This is Sugandha Agarwal. I am an old customer of Hyundai, had I10 Reg. no. DL3CAL6440 and recently purchased Hyundai Accent Executive- CNG (inbuilt) on 30 June’10 from Hyundai Motor Plaza (New Delhi).
Unfortunately I had an accident on 9th Aug’ 10 and the estimate for the car repair is around 50 K, when I approached the Hyundai service centre they told me that CNG is not endorsed in the insurance( Tata AIG) and the survey and claim can only be done once CNG get endorsed into that.
I started following up with the showroom guys and their agents as well for getting it done. Till date after more than two months of my purchase I did not get my RC and when I got everything checked in order to get it fast I found out that Hyundai has lost the form- 22 for my car due to which the authority is not releasing my RC and since the endorsed RC is yet not received so the CNG could not get endorsed in insurance due to which I kept suffering badly since I was using cab from 9th August’10 and had to pay a huge amount to that also the car was in the worst condition.
Finally I Started writing regular mails to the Vice Presidents of Hyundai Mr. Ashok jha, Mr. Ashish Anand & Mr. Arvind Saxena , but when I did not get any response from Hyundai after hundreds of calls and mails, I had to get my car repaired from my own pocket where I paid around 25,000/- from my own pocket, the original parts were done from Baltic Hyundai and the repair work got done from a local shop since I was not in a condition to spend 50,000/- from my pocket. And spent around 15,000/-
I just want to aware you of the problems I have been facing from past more than 2 month due to this irresponsible and careless attitude of Hyundai, also since a lot of money has been wasted due to this issue and I have been harassed badly many times by Hyundai so would request you to raise my concern to the higher ups and compensate for my losses made due to Hyundai ASAP

Accent — Service Issues

Poor Service at HYUNDAI MOTOR INDIA LTD, SEWRI.Given my car for repair, while taking the delivery of the car, was informed that the battery of the car is discharged and Need to buy a new battery, COMPLETE SHOCKER.Inspite of complaining, there is no positive response.

Accent — heavy Noisy

I have purchased Brand New Hyundai Accent (December 2009) car from their dealer Supron Hyundia (Gurgaon) after one week i went there for some nose problem, i checked the car they said " when you have purchased it will come this minor noise" after some time this minor nose convert in to heavy noise like my car is ruing without shockers (FRONT) then they checked and said one there is a problem in nut & bolt. they repaired and charged. And after one month that nose is coming again very badly. that was one problem, second is front doors are very noisy, and my main complaint is that they handed over me 6 months old car that was laying in there go down from last 6 months. i have purchased it in December 2009 from then i m very depressed. You suggest me that i what i can do? My suggestion is that some engineers have to come and check it properly.

    I'm complianing about the steering assembly & some noise from the dicky from the date of purchase(sep 2009).Thrice the car has been sent to fx hyundai & got the assembly(steering) changed but still of no use.Now finally they say its the manufacturing fault.Kindly do the needful at the earliest & get the problem resolved.

      i am owner a santro car No. HR 29 N 9909 under extended warrany of 5five years, but hyundai dealers F X Hyundai ,Faridabad charged me so many times for that part which cover under warranty. Extented warranty is a preplaned game and both dealer and manufacturer are looted the customer. i request the not to take extened warranty.it is also clear any complaint made under extende warranty will not sort out by the company.

      hello sir ramesh chand sharma here, i was purchase hyundia i10 in 2009 they give two years warrenty,now in my car exle have problem they said baring broken but they didnt repair in warranty,they said you have to pay 10000 rs to delar, i am so many time complain company they said we will take action last 2 month i am waiting they didnt give me reply pls help me,thank you waiting your rr

        Sub: Complaint against the car dealer for doing unsatisfactory job.

