I purchased a new I10, last month from Sachin Hyundai, Bareilly, but unfortunately it met with an accident.

Now its nearly a month and the car is still at the service center. The reason is they dont have a part (naming Pillar, i dont know what is that) and for last one month they are just telling us that they have placed the order and will get it soon.

When i purchased a car it was told me that there is no problem of the availability of the parts at all, then what is this?

If they can't provide good service then why do they not mention it in the beginning itself.

    I, BOUGHT SANTRO GLS FROM SUPERON HYUNDAI GURGAON ON3/4/08.IN ITS 500 KM OF RUNNING ITS SPARK PLUG BROKEN.I, HAVE REGISTERED A COMPLAINT WITH HYUNDAI, BUT NO RESPONSE.       I have bought brand new Hyundai Verna (DL2CAD 6573) from MGF motors Delhi on 15th December, 06. Since then I am getting it serviced on regular basis. I am facing lots of problem with my car. Now it has started giving me sleepless nights as I have invested Rs. 8 lacs on a car which is having a manufacturing defect. Let me take you through the sequence of events which will give you the clear picture:-



      I had got my car serviced for the first time on 27th Dec, 07 at your RBSS dealership (dealer code W4201) mileage meter reading 1666. It was a very regular kind of service I got my car back in few hours and according to dealer there was no problem with my car and everything was fine.



      Now the second service was at dealer code (N3402) on 6th May, 07 mileage meter reading 10008, I was having a mileage and black smoke problem; I had informed the same to the dealer. Dealer told me that they will check the tuning of engine and fix it. During this service your dealer have topped up the engine oil by filling up 5 liters engine oil and never disclosed the actual problem with the car. Since this was a free service they did not charged anything for labour but they did charged me for 5 liters engine oil.



      Third service happened at P L Motors Jaipur (dealership code W4401) on 12th Oct, 07 mileage meter reading 21881, I was having a pickup, black smoke and mileage problem with my car (as the car was giving a mileage of 11 km/litre) I had reported the same to the dealer, they did the diagnosis and informed me that my car is lifting engine oil, I asked the dealer to look into and do the needful or what so ever is required so that problem doesn’t get repeated. They had filled up 5.3 litres of engine oil again this time. The dealer gave me assurance that they have checked up the car and the needful is done and going forward I will never face this kind of problem again. Inspite of the assurance given by the dealer, I was checking my car on regular basis and I found that car is still lifting the engine oil. I took the car again to the dealership for servicing.



      Now the forth service happened at PL motors (dealership code W4401) on 31st Jan, 08 mileage meter reading 31863, I had informed them that the all the problems still persists. They have again worked upon the engine and assured me that the problem of lifting engine oil and other problems have been rectified but still recommended that I should regularly check the quantity of engine oil. I kept on checking the same and realized that car is still lifting engine oil. I went back to the dealership and informed them about the same. Now they contacted your HMP office at Delhi asked them to look into the problem as the dealer (W4401) has done their best to rectify the problem. I took the car to your HMP office (dealer no N1100)on 6th Feb, 08 they kept the car for two days and returned stating that they have rectified the problem and car is absolutely fine now. This time I didn’t believed on the assurance given to me. I kept on checking the quantity of engine oil. It was still reducing on regular basis. I went to the dealer (PL Motors dealership code W4401) again on 19th March, 08 and informed about the problem. They had discussed the same with your HMP office. Now according to them (dealer W4401 + HMP office) the car’s engine required to be opened and reassembled as they will be changing the piston and rings of my car.



      Now I am not feeling comfortable as the problem persisted for so long and there was no solution provided by your company. Another point in question is, the engine which got fitted at factory carries a problem then what is the guarantee of reassembled engine will run well, what is guarantee that reassembling of engine will not lead to other problems in engine and on top of it please remember I had spend 8 lacs not to run a car with manufacturing defect or to end up with this kind of situation. The problem got diagnosed at the initial stage and got lingered on due to the assurances given to me from time to time by your company. Now my warranty period is getting over in next few months as the period of warranty is 2 years only. Who will be responsible after post warranty period???



      My car still is having all the problems:-

      Lifting of engine oil.
      Mileage problem.( current mileage is around 10 km/litre)
      Pickup problem.
      Black smoke problem.


      I am looking for a permanent solution. Request you to look into my complaint on priority and revert on priority.

      DEAR SIR/MAM,


      I HAD PURCHASED A HYUNDAI VERNA SX CRDI ON 24/04/09.
      FROM THE FIRST DAY I HAD BEEN RECEIVING A NOISE FROM THE CENTER REAR VIEW MIRROR OF IT.
      THE CAR HAD BEEN GONE MANY TIMES TO THE SERVICE STATION BUT THEY COULD NOT SOLVE THE PROBLEM AS THEY DONT HAVE THE STOCK OF REAR VIEW MIRROR.
      THEY SAY THAT THE MIRROR HAS BEEN REPLACED WITH THE DEMO CAR'S MIRROR BUT THE PROBLEM IS NOT SOLVED. THE NOISE IS VERY HUGE AND IT IS HEARED EVEN ON HIGHWAYS OTHER THAN IN CITY.I HAD TOLERATED THEM FOR NEAR ABOUT TWO MONTHS BUT NOW I CANNOT HEAR THAT IRRITATING NOISE IN MY CAR.
      I AM SATISFIED WITH THE PERFORMANCE OF MY CAR BUT DUE TO THIS HUGE NOISE I COULD NOT DRIVE IT.


      SO. SIR/MAM I REQUEST YOU TO PLEASE SOLVE MY PROBLEM IN THE NEW VERNA SX CRDI. ONE OF THE MACHENIC AT DEALERS END TOLD ME THAT THE PROBLEM IS IN REAR VIEW MIRROR AS WELL AS IN THE BACK PORTION OF MIRROR WHICH IS BEEN FIXED IN THE MAIN FRONT GLASS AND BOTH WILL BE CHANGED TO CURE THE PROBLEM.

      we had made a wrong decision of buying the verna car we are not getting proper response
      Verna car service is very poor in Advaith Hyundai service center (Mission Road) at Bangalore.
      They steal petrol from cars n they damage cars instead of Servicing.
      There is no proper communication within organisation, they dont bother to inform customer regarding the status of service.
      I have informed all my friends/colleagues not to go the Advaith Car service center bcoz of the worst service

      Verna fludic car looks very elegant at first look. But latter within a short time many manufacturing defects gets surfaced.

      1) Average of the car is only 7 to 8 Km per liter.
      2) Fog lam mounting brackets on the front bumper crack on it's own without any external impact. Owner may have to replace the front bumper every two year due to this problem.
      3) Bonnet hinges are so week that it gets jam within year or two, resulting damage of bonnet during opening.
      4) Clutch paddle movement get very hard within short use.
      5) Tyre wearing is fast.

