I got my Santro's service done on 12th August and the company service centre charged me for cleaning of Brake shoes, exactly after 15 days while i was driving my car, my car got jammed and was not moving when i called my lacal mechanic and he opened the brake drum one of the brake shoe was broke into two pieces. Also they have charged me for something called bumper brackets which the service enginner was not able to explain to me.

    Dear Sir / Madam

    Subject : i10 Asta - Letter of complaint regarding
    helplessness shown by your Sales executives of Rishabh Hyundai Showroom in
    providing services that were committed before buying the car.

    This is to bring to your kind notice that I, Bimaljeet Kaur, purchased i10
    Asta on - 30th May 10. Like any other customer, before finalizing the
    car we had number of discussions regarding the features, models &
    price etc. of the i10 car. The sales person – Mr. Sunil Gupta, tried
    his level best to provide the best prices and best deal for Asta i10.
    We wanted to know if the car will come with auto locking and unlocking
    (alarm) and the reverse gear music system, for which Sunil said very
    confidently that the car has all these system inbuilt and you will get
    only Hyundai music system for reverse gear. For which we agreed to go
    in with Asta i10 with the agreed price.

    At the time of delivery, i.e., on 30th May, we came to the showroom @
    around 1.00 pm. After giving complete payments for the car, the sales
    team realized that we have been given more discounts, and the Sales
    manager approached us stating that we need to pay 4-5 K more as there
    had been some confusion by Sunil and he gave more discounts. For this,
    my father got really agitated and asked them to cancel the deal. It
    all seemed so unprofessional and unethical by the sales team that we
    almost lost our patience as we were there for almost 5.30 hrs. and the
    amount of discomfort and pain we went through is inexplicable

    This was not enough, when I saw the car, to my utter surprise, the
    locking & unlocking system was absolutely silent and the next day I
    realized that while reversing the car, there was no music installed in
    the car. I called Sunil, and he said when you will come for the first
    servicing, you can get it done.

    Yesterday, when I went for the servicing, I gave them these points to
    be taken care while they service. After 4 hrs. the service guys
    approached me stating that it cannot be done. It really made me
    furious and I connected with the Sales manager – Sunita, and she in
    turn connected me with Sunil once again. Sunil said he assumed that
    this car will have those features.

    My first question to you is that why a customer is kept in such
    darkness with regards to services customer is availing from your
    showroom.
    My second question is that why should not a consumer be forced to move
    consumer court for this particular case which has and will affect me
    seriously both mentally and financially.
    My third and most important question is that what in your capacity are you
    planning to do to regain or repose my faith in you or your company so that
    in future I do not have any grouses.

    This makes me really sad and angry with the kind of false commitments
    made and the kind of services provided with no fault of customer, the
    company owned showroom itself is not dealing with correct values and
    standards.

    I had my trust in Hyundai brand name, that's why I purchased the car, but never expected that they have such crooks representing them as their dealers.

    I have sent 3 mails to the director on his email id, provided by the sales manager, but till date not even single mail is answered.

    I am not sure if things can be corrected however I still hope and
    anticipate your full co-operation in this regard!!

      I have given Rs.5000 against booking a car "i20 magna" with the Hyundai car dealer "Sanjay Hyundai" which is located at wakadewadi in Pune, close to bombay pune highway.

      Even after purchasing the Car of i20-Magna with full amount through company lease policy, my money of Rs.5000 was not returned to me saying it needs manager signature who was not available at that time.
      Inspite I have visited 4 times after a phone confirmation with Sanjay Hyundai for collecting the booking amount, I was refused to give my money back.

      I have sent 3 to 4 emails regarding the same as a compaint to sanjay hyndai email id, but no response to those email.

      Its been a year after I have purchased the car, but still my booking amount was not refunded.

        Sir
        I had purchased a Santro car from KTC Hundai at Calicut in December 2009. They had an exchange offer of Rs 10,000 for old cars and all documents pertaining to that was submitted to KTC Hundai office at Calicut where they promised that the reimbursement would take place in a period of 3 months from then and that the money has to be reimbursed from the headquarters. Till date no money has been received in spite of repeated enquires at Calicut with the dealers. kindly help.

        Dear Sir,
        I had purchase the car from B.K Hyundai I10 at Gujarat in 2009 and exchange with my old sentro and then they promised me that we will give you the 10000/- exchange bonus within 10 Day and then after my best relation with car dealer because i already purchase Hyundai Verna so i wait till three year for only on telephonic talk and after he was told me that my man was taken all you bonus money and went out from my Showroom so final you could not get your bonus exchange amount then finally i giving him notice by Advocate under consumer protection act and they replayed my notice answer within two week and also giving me notice for wrong demand so finally can i demand my exchange bonus in consumer Forum?????

