My name is Rohit Drall and I'm the owner of Elite i20, I want to draw your attention to the problems I face in getting delivery of my vehicle.
On 25th November I dropped my vehicle to the hyundai workshop which is located on the below mentioned address:

As I mentioned that I dropped my i20 on 25th november and I was told that we'll check and try to deliver your vehicle as soon as possible, but those are only words from them. In reality I didn't receive my car back. When I chased them about the same, I only came to know that "some parts are not available in the workshop as well as all over India '' and also according to them, those remaining parts won't be available till January.
It's been 11 days since I dropped my vehicle and still they don't have the required parts.
I mean what kind of after sales service is this?

Is this your regular behaviour towards your loyal customers?

If I still don't get any assurance then I'm definitely going to escalate it further until I get the satisfactory reason for this much delay and the assurity to deliver my car on time.

    I had booked a car and paid the entire amount, the dealer is not making the delivery, making new excuses everytime.I am terribly pressurised to pay my amount, blackmailed that they will give the car to another customer . And now doing nothing once received my complete amunt

      I was purchase eon car in November 2016 and after 3 years car rouf top color crumbled and days to days increase I was visited neatest gundai service center don't given satisfied response than after complain don't any response from your side so I will negative marketing pitch in market for you company hyundai

        Respected sir,

        With due respect I have to inform you that I had given my Santro car No.DL6CS2501 for service on 02/12/2021date. Only the service was required and nothing else. I had recently got all oils changed from somewhere else but despite my telling all this to your service person Mr Dheeraj Sharma, you all have raised bill for brake oil, fuel injector cleaning, throttle body cleaning and a few other things. a
        All of these are mentioned in the bill attatched. This is not the first time. You all add up a lot of other charges and always raise a high bill. In my case only washing and cleaning was required which we generally get it done in maximum 1500 rs while you all charge above 1700 for that. In addition a lot of my petrol was taken out.
        I ended up paying Rs 5234 which could have been done within 2000 Rs. The changing of oils was not required and this was informed to your team by me. Also my car was returned at a much late time than what was promised to me. This is just not acceptable. I would like you to personally look into the matter and tell your team not to take decisions on their own and then ask the customer to pay for the same

          I had give my card for service because there voice coming through mu side engine of a car to a divine motors in vapi char rasta but they didn’t done anything as i expected moreover they took 25% of the service charge from me which is approx 46000 forcefully which is not applicable if the car is under warranty and there is no discount as promised on bill . The engine is not working well though the things which comes under services like horn, wireless charger etc are not working well ..even they didn’t fit wireless charger. It is a big thing that company like hyundai are not providing good services and overall they took money from customers forcefully to give a good and fast service which is not fair in reply …i will compaint to higher authority if i didn’t get my refund back …i need you to put a immediate complaint agains divine hyundai motors to fix the things back ….beside from this they didn’t give me back my car on promise date they took 3 months to fix a car service which is not good at all and thats not all i have more complaint regarding that motor …please reply me asap.

            My car's service done on 07'Nov'21 at Gwalior service center Of ASM hundai,

            After service car deliverd to me but car was not performing good, I was complaint about this to concern person and found technical problem is coming car's steering after checking, he told me this part is not available currently, once this will receive then call you, I was 2-3 times reached service center but still not resolved, today 4th'Dec I was come service center but they denied due to work load,

              This is regarding with the problems I faced after purchasing my car which is Hundai venue ( MH 04 KL 7710 ) from Modai Hyundai, Thane

              I have been following up with Shubh ashar from hyundai Modi, Thane. I have started my conversation with him from 1st November 2021, where we started speaking about the problem we are facing, he replied 6 days later to my message for which I will share a screenshot to prove myself. A week later after we spoke my vehicle was called to the showroom for the changes they had promised they will make, after everything was done as promised I was still disappointed as my head lights stopped working in the middle of the night, I was again travelling from a specific point where Headlights are a must for my vision and yet they disappointed me because one of them stopped working even after replacing them which is recently new from the showroom.

