reduction gear was changed but now the steering is tight the service guys are trying hard but the issues are repetitive .
    It’s a brand new car I want it all rectified or I need a replacement of the car asa soon as possible.
    The car is Hyundai Verna bought in blue hyundai Basavangudi- ka 05 NC 6585 .

    I need an replacement at top priority.

      It has been a terrible experience in booking "New Thinking, New Possibilities", Hyundai Car.
      I had booked a AURA S (CNG, Titan Grey) on 30th Aug,
      At the time of booking I was promised that the delivery will be done In between 90 days.
      Since I want earlier due to some reasons, However I have managed my self because of the trust on Hyundai Motors.
      Unfortunately It has been more then 100 days since then and there is still no sign of the date of allocation from Hyundai.
      Even after numerous follow-ups with Key motors, they are not sure about the car's allocation from the plant.
      The only thing I am getting is a new month, also, the frustrating thing is like the Dealer also doesn't know when it will be delivered, just they simply say by the end of month, It may take again 1 month.

      We are living in the digital era still they don't know when it will be delivered.\
      I understood the problem of the pandemic in delivery, Although we wait until the end of the waiting period,
      But now it doesn't seem positive from Hyundai Motors.
      You are taking advantage of trusted customers, and it is like you guys playing with the feelings and needs of customers.
      But, please try to understand the needs of the customers, not every person book a car for passion, some people have family needs due to some emergency.

      Still looking for the last hope, otherwise will go to other vendors.

        My car RC number is MH04KR4119 I am facing problem with my android music system which I purchased from index Hyundai dahisar showroom when I purchased my new creta 2021.Also they gave a fake parcel tray which was not a genuine Hyundai product from showroom which I recently got replaced with regular follow up.About music system I am asking for a Blaupunkt music system which is available with them and they are not giving it me as I have tried all other brands available with them with lot of problem..I request u to kindly look in to this or I have to take a legal action..A company Hyundai can't leave a customer un satisfied..I hope I'll get a positive response..thanks

          Hello Sir/Madam,

          I just want to bring to notice that my Hyundai Santro Xing GLS-JH09X2758 met with an accident in which it get totally damaged. I claimed for the insurance but my RC cancellation is still pending in the DTO.

          Here the problem is with the Shree Hyundai workshop where my vehicle is parked. They are asking for 18k as a fine for parking. I don't understand if my process is still pending then why I've to pay for anything. And I just wanted to know that where I'll take the vehicle as workshop manager is continuously calling me for vehicle pickup.

          Is this the way Hyundai deal with their customers in a bad situation ?

            Dear team,

            I have brought a new grand i10 car in August'2020 with very much trust on hyundai brand.

            But before few days when I was travelling suddenly tyre was blast, fortunately me and my family are safe but in same kind of accident there were 3 people died in my area only just a month ago.

            When I goes to shiv hyundai Rajkot they said that you have to go at RK tyre (Good year tyre dealer) then today I come to RK tyre Rajkot bit they also denied to replace the tyre and said that you have to pay full amount of tyre if you want to change as it's not included in warranty.

            I am very much unhappy with this kind of answer given by dealer..

            Hope for positive and favourable reply.

              This is the concern regarding New Creta HR98A 9939.

              All the exterior plastics whitened & discoloured due to inferior plastic used in my Hyundai new creta.
              It happened with in one month of purchase. From the dealer Dee EMM hyundai I got the communication that there is no permanent solution for the same.
              This is really disappointing that I purchased 16 lac rupees car & got such a inferior quality.

              Hyundai should give a replacement of exterior plastics in that case.

              Expected a positive response.

                  ( Confirmation letter dt, 16/11/2021, Att )

                  2. The purchase was carried out through CSD vide their Demand ID 637781 dt 27 Sep 21 in favour of M/S HYUNDAI MOTORS INDIA LTD, M/S CHARISHMA GOLDWHEELS (P) LTD, PLOT NO 7, IND AREA,
                  CHANDIGARH, Vender Code NO 4123.

                  3. Following amounts were paid which may be cross-checked for correctness;

                  a. Rs 5000/- as booking amount on 11 Sep 21, bearing bill No 1862.
                  b. Demand Draft of Rs. 675302 to CSD dt 27 Sep 21.
                  b. Rs. 28017/- to M/S CHARISHMA GOLDWHEELS (P) LTD dt 01 Oct 21.
                  c. Rs 500/- to Registering and Licensing Auth. On 01 Oct 21.

                  4. The delivery of the vehicle was taken on 01-Oct-2021 18:31:56 (TEMP REG MARK - T1021CH0908B, APPLICATION NO - CH[protected], CHASSIS NO. MALFC81BLMM247638 &
                  ENGINE NO. G4LAMM964034), TEMP REG NO T1021CH0908B valid from 01-OCT-2021 TO 01-MAR-2022.

