Dear Sirs,
I am a bonafide and respected citizen of New Delhi and also a customer of your company car. The officials of your company promised and induce me to purchase a brand new Accent Executive CNG car and offering me exchange bonus but as soon as I book the car they declined their offer in one pretext or the other.
My sincere request is to kindly honor your words and extend me the scheme for exchange bonus.
The facts of the matter are as under:
Facts of the Matter
(a) I visited your show room at Mathura Road, New Delhi on the 21st January’2009 and met with the Customers Sales Manager and enquired about Accent Executive CNG car.
(b) The Customers Sales Manager questioned about my old car and proposed a scheme for exchange bonus entitlement, if I decide to book the car.
(c) Keeping in view of the lucrative offer proposed on behalf of the Hyundai Motor India Ltd, I accepted the exchange bonus entitlement offer and booked the car.
(d) It is pertinent to mention that at the time of booking I was confirmed that I will be eligible for exchange bonus after selling my old car.
(e) I had booked Accent Executive on 21st Jan.09 instantly.
(f) After paying full amount, I was informed that exchange bonus entitlement is extended for the blood relation only.
(g) And since my old car was in my fathers name & the new car being purchased in my wives name, exchange bonus won’t be applicable.
(h) This fact is not disclosed before me, when I decided to purchase the car and book the car and payment accepted by the said Manager.
(i) Had it been conveyed to me before, I would have purchased the car in my fathers/my name. Moreover, in no document given/published/advertised by Hyundai indicates the clause.
(j) I faxed 02 letters to the MD of the company on 20th Feb, 09 & 25th Mar, 09, also sent both letter on 26th Mar, 09 by a bearer as well as by blue dart courier to the company’s reception for refund of the amount paid but till date have not got any reversion.
(k) This is a classic example of corporate usurping customer money and forgetting it completely.
It may be out of place to bring to your kind notice that such breach of trust not only tantamount to a criminal act under Indian Penal Code but also violates the provisions of competition act (previous repealed MRTP Act) and vis a vis implied condition of the Sale of Goods Act, 1930 and squarely attracts the provisions of Consumer Protection Act’1986/ Consumer Protection (Amendment) Act, 2002.

In such a case you are duty bound to pay back the amount deposited, or in alternative, give the promised discount. Further please also note that non-addressing the problems tantamount to not only deficiency of service but also a clear cut matter of criminal breach of trust..

a] Ihave puchased i10 car from M/S DP goyal Bahadhurgarh Patiala . At the time of purchase they told me for scheam of free MP3 .I agreed but after some days i observed that speakers of rear windows not working, I contacted the agency for the same, They told it will take time you can came when your first service due. I went to the service centre for first service on dated 13.12.09. They told speakers in the rear windows were not available, you will have to pay for the same. They never told me about fhese speaker for extra payment, it is seems to be cheating with the customers.
b} Seconly they commited for corporate bonus of Rs 6000.00 as iam govt. employee. Isubmitted the papers for the same but till date ihave not recived any money or even information about this.

I request you sir to kindly solve the above problems earlier, As it will reflect towards the poor customer satisfaction by Hundai motors
It is seems that company has no control on the dealers, they are just saling the hundai cars by any means.

Dear Officer,

I here by given my car no. UP-32 BY 4233, dated on 19-01-10 to your Chinhat workshop, Lucknow for some accidental problem. I recieved my car on dated 27-01-10.I have made compain for some dents in doors, glass fiber of front side, bumfer of rubber along with some metallic portion of front side. Unfornately they niether repair the any dent part nor change. I request to you please either change my dent part or make a repair.

    Dear Sir,

    I had booked a Hyundai i10 Sportz Automatic model with dealer A1 Auto Pvt. Ltd, 3/4/5, Town Center, Andheri-Kurla Road, Sakinaka, Andher(E), Mumbai – 400059.

    1. I had booked the vehicle on 14th March 2009. I was promised the delivery of the vehicle on 27th March 2009 through salesperson Mr. Naveen Prithani.
    2. On 23rd March 2009 I made the full payment of the vehicle since I was told that vehicle has left Chennai Plan of Hyundai.
    3. On 25th March 2009, Mr. Naveen come to my office and said he wanted to meet me due to a small problem. He then apologies and updated that by mistake the manual version of the vehicle had got ordered. Due to this he was not in a position to deliver as promised since the incorrect vehicle has landed with him. Thinking this to be a genuine human mistake I accepted his request.
    4. Mr. Naveen then confirmed on 26th March 2009 that the new order had been placed and promised me a new delivery date of 7th April 2009. Till 3rd April 2009 I kept calling regularly and was given updates that vehicle is in process.
    5. On 6th April 2009 I went to the showroom to get an update on my vehicle delivery which was due the next day. Shockingly I was informed that Mr. Naveen had been sacked due to making promises to many customer which they could not fulfill. More socking than that was the news that my car was delayed. I then met the Sr. Manager of A1 Auto Mr. Jude Tandon. He promised me that the car will be delivered to me on 13th April 2009.
    6. Since I had already had too many promised broken I lodged a formal complaint with Hyundai on 8th April 2009 via mail. Copy of mail attached below:

    I would like to lodge a formal compliant against your Mumbai dealer A1 Auto located at Andheri(E), Sakinaka. The dealer while following up for the order made all sorts of promises and once the booking was formalised then changed his stance.

    1. The delivery was promised for 27th of March. The entire booking amount was collected in 2 parts before hand itself. The first booking was made on 15th March were a cheque of Rs 50, 000/- and full payment made on 25th March. A few days prior to the promised delivery date the sales consultant (Mr. Naveen Prithani) calls and says wants to meet. He then meets up and informs that there is a small mistake and that he has incorrectly placed the order for manual version of i10 in place of the Automatic Sportz model ordered. He pleads to be given extra time and commits to give some extra accessories as a compensation.
    2. Again 2 days before the new delivery date of 7th he says there will be delay due to holidays. Also, he now asks for copies of registration book and insurance papers of old car. These where never discussed earlier.
    3. Against the promised free accessories the sales consultant starts asking for 50% value. He also starts dropping items from the commited list of accessories.

