I m Rajesh Naik from India

I have purchased Hyundai GETZ on[protected] from Hyundai dealer and doing timely service with hyundai authorised service centre Shree Nath Hyundai Mumbai

Vehicle is under warranty period

Some time before vehicle is having pick-up n average problem, I have admitted to Shreenath Hyundai on[protected] n till date problem is not rectified.

I m doing daily follow up with Hyundai india customer care and they neither responding properly nor taking any responsibility and standard answer is your complaint has been escalated to higher level, regret to inform you that, I have not recd any call from Higher / Senior person from Hyundai

I am requesting you to help me or let us know further course of actions

    Dear Sir/ Madam,
    I own two Hyundai Getz vehicles.The one with the problem is the Getz prime. The car has only run 17000km over a period of two years and is as good as new. It has been serviced at regular intervals at Kun hyundai , Anna Salai, Chennai. Last week it went for a regular check up and came out with a big dent on the left side which was repaired by the service station. Now a week later the car refused to start. The car was push started and taken back to the Hyundai service station. The answer was that the battery has packed up. The battery was supplied with the car on delivery and it is a substandard product as the car has done only 17000km. It is some korean battery. I asked the service manager to give me in writing that the battery life of the vehicle is only 17000km which he promptly refused. Now moving onto step two - i asked them to replace my battery and that i would foot the bill of Rs.5700. They agreed and kept me waiting for 4hrs to replace the battery and at the end of it they placed a battery in the car of the wrong size and asked if it was ok to tie it in place with wires and cables. I did not agree to this and they sent me back home promising to send a person over with a new fitting battery on monday. I recd no call or response from their service personnel Mr.vishwanath. I sent my car over again this morning after push starting the car. Now they claim that they are talkin to Amaron for the specific battery and will get back in two days. I am stuck without a car for almost a week thanks to Hyundai. I would expect at least a service battery for this period and this experience with Hyundai and their lack of professionalism has put doubts into my head if i will ever go for another Hyundai car ever again. If this is how Hyundai treats its loyal customers - kudos to their Customer Support Managers and personnel on their forward journey.

    Hyundai / Car — Non Availability of Battery

    Dear Sir / Madam,

    I own a Hyundai i10 Era Model car (Registration no MH 01 AE 4687) since the last year. My car met with an accident on March 21st 2009 and the battery was damaged as a result of the same. Under insurance the repair work on the car was completed in the week ending March 28th, however due to non availability of the car battery which apparently is “unique”, I haven’t been able to use my car since then (3 weeks now) as it is lying with the Workshop. The Insurer needs to be satisfied that the repairs to be damages are made as per the claim record before allowing the car to leave the workshop. As per normal practice, once the claim damages are completed, the insurance company would take a photo of the car of the repairs done, in my case with the new battery installed in the car. However since the battery is not available, the we can’t go ahead with the final formalities.

    The car makers have made the “Car of the Year 2008” with a unique battery. As a result, I can’t use any other battery used on other make of car, or for that matter even the other i10 models (e.g Magna). I can’t understand why the Hyundai has created such logistical problems for itself.

    Moreover new batteries are delivered to the service centers only once a week (in my service centers case its Friday) and the there is no backup if the same happens to be a holiday. The next delivery would happen only as scheduled on the next working Friday!!!

    To add to the issues, the Hyundai dealers across Maharashtra don’t have the specific battery required for my car in stock. It’s been 3 weeks now since I have been following up with the Hyundai Service Center, who is not able to provide any concrete answers to my queries. All they can say is they are looking into the matter.

    They don’t know whether they can source the battery from any other dealer across India,
    And if they are able to, in how much time there will be able to provide me with a replacement.

    Hyundai doesn’t seem to be bothered that I as a consumer am facing difficulties in my daily commute to office and incurring higher commuting costs. Earlier I was spending about Rs 200 per day on petrol, now my Cool cab costs me Rs 750 plus daily. I’m paying an EMI for my car and don’t have the privilege to use it either.

    I have even requested for a replacement car till they are able to find me a replacement, however no response on the same to that as well.

    I would like to use the Times Group medium to warn all consumers who are intending to buy Hyundai cars to be careful in this regard. The company claims to have redefined the conventional thoughts in Engine technology, but it’s after sales is very outdated and very helpless. They have stopped they their thinking at developing the cars, the after sales issues are left to the customers manage. This only serves to keep the customer at the mercy of the Car Maker.

