Hi,

I have been the pride owner of Hyundai i10 since May-2009, and car is driving good.
Whereas since my purchase, i had got 2 services done by them.

During first service they required 2 days to get the car ready for delivery.... amazing.. !!!
During 2nd service, they agreed to remove the stains, which was there during PDI, and give the delivery in 5 hours.. repeatedly it was confirmed and then it took 3 days for them to make the car ready... Interesting part, after their delivery they realized after i brought in their notice... they have not bothered to clean the car from inside... (Was it a affect of free service???) -- they offered free car wash next time :)
While removing 2 stains, they left numerous dot marks of rubber paint on the roof...

So just becuase the car is good, it is running, otherwise if left on the grace of these service centers, running of the car cannot be guarenteed.

    I have gave my Car PB 07 W 1240,Verna,CRDI, for repairs after a accident,in Punjab, to nearest Hyundai dealer,Novelty Hyundai Pathankot,After two months the car was not even touched,whereas on phone i was told work is on,as i live in shimla i could not visit the showroom. The Dealer Not Handed My RC to surveyor which was lying there for 45 days,so my claim got delayed. My Essential parts were missing and deliberately damaged especially plastic parts. They made a claim of Tail lights where as my front was damaged. Unnecessary parts were included. I gave instructions to Hyundai motors to not to do these repairs and replacement. If necessary ill do it personally not by claim.
    Now those parts are missing ,damaged and car was kept in stockyard. My Steering Assembly was damaged, One headlight is missing and few plastic items.
    My car is still with them ,due to which i suffered monetarily as traveling to pathankot, putting up five days in hotel,, my travel expenditure and my mothers checkup coated almost 15000 as i had to take a cab. My professional work is affected. The Total monetary loss is more than 50000
    Please give my complaints to relevant officials, as my complaints to Hyundai from one month have not given a tangent Result

    A ludhiana dealer sold and old car, where upon customer came to know upo service record showed up. it can be assumed the orignals are stolen.

      insurance not given

      i purchase i20 car from KC Hundia (A Unit of K.C Jammu Auto Mart Pvt. Ltd.) , NH -1, BYE PASS ROAD CHANNI HIMMAT JAMMU, on 13-08-09 and i also insured it from UNITED INDIA INSURANCE Co. Ltd.. after five months i met an accident and my car was badly damaged. And i claimed the insurance and Mr. Ashwani (manager K.C Hundia) he not evan listen to me but speak to me rudely and also abuse me, and denined to give any insurance....

        Hi Sir,

        I have a Santro Xing XO Nov 2005. On 15 nov it was overheathed. I went to the Orien Hundai Service center,Gurgaon and they replaced the Gas kit and several other things in the engine. On 23 nov my car met with a small accident in which my back door was hit. I gave the vehicle to them for repair and car was runnig fine at that time. They kept my car for around 10 days with them. When I went to take the delivery of my car the car was not starting. Now they say that car engine have some problem.

        First thing is that when I gave the car it was running fine then how come in those 10 days engine is faulty ? If there was some issue at that time also with the engine then why have they delivered me the car back ?
        Secondly In 15 days of getting the gas kit and other parts repaired in engine again they are saying that I have to pay for the engine repair.
        If this is the service of an authorized dealer then whats the difference between an Hundai Service center and a local road side mechanic.....
        I want them to repair my car without any charges as car is defected in their premises or give me the money back which I paid them for gas kit repair.

          I have purchased an Hyundai i10 on December 26 ,2008 from DPG Hyundai Patiala. At the time of purchaseof the vehicle the dealer promised me to provide me the exchange bonus of 15000 on the car but till date neither anybody from dealership nor form Hyundai motors try to contact me for the bonus as I have not received it yet. I gave several reminders to the dealership and laso to the area offoce of Hyundai but nobody felt bother to serve it as a result now I addressed the consumer forum.Please let me know at the earliest waht all I can do so that same thing should not happen with other customer.

          I10 — Exchange Bonus and Corporate Discount

          I purchased Hyuandai i10 from Goyal Automotive Limited, Jalandhar vide Invoice Number:H[protected] dated 22/07/2009. In the package I was offered exchange bonus of Rs.15000 and corporate discount of Rs.4000 to be paid within three months from the date of purchase. I completed all the formalities within prescribed period but I have not so far heard anythinh from the concerned dealer.No one is making proper reply to my query.

