      Hi, I am Chackravarthi from Chennai. I purchased Hyundai Aura (Vintage Brown) from FPL Hyundai, Chennai. the car was delivered to me on 17-Dec-2020. After taking delivery of the car I noticed very poor mileage. I used to fill at Indian Oil Petrol Pumps. I took the car to the Service Station and they performed the Mileage test and the car returned only 13 KMPL on highway driving. They advised me to change the fuel to BPCL/Shell. But I really doubt that this will solve the issue as the mileage would not improve drastically with fuel from other petrol pumps. Please take back this defective product and replace with a new one. i have already spent over Rs.15000 in fuel and the car has clocked just 1700 kms.

        Hello Team,

        I am shivering right now !!

        I am totally fed up please keep this car with yourself only, I will not let this car enter at my home. My family members life is more important then this [censored] hyundai car.

        I purchased Santro Sportz CNG on 14th of Feb 2021 (before 1 Month), due to cng problem (starts within 10-15 days) my car was with service center at muzzafarnagar (U.P), Today i got my car from service center by changing regulator of cng and after few hours cng start leaking with loud sound and the smell spread through-out the locality, my neighbors start coming to my home and the sound of leakage was too loud and clear.

        When the car was about to blast, I felt helpless and did not able to understand what should be done, then one of my friend open the door and then open the boot and close the main valve from cylinder.

        And I want to know how a brand new car start creating so much problems within 10 to 15 days and i am fighting with hyundai managers but now i give up, please forgive me and keep this car with yourself only, I don't want my money also.

        It was a pre-planned accident.

        I want to know if explosion happened due to your worst vehicle which you provided me then who will be responsible for my family members life.

        Please escalate this issue with higher management of Hyundai..

          I had booked a CRETA EX PETROL Black with Shine Hyundai, Ghaziabad on 08.02.2020 with waiting period of 2 months. This car is supposed to be given to my daughter as her wedding gift in April. It was been told to me that your booking no. is 1st. In the month Feb-2020, and still i am not confirmed when i will get the Vehicle.
          Now, this is causing me major grievance, as I am not sure if the vehicle will be delivered on time, since the dealer is not giving a clear answer. I am also not able to book any other vehicle in such short notice. Please understand the concern, and do the needful so that vehicle may be delivered to me at the earliest and I may wed my daughter happily.

But they told me that car is in waiting list and whenever the car arrive they deliever it to me . I already gave them booking amount but they deliver car to other customer in sardulgarh and that customer book car after me . I still dont get my car .please intervene and solve my problem as soon as possible.

              Sir,
              This is to inform you that i met a worst experienence from your tuticorin dealer peeyesyem hyundai, tuticorin.During the time of new i20 launching, i participated. I got quotation from them. Due to new launch, they didnt provide dealership offer even a single rupee.. Before 2 months, i owned a new i20 from peeyesyem. Their offer may vary for customer to customer. If the customer force, the dealer offer some deduction. They promised me, that they ll provide under chasing painting, full body cover at free of cost. But, during delivery time they charged for that. I met mr. Mithun sales manager and complained reg that. Till now there is no response from them. They blamed the executive mr.siva. who is marketing . Now mr. Is not working and he resigned. Now nobody take response for my complaint. So i have planned to file a complaint at consumer court. Before that i inform to you.

                Dear sirs/mam,
                This is to inform that i would like to share about my worst experience from your dealer, Peeyesyem motors, tuticorin, s. India. I collected the details about new i20 from related executives. During that time, they promised me, that they ll provide body cover and under chasis painting at free of cost. But during the time of delivery they charged for that things. During that time i dont want to argued with dealers and executives. After few days, i met mr.mithun sr exec, sales. Reg my query.
                Till now he didnt reply for that..For accessories too they charge more.. i bought my new i 20 car with cash payment. They didnt reduce even a single rupee as a concession as dealership offer. Now i planned to file a complaint at consumer court for my query..