        My father is a Doctor practicing in Roorkee. He owns a Santro and has always been a Hyundai man. He had never thought of any other brand of car Maker since 2000 till the time we had an extremely harrowing experience with DASS Motors, Meerut. My father’s car was hit parked in front of an eating joint close to meerut and was hit by a Balero from the front. We had the car towed to meerut and showed it to DASS Motors, Meerut, they estimated close to 50, 000 INR for the complete repair of the vehicle. We agreed to have it done with Hyundai(DASS Motors) rather than having it done outside where complete repair was estimated[protected]. The car was promised to be delivered in 5-6 days. I kept following up for the car and the car was finally delivered after 16 days with the claim that the vehicle has been kept longer for the testing.



        When the vehicle was delivered it was in an absolutely bad shape with the long list of items which cold have been noticed in the vehicle if it was driven even once. The list of pending item goes as below

        The steering of the car shook badly when the car was started
        It was not possible to drive the car if the AC was switched on, the car would just stop and would not move because of the load
        The dashboard shook vigorously after switching on the AC
        The Horn was not working
        The car made strange noises from every where
        The clutch of the car was just hanging loosely
        The bonnet was replaced with no color matching done, the difference in color could be noticed clearly from a distance of 15 meters.


        I spoke with DASS Motors and they promised to do all this and deliver the car in 1 day. I took off from work and handed over my car to DASS Motors at 9AM in the morning with the promise that car would be delivered by 2PM. I was told that I would be charged separately for all this work again because I did not notice all this when the car was delivered. I called them up at 3PM and was told that the car is ready and could be taken away. I reached DASS to find that the condition of the car has further worsened, uptill morning my car used to drive straight after leaving the steering straight but now my car was moving left. I complained to them about this and they did something which made my car moving right. I was later than 6:30 pm by then and my car was not done completely and the staff at DASS motors was extremely rude and abusive, challenging not only me but the other customers as well. Seeing the abusive nature of the staff, I decided to take my car in the worse condition after paying the bill of 5000/- and spending whole day of work at Service center.



        I and My father had great faith on Quality of Service provided by Hyundai but this experience with DASS motors opened our eyes. We had planned to buy i10 on Sunday but having got the worst car service experience on Saturday we decided to try Maruti and Chevrelot Cars as well.



        I couldn’t believe that any authorized service center could be so careless, incompetent, rude and abusive towards the needs of the customer in such service oriented Market.

        I am not sure if DASS is a Hyundai dealer or Authorised service center. I am running thru a very bad experience in getting cheated by Reliance Hyundai Service center @ Chennai. I met with an accident and given the car to them to service. They have quoted 30K and taken the money from me to release the car. But when I get the insurance, I was surprised to see the rate difference of the parts that were changed in the car. The rate quoted by a Hyndai dealer and authorised service center was too high. I think they take a good commision which insurance guys do not consider.

        I am not sure where to give the complaint against the Authorised service center.

        But I had a good experience that I should not go to Authorised service center rather to go to dealer.
        Purchased Hyundai Santro Xing from M/s. Sukrith Hyundai, Madurai on Oct ' 08 & got delivery on 02.11.2008. You committed that you will be giving us some exchange bonus. But till now you guys not given any proper response. m totally dissatisfied with Hyundai Customer Service.

        I am Sucheendran K writing this letter from kollam. I purchased a Santro Swing from Hyundai Kollam Near Juma Masjid. They give me offer of 4000/- Rupees for State Government Employees Cash Back. I have contacted many times to your Head Office and the Dealer so many times but there was no response from your office. I would like to know whether this Cash Back offer is true or false offered by your dealer. I think whether this is a Cheating Business playing to the Customers offering by your dealer and your Hyundai Company. My Mobile Number is [protected].         This is Sugandha Agarwal. I am an old customer of Hyundai, had I10 Reg. no. DL3CAL6440 and recently purchased Hyundai Accent Executive- CNG (inbuilt) on 30 June’10 from Hyundai Motor Plaza (New Delhi).
        Unfortunately I had an accident on 9th Aug’ 10 and the estimate for the car repair is around 50 K, when I approached the Hyundai service centre they told me that CNG is not endorsed in the insurance( Tata AIG) and the survey and claim can only be done once CNG get endorsed into that.

        I started following up with the showroom guys and their agents as well for getting it done. Till date after more than two months of my purchase I did not get my RC and when I got everything checked in order to get it fast I found out that Hyundai has lost the form- 22 for my car due to which the authority is not releasing my RC and since the endorsed RC is yet not received so the CNG could not get endorsed in insurance due to which I kept suffering badly since I was using cab from 9th August’10 and had to pay a huge amount to that also the car was in the worst condition.

        Finally I Started writing regular mails to the Vice Presidents of Hyundai Mr. Ashok jha, Mr. Ashish Anand & Mr. Arvind Saxena, but when I did not get any response from Hyundai after hundreds of calls and mails, I had to get my car repaired from my own pocket where I paid around 25, 000/- from my own pocket, the original parts were done from Baltic Hyundai and the repair work got done from a local shop since I was not in a condition to spend 50, 000/- from my pocket. And spent around 15, 000/-

        I just want to aware you of the problems I have been facing from past more than 2 month due to this irresponsible and careless attitude of Hyundai, also since a lot of money has been wasted due to this issue and I have been harassed badly many times by Hyundai so would request you to raise my concern to the higher ups and compensate for my losses made due to Hyundai ASAP

        My Car No. G J 5 CF 7934 given for the maintaining for hitting problem at Navjivan Hundai Surat for nominal problem. they have keep a car for 4 days and i m facing a problem without car. The approch by the service person Mr. Diraj is not proper his moble No.[protected]. i have contact so many time yet they have not given proper answer just doing lenring when i was anger on phone within 5 minutes i have received call from Navjivan Hudai and they told us now your car is ready means that they are not given proper answer maintaing a customer this not a big problem even though i was without car. i think they have use my car for their personal interest so may i request you say to the owner of Navjivan Hundai and told them donot manage impression of hudai co. since last ten year we are coustomer of hudai car with out hudai use not any car. so you can understand our interst with hudai car. so they should be a different type of punishment for the navjivan hundai owner as well as a person of dealing a coustomer so other valuable person will not faceing such type of problem

          Sir,
          I had purchased Santro (GLS) model car from Novelty Hundai Pathankot on7th Nov. 2007. At the time of purchase of my car, there was corporate discount was given by the company, as they advertise.The corporate dicount of Rs.4000/- should be returned to the customer within Six months.But till date i.e. 02.06.08 I had not received the cheque of Rs. 4000/-.While I had launched on complain in the month of February in the company call centre phone No.[protected]. My complain No. is[protected], for this I had reknocked to the company more than 10 times.What will be the further action.

          I have purchased the car on 19 april 2009 from commercial hyundai dehradun but till date coporate dicount is not refunded to me, it is going to four months.
          i have purchased I-10 car from Deotsidh Hundai Ludhiana in the month of Dec. 2009 but the corporate discount has not been received so far.

          I had also purchased a Hyundai in December 2010 and till date (July 2011) I have not received a penny of the Rs. 12, 000 that was promised to us as Corporate Discount. The dealer doesn't answer, there is no number from Hyundai's office where we can connect and lodge a complaint. I think the whole scheme is a fraud and may be we should talk to a lawyer and explore any legal action.