    I would like to highlight the pain and mental stree caused due to these problems faced with the dealer. Despite escalations only promises are made.

    Request you to pls look into this and advise if as a consumer you have any mechanism of redressal of my plight or method of penalising your dealers.

    Would request you to pls acknowledge the recipt of this mail.

    7. I received email response saying someone would contact me within 3 days. The next day I was given a complaint no on SMS which is[protected]. Then I got a mail asking for more details which I promptly provided. But till date no one has contacted me from Hyundai.
    8. I then called up one Western Regional office no which was listed. After 2 days of trying I got throught to someone who provided me with the name of Mr. Deepak Raina who I was told is the Area Sales Manager for Andheri area. I tried on 10th but he was not available. On 11th April he picked up the phone and said was in meeting. Then till Monday 13th April his mobile was switched off.
    9. On 12th April I then decided to visit the the dealer to check if the promise made by Mr. Jude of 13th April was being met and see if my car was going to be delivered. I got another shock to be told that car has still not come in. Mr. Jude was himself on leave and his people didn’t have a clue about my car. After a lot of drama and discussion they decided to check the inventory. Then came back to say that the car had come but registration was pending. Mr. Sumedh Kulkarni, a new salesperson, then committed to deliver my vehicle on 15th April by expediting the regitration.
    10. Since Mr. Sumedh confirmed that he was new to the dealer organization I decided to pursue my complaint with Mr. Deepak. On 13th when I finally managed to speak to him in the evening he gave me his email id and asked me to forward my complaint mail. I prompt send him the email.

    11. On 14th April again he would not pickup my calls. I then sent him a reminder mail. But he did not revert back.
    12. On 14th April itself in the afternoon I received a call from A1 Auto saying my car will now be delivered on 18th April only as registration would take time. I wrote this on mail to Mr. Deepak. Mail copy attached below.

    This is indeed another big surprise. Yesterday when I spoke to Mr. Sumedh Kulkarni he informed me that PDI has been completed and he will be able to get the car ready by tomm 15th Wed after all registration formalities.

    So I am again at a loss if my escalations are at all being taken seriously by Hyundai or I am being left at the mercy of the dealer to continue playing with me as I have no support from Hyundai.

    I am still to hear form you about any action that you may have taken or planned to take on my case.

    In case I don't hear from you pls rest assured that I will take this up in a consumer court and ensure that it is also published in the press as well.

    13. On 15th April, I finally decided to escalate the matter to India head of Hyundai. After a lot of struggle I managed to get an email id and send out the below mail. It is shocking to note that no action has been taken on my case even my the India head.

    I would like to bring to your kind attention the high handedness of your dealer (A1 Auto Pvt Ltd., Andheri(E), Sakinaka) and Hyundai Area Manager (Mr. Deepak Raina) in attending to a complaint which I have lodged on 8th April. Just to give you a brief background :

    1. I had booked my vehicle on 15th March. I was promised delivery on 27th March. Till date I have not yet got delivery but only new promises every day.
    2. I have lodged a written complaint with Hyundai on 8th March and sent several mails after that. Till date no one has contacted me back with status of my complaint.
    3. Yesterday I called the Hyundai call center. They were not able to help at all. They promised to revert in 2 hours. But I am still waiting.
    4. I have repeatedly called Mr. Deepak Raina, your local Mumbai Area Sales Manager. His cell is either switched off or not reachable. Once he picked it up to say he was in a meeting and then the cell was off for 2 days. I managed to get him finally and he asked me to forward the mail complaint. After that I am yet to hear from him again or see any action.
    5. As detailed in my below mail I got a call from the dealer again giving me a new date and new story. So am not sure of what my fate is.

    I would humbly request you to kindly help in cancelling my booking and beg of you to relieve me of my pain by returning me my full booking amount. If this is the support at the start of the relationship with Hyundai then I shudder to think what would be the fate going forward.

    14. After all these false promise, mail, escalations, call, etc I am still without my veichle even today on 17th April 2009 even after more than a month of booking my car. I shudder to think what other consumer would be facing with dealers like A1 Auto and at the same time the shabby compliant support of Hyundai. At this stage if someone were to offer me a FREE Hyundai vehicle I would not want to even look at the same.
    I would like to earnestly request you to please tale up my case with Hyundai and ensure there is some mechanism put in place for punishing corporate like Hyundai.

    I have bought Hyundai i10(Era) on 4 june 2009.As I am in Government service, under scheme dealer promises me to give discount of 21, 000/-, as soon as registration will be done by him, Sub-dealer in Raigarh Chattisgarh has committed to me that as soon as the registration of Vehicle, he give me the cheque of 21, 000/-.After 2 months of regular conversation with him, he has given me the RC of Vehicle, and when asking of cheque, they told me that, it will be made by our Korba(Chattisgarh) office, when contacting to korba, they told me that it will again took two-three months more, as it will be finalise by our head-office.
    If such offer is not made by the hyundai company, at the time of purchase, I would never selected such poor after sale company like hyundai, I would better be opt for Maruti Wagon-R, as also earlier with my Maruti-800, the after sale service is very good by the Maruti Company.
    If this complaint matters to hyundai company, please penalise the Sub-dealer in Raigarh chattisgarh and Korba chattisgarh, and arrange our refund of Rs.21, 000/-.
    Mr. Deepak Raina is a crook who doesn't have the common deceny to address a customer grievance. Currently, they are forcing buyers of the new Verna car to purchase insurance (at a much higher premium) through the dealer. It is both anti-consumer and violates anti-monopoly laws.

