Dear Sir,
It is submitted with the due request that I purchased i10
Megna model on[protected] vide invoice no. H[protected]customer
id-c[protected]) by making cash payment from Samta Hyundai Karnal and
its registration no. is HR-07L-1050. Right from the very begnning
there was a problem of noise and sound from the upper and lower
portion of steering. Firstly it was checked by authorized service
centre of Samta Hyundai at kurukshtera but no solution was found
thereafter again it was checked from the same service station and the
service provider told that during the training he was given this
impression that the noise and sound could not be controlled. Then I
went to Samta Hyundai Karnal but no solution could be found. after
some days i visited Ludhiana and get it checked at Deotsidh Authorised
Hyundai Service Centre. It took them more than six hours to ractify
the problem but all was in vain and they said that the problem is
there with the column of the steering since it was not in their stock
therefore, they said you ask samta motors karnal to replace it which
was subsiquently replaced by the demo car steering at suggested service centre. As a result
coming from upper portion was somewhat controlled but sound coming
from lower portion remained the same. Then I went to solan (HP) there
I checked it, and they said there is a problem in the steering
assembly and it was not replaced due to unavailability. Then I came
back to Kurukshetra service station and told about the problem then
they called the engineer to check it but they suggestid to change it
from Karnal after inspection. Then I went to Samta Hyundai Karnal and
complained the same and also left the veichle with them but no
permanent solution could be found. Again they checked the veichle
after 3-4 days and it was checked by the engineers came from
Chandigarh and they assured that it will be sought out, but all in vain and the problem is same. After some days I talked to the dealer regarding the same problem, he called my car for three times but the problem is still same. Before some days I visited to Kurukshetra Service centre for the problem but there is no ractification of the problem

So, Sir, Earlier also I made a request to your goodself but the problem is not solved. Due to this problem I had to suffer not only financial but also
mentally. I had to bear expenses for getting it checked several times
(including petrol and toll charges).As the problem is not going to be
solved therefore I thought it apprpriate to bring it to your kind
notice. Some of my friends who were interested in buying i10 when
they came to know such type of complaint is in the car therefore they
changed there mind. since the problem had remained unchecked. In view
of the stated facts I earnestly request you to change the car
immidiately without delay. Otherwise it will tarnish your company's
image and compell me to take legal action against the company through
consumer court. So you are hereby requested to take necessary action within seven days.

jab customer care per call karte hain tab ye complain no dekar kahete hai 24 hrs main aapke pass call ayge
lekin mujhe nahi maalum thi ke enki services etni poor hongi 24 kiya 24din main bhi call nahi aata
rooj pagal banate rahete hai aur enhe services ka matlab nahi malum ki services kise kahete hai
logo ko beevakoof banate rahete hai. jab sail ki baari aati hai to beevakoof baanakar mujhe 22kmpl ka average bataker gaadi sale kardi. etna fraud company maine kabhi nahi deekhi
aur aab mujhe responce bhi nahi dee rahe hai

Yes I completely agree with you. Hyundai manaufactures very good cars like santro, accent, i10 but they do not have the culture of Professional customer service. They never bother to pay attention to customer complaints and neither they have well equipped service centre with trained engineers. I own an i10 for last two months. After an accident I send my car to the dealer(Mukesh Hyunai, Kolkata) workshop which is precariously poor in infrastructure, quality control. There is practically no commitment to timely delivery. My car was handled very badly. 70% area of the workshop is uncovered and the cars are kept like in junkyard subject to sun, rain and dust. They charge very high but quality of work is disgraceful. It is high time that Huyndai should learn customer care from Maruti and follow them at least 50% otherwise it will be another Tata whose car people dare to touch!!
i am also agree to the point that Hyundai service is very poor. it is like that they dont check car before selling.
so buy a car from hyundai is really a nightmare. i gives a new job in the life. that is to go to workshop every weekend.
it is ur choice either choose hyundai or peace.

    This has been with reference to the verbal discussion undersigned with customer care executive that Exchange bonus could not be disbursed since Samara Hyundai could not punched relevant details in the system at the time of delivery of vehicle to undersigned.

    Please note that I had submitted the relevant documents on 23.04.2008 duly acknowledged by Ms. Deepa (Sales Executive) and the copy of the same is being enclosed herewith for your ready reference. Later on dated 01.09.2008, I also submitted the R.C. of my old vehicle duly transferred in the name of purchaser along with the relevant documents i.e. Copy of invoice, letter dtd. 23.04.08 etc. for your ready reference.

    I have also lodged complaint with customer care of Hyundai Moters Ltd vide reference no.[protected] and request them to release me the exchange bonus of Rs. 10, 000/-.

