I am a doctor working in Kerala health service department. I decided to buy a new car for my wife in exchange for a 2014 alto. My first choice was i10 nios. So I approached Hyundai dealer in alappuzha district and got a quote for nios. Exchange value for my old car was quoted as 1.8 lacs by the sales/evaluator after examining the car and documents thoroughly. I decided to go ahead with the offer. I gave him my car and related documents and signed a cheque for the new car. After everything was done, the guy called me and said that my old car will get only 1.35 lacs. So I canceled the order and took back the booking amount of ₹5000 and my cheque. Later when I approached the kollam dealer, I came to know that these guys were connected and in tie up. So I dropped my plan to buy nios and I approached Nexa and booked Ignis. The approach from Nexa was 100%professional and I got the car yesterday without any problems. I have 3 santros in my family and I love Hyundai very much. When I told my experience to my doctor friends, 3 of them shared similar experiences with dealers in kollam and alappuzha. Iam not writing all the details here. But the headache caused to us by these unprofessional guys are uncomparable. So I request you to take immediate steps to control these guys and bring in more professional dealerships like Nexa. Thank you

    I am owning a car of hundai i20 since last 3 years. I used two other cars of other company previously i.e. since a decade I own a car and your warranty executive Mr Kamalnayan Patel Gujarat head says that I don't know how to drive. This is a sheer insulting tone used by your executive and there is much more that I am willing to talk.
    The showroom replaced parts that were not required to be replaced and other parts were damaged due to improper installation of parts.
    Urgent attention required as my car is in the showroon at Junagadh Om hundai and I am in urgent requirment of my car dye to medical reasons.
    I expect a call back from your side sorting out the matter.

    I am really very disappointed with the services rendered by the company as well as the responses given to me verbally by the staff appointed. I request higher authorities for intervention as my car is facing such issues because of the showrooms fault. They replaced the parts which were not required at all. They behave in a very rude manner.
    Where is the after sales services provided by the company?
    Is the company not interested in solving the customers issues?
    Request higher authorities for intervention as the matter needs to be solved.

      Its been 5 months since I have raised a request regarding replacement of my malfunctioning AV system of Creta 2018 model. Many emails have been forwarded by the concerned service centre but no concrete resolution has been yet addressed. Kindly look into the matter.
      Even after month and a half after complaining no satisfactory response from the company.

        This is Hanamant Ashok Bhusaraddi this is to inform that I had booked hyundai creta E variant Diesel on 26 November 2020 but unfortunately they are failed to deliver the vehicle on mentioned date, so on request i sent them a mail to cancel the booking and refund my amount, I sent them a mail on on 8th February 2021 so now its 1st April I have not received my amount of Rs 11, 000. So I request you to please give me justice and I do not want to lose my money at any condition please help

          I had bought Hyundai Venue SX Turbo from Shine Hyundai, Lal Kuan, Gaziabad on 11 March 2021. From the date of buying to 31 March 21, they made all false promises and did not fulfill any. As like Delivery date, Best price and so on. And most important I did not get Preferable registration number of my car. After all this, I was asked for first servicing of my car yesterday. Firstly they didn't pick it on time and then didn't even deliver on time as well. Due to which, I had to return home by taxi. And when I reached home at around 10pm, the car was in very dirty condition. Not only from outside but also inside. It seems they didn't even touch the car and sent it back to me in hurry. And when asked about all this they are just saying I am sorry as always.

            On 15th February i have handed over my vehicle to CI Hyundai at Jinsi Maida Mill Road for servicing and Insurance claim in the vehicle. Now when the work is done dealer has not release my vehicle and said that the insurance claim is still pending from the Insurance company from The New India Assurance Co Ltd. One months has passed and still i am not received my vehicle and even not responding from Hyundai staff. Later i came to know that my insurance is eligible for claim settlement. The staff of Hyundai has done my policy in a wrong manner due to this i have suffered from february onwards and not getting my vehicle on time.
            Kinldy release my vehicle or else i must knock some other door to released my vehicle.

