Last year 2020 on 2 march 2020 i had purchased new venue car from your showroom (tirupati hyundai) afim khoti gt road kanpur.
within one month the battery got damaged.
after complaining the company used to explain everyday .
after one month the battery was replaced.
but within one year now
my car ac is damage not working.
i went to the company 18 may 2021
they are saying that the parts of the ac are not available
now plz wait for 15 to 20days.
now i want to ask u why the parts of the car are not working properly.
today in the morning i had called hyundai customer care no.
i had the conversation but till now .they have not responded.
i am not satisfied.

    Dear Sir,

    I took 1st quote for CRETA (Diesel 1.5) SX in favour of Tata Hitachi Construction Machinery Co Pvt Ltd, Kolkata on 30th Jan21 and Company gave PO dated 17th Feb21 to Dealer M/s J J Automotive ( Bengal Hyundai, Park Street). Accordingly booking was done with advance of 10, 000/- even though it’s a Corporate purchase. Full Payment will be paid directly by company on payment release request from dealer. Vehicle was not delivered till 31st March21 and financial year changed.

    Later on Company decided to Change PO since Registration charged in initial quote was for 5 years. As per company policy, it has to be LTT. Fresh quote was taken on 22nd April2021 with validity till 30th April21 ( only 8 days) and sent to Corporate Finance for preparation of “Executive Sanction Request” against which PO was to come. Later on, we received another quote on 28th April21 with Price increase. Since quote was already in process, it was difficult to replace. Covid-19 problem started in country and many people were getting infected. Operation with co was slow but then also we processed ESR after taking approval from Managing Director & released PO on 17th May21. Dealer M/s Bengal Hyundai refused to accept PO and submitted another quote with further increase in Price.

    I am totally lost due to this behaviour of Hyundai Dealer in Kolkata. For last 4 month, I am struggling to get Payment Request from Dealer based on my PO. I have requested Dealer executive many times to escalate this issue to higher up but no positive response from them.

    At this stage, my understanding is very much clear that Hyundai don’t care for Customer mainly Corporate Customer. They don’t understand Corporate buying behavior and so changing quote so frequently. Quote being issued by dealer is not valid for 30 days even in Corporate buying and it is being changed every week.

    I am suffering for last 4 months. Please suggest way out.

    I have sent mail on '[protected]@hmil.net' dated 19th May but no response till date.

        I bought a Hyundai Venue Petrol Car on 14th April from Koncept car at Kailash colony. While we were waiting for the car to reach the showroom, the Executive gave us papers for signing the documents. When the car arrived from their godown, the driver of that car opened the bonnet doing something behind the Bonnet.
        When I enquired about it, if something was wrong in the car, I was told that the car is being checked & everything is OK.
        We took the delivery & started for home, it was driven for 3 km & then the Power Steering stopped working. So, within 15 min of taking the Delivery of Venue Car, I had contacted the GM of Koncept Car at Kailash colony.
        He told me to send the details of the car & location, which I did. Next day on 15th April, at about 2p.m. the technician arrived & did something in his gadget. He said that I have deleted the History, as the drivers of the company remove the wiring of cars so that the KM, s run by them do not show in meters. I was not at all satisfied as it was showing 31 km run by the company when delivery was given to me.
        As i did not have any option so I signed the papers that it is working fine, then the lockdown started. Next on 3rd May i drove the car & Power steering again stopped working. This was the second time after taking delivery that the car was driven. Now it has been parked permanently at my place, whereas got no phone call till today.
        When I called Customer Care after a lot of hassles, I was able to speak with Anirudh...he said that we have received a complaint on 15th April & it is under process.
        When I asked him, the car is parked at my house, are you virtually working on my car?
        He was not able to answer & said, can I transfer the call to the Regional Office but as expected he was not able to connect with them.
        He finally said, I will call back in 5 min but I never got a call.
        In this case, I will suggest not to buy a Venue car as everybody has hard earned money & the company does not care to check for any problem before giving delivery.
        I think I have not purchased a venue Car to park in front of my house, I bought it to drive/ use it.
        When I would be able to use my car?
        It is already 1 month now when I purchased it & within 15 min the problem was registered.
        I am very sure that I was given delivery of a defective car.