      Hi,
      I have purchased santro car GLS on 06th july 2008, till date my car is giving me lot of problems but my car dealer (Capital Hyundai Nodia sect-62)is not listening to my complaints seriously. This is the second time i am changing the clutch plate of my car and paying the INR 6 to 7 K unnecessary. Till date this car had run just 3000kms in this span of time i have changed the clutch plate twice. I have shifted from Maruti 800 car to santro which had give me the best service till 5 years and when ever anything goes wrong Maruti Suzuki used to take that problem seriously. Now i found that santro GLS is a night mare for me, i can’t take this car to any long drive. I think my car(Santro GLS) is having manufacturing defect and need to be changed without any further delay.

      I am fed up with this Hyundai (santro GLS) product and want replacement as soon as possible otherwise i have to rush to consumer court without any delay. Requesting you to look further and close the issue urgently.

      Hyndai/Santro — Santro Car Dealer Complaint

      Hi,
      I have purchased santro car XL on Sept 1st 2007. Till date I have been facing lot of problems with my car. I have been facing problem of engine getting overheated right from beginning but my car dealer (Ram Niwas Rohil, 62/14, W.No.18, Gurgaon)is not listening to my complaints. When I reported my problem and gave my car for service, he removed the Thermostat without my knowledge. In absence of thermostat, the temperature gauge goes above ideal level when temperature of car goes above 96 degree Celsius. During this period I drove my car only in NCR Delhi region and temperature would never have gone up 96 Celsius since the travel distance was too low for engine to get at that temperature. I came to know couple of months back about the actual problem when I drove my car for long drive. I had my family travelling and car stopped in between because of engine overheating. My car is getting serviced at Capital Hyundai service centre Noida regularly right from first service of car. The weird thing is that even capital Car service center guys could not anticipate the problem in three services done at centre unless I actually faced the problem.

      The head gasket was changed and I ended up in paying more than Rs. 10, 000 to rectify the problem. I have been told by the service centre guys that my car engine is about to crash since the car has run in overheated condition for long time. The reason is that I could not find the car overheating problem since Thermostat was deliberately removed by car dealer i.e. Ram Niwas. The dealer might have thought he will get away with problem if issue is not reported for some time.

      My humble request to Hyundai Motors is that such dealers should be punished and their license should be revoked. I have faced lot of problems because of dealer and he is responsible for current condition of my car.

      Had he rectified problem at first instance instead of bluffing me, I would have good faith in Hyundai which I have completely lost.

      I can’t take this car to any long drive. I think my car is having manufacturing defect and need to be changed without any further delay.

      I am fed up with this Hyundai product and want replacement as soon as possible otherwise i have to rush to consumer court without any delay. Requesting you to look further and close the issue urgently.

      Hi,

      I purchased the car on oct 2010, i have some problem while doing reverse, when i try to set reverse gear, its actually not getting placed. i gues its a problem with clutch plate.

        i have a hyundai getz for the last 3 years. the car has been a dream to use and taken me places from gulmarg, j&k to allahabad and nasik, maharashtra. i have been getting the vehicle serviced form the nearest authorised dealer wherever my job takes me. i took the car to authorised service station at JAMMU, j&k. i was told that they do not have the engine oil, oilfilter or the fuel filter. however on pressing, my car was given an engine oil and oilfilter change. to my horror, after 2 days, i detected oil leak in huge quantity, further examination by me confirmed that the oil filter was loose and rototing freely by hand. i tightened the same and topped the oil. my car is supposed to be a place of assured safety for my wife and kid. i must reafirm that the hyundai service at this city which has only one authorised service station has led me to make a decision. my next car is going to be the HONDA CITY and not a HYUNDAI VERNA despite the later being a better car in my opinion. so much for good customer relations and post sales service.

        dear sir,

        i had purcahsed a getz car in april, 06 from your dealer in guwahati. today i have send the vehicle for check for increase in exhaust sound and i have been told the silencer pipe has been damaged due to rusting. i had been using vehicles of maruti for last 2 decades and had not come acroos with such early rusting of silencer pipe. for your kind information we have been using a wagon r fot last 5 years but such problem has not come-up till today. i think this might be a menucturing problem where very low quality of material has been used. now i have a doubt wheather i should continue with hyundi in future or not. please look into the matter at your earliest conviencences.