          Low Mileage in a new xcent car

          we bought our xcent petrol car on 27th February from Vinayak motors chromepet, chennai (TN 11L 1342). They assured about 18km/l on highway. But our vehicle gives only 12.1kms/L on highway driving. Is there any remedy to solve our issue?

            Dear Sir,

            I have purchased i10 magna from Hyndai Motor Plaza, Mathura Road, New Delhi on 07-May-08 and got the delivery on the same day. On 10-May when we were intended to go somewhere, the car could not be started and we have to push it manually, and we have to cut a sorry figure in our colony.

            The matter was reported to motor plaza and complaint was lodged on telephone, some officials came and took nearly two hours to find out the trouble and told us the wire was damaged.
            Till than we have been trying our level best to get the same replaced but sorry to write that they people are not paying any heed despite our repeated requests.

            Also, Mr. K.S.Mishra, Manager was contacted on phone but he showed his inability in this matter and told us we have to pay 15000/- or, so approx for the same.

            It is therefore requested to do the needful at the earliest.

            Hi Hyundai Team,

            I am Chander Mohan I purchased Hyndai i10 on 9th March from Talwar Hyndai at hyderabad car # is AP 28 CA 2897

            After few days noise start coming from the right side of dashboard above the steering.First service is due i gave it to Towli chowki service center i metioned same thing in a prbolem details. Problem is not recitified. again i gave a request to Hyndai and have a look of this problem they picked my vechile and keep it for two days and they didn't resolved the problem.

            To whom should i need to contact to resolve this problem please advice me.

              I have purchased a new Santro at the time purchase company offered me a corparate bonus of Rs 4000. They offered me they will issue the check once i have submit the copy of RC book and employement proof. I have subbmitted the same 6 months back. Till now they haven't issued the bonus. when ever i have chased them regarding this they are it is under processing . Very very poor customer customer service
              I have been chasing them for the last 15 Months.

              Same Result NO RESPONSE.
              went to clay king hyundai dealership with my daughter whose car was totaled. i was very ill at the time, just out of the hospital. i was there all day, they baggered and pestered me all day. told me my loncoln was to big and burned gas. they brought a car around (form 8;30am to 9;30 pm)because i could not walk.
              i said, give me the paper work on the car i will look it over and call you tommorrow, at this point i was sick, my daughter drove me home. (they asked me to sign a document becuase they could not allow paper work out of the store) they said. the next day my friend came over, and i asked if we could pick up my lincoln, because i was to ill to drive it home. on route i said, look these over its for a new hyundai, i cant read it the papers are to blurred. she said, i cant read it either. i cam to the dealership, asked where my lincoln was, they told me they sold it, that the car by the door was mine, not new a 65 used kaka, they took my lincoln, at leat 6, 000 since then i paid 5.000 i owed 18.000.
              wells fargo called me 108 times with horrible harrassment since i decided no more.
              clay king, owner after trying to see him for 6 months told me W H A T E V E R. a grown man, it is no wonder they do not want any one to see him.
              the seat did n ot move, they added a 5, 000 wrrenty, which they used three times to replace the front seat and the air bag. i.e of course none of this was ever done, the seat and air bag were the same. i am disabled and could not get in or out of the car. did not matter. W H A T E V E R, is not in the business of customer service. wells fargo sent people at four in the morning, threatened and called me names, unimaginable. the bank, the dealer are in collusion. rico act is working well in W H A T E V E R S TERRITORY. i am seventy and on social security, shame on you for such dishonest unspeakable business. the four o clock incident took me back to a gestapo incident when i was three, the banging on dorr, the german shepards barking, the terror of such behaviour perpetrated on an old lady is abominable.

              regarding Door auto lock

              I have bought hyundai fluidic verna 6 months back.since than tne auto door lock function doesnt work and the dealer ir also not cooperative What to do

                I had purchased one Hyundai Sonata Embera in January 2007. This is one of the top end products provided by HMIL and supposed to be its pride.
                Unfortunately my vehicle is standing since 29th April 2008 for a repair but till date I have not recieved the vehicle since the spare parts are not available. The company does not have the spare available anywhere in India.
                HMIL claiming to be such a big company but having no supply for the best car they produce is shocking, the proof of very poor customer service and poor supply chain system.

                I had purchased a Hyundai i10ERA-Q 2A.C. model from Hilla Hyundai, Kharagpur, West Bengal on 17.05.08.Two weeks back one part named EPS MOTOR got damaged.Since my car is under warranty period I took the car for repair at Shree-Hyundai Ranju Automobiles Pvt.Ltd, Bokaro, Jharkhand & claimed for warranty.First the concerned person refused to attend the car citing reason that they would not provide me warranty facility since the car was not purchased from here.As a Hyundai customer I can claim for warranty at any Hyundai authorised centre in India.Later they said that the part is not available at the dealership.Now, for two weeks I am making phone calls to different staffs related to parts business of Hyundai Motor India Ltd.But no avail.

                I would like to draw your kind attention that I have handed over my Car No. GJ-1-HE-152 to M/s. Sharma Cars pvt. Ltd., Near Mount Carmel Junction, Ashram Road, Ahmedabad. 380009 for servicing vide their Repair Order No. R [protected] dated 30/06/2009. I had complained about Brake oil leakage of my Car. After thorough checking done by Technical Staff they have informed me to change “Cylinder Assy. Brake Master”.

                I am surprised to note that I have already changed the same part during the previous services done by M/s. Yogi Auto Care Pvt. Ltd., Ahmedabad and they have charged Rs.1955.95 vide their invoice No. RT/2278 dated[protected]. i.e. only six months time has been passed and again the same part is asked to be changed by M/s. Sharma Cars Pvt. Ltd. Ahmedabad.

                I regret to note that the original spare part changed by your one authorized Service Station –M/s.Yogi Autocare Pvt.Ltd., Ahmedabad, is again asked to be changed by your another authorized service station M/s. Sharma Cars pvt. Lt.d, Ahmedabad., within a short period of six months time, which is not believable and acceptable to me. Since a reputed and reliable company like yours, I never expect this type of change of spares required to be changed within a short time, which is not a good practice to justify the confidence of your customers.

                Under the circumstances I would like to request you to please take up the matter immediately with your authorized service center M/s. Sharma Cars Pvt. Ltd., Ahmedabad, as my Car is already lying with them unrepaired and I am suffering a lot in absence of my Car.

                Hope you will cooperate with me in the matter and take suitable action in this regard without any further delay.

                  We have purchased a new Huyndai Verna from Sudeep Motors - Vapi, who are authorised dealers of Huyndai . After a lot of follow up and talking with Huyndai's main office we got the delivery of car on 31/3/08 without any official documents . The booking of the car was done on 17/3/08 with a token amount and delivery was given on 31/3/08 for a car that was in stock with the company . The car is booked in company name Penta Automation Systems Pvt ltd .The car is financed thru ICICI as per the system of Sudeep Motors. On 24/3 we even paid the final down payment of Rs 2, 34, 413/- and gave alll documents required for loan and the PDC cheques.

                  Foe ref the customer id : C[protected], Invoice no of Sudeep motors : H[protected] dt 30/3/08 .Model : Verna GLS 1.5CRDI(SX) E3, brigth silver.
                  Engine no : D4FA7H701449.

