    I bought i20 top model brand new car in September 2016. But after 2 years of its purchase, To my surprise, now my car is loosing its paint from roof, bonnet and from several other parts of it. Only 4 years after purchase, car loosing its body paint is a serious issue. I want resolution to this issue. I want my money back and Hyundai take back its car from me.

      Iam using hyundai car since long time and i have 4 hyundai car and never faced this kind of service and Quality of Hyundai car iam using one o[censored]r vehicle since 2018 next zen verna top sx (0) my vehicle no is GJ01 HW 7787 and iam not satisfied with the service company is providing as iam dissatisfied from all the problems iam facing its regarding the seat covers, broke to 3 years interior and i m many time to talk this problem to PLANET HYUNDAI MANINAGER BARNCH AHMEDABAD service manager to mr umesh panchal and service adviser mr dhruv marida and mr dhruv marida service and behaviour is very rude and i m very despoited to PLENET HYUNDAI and his service i m many time to tell him but he is no any reply for this side for our problem and pl find below this photo of seat cover and many more so its a humble request to the concern person please revert back as early as possible

        We have purchased CRETA registration no. DL9CAP2288 in Dec 2017. Recently on 26.05.2021, we have sent our Car for Servicing to Safdarjung Motors Pvt Lts-N2205, Gurgaon with a complaint about the heating of the car. The vehicle was serviced and they have done some outside job Lathe Machine and charges Rs. 4000/- in addition to the service Bill of Rs. 10, 000/-. They assured us that your heating problem sorted out and nothing is pending jobs or precautions with the Car. The very next day in the morning some oil/coolant was leaking from the car and we have made a complaint about the same to the service provider. The problem has still remained and they have no solution for the same and saying that this is a manufacturing defect. Please help out in this situation and take the responsibility to sort out the problem at the earliest.

          1. Life of "Brake Pad' is 50, 000 Km and 'Brake Disc' is 1.5 lakh Km.

          2. After completing 17, 000 Km, I had sent CRETA car (under warranty) for 3rd free service on 09 Jun 2021.

          3. During the servicing, front 'Brake Pad' and front 'Brake Disc' of the above car were found worn out and I was charged Rs 2949 + GST against cost of 'Brake Pad' dispute the fact that the failure was premature (by 32, 000 Km) as the 'Brake Pad' failed only after 17, 000 Km.

          4. Grevances.
          (a) Charges levied on premature failure of 'Brake Pad' under warranty is incorrect and should be refunded .
          (b) The company should conduct 'Defect Investigation' and inform exact cause of premature failure, its attributability and remedial measure.

              It is to inform that I have brought my I20 car to Laxmi Hyundai service station LB Nagar Hyderabad since last November
              Since hen my car is frequently troubling I went there and shown the car they have been telling that some part is damaged and need to be replaced and charging around 20000 to 30 thousand each time.
              It seems they are not doing proper service or deliberately damaging the parts.

              very unfortunate things happened. This is purly looting the people who buy Hyundai car. I regret to buy the car

                Respected team,
                I am Sanjib Kumar Sai using eon Magna plus with the registration number OD09H2531.
                I beleive there is something cable problem nor what I don't know but in meter flash light & otherlight is always on. Heat meter signals is abnormal. Very frequently Heat meter gives no signal & AC gets Auto off. Again if I start my car AC works.
                I have visited your many dealer but not getting any help to solve it out.
                If it happens, than automatically I will take the help of law to get it solved.

                  today On 08 june 2021, i went to Khanna Auto Sales Pvt Ltd Chain factory Chauraha shastri nagar kanpur for some working in my vehicle Grand i 10 sportz .
                  the vehicle is not giving proper average. (ShivendraMishra) confirmed that he will check the vehcile. again he came that a.c belt to be replaced and clitch stopper to be fixed, should we change it or not. i told them to change the same.
                  after 2 and half-hour when vehicle came out side i noticed that wiper and blade was changed. my original wiper and blade was changed with damaged one. i was shocked to see the attitude (theif attitude) of service centre persons. who inside the service centre doing thing like robbers do.
                  they are changing the original parts of the vehicle with damaged ones.
                  i asked for the cctv footage of inside service centre . they refused to provide the same. after requesting a lot they told me that our cctv is not working. Due to Covid 19 lockdown we are not running our CCTV.Only oUtside CCTV is working but where my vehicle service was done that cctv is not working .
                  This incident clearly shows the bad intention of Mr. shivendra sharma and other person who was involved in my car service.
                  They are doing thing like robbers do . They are changing original parts of vehicle inside service centre with damaged one. if somebody objects they clearly say that CCTV is not working.

                  I want my Original wiper with blade .

                    I bought a verna 1.6sx on 2014 march registered in the name of k.v.Suresh(father) all these years have done company service and maintenance.past two years carbon emission is more and pickup is drop.but emission test shows normal report, oil level is not reducing.feeling awkward to drive in highways…as of now its been nearly 90k kms.we have tried in showroom service centre many times same problem they checked and did nothing…i kindly request you to resolve this issue as soon as possible

                      As we all are aware about that, company are providing few free services from authorize company to consumer. similar of it my second free servicing is there after completed the 8893 KM. Although authorize dealer charges around 5455.38 rupees as a labor charges.
                      My grant total bill amount was 8175.

                      So i want to know that in free servicing why authorize dealer taken this much of labor charges from me.