                  Brand new santro cng sportz engine problem

                  Hello All,

                  I purchased my new santro cng sportz executive model on 14th feb 2021 with lots of excitment and after 15 to 20 days it start whistling.
                  When ever i push accelerator it start whistling and pickup is zero, consuming huge amount of petrol and cng.
                  Went to service centre at shamli (U.P) location from where i purchased the vehicle.
                  They analyzed it but didnt get the root cause then they send me...

                  Hi Team,
                  As of now the problem is not resolved i have been already waiting for more than 2.5 months. Still you are not providing any solution for this issue. If the quality of the Voice command system of Hyundai products only work on this level ?. Not even comparable with JIO Dish TV remote which has the same features, its working accurately where the money which spent only Rs 2500 /-.. Whenever visiting a service centre you are playing the promo video it has very good voice command features in your car. Please don't play that until my problem is solved.
                  I thought the Korean Car company which has some standards of many quality checks on products before delivering it to the customer. The issue is very straight forward the "Blue Link APP" where you have given the 3rd party contract to develop this product is not up to the mark they are fails to deliver the fully tested product also from your end (Hyundai) there is no proper technical team to evaluate their product and you are simply adding that feature in to your car. Even the in built map is not updated properly, it's showing very old Data. For Example during december 2020 i travelled from Dindigul to Chennai. Nearby trichy Highway I searched for KFC on your map and finally reached some Tea shop. There is no KFC nearby that location. And it's only there for more than 50 Km. This is just an example many times it fails and goes to the wrong locations. Overall the Blue Link APP is totally waste. As isaid earlier even my 5 years old Maruti Scross has the same features it was working very accurately no issue at all the map in that car also fantastic not even compare with your product.
                  I am writing all my experience here for your benefit only to improve your service and customer satisfaction.

                  If this feature has limitations its work only up to this level . Please give it in the writing
                  if not getting any proper explanation or resolution from your side . Then you are forcing me to take other actions.

                    Hello, I have booked the Hyudai Creta from DEE EMM HYUNDAI (Defy Motors Pvt. ltd) 19A, Vatika City Market, Sec-49, Sohna Road,
                    Gurugram-122018, till date there is no update of delivery though very conveniently dealership said 6 months but such delivery schedule is too much for consumers . Please help me to expedite the delivery stasta.

                      I forgot my keys in car and called customer care for help...it was 8:30pm...they assured me for help but after waiting for long time I did not response...they called me back after an hour to say that they could not help...I was with my family...company technician clearly denied to help...being a new customer I m eligible for free road assistant service...but they asked me for money...I agreed that too...but after that tecnician behaved badly and did not came...

                        I have been associated with Hyundai for the last 12 years and very fond of your cars. Unfortunately, this time I am very disappointed with your services in Gurgoan. I booked # New CRETA on 13th November 2020 and it was promised that I will get my car within 3 to 4 months. Unfortunately, to date, I haven’t heard any update from the dealer. Hyundai is known for its customer services and it is one of the best car companies in India. I never expected this type of behavior / Service from Hyundai in India. If brands like Hyundai will do this type of behavior where people will go. Please do needful. I have high expectations from Hyundai also I am phasing a lot of problem for day to day activities as I don’t have any car right now.

                          There was a issue in ac coil so I gave my car in Mai Hyundai for changing AC coil in warranty. And they gave me car after 2 days and I took delivery at night 7.00 and den I went and parked car in my garage. In morning when I just sat in the car I saw a deep scratch on my touch screen and den I went to the showroom and showed them the scratch and they were not taking any responsibility. But while submitting my car for servicing they took pics of the car so I requested them to show me the pics which they took but they started to tell that the pics got deleted and then gave me assurance that they will complain to the head office. Now after 6 months they are still not replacing it. Now I don't have any other options and I was about to purchase Creta but I do didn't and now all faith on Hyundai is gone hope after this complain you will take action.

                            I felt very bad experience with Advaith Hundai team on my Creta booking
                            I am attaching all related document to verify..