                  Since 31st march the car stands like a big Show piece in our company grounds.

                  After 15-16 days we also went for the registration camp where Sudeep Motors people got our car cleared from the RTO .

                  But till today we do not have the number plate. Last week after involving some people in and around Vapi, we came to know that ICICI was not clearing the loan as the final figures given by Sudeep Motors was incorrect . 1% less amount was charged and there was no decision Sudeep Motors could take on this . We finally even paid that difference of Rs 18000/- on 24/4/08 . We were promided that within 2 days the papers would reach us .
                  Today the two days have become 4-5 days but no luck . The best part is that in so many days Sudeep Motors have never bothered to make a call to us and inform us the status . Everytime we would call and they would then give one more reason or problem .

                  We are here sitting after blocking almost 3 lacs of rupees for the last one month. Not getting the car registered and making calls to Sudeep Motors, Huyndai Call centres etc ...with no one actually taking up this issue or showing any concern. Today after talking to the GM of Sudeep motors, we realised, he even does not know the matter. He has to wait for his boys to come and give feedback .

                  We are wondering now whether we made wrong choice by booking this car or to say a 10 lac worht show piece ??????? Huyndai guys also call up to find whether the matter has been sorted .We say NO an dthey say we will get back within 10 min, which never comes. ??

                  WHAT KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THIS????? THIS IS CUTOMER HARRASEMENT NOT SERVICE .

                    I have registered a complain againt Hyndai i10 10-12 days back at customer care Hyndai and their head off ref complain No[protected] but no use, utter harassment to the customer and waste of time as well.

                    I agree this customer care number is really useless, i don't know what they don, they just sit on it no follow ups nothing. its like we give a complain and it goes into a black hole. they don't have escalation matrix with them, they just apologize and don't do anything apart from that.

                    My car (Hyundai i10) is in service center for more then 10 days now, nothing moving they just tell me that the part is not available or the part is in transist, i dont know from where it is coming. and this customer care sucks sorry to use this word.
                    my car (i10) is in service center ashiyana hyundai patna from 09.06.2009. today i talked to service center, he told me some necessary part is not available, so i am unable to made it ok.my car no MP 17 CA 2292.
                    I fully agreed with Your words.                     Looking at the no. of responses you have received in agreement to the pathetic of Hyundai. You are definately not alone, I am facing issues with the car since day 1 and till date [protected]@HMIL.NET has not even bothered ti check whether the customer complaint is sorted out or not, escalation to the Mumbai regional CR are also dealt in similar manner. Hyundai auth. Service Centres have further worsen the condition of the car (car has literally lost it's virginity at the hands of qualified Hyundai staff!) In less than 6 months of car ownership, the clutch has been replaced along with some fuel guage component. For the rest of the issue highlighted, their generic stand is 'All Is Well' with the car, you are worrying needlessly ... God bless
                    I had a problem yesterday (1.11.2012) at 7 pm, hot air is coming from AC vents and I stopped and restarted. I found that coolant temperature has gone to High. I called immediately emergency[protected] and they asked me to contact some other no. Finally I got Adyar, Chennai Hyundai service and they finally told to tow the vehicle and leave the car in their service station as car should not be run and finally they advised me to drop nearest service station to look at the fault. I left the car in Choice Motors neares service station and they are charging me Rs.3, 500/ though I have taken extended warranty. My concern is :

                    1. When there is an emergency why cannot organise to tow the vehicle to their service station as they may have better understanding ?

                    2. They dont have courtesy in an emergency for lady driving car ?

                    3. Kun Adyar is hesistant to contact choice motors to solve the issue by mutual understanding of not charging this due to extended warranty ?

                    4. As mine is office vehicle and I will not be recommending in futur to our company to buy any more Hyundai car ?

                    Is there any other way to take up this matter to solve this issue ?

                      Subject: Bad Experience with SUHRIT (HYUNDAI), Mayapuri, Delhi.


                      I had a very bad experience with the Suhrit (Hyundai) showroom at mayapuri, Delhi.

                      I booked my i-10 megna model car from this Hyundai showroom with a cheque of Rs 3, 25, 000/- by their sales consultant Shri Naresh Yadav on 17th March 2008. He promised that he deliver the Car on 24th March 2008. On 24th March 2008, when I rang and enquired about delivery of car, he told he will deliver it on 28th April 2008. From that day to till 1st April 2008, he made several false promises to deliver the vehicle. But did not fulfilled.

                      Than ultimately, I told him to return my advance amount of Rs 3, 75, 000/-. For that, I made a written request to refund my advance money. He agreed and told me to collect a cheque on 6th April 2008, but given me ICICI Bank, Bahadur shah zafar marg branch cheque, vide 541108, of Rs 3, 75, 000/- of dated 10th April 2008. The same cheque, I deposited in my Oriental Bank of Commerce, laxmi nagar, delhi, saving account .

                      On 16th April 2008, I came to know that their cheque of amount 3, 75, 000/- is bounced due to insufficient funds. Than once again, I contacted them, they further told me that now they are having sufficient funds in their bank so once again, I can deposit the same cheque in my saving account.

                      Now, nobody from this Hyundai showroom is listening my complaint.

                      Please advice me what to do.

                      Problem in i 10 axle (front dvr side)

                      there was a noise in front wheel after 2435km, shown to there show room & they said that its axle had damaged I asked to changed &

                      they said that you should bear the cost of the same company or mrg auto will not pay & its not their responsibility . After some discussion with their staff & seniors they agreed to pay half cost of the axle & half by me.Also no copration from hyuandai office to email them again &again

                      But I am not agree to pay the same because how can I assure it that it will not damaged in next 2400Km .
                      Suhrit Hyundai is the worst Dealer i have ever seen, Its a complete Fraud Company. I had bought a Santro from them on 2nd Dec 08, till now 15th April 2009 I have not yet received my Registration certificate for the same.They have closed down their office nobody seems to respond.

                      MGF on the other hand took my call and at least called back to tell me what to do. At least they know what customer support is.

                      I had bought my I-10 sportz from suhrit yousuf sarai in oct -08. so far I didnt get my registeration certificate . very very very very bad experiemce with suhrit people. no body is taking any responsibility to help me to get my R/C. even hundai motor plaza mathura road, they are not in mood to help me . in august, I have given my complaint in written to them, so far nothing is done .its bad on their part to harrasse innocent people.

                        I have purchased “i10 Magna” car from Sanjay Hyundai, Pune. This car was delivered to me in the second week of January 2008. My car has developed two faults in less than three moths o[censored]se, when the car has not even run 3000 km. These are obviously design problems or serious quality issues in Hyundai i10 car.
                        1. On April 07, 2008 major accident was averted when my car suddenly stopped in the middle of the road, when I was negotiating a ‘U’ turn. I was later told by the mechanic, of Sanjay Hyundai that the left side axle had come off.
                        This is a serious problem which can cause injury to life and property of driver/passenger. I consider my self lucky that no fast moving vehicle banged into me when the car stopped suddenly in the middle of the road.
                        I fail to understand how a new car that has not even run 3000 kms can develop such a serious problem. This clearly shows that there is a design problem in the model i10 or quality problem with the particular vehicle supplied to me.
                        2. Another minor problem cropped up within one month of purchase of the car. Wiper motor of the vehicle suddenly started and stopped, on its own, without switching on the wiper. Wiper motor had been replaced to solve this problem.