                        My i20 sportz just a month old seems shockerless and its tyres were bruised and cut which I complained to the dealer but playing delay tactics. It sometimes sounds abnormal from the left front side tyre.
                        Suspension is not good as previous model of i20 sportz. Body is very light. The whole car vobbles while @ 100km/hr speed. It seems like car will get out controll if I drive more than 100 km/hr.

                            I have given by car for 1st service to Raghu Hyundai, Rohtak road Bhiwani, Authorised sales & service dealer in Bhiwani .

                            I have given my car 1230 hrs / 05.06.2021 for service, which was to be completed by 1600 hrs as informed by service representative.

                            When I called service Center on given no, no one have picked up by phone .

                            At 1730 when I went their to take my car back after service noticed some chemical washing ( which was called by service team as a dry washing ) done on my car by service team which generated lots of scratch on my car paint .

                            Understand from service team due to not availability of washing pump they have done it without informing me .

                            This chemical wash which was done ( accepted by service incharge that same applied by any worker without informing him as well ) have damaged my car paint & coating.

                            Car was ready from their end to deliver which was having below issue as noticed -
                            - Not washed
                            - Chemical washing done which damaged paint
                            - front & rear glass is not clean at all
                            - Engine washing not done
                            - Tyres side not washed

                            I have been forced to take delivery of my car In same condition with mentioning Washing pending on service report & same can be done on Monday / Tuesday which will be 07/08th of June 2021, which is not acceptable at as time taken for 1st service which must be max 4-5 hrs only . They have not ready to mention which chemical washing also done which damaged by car paint & coating .

                            I have refused to take delivery of my car in this condition where service manager is not taking responsibility of my car paint damage due to chemical wash done by them .

                            Request you to look in this matter seriously & enquiry of incident happened, what chemical wash done & damage to the car paint / coating so I can take delivery earliest .

                                I Ms.Preseeja.P.J, customer of Hundai Creta KL02 BA 205 since2017 December. Now I am so much disappointed because of the battery drainage problem of the car. if I fails to start the car for a day the battery is completely weak and the car is in off mode. I approach popular Hundai service center, Kollam, Kerala to put the service. Till my free service they cannot detect how the drainage occurred in the car.The last service is the paid service, and I so much disappointed on their services and I paid More than 25000 for their services and the problem is still existing. For the last one year after parking I remove the battery cable to avoid the drainage problem.
                                Again one day the car is completely off while I am in the traffic. This time I approach Pothens Hundai service center, Kollam, Kerala for the service.They told me have to change the breaking module system of the car. And I paid 26000 for the replacement of the system. After one month again the car is with the same problem, now it is in off mode for one month.At this time no service centres are open due to the covid related lock down in the state.I approach Pothens Hundai so many times to pick the car for the service.And they refuse to take the car bacause of shortage of workers and they cannot do the work at this situation. I am a working women and I have to reach office twice in a week. At this pendamic time, it is very difficult to depend a public transportation.
                                I am so much disappointed on Hundai service center because of the negligence show to the customers.
                                This leads to lack of trust to Hundai.
                                I expect a favourable response from you.

                                      I am having Hyundai i20 Asta, .Automatic/petrol (Vehicle no: KL02BL1144)car, which I bought on December 2019. so far the battery has gone totally discharged for 3 times. I had to call the road side assistance all three times to get it started by jump start.

                                      My car's battery is depleting out of charge even if I am not starting it for not more than 3 days. Last incident happened on 28 May 21 and I requested road side assistance to get my car started by jump start.

                                      On the same day I contacted UTKAL HYUNDAI Dealer, Opposite Sainik School plot no. 4706/ 5851 Bhubaneswar for service assistance on frequent discharging of battery. My booking was done against booking reference ID 20210602. I received a message regarding same through WhatsApp also. Booking was confirmed for 02 June 21 1000 hrs.

                                      In accordance with the booking schedule I went to the service center with car and was informed that view lockdown EXIDE service care(my car is fitted with Exide battery) is not available now and they couldn't help me out. They informed that being the battery is provided by some other company they couldn't do any services on that also.

                                      i have the following concerns based on above scenario.

                                      1. If you quote that the items fitted in car are from different company and in any case of servicing of those items I have to contact the company directly, then why should Hyundai keep a service Centre and name it as Hyundai service Centre.
                                      2. I paid money to Hyundai for purchasing my car and Hyundai is obliged to take care of all services/complaints of my car.
                                      3. lockdown is equally affecting all and because of that only I preconsulted the service center before going their directly. i am a serving medical officer and my absence from duty at this pandemic is undesirable.
                                      4. If your service center is fixing an appointment for consultation, they are obliged to be ready to manage the complaints which the customer has raised. in my case, I clearly explained the problem to the dealer contact person through phone before confirming the appointment. however he didn't contact the Exide company service Centre to confirm their service on the booking date and time. he had to call me to the service center with car to give a call to the Exide dealers for their consultation.
                                      5. I have even called the Exide customer service directly for assistance and are not responding.
                                      6. it has been only one year and 5 months since I purchased my car and have faced this complete discharging of battery thrice without any reason and had to call road side assistance every time to jump start the car.
                                      7. This frequent problem is hampering my daily life routine especially in this pandemic situation.
                                      8. I have raised this issue to Hyundai service center when and all it happened and they were reassuring me saying that it is normal.

                                      I view of the above I humbly request to look into my issues and repair/replace the battery as early as possible.

                                      Dealer contacted me telephonically and informed that a temporary battery be provided for the time being and my battery will be taken for repair/replacement. i have been assured that view lockdown Exide showroom/service centers are not functioning and a new battery/repaired battery will be provided as early as possible. satisfied with the customer service.