          I had contacted a person Mr Rajesh Ranjan ( Ph no [protected]) who had put an advertisement in Economic Times and also in the Times of India on 19th May 2021 about 575 vacancies for work from home for HYUNDAI company sales promotion. Yesterday I contacted him and he told me to pay 3100/ as the security deposit as the company needs that to give a laptop and phone for the work. After paying Rs 3100/ ( transaction id[protected] from HDFC bank Thane) . He then sent me a sms stating employee id as[protected]HYUN1258. After some time he called again to state that I have to pay Rs 7500/ as the insurance for the laptop and mobile which will be refunded immediately. After paying 7500/ ( transaction id[protected]HDFC bank) and sent me an insurance no INS [protected]S. After sometime he sent me another message stating my registration is successful ( reg no HYUN[protected]. Then he called again to say that I have to pay GST fee of Rs 12500/ after which he will sent the laptop and mobile to my place. I asked for the receipt of the payment . He had sent a receipt of Hyundai Motors of Sakinaka Andheri Chakala. Thinking it must be genuine I paid 12500/from HDFC bank (IMPS transaction Id[protected]. He said all the money are refundable once the documentation will be over. After that I got little suspicious and told him that I don’t’ have any money left and asked him to cancel my job offer, to which he said to pay another Rs 2200/ for job cancellation fee which paid again ( IMPS from HDFC bank[protected]. After this he is saying that he had refunded all your money back to my account but it has not been cleared from Government.
          Kindly let me know is there a person named Mr Rajesh Ranjan who has the authority to employ people for work from home service for Hyundai motors. He said company Director is Mr Gautam Kumar and all the money was transferred to his account no [protected] Bank of India.

            Dear Hyundai Management,

            I have booked Creta E petrol from Hans Hyundai New Delhi in the name of Mansi Duggal on 23 Nov 2020.

            Delivery Date was First week of MAY ( 6 Months Waiting ) & now we come to know that you have removed most of the valuable things without notify us & many other features are removed from E model. I have booked the car 6 months ago so that I can get the car of my choice, atleast you should give the person the product which they booked, now the dealer is saying we don't have car, you can take the booking amount back and cancel the booking.

            You guys think that this is so easy to cancel and again book new Car with waiting period. I am regular client of Hyundai but this time you guys disappoint me & other clients as well.

            Kindly check and confirm and provide us the model which we have seen at the time of booking else reduce the price of this new model car .

            I have attached my booking receipt for your quick reference.

            Request you not to reduce the market value of Hyundai by doing such cheap practices.

              Upon receiving the car. I notified that your team failed to rectify one of the car problem. I earlier reported them but they are not respond well, very poor response from service center showroom manager, kindy take action against this problem and this showroom responsibility person's

                As I am regular customer of creta,
                I am very upset about the features as you are minimizing the features and raising the price and plus you are not making available the car, as waiting period for the car must be atleast of 60-90 days...due to this long waiting period of 1 year our customers excitement gets down...and most importantly as I have booked old e varient with old features before 3 months...but now you guys are minimized it's feature it's not fair...at the time of booking whichever features was their I must get that car with that features only...if you are giving with changed features it's unfair with customer...if customers satisfied then company satisfied...

                  मैंने 04.02.2021 को गंगा हुंडई मोटर्स प्रा लि चूरु (राज) से Creta का E वैरिएंट बुक किया था। अब मुझे मालूम हुआ है कि कंपनी ने इस वैरिएंट से कुछ महत्वपूर्ण फीचर्स हटा लिए है जबकि इसकी कीमत में 19000 रूपए का इजाफा कर दिया है जो कि ग्राहकों के साथ विश्वासघात है। कंपनी के इस कदम से मेरी तरह हजारों ग्राहक आज ठगा हुआ महसूस कर रहे हैं। मेरा हुंडई मोटर इंडिया से निवेदन है कि मुझे कार की डिलीवरी देते समय वो सारे फीचर्स कार में हो जो मुझे कार की बुकिंग और टेस्ट ड्राइव देते समय दिखाए गए थे। अगर कंपनी अपने निर्णय को वापस नहीं लेगी तो हम इसका बहिष्कार कर बुकिंग रद्द करेंगे। ध्यान रहे आज कंपनी का वजूद सम्माननीय ग्राहकों से है न कि कंपनी से ग्राहकों का।