                        Hyundai i10- Safdarjung Hyundai Service — Poor Service from Serrvice Center

                        I have puchrchaed Hyndai i10 car dated 24th Aprill 2008. This was my second car and earlier i was holding Maruti 800. I was told that i will be getting Rs 10000 bonus in place of selling my maruti and becoming a Hyndai customer. I have requested the amount to be adjusted in the deal price wherewas i was informed they follow the payment by cheque later which will come in 3 months. This is almost 6 months now i am follwing with the sales person and everytime give a commitment that the same will be given in 1 week. I really do not understand when they have to sell a car they are after the customer but once it is sold they do not give any importance and service is very poor after Sale.
                        Request somebody to help me out in this case.

                        Hyundai — Be careful while servicing

                        Hyundai Company is good company. But dealers are very bad, fraud, cheater of innocent people. Hyundai must secretly get a suggestion from every customer and take a strong action against dealer's and also Hyundai must sale the spare parts in the market through a distributor, retail outlet directly to the customer’s. There is a much number of fraud is happening in the service only. Then only Hyundai must alive in Indian market otherwise they will face disaster and washout from Indian automobile industry.

                        Customer should return back the replaced parts from service why means the staffs first give estimation to replace the good parts and they put a bill for that. Then they didn’t replace the parts but they get a parts from inside shop and sale outside. so be careful.

                        Hyundai — New i10 Stopped working on day 1

                        Dear Sir

                        I purchased a i 10 Astra Automatic from Shrenath Hyundai on 18th April 2009. Within two hours of delivery and a drive of 100 kms. the car stopped working. The Attitude of people, be at dealer end or hyundai customer care is not customer freindly. I am still waiting for some action on their part. I fail to understand how a car on day 1 malfuntions inspite of so called best of the QC process.

                        I fully agree with this. My car MH12EX6370 developed the same steering locking problem. The car stopped suddenly in the middle of the road. Fortunately the car was not running at more than 20 kmh This could have proved fatal if the car was running fast. There is serious design problem with i10 version. Would be car owners... my advice is stay away from Hyundai 'i' series of vehicles.
                        Yes, I do agree with the various complains. I have purchased i10 on last week of May08 from Superon Hyundai, Gurgaon and less than 11 month the cluch plate and pressure plate damaged. This is realy a problem poor quality and proper checking of different part of the car. The dealer is charging Rs.7700/- for that. I have lodged my complain No.[protected] to the cutomer careof Hyundai on 30th April-09 but no response received till date.
                        That happened to me too. Then i found a gun in the glove box. When i complained to the dealers i was filed for an FIR and the next thing i knew i was in jail. Now my wife hates me and my children are cocaine addicts. My three year old injects himself. We are broke and my wife sucks **** for a living. If you are interested you can 'pick her up' at _____ ______, India. Hyundai i10 ruined my life.
                        Moral of the story people! : Never look in the glove box of a hyundai i10...and watchout for AIDS.

                        i too have faced a serious prob regarding hyundai i10 power steering.
                        The power steering is giving problem suddnly and it has become heavier than a rock...
                        The Hyundai people says that i10 is facing this problem and they are receiving lots of complaints and now i have to get it replaced.
                        So, beware...be4 buying...go thru the reviews, , , its better to enquire with those who are driving hyundai i10 for more than an year..coz that's when the problems starts poping up.

                        i purchased my i 10 in december 2007 in chennai and has been running only chennai. Two weeks back we noticed uneven wear on the front-tyres. when checked up, tie-rod end assembly problem was identified and replaced. Then there was knocking sound, and this time identified as steering box problem. I was told that since water has entered the steering box, the parts have rusted and giving this proble. How come water enters into a steering box?

                        Cars are bound to run even during monsoon days and wet conditions.

                        My vehicle is stopped now and Steeringn box is yet to be replaced.

                        One of my collegues in my office has also bought i10 in 2008. While driving on high way few months back, his power steering got locked and was replaced by hyundai subsequently.

                        It seems there are lot of complaints in i10.
                        even i faced a problem with the eps. had it replaced. my car couldnt function for over a month as it ran even worse then a fiat. now anothe problem has cropped. my pollution check cant be done as they say that your rpm doesnt remain stable and hyundai refuses to acknowledge the proble. anybody else facing this problem in their car?
                        I had the very same major problem after only 3 days o[censored]se, when the i10 car had not even run 100 km!!! I week later that I had problems with acoustic signaller and air-bag advise.
                        I have purchased a Hundai i10 era on 4 May 2009 from the Rohtak Haryana. It has
                        Just completed 3003 Km of run tomorrow. Yesterday 03 Nov I faced a very serious problem. I was stuck in the 5th (reverse) gear and it was not getting out of it. I was on the way at around 10 9:30 PM in night. When I try to call the emergency service they even not pick up the phone. I was helpless on the highway, I left the car at the near by petrol pump.

                        One person comes up 11 Am in morning next day. He was not able to sort the problem at all. He is trying to blame that I have not put the gear properly. Guys please have a look before buying these hundai products.

                        I was one among the few people to have booked the i10. The car has been giving problems right from the day of purchase.There is terrible rattling in the car and everytime i have to send it for a service which the techs say that the screws and bolts have to be tightened. its done only 16000 kms and feels like it has covered over a lac of kms.Hyundai people never follow up the problem and worse they will never get it repaired or replaced in the warranty period. Thats the trick the koreans play with we indians. We are all fools to purchase their products! Would recommend never to buy a Hyundai.

                        Yours Company Technical Service Engineer Mr. Suman Das, from Faridabad, has also inspect the said tyres and he is agree and declare the sum manufcaturing defect in the said tyre, and he assures me the said tyres has been chang by the company. But after one month the problum is still pending.

                        I purchased a hyndai i10 automatic car. They sold me a used car as new. When the problem started arising with in a week of buying i checked the car and found it was owned by some one else before. Neither the dealer nor the hyndai customer care is giving any positive response. Hope you can help.
                        I bought a Hyundai I10 in April 2009 and since I bought this car I'm having problems with it. I'm sick and tired of taking my car to the different branches to get it fixed. I bought a new car why do you have to pay alot of money to drive a faulty car. They couldn't wait to sell the car and now I have to sit with it. I phoned the saleslady with in a month's time when I heard a noice everytime I drive over a speedbump of ditch in the road. She told me to take the car in as soon as I get my number plates, that was still outstanding. A Month later and there were more problems and I had to take my car in again. Today my car is back again for repairs and this after they already replace the radio, adjust the brakes, replace the clutch and pressure plate and replace the heater box. How the hell is it possible that this car couldn't be replaced? Never ever in my whole life I will recommend anybody to buy a Hyundai it's the worst after service that you can get and when there's alot of problems like my one they doesn't want to replace the car at all they feel nothing for your inconvenience. The only words they use is bring it in then we can have a look and fix it. I feel this car was suppose to be replaced with all the faults and all the inconvenience that I had to go threw. Last night I was stuck in traffic to take the car into Hyundai and I feel they are suppose to collect and deliver the vehicle in a case like this. Good luck if you bought a Hyundai hopefully you don't have a lot of problems like I do!!!
                        I purchased an i10 in September last year, and I must be honest, I have never had a single problem with the vehicle.