      I bought my i10 SPORTZ 1.2 GLS on 31 Jan, 2009 from Shreenath Hyundai dealer located in Andheri west Mumbai. On 28th September 2009 was on the way to Thane to attend family function, I stopped my car to buy some stuff from local shop and when I went to my car to restart it again , to my utter dismay it did not start. Being a Hyundai car which I had trusted its brand and just a 8 months old car I didn’t even thought I would face such problem. For 40 mins I was trying to start my car with no success. Finally I tried to contact local mechanic who assisted me with Modi service station helpline no. when I contacted Modi service station, they sent their mechanics to check out fault in car. After initial check they detected problem in ECM ie one of the component of engine which is also known as heart of engine. He asked to park my car in their showroom in Thane which I was reluctant to keep as I stay in Andheri and preferred to TOW my car to Shreenath Hyundai service station in Jogeshwari West. It cost me Rs. 2000 for towing charges for no fault of mine. Next day I meet Deepak Patel ([protected]) executive who was attending my car gave me all sort of reason like dust in fuel pipe which carries petrol form tank to engine, once they also mention manufacturing fault in ECM, then they changed to spark plug and finally settled to loose wire as fault. During this 6 days every time I called up to inquire about the exact fault this guys was unable to provide with exact reason. I was even called on Saturday 3 Oct, 2009 to collect car and confirm on phone that car was ready and to take delivery and when I was about to leave I again received call that again car was not starting and finally was called to take delivery on Tuesday 6th Oct 2009. I spoke to Mr Gerard Martin who is Dy. Works Manager at Shreenath Hyundai service station, who assured that they have worked upon the car and I wont be facing this issue again. When I asked for reimbursement for tow charges I had borne he refused to do so and said this doesn’t not come under warranty and when we asked to give us in writing what was the exact fault, he refuse to do so and said we don’t maintain such record of car. Within 5 days of getting my car back from service station I faced same issue. I had to go off for some urgent meeting and my car broke down just few meters away from house. I called up this so called manager of your service station, he said he will sent help in 15 mins but help came after an hr and I had to cancel my urgent meeting. They checked my car and took back to service station. Next day I went to log a complaint to Shreenath showroom from where I bought my car. I spoke to Pinky who is manager over there. Where she contacted service station and confirm that there was issue with ECM which earlier they had detected but didn’t work on it and confirm that it was manufacturing fault. And they have got approval from Hyundai to replace it.
      When we asked for reimbursement she promised that we will get reimburse as per warranty. This shows utter inconsistencies in communication between two departments where one assures we will get where other simply denies it. I would be getting delivery on 27 October. Ie after 15-18 days and not to forget my car won’t available on festival of Diwali.
      We agree that fault may appear in the machines but not of such magnitude which directly interfere with car efficiency. You'll appreciate that every car customer has emotional attachment with the asset brought with hard earned money. . It is evident from the car that there are serious lapses on quality control resulting in major technical/manufacturing defects. This was not at all expected from a company of such a high repute but the fact remains that I've suffered a lot on this account. I've lost my confidence completely in this make & apprehend to take out car out of station with fear to face same again.

      i am facing same problem which was Mr. Mohit Cheulkar faced.so i kindly request that help me from this problem. my hyundai i10 magna is from 4 th day at Hyundai dealer located in malegaon. my email id is [protected]@gmail.com and mb.[protected]
      I faced similar issues in my i10 Era car, it was giving a jerky ride and lot of vibrations, first Kun Hyundai Gachibowli in Hyderabad said that it was petrol problem, however after emptying and refueling the problem persisted, contacting them again they said that ECM is not working and would need replacement. And the quote price was Rs.35, 000.
      Right now i m facing same problem with my i10 era. 1st hyundai workshop change two sensors and everything cost me Rs15500/-.
      After two days again my car didn't start at highway n after givin my car again to same mukesh hyundai workshop at guwahati, now they are telling me that i have change the ecm of the car n price is Rs30500/-...20days gone, but till now my car is at workshop.
      Me also facing the same issue KL01 AZ 1745 and they are asking 40000/-
      2010 i10 1.2 sportz, delear says need to repace ECU, , 45000 me also facing same problem, please help [protected]
      I had bought my car from Modi Hyundai in January 2010, which is in Goregaon West, Mumbai. I am facing a same problem, where the mechanics of Modi Hyundai workshop are unable to let me know the exact issue occurred. They are unable to trace the problem. I have been told there is problem in start up of the engine & ECM may have to be replaced. The cost I have incurred in doing all the repair for my i10 car is around Rs.58500/-
      i have i10 sport i am also having same problem since 20 days my car is not started i went hyundai showroom they said u have to pay 45000/- thn i went to some local vendor they said we repair it sir so i gave my car to them and paid 15000/-but still getting same problem..please help me what to do now should i go hyundai service centre &pay 45000???

