Dear Sir,

I had given my Car TS 10EX 6954 to Lakshmi Hyundai ( Hyderabad, Telangana ) on 30th Oct 2021. I had got a delivery commitment for 15th Nov which was 15 days. I called on 17th Nov But Not got the Vehicle .& got commitments for another 2 days . I had called today on 19th Nov & again got an commitment for after 4 days . I really dont know whats happening Is their any thing worng with the Comnpany or the Service Delear . They are giving excue of parts not receiving from Chennai . Is it tru, generally all companies or Delaer must be keeping Parts ready with them Than why so much delay that even after 20 days Thye are not able to give

          Dear Sir/Madam,

          Myself Ashishkumar Patel, visited Riya Hyundai Visnagar on 15.11.2021 and requested for test drive.

          Riya Hyundai Executive came to my village on 16.11.2021, We took test drive and after satisfaction we said that we want to book Aura-S CNG. After that one of the executive (out of total 3) of Riya Hyundai asked my brother to give his mobile and that executive had submitted 5 star rating on Google for Riya Hyundai without asking to us which was unbelievable.

          As Riya Hyundai Executives were going to Kheralu and as informed by them that they will come late after 2 PM to Riya Hyundai Showroom Visnagar, we visited Riya Hyundai Visnagar around 3.45 PM.

          I have paid Rs 5000 cash as booking token amount and asked them to give us payment receipt. The executive named Kanji Desai told me that I can give payment receipt tomorrow only as he need to do cash deposit in Riya Hyundai Account & then only he can provide booking receipt.

          It was very much surprised moment for me & my family that for cash booking payment also we need to wait payment subject to realisation credit in Riya Hyundai account.

          It was my genuine demand for receipt of booking amount, but executive told me that we can provide receipt tomorrow only after crediting cash in Riya Hyundai's account.

          Then what is the meaning of giving booking amount cash to Hyundai Showroom? I have not paid to any person, I paid to Riya Hyundai by self visit. I have spent Rs 300 petrol of my car for such Hyundai CNG Aura booking.

          As per rude behaviour of Riya Hyundai Executive in the matter of booking amount receipt, necessary actions should be taken against Riya Hyundai and it's executives.

          Due to their rude behaviour, I was forced in situation to cancel my booking and my family became in poor state of mind due to cancellation of my dream car.

          I request Hyundai Authority to take necessary actions against this showroom and their staff so that other Customer will not suffer.

            I purchased Hyundai Creta 2021 model from Chandigarh. I went to Service Center for the issue regarding the disturbance coming out from the steering wheel. Initially, they're not able to figure out the issue but later they said the problem is with the steering motor and the AC part so did place the order. While replacing the AC part they broke another AC part which they ordered again and took approx more than a week to get, To replace the part they dismantle the complete dashboard, to get the part replaced they remove all the cables/ vent even every single piece of the dashboard in front of me which took approx 5 hours for them.

            The worst part is the steering issue is still not resolved and while changing the AC part it started another problem which I noticed a disturbance from the dashboard during driving, It feels like I'm driving 4- 5-year-old car!!!

            This is nothing less than hell to me. Please take strict action and I'm planning to head towards the consumer court for such negligence.

            If you can’t do that please escalate it to higher management else I’ll do it.

              Polar White hyundai creta bought year 2017 Oct. From last few days my well
              maintained creta car color is getting aired and bubble formation on the back side. Color removal process and rust body started in just 3 years. Worst quality paint and body. i have ever seen in any such high end car. don't by hyundai

                I have a Hyundai Creta 2016 model which has run for approximately 28000 kms. I have undertaken regular servicing and maintenance of the car from an authorised Service centre, which can be checked from the workshop records, driven single handedly by me and taken utmost care of the vehicle.
                However, my AC stopped functioning sometime back and on showing the car to an authorised service centre, it was Intimated to me that the compressor of the car has gone bad and the entire system has to be changed costing around 55000/-
                I would like to bring to your notice that I have been buying Hyundai cars for its quality and reliability and this is my third car from Hyundai and i have made my father buy an I10 for its reliability.
                Being from the DEFENCE, which believes in quality and reliability, i have ALWAYS TRUSTED hYUNDAI BUT THE COMPRESSOR GOING BAD WITHIN FIVE YEARSHAS REALLY DENTED MY TRUST ON HYUNDAI

                I WOULD REQUEST YOU TO PLEASE CONSIDER MY CASE AND REQUEST TO REPLACE THE COMPRESSOR AND OTHER ASSOCIATED PARTS GRATIS AS A ONE TIME GOODWILL GESTURE TO REIMPOSE MY TRUST IN HYUNDAI

                    Hi, I have bought a New CretaSX in Hyderabad Jan 2021 - This is my 2nd Hyundai Car, I am getting issues and complaints so regularly. I am facing lot a trouble at mid nights on road, panaromic issues, sensors issues, Engine pickup and mileage issues

                    Not sure after taking Rs, 19 lakhs still their is no proper quality of vehicles

                      I have done service for my vehicle Hyundai Asta of vehicle number KL-22-A-9630 on 02/08/2021 due to steering and A/C Complaints at Hyundai Showroom, Popular Motor World Pvt. Ltd, Kootthattukulam, Ernakulam, Kerala. As per the complaint detection the service team informed me and replaced certain parts related to steering and A/C during service. They have charged me of bill amount ₹14959/-(Bill No: B[protected]. The Showroon have given me a promise of guarantee 6 months. After few days of service the vehicle showed the same complaints on before service, I have informed the showroom reagarding the issue serveral times but they were not willing to hear and didn't take any action to resolve my issue. Such a kind improper behavior and fraudulent in service will ruin the faith of customers like me upon hyundai. So I kindly request you to take necessary actions against the showroom and also resolve my vehicle's complaints as soon as possible