          Can anyone help me for services rendered by Huyndai!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

          My 2nd service complain has taken by Hyundai but no action has taken place till yet.Hope Hyundai is just process oriented organisation where over phone only the process has been followed but in action no action has carried out.Always after service ,from Hyundai rating has taken out and feedback of the customer has also taken out but no actual action has taken into consideration.Due to this I haven't taken my vehicle for 3rd service, hope company's task has over as product already sold and big commitment for after sales service is also over.

            just a few month ago , i brought a hyundai verna from him motors. first impression of car was ok soon i realised that i had made a mistake by opting for a hyundai. some of the troubles i faced were

            1. faulty brakes
            2. faulty AC
            3. EXCESSIVE TYRE WEAR

            THE CAR HAS ONCE EVEN BROKEN DOWN ON DELHI-JPR HIGHWAY AND I HAD TO TOW IT FOR 10 KMS TO GET IT REPAIRED

            WHOSOEVER READS IT STAY AWAY FROM A VERNA

              I m not satisfied Hundai showroom Waidan because they make me fool there r some reasons:-

              1. I have purchased i10 megna in white colour,actual car price is 4 lakh 13 thousand without registration they took 4 lakh 23 thousand dd without registration.

              2. I m govt employee they didn't gave me corporate discount.

              3. i sold Bolero geep then i purchased i10 megna.he never gave me brand change offer.

              4. He never gave me the three year standard warranty. he told me to give him extra money .i have already paid 4 lakh 23 thousand Rs.

              finally my friend want to purchase i10 megna in white colour same like my car .waidhan showroom manager gave quotation 4 lakh 9 thousand i have proof of quotation.

              i m sending u some proof in ur fax.i m not happy with this showroom's deal.

                I have purchased i10 from M/S Borooah Hyundai of Dibrugarh, on:30/09/2009. 1st 2(two) free service have been carried out by M/S Boroah Hyundai, Dibrugarh. For 3rd free service I have booked free service job at M/S Saraighat Hyundai at Guwahati on:09/08/2010. The service cenre delivered the car on the same day, without attending any job but after a water wash.I informed the service cetre supervisor and they suggest me to come to the service centre again. I have atended the service cenre on:21/08/2010 with complain. Service centre boked a job for "Running repair, check break, check clutch and check head light" and informed that my car will be returned after three days.
                I am not at all satisfied with the service of he dealer and feel that all claim of M/S Hyundai Motos about best after sales service all over the country is baseless and the company have no control over their service cenre. So, good will of he company bound to suffer. Company is requested to do the needful.

                I10 — poor after sale services

                I have complaint about poor after sale services provided by the company. I have sent my car for sevice at GOYAL HAUNDAI service station and told the technical problems i m facing but it is of no use even after servicing the problems have not been solved and did not gave aney satisfactory reply when i told them that problem is still there. So, kindly please help me. Even after servicinig car had not been cleaned from inside. My car no. is PB08 4091. Hope u can take effective steps to solve my problem.

                  My name is KARNESH SHARMA and i am an ADVOCATE.I am an owner of hyundai i 10 Magna 1.2 which i purchased from KHANNA AUTOMOBILE from my home town Yamunanagar, HARYANA with registration number HRO2T 7770.
                  Recently three months back my car met with an accident and was hit by a dog due to which its RADIATOR leaked.My car was sent to the KHANNA AUTOMOBILE where it was repaired and new radiator was installed with a payment of Rs. 19000. When i took my car for a test drive i found it too heavy to drive with excess engine voice.I immediately complained to the service manager and he did some adjustment with the CLUTCH and told me its fine.I was not satisfied but they didnt attend me professionaly and said its all my disbelief and my car is fine.
                  Anyhow i paid them the amount and took my car but still my car was bad in terms of speed and pick up and my clutch was too hard. Now recently i checked my car engine and was that there was no COOLENT in the car.Since the new RADIATOR is installed there has been not a single drop of COOLENT added. I am running my car without coolent since all past months and its engine quality has gone low.
                  KHANNA AUTOMOBILE has shown high degree o[censored]NPROFFESIONALISM, CUSTOMER UNSATISFACTION and IGNORANCE towards a customer. I have complained about my clutch plate to them many times but they never took me seriously and are waiting for my warranty period to end.Now who is responsible for all the damage to my brand new car?? I need an immdiate response from your end or else i am filing a legal case in consumer court again the agency as soon as possible because it is a serious FRUSTRATION and HARRASSMENT for a sincere hyundai loving customer like me.

