I had already posted a complaint on the subject three weeks back.

This refers to the previous complaint onthe subject. I had purchased the Hyundai getz from SAS Lucknow in may this year.The vechile had a develpoed noises in the back after few weeks and was told to the service center who assured that it will be corrected. It went on increrasing and then the car was sent to the service center for checking and was told there was some problem which has been corrected.
the problem again appeared after two- three days and this time the sound went on increasing and a repeat check revealewd that there was a problem in the engine and the silencer had been eaten up due to rusting. it will be repaired at Lucknow. That was when I had complined last time and SAS had sent a mechanic to repair who changed the silencer which looked worst then a 3 year old vechile silencer. It must be with the servioce center and can be verified. The engine noise persisted and I was shown that the engine has been opened and defect rectified.
I was amazed that the engine had to be opened so soon. As far as I know in my 20 years of vechile using experience, it is serious problem. The assurances were once I drive 100kms the problem will go away. yesterday suddenly my vechile started making loud noises in the middle of my way back from hospital, and had to be towed to my home.
This happening to me after buying a top end model from a reputed manufacturer from its leading big city supplier tantamounts to cheating. It has caused and is causing lot of professional damage too, as Me and wife who is gynecologist, have a busy time in hospital. IT IS SAD THAT THIS IS THE KIND OF RETURN A CUSTOMER GETS AFTER DISPLAYING LOYALTY TO A BRAND . I had a Santro, and then I went in for a GETZ.
My request is -
1. please replace this vechile
2. If not possible, please take it back under your excahnge offer
3. if not possible, then just take it back and I will buy a Maruti 800 and manage for few years till I feel I have recuped my losses.
4. You can book the transportation charges to me, but please take the damm vechiile back.

Earnestly request you for the above.

    Hi:

    I went to Hyundai Motor Plaza New Delhi on 10th, wanted to buy santro xing on finance. I gave ALL my docs to HMP's sales person Subodh on 15th december and gave initial downpayment on 18th/ 19th dec. before submitting the downpayment, he (Subodh) called me regularly, but after that i have to made the call to know the status. it is really frustrating for a customer to call everytime to know where we are. today is 5th Jan, and i m still waiting for my cute car. every time i called him he tols me another srory.

    I am really disappointed with his service. Subodh is a very clever guy, be careful to deal with him.

      subah call aaya ke aap ke 4 injector kharab hai jo change karne parange jiske koi warrantee nahin hai

        Hi sir,
        This is Taqdir Singh ([protected]) from New Delhi. I have ordered a Hyundai Santro GLS CNG on 15 of July at show room of Samara Hyundai at Lajpat Nagar. I was entertained by Miss Shalini ([protected]) and her Team leader Mr. Bipinjeet Singh ([protected] & [protected]). I carried all the papers of mine which are required for the financing of a vehicle which included
        • Pan card
        • Form 16 of last yr
        • Bank statement of past 6 months
        • Passport copy
        • My driving license
        • Salary details of mine
        • Appointment letter
        I was also carrying all other papers also which could have made my ground further concrete for this case but they said these papers are more than enough we will do it with these docs only. I have submitted 34000/- as booking amount also by cheque (which they cleared the very next day from my account). I was given a date of 10th of august for delivery of vehicle and payment of rest amount.
        I am a physically challenged person. I have found a clause in the central excise as concessional rate of duty of 24% on cars for physically challenged persons whose reference no was (Notification No 5/99 – C.E. S. No. 236). I have handed over the said clause of govt of India to that team leader by myself. But it was version of year 1999 I have asked him to find the latest clause and workout accordingly but I haven’t have found any response from him or some other person of Samara who could have helped me.
        I was in regular touch with these guys so that I will get the delivery on 10th August. Even when I visited himachal for official purpose I told them. Whenever I called them I was assured that u will receive the car on 10th as was promised.
        On 8th of august I got a call from HDFC asking for copy of my appointment letter for processing of loan. When I asked Bipinjeet regarding all this he said don’t worry you will get the vehicle on 10th . I said ok and faxed the copy to him.
        When I asked Bipinjeet next day that I will come and collect the car on 10th evening he started to make excuses which are not at all acceptable. He asked for 2 more days I said ok I will collect it on 12th but when I contacted him on 12th I was told it will take few more days I asked why he said paperwork is not yet over. Then I called their sales manager Mr. Ravikant Arora ([protected]) but he refused to talk and said talk to team leader. I was baffled by the reply.

