I Ms.Preseeja.P.J, customer of Hundai Creta KL02 BA 205 since2017 December. Now I am so much disappointed because of the battery drainage problem of the car. if I fails to start the car for a day the battery is completely weak and the car is in off mode. I approach popular Hundai service center, Kollam, Kerala to put the service. Till my free service they cannot detect how the drainage occurred in the car.The last service is the paid service, and I so much disappointed on their services and I paid More than 25000 for their services and the problem is still existing. For the last one year after parking I remove the battery cable to avoid the drainage problem.
Again one day the car is completely off while I am in the traffic. This time I approach Pothens Hundai service center, Kollam, Kerala for the service.They told me have to change the breaking module system of the car. And I paid 26000 for the replacement of the system. After one month again the car is with the same problem, now it is in off mode for one month.At this time no service centres are open due to the covid related lock down in the state.I approach Pothens Hundai so many times to pick the car for the service.And they refuse to take the car bacause of shortage of workers and they cannot do the work at this situation. I am a working women and I have to reach office twice in a week. At this pendamic time, it is very difficult to depend a public transportation.
I am so much disappointed on Hundai service center because of the negligence show to the customers.
This leads to lack of trust to Hundai.

2. After completing 17, 000 Km, I had sent CRETA car (under warranty) for 3rd free service on 09 Jun 2021.
3. During the servicing, front 'Brake Pad' and front 'Brake Disc' of the above car were found worn out and I was charged Rs 2949 + GST against cost of 'Brake Pad' dispute the fact that the failure was premature (by 32, 000 Km) as the 'Brake Pad' failed only after 17, 000 Km.
4. Suggestions.
(a) Charges levied on premature failure of 'Brake Pad' under warranty is incorrect and should be refunded .
(b) The company should conduct 'Defect Investigation' and inform exact cause of premature failure, its attributability and remedial measure.