                        I have travelled over 8000km already, and everything is still running exactly perfectly as the first day.

                        I am not sure whether the i10 models exported to South Africa are different from the ones you are buying, but to be honest this is the only time I have ever heard complaints about the car, and I am absolutely shocked at how many are on this website?!!!

                        I can understand why you guys are frustrated, but seriously maybe they are defective models or the ones produced in a specific time period encountered a manufacturing fault...

                        Admittedly, Hyundai should sort the problems for you guys immediately, but I would just like to let a potential reader know that not all of the i10's or Hyundai cars are bad, like some of the previous commentors have implied.

                        Be grateful you didnt end yp with a Toyota with a sticking accellerator! :P

                        I have been driving i10 Era for last 17 months (since Sep 2008) and have not faced any problem so far, touchwood! A very smooth and low maintenance car. I am surprised to see so many dis-satisfied customers!

                        I purchased the car in June 2008 and didn't face any problem with the car till date except with the EPS. After my car completed 21k km, on the main road of Hyderabad my EPS got hard rock. Immediately I rushed to Hyundai service center and got it replaced with a new one within a day's time. It was a surprise for me as I thought Hyundai vehicles will be better with zero complaints.

                        Of course, my car was with in first two years warranty time. I was charged mere 160 Rs for replacement. However, being afraid of problems in future, I got the car warranty extended for 5 years. I shelled out 10k for this. Hopefully, this should cover most of the problem areas in the car.
                        i Got i10 frm KUN HYUNDAI Chennai on July 2008. There was no complaints till 15000Kms aft that my car started to Vobling like anything the whole car was shaking while move i was not able to touch even 40KMPH ... When i went to Kun Service In Mount Road they said every thing is perfect & the problem is on road cond..

After checking he said that the (MRF TYRES) fixed in my car was defected.. When i asked for replace he said already your car has done 21000Kms its not able to replace it and u hav to pay for it.                         hyundai motors dealer — dealer not providing extended warranty after collecting money

                        i had purchased a i10 car from one of the Hyundai motors dealer/ garve motors in pune in jan 2010 .i bought the car with the EXTENDED WARRANTY (three years term) from the dealer .At the time of delivery the salesguy promised that the extended warranty papers shall be posted at my residence within the next three months , i kept quiet , thinking this to be the normal procedure .On not recieving the warranty papers i kept calling the salesguy who started to avoid me . Finally on not getting the proper responce and waiting for more than six /seven months i called up the call centre of Hyundai, where i lodged my complaint twice , ref no[protected]-35128886 , wherein till date i am still hearing that the matter is under process.
                        What really baffles me is that M/s garve motors is a new dealer of Hyundai in pune , if this kind of after sales service one gets after spending lacs of ones hard earned money then i think when the bussiness cycle gets in reverse from the present it will be difficult for such MULTINATIONAL companies to survive and same for the dealer who is trying to make a fast buck .                         i have purchased a i10 sports in February 2009 and am a satisfied customer. however one thing I would like to add that I am not getting a proper average of the vehicle as per the claim of the company. I stay in Nasik and have purchased from panchvati hyundai. I have already made several complaints regarding average but the same could not be sort out. some body advice.
                        I have purchased my i10 in Dec-2008 and have done around 16, 000 kms. So far apart from the wiper motor replacement my car has been a pleasure to drive anyday. Gearbox is great. Good pickup much better than maruti 800 as against the other gentleman has pointed out. I drive with AC on all the time and have never faced pickup problem, you have to be in the right gear at the right speed thats it. My advice to future buyers is do not go by baised coments, please take a test drive and get an opinion from people whom you know who owns one of these cars. Also service is very good from trident in bangalore where i service it regularly.
                        I agree about very poor service by technicians hyundai hire very low level technicians they cant solve problem. i purchaged from bharat hyundai bikaner rajasthan i face same problem that ask up some people.

                        As I am using the vehicle i10 since last two year on 6th october 2010. We have send the vehicle for repair work . After visiting many time they have handed over the vehicle on 20th october to us . But as soon as we get out the showroom the car has stopped we immediatly contract to FX Hundai the have told us that due to weaking of battery the vehicle is not taking start . We bring new battery but vehicle never start . We have called two three person by pussing bring the vehicle back Fx Hundai showroom .They have told us to come tommrow .But since than we had visit many times but nor they have rectify the vehicle and not they have give us any satisfactury reply . We are facing many embrasing position . As we had already used two hundai vehicle (santro car in 2000, and viva car in 2006) .But never faced this problem type of service from hundai shoroom . So please look in to this matter and rectify our vehicle as soon as possible . As Iam already spend 20000 Rs amount taxi in this preiod . This is a very serious problem . So please see it very urgently . Because it spoil your reportation and decerease our faith on hundai vehicle .

                        The same thing happened to me with Garvey motors in Pune. The sales guy was Shambaji P (not sure of the spelling). The warranty info was never received. Then I chased them, they opened the file and showed that no warranty was purchased. The Shambhaji sales guy don't work there anymore. They cheated and stole about 10, 000 from me.

                        Exactly same situation here. Garve motors in Pune is run by thieves who con people money. Especially the extended warranty crap.

                        But the way the Hyundai after sales service is its very terrible & horrible,

                        My I10 is just 5 month old, 5000 km driven & Driven by only me ( single person ). 15 days ago service engineer of Sharayu Motors was driving my car with me ( test drive prior to 2nd free service ) on Thane-Belapur which is flooded with huge traffic of heavy vehicle & my cars tie rod end failed ( Broke in 2 piece ), I am fortunate to be alive to write this complain & also fortunately we were near the service station, so car was sent to service station.

                        The front right tyre was totally worn out, tie end rod failed, after further analysis the now Hyundai guys communicated me that shock ups are failed which needs to be replaced.

                        In the above case mentioned by R.Natarajan atleast they replaced tie rod & other thing under warranty in my case they are asking me to claim for insurance & reason given by them is i have bumped my car in some Pothole.

                        I don't understand why should i claim insurance.

                        Can any one help me to how to tackle.I am proceeding with the customer care but i don't feel its worth.

                        Recently we purchased an i10 car. The millage is very less 2 service is already over still we r getting 10. The price of the car is very high millage is very less. Now a days most of the customer looking for millage because of the fuel price inflation. When we purchased i10 car they offered millage 18. We have innova also that is getting 13 with ac, the advantage of that car is 10 peoples can travel.
                        I am getting a clakering noise from the engine at low RPMs. It's a hyundai i10 auto and has done about 2000km. The sound is as if you are driving on a very slow speed and have got 4th gear selected on a manual transmission car. anyone faced a similar problem.