          Please apprise me with the factual position and inform within what time I will get my exchange bonus and corporate discount.

          dpg hyundai patiala — regarding service of car

          sir/madam.i sent my car for repair in dpg hyundai on 6june 2011 for repair.The manager of company commit to give car by 7june or 8th june .but i was surprised to see the condition of car they told me that head gas kit has to be changed which is not available with company it will come in 2 or 3days or if hurry i should make it available .so i went to ludhiana and got the kit and gave them on 13/06/2011.Then after giving they give me car on 17june 2011 and pay yhe bill of RS16372 by cheque .on 18june2011 the car again stop in between the way i called them they toe the car to dpg again.Iwent on 20/06/2011 again they said again same problem.as i was so harrased and want to sue them .They told me not to pay and shift to car to other dealer .so i shifted my car to sewakunj motors khanna.there i have to pay RS43972.I thought matter is over but now again letter from dpg hyundai come why i made stop payment of cheque. i want kindly look in to this matter and let me know.

            Dear Sir/ Madam

            This is regarding with the service support from Hyundai Ltd. I have purchased i10 vehicle from M/s Continental Hyundai , Mulud in August 2009. I have faced lots of issue with M/s Continental Hyundai , Mulud.

            The list of problem is as below.

            1) I have finalized my vehicle in the month of July and made 100% payment against Continental Hyundai, they people assured me a delivery within 15 days but after lots of follow up they had failed to deliver my vehicle on time. They gave me delivery on 1st August 2009.

            I had asked him for compensation as they made late delivery so Mr Umesh
            (Shop Manager) promise me compensate Rs 5000 but they failed to do this.These people are very eager to sell the vehicle but not ready for after sells support.

            2) Some days back they called for insurance paper with Smart card, but when I have visited Continental, they told me smart is lying with another office, you have to come again for same.

            3) After two month, when I had gone to M/s Sharayu Hyundai, New Mumbai for first servicing then I was shocked because even I have paid for third year extended warranty amount but My vehicle was not register in your online system for 3rd year extended Warranty. Immediately, I Was informed Continental guys but they took very lightly . They told me they will check & let me know but till date they haven’t informed me exact position about this . They are saying from company side it’s late. whereas on customer slip is is written that within 4 weeks customer get his warranty certificates.

            4) At the time of vehicle delivery, Auto cop car security system was fitted in my car but there technician forgotten to place rear door Open/ Closed switch for door open indication switch. This has also informed Umesh & prashant but they people are not serious about customer support.

            5) I am regularly following up this issue , but every day they are telling me some other story for there failures. Today I got a call from Prashant (Service Supervisor)that they have orderd this switches today and they will tentatively receive by next 11 days.
            Continental people are harassing customer. This has happened with one my friend ,who is also facing similar issue.

            Mr.Umesh ( Shop Manager) promise me to solve this issue till Tuesday but since Prashant told me some different story I don’t think they will come to my place .

            I would like to inform you that If tomorrow ( 1 Decemner 2009) , Continental Hyundai fail to fix my issue then after they will pay Rs 1000 per day till problem fix to me as a compensation.
            This is very serious issue , Hyundai has to take some strict action so that they will save there brand name .

              The desired documents i.e. the Registration Certificates for Santro and New Accent have already been submitted, again attaching the same.
              Please do the needful on TOP MOST priority before I complete my first anniversary of my car, and help me in building my TRUST with Hyundai.
              Hoping with lots of patience for last many months for a favorable answer.