    Mr. Rajiv - sorry for your issue, hope you were able to resolve. Would you be able to help me with Mr. Raina's mobile number and email address? I would like to reach him as well. Also the India head information would be great. Thank you in advance.

      sir,
      i've brought one i-10 sportz on 26.2.2009 fro hilton hundai kollam, TVM, KERALA.I'M Assistant engineer in the lsgd that is why i got corporate offer. then i took my first service from SS MOTORS EANATHU, ADOOR, KERALA on 1st april 2009.there i fitted a new fog lamp of Hundau itself. after that my experience was very bad. a malfunction indicator was appeared at all time of my driving and the radiator fan is working even after switching off the engine.on the next day itself, i've reported the complaint at SS MOTORS EANATHU, ADOOR, KERALA with my vehicle.they inspected and said normal. but then i've contacted hilton hundai kollam, TVM, KERALA and they suggested me to report at hilton hundai TVM, KERALA on phone number [protected] one mr.sreeji and they suggested me to bring the vehicle at the earliest.now my vehicle is at hilton hundai TVM, KERALA (VEHICLE NO.KL 23 A 2299).THEY IDENTIFIED THE DEFECT AND SAID that fog lamp fitting is not clear. SS MOTORS EANATHU, ADOOR, KERALA HAS WORKED OUT THE WIRING NOT IN THE RIGHT MANNER.but now Ihilton hundai TVM, KERALA reported some electronic errors to the vehicle.
      now i'm in utter disappointment due to the complaint of my vehicle. that all problems are due to your service persons at SS MOTORS EANATHU, ADOOR, KERALA. so kindly give me your reply as far as possible about my vehicle and remedy to my grievenvces.

        I am loyal consumers of Hyudai, having purchased 3 vehicles in the last 3 years. However, my latest purchase - i10, has been one of my most frustrating buying experience. I purchsed the cars in the month of September'09 (from Suhrit Hyundai, Green park) and was promised exchange bonus of 15k to be received in 30 days. Its been more than 7 months and there has been no response from Hyundai. Upon contacting (mailing and calling) the Hyundai service numbers (and the service heads), they blankly say, that they cannot do anything on that, as the dealer has made some financial mess and that Hyundai motors will not take up the onus to pay back consumer dues. The dealer on the other hand, claims Hyundai motors responsible for this mess.(I have made some 15 vistits to the dealership by now and made some 25 calls/mails to Hyudnai motors, I have all the prooofs).

        However, between the struggle, I am yet to receive a single penny of my dues.

        Welcome to the club Abhik, that have suffered from the hands of Suhrit Hyundai. I wonder why Hyundai has never taken any action against this fraud dealer. Looks like a nexus.

        Here is my story:
        I had purchased a Santro couple of years back and and that time Suhrit & Hyundai had a scheme of offering Rs. 5000 as exchange bonus (Salesman - Sandeep Srivastava). However I have never received the amount till date despite many reminders to the salesman, Suhrit and also filing official complaints with Hyundai & Consumer forum that was duly sent to both Suhrit & Hyundai.


        All I can say is that Hyundai has lost a customer forever now and I will never ever purchase any other car of their make.

        Hyundai Motor — Cheating & forgery

        Cheating By HMIL, Their Dealer Rishab Hyundai & CEV Engineering. The nexus run by HMIL, I can expose it with proofs. They are doing illegal practices causing loss to tax departments & public funds.

          I had taken one Santro from Trident Hyundai in Nov.08. The moment i went for enquiry till the time of delivery and till now on getting the services, it was very awesome experience. The updates and timely response is very superb. Each and every member in their team is highly professional and all their transaction with them is in very high quality and beyond my expectation. Each and everything they committed will be done well before my anticipated time. They respect the cusotmers very well. This made me to opt for an i10 for my family at native. As a new dealer i opted APCO Hyundai. From the day one we faced cheaper marketing techniques. For the exchange of old vehicle, itself they made our life miserable. The moment i went to make downpayment they informed to pay Corporate discount in advance, which was not at all informed to us. When I clarified other delears at bangalore, they gave the money back, on which they took a cheque as a gurantee. I dont understand why they need gurantee from customer when the company owes them the money as their reimbursement. After all, they promised for delevery on friday and at 12:00 pm they informed that, vehicle is ready with Teflon treatment and under chasis painting and hence the regn formalities has not finished they may do it next day. In the evening when we went to check the vehilce it was seen that no work and PDI has been done. Is this the way to give promise and treat a customer? As we queried they replied with a sorry and offered Keyless entry for the vehicle to postphone the delivery on monday. On saturday the sales executive called and informed that the Keyless entry offer was made by mistake and could not be given. All these thing are happening within one week and never their Sales manager comes into picture and tried to sort out. On saturday when i asked him the explanation, he is replied that he was not there in the showroom when ever these discussions going on and he told that he has authorised some other managers to tackle it. How is that? He himself admitted he skipped out. I wonder how he cant pick up the phone and talk with the customer. After all he was explaining that the sales persons has not given any gurantee on offer of keyless entry as if i was a lier. I feel pitty on the unprofessional attitude of sales person in my city. How cheap marketing. The sales manager again made fool the saying that the concerned sales person is on the way to meet me. I just kept waiting for him. This cheapest dealer doesnt have a website of their own nor any email id. After all they may be feeling proud to fool a customer and gained few hunderds of rupees.

          So, I recommend any of the readers to never go and buy car at APCO Hyundai at Calicut. You will be defenitley fooled by them with false promises and worst quality customer relation.
          It is the same person who has made the complaint.