                        My suggestion is that I10 is a very good car. BUT DON'T PURCHASE ANY CARS FROM TRIDENT HYUNDAI. The service is poor. They commit some thing & they will never stand on their commitment. They will be very good with any one till the time you book you car from them. Once booked, They will not even turn back at you & rather you should be at their back. Please... Please..Please.. don't buy troubles by purchasing from Trident Hyundai.

                        Above all of this i faced a very major pblm..
                        one night suddenly my HYUNDAI I10 MAGNA catched fire near the back left indiator light..the whole bumber was burnt and a very serious problem of car burst is avoided as we noticed it on time..

                        Pick of the car is very very very bad, Hyundai has to do something on this front
                        I am using hyndai i10 Kappa (2010) model. When I first booked the car, the sales man show me a model which is readily available for registration. When I looked at the engine hood, it was so dusty. I suspected that it could be an used one. So I told him that I don't need this and expect a new piece. He agreed and said then it may take another 4 days to get another piece. But he did not do like that and delivered the same defective car. It used to raise (RPM) a lot when you press break. Beware of noting the chasis number...

                        Also I had steering noise which can be easily noted when you move your vechicle from the parking. I went to them and he told that entire assembly has to be replaced. But after arguments, they changed only the yoke plug and the problems seems to be fine now.

                        Beware of part replacements. If you are innocent they take good parts from your vehicle. Till my 30000 km service I did not have any gear problem. But as soon as I got back the vechile after that service, I started noticing that 2nd gear is not engaing properly. I feel that they have replaced from my car to the favouring customer.

                        When there is a problem, do not leave your vehicle for more time. Even for simple oil service they will ask time till the next day. That is basically to get good parts from your vehicle. Some times they even say if you need delivery today then we can't wash as we have more cars. I still accept and get my car immediately on the same day to avoid such issues.
                        i bought a car i10 asta o october 2014 and after 2 month smartkey central lock failed after driving 10-15 km in a day the lock auto functioning. but staying anywhere 5-6 hours the central lock failed. i bought that car from geeta hyundai faizabad.my mobile no. [protected]

                          This is to bring a matter into your consideration that i have purchased a Hyndai Santro Car from Bharat Hyundai-Bikaner on 30th August2007 under exchange offer & corporate discount. I have been committed that you will get refund of Rs4000/- as Corporate Discount & Rs10000/- for exchange discount & same was committed by Mr. Rajendra Kumar Gupta, Owner, M/S Bharat Hyundai, Bikaner. Furthermore, he told me that I will get the refund of Corporate Discount when i will submit my Appointment Letter of Bajaj Auto Finance Ltd. I have submitted the same & got Rs4000/- in Feb-08. I was supposed to get Exchange Discount when i will submit the RC Copy of both my Old & New Car(As per terms & Conditions of Exchange Policy)( Old Vehicle No. GJ1-3784, New Vehicle No. RJ18-CA-1242). I have submitted the same in Dec-07, but still i havent got the refund.

                          I have called so many times to Mr. R.K. Gupta owner of M/S Bharat Hyundai & in his office. But, there was no response from their side. I am not at all satisfied & annoyed with the behaviour & working style of the dealer & company as well. I hope i will get positive response atleast from your side. I urge you to give the solution for the same.

                            I have given my getz (KA 03 MD 6559) for repair and service about 45 days back. I am yet to get the delivery of the vehicle and when i always aproach the dealer they say that the spare parts is yet to be imported from KOREA. The service agent is TRIDENT HYUNDAI, KALYANNAGAR, BANGALORE, INDIA.

                              Last month my santro xing met with an accident, as it was less than a year old and for mental satisfaction i chose to get it repair from the company though everone suggested they'l charge you unnecessarily, the left side rammed into the pavement due to which the axle n suspension broke and tyre almost went inside the body.
                              after two days survey happened and they said axle, rim and suspension would be changed and tyre is ok.

                              I left my car at the company(hans hyundai, moti nagar) for like 10-12days as i went of town, when i came back my car according to them was repaired i paid the bill n took it to one of my very old car mechanic to check if it was repaired properly, obviously any customer would like to cross check and i was shocked to see the tyre that they installed had a 4inch long cut inside, gap between left tyre n body was less than the gap between right side's tyre n body, so he checked n said that the impact was so bad that even chasis shrinked.
                              The new rim that they installed was absoultely full of scratches and when i asked there agent he said company supplies in such condition we cant do any thing about it.
                              This is the service hyundai promises.
                              Worst thing to happen was
                              when i took the car back to the service center and the engineers and the agent did nothing but tried to fool me, kept me waiting for 5hrs though the car was checked in half n hr and when the agent came out with the car from there garage, said very confidently, "Lijiye sir ho gayi apki gaddi repair" and imagine the gap was same they did nothing as they understood nothing as to what really happened and why the gap still exists, in there own words.
                              now if its the chasis which is gone bad, then iam going to bear the expenses plus a new tyre as the insurance bill has already been passed.
                              Its a suggestion to anyone who is reading this to better choose your old mechanics rather than companie's they'l only fool you and will charge you more.
                              I regret buying a hyundai car and chosing hyundai to get my car repaired, i should have gave it to any other mechanic.

                              hyundai when appointing a dealer should not oly look into commercial aspect but also into owners attitude foe service. as a matter of fact hyundai has one such vauge dealer at nagpur by name-NAGPUR HUUNDAI

                              i had given my santo car for servicing after 5 hr. i got a call car has been serviced normal routine service bill was some 2800 rs and when the car was brought to my home from my driver service was done only from outside nothing been done from inside, i asked fot it co. person said you pay more 650 it will be cleand better. whom shoul we comlaint about it?

                              They offered me a millage of 18kmlit but still i am getting a millage of 10kmlit
                              I checked this vehicle with many dealers but i did not find a solution to this
                              For the last 25 yrs i had driven many vehicles but for the first time i felt such a problem
                              I had sent many mails to hyundai but it is of no use .I am fed up with this car and planning to sell this car.So i take a decision that i will never buy or suggest to buy a hyundai vehicle.Hoping the favour from you as soon as possible
                              Its been found that water enters inside the car during rainy days. The exact place is driver side between seat and pedals. Three times Popular hyundai cleared it by saying “its because of the leaf, dust and mud particles that is been wiped from the windscreen is deposited on the channel which is meant to flow the drain water”. But, after the three occasions, its found that the problem was not being solved. Now I took my vehicle to a local workshop and they found it after several experiments. It was a manufacturing defect.

                                We hope you will read through this mail with extreme care as we are giving the details of the present scenario of the complaint about my car mp3 player
                                I have purchased a santro xing(XOBS3) bearing reg no:- KL 39/4334 from POPULAR HYUNDAI at VYTILLA, COCHIN on 3/1/2007 under a package inclusive of a mp3 player.
                                Recently I noticed that, while playing I found the songs are slipping. On 8/3/2008 I admitted the car for third free service in the above workshop. I complained this matter to the inspecting officer. They directed us to get repaired the set from outside. So we approached a mechanic outside. On removal of the set from the car he told me that “You Are Cheated “ and the set is a fake one of pioneer and hence it cannot be repaired as parts are not available
                                So today(11/3/2008) I approached the popular Hyundai authorities at vytilla to know wheather it the set can be replaced or not .But I felt that they are avoiding me .
                                At the time of purchase I was told by the sales executive that this is a pioneer set (and exactly looked like an original one). I was shocked when the mechanic reported me that this is not an original set. As the offer was made by prestigious and renowned Hyundai motor company, I never believed that I will be supplied with a low quality, low priced product in the name of a free offer.
                                So I request you sir to replace the above substandard mp3 player at an earliest date . Awaitnig your reply

                                  This is to bring into your kind attention that I purchased a new Santro Xing from Dass Garage – Abu Lane – Meerut on 26/10/2007.

