With regard, I want to acknowledge you about the misbehaviour of service department of Dev Bhoomi branch Bilaspur HP. I lost my fuel tank lid due to the carelessness of petrol pump employee as they didn't lock my fuel tank after refuelling and kept it open. But when I went I the above mentioned service station, they asked me to pay Rs 70/ as to place the lid over the fuel tank, although the car was not there. I requested them to give that lid to me on mrp, but they were adamant to take the service charge. I had purchased my grand i10 from them in October 2019, but their behaviour of this type is a blot on the reputed company like Hyundai.
I request your good self to look the matter with seriousness of customer and hope to do the needfull.

      I have purchased the venue from BEE AAR HYUNDAI, Mahanagar, Lucknow on 23/06/2019 bearing registration no. UP32 KV7392 and my customer ID: C[protected]. I approach to the dealer service point for Engine signal light would be on and the vehicle will not properly performing in average and pick-up. After the third service, the complaint would not be resolved till today. The service should be provided properly and the complaint must be resolved.

        then why should I pay extra increased amount for the month of May and June.

          I dr Ritesh class 1 orthopaedic surgeon has brought " verna next gen auto top model" to enjoy luxuryin 2018.selected auto version for the sake of same.initially for 2 months my new car working nicely driving was enjoyable and smooth, but later there was vibration all over steering and gear nob', same sound i feel in my car in speed between 0-40 kph, i have consulted to silicon thrice for same isssue still it not resolved, instead your technitian or engineer try to convince me like this soundis normal and inherent to this auto model of verna next gen, THEN PROMBLEM WAS SOLVED AFTER I COMPLAIN TO HIGHER CENTRE AND PROBLEM DIAGNOSED WAS ENGINE MOUNT THAT WAS CHANGED AND VIBRATION SETTLED DOWN. NOW AT PRESENT IN 2021 I FEEL SAME VIBRATION AT STEERING WHEEL AND GEAR NOBE. I HAD GIVEN MY CAR FOR PAID SERVICE BEFORE TWO DAYS BUT SAME PROBLEM WAS NOT SOLVED, AND I TOLD THEM FOR UPDATING MY MAP SOFTWARE 5 TIMES IN LAST 1 AND ½ YEAR THEY TOLD ME WE WILL DO THAT BUT IS ALSO NOT DONE.
          So kindly look into matter and resolve my car problem. SILICON HYUNDYI HAS PATHETIC RESPONSE EVERY TIME ALSO IN FREE SERVICES TOO THEY ARE SPOILING CREDIT OF HYUNDYI AS COMPANY, IF MY PROBLEM WAS NOT RESOLVED THEN I NEVER COOSE HYUNDAYI CAR IN MY LIFE BECAUSE OF POOR AFTER SALES SERVICE

            I purchased new i20 in December 2016 and from 26/12/2016 to till today the body paint of my car had peeled 3-4 time and every time company repainted the strips. Now my car have paint patches . even this time my car is in Agency again for painting due to peeled off the paint.The Body Paint peeled of again and again…
            My request before you people to please repaint my whole car with proper treatment

              I had got my Creta service done on 12th June 2021. I went to service station specifically for car service from 100 km distance spending about 2000 rs fuel up and down and my full day. Following are my concerns and requires immediate solution to it:

              1. Wheel allingment and balancing done but during return I observed that car was wobbling/ vibrating at speed of 100 only. Earlier I had no such issue up to 150 speed I had tried 6months back.

              2. Car washing was done but it's roof top / exterior was having some rigid dust settlement, which was not cleared off. Some efforts were done but not serious efforts. Just a show off efforts. And hands were raised by attender that will not be able to clear off. If spending huge amount I am getting service done at company service station and will not get satisfaction or perfect output I think one will not be able to trust company.

              3. Attender was not keen on customer satisfaction and since my car was delivered to me too late than committed and I had to rush back to my destination, I have to take delivery and return back.
              After raising my complaint and discussion with Himgiri service station, Sanjay driver visited my home location on 15th June for my car pick up and delivered the same to me on 17th June. Pls. find herewith the details:
              1) When Sanjay driver from service station picked up the car from my location on 15th June at 11:00 am, the car speedometer reading was 11818.
              2) When Tarasingh, service attender received the car at the service station, Tarasingh took a snap and sent me the snap on whatsapp and the reading was 11906. Difference is the maximum one side distance i.e.[protected] = 88 km.
              3) When Sanjay driver dropped the car & handed it over to me on 17th June at 4:15 pm, the speedometer reading was 12077. This means that after receiving the car at the service station the car has moved[protected] = 171 km i.e if we consider one side distance as 88 km as per point 2 then additional car moved is 171 - 88 = 83 km.