        A1 Hyundai

        It cant get worser than my case. I booked my car in June 2009 and ultimately had to cancel the booking in the month of September 2009 due to number of harassment.

        This Company is a real cheat and fraud. They will call you only till the time you haven’t paid the full money, post which you keep on calling and there will be no takers. I would wish to use all adjectives for them including Mahendra Kasturi, Deepak, Sanath (in accounts) and the entire team.

        I had to take the delivery of the car on Dusshera and was also given the engine and chassis number. The day I went to see the car in Bhiwandi stockyard of the Company, I was told that this car which was allotted to me had been sold to somebody else. So the journey of 100 kms from Mumbai and a day off from office is completely wasted.

        Post this, I was again allotted a engine and chassis number (442815). I go to Bhiwandi stockyard, perform the puja on the car and come to the showroom for getting the invoice. To my utmost shock, I am told that there would have been some mis-communication and this car has already been allotted to somebody else. What the [censored].

        Now, I apply for cancellation of my booking. I am told that the refund would be given in an around a week’s time. I call up after a week to find out that the accounts guys haven’t yet got my file to process the request. Now what do you call it. The company representative calls up and asked for another letter to cancel the booking. Didn’t they know the same thing when I was there in their office.

        Its now more than 2 weeks and I await for my refund, calling up different people to find out that they are very busy to even take a call. I wish and hope that somebody would take some serious actions against them. This is nothing but harassment of customers.

          Dear sir / Madam
          I have admited My vehicle (having Registration number MH-04-DJ-4453) ON 03-10-09 at shreenath Hyundai for Poor average & Pick up. They have identified problem on 05-10-09 and the problem is failure of Electronic Control Module and till date they are not confirming when it will be available
          I am daily doing follow up with them, but they are not giving me satisfactory answer or any other alternative. I have requested them to provide me courtesy vehicle for my daily traveling to Office. They say vehicle is not available.After that i have told them to I am arranging vehicle for that you have to bear the cost(Rs.1800 per day) , but as usual no reply or they are not confirming acceptance of my daily expenses

          Whenever I am talking to Customer care, std answer is, We escalated your complaint is higher level but till date I have not recd any communication from higher level

            Dear Sir / Madam,

            I have purchased a Hyundai I-20 (Black, Magna) with invoice number Invoice no. LAMPL/0570/[protected] on 7 Aug 09. At the time of initial billing, I was asked to pay an amount of Rs. 559168 which I paid in full before delivery. However, the final invoice was of Rs. 557436 when I took delivery on 10 Aug 09. Hence, I paid an excess amount of Rs. 1732 to Hyundai which the company is liable to pay back to me. At the time of taking delivery, I was told by the concerned person that I would be sent the refund cheque within a few days. However, even after repeated reminders to the concerned Hyundai dealer (L A Motors - Continental Hyundai) sales person, I have not got any response on the same. I have even visited the Mulund Hyundai Continental Showroom THRICE to remind of the refund cheque but have got a feeble response. The concerned sales person has stopped taking my calls in the past week and there is no reply to my sms requesting to call back.

            After multiple complaints sent by e-mails, I received a call from a Hyundai representative by the end of August confirming to me that I would be getting the refund in 1-2 weeks. Its now been more than 2 months since I have purchased the car and I have yet not received the refund cheque nor any update on when I would be getting the same.

            Kindly advise as to how I shall resolve this long pending issue and get my money refunded back.