          WE HAD MET WITH AN ACCIDENT ABOUT 30 DAYS BEFORE AND AFTER SATISFACTORY REPORT FROM THE AFTER 2 WEEK THE DEALER GAVE BACK OUR CAR BY REGISTERATION NO PB02AZ 1289 AND JUST AFTER THE DELEVERY OF THE VICHILE WE JUST WENT BACK TO THE COSMO AGENCIES AND COMPLAINED THAT WE ARE NOT SATISFIED WITH REPAIRS AND OUR VICHILE IS TAKING ONE SIDE BUT AS PER OUR KNOWLEDGE THEY DO NOT HAVE A PROPER TECNECIAN IN WHOLE OF AGENCY AFTER DRIVING THE VICHILE FOR TWO DAYS WE AGAIN COMPLAINED THE AGENCY THAT WE ARE NOT SATISFIED, AND AFTER PROPER CHECKING WE FOUND THAT THE STAIRING WAS CRACKED AND WE WERE FORCED TO DRIVE THE VICHILE (CAR) FOR TWO, IF SOME MISHAPPENING MUST HAVE HAPPENED WHO WOULD HAVE BEEN RESPONSIBLE. AND STILL AFTER GIVE BACK THE VECHICLE IN AGENCIES IT IS AGAIN TWO WEEK AND THE AGENCIES IS NOT GIVING THE RESPONSIBLE ANSWER, WE HAVE TAKEN THE VIECHILE FOR BUSSINES PURPOSE AND WE ARE NOT GETTING THE VIECHILE BACK NOT ANY SATISFIED ANSWER .SO IT WAS OUR DUTY TO COMPLAIN THE COMPANY. NEXT STEP WE ARE PLANING TO MOVE TO CONSUMER COURT FROM JUSTICE AND ALLOWENCE.

            Dear Sir,
            I have purchased a Hyundai - i10 car on Nov-2007 and i met with accident twice between nov2007 to till date. Both happened on rainy season and the maximum speed i went was around 40kmph to 45kmph. In case if i apply sudden break in normal road with normal speed the car slipped and move towards left or right side . Is this a general problem with i10 which all customers facing ?. I approached hyundai show room and technicians explained abt i10 breaking system(bla bla..) but my problem is not solved and what would be the resolution for this.

            I also would like to have some senior contact person in sales /customer care division so that i can explain him in detail.

            Hi Muhil,

            This can't be a problem from Hyundai's side... you should get your wheel alignment and balancing checked...

            today itself I was coming down to delhi and on the highway (NH-10) a stupid tractor wala suddenly came in-between to cross the road without looking left or right... I suddenly applied the brakes and to my horror the car kept on skidding and heading towards the tractor... it got skidded for about 100 m and didn't go left or right.. it was damn straight in the same position...

            but when it stopped at a kissing distance from tractor I very much noticed the smoke and burning smell coming out of the tyres...

            I can guarantee there is no problem with i10... if it had been I would have bumped into the tractor or turned turtle at that high speed (100+)

              The Cost of the palstic items are too high in the Santro showrooms. Bidding of My Back Car door was breaked due to the locks. I tried 3-4 showrooms and they are saying that the one bidding is of approx 1000 rupees & if i don't take this them water makes the door bad because it has the holes for the bidding locks. Now just tell me for one bidding it is 1000 rs. why? is hyundai unsing speacial material for making these tsmall hings & when company knows all these things then why they are making items like this . when they knows without this the product gets damaged.

                I had bought the car in October 05. I have got the car serviced a week back. I had spelt out very clearly that my car is not offering me the mileage promised. I had been given a bill of 5900 which i paid for the servicing where the repalced things like air filter, brake liners etc. I just checked the mileage and it stands at a dismal 8kms/litre. I was told that the worst that one could expect was 14. I feel absolutely cheated by the delaer and i see this as a clear case of duping. This is the second case of being robbed.
                My inlaws bought a Santro car a couple of months back from the same dealer and we were told that we would be given a bonus of Rs10000 for gving up a maruti car and buying a Hyundai car. Unfortunately the sales rep forgot to punch these details while loading the order. I was told by their senior management that we could do nothing and blamed it on us.
                These guys are pathetic at customer handling. I feel cheated and have vowed that will never ever buy a Hyundai car and shall dissuade people close to me from ever buying one.
                I hope this does not go to deaf ears.
                dear sir,
                i too own a hyundai santro GLS LPG model which i bought in december 2008. TN 22 BD 1760 in HMP motors chennai. they too promised me a mileage of more than 12 km with LPG. but it gives only 8 or less km per litre. think here after taking hyundai santro car thinking about mileage will be our stupidity, even the newer model cars dont prove economical

                Hyundai cars are not for milage only for looks and ownership of korean car.Try to drive with 3 rd and 5th gears alltime to get milage of 12/13.