        I have a Santro XL/AT, 2007 model, number UP16P 5120 registered under the name of Yogesh Aneja. Few months back I launched a complaint against the dealer Capital Hyundai Sec 63 Noida (U.P.), INDIA. The car was brought in the body shop department for accidental insurance repair in April’10. They kept my car for approx. 3 and a half months. After my numerous complaints and Hyundai’s involvement the parts were arranged. One of the parts in the gear box was imported from Korea. When the time of assembling of parts came they found out that one of the parts from right side of excel was stolen or lost from the floor. They tried to hide that from me but I found out. They made me wait another 3-4 days just because of their carelessness. When on 31st July’10 I went to pick up my car again they were just giving me excuses and telling me if I can come and pick up my car next day. There also I received the car because of Hyundai’s involvement. I called Mr. Saurabh Bali of Hyundai Motor India Ltd. who was looking after my car from company’s side he assured me and forced them to deliver the car to me with in one hour. I was very much unsatisfied with the services and tensions I got because of them but still I ignored all of it. I thought it as bad times and decided to leave it behind. But on 6th September’10 right after one month 6 days later when I was driving my car all of sudden I felt smoke coming out from the right side of the bonnet of the car I pulled my car in the side and opened it. I could only see the smoke. After few seconds when I looked below the car from front some kind of oil was leaking out. I immediately called Capital Hyundai and asked them for help. They told me that the oil coming out could be the gear oil so please do not start or drive the car. They gave me help line number and told me that I would get help. When I called on that number I received an answer that we do not attend such kind of complaints and I would have to manage myself and get the car to the service of capital Hyundai myself. I called Capital’s number back and asked them to give me any kind of help but they were making excuses. Somehow I managed & arranged a tow van and took my car to their address. But on arrival I was not even attended. There was no senior personnel on the spot. The GM of the service was in some company’s meeting, The CR manager was on leave, and the assistant to CR manager went for some family emergency. And rest of the employees were not at all ready to help me. It took them 2 hours to open a job card and none of the employees wanted to see his name on the job card of car number UP16 P 5120. They were so scared of this number. Next day I called Mr. Bali of Hyundai and told him the entire story he told me to bring the car to company showroom if not satisfied by the dealer. I again approached Capital Hyundai and they were so happy with the statement that they immediately started convincing me that this is the best decision for your car. I asked for their help for towing the car to Hyundai Motor Mathura road but they did not respond to me. Again I arranged my cousin’s car and towed it on 8th September’10 in the evening to my residence from where next morning on 9th September’10 I arranged towing van and took it to company showroom. There again the job card was opened and they booked the car for repair.

        No matter what the company says about its dealer but I know that the work which was done on the gear box by them was not at all satisfactory. And because of their carelessness I suffered a lot and still suffering. Right now I am travelling by auto and busses. I spend approx. 3000 Rs for towing my car from one showroom to other I m also spending 600 Rs per day for my to and fro of my office and all my other works are also disturbed and getting pending. What dealer did to me earlier was known to the company because I repeatedly longed the complaints. But at that time too company did not take any action against its dealer. If a name like Hyundai is attached to name like Capital then it should provide services like them too and if it does not then company should think about it. As a customer next time ill buy a car I will definitely try to know what kind of dealers are there of that company near by me. Now the car is in the service department of HMT and I hope that I will not face any further problems. Also some kind of action should be taken against the dealer.

          I am a passionate Hyundai Fan - having had an Accent for over 6 years and been with a Verna now for over 4 years having done some 30000 kms. Vehicles have always gone to Kun Hyndai - Kottivakkam, and having also enjoyed good service of their Emergency Services, I give good rating to Hyundai ....and in fact, put them on par with Maruti Suzuki. I on my side is a very careful and a passionate driver - do not even believe in hiring a driver [for my high level in an organization] for fear of all drivers riding on the clutch, lying 150 degrees on the driver seat and listen to music and just doing everything to ripping off a good vehicle [because they do not own it - but only drive!]

          Just the otherday, while doing a Tambaram - Manapakkam drive [about 16 kms drive] on the bypass road, returning close to the Porur bridge, I observed the AC not being effective at about 4 pm. I immediately brought the glasses down. I heard a wierd whirring noise --- only on car acceleration. That is when I found the car having heated up - the meter also had peaked and showed 'H'.

          Immediately I pulled and parked the Verna on the side, also switched off the engine. Slowly, after some hours after cooling, I brought the vehicle to the office parking bay [just 4 kms away] to leave the vehicle there [any intervention near the v busy tollbooth was a difficult thing]. The emergency vehicle came and hepled me out an hour later. They found that there was a coollant pipe leak that has caused the damage - even to the Engine Head ... and that change of Head / assembly and the gasket kit etc could be well into a spend of Rs 70000!

          Is this an unfair / fair deal????---- am I being ripped off for no major fault of mine??? ...... I would like to take redress on Hyundai and the service team [who till now have been doing their best].

          I am also facing the same issue as you are. So I am thinking of going legal with the company itself.
          what was the outcome of your issue. Did you got it repaired or did you fight legally or what? please let me know, probably that will help me as well.

            I had made complaints on 12.05.10 & 29.07.10. There has been no response from the manufacturer / dealer. IT CLEARLY INDICATES THAT I-10 CARS ARE TOTAL FAILURE HAVING MANUFACTURING DEFECTS WHICH THE COMPANY IS STILL NOT ABLE TO RECTIFY.