              Dear Sir,
              This Ramesh Vadthya from Hyderabad, I purchased our Hyundai VENUE SX 1.5 CRDM BSVI at your show room Laxmi Hyundai, LB Nagar, Hyderabad in the month of June 2020 and all related service like Vehicle Registration at RTO office, Insurance..provided by your show room people and I paid all charges and extra charge also.
              But they're made mistakes ( Blindly they are doing mistakes) in Data entry in RTO official website. My vehicle color entered Blue instead Polor White in Temporary Registration (TR) For Changing color it's take 4 months time. After that also they made a mistake in Original Registration Certificate (RC) that is Cubic capacity 5.00 instead of 1493.
              Now issue is,
              I am going to claim, insurance companies ( bharati AXA general Insurance co ltd) is not accepting due to Cubic capacity different in RC and Insurance. And also they clearly explained that in future any incidents accursed they don't give Claim.
              I approach your show [protected]@Laxmi Hyundai, LB Nagar, Hyderabad. The Branch Manager Properly not responding and moreover he tells that Company made mistake Providing Vehicle data to RTO.
              Sir, please rectify the problem with in 2days. And do needful.

                  My Veh no. HP 37E 1644 met with an accident at Indore. I sent my veh for repair to Prince Hyundai Workshop Indore. I am serving in Indian Army. My vehicle met on accident on 21 Feb and not yet repaired. I am now posted out of Indore to different duty station. As per my previous correspondence I observed that Employees at that Workshop(Prince Hyundai Rajendernagar Indore) is paying no attention to my mails. And not even reverting back to my mails where I asked them about estimated time of repair so that I can timely pick up my vehicle. Earlier also They collaborated with insurance company and made fool of me however same was brought to light and I got saved by one of my friend who is also working in another insurance company. Employee at Hyundai misguided me for commission from insurance agent by giving false estimate. I left my vehicle at their disposal but I am now totally not sure what will happen with my vehicle. I am also afraid of driving that vehicle because now I totally lost my trust in Hyundai. I will surely educate all my colleague, subordinate and juniors and seniors about this harrasment done by Hyundai so that they never get so much harrassed.
                  It is a very common trend that most businesses dwell on by making fool of Army persons and Hyundai is also one of them. Actually I lack resources and time due to exigencies of my Duty and service. Otherwise I have all the proofs to drag that dealer to court.
                  I can't trust your company ever. I just have a request that please give me the details that when will my vehicle will get repaired. And how much money/estimate will be asked. And finally I have to get my vehicle checked from some other agency before assuring my self that it is safe for driving.

                  One more thing this dealer Prince Hyundai Rajendernagar Indore.(Ronak Gangwal) asked for advance from me that is around more than one lakh so that he can buy parts so that he can start repair. A road side mechanic is much better that you people.
                  I promise I will never buy a Hyundai Vehicle ever and not even let my known to buy a vehicle of your company.

                    I had booked a Creta SX Petrol with Shivang Hyundai, Aligarh in December 2020. I only did it based on their PROMISE that same will be delivered by Feb 2021, or at max by April 2021 (Infact, the dealership agreed for March, but I agreed on first week of April to give them enough time, as I understood the current Covid circumstances). The manager at the dealership confirmed me again and again that he will ensure the delivery.
                    When I tried reaching out to the dealership a week ago, as even March is now almost over, they told me that they have still not placed my order(even in March), and that even for April, they werent sure. No assurances (making excuses about insufficient allotment and Covid). If this was the case, why was the order taken up in the first place on false promises and unrealisic delivery dates? I didnt speak a word until I realized that even in March, no one has called me or given any update on delivery status. Only after my repeated follow ups did I get this info.
                    My current car is a Hyundai as well, I dont expect such un-professional behaviour from Hyundai. Its really not acceptable at all.
                    Inspite of latest price surge, I was still looking forward to buy this car. Can someone from Hyundai look into this issue? I expect my car to delivered on time in April, else Hyundai will lose me a customer.

                      We have booked Hyundai create on December 25th 2020 and it was told vehicle will be delivered by march 20th 2021 and we have payed 1 lakh as booking amount but till now the vehicle was not delivered by the dealership. No one is responding for the questions asked by us on delivery of creta. I'm loosing trust on Hyundai as we are having lot of dreams and hopes that vehicle will be delivered on time. I'm planning to cancel my bookings and same will be informed to others on who is interested in booking Hyundai vehicle not to prefer this brand dealership.

                        We have booked a hyundai venue silver sx (o) from fairdeal hyundai chandni chowk ranchi on 14th feb 2021. We were assured that the vehicle would be delivered latest before March 15th or later by 15th april 2021. But currently we come to know that the model has not yet been billed by the dealer from the company !
                        Strange . We will further go for cancellation and refund of the booking as this was not expected from hyundai and further will not encourage ourselves or family members and friends to consider hyundai ever !