              After all this happening with me, I got in touch with Namrata shinde ( Head of accessories), Mumbai Hyundai. She apologised for replying late to me which is nice but not expected from someone working for a reputed company like Hyundai, India.

              After a dew days When I was following up with her for my headlights, she suddenly started threatening me if I have mentioned all the product details in my previous mail, and if not I will not receive anything from the company. She also asked me to mail everything I was asking for as she thought I was bluffing and I did not mean it, really disappointing to see this kind of behaviour from someone who is representing Hyundai, still I sent all the related documents and the billls which are necessary. After giving All the necessary documents still there was no ethics to reply to my messages. I even sent a photo of the issues I faced after replacing my headlights, Poor maintenance is Murder is what I believe, firstly my fog lights get on fire where we all could have lost our lives, Secondly this behaviour which was thrown as an attitude to me is something which I will not expect from reputed Brand like Hyundai.

              Also, varsha from your team told me that the headlights for my car come with a certain voltage which has to be followed before putting it in the car. Again I was lied here When I bought the car this information was not shared to me when i purchased the accessories from Hyundai showroom.

              I was lied and kept in the dark every single time when I spoke to someone from hyundai. Really disappointing to see such kind of behaviour from a team like Hyundai

              1st - fog lights on fire where we could loose our lives( Attached files for your reference)

              2nd - Replaced headlights and fog lights not working as per your commitment.

              3rd - lies about the products installed in my car

              Need a solution to save my life from A brand who is trying to kill me whenever I install something from them which is called “ genuine Hyundai Products

              This email is regarding the incident which occurred while I was travelling in Mumbai from andheri to thane. I have a Hundai Venue (SX) Diesel 12.2020 model. We were in bumper to bumper traffic when an auto rickshaw next to us started shouting that the bumper was on fire, we got down and immediately rushed to extinguish the fire.
              The left Fog light area was totally on fire with the lower left bumper burning, we were lucky enough to extinguish the fire in time or else it would have reached the Bonet and there could have been a blast. There were a total of 3 people in the car, who would have been responsible if something would have gone wrong ? Our life was at stake there! This is not at all expected from a brand like Hyundai, I don't feel safe in this car any longer. I need your utmost attention to this incident and I want an immediate solution for this.

                  I got a call from Advaith Motors Pvt Ltd S8407 No.167/ 37-2, 3rd Main, Industrial Town, Near Fire Station Rajajinagar 560 010. on 23/11/2021 asked to book appointment for my car Services. I also taken appointment as per their suggestion for my I10 car service Vehicle No. KA 51 P 8476 for the day 24/11/21 and requested to pick up vehicle by 8.30am. On 24/11/21 morning waited up to 9 am but no one came to pick vehicle, immediately I called up the person who had appointed to pick vehicle, he said will come in with in 30 minutes. Again waited another 30 minutes but he reached at 11am to pick vehicle. He inspected the vehicle and written pick up time 8.30 am in slip and taken signature.
                  A person called from the services centre Mr. Prakash K V and explained about the issue and required spare parts, service and oil. I accepted to change engine oil, required parts and General services. He suggested to put mesh to protect from rat bite. He has taken two days to delivery back vehicle after services. The next day of delivery, I had checked vehicle and comfort after service. But surprisingly vehicle started making noise even in good road earlier it was in rough road. I am not found any smoothness of the vehicle after services. The mesh what they had put it is not neat and proper. They cleaned nicely Outside the body but inside they not at all done any cleaning. I opened the bonnet and saw its fully dust.
                  My strong feeling, they not done any services just raised invoice and collected amount from me. They talk to the people very friendly but in services wise very bad.