                        I have creta sxo[protected] having customer id c[protected]
                        Vin no malc381ulkm548479. I have full warranty 3 years unlimited kms and full insurance but all problems pending. Repair order (R[protected]R[protected]. Running repair works done authorized hyundai service station of punjab and haryana. I had given my car for repair at service centre of hyundai in mansa after that bathinda. Based on initial investigation they told me that they will changed air bag module. But after that they told me one air bag missing at bathinda service center. Pendrive system of the car also does not work while they changed module by untrained employee.. The untrained employees also damage my car wires by screwdrivers and mouth cutting wire not do professionaly work. The service employees cracked pastic part near the pendrive, parts of my car unbalanced not proper fitted, many screws and module parts thrown on mat. The system of car and pendrive, steering button (Ok, vol updown) rear sensor not working properly, the lower portion of car parts and pipes show corrosion. I suffered so much harassment during the repair of my car because i visit service station at bathinda 13 november 9.00 am gate paas 6.39 pm returned at 9 pm with no solution of my car and problems increased. I does not satisfied by the hyundai because they do not work professionally and works without customer safety and security, with so much harrasment, doing fraud with customers i request you to solve my problems as soon as possible if my problem no solve i do legal action.

                          I booked I 10nios magna cng dated on 18/July/2021 from dealer Garve Hyundai Wakad showroom first they given me confirmation that you will get vehicle before three month now it’s four month is up still not received any proper confirmation and any support from sales and service team regarding same and I visit garve Wakad showroom multiple times for the same but yet not received any confirmation so after taking so much follow up then I decided to raise complaint about it so expected fast delivery or else will cancel the order and will chose different company vechicle which provide quick response and vehicle

                            i have visited your Hyundai dealership in Patiala last week but i am so disappointed from their dealing. At first they said they cannot confirm about the delivery time of the vehicle and if I want it early then they can arrange it by paying Rs.50k extra. secondly it is mandatory to purchase insurance and extended warranty from the dealership if we are not interested in that they will not book the vehicle.
                            I am very disappointed by the behavior of your dealership. they are dealing very unethically and ruthlessly and representing hyundai in a very bad way to the customer.

                              Hope you doing well.

                              I'm writing this for complaining about service and customer response of your one of the service center from my city.

                              I'm writing from Botad, Gujarat, India - 364710.

                              I'm the owner of Hyundai Grand i10 magna from 2017.
                              Recently I'm facing an issue which is about the indication light for airbag in meter. The airbag light does not switching off even after Air bag is not opened.

                              When I was gone for resolving this problem in service center, they are telling me to leave my car for a week for such a minor issue.

                              Hence I visited other city's Hyundai service center they are telling me that can be fix within a day or two.

                              Then why this so much different between same company service center.?
                              And in Botad service center they are behaving rudely with customers.

                                    Dear team,

                                    I was purchased the NiOS sports CNG variant on Oct. 2020 and the experience is awesome. But, from last 2.months i am facing the problem with Front left door speaker and door noise and vibrations during playing the music. I was complaint the same with Kundan Hyundai {Thermax Chowk - Chinchwad} at the time of 2nd free servicing on 10.09.2021. After servicing the service person Mr. Ankush Turke told me the door and speaker has been checked and tightened please check and if feel the same then revisit again. After picking my.car.from show room the problem is occurred in next minute when I play the music. I think they just lie me and fool me as they.told checked and tightened the door.
                                    I was call him and again re visited the show room on 10.10.2021 with same problem. They again waste my 2-3 hours by checking the sound of speaker and door externally and told me by assuming as the speaker is damaged. They told.me the speaker will be replaced in warranty period but, the part is not available right now, we will try to get from other show room if available in 2 days but if not available then it will be ordered from Mumbai and will be available in approx. 10 days and then we will call you.
                                    Now, it's more.than month and till no any response received yet. Every time I called them for status, most of the time they didn't pick the calls. They /him didn't make single call to me for any updates.

                                    I'm just irritating to listen the songs in my car and spoil my mood daily. The things happened from last 02 months and i just hate to listen the songs in my car because of Hyundai service.

                                    I hope you will understand the things and revert ooehwith satisfactory solutions.

                                      My complaint is that I am not satisfied with your company. I bought a car on 07/05/20 (Creta 2020). Initially we used the bluelink system very easily but in the last 7 months I have been using the bluelink system. Then I visited the company 7 times and shared my problem but always said the same solution. They say the solution doesn't work. Lately I can go to the company and tell my problem .Then they say replace the BlueLink system chip. And they replaced a chip but that doesn't solve my problem. Please solve my problem I'm tired of this problem

                                        I am aashish from delhi, I have booked aura E version petrol on 9th of September in Bohra hyundai neelam bata chowk Faridabad Haryana 121001 and also paid the loan amount of 565000 but I haven't received the car and even about its information that it is available or not, your staff and also your seniours are not responding to any of my complaints and also their team leader is abusing to us, as my sister marriage is almost near on 14th November. I m too much worried about the problem your showroom giving.plz respond to this request and arrange the car as soon as possible.if this type of service you'll give to your customers than I m very disappointed about your showroom and I m not gonna suggest it it to anyone for buying cars from here.plzz help us as the marriage is too close. I m humbly requesting you to respond to this request.