                    Sir i bought Hyundai Verna 1.6 SX, model 2019 from Morani Hyundai Jaipur and this has completed around 12000 km till now. I have issue regarding tyres its all Four tyre are of Bridgestone and its stepney is of CEAT which were provided by Hyundai while buying this car.
                    Last year when car completed distance about 5000 km i faced a issue in front right side tyre, Tyre accidentally have damaged from its one side while smooth running expressway, then after some month when completed ride around 8000 km i faced same issue in another front left side tyre. I contacted dealership for same issue then he forward my compliant to Bridgestone Tyre dealer but he denied for any warranty and refused for any help, this was so disappointing to me .
                    Then last few days ago i faced same issue in rear side tyre while driving on highway and this time that rear tyre have damaged completely within few meters while riding car and now i checked other tyre and found some cracks are coming on tyres and this will let damage tyre again while driving .
                    So it all reflect that all tyres are very low poor quality because car have runned only about 12K .
                    This is so disappointing that Well Known Hyundai Motors are betraying its customer by providing this type very poor type tyres and stepney of different brands and you have partnership with such company Bridgestone which don't respect its customer and refused for any warranty.
                    While buying this car i did not ask to Hyundai for Bridgstone tyre or any other company. I trusted and obliged only Hyundai for all parts provided by you while purchasing this car.
                    Being a well globally popular brand Hyundai we did not expect this type betraying, So its humble request to Hyundai Motors, Kindly take this issue seriously and resolve my issue.

                      I have booked A venue car for purchase at sas hundai Lucknow they have promised me to give the car after 10 to 15 days of booking which they have failed to do. After that due to unavailability of that particular model they told me to take another car which was also not certain that they will give me on time because more than 1 and a half months has been passed after booking. But I have purchased another venue from gorakhpur which was available there. But after repeated calls my booking amount has not refunded to me and I am feeling helpless at my end kindly do the needful.

                        We booked creta SX petrol manual variant at Kun Hyundai Kondapur, Hyderabad branch and the service so far is bad.

                        My wife is an assistant manager at Bank of Baroda and she applied for loan long back the moment we booked the car hoping that we get it as early as possible because one of her colleagues referred this branch. He usually sanctions car loans for customers from BOB and work closely with some of your colleagues in this branch. We have been waiting for car and get the loan disbursed to go for Long leave so that she can take care of our new born Baby boy

                        When we tried to book vehicle, we were told that the waiting period is 90 days and that’s what is written everywhere in show room. So we paid booking amount on January 16th and requested for early delivery and they said, we will see if we can delivery as early as possible. But they never updated about status in between and I keep on reminding and reaching them. Now after the waiting period over I called them and Hyundai customer care too but not getting any proper response on when I will get the vehicle delivered.

                        I tried reaching out to Hyundai customer care almost everyday from last 1 week and they keep ok saying same thing that some one will call back to update you soon but no one called or approached with any updates.

                        Highly disappointed with Hyundai for my first car. Thought it would be wonderful experience but Hyundai and Kun Hyundai made it a nightmare for me. It is causing me more personal problems. If know About these things happen little advance, I would have gone for a different cad maker and now I can’t wait for 3 months with other seller.

                        So far very bitter experience with Hyundai.
                        This is my 3rd email and I am sure I won’t get response to even this email as well.

                          We had booked a Grand i10 Nios Sports Car with Hyundai in Mumbai on 13th April 2021. We had asked the dealer to take the possession of the old car and also the cheque for the amount on 15th April 2021 and they committed to deliver the car on 21st April 2021. In the first week of May, the company didn’t deliver due to the lockdown but also gave us a shock by just dropping a document on whatsapp which indicated price hike without any explanation. On requesting information, they said that we can hike the price to any amount at anytime until the delivery or until the invoice (different versions come from different people).
                          Now, comes the best part. If you want to cancel the car booking, they will take a 12-15% (this changes with whom you speak to) portion of the booking amount.

                          We talked to their customer support and they told us to accept the increment and pay the increased amount.

                          In summary, please be careful when booking with Hyundai today’s 10L car can become any amount and if you try to cancel because you cannot afford, you will loose part of your booking amount.

                            I paid rs.15000 against booking of santro sportz of star dust colour and the cheque was encashed on[protected]. The vehicle was supposed to be delivered by[protected]. However, when I personally contacted the sales personnel in mid April, I was told by concerned person that the vehicle of choosen colour cannot be deliviered by that date, and possible date cannot be predicted.
                            As I am not interested in other colours and variants, I requested them to cancel the booking and return my money so paid in advance, and submitted necessary papers.
                            Though considerable time has been lapsed, there is reposnse from your dealer. Because of Covid times, unable to make any personal visits and phone calls are not being answered.
                            As they are doing business, on your behalf, I believe, you have an moral responsibility to resolve the issue.