        I tried my sources and got the contact no of their VP Nivedita ([protected]) who said that she will take care of the issue. Then I got a call from their finance manager and he asked me to come next day I said ok but with the condition that both the girl and the TL would be present there. He said ok both will be there.

        Next day I reached there at 11am as being asked by Mr. Anil but he himself was late and the TL was absent. I spent the whole day there just to get the work done and their response was not as being expected from an ISO certified company.Late at 7 PM I have received the vehicle and the Manager again asked for few documents of my father’s employment.

        That was the 29th day from the date of booking now I need answer of few questions of mine which are as under
        1. If this was the case when you are selling a car to me than what response should I expect from you in future?
        2. Who is responsible for all this mental and physical torture of mine when I am a physically challenged person
        and I expect all these things to run smooth (I will also write to the ministry of social justice about this case)?
        3. All the concessions (of physically challenged persons) that I was supposed to get were not provided to me whom to ask now? I was not asking for these from either the person or samara or Hyundai, I was asking the govt so why the hell they didn’t answered me?
        4. I myself is an automotive design engineer and I know very well about the whole system so was it justified to deliver the vehicle in 29 days when u say that max it will take only 25 days?
        5. The vehicle in not running properly, whom should I contact now for service?
        6. I have lost my working days with these filthy people, who is responsible for that?
        7. I have a friend Manoj Batham who is 8yrs known to me. He was working with Hyundai for past more than 2 yrs, just because of his recommendation I have opted for Santro but after the incident he said sorry and he also left the job with Hyundai. Are you allowing these people to hamper the image of Hyundai and malign it?

        Seeing the whole episode I was pretty unhappy but then I thought that this issue must escalate to the higher authorities so that they can look into the matter and sort out my issue with the car.

        Thanks for your precious time and hoping to hear from u soon as I am also approaching the ministry to look into the matter and find the way out so that other people don’t suffer this kind o[censored]nhealthy dealing of Samara employees.

        The above said complain was being escalated to the hyundai people but unfortunately the forgot the whole episode and now i am facing problem in service of my car also. whenever i go for service related issue they say that the papers of vehicle are not complete. how could this be possible that i have bought and getting the car serviced at same company premises and they are saying papers are not complete. this means that i have been cheated. i have all the proofs of their mishandleing the people so now after a tenure of 5 months when no one is listening to me i have decided to go legally with them. i am seeking ur help in the case so please let me know how to proceed furthur and Samara Hyundai can have a taste of their medicine on their own.

            we purchased Hyundai I10 era, mfg 8/2008 chassis number MALAM51BR8M114334F engine no 94HG8M503598 from M/s HARSH HYUNDAI (REWARI) bt we r nt satisfied wid this vehicle, Engine noise is too much.
            2. Different type of typical sound in to da vehicle nd serives problem M/s HARSH HYUNDAI(REWARI) r nt competent to solve da problem. At least 30 times (from Aug- Dec we went to garage for rectification of problem, bt still condition is same. One after another we r facing problem in different sound.

            Myself Rahul Borade I have I 10 Era . I purchase car from Eros Hyundai Nagpur before 11 months . Now before 10 days i give my car for claim insurance for some damage my front car bumper one side . So at that time he give me approximate estimate of my end is around 5500 Rs . But when final bill prepared it was around 10000 Rs . When i check bill why it is increases then i found without my permission and any information he change my front light and says is will damage but fact is that my light is perfectly ok because when give my car in company i checked completely. How he can change my light without my permission who can give this authority. Second thing is that he added painting charge, labour charge in customer end then what is the use of cashless insurance . Whatever it is but i must inform to customer it his duty . Why should i pay for this when he take decision as its own. In other show room this cost cover in insurance of same damage then why not Eros Hyundai i don't understand. At last when i go for collect the car i saw the bumper was crack means Eros Hyundai completely fool the customer here there is no customer satisfaction system is there. Please help me in this matter.               I bought Hyundai GETZ prime in March 2008, total running till date is Just 8000km ..
              I noticed certain problems in mileage and performance in the car, so got it checked at Hyundai Authorised service centre(Nimbus Motors). It was informed to me by them that the car engine has some serious problems and its engine needs overhauling. It was quite shocking and stunning for me to hear such things for almost new vehicle.
              I heard a lot about performance of Hyundai vehicles earlier so considering all these factors, I decided to purchase this car. I spend almost 4.5lacs to buy this vehicle considering all comfort factors highlighted by Hyundai. I never knew a car can show such symptoms within 8 months of purchase. I really got disheartened and disappointed hearing the engine need to open within such short span of time .

