On 08.04.2021, I Sanjeev Kataria along with my friend Deepak Garg visited the sales office of your branch at A-3, Meerut Road, Near Sihani Chungi, Ghaziabad, U.P. to purchase 02 cars, Aura with CNG. Mr Tushar and Mr Akash Tyagi were deputed to deal with us. On being asked about the breakdown of the registration charges and insurance charges of the aforesaid cars, none of them could answer satisfactorily. Instead of replying, Akash Tyagi started making the insulting gesture and said that he does n't deal like us people and asked us to leave the premises. He also advised us not to visit the show room During the meeting, both the salesperson were not adequately equipped to answer the queries raised by us and being annoyed, they made derogatory remarks and gesture. The said act of the office executive has placed us in mental agony and low self esteem.
Request to take appropriate action in this connection.

I am really very disappointed with the services rendered by the company as well as the responses given to me verbally by the staff appointed. I request higher authorities for intervention as my car is facing such issues because of the showrooms fault. They replaced the parts which were not required at all. They behave in a very rude manner.
Where is the after sales services provided by the company?
Is the company not interested in solving the customers issues?
