I felt very bad experience with Advaith Hundai team on my Creta booking
I am attaching all related document to verify..

I have booked my Creta with above details. The Team was promised that car will be delivered on Feb 2021 and still my car was not delivered. I felt that my car was already given to somebody. Actually I have booked my first Car booking on Oct 2020 at Andra pradesh state but when I contacted in Advaith honda they promised that Car will be delivered on Feb. That is why I calncelled my first booking and another booking made in Banglore, Koramangala Advaith Hundai Branch. Even they never contacted me on Car status. On March 1 week, I visited Advaith Honda Show room at Koramangala Branch, Bangalore ... again they given one more false promise that car will be delivered before March15, 2021. Even Till March 15 they didnt call me and not provided any status on that.

The main issue that Adviath team send the car quotation to Bank and my loan(Loan Number:[protected], HDFC Bank) process already completed and credited 10, 00, 000/- advaith Honda account but still my car was not delivered. I am keep on trying to reach Showroom guys but I am not getting proper response.

Expecting resolution from your end asap. Waiting for your response..

    I have pleasure that I became part of Hyundai family again. But I have regret to inform you about my bad experience what I have been facing now.

    My name is Bharathi Sivaram. I bought a Hyundai i20 in the year 2019 February 8th from VB SRS Hyundai which is located at Cuddalore, Tamilnadu.In the month of August 2020 I faced some issue with my car. So I Contacted VB SRS Hyundai Service manager Mr.Balamurugan, he told us to sent our car for service. So we gave our car to service department. The Problem is We were getting some noise from engine and we feel vibration while driving the car .I told this problem to the service manager and he said everything is fine no issues. But we are not get satisfied. But he convinced us.

    Next time we normally sent our car for water service in the date of 19.09.2020. They clean the whole car with single cloth( for example by using the single cloth they are cleaning the entire body parts i.e. after cleaning the tyre with the same cloth they are using for glass also. Because o[censored]sing the same cloth glass is getting scratches. And washing the engine using water. My husband saw this service work when he went to take car. So he informed to that service person that don't use the the same cloth for entire body. He replied that you don't question me or instruct me to that. So we informed to service manager Mr.Balamurugan. he said sorry and and ask excuses for this. excuses. after that we closed it. But next time also they are doing this same mistake again and again hardly more than 3 times.

    In the month of November(30.11.2020) we were getting more noise from the engine and some different noise from the car. I explained this to Mr.Balamurugan again we were getting the noise than before. They have taken our car for service and checked it. And they said nothing sir everything is fine. second day they left our with same issues and by doing improper cleaning with single cloth.

    For Insurance claiming (28.01.2021) we gave our car to the same team. That time we said to change the front mirror and do some crack work. They have taken more than 5 days but not doing proper
    service. If i ask why it is not proper? They told me sent again for service. So we directly went to the showroom. That time service manager is on leave and no one is giving proper response. So we came back. Like this they are not doing proper work within a given days asking the customer to sent the car for service again and again. again. For this single work we were spending lot of time and waste of fuel and money.

    After few day we are not getting any response from anyone and then only we contacted service General Manager Mr. Manohar. I explained everything to him like water wash, engine noise, mirror work and paint work etc.., he said that he will take responsibility and rectify your problem. One day two members came and checked the whole car and told that righten side link rod is in weak condition you need to change that and they are also feeling the same vibration. By the next day they have taken the car for 2 days. But they didn't not change anything and said that link rod parts is not available in showroom we will change and give it to you by next time. they returned our car to my home.

    After two to three days they told us that they got some parts( steering column) so send your car for service. after 4 days we asked for status they told that steering column has changed so you can take your car. when we went to take our car all our queries are not changed. They put some scratches on door while servicing our car and they are accepted also. They said that link rod need to be change but they have changed steering column. and cleaning is also not done properly. when i asked this question to Mr. Manohar? all the service members and driver are group together and they started talking irrespectly. Manohar said that Everything is fine in your and hereafter we won't do any service for your car from VB SRS Hyundai team. do whatever you want. from out of 100 vehicle we will give service for 99 vehicle. We don't care about one vehicle. That one vehicle is yours. We Don't Care about your car. and we don't do anything for your car and my Managing Director is also supporting us.

    We are staying in Kurinjipadi, So Cuddalore branch is our nearby showroom but they told infront of everyone hereafter we won't do any service for your car .

    They said that as a customer you cannot do anything, whatever decision we made it along with management that is the final choice.

    They treated me in a very disrespectful manner. I feel very shameful in that moment. Is the right way to treat customer. I trusted Hyundai as a brand due to which id invested my hard earned money in its product. But now it has been taken for a toll. I Request you to take immediate action regarding this issue. Then only they will treat their customers with proper respectful manner.