              My request to you kindly replace the model with the new car because I would not be able to carry a car with such big problems . I hope Hyundai which is known for its best of service and customer satisfaction will certainly look into my problem and will do the needful.

              Hope you can understand my pain being a genuine customer who has spend such a big amount from hard earned money which seems going to waste because of this problem. Looking for a positive response from Hyundai team to sort out my problem.

                I bought a new Getz prime 1.3, as my second car after 6 years o[censored]sing santro. I never had any major problem with my santro except that a small button needed to fis the flap in the back could never be fitted in 6 years and I had finally left the gap open.After repeated assurances from the company, I again - very foolishly went in for a hyndai getz and changed my dealer from varanasi to lucknow- SAS HYUNDAI. Before the sale under corporate scheme, there were a lot of pleasantries, and every thing was agreed to, and i too have no complaints about it.
                But it has been a saga of sheer ignorance a neglect since then. The sales person who were initially ringing every day, have started switching off their phone and not responding.

                The problems that I am facing should not be faced by any salaried professional. my car has been having apeculiar sound from the engine, whoch was initially told me will disappear. It hasn't and the cacophony of noises makes me so depressed, taht I regret the day I decided to go in for a hyndai again. I was told today that the kit in the engine has a loose leaf and will be replaced at varanasi or lucknow, The silencer has rusted and cracked and is making a horrible noise like an old jeep. Both will be replaced, and contrary to what I was told, today it has been revealed that the local service station in not authosrised to do warranty work, it is only a sales outlet.
                The sound is so horrible, like an old car that I do not feel like driving the car and have decidced to sell it off.I had bought it on 20th may this year and have not got the new number plates installed too( i was waiting for the number of my choice).
                I hereby request all readers specially professionals, and that too medical professionals, not to buy a HYUNDAI . It is better to get a Maruti, who at least do not cheat as far as after sales servoce is concerned.
                My colleague who went in for a SWIFT DESIRE is laughing all the way, for he had counselled me against buying this car.
                I am the Past President of the local Rotray Club, and a copy of this mail will be printed on the club website and the weekly bulletin, and all Rotraians are requested to refrian from buying a HYUNDAI.
                A request is also being sent to the Vice President legal of Hindalco Industries Limited, to initiate action of cheating against corporate ethics and corporate schemes. The Vice president of Materials is hereby requested to delete the name of this manufacturer from our list of manufactuerer in the annual company scheme for vechiles.
                Meanwhile, I also take this opportunity to announce the sale of my BRAND NEW HYNDAI GETZ 1.3 PRIME WITH ALLOY WHEELS AND A 17INCH LCD MONITOR WITH DVD. IT IS JUST 6 MONTHS OLD AND PRICE IS NEGOTIABLE.

                  1. first of all, i'd like to clarify that this is no complaint against anyone but a query from the concerned officials of hyundai motors.
                  2. i ve gone to your below mentioned showroom on 06 dec 08 to check out the details regarding Hyundai accent and i am thoroughly impressed with their professionalism and attitude. kudos to Mr Riddish Thanky, sales manager and Mr rajesh solanki, sales executive.

                  3. after disscussion when details regarding the offer for govt employees was seeked i was astonished to hear that the company doesnot give any offer to defense personnel as we are getting the vehicle on CSD price. here i would like to clarify that the prices which we are getting through CSD are free of taxes and thus company has got no role in that concession and thus we are very much admissible for the offers offered by the company. in this regard the ruling and policies may please be communicated clearly to the above mentioned showroom and a copy of affirmation may be mailed to me.

                  hyundai accent — not received service booklet

                  hi m sushil mishra .