                            I left my car at Hyundai service at Bellary for oil change service after service i driven car for 700 kms and suddenly the noise came from engine side and checked the needle the oil was was not their Inside the Engine I contacted Showroom they said we have Done correct service but the problem m came after doing service soniar 25days over still they have not checked the car and Given any type of Service it's a commercial vehicle Day by day iam getting very much problem pls provide my car in good condition. Item facing lot of problems from left 25 days the manager is telling that i have done a mail still i not recived any type of approval from company side pls clear the issue.

                              After having paid extra for the extra accessories and Teflon coating etc, it is almost one month plus that the items have not been made available to me.
                              I regret spending so much and going for Hyundai car which carries actually a world repute. The customer by and large has seen a sharp drop in services before booking and a sharp drop after delivery of the car.
                              Following were the main issues
                              -Original Hyundai seat cover of CRETA not fitted
                              -Second set were only provided after two weeks after reminding the dealer
                              -Payment has been made for Teflon coating and anti rust etc, however it has not been carried out
                              -Additional fitment items for which payment has been made has not been provided till date.
                              -The dealer purely blames the company for non supply the accessories and no date is committed.

                                I had given my car Grand i10 sport for service at authorised service centre Grand Hyundai In virar on 9th March 2021. When I gave my car to Sevice center I always told them before u repaired my car provide me 1st quotation if Iam ok with quotation. Than only start working on that . Still without anyone inform me and they done the work . Meanwhile they are asking me to make payment
                                1st they told me u wil charged only 1700 to 1800 which is service charges now they are telling me your insurance is not proper so u have to pay whole money .. that insurance guy call me and told me ki madam wo apka end say issue hai . I told him how could we knw abt the insurance. You have tyup with them . When I renewed my issuance That insurance guy he didn’t ask me any questions weather we claim car in last insurance or not . Nothg he asked me just askd me to pay online money and done with insurance. We are bloody fool or what . I just really hate this Hyndai service since 3rd service always this people irritating me . Wasting my time
                                There were no further calls from their end. This shows their callous attitude towards customer.
                                Iam not going to pay any extra amount
                                I want my car back by EOD otherwise see what I’ll do I have all calls recording with me
                                And from 9th March to today is 25th March allmost 17 days Done I have received only 2 calls from them .i called in last week I asked for the update

                                I cannot find words to describe their treacherous service.

                                  I purchsed a brand new I 20 car on 24 th October 2019 with the registration number KL43 -M -6565 and chasis number MALBM51RLKM752042 from the dealer Popular Hyundai Vytiila, Kochi, Kerala. Everything was nice with the car. But on[protected], there was a starting trouble with the car and the same was reported with the Hyundai Road Assistance. They made a commendable job, a techiinician came first and within 1 hour their fleet came and collected the car to Popular Hyundai Vytiila .After two days they diagnosed the issue and told me that a part (PCKmodule)is to be replaced and the same is to be despatched from Delhi. On[protected]I made a follow up regading this they told me that they have placed an order. Then I asked whether it is despatched from Delhi they told not yet despatched.
                                  After that I regulaly make follow up calls with service centre and some they tell me that it is despatchef from and sometimes tell it is to be despatched

                                  It is a Brand New car and only done 20000 km and under warranty. But even after 11 days the compny is not able to answer whether the spare is despatched from from Delhi

                                  I tried to reach hyundais complaint register numbers several . But they are not functioning. Then 19 th March a wrote a mail to Hyumdai India regarding this but not yet a reply from their end.
                                  Being an employee with All India Radio, Kochi and have to attend the office a everyday I asked for a spare car with them. But that also not materialised

                                  This way Hyundai India is cheating a new customer like me
                                  It may take necessary action to solve the issue immediately

                                      Clutch issue in elite i20 petrol

                                      Am facing a major clutch issue in my elite i20 petrol car.the car is not climbing a normal steep by 2nd year.while engaging gear from 1st to 2nd gear the rpm is rising and the vehicle is not moving forward.
                                      My elite i20 runs still 18000 km only.
                                      Its not a minor problem in a car which cost around 8 lakh rupees.it is a major issue in all elite i20.