Yet as of now the dealer keeps telling that some other colour is available which you have to take as starry night colour isn't available. Denying any further correspondences.

          It is to bring Complaints to your notice how poorly your entire India Division is working and has no respect for their Position, Job profile, They don't love the Profession they are in. Respecting the customer and valuing the Problem resolution is Far Far away at the Moment in the competitive environment.
          I GAVE MY FEEDBACK TO THE V4U SERVICE CUSTOMER CARE WITH 0 POINTS IN -NEGATIVE SENCE. THUS, V4U CUSTOMER CARE DID NOT DISPATCH OR SUBMIT THE CUSTOMER ID FOR MAIN HYUNDAI FEEDBACK.
          RECOMMENDATION: THIS V4U & TRIDENT SERVICE CENTER BANGALORE SHOULD BE CLOSED WITH HIGH PENALTY.
          I gave my car to repair and Service of the Vehicle because it was showing SERVICE IN 1350 KM APPROXIMATELY. They received the car and did not service properly for the complaints. For the all Problems I had a call and what's app messages. I was promised by V4U Manager Gaurav that he will get it done for me and the Customer Care Agent from V4U Internal told me they will address the complaints. But there is no response till date yet.My car wheel is still making noise from the wheel which they said will stop after some time it's from EBS and ABD.My car is showing that my Car service is Due in the negative (-2500) Kilometers. as I start the car it appears on the car's Dashboard Custer for 2 seconds with sound. This is a good thing to remind but it should be reset/set for the next service milage. How did they miss on this? It is very annoying.Thye did not fix the Pure Air system because I made a complaint that my car is not performing as the performance of AC was till a few days Ago. I can now smell other smoke and bad Odor from outside. (Verna claims that it has a Pure air filter to supply clean and odorless air from AC, which was working well but stopped for some reason). The catch is they have no clue about this technology that's really weird that an Authorized service center has no idea of technology is in use.Wheel Balancing is not done which is very essential. They Damaged the Hyundai Logo on the front Grill which I complain about but there is no answer. There is a mileage difference of 3+ KM while the car was in the service Center. That shows My car was in use.V4U also has no idea of Crouse control which has malfunction while driving. It stops working on the highway if I stop the car and want to set Cruise Control again so it won't allow for 15 to 20 minutes or some distance in KMs. There was Paint on my car wheel which was the result of careless Painting at the workshop.I request for action on these multiple complaints WITH IMMEDIATE 1. MY 3RD FREE SERVICE RESTORED 2. REFUND FOR THE AMOUNT PAID THERE SINCE IT WAS WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.
          Looking forward to hear back from Hyundai on Priority set to Critical (P1). I seem that there is a huge difference between UK and India Sales Service I am Unhappy. In UK I was Driving i40 and I was very happy with the services from Hyundai but it's the right opposite in India.
          There is one more bug in your feedback form page it doesn't allow Customer/User to write his points with Special characters and using full stop/period (.) (, ) ('') { () } etc. I have attached the Page screenshot for the same.
          There are many improvements that are required to be implemented in Manufacturing, R&D, Testing, Solution, Sales and Service Divisions.

          There are more evidence can be produced in Court to prove V4U Hyundai is Bad Bad Bad Worst service center. Sound I can't post here there are more defects I cannot post here. ar Phisical in Car.

            STILL THEY ARE NOT CONFIRMING FOR DELIVERY AND SAYING THAT ADVANCE CAN BE REFUNDED .
            More than 5 months over on false commitments.

            Please look into this and take necessary action.
            Tried VP Anupam Shukla also but got negative response .

              I have booked all new i20 asta (O) manual on jan 9 in Hyderabad kun kondapur. Can you please let me know when I will receive my car.. It's been more than 2 months now. I am told that there is no supply of asta(O) from hyundai to dealers. Kindly help and resolve the issue to receive my car at the earlier. I was told only 2months of waiting period

                Hi,

                I have booked all new i20 asta(O) manual on jan 9th .in hyd kondapur(kun hyundai). When booking the vehicle I was told 2 months of waiting period but it's already over. As per them Dealer is not receiving any updates from hyundai and no supply of asta(O) to them. This is very disappointing to hear . What is the need for us to book if there is no supply from hyundai. Kindly check and confirm if hyundai is not manufacturing asta(O) else I will cancel my booking and go for Baleno or altroz

                      Dear Madam/Sir,

                      I have purchased a new Hyundai Venue Turbo SX IMT from Popular Hyundai, Trivandrum and the vehicle was delivered on Thursday, 11 February 2021.