                            I have booked my Creta with above details. The Team was promised that car will be delivered on Feb 2021 and still my car was not delivered. I felt that my car was already given to somebody. Actually I have booked my first Car booking on Oct 2020 at Andra pradesh state but when I contacted in Advaith honda they promised that Car will be delivered on Feb. That is why I calncelled my first booking and another booking made in Banglore, Koramangala Advaith Hundai Branch. Even they never contacted me on Car status. On March 1 week, I visited Advaith Honda Show room at Koramangala Branch, Bangalore ... again they given one more false promise that car will be delivered before March15, 2021. Even Till March 15 they didnt call me and not provided any status on that.

                            The main issue that Adviath team send the car quotation to Bank and my loan(Loan Number:[protected], HDFC Bank) process already completed and credited 10, 00, 000/- advaith Honda account but still my car was not delivered. I am keep on trying to reach Showroom guys but I am not getting proper response.

                            Expecting resolution from your end asap. Waiting for your response..

                              I have pleasure that I became part of Hyundai family again. But I have regret to inform you about my bad experience what I have been facing now.

                              My name is Bharathi Sivaram. I bought a Hyundai i20 in the year 2019 February 8th from VB SRS Hyundai which is located at Cuddalore, Tamilnadu.In the month of August 2020 I faced some issue with my car. So I Contacted VB SRS Hyundai Service manager Mr.Balamurugan, he told us to sent our car for service. So we gave our car to service department. The Problem is We were getting some noise from engine and we feel vibration while driving the car .I told this problem to the service manager and he said everything is fine no issues. But we are not get satisfied. But he convinced us.

                              Next time we normally sent our car for water service in the date of 19.09.2020. They clean the whole car with single cloth( for example by using the single cloth they are cleaning the entire body parts i.e. after cleaning the tyre with the same cloth they are using for glass also. Because o[censored]sing the same cloth glass is getting scratches. And washing the engine using water. My husband saw this service work when he went to take car. So he informed to that service person that don't use the the same cloth for entire body. He replied that you don't question me or instruct me to that. So we informed to service manager Mr.Balamurugan. he said sorry and and ask excuses for this. excuses. after that we closed it. But next time also they are doing this same mistake again and again hardly more than 3 times.

                              In the month of November(30.11.2020) we were getting more noise from the engine and some different noise from the car. I explained this to Mr.Balamurugan again we were getting the noise than before. They have taken our car for service and checked it. And they said nothing sir everything is fine. second day they left our with same issues and by doing improper cleaning with single cloth.

                              For Insurance claiming (28.01.2021) we gave our car to the same team. That time we said to change the front mirror and do some crack work. They have taken more than 5 days but not doing proper
                              service. If i ask why it is not proper? They told me sent again for service. So we directly went to the showroom. That time service manager is on leave and no one is giving proper response. So we came back. Like this they are not doing proper work within a given days asking the customer to sent the car for service again and again. again. For this single work we were spending lot of time and waste of fuel and money.

                              After few day we are not getting any response from anyone and then only we contacted service General Manager Mr. Manohar. I explained everything to him like water wash, engine noise, mirror work and paint work etc.., he said that he will take responsibility and rectify your problem. One day two members came and checked the whole car and told that righten side link rod is in weak condition you need to change that and they are also feeling the same vibration. By the next day they have taken the car for 2 days. But they didn't not change anything and said that link rod parts is not available in showroom we will change and give it to you by next time. they returned our car to my home.

                              After two to three days they told us that they got some parts( steering column) so send your car for service. after 4 days we asked for status they told that steering column has changed so you can take your car. when we went to take our car all our queries are not changed. They put some scratches on door while servicing our car and they are accepted also. They said that link rod need to be change but they have changed steering column. and cleaning is also not done properly. when i asked this question to Mr. Manohar? all the service members and driver are group together and they started talking irrespectly. Manohar said that Everything is fine in your and hereafter we won't do any service for your car from VB SRS Hyundai team. do whatever you want. from out of 100 vehicle we will give service for 99 vehicle. We don't care about one vehicle. That one vehicle is yours. We Don't Care about your car. and we don't do anything for your car and my Managing Director is also supporting us.