                I bought a Hyundai i10 from Orion Automobiles, Gurgaon in April 09. Some noise was detected in engine of the car in August and subsequent complaint was made to the local dealer in Baroda - DownTown Motors. The car was sent for examination on 7th Oct 09 and an engineer was summoned from Chennai to examine the fault and relevant parts were sought from Chennai. However, the problem was still not resolved and the case was moved to another dealer Aldiam Motors in Baroda on 31st Oct 09. Till date, neither the fault has been fixed nor has the car been delivered by the dealer. The deadline gets extended every week by the dealer sighting new complications every time. The dealer also says that the similar problem can occur in future as well. It's but natural that if so many complications are occurring in a car which hasn't run even 3000 kms then there is a manufacturing defect which is not acknowledged by the dealer.
                In the light of above situation, we sought a replacement of the car with a fresh unit from Hyundai Motors Ltd. However, no response has been received from them despite sending repeated communication

                It is very unfortunate this is happening.I have also purchased an i10 era last month and not satisfied with the performance of the car.My car has mbeen serviced 10 days back and still the problem of wheel balancing not been done.Trying to get this piont to the dealer seems getting no proper answer

                  I purchased a Hyundai i10 ERA in November 2008 and was pretty happy with its performance until it crossed a mileage of 4000 km. Now, every time I start my car I have to wait for a minute or two before actually start driving. Not waiting leads to missing, and results in a jerky driving experience. I raised this complaint with the company dealers (Company dealers: Safdarjung, Gurgaon; Ultimate, Chandigarh) and they told me that the problem is not exclusive to me and is faced by other i10 owners also. Recently, they informed me that the company has concluded that these problems are being caused due to usage of adulterated fuel. However, the statement seems like a face saving exercise by the company. I have two cars and i refuel my cars from the same petrol station. The other car (Ford Fiesta - Petrol) is working perfectly fine. Hence, instead of blaming the adulterated fuel, the company should invest its resources to correct this manufacturing defect. Persons who are facing the same problem and are sick of jerking around in i10 can reply in the comments section. Hyundai should get to know that Indian consumers are not naive and they should get their R&D complete before launching a product into market.

                    I have a Hyundai Accent, a 2003 model, bearing registration number DL - 5CP - 0053, which developed a snag in the month of July 2007. The car was giving immense trouble while driving on Petrol and fortunately I was able to manage my drive on the CNG installation.

                    Before I start with the actual complaint I also would like to share a small background. I was also the owner of a Daewoo Cielo car make which developed myriad problems from time to time and I had trouble arranging for the genuine spare parts that were increasing hard to find because of the company’s shut down.

                    It was a most excellent car for it’s price and I was always sure that I would have maintained it if the company was operational. The constraint I felt in keeping that car was only that if the company was operating and all spares available, I would have been all willing to spend even upto a lac of rupees to make it good.

                    Hence the need generated for a car that I thought has sold numbers and is there to stay. A make backed by a car company that could be trusted with mechanical expertise, so that in the event of any technical nag, the company with it’s original equipment could easily be trusted to restore the car to it’s optimal performance.

                    Thus came the choice of the Accent make from the Hyundai stable and even the thought of looking at their company owned service outlet at the Mohan Co-operative Industrial Area at any sign of trouble.

                    I registered my car for fault finding on the 6th of July and was told that there is trouble with the Fuel Pump Assembly of the car. The only solution given was the replacement of the Fuel Pump Assembly for an approximate price of Rs.7,000/-.

                    A local mechanic that I visited, on the other hand was very sure that the problem was with the Oxygen Sensor within the Fuel Assembly. He was even sure to the extent that he had experienced a similar trouble with another Hyundai make.

                    He even went out to the extent of suggesting to speak to the official mechanics at the Hyundai Motors set-up and gave inputs upon saying that if the computerised settings were looked into the problem will be sorted.

                    Not withstanding the advice, the mechanics at Hyundai eventually changed the Fuel Pump Assembly and hence raised a bill amounting to about Rs.7,000/-. The interesting part is that the problem was temporarily resolved only while the car was being tested but otherwise still persistent.

                    Having a regular job in the corporate world and being unable to take too many leaves on account of a car trouble, I was groping for possible solutions and ways to save time to be able to get the car repaired without having to look out for another off from office.

                    Upon my phone call to the Hyundai personnel handling the case, the feedback upon the persistent problem did not evoke any responses other than having to say that I get the car back to them for another check-up. As such the senior mechanics at Hyundai’s very own service station at Mohan Co-operative were speechless about it.

                    The experience was frustrating and I wondered how a piece of machine built so finely from a scratch by the very hands of the people of a company, was now, so to say, irreparable in the hands of the people of the same company.