              Hi,

              Yesterday evening 12th oct i have took the delivery of the brand new car at 8.00 pm, while going back home from dealer shop the A/c got cut , then the temprature has been raised to high and fumes started coming from the engine and the car was stopped automatically. Then we immediately called the Customer Care and the Agency to hlep, but no favorable reply and we were waiting for more than 2 hours in the main road. Then we took back the car to the nearest service center and dropped there.

              And we spoke to the sales Manager to address this issue, and requested to replace us with a new car.

                As per instruction of the dealer on purchase of new hyundai verna car in exchange of our old car,

                Dealer promised to pay back us Rs 20000/- .

                We have complained many time ( hyundai complain no.[protected] but we have never ever recived

                any reply for our complain & not received the amount back as promised by hyundai.

                  i om prakash purchesed a car i10 from hans hyundai in november 2008,that was fired within 6 months but hyundai didnot help me in that matter so that i got repaired my car from workshop and i have taken delivery of repaired car on 5th october but right now it is not getting start,its so shameful situation for hyundai that you have given a wrong vehicle to me and i m not able to repair it again and again.i have given all the amount for the repair.i m not satisfied with the service and now i fred up of all these things done to me by you,please be genuine to a genuine customer dont torture a honest and simple person....

                    The car is having problem of humming noise
                    It was inspected in Nimbus Hyundai sec -5 Noida , on 12th Aug 2009 while servicing of the vehicle
                    But i was told to check after wheel balancing & alingment
                    But problem persists even after that

                    I recontacted Nimbus on 21st Aug
                    The bearing for the vehicle were checked & confirmed out
                    They told that tyres may be having problem

                    After so many reminder calls MRF person checked the tyre
                    MRF person confirmed that the tyres are having weight uneven problem , but it was not a tyre manufacturing defect , May be it was due to balancing

                    But for the confirmation i want to tell u that i had all the 3 free services done for the vehicle as per details given below
                    1st Service [protected] Hyundai Motor plaza Mathura Road New Delhi
                    2nd Service [protected] Hyundai Motor plaza Mathura Road New Delhi
                    3rd Service [protected] Nimbus Hyundai Sec -5 Noida
                    4th Service [protected] Nimbus Hyundai Sec -5 Noida

                    All free services were required to check the wheel balancing & alignment check as per manual , Also same thing was checked in 4th service also
                    Than how the tyre can be faulty due to alignment & balancing problem

                      I recently had the second service of my i10 sportz car at Hyundai centre, pookunnam, thrissur, Kerala state, India. The service was really horrible. they charged Rs 1800/- for providing 'free' service. plus i had few scratch marks on the car for which i told them to do patch painting. They took 6 days to deliver the car. To my utter dissapointment the patches were still visible and friends do you know how much they charged???? Rs 5500/-!!!!!!!! Damn it. it asked them why. they said it was 'special' paint! God knows what!!! The worker where so arrogant and not at all pleasing!! Not satisfied i took the car to a local mechanic and he did a perfect job in 30 mts and charged just Rs 100/-!!!!! Hyundai servicers are real cheats and robbers!!! Think twicw before purchasing a hyundai car.

                      dont buy any car from KTC Thrissur, I suffered a lot from there.Fed up with them now doing service and all from Ernakulam showrooms (Desam)

                      Initally my family like hyundai i10 and we purchased 2 hyundai i10 era/megna- but after 6 months i hate this car b'cos car body is so thin and vry poor, sounds and it seats is nt comfortable.I want to exchange this to other china based brand car.I reffered one of my friend dont purchased i10 and told to purchased yova Cervelot car, this yuva is good interior and body is strong and much more confortable and safty comare to i10.
                      In future i will purchased Florid Hashback car from GreatWall manfacturer car, its really same as Toyota Yaries looks and features.

                      Plz dont buy Hyundai i10 due to its poor body, poor safety and uncomfatable...thing twice and go to there car manfacturer.

                      i have purchased i10 megna car through sales executive pankaj kr from balaji hundai muzffarpur.Before purchasing car,pankaj kr had told to give seat cover and foot mat and some other accesories.But after purchasing ,he deny this and never attending phone for any query.Later on ,i know that he cheated with many Doctors.I will discuss this matter also in I.M.A.