                  I am Vipin Kansal, customer of Hyundai Company. I had owned a Hyundai

                  i10 (Number-DL 2CAD9567) on 3rd Dec.07 from MGF Hyundai, Jandewalan

                  Extn., New Delhi which was insured by the company.



                  On 23rd March, an accident took place with my car. At that

                  time, I went to MGF for get my car repaired. There I met to Mr. Sumit,

                  who had entered the claim and gave me claim reference number -

                  [protected].



                  Next Day, Mr. Tajinder Pal Singh from the company was

                  appointed to finalize the survey. He called me up and asked that is your

                  car having CNG Kit? And if you want cashless please give me in written

                  that, "My car is having CNG Kit. Please get my claim cleared and if my

                  papers are not endorsed to Reliance customer care then I won't get my

                  any claim in future again while my car was functioned with CNG Kit just

                  a day ago.



                  At the time of delivery of my car, Tajinder Pal Singh has

                  told me to give me that written letter and to make payment also. I was

                  committed by the surveyor (Tajinder Pal Singh) that you would get all

                  your expenses reimbursed within 20 days. I was shocked that how would I

                  arrange the money then I decided to make payment through credit card

                  just because of his commitment that your all expenses will be reimbursed

                  within 20 days.



                  After 20 days, when I called to T.P.S, he told me to call

                  after 10 days. When I called him after 10 days, he told me to call to

                  Reliance customer care to know about the status and they told me that

                  your file has been closed due to not endorsing the papers and for

                  further verification, talk to your surveyor.



                  Then I called to him and he told me that he would get my

                  file re-opened.



                  After 4 to 5 days, when I called to him, he replied that, " I

                  am continued to get your claim passed out."





                  Then I marked complaint in Reliance customer care

                  (Ph.[protected] on 3rd July 08 against the surveyor and my complaint

                  number is 486127. Then they gave me 36 hours TAT for resolution but

                  didn't get any result from the company and I called them again and they

                  gave me one week time.



                  After one week, when I called to R.C.C, they told me that

                  you will not get your claim due to not endorsing the papers.









                  IMPORTANT:





                  If they do not commit me for the claim then why should I go for the

                  repairing of my car while I had no money at that time? Why they gave me

                  wrong commitment? I put my trust on the company. And I would get my car

                  repaired only if I had the money. This is the way of caring of the

                  customer.



                  Please take some necessary action and get reimbursed my all the expenses

                  otherwise I will have to take a legal action

                  My name is Dannie. I work for Murugappa Group of Companies. Recently bought a new i10 car bearing the number TN 41-S-5004.

                  Its been one yr old and the tyres are bald and I would like the technicians to have a look at it. When I approached my dealer CHANDRA HYUNDAI they said you must lodge a complaint to you.

                  I would like to have my tyres replaced. The car has just completed its 3rd service and has done only 11, 000 kms.

                  Kindly take suitable and a rapid action for the above.

                    dear sir,
                    My car loan a/c no. is CF-4306680, i have taken loan from your bank on my car (hyundai santro xing) in the month of january 2007 and i have recieved loan amount cheque in the month of january 2007 so i have to pay ur EMI from month of january 2007 .i.e. rs 7772/- every month by ECS transfer from our Bank (BANK OF BARODA-MALABAR HILL BRANCH) but one o[censored]r female excecutiv has demanded for EMI for the month of dec 2006 as she was saying that your loan was disbursed in the month of december 2006 but i have recieved a loan amount cheque in the month of january 2007 and i deposited in my bank in the month of january 2007 . But your female executive demanded EMI from me for the month of december 2006 and thereafter i have recieved more than 10 telephone calls demanding EMI for the month of december 2006. instead of paying all my EMI's regularly till date i have been recieveing calls from ur company. One o[censored]r EMI of rs 7772/- for the month of august 2007 was dishonoured unfortunately and i have paid dishonoured charges of rs 500/- making total of rs 8272/- . I have paid to the executive personally during his personal visit to us by cash and receipt of which is given by him and acknowledgement from ur bank is also recieved. But one o[censored]r executive MR. PRADEEP has ruthlessly demanded for EMI for the month of august 2007 saying that ur rs 8272/- is adjusted against ur outstanding EMI for the month of december 2006 and still demanding EMI for the month of august 2007.
                    IS THERE ANY BANK CHARGING EMI FOR THE LOAN AMOUNT WHICH I HAVE NOT RECIEVED IN THE MONTH OF DECEMBER 2006 .                       This is with regards to above subject; I Mohan Naidu had purchased the New Santro GLS on 08.05.2008 with full cash one time payment and took the delivery from ADVAITHA HUNDAI From Sankey Road Bangalore. At the time of booking they said that as per the brochure they will be giving BRIDGE STONE Tyres, but which was not given by them and even me was not aware of that time. And I was not in station for few months. I noticed that only when my car started wobbling in 40 kms speed in city limits. 1st time when I gave my car for service I told the problem regarding the wobbling they said it has been rectified, but it was not ? So I took the car for wheel alignment and showed the wobbling problem and they said that it’s with the tyres. Even In your brochure its shown BRIDGE STONE tyres. And I have seen most of the new cars with the BRIDGE STONE tyres recently. But I dnt understand why they have given me the local quality of tyres. Which is causing tension everyday while driving . Paying huge amount for new car how can I compromise with the tyres that too I have runned only 3000 kms. now only I am facing problem like this with local tyres which you have provide, than what is the situation if I drive in the highway with more than 40 speed. I dnt think so I will safe with driving with this local tyres what you have provided.