                      We have used the vehicle during the last few weeks and are very happy with the performance of the vehicle.

                      I am writing this email to highlight the tension and agony we have gone through, during the purchase of this vehicle. We have booked the vehicle on 28 January 2021 by paying Rs. 10, 000 as booking amount (please see the attached booking memo). While booking the vehicle, we confirmed that the much publicized 2021 price increase has already been effective, and fortunately the price of the model we have short listed Venue Turbo SX IMT has not been increased.

                      On Friday, 5 February, the Manager from Popular Hyundai called us and informed that the vehicle is out of production line and will be in transit soon, so we could pay the full amount due and block the vehicle against our booking. We had arranged for the release of our loan amount of Rs. 5 lakhs and cheque for the balance amount due (Rs. 645, 000) was handed over the same day.

                      We were very happy with the services provided by the Manager and Executive of Popular Hyundai during this difficult time, as almost all the services were provided at our door steps and we had to hardly go out of our home.

                      On Monday, 8 February, the Executive informed me that the vehicle has already arrived in their stock yard and asked me to provide the ID proof documents, so that he could arrange for the temporary registration on the same day. We were very happy with the prompt services of Popular Hyundai and early delivery of the vehicle.

                      But unfortunately our happiness was short liven, as a gentleman from the dealer contacted us, after one hour, and informed that the Ex showroom price of the vehicle has increased from 999, 990 to 1, 007, 742 and I have to pay an additional amount of around 37, 000 rupees, before they could assign the vehicle to me and do the temporary registration (please see the price comparison statement provided by Popular Hyundai, showing price difference happened between Saturday, 9 February and Monday, 11 February 2021).

                      We were so upset to hear this at the last moment, and asked the dealer to cancel the booking and refund the amount paid.

                      They informed that I will lose Rs. 3000 from the booking amount and will also incur heavy penalties for cancelation of my loan. However, we insisted that we didn’t want to take delivery of this vehicle, as we felt that genuine injustice has been done to us, by the last minute increase in the price of the vehicle, which was assigned to us, after making the full payment. Moreover we had already stretched our budget to own a vehicle of our liking, and we have to beg and borrow to raise the additional amount.

                      In fact this is our seventh vehicle we have purchased in India and we had very good experiences from Maruti, Tata and Honda while taking delivery of earlier vehicles. This time we were very keen to buy a Hyundai vehicle taking into consideration the brand name, reputation and after sales services.

                      We had short listed Toyota Urban Cruiser, Kia Sonet, Tata Nexon and Ford Eco sport, before zeroing on Venue. We had taken into consideration all aspects including the pricing before finalizing the make and model and also ensured that the 2021 price revision has already been reflected on the price offered. So the last minute increase in price was a shock to us.

                      On the same day, one Manager from Popular Hyundai showroom contacted me many times requesting us to give him an appointment to meet us at our home and explain the situation. However, we were so upset and annoyed with the whole situation that we refused to give an appointment and insisted on canceling our booking. However, in the afternoon he came to our house along with the executive without informing us, and requested us to give him a chance to talk with us. He spent more than one hour with us explaining the circumstances for the sudden increase in price from Hyundai and the limitations of the dealer to handle such situations. He however offered us the maximum discount from their side and convinced us to change our decision and we finally agreed to buy the vehicle. He personally assured us all the help and support in our future services related issues and gave us his personal contact number to inform him any issues related to the vehicle any time. We were so much moved by the commitment and dedication shown by a junior manager from the work force of Hyundai that we finally decided to take delivery of the vehicle.

                      But we are sorry to inform that the decision of a reputed company like Hyundai to increase the price overnight is not at all acceptable. At least customers who have made full payment of the vehicle should have been spared of the sudden price increase.

                      For cars in India, it is still a buyers market and as a customer we should be given the option to buy a vehicle of our choice. Cars are not an essential commodity, like petrol, where one is forced to buy it even if they increase the price at midnight.

                      Had Hyundai informed me about the possible price increase before making the full payment, I could have gone for my second option without causing any problems for the company and me.

                      I am forced to write this long email to highlight the tension and agony we have undergone while buying the Hyundai car.

                      The purchase of a new vehicle is always a happy occasion for any family, but for us it turned out to be one of the worst experiences in our life.

                      Apart from the monetary loss, it also gave us unwanted tension and frustration.

                      Request kindly to resolve the issues highlighted and arrange for the refund of excess amount charged, for no fault o[censored]s, while purchasing the vehicle.