                        I have purchased new Hyundai i10 magna from Himgiri Morotrs, Delhi on 01.07.09. After two months I noticed a small crack in the lower portion of wind screen. The crack increased day-by-day. Is this manufacturing defect? I spoke to the dealer who advised to get the same changed through insurance claim.

                        Hyundai — CRACK IN WINDSCREEN

                        I purchaged i-20 on 29 th jun,2010 details are:
                        Make- HYUNDAI i20 MAGNA
                        Year of mft-2010
                        Chasis no- 183679
                        Engine no-23285

                        After 10 days only there was crack in wind screen.When i contacted local authorised Hyundai service center ,they confirmed me crack in wind screen is due to manifacture defect.
                        How can a compnay like M/s Hyundai do such type of fabrication mistake.

                          I bought i10 from Kundan Motors , Chinchwad with down payment on 12th Jan 2009 , in exchange of my Maruti Zen.At that time I was promised loyalty bonus of Rs. 7500 within 90 days. However it is September 2009 and till date I have not recieved the amount.
                          I have contacted Ms. Vijaya the Sales Executive, she transfers the call to the accounts department and the phone either is disconnected or the account executive claims that she has joined the company two days back. I had the above experience repeatedly.
                          Then one day I managed to contact the General Manager Mr. Sharma , he is the most unprofessional person I have come across.
                          He now claims that he had not promised to pay the amount to me and I should contact the sales executive. I feel cheated. And I sincerely advice people that they should consider twice before buying from Kundan Hyundai.

                          I am also victim of kundan hyundai, and the incident with rohini is not a surprise for me. what else can we expect from kundan hyundai, after buying my car from kundan, i had not even visited them for servicing, just because i have no faith in them, they are just fraud.
                          I had been through the same situation. Sending an E mail to Hyundai India is useless. Open the Hyundai international site and go to Asia pacific region and log your complaint there. I did so and I got the exchange bonus in 5 days. Whether it was a coincidence I dont know!
                          I think in Canada, we are just a little bit luckier, but not by much. I bought a new 2010 Hyundai from Hyundai of Mississauga in Nov. 2010 and referred a family member who also bought a new 2010 Hyundai from the same dealer. The Sales Manager promised to send me a Referral Reward of $100, but nothing came for over a month. After several phone calls and emails, I finally received a Birddog reward check for $50 - half of what was promised.

                          Should I just call it quits and consider myself lucky that I even got the $50 in referral rewards?

                          Worst service made ever!!

                            Dear Sir,

                            Complain against Rajpath Hyundai-Ajmer-Rajasthan-India/ blindly supporting local dealer without listening customer issue. Advising to get the work done outside or sale the vehicle just after 3 months buying.

                            This is plain and simple harassment to repeated customer.

                            I am approaching the Consumer Forum and lodging a case for all the harassment I faced. I have registered my complaints Ref No mention under, send a mail to [protected]@hmil.net but no response from their end till date.

                            Even after all the assurances by Hyundai on sales, I am facing same harassment again n again .This is the most horrible and troublesome experience for me in comparison with other companies. This shows the quality of the Hyundai service. Substandard staff & Substandard Vehicle.

                            This time I will take it to the required form, to get my issues addressed. Therefore, lastly I approach to you that you can understand the problem & help us to get the work done immediately. Otherwise I forced to get the help with customer forum with lei gel resources. .

                            So, I therefore request you to please look after the case sincerely before any thing goes wrong with my care due to local service center.

                              Hi,

                              I bought hyundai car in 2006 and in the same year after 4 months i met with accident and car has been given to trident hyundai service station and they did body repair and charged me 2,80000 rs. after that problems started, first with ac compressor adn engine noise adn so many other problems..
                              ac compressor making noise and ac was also not at all effective and i went given my vehicle in the same service station . they checked and said ac compressor is gone it should be replaced and they replaced under warranty full ac assembly worth 24000 rs. after that it was not at all effective and every time i use give for service i use to say check ac is not effective and its making noise and all.. no ody did check adn but they use to say ac filter blocked it has to be cleaned and they use to charge me 1000 rs for cleaning... now in 2009 ac compressor completely not working and when i gave service now they checked and saying ac compressor assembly has to be replaced thats is because during accident repair fitting alighment is not proper so it affected ac compressor. but no when i gave the complaint to hyundai they dont even care and talk very rude and you did not come during warranty period and all... every time when i give for service they use to say its fine and every time ac filter clean and use to charge me.