                    On a Sunday, at the car market at Kotla Mubarakpur, I found myself looking at having at least my CNG installation up to the mark since my mobility literally depended upon it. And to my utter surprise, while I related my experience to the mechanic there, he assured me look into helping to his utmost best.

                    I was expecting he would need time and hence drifted to a nearby market, only to receive a call from the same mechanic in about 15 minutes, informing that the car was done and there should not be any further trouble with it.

                    The car is functioning without any trouble since then and he gave me the solution that people at even Hyundai were unable to resolve.

                    I am unwilling to share that solution here in this mail and it is not that I am all bleeding with the incurrence of that unwanted billing of the Rs.7,000/- amount. But what the experience at Hyundai has done is to question my faith in the ability of the, so called, trained mechanics of this very BIG giant of an organization that call themselves HYNDAI.

                    It is now not surprising to see that their official website does not have any real time complaint box to cater to their clients. It speaks volumes for a car maker to becoming snobbish in their own way to deliver cars without promises. To nurture pride without acceding to pot holes where they can fail.

                    I had totally given up upon having anything to with the car company as such and planned to just depend on my local mechanics for running of my car. The thought however, still trouble me when I think of the pinch of my hard earned money having spent effortlessly. Lacking the effort of the company officials at Hyundai.

                    And what I look forward to with this mail is that if there are people at Hyndai, willing to LISTEN to their customers, then I shall very much be in want of a refund of the brunt of Rs.7,000/- that I have had to face on account of their negligence. And in return I can share that small solution which a local mechanic administers leasing life to the car that is otherwise HYUNDAI.

                    I HAD BOOKED 1 i10 MAGNA CAR ON 19/11/2009 IN ASHIANA AUTOMOBILES (PATNA, BIHAR-INDIA) BY PAYING IN CHEQUE (DATED 19/11/2009) AMOUNT Rs.210701/= AND GOT THE COMMITMENT FROM THERE OFFICIALS NAMELY
                    RAHUL KUMAR AND THERE V P MR.PATNAIK TO DELIVER THE CAR ON 26/11/2009 .

                    BUT ON THAT PARTICULAR DATE THEY HAD DINIED TO MAKE DELIVERY .

                    AND THEY TOLD ME WE HAD DELIVER YOUR COMMITED i10 TO ANY OTHER BUYER .THIS IS TOTAL FROUD FROM ASHIANA ANLONG WITH HYUNDAI MOTOR.

                    I HAD NEVER EXPECTED THIS KIND OF TOTAL FAILURE AND TOTAL CHEAT FROM HYUNDAI MOTOR .

                    IF THIS IS MANNER YOUR HYUNDAI MOTOR WORKS IN INDIA, I CAN ASSURE ALL THAT COMPANY GOODWILL WILL NOT LAST LONGER IN INDIA .AND THE DAYS ARE NUMBERED IN INDIA..

                      I am writing to you with deep regret that I made a mistake of buying a Hyundai i10 from Sunrise Motors, Patparganj, New Delhi. I happened to take that decision since I had been driving a Santro since March 2004 and had been fully satisfied with the performance of the car.

                      The i10 car had been giving problems of hard clutch right from the first day. During the 1st service at Sunrise Hyundai, despite repeatedly pointing this out, the problem was never attended and I was told that the car is too new and things will smoothen out soon. The car clutch gets hardened as it is driven for a longer time in Delhi. My daily commute involves about 40 kms a day with over 50% of the distance being heavy city traffic. As things get warmed up, the car clutch gets so tightened that pressing it and holding it becomes a “Project” for me.

                      However, despite driving it for next six months, the problem did not get solved and the car became due for next service. This time I took the car to Hyundai Motor Plaza since that it is the company’s only own outlet. The problem was pointed out to the service engineer. However, even after recognizing the problem was not rectified and I was told that a “Technical Team” would come from Hyundai and I would be called then to show the problem in the car.

                      Somebody known to me in HMP promptly informed me when such a team came in on 16th July 2009 and I took my car there. The car was duly checked and I was told that a test drive would be taken to assess the condition of the clutch. After due test drive the technical team found the Manufacturing Fault with the clutch and I was told that it has been replaced. The work order no for the same is B[protected] dated 17th July 2009.