                      Than what is the point of taking the car not to drive with the limit of 40 speed. Is this mistake of mine taking SANTRO from Hyundai Motors.

                      I have already taken the statement from the alignment center for what reason the wobbling is happing (TYRES to be Changed)

                      Incase if tomorrow any damages happened to my new car or for me due to your local tyres which you have provided and your neglencey and deficiency in commitment as per your brochure.

                      I am leaving my car for 2nd free service by next week in JP Nagar, I look forward for replacement of new tyres with BRIDGE STONE . I will be thankful to Hyundai motors or i have no other option left out other than consumer court and paper advertisment as Hyundai motors has cheated me,

                        I am really sorry to bring to you the example of pathetic customer care that Hyundai Motora has in Indian

                        I purchased a car on[protected] from Talwar Hyundai (Secunderabad) and unfortunately the car met with an accident on the same day .

                        The car went in authorized (Talwar Hyundai- Tadbund, Secunderabad, AP)service station on 15.09.2008 and Insurance survey and other necessary formalities were done on that day but I have not received my car back till today and the reason which the service station people are citing is unavailability of door pad of Right Door.


                        I want to know as to why these people launch a car model without making the spares available and In my case I do feel that it is a case of mental Harassment as i have to follow every day with the service station and my brand new car has not reached home till date.

                        I want to know how can I file a case of mental harrasment against this company.

                            Dear Sir / Madam, how many times i have to send the mail or else i have to send As you know very welll all the facts, I m still repeating the same:

                            1.I have purchased Santro GL (DL#C 3692) model alongwith CNG kit from your authorised dealer SUNRISE Auto world Pvt Ltd, Delhi-92 on[protected]Just 4 days back mind you)

                            2.I had shifted my loyality from Maruti to Hyundai & sold my 800 maruti just because to have an experience of Hyundai car. But the after-sales Services are very poor from your dealer SUNRISE, though i had purchased & taken the delivery on[protected],

                            3.I had a very pleasent experience while purchasing the santro as staff entertained very well but this experience was like a nightmare for me as within 24 hours of purchasing; this car broke down in a very busy & congested area.

                            4. I contacted the "Sunrise Autoworld" for help but the people at service-end simply denied it & told me to open the bownut of the car & inspect it yourself as they were unable to help me out, working on the principle of "SELL AND SLEEP" . They also gave me the mobile number of MGF person. When i requested MGF on phone many times to help me out as i was not expecting this kind of behavoiur & services from the hyndai dealer. Then the MGF person reached & sorted out the problem temporarily because the CNG Kit was not working. There was starting problem in the car so just after moving few Kms car again Stopped & didnt start either on petrol or CNG, intially car has to be started on petrol after that it is transfered to CNG.but it didnot start with petrol.

                            5.I again called Mr Arif, a person in Sunrise to help me out as i had reached ITO in this manner. This person told me that he will not able to solve the problem; simply denied to reach the spot & given the number of another person in MGF & another one of Sunrise. I called both the person but the person of Sunrise told me that their duty hours are over though he was appointed for the services to customers at any time .

                            6. I also called up at the customer care number of Hyundai motors, but nobody is picking the phone . Now i realised that whenever i called the Maruti they are the better than Hynduai in services part (DOWN with 24x7 hrs service)

                            7. I had Purchased the Hyndai car first time, but it is very bad experience for me.

                            8. I donot want to keep this car and wanna give back this car to dealer or HUNDAI or whomsoever is responsible & want back the amount which i had paid for the car.


                            9. look into the matter as this is the related to expectation & satisfaction of the customer. as well as the reputation of the compan

                            10. May I know who is responsible for this negligence or should i bring it in the BLACK AND WHITE that a HUNDAI car is not working within 24 hrs?