                                I have purchased Santro-Auto gear on 27.02.2020, and car ran only about 5000 Kms. On 26.04.21, my car didnt start, so called your RSA, a person came and get it started. On 27.04.21 again same issue called RSA and they took the car to workshop at Shivalik Huyndai, Ambali, Ahmedabad. A person name harsh Patel called and informed its battery issue, he get it charged and ask me to take delivery.

                                Now, i want to convey that its only One year old car and battery and you can not give car back like this, just charging it. There is some serious issue/fault due to that battery get discharged,

                                I am having car since last 30-35, years and never a car battery get discharged before 3-4 years. There is urgent need to replace it with New battery and required to check complete electric parts.

                                I am not ready to take delivery before my issue is sorted out, its alreday more than ONE WEEK passed.

                                I am old customer of Hyundai, also had and drove 1998 model of Santro earlier. This is not expected from you. (GJ-1-7261)

                                Pls. look into matter urgently.

                                  You rightly said that my car remains under my supervision so I am fully confident that I never repair my car outside.
                                  As I am repeatedly telling you that if you have any doubt, you can send a check to a skilled person of your company, but You people are ignoring my point. I just want this to be a serious issue, so please talk about it.
                                  It is my thing, I do the work of giving service as well, I just want a solution to this problem from all of you, I am ready to check my car in every way.

                                    I have purchased a venue top model petrol in the month of November 2019. During the second servicing of the car, the air purifier was found to be dysfunctional. The service center personnel took a video of the product and assured for replacement of the dysfunctional part but more than six month have passed and I am yet to receive the part. I have also contacted the toll free number of Hyundai and raised the issue with them twice. The service request number is 1-[protected]. The toll-free number personnel only gave assurance both the time to resolve the issue and tried to contact the local authorised representative. But both the local authorised representative and the toll-free personnel never communicated the status of the complain nor have they resolved the issue till date. More so whenever I contact them they give assurance that I will be contacted and they will take up the matter on top priority but to no avail. It is impossible to understand how they are unable to replace a car air purifier for more than six months. The company never fails to advertise about the same but fail to give service to the customer once they fall for them.

                                    My complaint is to get the defective product replaced at earliest as it is still within warrenty. I have lost faith in both the toll-free personnel and the local representative. Hence I am submitting the complain here.