                    I had purchased New Hyundai i10 car from Godawari Motors Pvt Ltd, Ferozepur road, Ludhiana on 31st August, 2009 vide bill no. H[protected] dated[protected] customer ID no. C-[protected] and I was promised to get corporate discount of Rs 4000/- as I am working as General Manager in Nahar Spinning Mills Ltd, Ludhiana.I was told number of times that my case for corporate discount has been sent to head office for issue of cheque.but now I have been told that your case has been rejected as your company Nahar does appear in corporate list.It is surprising that when car was sold to me I was promised Rs 4000/- corporate discount and was a part of the deal and the customer has no access to your approved list and has to believe what your dealer say, therefore I am entitled for Rs 4000/- discount.Please look into it and send me discount amount of Rs 4000/- at your earliest

                      I am not at all satisfied with the servicing they have provided at the Hyundai-servicing centre at LB NAGAR and AUTO NAGAR. There, it is not being taken care of the car in a proper way at all while delivering the vehicle, instead some damage is being gifted while delivering the vehicle, and when it is complained about, the rectification of the problem is being done partially.

                        I had bought a new i10 Asta on 29/04/2010 from Sharayu Hyundai Navi Mumbai,with Reg no MH-43-AB-5652, Engine no. G4LAAM388187 & Chassis no MALAN51CLAM617188. I use the car to go to office in Andheri in Mumbai. On 03/08/2010 after reversing in my house I was not able to shift the
                        gear forward. I called the Dealer Sharayu Hyundai for help the breakdown guy told me that the car will be picked up next day. But on 04/08/10 the breakdown guy did not come, on calling again he said that the breakdown vehicle was down & hence they will not come that day. The Car was taken for service on 5th Aug & now the service guy tells me that the gear lock is broken & they have to replace the gear. The service guy said that this is a regular issue & many i10's have been serviced with the same issue. I'm surprised that I have used a Santro for 5 years & did not face any issue but a new i10 just 3 months old is in for a Gear replacement. I'm very unhappy that Hyundai inspite of having an issue with gear has not bothered to correct it & In an emergency the service guy does not pick up or service the car, I've been inconvenienced because of my faith in Hyundai & also by its
                        attitude towards a customer in trouble. In case a breakdown car is down another vehicle can be arranged for pick up also on Quality of Cars a defective issue should be treated immediately. Hope after this replacement my car will not face further manufacturing Issues

                        I had written a mail to h.w.[protected]@hmil.net, arvind.[protected]@hmil.net & [protected]@hmil.net but they have bounced & now I do not know how to reach them.

                          Sir,
                          This is to inform you that i have made a payment of Rs.10000/- towards the i10 Magna irde model which was suggested and agreed upon by me to buy, since my friends at Bangalore told me to take the latest Kappa engine model, which would cost Rs.12000 to 13000 extra, being the latest engine, they said it would be very good to buy this model.

                          The showroom which is owned by Hyundai company itself now say that they would not give me that model (kappa 1.2) and if you need it, we would not give any scheme benefits which i had for last month.

                          I just want to know, why they are not agreeing to change my preferred model.I have not gone to a lower version but upgraded.

                          I need them to change my model along with the scheme which i have booked for,

                          kindly help me in this regard.

                          These are the all crap reasons given by the dealer. You are the buyer and your paying the money, you the right to get what you like. If they don't oblige talk to some one senior, there still no go, please take back your money and try some other dealer. As your friends have suggest Kappa 1.2 is must superior then the IRDE. Also make sure you get the BS IV car, normally these dealers try to push old vehicles...