                        Hie sir, for past 15 days before my brothers verna got damaged by hitting on a big speed breaker so the oil leakage has been started minutely, I concern the Hyundai staffs What to do, actually my insurance got over because He was in out of station, but the car stand remains in our parking . The staff gave a solution That Keep your car at home, I’ll send you a insurance guy, Don’t say what happened to the car and first get the insurance and I’ll claim for you ! I don’t know what to do and I also do like that . Suddenly after 15 days they saying that it cannot be claimed because surveyor is not agree to help us!
                        But already I said, no problem for the money ‘ just repair service and give me, but they don’t this cheating in the name of help.
                        Then Now i asked them for a investigate, but those guys getting fear that it will be problem for their job !
                        I really Got cheated and wexed Because of those ###
                        And my car was standing like an orphan in the service Center
                        We have more cars in Hyundai ! My family loves Hyundai brand, but the way these guys gameplay make us anger and hating !!

                          I purchased new hyudai venue SX IMT in 24 January 2021.Car number MH14 JH7648- Today dt:11.3.21 I planned to travel from Pune to Goa. Incident happend in Amboli ghat with Gear shift problem. Somehow we manage and passed maharashtra boundry but after few km travels again we faced problem to operate gear. Finaly i launched Compalint and requested car toe to service center. I want proper reason why this problem arrise and permanant breakfix. Me and my family suffer this problem badly. Now when my car problem will be solve?

The dealer is AKC Hyundai, Rampur Garden Bareilly. At the time of booking, I was promised that the car will be delivered by third week of Feb. Subsequently on my queries, the representatives at AKC Hyundai kept saying that order fro company end is yet to be confirmed and keep on extending the dates.
                                On 02Mar 21, I was told that company has not confirmed any order for Bareilly location for the month of February. Again i was told to wait for a week. On )8 mar, I got a call from dealer that my booking has been confirmed with order number [protected]. Till today the dealer is not able to confirm the VIN number and has not provided the availability certificate. In absence of availability certificate, I cannot proceed further for payment to AFD online and thus LS order cannot be generated.
                                The initial time line has already lapsed and the promise by dealer for 'delivery ''As soon as possible"' appears to be remote. I have drawn an advance of Rs 850000 towards the payment for which now I am paying penal interest just because of poor response of dealer.
                                Further at the time of booking, I was told that the insurance need to be obtained from dealer only as this is an agreement for the CSD vehicles. I am aware that Vehicle insurance is must before it is on road, but the reasoning given by the dealer is not convincing. Mr Owais, Mr Rohit Tyagi and Mr Tahir Hussain are the one who are representing AKC Hyundai.
                                I would like to put on record that I am proud owner of SANTRO XO for past 15 years. On being queried about loyalty bonus/waiver, I was being told no such scheme available.
                                At this juncture, in absence of satisfactory response I am compelled to review the booking and has conveyed accordingly to dealer. In response, again the time of few days is requested. There has to be a limit.
                                The similar response the same dealer has given to my colleague Sqn Ldr VishaKha Gupta who has booked Creta S+ but yet to get the confirmation.
                                This is the response given to loyal customers the one who are defending the nation. We feel cheated and highly disappointed by the attitude and non transparent response of firm.
                                I am flagging the issue to Main Depot too for redressal. With the bitter experience being faced, I may be provided with solution else my booking may be cancelled in toto and the booking amount may be refunded in full. The dealer may be advised accordingly.

                                    Hi all

                                    This is highly disgusting and unethical to see Hyundai ethics being exploited by dealerships to such level.

                                    Now when I have waited for 17 week’s already, I have been denied delivery by Neelam, Saurabh Shukla and Manu Srivastava at Safdarjung Hyundai, Gurgaon and advised to withdraw my booking application as there is no commitment date for the future also.

                                    I have booked new Creta SX(0) white at Khanna Hyundai, Kanpur on the 11th January 2021 with bookong id B[protected] by the token amount of 50, 000INR and I was assured delivery within 2month/8 week time period by the salesperson as well as sales manager and customer care manager.
                                    Upon asking about the same on the 6th march 2021, they deny the delivery time period ensured and refused to deliver the vehicle also expressed uncertainty of that too.
                                    Also, the behaviour was very unethical and rude, No fixed time period or date is provided from their side.

                                      I have purchased this product 50 inch led tv from shop. tv screen has got some display problem. I did complain to customer care but they are not giving service to repair this. They are misbehaving .i have all recording of misbehaving to me. They are saying that our agreement with hyundai has been cancelled while all number and email id on products are there of vediocon. I have talked to new hyundai complain number they are saying we give service only product 2019 or after. My product is in warranty and no company is providing me service for my product. Please look in this matter on urgent basis. Hyundai and vediocon make lot of customer fool like this.i did complain of consumer helpline but only complain is pending in entry mode.no response from them from two month.i did complain all over from six month but no one is hearing my problem.