            POOR SERVICE AT M/S. PRESTIGE HYUNDAI, JABALPUR
            I had purchased hyundai i-10 from the subject dealer during Oct'08. Since purchase I have been facing problem of gear changing especially reverse gear. I have been facing very embarassing situations as the gear gets stuck and with great difficulty after lot of efforts it sets.

            Number of times I have visited Prestige Hyundai, Jabalpur but their mechanics are so inefficient that they have not been able to rectify the fault. During free servicing also, I have lodged this complaint repeatedly, but of no use. Once during free service they had dashed my vehicle against a sharp object and aprox. 7000/- was paid thru my insurance policy. During this incident the owner & the mechanics behaved in a very unprofessional manner.

            I have heard from many hyundai customers that they also face the problem of gear changing in i-10 models. It is very clear that i-10 models are total failure car.

            The service provided by the dealer is much below standard because their is no other competitor in Jabalpur. There is lot of sale of Maruti cars in Jabalpur as there are 2 dealers and their sales & services are of the highest standard.

              I Have booked my i20 on 19th July in susee Hyundai madurai. they told that the car will be delivered in 30 days of the booking.i have paid the initial amount of 50,000Rs.
              till now i am unable to get the delivery date. they are saying that the company is not giving the car. if the car comes i am able to give car on 10th September. but it is also unsure. if you want you can cancel the booking. We will pay the full amount of 50,000Rs they said. what can i do i dont know. better option i can choose the other car.the companys customer care response is also poor. they are just hearing. thats all, they wont take any necessary steps. if it gone for a week without any response i will lodge a complaint in the consumer court...

                Myself Mr.Bharatkumar R.Thakar from Bharuch(Gujarat). I purchased hyundai i10 magna on[protected], Registration No: GJ16AJ4078. Todays total kilometer run:30,116 only (No LPG/CNG)

                I Regular serviced my car at hyundai authorised workshop. I was very happy with my car's performance.

                But today i shocked and i decide that i will never drive my car and also i will not advice to buy Hyundai i10 Magna to my friends and also put the problem on various blog websites, and also i plan to do legal on hyundai.

                Today i was drive my car on highway, I was overtake of one truck at the speed of 80kmph, at that time my EPS(POWERSTEERING), and brakes was failed for few minutes, it was very dangerous scene. My steering was jamed and goes at left side. i thought that tyre punctured but no. Brakes also not work i handle tight to right side but car goes at left side. And then automatically car goes right side and accident with road devider.

                I Shocked to see this dangerous problem.
                I think i10magna is not a safe car because it can happened at any time with anyone, and one can lost his life.

                I own magna and had replaced Power staring motor a year back. But problem reoccurred again I am visiting service center tomorrow.

                Does someone know about any feedback / communication from Hyundai.

                I have also hyundai i10 magna purchased on nov.2009 . i face the problem about clutch. clutch was not working when i start in just first gear release clutch but car not move any. my car is just 3000 km run. and in between there are many noise i show at service center but no solution. i purchaged from Bharat Hyundai bikaner n i live in sri ganganagar

                  I got my Santro's service done on 12th August and the company service centre charged me for cleaning of Brake shoes, exactly after 15 days while i was driving my car, my car got jammed and was not moving when i called my lacal mechanic and he opened the brake drum one of the brake shoe was broke into two pieces. Also they have charged me for something called bumper brackets which the service enginner was not able to explain to me.

                    Subject : i10 Asta - Letter of complaint regarding
                    helplessness shown by your Sales executives of Rishabh Hyundai Showroom in
                    providing services that were committed before buying the car.

                    This is to bring to your kind notice that I, Bimaljeet Kaur, purchased i10
                    Asta on - 30th May 10. Like any other customer, before finalizing the
                    car we had number of discussions regarding the features, models &
                    price etc. of the i10 car. The sales person – Mr. Sunil Gupta, tried
                    his level best to provide the best prices and best deal for Asta i10.
                    We wanted to know if the car will come with auto locking and unlocking
                    (alarm) and the reverse gear music system, for which Sunil said very
                    confidently that the car has all these system inbuilt and you will get
                    only Hyundai music system for reverse gear. For which we agreed to go
                    in with Asta i10 with the agreed price.