              Snaps of all these meter readings along with fuel tank level are send to service station via email. Additional fuel consumption because of service station defective service & free usage of the car is of (259 / 10) x 93 rs = 2408 Rs.

              Kindly answer, why a customer should bear for such a handsome amount just because of service station negligence. I would like to get the same reimbursements.
              For the same had already email to all possible concern in Hyndai service station through email but no one is responding and are not caring for customer concern.

                I have a elite i20 magna, reg AS01EA2788. AC is not colling after 2 hrs of drive (180 km approx) only fan works. Front brake problem is there since 4 months after i got tis car, i went several times to dealer for repair but they are not able to rectify my problem. After 12000 km engine sound was very annoying, the sound felt like it ran 40000 km. Even maruti suzuki car engine sound changes after 50000 km.
                I am really disappointed on wasting so much money at this car.

                    Fake promise from staff..
                    No ownership at any level..
                    Dint listen and understand the customer..
                    Pathetic service..

                    In Maya Devi W/O Roshan Lal I bought i20 sports from Hyundai showroom in Malwa on 09/09/2020 car number is DL 11 CC 1724 today is 25/06/2021 till date I have not received the RC of my car I complained about this many times to Pradeep Chauhan in Malwa showroom but Pradeep did not help me and told me that your RC has been taken by a DSA by mistake, now I cannot help you in this. In return, I will get you the copy of RC from the authority and give it to you and I have not received that slip till date. And when I told Pradeep Chauhan today that I will complain to you, he told me that I will not give you anything, do whatever you can. I request you with folded hands that please get me the RC of my car, because I do not have RC, my challan has also been cut 3 times, please help me thank you

                          Myself atul shah i have booked hyundai alcazar on 10th june, the salesperson committed that i can get the car on 22nd june they invited me on launching day for ribbon cutting but i was busy and it was raining so i couldn't go there, but after that i told them that i won't take insurance and accessories from you, they changed their statment and told me that you can get your car next month

                            I am Pravir Kumar from Deoghar Jharkhand I have booked Creta car SX 1.5 Petrol Black from Dumka Jharkhand SHREE HYUNDAI on 29th Jan. After that I was asked to make full payment so that he could give us the car in a month. Then on 16 February 2021 I paid ₹ 379800(Three Lakh seventy nine thousand eight hundred only) by cheque. The balance amount of ₹ 1000000(Ten Lakh only) finance was also given by ICICI Bank on 17th February 2021, But a constant excuse is made by saying that the car will be given in 1 month. After April 20, the Dumka branch asked its head branch SHREE HYUNDAI Bokaro, Jharkhand branch manager Manoj Choubey to talk to him by giving mobile number[protected]. Even after talking to them, he kept on making excuse on excuse. Then on 2nd May, he sent a demo i20 vehicle and talked about giving a new vehicle by May 15. And even today till 24th June, these people are only making excuses. Date on Date only. In this context, I spoke to the Regional Manager through Customer Care on 8th June 2021. He also consoled him to deliver the car soon, after which he also spoke to the area sales manager. But till now no confirmation has been given to me. What do I do now? You guys suggest.

                              Myself ramchandra Tandel from Navsari, Gujarat, India. I have a complaint against Navsari Hyundai regarding my car booking and providing wrong information.

                              I have booked my Hyundai i10 car magma aquateal.. I have booked my car in February and also paid the Down payment as per the order and agreement. I have also given my car for exchange and which they took in approximately 10 days immediately after the order and told us to wait for 1 month for the arrival of car. After one month I again inquired about the car, and they said that the production is stopped and again told me to wait for some time. I went again after 1 month and this time they told that the car isn’t available in Navsari Hyundai. Then they said that the prices of car have been increased, and I need to pay the difference. If I have already signed the order and paid the Down payment well in advance, then how can they ask me for a new price? It’s their mistake that they are delaying my order. Its June now and still they haven’t delivered my car.

                              Now it’s been 4-5 months, and they are not giving us proper answer. They already took my car for exchange, and now I don’t have car even for travelling. I am facing a lot of problems due to Navsari Hyundai.

                              I kindly request you to look into this matter and provide me the solution as early as possible.

                                  My name is sarwar riaz from allahabad uttar Pradesh. My family has been using only hyundai cars since long time.
                                  In year 2016 our new car is EON magna plus. From the day one (day of purchase) I am having the EPS problem till the date but they people have not completed it till now. I am very very disappointed because they are failed to make it..now they are saying after more than 4 years that they will change the EPS module and will charge more than 7000 rupees..I called up for the complaint on toll free number they said they will call back in one day but they did not respond and today is third day..its really very bad experience for the first time in our car life..
                                  Please find out the solution as this problem is happening from the day one till the date..