                  I have bought the second hand car in ur deep hyundai outlet WAZIRPUR
                  when i bought the car the manager told me one year warranty of my car given by the hyundai company , the manager name is mr gulati ([protected]) in wazirpur industrial area.but never given me warranty book let or service book let till date.he always said i have mailed to the company about ur booklet

                  can u have the solution. if company given me the one year free service and warranty it means i can service my car in any other nearest outlet but how it can be possible without service booklet and warranty booklet.

                  Plz take action as soon as possible either i will go to the consumer court

                  hyundai accent — Dealers not deny the offer they committed during Booking when i go for a delivery

                  I have booked a Hyundai Accent, while booking they promissed me of Corporate Offer and MP3 Player, but when i go for delivery of my car, thy denie to Give me the offer that they committed during the Booking. I feel i have been cheated by the dealer, my bookin gin still in Hold, they are ready to give methe offers. Just to make us to book teh car they are tellign that they will provide many offers, but during delivery they are not giving.
                  ALL OFFERS ARE BROUGHT BY HYUNDAI MOTORS INDIA LTD AND NOT BY NEO AUTO MOTIVES OR ANY DEALER. SECONDLY, THE MODEL CONSUMER ASKING FOR IS ACCENT EXECUTIVE IS NOT APPROVED UNDER CSD AS PER NEW POST EXCISE REDUCED PRICELIST SO NO QUESTION OF ANY DISCOUNT ON THAT. SORRY, DEAR CUSTOMER.
                  Hi I got accent car two years back it started rusting in bannet, front door..

                  Hyundai Accent — car damaged during servicing

                  I had given my car for replacement of fuel tank as adviced by the executive at the Modi Hyundai car service centre at Goregaon West. The car was not ready for delivery inspite of repeated reminders and retained by the service centre executives on the pretext of replacing the fuel tank for approx. 20 days. On delivery the car had several scratches and the number plate too was broken. From the The Job card it is evident that the car had no such scratches and the number plate too was intact earlier. The service centre executives initially agreed to restore the car to its original condition and rectify all the damage done, which is why i once again left the car at the service centre relying on the service executives' assurances. However, they are now falsely claiming that the car was in this damaged condition from the beginning. Please advise.
                  really fedup with the behaviour of reperesentatitives of a company like hyndai.

                  Purchased one i10 asta from trident automobiles p.ltd.hosur road, bangalore with retail invoice no.H[protected] dated 13.04.2015 with a promise of gift hamper worth 10500.

                  has not received this hamper till date, inspite of lot of promises again and again.

                    I had booked a Santro Car with a booking Amount of Rs 1100/-, but now my plan changed & I am uanble to purchase the car & Now I want refund of the same but its local dealer is saying they will not refund the amount . Please suggest what can be done to get my money back

                    Hyundai — Non Refund of booking amount

                    I have booked an Hyundai i20 with Hyndai Motor Plaza the so called compnay owned showroom. Now i have requested to cancel my booking and refund my booking amount of Rs 75000/-. However the person incharge who i have discussed have faltly refused to cancel the booking and was rather behaved very rudly. He was very rough in replying. I think this is illegal and i am going to sue Hyundai for this. I am also filing a criminal complaint against the compnay for forgery and cheating.

                      its very disheartning to say but the after sales sevices of hyundai motors has gone bad to worst. we have been using maruti for so many years but this time around we decided to switch to hyundai but much to our distrss- its seeming to be a bad decison " all because of yr fake promises "
                      at the time of purchase we were told that the company would be giving rs 4000 as a corporate discount . but much to our resentment it has been over 9 months and we are still waiting our money on visiting the dealers counter. we have lodged a complaints, sent mails over last 5 months but with no use
                      tell me something in this era of intense competiion yr jobs just ends with selling yr product or b with yr customer always...

                      Hyundai Santro GLS — Failure to deliver on Cash Back Scheme

                      Dear Sir,

                      I had purchased Hyundai Santro GLS ( Chasis No.- MALAA-51-HR-8-M-350012) under Cash Back scheme for Goverment Employees on 30th October, 2008 from KC Hyundai, Srinagar.