                            11. 7Days is too much for me standing with a car on the Flyover delhi with my old mother and who is going to pay for the damages ? Respond me early as there is already 3 days gone for the complaint. I am a DOCTOR and my patients are kept waiting for 3 days just because of your DAM CAR.

                              hyundai/santro — high estimate/poor service

                              i puchased santro car TN 10S 6738 in Aug 2007.
                              I was facing problem of poor pick up since begening, brought to notice of dealer while free service as well as paid service 2-3 times.
                              On 29 April I took it to DSC service centre for general wash and rerctifying the pick up.
                              I was shocked to se the estimate of 20000/- Informed that its cranck shaft has to be replaced at my cost.
                              Having ignored my grievance during previous services I feel cheated. I presumed that there might be
                              some manufacturing default which they shld have rectified moment brought to their notice.
                              PL check history of my services.
                              I am sure company will take a call to replace the defective part as a gesture without any liabillity on me.

                                Hi,

                                I Would strongly suggest the customers of Samara Hyundai to start looking for options else where if they have not started already . This is regarding a recent and a very bitter experience with thier Service center at Kadkadduma- East Delhi, where I just gone to get my Santro Car services. I was not facing any problems with the same before and at the time of estimation as well I was tolda that every thing is fine and it would only take couplemof hours and few minor works rekated to engine oil, washing, cleaning etc..but after keeping nmy car for 7-8 hours they gave a shock of my life saying that the breaks are not working, The clutch pleatus are gone, the AC condenser needs to be serviced upon etc etc..

                                I was under trmendous stress as I was foced by thier staff to get clutch pleatus changed, braks changed and they suddenly they gave me an estimate of 11000. Almost 6-7 people including thier service station manager ( Mr.Chetal) and other were again and again stressing on getting it changed. Since I was already out of the budget, I some how requested them not to force me to get the Clutch changed and requested only to work on breaks ( I was under shock as In the last 3 years I never faced any problem regarding my breaks and on the same dasy as well I had gone to east delhi from Gurgaon with out any problem what so ever.

                                Needless to say all of them were very rude as if they were doing a favour by servicing my own car and the moment o[censored]tter pain was about to come . Finally they changed my breaks and hannded over my car to me and after driving it for 200 - 300 metres the engine was jammed and I had to call them up again . This time thye came with road service vehicle and picked up my car and asked me to come next day morning.

                                Ultimately I got my car back next day after paying ahuge amount including for drycleaning interiror which never happned.

                                I think Hyundai as compony needs to have routine check on its delears and the kind of service thye are providing. After all it is thier reputation which on stake . And before this sad event I was adie hard fan of Hyundai and even planning to buy VERNA from Samara. But I'm sorry wth this kind of staff and intentions to rob the clients and the pathetic attitude, I don't think I will suggest any one to go to SAMARA HYUNDAI ever ever.

                                I had purchased Hyundai i-10 era of Oyster gray color on 14/01/2009 from M/s SUHRIT SERVICES Pvt Ltd, Mayapuri, New Delhi entrusting on the customer services of Hyndai Motors worldwide.

                                Unfortunately the dealership of M/s Suhrit Hyundai was stopped or cancelled soon after I bought the car because of which till date I have not received even the RECEIPT OF PROVISIONAL REGISTRATION COPY and original copy of the Insurance policy. Since I have taken loan from my company for the same purpose, I needed to submit the required papers to my Organization before 18/01/2009.Now I failed to submit the papers, company is taking an interest of 18% on the loan drawn by me from my salary.

                                The Suhrit Showroom broke a number of commitments during the whole period right from car booking (on 22/12/2008) to delivery (on 14/01/2009) & after Sales services leaving me grossly dissatisfied with the services of Hyundai Motor Corporation.

                                So many times I talked to Delhi Hyundai care Deptt ([protected]) where from I was just given a Complain No.[protected]. I also talked to Ms Aparna[protected], Sales Support) she just told that she has 800 other cases, she cannot help me and Suresh Menon ([protected], Sales Mgr), the talk ended without any concrete reply. No body is saying when will I get the Provisional Registration Copy. Is that all your customer care cell does??

                                So many days I went to the Suhrit Showroom and waited for so many hours. As I am a working Engineer I have lots of work other than this.

                                Buying a Hyundai car has turned out to be a horrible nightmare for me since in a metro like Delhi I cannot even drive the car now without proper papers.


                                Can you please help me out urgently on this issue... Or else I shall be compelled to go the Consumer Forum with leigel resources.

                                Please let me know when I am going to receive my Provisional RC and original copy of Insurance policy.