                            Hi,

                            My car reguistration number: WB02R664.
                            I had given my car for service to Advaith Hyundai JP Nagar Bangalore as it had some problem in pick up second gear..the car stalled in second gear sometimes.
                            I took the car to Advaith Hyundai JP nagar branch. They inspected and told me that the engine work was done outside locally ( I bought a used car from a used car seller which had 42000 Km on it from Kolkata West Bengal 2004 model).
                            So I told them you change everything you feel that requires a change. They inspected and then said the crankshaft and a lot other engine parts needed a replacement. I accepted to that and later they gave me a bill of 45000. I payed that amount happily as i thought that the car problem is solved.However, it was just the beginning of more problem..There was vibration in car,idling problem stalling problem just after a 1000 Km after engine work.I went back to them stating the problem and every time they used to tell me its a minor clutch problem and its normal for every car and you need not worry, but i was not happy and after that went atleast 5 times ,serviced 5 times,asked them to check the problem.Each time they charged me and never gave me a satisfied service. I have spent already over 60000 after March 2010.and the problem is still there. Thinking that Advaith is fooling me I went to trident Hyundai .Gave them the car for a day and they inspected and told me that the rocker arm screw was loose and that this should have been checked during engine work and that the work was carelessly done.This may have damaged the internal valve which can be inspected by opening it only.
                            Trident were willing to do the service but at an unexpecetd cost of 30000 just in case the internal valve and related things beneath the rocker arm is damaged after opening. as once damaged it cant be repaired.--an entire replacement can only be done!! I straight away towed the car to Advaith Hyundai JP nagar spending 800 and asked them to check.they did some lathe work for some rocker arm screw slot.thread had gone they said and charged 700 approx. 2 days I drove and the car started to rattle again.noise,.jerking, uneven idling problem ..vibration,stalling problem..
                            I have again given teh car to them ..god knows how much billthey will giove me this time..


                            I want some justice as to why Advaith Hyundai fooled me throughout ..there is a warranty of 6 months after engine replacement and they wanted to just fool me off those 6 months by saying that the car has no problem..thanks to trident that they opened my eyes.

                            I want to have some justice ..if anyone know what needs to be done please advise.

                            after a accident my santro was in advaith mission road showroom they told me it was not worth repairing it and would be put for scrap, the insurance inspector took his own time, and the car was sold "as is where is basis"now the advaith company is asking me to shell out 250rs per month, WHY THESE THINGS WERE NOT INTIMATED EARLIER?I WANT A REASONABLE ANSWER AS THEY HAVEN NOT MAILED ME OR EVEN TALKED OVER PHONE TO ME, WHAT IS THE REASON FOR THE DELAYED INSURANCE ASSEMENT.I SHALL TAKE LEGAL OPINION IF MY QUERIRS ARE NOT ANSWERED TO MY SATISFACTION.DR.K.VIJAYA RAGHAVAN

                              Please note the relevant papers 1) Booking, 2) Receipt for the Booking Amount, 3) Quotation for I 10, 4) Vehicle Loan Form with received signature, 5) The Letter from Bank to the Dealer with the Banker's Cheque for Rs.5,11,908/=. & 6)List of free accessories. As an employee with the State Bank Of Hyderabad, I am eligible to avail a maximum of Rs.3,50,000/= towards Car Loan. I obtained a quotation for i 10 Magna auto gear that amounted to Rs.5,11,908/= and booked for the same on 08/5/10 because of the scheme offer of free insurance and free accessories. The sales executive named Sri K Srikanth impressed with accessory offer as per the list produced by him. As 8th May 2010 was the last date of the scheme I did not have time to test drive the auto gear i 10 Magna. But after the test drive I found that the auto gear i 10 was not safe and there was no complete control over the engine. I wanted to buy the manual gear i 10 and informed the above said sales man and the General Manager Sri Sanjeeva Rao. They readily agreed to allow me to buy the manual gear i 10 and also pay the difference in the cost with the Banker's Cheque of Rs.5,11,908/= to me. However, on 15/06/2010, after selecting the manual gear i 10 when accessories were being done, the Dealer Mr Saral Talwar bluntly refused to oblige. He did not even bother to hear me out or read the related letter addressed to Talwar Hyundai P Ltd by the Bank, wherein it clearly specifies the loan amount of Rs.3,50,000/=.Mr Saral Talwar bluntly refused to return the difference of the Banker's Cheque and the actual on road price of the i 10 magna manual gear selected. I was compelled and pressurized to cancel my booking after spending seven hours over selection the car.
                              DamageOccured Instead, the above stated Talwar Hyundai Dealers humiliated me as if I was committing a fraud. I was denied my own money that I had contributed in excess of the Car Loan Amount sanctioned to me. Therefore, the Talwar Hyundai's General Manager (GM) ought to have kept his promise to return the difference amount favouring self. Instead, the GM & the Dealer Sri Saral Talwar began to humiliate me and treat me like a cheat.

                              I booked I20 top model at shree Ram Hundai, at Bhavnagar(India) with name Mr Vallabhbhai Sonani. It was booked in Nov 2010 with 50000.00 deposit. Dealer told about delivery within 15 days.Now it is 8 March even no delivery given. I complaint at costmer care with no.[protected] but it is wastage of time. I[censored] dont solve the problem then u must close your costomercare division.