                    At the time of delivery, i.e., on 30th May, we came to the showroom @
                    around 1.00 pm. After giving complete payments for the car, the sales
                    team realized that we have been given more discounts, and the Sales
                    manager approached us stating that we need to pay 4-5 K more as there
                    had been some confusion by Sunil and he gave more discounts. For this,
                    my father got really agitated and asked them to cancel the deal. It
                    all seemed so unprofessional and unethical by the sales team that we
                    almost lost our patience as we were there for almost 5.30 hrs. and the
                    amount of discomfort and pain we went through is inexplicable

                    This was not enough, when I saw the car, to my utter surprise, the
                    locking & unlocking system was absolutely silent and the next day I
                    realized that while reversing the car, there was no music installed in
                    the car. I called Sunil, and he said when you will come for the first
                    servicing, you can get it done.

                    Yesterday, when I went for the servicing, I gave them these points to
                    be taken care while they service. After 4 hrs. the service guys
                    approached me stating that it cannot be done. It really made me
                    furious and I connected with the Sales manager – Sunita, and she in
                    turn connected me with Sunil once again. Sunil said he assumed that
                    this car will have those features.

                    My first question to you is that why a customer is kept in such
                    darkness with regards to services customer is availing from your
                    showroom.
                    My second question is that why should not a consumer be forced to move
                    consumer court for this particular case which has and will affect me
                    seriously both mentally and financially.
                    My third and most important question is that what in your capacity are you
                    planning to do to regain or repose my faith in you or your company so that
                    in future I do not have any grouses.

                    This makes me really sad and angry with the kind of false commitments
                    made and the kind of services provided with no fault of customer, the
                    company owned showroom itself is not dealing with correct values and
                    standards.

                    I had my trust in Hyundai brand name, that's why I purchased the car, but never expected that they have such crooks representing them as their dealers.

                    I have sent 3 mails to the director on his email id, provided by the sales manager, but till date not even single mail is answered.

                    I am not sure if things can be corrected however I still hope and
                    anticipate your full co-operation in this regard!!

                      I have given Rs.5000 against booking a car "i20 magna" with the Hyundai car dealer "Sanjay Hyundai" which is located at wakadewadi in Pune, close to bombay pune highway.

                      Even after purchasing the Car of i20-Magna with full amount through company lease policy, my money of Rs.5000 was not returned to me saying it needs manager signature who was not available at that time.
                      Inspite I have visited 4 times after a phone confirmation with Sanjay Hyundai for collecting the booking amount, I was refused to give my money back.

                      I have sent 3 to 4 emails regarding the same as a compaint to sanjay hyndai email id, but no response to those email.

                      Its been a year after I have purchased the car, but still my booking amount was not refunded.

                        I had purchased a Santro car from KTC Hundai at Calicut in December 2009. They had an exchange offer of Rs 10,000 for old cars and all documents pertaining to that was submitted to KTC Hundai office at Calicut where they promised that the reimbursement would take place in a period of 3 months from then and that the money has to be reimbursed from the headquarters. Till date no money has been received in spite of repeated enquires at Calicut with the dealers. kindly help.

                        I had purchase the car from B.K Hyundai I10 at Gujarat in 2009 and exchange with my old sentro and then they promised me that we will give you the 10000/- exchange bonus within 10 Day and then after my best relation with car dealer because i already purchase Hyundai Verna so i wait till three year for only on telephonic talk and after he was told me that my man was taken all you bonus money and went out from my Showroom so final you could not get your bonus exchange amount then finally i giving him notice by Advocate under consumer protection act and they replayed my notice answer within two week and also giving me notice for wrong demand so finally can i demand my exchange bonus in consumer Forum?????

                          Can anyone help me for services rendered by Huyndai!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

                          My 2nd service complain has taken by Hyundai but no action has taken place till yet.Hope Hyundai is just process oriented organisation where over phone only the process has been followed but in action no action has carried out.Always after service ,from Hyundai rating has taken out and feedback of the customer has also taken out but no actual action has taken into consideration.Due to this I haven't taken my vehicle for 3rd service, hope company's task has over as product already sold and big commitment for after sales service is also over.

                            just a few month ago , i brought a hyundai verna from him motors. first impression of car was ok soon i realised that i had made a mistake by opting for a hyundai. some of the troubles i faced were

                            1. faulty brakes
                            2. faulty AC
                            3. EXCESSIVE TYRE WEAR

                            THE CAR HAS ONCE EVEN BROKEN DOWN ON DELHI-JPR HIGHWAY AND I HAD TO TOW IT FOR 10 KMS TO GET IT REPAIRED

                            WHOSOEVER READS IT STAY AWAY FROM A VERNA

                              I m not satisfied Hundai showroom Waidan because they make me fool there r some reasons:-

                              1. I have purchased i10 megna in white colour,actual car price is 4 lakh 13 thousand without registration they took 4 lakh 23 thousand dd without registration.