                      The car ran okay for first few days and then started giving the same problem again. On calling up HMP, I was told to wait for few days as things may smoothen out. To the contrary I realized that in last 4 months, things actually deteriorated and the condition of the clutch has gone from bad to worse. I have taken the car to HMP today after due booking again and have been issued a job card no. R[protected] dated 21st Nov 2009. To my horror, I realized that the service engineer there is not ready to help me out. Rather, the stand being taken is that there is no problem with the clutch. On repeated insistence, the car was retained by HMP and I was told that they will decide the future action once they test drive it. Despite repeated reminders, I was told about the status of the car despite the fact that I would need to arrange for a transport to commute back home in case the car is not returned to me.

                      I am astonished at the deterioration in the service levels and the attitude of Hyundai towards its customers, particularly the loyal ones who bought another car after having a good experience with the first one. The company and its representatives should be sensitive enough to realize that I would not be wasting the company and my time for something immaterial.

                      I need urgent help in the matter as driving the car with such a faulty clutch has become a nightmare for me. The kind of harassment I am facing with the car has led to complete evaporation on experience of a new car.

                      I will again request Hyundai to kindly help me in this matter, so as not to loose a loyal customer as well as somebody who had been recommending Hyundai products to people around but will be constrained to actually advise people to avoid such products now as the service levels have fallen sharply. Moreover, I will be forced to approach relevant authorities for redressal of my problem if the company continues to be so “UNRESPONSIVE”

                          i own hyundai's i10 magna model 2008 i had and still have problem with left side front power window even after giving it for repair at narayana workshop delhi looked by suraj their response is we can not make it better then this . i have battery problem these people say you need to keep the car here we shall send the battery to company and when their feed backcomes we shall answer u till that time u shall b without car is it possible to b without car only reason is battery .even they can just send the battery and give the back up battery .shock was when i asked how many days they say five working days

                          Hyundai I 10 — Poor service

                          I got my New I 10 Purchase in the Month of Nov 08 with Verma Hyundai Hoshiapur, It was totaly a unacceptable experience with the dealer .It took 6 hours for inspection in case of First Serivice only .
                          There is no body to bother that so go for the service from the reputed Dealer only .

                          Hyundai/i-10 — repeated service complaint

                          Dear Sir/Madam,

                          I m the happiest customer, in respect of making complaint for 3rd times, at the address [protected]@hmil.net but getting no postive response and i am making complaint at this address for the first time. This time my i-10, 2008 make registration no. UP32 CH 3839 inter the so called “SAS HYUNDAI service care, Kanpur road, lucknow” for first paid service according to the request made from call center to get my car serviced at above mentioned service centre one time again.

                          I think, above mentioned service centre, would be the worst centre in the eastern U.P. and this centre is open only to suck the blood of customers but inspite of repeated complaints customer is not getting satisfactory service of their vehicle whatever the model under the brand HYUNDAI.

                          I m explaining the service provided by this centre again to my car(this time paid) and make justification at your part for which I don’t need explanations. Stage wise explanation is as under;

                          1. My car get registered for paid service at 11 AM on 14-08-09.

                          2. Assistant gave attention to my car at 11:35 AM and registered following complaints from my side;

                          a) Exceletor and break paddle are little bit free for which I have to make little more pressure to excellorate the vehicle and break.

                          b) Fan belt is making lots of sound.

                          c) Pilot seat belt is not properly functioning.

                          3. Throttle cleaning, air filter cleaning, spark plug, check and replaced, Break oil check & replace etc.and engine oil, engine filter replacement and engine flushing are the things suggested by the attendent for my car for which i have given my concent.Attendent suggested that my car will be ready at 6pm.

                          My car went inside the garage at12.30pm and different -different persons put or side my car from one place to another without anything done to my car as a part of services and this episode last till 3.30pm.I came out from customers room, reached up to my car and burst up to the employee.After this action my car get attention by a person in privet clad.

                          I was standing by my car and seeing and capturing the vedio clip from my mobile to everything done to my car as a part of service.Firstly,a oil was pourd in engine oil and my car was put in starting mode for only 02 minutes.I had read on this part that after adding the oil inthe engine oil,the vehicle must be left in starting mode for atleast 10 minutes but this had not been done to my vehicle.