                                bought a Verna Crdi Sx ABS bearing engine no.D4FA8H710599, chassis no.MALCN41VR9M069218*C and invoice no.H[protected] from Hyundai dealership Cosmo Hyundai, Amritsar on 29th May,2009. At the time of booking Mr. Gurinder offered me the exchange bonus of Rs.20000 and corporate offer of Rs. 7000 including the cash discount on the billing worth Rs. 5000. But I demand the chrome alloy wheels of my choice and denied the cash discount offer. Mr. Gurinder and GM Mr. Cheema accepted my request.On the day of delivery I was told by the dealer to let him know regarding my choice and the next day I told them to arrange alloys of X2 model no 221. The dealer told me that he will arrange the same in next two days. But till today the said two days did not come. I visited regularly the dealership regarding the same but Mr. Gurinder told me to call him before come to dealership. When ever I called him he never received my calls even he did not came on the landline and made excuses through other members.I visited several times to dealership and met with Mr. Gurinder and he sent me to the GM Mr. Cheema and again he sent me to the Accountant and again he fall me in the same circle. Both of them now not receiving my calls, when by mistake they picked up my no they misbehaved with me and told me that they will arranged whenever there dealer will arrange the same. But Mr. Gurinder promised with me that if his dealer failed to arrange the same then he will arranged the same at local end. I requested all of them including GM and Prop: of the dealership Mr.Gagan that the alloys of my choice are available in local dealer but they made excuses without any logic.The second thing is at the time of offering the schemes No one there told me that for the exchange offer and corporate offer the copy of new RC will be required. All other documents are already submitted to the dealer. Now after a couple of days when I made pressure on them to fulfill their promise of alloy wheels, they told me that they can’t claim my offers without the new registration no. Registration will take one month so it was not possible at that time to get RC in the said period. I have email the Hyundai MD h.[protected]@hmil.net and have got a negative response. They already know it but it seems that now they are planned to harass me, so that I stop demanding my offers. I also had word with Mr. Gagan the owner but surprised to hear that no one even he was not tried to fix responsibility on anyone regarding this issue and misbehavior. It seems with the behavior of dealer that he does not want to fulfill his promise now. Mr. Gagan also misbehaved me in the presence of there staff in his office and told me to get out from there. "Nothing will happen even if you go to the consumer court" Mr. Gagan Added. My complaint is already registered in Hyundai who's complaint ID is[protected] .

                                  Regarding Exchange bonus/Corporate discount Draft
                                  I purchased Hyundai i10 – Sports M/T ON July 28,2009 and I was eligible for Exchange Bonus and Corporate Bonus draft for Rs.19,000/ which includes 15,000 as exchange and 4,000 as corporate bonus and I was given wait time for 6 months from date of purchase of car and am calling my dealer every week from Feb,2010 to know the status but am always told to wait for some weeks and now...

                                  I have paid in full for Getz Prime Gls yesterday. However, I found that the dealer was charging Rs 33000/- for registration of the vehicle. I enquired and found that the charge was Rs 18000/- for individual owners and Rs 20000/- for vehicles to be registered in name of a company.
                                  I told the dealer to reduce the said charge, which he refused....

                                  Hello Sir,

                                  I bought a Hyundai Santro GL in Aug 2009 from DSC Motors, Nandanam Branch. Till 04.08.2010 I have not received my original RC book from my dealer.

                                  After a month when I went to collect my RC book I was shocked to see my xerox RC book having a different vehicle name (Hyundai I 10). Also they registered my vehicle in a wrong RTO. It was supposed to be registered in Thiruvanmiyur RTO but got registered in Rajah Annamalaipuram RTO.

                                  For several months I have been trying to get my original RC book but to no avail. In the meanwhile I changed my residence and my dealers representative (Sreenivasan) obliged that, to compensate for the mistake done by them he said he would change my new residence address in the original RC book.

                                  Even after one year of purchasing my vehicle I am yet to get my original RC book.

                                  Please advise me.

                                  I booked one colour an got another colour. While booking the dealer promised that if I paid immediately he would deliver grey colour but I got blue colour.

                                  I regret for buying a Hyundai.

                                  I earlier had Maruthi and sold this for Hyundai. I was a very happy customer with Maruthi.

                                    I am MR RAKESH KUMAR GARG from agra.I purchased my hyundai i 10 era model(UP 80 BF 8596) last year in the month of april from BRIJ hyundai who's one of the dealers in agra only.I had purchased my car in an exchange bonus which is of rupees 10,000/= .Most imporatnt is that i handed over my documents more than thrice but as a careless and irresponsible dealer(or their management) every time they lost my documents From last one year i have been compalining them about my cheque but same was their reply.
                                    Kindly follow up my complaint and take strict actions against the dealer.Because of such dealers company's reputation is affecting.