                                  I am having santro since april 2005 and always using a premium quality of fuel in it. Now the muffler has developed holes in it and gases escape from there making unecessary noise and decrease in mileage also. Have anybody also got same type of problem in their car.

                                    I bought a Hyundai Santro car in Dec 2007 from Safdarjung Hyundai, Gurgaon with registration no HR26AN 7597.First of all they gave me wrong registration no (HR 26AN 7498) which I was driving for around 1 month and then they corrected it.


                                    Since the day Air conditioner is not working at all It has gone to their workshop 5 times to get the AC repaired.

                                    Two out of five times they have kept the car for the whole day and even after that they couldnt rectify the fault.

                                    Moreover now they are even not listening to the phone calls and everytime we call them they say it will be done.I have not bought Hyundai car for such a mental harrasment.

                                    Not only the AC they had put a faulty steering (dont know the exact part name) since day one and it was also at that time AC was repaired.

                                    So it is kindly requested to Hyundai to return me my 100% money to save me from this harrasment.

                                      I bought an inverter from Reliance Digital store on[protected]delivery date) with following details:

                                      Make: Hyundai
                                      Type: Intelly
                                      Sr. No:[protected]

                                      I brought the inverter to use with my office computers. When I asked the sales person if this inverter is right one for computers, he did not know outright and consulted some senior sales person and recommended to buy this inverter, which i bought and I was set for a ride, which I am still riding.

                                      The inverter did not work during installation due to some problem with the machine. The repair of the same took a week. Some internal wire was not connected and hence it did not work.

                                      Secondly, when the inverter did work, my computers restarted when power switched from mains to inverter, possibly because it creates a spike or gap which is not tolerated by the computers. The problem was reported to the service team.

                                      The service engineer who attended the problem (after two weeks), said that the problem is due to heat sink and will be solved immediately. He changed the heat sink but the problem could not be solved. He then consulted someone and told me the the inverter type is not suitable for computers.

                                      The next day I spoke to one Mr. Prashant, sales person, who told me that the problem of computer restarting was because I do not have sufficient VA inverter and I need to buy 1400VA inverter. When I told him that I already have a 1400 VA inverter, he had not answer.

                                      Now, the boss tells me that it is my problem that I 'choose' the wrong inverter and they can't 'help' me any further. I strongly object to putting the blame on me for the same. The sales person, who is supposed to guide people with the gadgets did not know the gadget well. Your senior sales person, whom he consulted did not know the gadget well. Your technician did not know the gadget well and he 'repaired' it twice. Your another sales person 'Prashant' did not know the gadget well. And you expect me, a lay person in the field, to know what I am buying?

                                      I am not going to rest. I am going to go after them and make sure they understand what it means by starting a digital shoppie.

                                      i have purchased one invertor battery from silver battery, near s.d.m court, dalhousie road, pathankot. punjab 600 va hyundai invertor and 16000 hyundai battery after 18 month my invertor stop working and our dealer same day install other invertor in place of my foulty invertors and after three working days again install my invertors and take no charge from me .Next time i suggest all my friends to install hyundai invertors and battery

                                      I have purchase the hundai inverter and battery from Suraj H/W & electrical 61 navyug market ghaziabad dated-04.02.07. after puchsased this package in few months i have faced lot of problem with this package only 2.5 years your inverter has probles two time. last 3days my inverter in your ghaziabad service center no body taken any action so i have very very frasted and suffered with my family in summer time. If my problem has not shortout with in the day . I will throw your package on your ghaziabad service center or purchase dealer and will not purchase & recommend hundai product.

                                      I am sure if i have purchase any other company inverter and battery, i am not facing this problems because in my friend circule all people have su-kam inverter and they are happy.
                                      I m purchase hyundai invertor 8 va from bhopal dhanshree enterprises but he is not able to make it right repair now the nvertor is not charged battey.
                                      a computer requires sin wave inverter to run on the other hand a square wave inverter is not compatible of running computer.To run computer smoothly in power cut you have to buy a pure sign wave inverter with a good quality of battery.
                                      a square wave inverter makes an uncommon noise to ceiling fan during power cut but a pure sign wave does not.