                          Secondly,air filter and spark plug checked and clean while fan belt was made tight.Thirdly,engine oil and filter was replace but noting has been done on the part of engine flushing and throttle cleaning for which center has charged.Fourthly,all 4 wheels are open on the part of complaint which i have made.When wheels are removed i found all the 4 discs on which wheel rests are badly rusted(the part rushted is clearly viewed in my mobile video clip).I asked repeatedly to the undress attendend who is actually doing the service part of my car to remove the rust in order to avoide future problems,he had not listen to this part and only blow the air to those areas to remove the dust as well as rub the shoe brake with sand-paper, and finally tied up the all 4 wheels and nothing else on the name of service is done by the attendent and send my car for washing.The center had charged for paid service but nothing is done on the part of service to my car for which in this charges the things actually had to be done in my car.

                          This time i will certainlly go to the forum since this time i had proof of it and i know that no action will be taken from your side.This i am sure since no action taken on your part even after the complaint done by me after 2nd and 3rd free services.

                          Hyundai I 10 — electrical complaint

                          on dated 06-9-09 our hyderbad(Tarbund) work shop has send person for 3rd and final service.i had told to check my fog lights which is not functioning because of loose wiring from 2nd servicing. which we had given in writing to the work shop driver he confirmed that he will take care of all problems and he will resolve. while delivering the car they had not eolved the issue,only they had changed the oil and they did shampoo wash nothing else.

                          kindly look into the matter,a nd kindly suggest us how to solve the problem

                          Hyundai I 10 — Exchange Bonus Not Passed On

                          I bought the I10 after duly informing the sales consultant of DSC Hyundai - Nandanam that My present Alto will be sold and exchange bonus to be paid back to me once the transferred RC Copy is submitted with them. After selling my alto i booked the I10 and vehicle got delivered as scheduled. But when i approached for claiming the exchange bonus with transferred RC Book copy i was told the same was not fed in into the system of invoicing hence no bonus can be considered. It is Rs.15000/-. Now i am writing to concerned persons and there is no confirmation from any one on this matter. When i book the car i was asked to write the name, address, phone number, email id and asked to sign the order form. The sales consultant said i will take care rest of filling. But he did not do anything and the data entry person raised the invoice with out the exchange scheme resulting in such damage at my side. When i approached DSC Nandanam they only accepted their mistake but nothing they could do on this. However i made the complaint to HMI South incharge to handle this. No development as on this date from july first week. CAN I LEAVE THE 15 K FOR THEIR FAILURE?

                          I Dr vandan shah had taken delivery of i-10 from your Dealer sharma hyundai on11th Dec .idrive hardly 3 kms
                          from the show room & the tyre was flat ( rear left) i complained at showroom & They ask me to
                          get the tyre checked ,unluckily there were 3 small pieces of nails which has affected the tyre in this position
                          For the same I made 3calls toyour call centre but ididnot get any response for the same .onthe other hand iget good response from dealer .
                          Atleast when acostmer is complaining i aspect acall from your company's
                          service dept, which till today nosuch reply.

                          I have purchased hyundai i 10 from your dealer hyundai motor plaza, badarpur border delhi .i have given him cheque of Rs. 5000 for booking on 16 oct . for i 10 aira 1.1 and they told that they will deliver us as early as possible. then i gave them cheque of Rs. 392000. on 20/10/10 and they withdrawn it on 23/10/2010 and at that time they told that they will deliver me with registration in this amount. now they are asking Rs.8000 more because of registration because u.p. government has increased registration amount on 7/11/2010. so why i should pay Rs. 8000 when i already paid full payment before 15 days .of this hike so please suggest me what i will do against that dealer.

                            My self Vishal Pancholi. I live in Zadeshwar. I m working in Narmada College. A want the information regurding on which bases you give the teacher discount. Because there are many couliges who purchase a car from Raviratna Motors and they got teachers discount immediately who working in my college.
                            At the time of buying a car there was a commitment that you got discount after six month. But till date i am not receiving any discount. I was purchase I-10 on 24/2/2011. So almost six month is over.

                            So i humly request you to that give my consideration. Or give me the criteria to talk to the higher authority.