                  5. At the time of delivery of the car we were not handed over the documents required for the registration of the car on the pretext that the signatory was not present and had left a bit early due to some commitment at home and were promised that documents shall be delivered to us the following day i.e. on 02 Oct 21 whereas the same was delivered to us, after much coaxing and cajoling, on 17 Nov 21.
                  Text message of the staff on 16 Nov 21 for sending the location of my residence can be shown if required.
                  (Same has been forwarded to Ms Poonam Rathi, Customer Care Manager(Sales), Hundai Charisma, Chandigarh).

                  6. All this transpired in the presence of the branch head (who did the usual rituals/ceremonies of giving sweets and handing over of the car keys as there was only one car to be delivered on that particular day while dealing person’s Mr Ajay and Mr Tarun were also present besides sales head.

                  7. Now from here, the problem started for which we had to pay the following amount’s for the lack of technical knowledge, lackadaisical and unprofessional attitude of the Hyundai staff namely Mr Tarun and Mr Ajay, as they did not hand over the required documents till 17 Nov 2021 (Screenshot of message of your staff already forwarded to Ms Poonam Rathi, Customer Care Manager(Sales), Hundai Charisma, Chandigarh.

                  Since Mr Ajay kept reiterating that that the penalty starts from after expiry of three months, and there-fore delayed the handing over the documents, this resulted in following penalty to us by Haryana Transport Dept.

                  a. Rs 7770/- as fine/ penalty
                  b. Rs. 580/- towards penal interest


                  Total Amounting to Rs 8350/-

                  8. In view of the position explained above you are kindly requested to refund/adjust the amount of Rs. 8350 /- to us as soon as possible. It may be mentioned here that our efforts to resolve the issue at the branch level ( Dealing with Ms poonam Rathi, Hyundai charisma, Chandigarh ) has fallen on deaf ears and no solution has been achieved.

                  9. Kindly do the needful at the earliest so that our family remains your permanent customers as we have already purchased I-10 from you about 5 years back in the name of Maj Abhishek Soni from your Panchkula Branch & the same is still with us.

                    My name is Rohit Drall and I'm the owner of Elite i20, I want to draw your attention to the problems I face in getting delivery of my vehicle.
                    On 25th November I dropped my vehicle to the hyundai workshop which is located on the below mentioned address:

                    Plot No. 20 Block-A Nr. Bharat Petrol Pump, Keshopur Industrial Area, Vikaspuri, Delhi, 110015

                    As I mentioned that I dropped my i20 on 25th november and I was told that we'll check and try to deliver your vehicle as soon as possible, but those are only words from them. In reality I didn't receive my car back. When I chased them about the same, I only came to know that "some parts are not available in the workshop as well as all over India '' and also according to them, those remaining parts won't be available till January.
                    It's been 11 days since I dropped my vehicle and still they don't have the required parts.
                    I mean what kind of after sales service is this?

                    Is this your regular behaviour towards your loyal customers?

                    If I still don't get any assurance then I'm definitely going to escalate it further until I get the satisfactory reason for this much delay and the assurity to deliver my car on time.

                          With due respect I have to inform you that I had given my Santro car No.DL6CS2501 for service on 02/12/2021date. Only the service was required and nothing else. I had recently got all oils changed from somewhere else but despite my telling all this to your service person Mr Dheeraj Sharma, you all have raised bill for brake oil, fuel injector cleaning, throttle body cleaning and a few other things. a
                          All of these are mentioned in the bill attatched. This is not the first time. You all add up a lot of other charges and always raise a high bill. In my case only washing and cleaning was required which we generally get it done in maximum 1500 rs while you all charge above 1700 for that. In addition a lot of my petrol was taken out.
                          I ended up paying Rs 5234 which could have been done within 2000 Rs. The changing of oils was not required and this was informed to your team by me. Also my car was returned at a much late time than what was promised to me. This is just not acceptable. I would like you to personally look into the matter and tell your team not to take decisions on their own and then ask the customer to pay for the same

                            I had give my card for service because there voice coming through mu side engine of a car to a divine motors in vapi char rasta but they didn’t done anything as i expected moreover they took 25% of the service charge from me which is approx 46000 forcefully which is not applicable if the car is under warranty and there is no discount as promised on bill . The engine is not working well though the things which comes under services like horn, wireless charger etc are not working well ..even they didn’t fit wireless charger. It is a big thing that company like hyundai are not providing good services and overall they took money from customers forcefully to give a good and fast service which is not fair in reply …i will compaint to higher authority if i didn’t get my refund back …i need you to put a immediate complaint agains divine hyundai motors to fix the things back ….beside from this they didn’t give me back my car on promise date they took 3 months to fix a car service which is not good at all and thats not all i have more complaint regarding that motor …please reply me asap.