                                        I am one of your customers from last more than 10 years and having 3 santros and one sonata at my home, last year I purchased one santro vehicle no.- GJ-1-HL-8332 from one of your dealer planet Hyundai AHMEDABAD, my car complete just 17000 and some more kms in one and half year, from last three days I feel that that my rear wheel get jammed and not rotating smoothly, I call planet and talk about that but they don't send anybody due to heavy rush in their workshop anyway I bring my vehicle to their work shop and ask them to check the problem they open both rear wheels and told me that there is some problem in rear brake shoes when I ask that my vehicle is in warranty period they told me that brake shoes are a wear n tear part so that company Is not providing any warranty on that, I ask why this problem arise he told me that it is very normal problem in Hyundai in rainy season if you apply hand brake the brake shoes and pad get separate I shock to know that how he can inform me like this and if it is so harmful to use handbrake in rainy season than company have to write in their service manual, my all three shoes are perfectly ok only one shoes and pad get separate due to manufacturing fault of gum pasting

                                        Any way I ask them replace the shoes and inform them to place the old shoes in my car, they refused to do so they told me that it is not in their policy to return the replaced part to the customer, they have to submit old material to the store than only storekeeper issues the new part. I again shocked how can they perform like that with customer they are not doing charity after taking full payment with the customer how they refuse to return old part to customer I complain about that to their senior supervisor than he write a remark than only I can get my old barkeshoes(but that is not a regular practice generally they do not provide old part to customer) after that they started fitting brake shoes with the help of hammer, a box spanner and a screw driver only I ask that don't you have any pneumatic tool and torque wrench to open and tightened the wheel they said no we don't have and he try to convince me that man power is more than any pneumatic or torque wrench now I decided to take this matter to the company because this is more than enough

                                        After that when they fit new shoes the wheel is still not rotating smoothly when I complain again they second time open the wheel and rub the new shoes with emery paper after that also wheel is not rotating smoothly I again complain after that third time they open the wheel and fit another new set of liner in my car

                                        At the time of billing I find the rate printing on the box of set of brake shoes(part no.58305-02a00) is just rs 1120 inclusive of all taxes but they charge rs 1425.92 + 15% vat = 1639.80 aprox and the labor charged rs 150 instead of rs 100/- as displayed in their workshop (company labor schedule board) after that I don't tell them any thing I paid the complete bill and take this matter to you





                                        Now you have to decide

                                        If this Is regular problem of rainy season than you are requested to advise your customers to not to use hand brakes in rainy season
                                        I know brake shoes are wear and tear part but this happen only because of manufacturing problem ie shoes and pad get separate of only one shoes


                                        I come to know from their work shop that in this season they replace brake shoes of many santro due to this same problem you are requested to go through matter and try to solve this problem for ever because I am driving santro from last 9 years and this is the first time when this kind of problem occurs this is fault of gumming/pasting only


                                        Please ask your dealers strictly to return all replaced parts to their customers


                                        If you need I can send complete set for your inspection so that you can take decision to take that in warranty or not


                                        My vehicle Is in warranty period than also dealer charged 1.5 times to replace the brake shoes from me (ie rs 150 instead of company schedule of rs 100 )


                                        they don't have particular tools to open and tightened the wheels sech as numetic spanners torque wrench etc they work with the help of hammer and screw diver only like roadside garages (I don't know how they are running authorized workshop of company like you)


                                        they take signature on blank service feed back form at the time of paying bill without giving any time to take trial by customer of his repaired vehicle


                                        now you are requested to take this matter seriously and try to refund the part along with its labor charges which is charged by planet Hyundai I f you need I can send the part to your for your inspection

                                        I am Paramjit Kaur from Patiala city, Punjab.I have bought new Hyunday Sentro GL car (LPG) on 14th April, 2009 from Bhagat Hyundai, Jhill Adda, Sirhind Road, Patiala - 147001.Sir Since 14th April, my car is giving me serious problems about Starting and Low pickup .Its pick up is very worst and i am very angry about it bcoz its a new car and it is giving us problems since first day of purchasing.We had gone to Bhagat Hyundai to tell them the problem about your New Hyundai car they sold me, but they could not find the fault and now they are saying that Hyundai Sentro Company technician will come from Delhi and he will look the problem of my New Hyunday Car.

                                        But Sir my Hyunday Sentro Car is a brand new car and i will not let your Hyundai company Technician to open the NUT BOLTS of ENGINE and other parts of the my Brand New Hyunday Sentro GL car.If there is a problem in my car then Hyundai Sentro Company will have to Exchange my car and give me a new piece of Another New Hyundai Santro GL car.I am very depressed about the service of your company men and technicians and the POOR show of your New Hyundai Sentro GL car.

                                        Sir, I want that I will not take this new car bcoz now i am very suspious about this NEW Hyunday Sentro GL car and I want another Peice of New Hyunday Sentro GL car.If you will not change my car then I will have to Do and go serious about this matter, By Court, Police Ect.

                                        Sir, I hope that you will understand me and my situation about this matter and I think that you will do some serious and rapid action about it and change this Defected piece of New Hyunday Sentro GL Car and give me a new piece of Hyunday Sentro GL car.