                              2. I m govt employee they didn't gave me corporate discount.

                              3. i sold Bolero geep then i purchased i10 megna.he never gave me brand change offer.

                              4. He never gave me the three year standard warranty. he told me to give him extra money .i have already paid 4 lakh 23 thousand Rs.

                              finally my friend want to purchase i10 megna in white colour same like my car .waidhan showroom manager gave quotation 4 lakh 9 thousand i have proof of quotation.

                              i m sending u some proof in ur fax.i m not happy with this showroom's deal.

                                I have purchased i10 from M/S Borooah Hyundai of Dibrugarh, on:30/09/2009. 1st 2(two) free service have been carried out by M/S Boroah Hyundai, Dibrugarh. For 3rd free service I have booked free service job at M/S Saraighat Hyundai at Guwahati on:09/08/2010. The service cenre delivered the car on the same day, without attending any job but after a water wash.I informed the service cetre supervisor and they suggest me to come to the service centre again. I have atended the service cenre on:21/08/2010 with complain. Service centre boked a job for "Running repair, check break, check clutch and check head light" and informed that my car will be returned after three days.
                                I am not at all satisfied with the service of he dealer and feel that all claim of M/S Hyundai Motos about best after sales service all over the country is baseless and the company have no control over their service cenre. So, good will of he company bound to suffer. Company is requested to do the needful.

                                I10 — poor after sale services

                                I have complaint about poor after sale services provided by the company. I have sent my car for sevice at GOYAL HAUNDAI service station and told the technical problems i m facing but it is of no use even after servicing the problems have not been solved and did not gave aney satisfactory reply when i told them that problem is still there. So, kindly please help me. Even after servicinig car had not been cleaned from inside. My car no. is PB08 4091. Hope u can take effective steps to solve my problem.

                                  My name is KARNESH SHARMA and i am an ADVOCATE.I am an owner of hyundai i 10 Magna 1.2 which i purchased from KHANNA AUTOMOBILE from my home town Yamunanagar, HARYANA with registration number HRO2T 7770.
                                  Recently three months back my car met with an accident and was hit by a dog due to which its RADIATOR leaked.My car was sent to the KHANNA AUTOMOBILE where it was repaired and new radiator was installed with a payment of Rs. 19000. When i took my car for a test drive i found it too heavy to drive with excess engine voice.I immediately complained to the service manager and he did some adjustment with the CLUTCH and told me its fine.I was not satisfied but they didnt attend me professionaly and said its all my disbelief and my car is fine.
                                  Anyhow i paid them the amount and took my car but still my car was bad in terms of speed and pick up and my clutch was too hard. Now recently i checked my car engine and was that there was no COOLENT in the car.Since the new RADIATOR is installed there has been not a single drop of COOLENT added. I am running my car without coolent since all past months and its engine quality has gone low.
                                  KHANNA AUTOMOBILE has shown high degree o[censored]NPROFFESIONALISM, CUSTOMER UNSATISFACTION and IGNORANCE towards a customer. I have complained about my clutch plate to them many times but they never took me seriously and are waiting for my warranty period to end.Now who is responsible for all the damage to my brand new car?? I need an immdiate response from your end or else i am filing a legal case in consumer court again the agency as soon as possible because it is a serious FRUSTRATION and HARRASSMENT for a sincere hyundai loving customer like me.

                                    I had purchased New Hyundai i10 car from Godawari Motors Pvt Ltd, Ferozepur road, Ludhiana on 31st August, 2009 vide bill no. H[protected] dated[protected] customer ID no. C-[protected] and I was promised to get corporate discount of Rs 4000/- as I am working as General Manager in Nahar Spinning Mills Ltd, Ludhiana.I was told number of times that my case for corporate discount has been sent to head office for issue of cheque.but now I have been told that your case has been rejected as your company Nahar does appear in corporate list.It is surprising that when car was sold to me I was promised Rs 4000/- corporate discount and was a part of the deal and the customer has no access to your approved list and has to believe what your dealer say, therefore I am entitled for Rs 4000/- discount.Please look into it and send me discount amount of Rs 4000/- at your earliest

                                      I am not at all satisfied with the servicing they have provided at the Hyundai-servicing centre at LB NAGAR and AUTO NAGAR. There, it is not being taken care of the car in a proper way at all while delivering the vehicle, instead some damage is being gifted while delivering the vehicle, and when it is complained about, the rectification of the problem is being done partially.