                              i gave my hyundai i10 vehicle KL 18-D 8590 for first paid service to service center KTC HYUNDAI,kannur,kerala on 30/10/09 at 7pm.It had a complaint of RGO.today is 07/11/09 till now i didnt get my vehicle back..It is not a complaint but am convincing you my regret, i am a doctor i have tight shcedule daily.. One week it is a very big lose for me without vehicle.

                                The Popular Hyundai Services at Kodimatha, Kottayam had robbed me of my faith in the authorised service centre of hyundai, by returning my wehicle with interiors broken and plastic components broken and metalic parts rusted. They took more than 45 days to change a rail assemby and a wiring kit and two struts. When returned, the A/c when activated gives me hot air instead of cooling and i cannot take the car out with confidence. They have raped my car brutally and shamelessly returned to me with a conclusive expression that i should not bother them furher. I have spend nearly Rs1,40,000/- in accident repaira year ago, and every now and then i take thsome problem or the other pops up. The wind shield they fixed had a leakage and i could not take my car out during rain. I took my car 4 times to the service centre and each time they keep it there for 10 days and tell me its done. I later on found that they have done nothing. In the process they stole my new 6 months old battery and replaced with an old one which i replaced with a new one recently with my own expence when the original one is still under warranty period. THESE SEVICE CENTRE PEOPLE ARE JUST TOO IRRESPONSIBLE, AND CUSTOMERS ARE AT THEIR MERCY. I AM CHEATED AND DISGUSTED. I wish if i could have a chance to show the condition of my ar to one of the authorised service engineers of Hyundai Motors.

                                  Two to Three weeks back I purchased a used Car (Fiat Palio) from an Advaith Hyundai employee (Vinay, Ph: [protected]).
                                  But, while taking that car to home, after driving hardly 15Kms the car was broke down. I called Fiat Palio service center, they found that the Engine Head and many others are temporarily modified and they need to be replaced and they quoted Rs 24000/-.
                                  I informed that to the manager of Advaith Hyundai Manager, even he said that it is not his responsibility after delivering the car. Then I realized that I am that poor victim, because of my stupid friend's suggestion that 'Hyundai is the reliable place'.

                                  Now I was end up in getting that car repaired with a huge amount.

                                  "Still, I didn't get the RC Book, insurance forms etc., that guy is not lifting my phone at all"

                                  I didn't expect the justice from here as well, because the Advaith Hyundai manager itself said that it is my fate.

                                  But one thing I am doing is that, "alerting my fellow wiproites and friends, not to trap with Hyundai", with adds, mails and internal classifieds.

                                  Just thought of sharing this, with a hope that at least one genuine higher official can take some action and save the trust on Hyundai.

                                    To whomesoever it may concern,

                                    About one month a go i purchased a hyundai i20 from A1 hyundai located on kurla-andheri road in the name of mohammed shahid khan reg no mh 04 ed 112 and i didnt recieved the remote folding key which i was supposed to recieve with that model. Now the dealer is harassing me and not co-operating with me in providing the keys. He calls me every alternate day to his workshop and makes me sit for 2 to 3 hours and later says that your job is not done and u need to come later.

                                      I booked an i20 magna car from Sharayu Motors, Turbhe, Navi Mumbai on 19th sept 09. They took the downpayment of 1,40,000/- promising the delivery within 25 days but till date havent received any feedback. the sales executive named Sohail just gives further dates stating company issues for the delay. Worst part is that i have already received a message from finance company asking for monthly instalment, without the delivery being made.
                                      I am a media person and going to take up this matter and teach these people a lesson.

                                      I booked i10 Sports from Advaith Hyundai - Marathahalli outer ring road in second week of December 2009. I paid 15% of price at that time and remaining released by SBI on 31st December. They promised me the car on 1st January. They didnt deliver the car and then re-promised deliver on 7th Jan 2010. Now when I called they are saying they dont have any clue.
                                      Please beware of their false promises. Dont rely on their sales team especially Mr. Jay Shetty. They are ready to do false promises to get the money. Once money is in their hands, they will keep on postponing the deliver.

                                      If anyone of you come across such type of situation, please advise my next step.
                                      I boked the car on 9th febeary and amount I given 45000advance and they told with in 19we give ur i20car but still now they dint given. I boked in bellery showroom and the person name is gopal