          The later date after this, it was found that the dealer being very much cooperative and responding to our queries and concerns. I really appreciate the way everything came up.

            I bought a i10 car from Samara (Delhi) in Sept 2008 I was told my exchange bonus (of Rs. 15, 000/-) will be given in 2 months, I have not received any cheque till date.

            Despite logging complaints with Hyundai call centre in Dec. 2008, Jan.2009 and Feb 2009 I have not received in reply. I even sent a letter to Samara and hyundai mathura road, but no responce.

            I spoke to customer care head (may be Mr. Ahmed) in Mathura road head office, he assured be of bnest service, but no result.

            I wrote e-mail to Samara for which they replied and promised me to give a cheque the next day. Its been 3 weeks I have not got only excuses and not the cheque.

              This is with regard to to my Hyundai Verna which was sent for service to the Kun Service station at Nellangarai., Chennai. We had earlier made a complaint and the result of that was memos served to the service advisor and manager ( as said by them ) but nothing much was done to the car itself. The car is in a very bad shape and others who see a Verna smoking like this are and will be annoyed to purchase one. The original pickup is totally missing.

              Question that needs to be answered.

              The car was sent for as per the advice of the service advisor for clutch replacement but many other parts were changed without informing us . Check the service records. (and it was there in the service station for 15 days)
              Why the engine head was opened and engine dismounted for replacing the clutch plates.
              Why free wheel was changed.
              Timing belt was changed without our consent.
              Why the coolant liquid went into the engine and why the rust formation.
              One of the injector was rusted.
              Engine oil sump was empty due to severe leak.
              The leaked oil was all over the brake drum and total failure of the system.
              They claimed that water had mixed with Diesel . By then the car had clocked 2000 Kms and to our knowledge diesel was filled at reputed stations. Never we felt any jerk or starting problem during these days.
              Suddenly the gears were not falling as it used to be and especially the reverse gear was slipping into first gear.
              The pickup on the roads of the Verna is lost and it does not climb ghat sections.
              Black smoke is more and KUN says That the turbo charger needs to be checked.
              Mileage has dropped to 9 kmpl from 15kmpl after the service.
              Why the steering underarm was changed twice under warranty without informing us. Even now there the steering is hard and there is a leak.
              Clutch is hard even after changing the clutch plates.

              After the first service when most of the problems were mentioned KUN took the car and kept it for 10 days to rectify most of the problems. As of now the same problems persist and have become worse.

              We are not prepared to send the car to Kun Hyundai for further repairs. We feel that Kun has destroyed the car and they are liable to give a replacement. We are not prepared to settle the balance bill which is way beyond the said estimate . Estimate was for Rs 19000 and the bill given is Rs 49719.00 . We have already paid Rs. 20000.

              Iam pushed to mental agony especially when I park on a slope since iam not sure whether this car is going to move forward while accelerating. It happened once after even engaging the first gear it could not move forward and went back to hit a stationary vehicle.

              Based on the above observations please take necessary steps to replace the car since I have totally lost faith in this model. A point for you to consider is that this sudden change happened after this service which is 30 months after I purchased the car and after running 78, 000 kms without any problem. I was a proud owner of Accent for 4 years until I purchased Verna based on the reputation of your company.

              Ex Kun guys say that it is not advisable to send your car for service during the last week for they have a directive asking them to change spares so as to increase the stores performance . Is this TRUE.

              everyday is a nightmare driving this car.

              Verna -hyundai — Rip off at service station

              We are not prepared to send the car to Kun Hyundai for further repairs. We feel that Kun has destroyed the car and they are liable to give a replacement.                 Dear Sir/Madam,
                I have a Hyundai Santro Xing XG, bought in Nov end 2004. I am the only driver, single owner and have driven less than 29, 000/- Kms. I had purchased 4 years extended warranty and additional rust proof coating for extra protection. The vehicle has not met with any major accident and has minor dents and scratches, which is typical of any city driven cars. The vehicle is otherwise in a immaculate condition.

                The vehicle was serviced and maintained throughout by HMPL (Company owned serviced centre), Chennai, except for the last time in Dec 2008 where I was forced to service it at Kun Hyundai, Adyar, authorized Hyundai Service centre as I was not able to get a paid service appointment for more than 2 months. I waited for the same but on the day of appointment in Nov 2008, I had to go to US and hence missed the appointment at HMPL . When I asked for the appointment again, I was given one around the end of Jan 2009. Since it was too late and the service was due, I had no choice but to go for another service centre (Kun Hyundai). After the service by Kun, I was told that the pick-up is a little less in 2nd and 3rd gears and that I need to change the tuning sprocket which would cost about 1000/- Rs.

                Since the vehicle was maintained throughout by HMPL, I immediately took it to them (2nd week of Jan 2009) as I was not comfortable with any other person servicing the vehicle. The vehicle was test driven by a service engineer, coordinated by Mr. Ponraj of HMPL. He said that there are no immediate problems and asked me to take up a appointment for thorough check up. As usual the date given was a month's delay, sometime in early Feb 2009. Unfortunately, I missed the appointment again due to my work related travel (I am a S/w professional and travel abroad on business trips often). I again took the car to HMPL on the 25th Feb 2009 and was told that I need to wait for a month to get an appointment. Mr. Karthik, service engineer, was kind enough to do a test drive looking at me pleading with the service front desk. He was not able to find out anything from the drive test and used a portable testing kit to check the parameters. He said everything was ok and if required asked me to get an appointment for checking the internals of the car. I immediately booked an appointment and got a date of 27th Feb 2009 (more than 1 month since the requested date).