                              now if i ask them to check and fix the problem they talk very rude and abusive.

                              how do i go about this, whom should contact. i spent almost 4 lakhs for just repair. im frustrated

                              please suggest and help me.

                                my loan no;is l.a.f.e.r[protected] on the name of ramesh kumar.actually the problem is that we have given some cheques to icici bank for our car loan.but now they are saying that your some of the cheques are misplaced so give us the cash payment.and this is the big problem for us that if we gave them cash money and the cheques too than we will have to pay the double amount.so please give us the written that its the mistake of your company that the cheques are misplaced and please cancel those old cheques.after that we are ready to give our new cheques.

                                  Dear Sir

                                  I have booked a Hyundai I10 Era from Sanjay Hyundai, Pune Maharastra on 4th July 09 by paying Rs 10000 toward booking. Later on 30th July’09 I paid Rs 70000 and Rs 20841 as the receipt for same has to be submitted to SBI for loan sanction.(Also Rs 2600 for Wheel cap)

                                  On 31st July ’09 I wanted to upgrade my model to Hyundai I10 Magna and was ready to pay the difference but it was told by Mr Girish Sharma Sales Manager, Sanjay Hyundai that I cannot upgrade my model as invoice for the Era has been billed. Also it was communicated that upgrading my car would incur me Rs 5000 toward cancellation. (Till this date SBI loan was not disbursed to Sanjay Hyundai)

                                  As a customer I never cancelled my booking and wanted to upgrade my model. Even the contract signed by me does not have any condition regarding upgrading the model.Two condition mentioned in the contract signed are listed below;-
                                  If you cancel the booking than you need to pay Rs 5000 toward charges
                                  If car is not delivered within 10 days from the day of booking than Dealer have the right to Re- allot the car.
                                  Since I was being charged Rs 5000 toward cancellation which forced me to switch my contract to some other dealer in Pune and I cancelled my booking date 31st July’09 and this time I booked my I10 Magna from Kundan Car Pvt Ltd date 1st Aug’09. Also more than 23 days have been passed for in all this incidence

                                  Later on that is on 3rd August 09 I visited Sanjay Hyundai General Manager and he told me that if i continue the contract with Sanjay Hyundai than they will not charge me Rs 5000 which was earlier charged as cancellation charges. On being told that I have already booked my car with Kundan car Pvt Ltd it was told that they will charge me Rs 3000 instead of Rs 5000.

                                  This instance made me realize that Hyundai Motor India rules differ from situation to situation because in first instance I was told I will be charged Rs 5000 for upgradation than later it was told that if I continue my booking with them than they will waive off the said amount and finally it was told that since I had cancelled my booking with Sanjay Hyundai they will charge me Rs 3000.

                                  If this communication would have been made on the day (31st July’09) when I came for upgrading the model than I would have never thought of canceling my booking with Sanjay Hyundai.

                                  For Hyundai motor I am still their proud customer and had no intention to cancel my booking with Sanjay Hyundai.

                                  Also, since I have applied for SBI loan of Rs 3 Lakh on the name of Sanjay Hyundai later the name change to Kudan car Pvt ltd made me lose Rs 1350 toward Stamp paper and Re-processing fee.

                                  Before writing this mail to Hyundai Motor i had personally written a letter to Mr Sunil Christian Partner Sanjay Hyundai but till date had not got any revert from his side.

                                  I wanted to have your personal intervention in the above mentioned case and refund of Rs 3000 which was charged to me unnecessary.(For becoming a customer of Hyundai ?)

                                  Looking for a positive revert or i will be left with no other option but to write a direct mail to Mr H.S Lheem MD Hyundai Motor India

                                  Also i wrote a email to Hyundai on this but the revert which i have got from Snajay Hyundai is ..let see how you get the money. Infact the Mr Girish Sharma Sales Manager Sanjay Hyundai told me that it no use lodging a complain with Hyundai as the matter will come back to him only. As of now he is the person who is behing this whole senario.