                              After service car deliverd to me but car was not performing good, I was complaint about this to concern person and found technical problem is coming car's steering after checking, he told me this part is not available currently, once this will receive then call you, I was 2-3 times reached service center but still not resolved, today 4th'Dec I was come service center but they denied due to work load,

                                Dear Hyndai Team,

                                This is regarding with the problems I faced after purchasing my car which is Hundai venue ( MH 04 KL 7710 ) from Modai Hyundai, Thane

                                I have been following up with Shubh ashar from hyundai Modi, Thane. I have started my conversation with him from 1st November 2021, where we started speaking about the problem we are facing, he replied 6 days later to my message for which I will share a screenshot to prove myself. A week later after we spoke my vehicle was called to the showroom for the changes they had promised they will make, after everything was done as promised I was still disappointed as my head lights stopped working in the middle of the night, I was again travelling from a specific point where Headlights are a must for my vision and yet they disappointed me because one of them stopped working even after replacing them which is recently new from the showroom.

                                After all this happening with me, I got in touch with Namrata shinde ( Head of accessories), Mumbai Hyundai. She apologised for replying late to me which is nice but not expected from someone working for a reputed company like Hyundai, India.

                                After a dew days When I was following up with her for my headlights, she suddenly started threatening me if I have mentioned all the product details in my previous mail, and if not I will not receive anything from the company. She also asked me to mail everything I was asking for as she thought I was bluffing and I did not mean it, really disappointing to see this kind of behaviour from someone who is representing Hyundai, still I sent all the related documents and the billls which are necessary. After giving All the necessary documents still there was no ethics to reply to my messages. I even sent a photo of the issues I faced after replacing my headlights, Poor maintenance is Murder is what I believe, firstly my fog lights get on fire where we all could have lost our lives, Secondly this behaviour which was thrown as an attitude to me is something which I will not expect from reputed Brand like Hyundai.

                                Also, varsha from your team told me that the headlights for my car come with a certain voltage which has to be followed before putting it in the car. Again I was lied here When I bought the car this information was not shared to me when i purchased the accessories from Hyundai showroom.

                                I was lied and kept in the dark every single time when I spoke to someone from hyundai. Really disappointing to see such kind of behaviour from a team like Hyundai

                                1st - fog lights on fire where we could loose our lives( Attached files for your reference)

                                2nd - Replaced headlights and fog lights not working as per your commitment.

                                3rd - lies about the products installed in my car

                                Need a solution to save my life from A brand who is trying to kill me whenever I install something from them which is called “ genuine Hyundai Products

                                This email is regarding the incident which occurred while I was travelling in Mumbai from andheri to thane. I have a Hundai Venue (SX) Diesel 12.2020 model. We were in bumper to bumper traffic when an auto rickshaw next to us started shouting that the bumper was on fire, we got down and immediately rushed to extinguish the fire.
                                The left Fog light area was totally on fire with the lower left bumper burning, we were lucky enough to extinguish the fire in time or else it would have reached the Bonet and there could have been a blast. There were a total of 3 people in the car, who would have been responsible if something would have gone wrong ? Our life was at stake there! This is not at all expected from a brand like Hyundai, I don't feel safe in this car any longer. I need your utmost attention to this incident and I want an immediate solution for this.

                                    I got a call from Advaith Motors Pvt Ltd S8407 No.167/ 37-2, 3rd Main, Industrial Town, Near Fire Station Rajajinagar 560 010. on 23/11/2021 asked to book appointment for my car Services. I also taken appointment as per their suggestion for my I10 car service Vehicle No. KA 51 P 8476 for the day 24/11/21 and requested to pick up vehicle by 8.30am. On 24/11/21 morning waited up to 9 am but no one came to pick vehicle, immediately I called up the person who had appointed to pick vehicle, he said will come in with in 30 minutes. Again waited another 30 minutes but he reached at 11am to pick vehicle. He inspected the vehicle and written pick up time 8.30 am in slip and taken signature.
                                    A person called from the services centre Mr. Prakash K V and explained about the issue and required spare parts, service and oil. I accepted to change engine oil, required parts and General services. He suggested to put mesh to protect from rat bite. He has taken two days to delivery back vehicle after services. The next day of delivery, I had checked vehicle and comfort after service. But surprisingly vehicle started making noise even in good road earlier it was in rough road. I am not found any smoothness of the vehicle after services. The mesh what they had put it is not neat and proper. They cleaned nicely Outside the body but inside they not at all done any cleaning. I opened the bonnet and saw its fully dust.
                                    My strong feeling, they not done any services just raised invoice and collected amount from me. They talk to the people very friendly but in services wise very bad.

                                      I have purchased Hyndai I 20 Sports from Vantage Hyundai Hajipur bihar In last month of october but till today i did not get my registration number. For this act when i contact with the agency they did not give satisfactory answer. They replied that they havre mentioned complain. Now they did not pick up call or they did not give any answer regarding my problem. They also replied there is no any banefit to complain anyone regarding this matter so i decided to make complain on consumer form regarding this matter. so i make cmpalin against Vantage Hyndai

                                        I request Hyundai motors india to Please help me out for my vehicle in facing the problem of engine oil consumption so I request the company to please arrange the back call from the company to me so that I can make my vehicle repair in genuine service dealership and got satisfied