                On the 27th Feb 2009, I left the vehicle for service at 9am and mentioned to the service engineer Mr. Nirmal, that test drives were done by 2 of their folks and specifically gave the reference of Mr. Karthik. He mentioned that he will look into the problem and I can take the delivery of the vehicle by the evening, same day. I called Mr. Nirmal twice at 2pm and 4pm but he said that they are still working on it and haven't found anything. At around 4.30 pm, I received a call from Mr. Nirmal, saying that they need to open the engine to check it and would cost about 25, 000/- Rs. I was shocked to hear the same as it has been maintained throughout by HMPL and run very less kms. I said that I wanted to talk to the customer service manager and then spoke to Mr. Vasudevan. He said that I had not done my services in time (every six months) and at times have driven for more than 7 months and hence could be the problem. I was again shocked to hear this as I have been taking utmost care of my car and check the engine oil, coolants etc every 3 months. Whenever I had asked for a service date the service person used to say that my vehicle has run very less kms and hence can wait for some more time and have given me appointments 1.5 to 2 months in future.
                The same service centre folks are now saying that there is a problem as it has not been serviced every 6 months which is paradoxical.

                Added to this is the vague answers given by them until Saturday evening saying that there could be a problem with the compression and if they open the engine and if there are only minor problems then it would cost Rs. 25, 000/-. I have lodged a complaint on this to Hyundai on the 27th March and haven't received any response till date. It appears that they are trying to take me for a ride without proper analysis and making me pay an exorbitant amount saying that the warranty is over in Nov 2008 and I have not serviced my vehicle every 6 months. I have retained all my service records since I purchased the vehicle.

                I would like to get proper justice on this rather than irresponsible answers from the service team without being able to tell me the problem and trying to pass the blame. Also, there has been no response from the Hyundai Customer Service team for the complaint that I had lodged. I fail to understand how a vehicle which has run less than 29, 000 kms, single owner and single person driven have a problem to the extent of repairing the engine which is the heart of the vehicle. I feel really cheated, frustrated and sad for becoming a Hyundai customer

                Sir,
                I made a detailed complaint dt.13.11.09 to Shri Madhurji manager workshop Hindustan Hyundai M.I.Road [Sansar Chand Road] Jaipur, Rajasthan on nine points various defects found after obtaining delivery of vehicle after repair of accident.
                Vehicle was given three times after accident but the defects were not removed. Every time I am asked to make payment WHILE INSURER REFUSED TO MAKE ANY FURTHER PAYMENT AFTER INITIAL PAYMENT . Hindustan Hyundai should not /cannot compel me for payment for fault on their part .On the other hand I can go before consumer court for fault in providing service.
                On dt.11.12.09, I again went to workshop to get removed the same defects i.e . oil regurgitating in the filter box and also passing smoke from silencer etc. detailed in written complaint . I am asked to leave the vehicle for five days again, which is not fair .
                Previously also vehicle was kept for 2 to 5 days.
                I am felling harrassed . All points of complaint dt.13.11.09 be removed without any further payment on any count against the defects.
                Please intimate the action taken at your end.

                1)First time, we have purchased and fitted seat cover. The seat cover were spoiled with oil & Grease by workers and they forced us to fit that covers and we have to do that.Nobody is ready to listen our complaint. There is no any responsible person in entire show-room .

                2)Sometime ago, our car was damaged during accident.our car was fully insured.However, they have passis some amount of insurabce and other amounts will be paid by us.They had pressurised to us.They have taken amount of 1150 in cash without any receipt or voucher.There is no any responsible person to attend the complaint in entire show-room in Bhavnagar and other staffs are misbehaving with customers.

                Please, look into the matter and sort out my problem as early as possible.

                  I WAS TOTALLY UPSET WITH THE SERVICES OF YOUR DEALER SUHRIT SERVICES, YUSUF SARAI NEW DELHI.
                  I WAS GOT DAMAGED VEHICLE AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY . I.E. ENTIRE BODY AND ALL GLASSES WERE COATED WITH SOME CHEMICAL OR PAINT WHICH IS NOT GETTING CLEARED. I HAVE INFORMED TO DEALER AFTER OBSERVING THE PAINT. NOW DEALER WAS DENIED TO CHANGE THE GLASS OR TO REMOVE THE PAINT .

                  AT THE TIME OF FIRST SERVICE AT HYUNDAI SERVICE CENTER TRIED TO REMOVE STILL IT IS NOT GETTING CLEAR. SO AS THIS IS THE DEFECT OF VEHICLE FROM SHOW ROOM OR FACTORY IT HAS TO BE REMOVED BY COMPANY ITSELF. BUT NOBODY IS RESPONDING ON THIS ISSUE.

                    I purchased Hyundai Verna from Sant Hyundai Kangra Himachal Pradesh in June 2008.By the agent of company before i made purchase, I was promised two offers, respectively exchange bonus worth Rs 10, 000 and government employee bonus worth Rs.7, 000.Till date that is after about 9 months they didnt even botherd to contact me regarding my bonus and the Sant hyundai people always said u'll get it.When I forced them they gave me a number of Chandigarh, which when I contacted they said that u'll not get the exchange bonus since u have got the earlier santro car transferred from your father and not purchased it yourself. Further you also will not get the government employee bonus since u are a contractual employee.
                    Had this the problem they should have conveyed me before i purchsed the car about the offer but at that time though i told them the whole situation they said that yes you meet all the criteria and will get all the bonuses.
                    I wanna ask the hyundai person that upto what time they will continue befool the simple Indian people.I wanna convey the Korean Hyundai people that dont befool simple indian like East India Company or else you will also be ousted like them.Please help me out from this situation or suggest me the other way round of consumer court if feasible.

                      i am the owner of Hyundai Santro XO car since 2006. I had bought it in NSB Hyundai, Trichy. Later on trnsfer i got my service done in Susee Hyundai, Tirunelveli.

                      I have been getting my service regularly after every 10000 kms.