                      It has been almost an year since then. Despite several follow- ups and formal complaint ( Complaint No.[protected] there is no update on the cash back either from the company or the dealer. It has been a harrasment for us.

                        I bought my car last year, Car No: TN 02 AB 4151. From my 1st service i am telling complain such as smoke from silencer, Steering vibration, Engine noise and seat noise. i also sent many emails regarding this to Hyundai customer care . Still no action has been taken. pathetic service from Kun Hyundai chennai, i have sent my car many times to the service center but no improvement.

                        I fully agree with the comments and feel that all your servic stations in the country and not providing satisfactory service to the customers.
                        In my own case, I have had very sad experience with your Mahanagar Service centre, Lucknow on two occasions. While charging fully, they render most deplorable service and show a callous attitude towards the customers. the situation needs your immediate attention.

                        I bought i10 ERA( cassis no- MALAM51BR8M195270) 0N 08 oct 2008 from Sharma Car Ltd, Ahemadabad. Same day i got company music system fitted in the car. When the car was delivered the remote was not working.On asking I was told that the cell of remote might be faulty, as I was to drive down to nasik same day I had to perforce leave. Now when I got the remote checked, it is revealed that remote is itself faulty. I have told the same thing to Sharma Car Ltd also, but I have not got any response yet.

                        Just day before yestrday my i10 Magna car registration no.MH14 BK 3976 was given for IIIrd free servicing to M/s.Kundan Hyundai, Chinchwad but it's horiable servicing and response they did with us.

                        Few observiation from my side as i belive on Hyundai brands that's why i bought Hyundai car.

                        1.Washing or cleaning is very very poor
                        2.Their techincal engineer & GM said that we can't wash engine by pressure gun because of some technical reason that's why they have not cleaned the engine.
                        3.From ground side of the vehical they have clean anything even they have pumped the water also. If you want photographs i will provide you.
                        4.Develivering the vehical they took almost 1 & 1/2 hr.
                        5.My service book also they misplaced anywhere which they got after one day.

                        Such a type of servicing creates bad attitudes or cheating

                        Pl look into it and confirm what should i do further ?

                        I am also one of victim of kundan hyundai, and the complaints by you all are not a surprise to me, kundan hyundai is here in market for the loot, if i will list out the problems i faced there, 2 full page will not be sufficient. All i can say, if you haven't yet dealt with kundan, never ever dare to do so.

                        hundai has got a name in india so they think they can do anything i own an i20crdi it has run 15k kms the car was all fine, this happened when i was geting back to city from highway i noticed engine noise and there was oil leak from the head . when i took it to kun hundai chennai the checked and give me a qutation of 1 lakh they say fuel injector has cracked, turbo has failed and there is a valve problem . when i asked the service manager tat all these should come under a factory defect and should be replaced by them .he gives me a simple ans sir the car has met with an acident in the past so iam not eligeble for waranty .but this acident took place 11 months back and it was not at all a major one .hundai is a big cheat that is all i can say

                          I started the car as usual on[protected], First time the car did not start but there was a crack sound, next time when i started the car got a fire after a busting sound from the engine side and the fire broke out. Large fumes came out which i could not able to manage immediately. Since the car was parked in the porch i could able to put off the fire with in few minutes of hard tasks. But, all the electrical accessories and A/C units were completely burnt. This was reported to Hyundai motors Dealer and the regional office at chennai, India. After taking one month time, the Hyundai authorities say it is not manufacturing fault, all the repair cost would be on the car owner side. I feel so upset and ridiculous about the negligence and improper customer care and safety of Hyundai vehicles. I advice all car owners make sure that this should not happen for their Hyundai Vehicles. Be care on Hyundai

                          How Safe Your Hyundai Getz Car???
                          I have purchased a Sedan Model from Hyundai, the brand name is Hyundai GETZ. The car was running quite ok, for more than 1.5 years. But, recently i had to face a big problem with the car when i started the Engine. Big Fire broke out from the engine side and vanished all electrical accessories and A/C unit etc. which cost about 1, 45000 INR ( $2900 ). I have informed and complained against this fault to Hyundai Regional office, Chennai, India, but i have not received any compensation or replacement of the car so far.

