Petrol inlet line

I bought Santro xing car in the month of December 2009. Within a week time i was amazed to find out that somebody had cut the plastic petrol inlet line and had stolen petrol from the car. As soon i informed about the theft i came across several people who had purchased the same type of car and had a similar experience. Power window

Sir,
We own SANTRO GL , new vehicle since February 2009. We planned to fit power window in front doors only now. We approached the authorized service center in Chennai. They cannot get the “ Power-window kit “ for the past 3 weeks. Still they are not able to answer properly whether it is available or not. I am expecting the solution for this problem.

Diesel theft and changes in fuel meter

My Hyundai Verna GJ12 AK 2333.
When i sent my car for service my fuel tank was full and the indicater was going above F sign. But when i collected my car from service center again i found that my fuel is low an there are some changes made with the fuel indicator to hide their fault.

I purchased Hyundai i10 in the month of September 2009 from

I booked a i10 sports 1.2 on 11th Dec'09 from DSC Hyundai , Nandanam , Chennai and it got delivered on 17th Dec'09. During delivery I missed to verify some points.

Paint peeling off

I bought an i10 Era from Hyundai Motor Plaza, Chennai in Dec 2008. When it went for its third free servicing in Dec 2009, the paint started peeling off from the bottom of the car and later extended upwards to the sides. Bad after sales service

I am a journalist with The Indian Express, Delhi and I often return home late night after my shift which usually ends after midnight. I bought a new car so that I would have a trouble-free vehicle at my disposal and could travel at night without fear. EPS problem

hello,

4 days back while travelling in my i10, suddenly my car steering stuck and i some how managed to drive safely to home. i called HMP chennai on emergency they said bring the car to workshop. Luckly my car is under warrenty period. they replaced the EPS module at free of cost,

I got my i10 Era delivered around 9.00 PM on Dec 23rd-2009. I was driving back home hardly 9-10 kms and stopped in the petrol pump to fill fuel. Horrible after Sales Service

I had bought Hyundai i10 from Talwar Hyundai Hyderabad on 14th October 2009.

I20 defective in just 3 weeks of delivery

I have got my i20 delivered just 3 weeks ago and it has stopped working. The car was towed away after much hue and cry as the service people didn't wish to come on SUNDAY! Then I have been told after running pillars that the part is not available and will take at least 5 days ( I really don't know the limit of AT MOST). These people don't have any escalation matrix in place and nobody responds to your calls at the customer...