                                  Since delivery of the vehicle I am facing problem in gear shifting and pickup of the car.

                                  Many a times the gears are not placed in a proper position during gear (especially reverse gear & first gear) which results in huge noise from the gear box.

                                  I contacted Dass Garage for the same and they simply greased the mechanical parts that were of no use (pickup problem still existed in the car) and when contacted them on phone they simply asked me to get my car checked else where as they do not have trained employees for that.

                                  As this is a mode of transportation for me and my family on high ways such type of mal functioning can result in some severe calamity to me & my family.

                                  You are requested to kindly help in getting these problems fixed.

                                    Hi,
                                    I have purchased a car, Santro GLS from Trident Hyundai, Shimoga in the month of October-2007. They have promised me through email that they are going to give me special discount of Rs. 4000.00 meant for teachers. But till today even after repeated requests nothing has been materialised. I am thinking of filing a suit against them.The person who promised this never responded to my repeated emails and telephones.

                                      I bought a Hyundai Tucson in Mar 2006. Until Nov 2007, I was extremely happy with the vehicle.

                                      In Dec 2007, I noticed a significant loss of pickup. Around Christmas, I drove to Ooty and the car could not climb the mountain, even when I floored the accelerator!

                                      Repeated visits to the Trident Hyundai service station in Bangalore produced no results other than "everything is fine with your car sir"!

                                      In Jan, I started observing the engine was no longer quite and smooth and there was a distinct clatter during idling. I had the vehicle "serviced" by Trident Hyundai with no improvement. On the contrary, by Feb the clatter had become worse. Another visit to Trident Hyundai and the response was "all diesel engines will have clatter"!

                                      Now I am left out on a limb. Clearly the engine is deteriorating day by day. Instead of diagnosing the problem and fixing it, Hyundai service center just stands by, clueless. I have written a complaint letter to Hyundai, but their response is so sluggish, my engine will, in all probability, be dead by the time they react.

                                      I sincerely regret having purchased a "high end" vehicle from Hyundai, and more than regret the money I have thrown down the drain with this vehicle!

                                      bought my 2006 tucson brand new and babied it-driving only for special occasions. at 11, 000 mi and on vacation i had to purchase 2 new rear tires. my tires were COMPLETELY BALD! took it to the dealer in ohio. said it MAY need an alignment, and that the alignment MAY show if it has a defect in the frame causing such wear. Oh, the fla tire dealer did put the new ones on the front, and the original front ones on the back. by the time we drove to ohio---THEY now have terrible wear. the dealer refuses to pay for the alignment to see if it is the frame. so much for their 60, 000 5year wonderful warrenty.
                                      now i must ALSO pay for an alignment...to see if an ALABAMA younge un had a yahoo night before putting my car together wrong causing a problem.------THAT statement by my dealer!!!
                                      so now i am afraid to drive my car i was at one time, in love with.
                                      big business as usual.
                                      two relatives bought cars here thanks to me.
                                      they will not buy in the future! do not wonder where the jobs went America!

                                      Dear Sir/Madam,

                                      I have purchased a Hyundai Tucson, it is a 2006 Model and i am the Second owner . I have been Driving this Vehicle for about 18 months. I Drive and Service My car in CHENNAI>

                                      I have been Servicing my Car With the Following Service Center in Chennai:
                                      Kun Hyundai
                                      TAFE ACCESS Hyundai
                                      Hyundai Motor Plaza

                                      I have Repeatedly Given Complaints of a Sound arising from the front region of the car when the Steering is turned to and when the vehicle moves from stationary to movement.

                                      I have given with the same complaint all the above service centers, THEY HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO IDENTIFY AND RECTIFY THE SAME,

                                      I drive my car with my wife and one 4 Year Old Child and one 3 month old infant.

                                      EVERY TIME THE CAR HAS GONE FOR THE SERVICE I HAVE BEEN BILLED FOR VARIOUS PARTS BUT NOT THE IDENTIFICATION OF THIS PROBLEM.

                                      the last service was done with hyundai motor plaza chennai, i have stated this complaint and i was told that it was rectified and billed for about Rs.25, 000 also, but the problem still persists.

                                      I have undergone this problem with every service center and i am left with mental turmoil and agony, Because of this issue i have not been able to drive the car long distance and also not even in the city with confidence.

                                      I need a solution here for this problem, I repent everyday for buying such a bad car, i have driven about 32000 km only and i have faced problems all along.
                                      Now that i am fed up with this nonsense o[censored]nder qualified service team with all dealers and Hyundai itself, My family is at risk if they travel in this vehicle.
                                      Is it that the service centers have been delaying in the repair so that the warranty period is over and then they can bill ENORMOUS AMOUNTS from a defect from the manufacturer..?

                                      THERE IS ALSO A REPEATED PROBLEM WITH THE SERVICE, MOST OF THE TIME THEY COME BACK WITH SAYING THAT PARTS NOT AVAILABLE THAT TOO FOR A BREAK PAD..? ISN'T THE SAFETY OF THE PASSENGER COMPROMISED..?

                                      THE AIRBAG LIGHT IS ALWAYS ON..? HAVE I NOT PAID A FORTUNE FOR THE SAFETY MEASURES IN THIS CAR..?

                                      THERE ARE MANY OTHER ISSUES WHICH HAVE NOT BEEN ADDRESSED BY THE SERVICE COMPLAINTS, I DO NOT HAVE THE PATIENCE TO LIST OUT EVERYTHING WITHOUT AN ACTION BEING CONSIDERED HERE.

                                      CAR QUALITY AND SERVICE QUALITY IS POOR.


                                      I HAVE LOST MY PEACE OF MIND AND VALUABLE TIME BY BUYING THIS CAR.

                                        I am Ajay kumar,owner of Hyudai Santro car# DL8CN-2142. On 12Jan 2008 I got serviced my car from "Nimbus Hyundai address:S-17 Site-4 Indusrtial area Sahibabad, Gzb.
                                        Before service they checked all lights & indicators of my car & they all were working fine.After service I came to know that during service they have fused the backgear swith of my car due to that the back gear light continuously turn on.
                                        Then I shared this issue with the people around & with the ManagerSupervisor but they did not listen to me & askedfor extra Rs-900 to get that switch changed but I shared with the manager that its done by your team so why should I pay for that & the manager behaved harshly with me.Then I filled the customer satisfaction form & also filed a request to the related issue.

                                        Now its been a long time & no body is assisting me on this & I have not got any suvey call also.

                                        I request you to assist me so that such people would learn a lesson oradvise me shall I contact to the higher authorities.