For this act when i contact with the agency they did not give satisfactory answer. They replied that they havre mentioned complain. Now they did not pick up call or they did not give any answer regarding my problem. They also replied there is no any banefit to complain anyone regarding this matter so i decided to make complain on consumer form regarding this matter. so i make cmpalin against Vantage Hyndai

                        I purchased Hyundai Santro Sportz from Goyal Hyundai Ludhiana in August 2021...dealing was not satisfactory...I rated very less when I get a call from head office..but Mr Gurjeet Singh get my signature on blank form and he filled that form with 10/10 points...very disgusting...I met with an accident and company personnel took my car from home on 22.10.2021 and I requested to deliver it as early as possible...Mr Shashi said it will be delivered on 25.10.2021 till evening..but due to company's negligence the boy who was on the way to deliver my car was not trustworthy...I gave so many calls to him but he was taking so much time...it was very suspicious...the boy who was driving the car was without Licence...there was a naka on the way...he was wrongly driving the car due to which he was challaned...but as he was unable to show his License.. police asked for RC..but it was with me...Mr Shashi, Customer Care Manager, and unfortunately GM Mr. Satish all asked me to give my RC so that the car should not be Bond by the police .. I was not ready to give it because it was against rules as I was not at fault...and I knew it that after giving RC company will not pay any heed to it...and I was very much right...I gave my RC to Mr Rajesh and Shashi and they promised to give it back after paying challan..the car was delivered to me at 11.45 p.m...i was totally harassed..but till date I didn't get my RC ..I am giving calls to almost all the people of Goyal Hyundai Ludhiana but now they are not even picking my call and making fake excuses every day...kindly resolve the issue otherwise I have to take legal action against the company.

                          My car (DL 8C AZ 7778) got accident on 8th October 2021 . I visited to prestige Hyundai agency which is on bypass road Faridabad Haryana.. they took 24 days time after that they gave my car without finishing up .. not done proper rubbing and painting, car have rubbing scratches on it and didn't properly maintain all the things in my car parts they replace are not in good condition.very bad experience I have faced please do any favourable thing as soon as possible

                                Have registered Road side assistance complaint @10:00 o clock on 27th November (Saturday), complaint number X[protected]IND.
                                As I met with an accident in Munnar (Kerala) and I requested team to arrange towing vehicle to Coimbatore for body shop (which is 160 km from Munnar) rather near by service center (83 km from Munnar) and I was ready to pay for extra kilometers.
                                Have made multiple calls to Hyundai RSA team to know the status of request but every time I failed to receive status and received comment as they will arrange call from supervisor which i have not received even after making more than 15 calls from 10:00am to till 5:00pm which was pathetic ( even till now no call from supervisor or any one from Hyundai RSA team 30th November).
                                They just registered the complaint and forwarded to the service provider with out giving proper update.
                                Finally @5 o clock the service provider reached Munnar and demanded full amount (160*70₹ =11, 900₹) And I had paid to avail service as I do not have any option and car to be reached to service center since I was leaving Munnar on the same day.
                                I never expected this kind of service from reputed car company like Hyundai, they can deny taking request from customer if they are not ready to provide service but after having eligibility of RSA still they gave me mental torture through out the day.
                                I think Hyundai team do not have any ethics and values towards customer, they see us as money spenders.
                                I request Hyundai India to please do not give mental torture to any customer in future how they did to me today.
                                I request Consumer forum team to take action against Hyundai India.

                                  I had booked aura 1.2s on 16th july 2021 and delivered me on 26th july 2021.But at the delivery time found it was in jan 2021 manufactured. It was beyond my expectation. I had complained about it in aug21 but till now no result.

                                    I purchased vehicle in nov 2019. Car is in good condition as due to covid, there has been less movement. I did my third servicing this month . Yesterday I met a clutch hardening while driving in high way. It’s not acceptable for maker like hyundai have failure of clutch cylinder in only 6800 kms running. I don’t want to write much . I want OM to decide what’s to be done in this condition.

                                        Paint peeling off Hyundai Elite i20

                                        I purchased Hyundai Elitei20 white color in Feb 2017. I have been facing issue of paint peeling off multiple panels this year. Earlier this year the paint started peeling off the boot area. The boot was repainted by Moti Nagar service centre.