                            I Booked i-10 1.2 kappa model in August 2008 by paying full amount. With lot of followup I got the delivery on 2nd october 2008. However till date, I have not received RC Book despite repeated contact with the dealer. Unfortunately dealer is not at all responding positively. I have checked with Vashi RTO from where the registration has been done. They confirmed that they sent it to the dealer within 10 days from the date of registration. Emails send to Hyundai company also evoked no response till date.

                                1) Combination meter assembly Problem ---- Combination meter replaced under Warranty.
                                2) Combination Meter Cover Damaged --- Till date no replacement(Not in Dealer Stock)

                                  I purchased an i 10 car bearingchasis no.MALAM51BR8M040085, Engine No.G4HG8M379473 and Regn. no.HR 26 AS 3100 from Safdarjung Hyundai Gurgaon.
                                  Since its first day on road the car is having serious miissing problem and very very poor pick up.I have got it repaired three times from Sjung Mts.but every time they failed.Now i am so disturbed about my wrong decision of selecting this rubbish car of hyundai that im daily hiring a CAB and paying a heavy price for poor mfg. by Hyundai and non performing dealer/repairer

                                    My name is Vinay Kumar Kuchipudi, Service Incharge for HP Printers Division, Cache Technology, West Marredpally got repaired my vehicle hyundai accent on 03rd Oct'08 by 'NEW MECH-O-TECH Auto Diagnostic centre, behind traffic police station, Kamineni Hospital Road, L.B.Nagar, HYD Ph[protected], [protected] contact person Mr Teja. They charged 16, 710/- wide Invoice no 126/[protected] for the gear box problem rectification.After that I travelled 80KM till now. I found some problems in grear box first gear not engaging properly and reverse gear not engaging unwanted noicess in gear box. I noticed this matter to Mr Teja who is owner of the Guarage but no response from him. I am trying since 6days to him but finally his is using the harsh words that they dont have time to repair.since 7days I am unable to use my vehicle.I am keepon calling him every day but he is neglecting becasuse of he received his amount.

                                      Dear Sir/Madam,

                                      I purchased a Hyundai I10 Magna Variant (1.1 Engine) from Sharayu Hyundai on 7th May 2008 with Mumbai registration. I was not informed by the dealer that an upgrade 1.2 Kappa engine will be launched in the first week of July.

                                      I was thoroughly disappointed with the fact that in case if they had disclosed the information, I could have got a better and powerful car with the new 1.2 Kappa engine at almost the same price and secondly my car's resale value is now depreciated, as the current Magna Variant is being sold with the 1.2 Kappa engine. This feels like being cheated after spending Rs 4.60 lakhs for your first car.

                                      I contacted Hyundai Motor and inquired if I can have my car engine upgraded to the New Engine, as the current I10 Magna variant is being sold with a 1.2 litre engine and almost the same on-road Mumbai price of Rs 4.60 lakhs.

                                      Hyundai (Ms. Junaita) responded saying you can exchange the Car by selling it and buying a New one, which will almost tear my pocket, as the value of my car has been depreciated by the launch of the new engine. She further added that they cannot upgrade the 1.1 engine with the 1.2 engine in the existing car.

                                      This excuse is not a legitimate one, as Hyundai I10s are currently being sold with both 1.1 engine and 1.2 Kappa engine.

                                      I would like Hyundai to upgrade my car with the 1.2 Kappa engine or compensate with a New I10 Magna with Kappa engine.

If the customer has to purchase this SD Card locally, then why it is mentioned in product catalogue?????????????????? But when we purchase a bike or a cycle, supplier use to give us tyre & tube also even if v purchase a single pen the seller will give us refill with that pen.                                         I am fully agree with Mr K C Majumdar's statement. I am also facing the same problem with same product purchased recently through Citibank Credit card. You are requested to kindly look into this matter and help us.
                                        The catalogue says "SD CARD Expandable Memory Slot" - and slot is there in the equipment. There is no comma between SD CARD & Expandable memory slot.