                                    i bought Hyundai i10 from a showroom in Khar, Hyundai continentals.
                                    i had a very bad experience initially in gatting the delivery of the car.
                                    there were all wrong committments from the dealer.
                                    anyways, service i received after the purchase proved that there was even worse to be experienced,
                                    my lock was changed thro company, it was not workin and the showroom people did not even bother to help me in that.
                                    then my car"s wiper stopped workin.
                                    i went to the service station at Kandivli.
                                    They refused to change the motor.
                                    i had a very bad time returnin home in heavy rains.
                                    then i went to Hyundai continentals showroom.
                                    they gave me an appointment after two days (imagine driving without wipers in rain!).
                                    they called me early in the morning with an intention to fix the problem same day.
                                    i did that only to find that certain parts were not available in the service station.
                                    they have now called me after 3 days.
                                    how much trouble im facing and how much petrol i have wasted runin here and there.
                                    i fail to understand how u can even think of compitting with Maruti and Toyota.
                                    there is much more to it.
                                    everything cant be written.
                                    however, i took a decesion not to recommend a Hyundai product to anyone.

                                    i have bought a new Hundai i10 from khanna motors in kanpur in the on 25th june this year. at the time of purchase i was told that i will be getting Rs 15000 as an exchange car bonus within 90 days since i had exchanged with an old car. But till date i have not recieved any check.I have contacted the salesman (Amrish) atleast 3 to 4 times but everytime i speak to him he tells me it will take another month. he doesent speak properly on the phone. If there is a mistake that i have done in purchasing a hundai car then please tell me that. kindly look into the matter and send me the check as soon as possible.

                                      I was clued-up that I will get the RC in 2-3 weeks. But I couldn’t get that as I was out of town for a good amount of time after that. When I came back and went to the show room for enquiry, that was shut forever by that time.

                                      I raised this concern to Hyundai customer care on July 20 2009 thru e-mail but still waiting for my car RC after so may follow ups. I definately get a call from the customer care/sales team but no result.

                                        This is Geeta Arora, I have purchased my new brand santro xing XO (top model) with CNG fitted by the authorized dealer HANS Hyundai, Moti Nagar in Sept, 2007.From the very begining I am facing problem with this car, initially there was misfiring problem - i.e. after every 1000 to 1500 kms, my car's spark plugs get short, so many times I went to authorized dealer HANS Hyundai to get it replaced.Everytime they repair/replace the wires, plugs etc.After that another problem has knocked into my car which was Pickup problem. again i visited to authorized workshop, they told me that "THE TIMING HAS RETIRED", very unknown term to me well they told the solution also which was CHANGE OF CRANK SHAFT alongwith the garari etc. So my car was dumped with workshop for 8-10 days.It was done in Feb' 2009.Well 1 or 1 and half months nice driving, royal feeling but again in April' 09, the same complaint arised, went to workshop, this time they serviced the vehicle and changed the plugs. Again after 2-3 months pickup of the car was only & only 20km/h, immd. stops if you try more than 20. Again called the pickup to take the car to their workshop and check the same.They took the car from my place on 13th Aug, 2009. On follow-ups with them, got the info that i would get my car on 23rd Aug, 2009 at 12 p.m. Before 11 itself i again got a call from workshop that he problem was resolved but when they were taking the test/trial of the car, it suddenly stopped, on asking reason, they said we also don't know but now we will check wriring etc, I asked them to gte the scanner done of my car, they said that on scanner nothing problem was indicating.So the car is still with them for their R&D.

                                        On 24th aug, 2009 I talked directly with Hyundai, and transferred the ownership to them as it's their product not HANS's home made, Well i don't wether anything will happen or not but i will surely wait for 2 more days after that i have decided to take a legal action against Hyundai, As due to this vehicle i am facing lot of problem as i am working and i need to take a private cab daily for office pick&drop.This car mently & financially harrassing me a lot.

                                        I myself feel the most dis-satisfied customer of hyundai.I will never recommend Hyundai to any one of my near & dears.

                                        I Have Hyundai Santro!!! Car(UP 70 BV 8110) I purchased in[protected].The representative told me that the milage of car is gain but. After 1st Service of mY car the milage of my car is (Petrol:-6kmpl.and LPG:-7.5kmpl.).
                                        And i complaint several time but the costumer care of Hyundai telling me that he forward my complaint to the related department till last three month. now that my car is as it is till when i purchased.