                      Somewher in Novem, ber 2008 company had called for free service at its 10th year. I had sent my car to susee Hyundai where the serviced (said so) but chrged me for the service. Also they told they have done my 10000 km service and changed oil, filters, coolant etc.

                      After a month when I went to Trichy my oil indicator showed low oil so I checked & found empty oil sump. Normally it has never happened.

                      I went to Arasu Hyundai, Trichy where they checked & found no oil had been poured during the service & even the coolnat had not been changed. They filled oil & coolant.

                      On my return I went to susee Hyundai and they apologised & did one more srvice.

                      But since then, my car has been consuming oil very heavily.

                      I got it checked & found that probably the rings are worn out & possibly the pistons too. The repairs may cost upto Rs. 20000/-. Once during service a few articles left in the car was found missing. I had complained to the MD of the company but no action taken.

                      Now i have lost my faith in Hyundai & I am getting my car serviced by private garage.

                      I am also a holder of extended warranty right from day one.

                      I want the company to look into the matter and compemsate my expenses and also enquire into the working of Susee Hyundai.

                      I expect a reply at the earliest failing which I may contemplate legal course.

                        We would like to make complaint about M/s Kothari Bros, Pune for poor post sales service. We purhase Hyundai I10 model Reg. Code MH-12-EX-6370. Within one month the steering system of failed when my colleague was driving it on Karve Rd, Pune. Though he called M/s Kothari office which is just 1 km from the place where this mishap took place still he could not get prompt service from them. Ultimately he went to the office leaving the vehicle on road. Only then they send a crane to life the vehicle.

                        Our miserly did not end there. Even after repeated calls M/s Kothari did not rectify the fault for one complete month. Only when we contacted the top management people of Hyundai then the things started rolling.

                        We warn the potential customers of Hyundai from buying the vehicle from M/s Kothari bros. It is my observation that Hyundai dealers are poor in post sales support.

                        I have bought I20 sportz version in April 2012.
                        My car is/was not giving me thee fuel mileage as per company advertised. I get 10 Km/lit.
                        SO I went to theeir service shop in Pune "KOtheari Hyundai" at Satara road. and put my car for inspection on 4the Aug. (please note thee dates)
                        The serviceman told me theat theey see some issues withe thee temperature sensor. And theey will have to replace thee sensor.
                        The sensor is not available at thee shop. They need to get thee sensor from Chenai so I need to and would need to leave thee car withe thee shop till Thursday 14the Aug. ( I did not believe theat time, theat theey don't have thee sensor and had to get it from Chenai)
                        I got a call from service center on Tuesday theat theey replaced thee sensor and found theat someone put big theree holes in thee condenser and thee radiator.
                        I found theis very odd and went to check thee car and observed theat it looked like someone poked thee radiator withe thee screw driver therough thee radiator guard. There was no damage to thee rest of thee car, so it clearly not an accidental case.
                        I don't keep my car in any roadside, unattended so theat anyone from thee road side can do thee damage to my car.

                        They asked me to get it fixed therough insurance, so I don't have to pay thee whole amount of 15000 Rs.

                        I found it very unrealistic theat someone else can do theis work unless you know theat theis could be done.

                        I have complete suspicion on Kotheari car service theat one of theeir guys have done theis to get thee insurance money. Or theey might have replaced my new radiator withe thee otheers damaged one as theey know I have thee insurance since its a 3 monthes old car.

                        I am theinking of filing a case in customer court or send theis letter for investigation to thee local VP of Hyundai.

                        Please give your suggestions and inputs to resolve my case.

                        All in all I am very disappointed withe theis and would not recommend to go withe Hyundai to anyone..

                          I have bought hyundai i10 in October 2009 from narmda hyundai showroom of Bhopal. they say me after one day you got second key but till date they did not give me. when i inquire from their register they have already delivered my second key before 10 days to another person. i have complained id Delhi, Mumbai and my regional center but they not respond me. first time they will receive my phone and they say after 48 hours they will resolve. when i call after 48 hours they do not reveive my phone. please suggest me what next i do.

                            Please go to your below mail, you are least bothered about doing any enquiry with the dealer or the sub vendor whom Hyundai is purchasing the Spare Parts.
                            I feel if this mail has gone to any other car company instead of justifying the dealer actions, the company would have been gone for the Check of Spare parts which is replaced.

                            * In the below mail you don't bother for asking about the OLD HUB Assembly and you have just declared that changing the spare part is the right decision.

                            * What is the reason for "bearing incorporation in the hub assembly" only at 4428 KM and without seeing the OLD Spare part how can you justify that the decision taken by the dealer is correct / and if the decision correct whether is there any problem with the Spare Part ?

                            * I feel that you are never visiting your dealer and taking the feedback only from telephone by sitting in the office. The dealer is taking the Satisfaction form at the time of Bill Clearance and for your information the Satisfaction form is preprinted, you have just put Vehicle no. and sign it. Are you aware of this ??????

                            What ever be your decision but from your action i want to add here, that next time i am definitely not going for any Hyundai Cars in India. You can close this issue.

I would like to assure you that decision of changing the hub assembly is the only solution in this case as bearing is inorporated in the hub assembly.

                            3. We suggest obtaining satisfaction note after initiating road test along with the customer in order to ascertain the resolution of the problem reported in the RO by the customer. In your case such type of experince has not happend than same will be taken up with the dealer for necssary correction for the future services.

                            The necessary action is taken from the Dealer, I have some points in my mind and i will be thankful to you if you clarify the same.
                            The following things were told to me by at the Authorized Dealer Workshop -
                            01) Break Shoe was damaged and it is changed i agreed with that.
                            02) The BEARING has to be changed, i am unable to understand the reason. The car has milage of only 4428 KM, Isn't' it a Quality Problem that the Bearing is damaged.
                            I feel that the damage is in very short duration ( 4428 KM ) so it was to be changed under warranty and the dealer should have taken up this matter with Hyundai Company and Hyundai Company should have taken up this matter with the Vendor whom it is Sub-Contracted ( Whether the Parts has passed all the Quality Checks ?)