                                      Hello, I am Yashvardhan Singh Bisht, a resident of E-36, kurmanchal nagar, Lucknow ( permanent address) and resident of 004 A, Ivy Tower, Shyamkhait, Bhowali, Nainital.
                                      I have been a loyal customer of Hyundai wid no. Of Hyundai cars in my family for last many years wid personally having a Hyundai Eon on my name no. UP 32 FV 7636.
                                      I have had a great experience wid Hyundai wid no. Of good memories wid no. Of long trips to different places wid a trust in Hyundai.
                                      But really had a very bad near death experience in last 3 days due to the negligence of Hyundai Service department which includes everyone right from the service centre manager to the technicians .
                                      I got my Axel work done from Hyundai Service Centre Beeaar Hyundai, Mahanagar, Lucknow in Jan 2021. After that I got my ac replaced and servicing done from the same workshop this month. The height of negligence is such that after getting work done from the authorised Hyundai workshop when I was travelling from Lucknow to Bhowali, Nainital on Wednesday 21 April 2021 my car Axel came out while running on highway near Maigalganj, between Sitapur and Shahjahanpur, Uttar Pradesh. Due to the Axel suddenly coming out my car went out of control and the left side banged a divider causing the left front tyre and rim destroyed. I tried calling RSA but to no use and then had to got the work done from a local mechanic to save time and reach my destination in time as I had a real estate deal the very next day in Bhowali. I spent 10000 rs in changing the complete Axel and then after working for 3 hrs I finally got my car at 6.15 p.m. I started the further journey and at around 8.30 p.m. after just covering a distances of 80 kms the Axel again came out as I was travelling in the middle of the night on the highway in an isolated place . Worried as my wife and 5 puppies were along wid me I asked the help of the local police who arranged a local mechanic who reached me in 1 hr. But as I had no faith in the local mechanics I called RSA and they told me that they could only help me in the morning . Left wid no option I had to take the car towed to the local mechanic paying him 2500 rs. as I was worried about my family and pets. The mechanic removed the tyre and saw that the Axel had again come out and was needed to replace again. But he had no parts at that moment so requested us to wait till morning. I had to hire a taxi to go to the nearest hotel at which I checked in at around 11.45 p.m.
                                      Then I called the Hyundai person whose no. I got from the RSA and was talking to him since 8.30. P.m.but by then he had switched off the phone. Left wid no option I decided to call in the morning. I called RSA in the morning at around 7 a.m. and then got a no. Of Mr Suresh working in AKC Hyundai, bareily. I told him the whole story and he asked me to bring the car to the workshop. He arranged for a towing van for which I paid 3500 rs as the distance from the workshop to the car was around 60 kms. I paid the local mechanic 1500 for his labour and took the car to the AKC bareilly. I reached the service centre at 12 noon only to find out that the Axel was not available there . One Mr. Rajeev asked me to go to the nearest market and get that part. I booked an auto paying 300 rs to save my time and got the part Axel for 3500 rs which should have been arranged by the workshop before my reaching there . Then the mechanics replaced all the parts of the left side of a which I have the bill for which I paid 6000. I was handed over the car by Mr Rajeev telling me drive the car slowly as aparon is a bit damaged. I asked him y he was saying this after I got the Axel changed in the workshop. He assured me that there will be no issue wid the Axel . I got the car at around 5 p.m.and reached hotel at around 6. But as was left wid no confidence in the car I decided to leave in the morning. Next morning on 23 I left at 8 a.m wid no confidence at all in the car, driving very slowly at 40-50 kmph.
                                      The distance from the hotel to Bhowali was only 170 . The car's left front tyre was continuously rubbing the back side bcoz there was no proper adjustment done at the workshop. At around bhimtal suddenly the car started making too much sound so i very slowly took the car to mybdestination worried just wanting to reach my place. I somehow managed to reach there wid a lot of sound. The next day on 24 which was Saturday I went to a local mechanic who was shocked to see the car and asked me to call the workshop to have a talk wid them. I called Mr Suresh and the mechanic scolded him and shouted at him for risking our life. To my surprise and shock I found out that the workshop mechanic forgot to put the nut bolt on the shockers and forgot to tighten the bolts on the left front brakes bcoz of which one nut bolt had fallen somewhere and the other was without bolt and came out wid just a touch. If it had came out while driving I would have met an accident as brakes would have not worked and shocker would have comes down bending the car on the left side wid no control.
                                      After the talk I ask the mechanic to tighten the nut bolts and paid him 1200 rs. As Saturday and Sunday was lockdown in Uttarakhand I didn't go out. On Monday I went out for some work as Uttarakhand was also imposing lockdown. I was just 7 kms from my home when the car started making the same sound so I stopped it immediately only to find out 2 bolts came out from the Axel wid the same problem. I called AKC Hyundai only to get an irresponsible reply from Mr Suresh and Manager Mr Pradeep telling they were not responsible for it even when they changed the whole Axel and chimta and everything. I had an heated argument wid them and told them not to worry as I am filing a fir against them and will bring them here in Nainital.
                                      Now pls tell me who is responsible for the inconvenience caused to me, my family and pets both mental and financial almost risking my life due to the improper services provided to me by the Beeaar and AKC Hyundai and the negligence of the mechanics.
                                      I paid 1700 at beeaar in Jan
                                      14000 in April
                                      10000 to the local mechanic at Maigalganj
                                      2000 for towing and 1500 to the mechanic at Fatehganj poorbi
                                      3500 for towing till the workshop AKC Hyundai
                                      300 for auto
                                      3500 for Axel, 6000 at AKC
                                      10000 at hotel
                                      1200 to the local mechanic in bhowali
                                      1400 for booking a taxi and reaching my home yesterday.
                                      1360 for purchasing RSA
                                      And my car is still by the side of road unsafe.
                                      I am filing an fir against Hyundai and everyone responsible and even going to the consumer court claiming 50 lakhs for all the troubles caused to me bcoz of Hyundai causing me mental and financial loss and risking my and my family and my pets lives. I am also filing a complain to the PETA for the trouble caused to my pets bcoz of the negligence of Hyundai.

                                        Hello Team,
                                        I have booked an i20 sportz (S.Night) from Shivang Hyundai Aligarh on 21 feb 2021. At the time of booking, they informed us that the price of the car was Rs 8, 87, 206. It takes them more than 2 months to deliver the car. Now when the car has arrived at the showroom, they are asking 10, 000 more from the previous amount ie., Rs 8, 97, 000. I have enquired this in some other places in my state itself. Every other dealer of Hyundai is asking for Rs 8, 69, 100 but only Shivang Hyundai Dealer is asking for Rs 25000 more from other dealer. I have visited the showroom and their way of taking feedback was totally unprofessional. They were very rude at the face. I request you to kindly help me in this scenario as I have waited for more than 2 months to get the car.