                            Also it was told that only bearing cannot be changed so you have to change the whole set (HUB Assembly). At this point i do understand that it may be a company decision for better quality, but i want to hear opinion from your side whether the decision taken by the dealer to change the HUB Assembly is correct

                            03) Before taking the Vehicle ( at the time of Bill Payment) i was told that to sign the "Satisfaction Certificate", i told that i haven' touched my car, the dealer person told it is a part of the procedure. I just want to know whether Hyundai is interested in adding up for Paper work OR really looking for Development / Suggestion.
                            Instead the "Satisfaction Certificate" should be give to customer and told to send it back after a week or two, so that by that time the customer would have been really tested his Vehicle.

                            I am attaching the Invoice Copy for your reference. I am looking forward for your reply please.

                            Hyundai Motors — UNABLE TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM

                            Last week i took my santro car(2003 model) DL3c ab 3579 to saranam motors(vasant kunj) as it was missing and was not running smooth.First day they took approx. 4-5hours and charged me 150 for that and told me the problem is solved.The problem was still there as i drove the car, when i reported the same to the engineer he told me to come next day as it was already evening.The next day i went there and they tried but unable to solve the problem, this happened 4 times, that they called me and were failed.                               As we are aware that hyundai car performance are good on raoad and they are capturing the indian market continuesly in all there segment that why we had plan for hyundai i10 instead of maruti products . iam very much disappoint about the service which is provided by the dealers as i had complaint in both the dealers about the parking switch which is placed in the dashboard but no action has been taken by them and almost 1 year the situation is same so there is humbel request to see this matter my vehicle no.                                 Dear Sir,

                                I recently gave my car for servicing/repairing a problem with the Airconditioning. The dealer diagnosed the problem to be with the timing belt, AC idling pulley and another part and charged me about Rs. 8000/- to repair it.

                                After supposedly carrying out the repair, they handed the vehicle to me but the problem persists. I am not sure if going back to the dealer will help - I dont trust them to do the work properly and to my satisfaction.

                                I have been subjected to similar treatment earlier too. Whenever I give my car for repair, they make the interiors dirty too. Since we generally are given delivery in the evening, such poor workmanship details are noticed only later. Given the hectic pace of life in general, it is very difficult to go back to the dealer immediately.

                                Very recently, my car broke down on account of the remote locking not working and I was again subjected to very poor service - the emergency road service personnel directed me to the remote locking accessory dealer who said that they will service the complaint ONLY on Monday (I complained on Sunday). Bottom line, I could not use the car when I needed it the most.

                                I am at a loss to know what to do with such problems. I am losing confidence in Hyundai and their capability to provide after sales service to the satisfaction of their customers.

                                I request the consumer forum to help consumers like me to take strict action against both Hyundai and KUN Hyundai for not attending to the customers properly.

                                  I own a Hyundai Santro Xing XL, 2006 MODEL.(DL 7 CE-7250).
                                  The vehicle has run 22900 kms APRX.I am currently staying in Thane, Mumbai.

                                  I am totally fed up with my car performance, maintanance as well as MODI Hyundai Thane {& Goregaon}where I gave my car for servicing.My car is being logged to Modi Hyundai service centre almost twice a week since Jan.
                                  The sad story is as follows:

                                  1--The car broke down at midnight on eastern express highway, which lately was towed to a private workshop as Modi Hyundai service was not available at that time.The gaskit was changed.For which I spend around 12000/-Rs aprx.

                                  2--Afterwards the car was given for a full service check up in Modi Hyundai Thane.I got the delivery along with the bills which says everything was checked ( including coolant leakage, compression..all technical points which me as a layman wont understand.)For which I payed 3700/-Rs.

                                  3--Second day after the service, Car again broke down in a full fledged eastern express high way.Lately it was towed to Modi Hyundai, Goregaon.As per thier advice I changed the Radiater (which according to them had a leakage) and AC condensor for which I payed around 13000/-Rs.[Modi Hyundai, goregaon mechanics adviced ''All this should have been detected during the time of service by Thane, Modi Hyundai'']

                                  4--After all this my car again broke down yesterday.Now Modi Hyundai is saying that some oil is coming in the spark plug, which will again cost me around 12000/-Rs to repair!!!

                                  Plz remember the car is just run 22900kms!!!How much more I am supposed to invest in my Car?Whom shall I trust?why your authorised service centre is behaving this way with your fellow customers?Or Is it a Car's problem..am I supposed to sell it off as a Santro cannot run with out complaints after 22000kms?
                                  I kindly request you to help me out, I am not that rich spend more on my car just for maintainance.All relevent photographs and bill can be produced on request.

                                    Brij Hyundai has lost its position as dealer in recent years. They staff is only concerned with money. They flatter you to its maximum and explain you the false deals. In addition to this they charge very high on service and auto parts. If any part is repairable they simply try to change the product and the consumer is helpless at that time. There is need for hyundai to introduce one more authorized service station.

                                    I-10 Era Regd. No. M.P. 09 – CD - 3345
                                    Dear Sir,

                                    I am the customer of your prestigious product by purchasing a Car- I-10 Era Regd. No.MP-09 CD-3345 from your authorized dealer Harsh Hyundai Indore on 09.04.2009, since then I am constant touch with dealer and other dept. regarding poor average of my said car. Further I would like to narrate my problem faced & yet hang on & request you to look into the matter sincerely & get to the bottom of my problem & solve the same.

                                    1. I did the market survey before purchasing I-10 Era, through my relatives and other way also referred the advt., as I was having Maruti 800, & desire to get better model which may having all features look wise average wise etc.

                                    2. Your Indore Executive Mr. Ashish & Mr. Mukesh (S.M) approached me & narrated all the features also promised that average would be 19-to 20 km. per ltr. & I was convinced & decided to go for only Hyundai Product and immediately purchased said car.

                                    3. After purchasing said car I used it and found the average V.V. Poor average and immediately I approached the dealer they advised me after getting 2-3 services your average will be more then 19 km. per ltr.

                                    4. But even after 2-3 services average remain between 9-11 k.m. in this connection I brought the complaint to Service Manager Mr. Prasannaji they get my car tested at their workshop as well as in the highway with their different parameters but there was no up gradation in the average.

                                    5. Recently 24-07.10 & 26.07.10 they called me with car both the day they used all parameters and drive my car approximately 200 to 300 k.m. but they fail to get the problem solved. They said that your car may be MANUFACTURING PROBLEM. In this connection I talked to Mr. Jaspreet & Mr. Haris on Customer Car No. [protected] & subsequently to R.O. Mumbai on[protected] Mr. Sapanaji and put my problem.

                                    6. Further to state that money and Time both wasting but problem stand as it is. So, all expenses i.e. legal & other whatever will be bearing by me Hyundai will have to reimburse me as no response I am getting from your end.

                                    7. The trust regarding your Hyundai plummeting day by day. I am totally harassed with the non cooperation from your part & feel that I am cheated by your company. However I am waiting for 7 day if my problem not solved then I will approach the reputed Media & Consumer Forum. I am having proofs till then I am facing since I purchased the card.

                                    it was 31st december when i purchase a new car of hyuandai.car name is i10. unfortunately it met with an accident on january 9. it was fully insurance claimed,,,,,,we send it to the showroom and they told us that it will be repaired in 10 to 15 days......bt they dont gave our car back in the time period they told........after 2mnths they ready the car and demanding for 56000 more rupees for the damage as the car was in fully insured claimed............we r middle class people how can we pay now such a big amount?plz find outt some way plzzzzzzzzzzzz

                                    new i10 car — consumption of only 10 km/liter

                                    we purchased new i10 magna in15.11.2010 from ur dealer,and after first service we are getting only 10 km/liter from car,we asked dealer he says that after 8to9 thousand km.we will get 12to 13km/liter,while company claimed 18 km/liter.we feel we are cheated,kindly advise how to tackle it.
                                    ya i am agree with all of you huyndai is fraud company, i also have hyundai i10 kappa2 1.2, i am also facing problem of average its giving 8-10/per k.m, and there are no responce from dealer and company now what to do?

                                    i bought a hyundai i10 Period three months back, i m having average issues. Rite now its giving 7-8 per litrewith Ac on full swing in city, i gt my first service also completed, but the average hasnt increased, its gvng 11 with Ac on full on highway, can sum1 recommend some cures. i checked with the dealer but to no avail, they says it gives 17-18 on highway & says ought to give 12 in any condition.                                       Santro xing — Delivery of RC/Billing Documents

                                      I purchased Santro Xing (GLS CNG) on 1.10.2008. Till date (20.02.2009) I have not get my rc and the invoice of CNG kit

                                      Hyundai / Santro Xing — poor service

                                      On 03/10/2009 I gave my car for servicing in Deep Hyundai Service center in Okhla but the service I got from them was so dissatisfactory. My car was running well before the service and after the service my car has become hell. On 01/12/2009 I again went to Deep Hyundai service center to get it checked again and then we found out that wheel cylinder was not fitted properly and that is why break oil was leaking and this was admitted by their own mechanic but still they took charges from me to adjust it and now again my car is making noise from same wheel.

                                      Hyundai/Santro Xing — dissatisfaction

                                      dear sir,

                                      actually i bought Santro Xing GLS from Khanna Car Plaza Pvt.ltd.,Jagadhri on 24th sept.2009There is some problem in my car. there is some sort of problem in the stairing and also from the back of the car. i am going in the workshop from last 2 months but every time they just took my car for the whole day and while taking my car back they usually said this type of problem is in all the cars.the voice coming from the back side,they are not able to find it out.Please take it under your concern and help me out soon. As i decided that if they will not solve the problem then i'll be taking a strict action against them.

                                        Dear Sir/Mam,

                                        I have the New Hyundai Santro Xing Xo Car, purchased in October 2007.(16months). Suddenly the same vehicle stopped on the Road on 20th Feb 09. As advised by my dealer OSL, Cuttack, I informed to the Exide Helpline, Bhubaneswar. Two technical person came on 21st fen 09 and test the battery and confirmed me that the fitted battery is not in order. They could not indentify the reason of damage. As my vehicle is under warrenty for 2 years, my fitted battery should also be in warrenty.

                                        I request you to be cooperative and help me out from this problem by replacement of the same.

                                        SANTRO XO CAR — NON RECEIPT OF POLICY

                                        Dear Sir/Madam,

                                        I got insured my car No UP 81V 4513 (SANTRO XO)from reliance general insurance company Ltd. branch Aligarh (UP)on dated 15.01.2009 wide cover note No. *[protected]* (Agency - Brij Motors Pvt. Ltd.).

                                        As on date I had not received my car insurance policy while I had made payment thru PNB CHQ No. 348124 dated 08.01.2009 for Rs.6110.00 which has been cleared from my account on dated 02.02.2009.

                                        For above policy I had made many time telephonic contacts with Mr.J.P.([protected])at Aligarh but till date I always got assurance that I will get my car policy within two days but those two days yet come.

                                        Please let me know why my car policy yet not received to me?
                                        Once again I request you to take action in this matter & solve my problem within a week (till 12.11.2009).