                              We are staying in Kurinjipadi, So Cuddalore branch is our nearby showroom but they told infront of everyone hereafter we won't do any service for your car .

                              They said that as a customer you cannot do anything, whatever decision we made it along with management that is the final choice.

                              They treated me in a very disrespectful manner. I feel very shameful in that moment. Is the right way to treat customer. I trusted Hyundai as a brand due to which id invested my hard earned money in its product. But now it has been taken for a toll. I Request you to take immediate action regarding this issue. Then only they will treat their customers with proper respectful manner.

Yet as of now the dealer keeps telling that some other colour is available which you have to take as starry night colour isn't available. Denying any further correspondences.

                                    It is to bring Complaints to your notice how poorly your entire India Division is working and has no respect for their Position, Job profile, They don't love the Profession they are in. Respecting the customer and valuing the Problem resolution is Far Far away at the Moment in the competitive environment.
                                    I GAVE MY FEEDBACK TO THE V4U SERVICE CUSTOMER CARE WITH 0 POINTS IN -NEGATIVE SENCE. THUS, V4U CUSTOMER CARE DID NOT DISPATCH OR SUBMIT THE CUSTOMER ID FOR MAIN HYUNDAI FEEDBACK.
                                    RECOMMENDATION: THIS V4U & TRIDENT SERVICE CENTER BANGALORE SHOULD BE CLOSED WITH HIGH PENALTY.
                                    I gave my car to repair and Service of the Vehicle because it was showing SERVICE IN 1350 KM APPROXIMATELY. They received the car and did not service properly for the complaints. For the all Problems I had a call and what's app messages. I was promised by V4U Manager Gaurav that he will get it done for me and the Customer Care Agent from V4U Internal told me they will address the complaints. But there is no response till date yet.My car wheel is still making noise from the wheel which they said will stop after some time it's from EBS and ABD.My car is showing that my Car service is Due in the negative (-2500) Kilometers. as I start the car it appears on the car's Dashboard Custer for 2 seconds with sound. This is a good thing to remind but it should be reset/set for the next service milage. How did they miss on this? It is very annoying.Thye did not fix the Pure Air system because I made a complaint that my car is not performing as the performance of AC was till a few days Ago. I can now smell other smoke and bad Odor from outside. (Verna claims that it has a Pure air filter to supply clean and odorless air from AC, which was working well but stopped for some reason). The catch is they have no clue about this technology that's really weird that an Authorized service center has no idea of technology is in use.Wheel Balancing is not done which is very essential. They Damaged the Hyundai Logo on the front Grill which I complain about but there is no answer. There is a mileage difference of 3+ KM while the car was in the service Center. That shows My car was in use.V4U also has no idea of Crouse control which has malfunction while driving. It stops working on the highway if I stop the car and want to set Cruise Control again so it won't allow for 15 to 20 minutes or some distance in KMs. There was Paint on my car wheel which was the result of careless Painting at the workshop.I request for action on these multiple complaints WITH IMMEDIATE 1. MY 3RD FREE SERVICE RESTORED 2. REFUND FOR THE AMOUNT PAID THERE SINCE IT WAS WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.
                                    Looking forward to hear back from Hyundai on Priority set to Critical (P1). I seem that there is a huge difference between UK and India Sales Service I am Unhappy. In UK I was Driving i40 and I was very happy with the services from Hyundai but it's the right opposite in India.
                                    There is one more bug in your feedback form page it doesn't allow Customer/User to write his points with Special characters and using full stop/period (.) (, ) ('') { () } etc. I have attached the Page screenshot for the same.
                                    There are many improvements that are required to be implemented in Manufacturing, R&D, Testing, Solution, Sales and Service Divisions.

                                    There are more evidence can be produced in Court to prove V4U Hyundai is Bad Bad Bad Worst service center. Sound I can't post here there are more defects I cannot post here. ar Phisical in Car.

                                      Car booked on 05102020, CRETA EX Titan grey at SAS station road Lucknow .
                                      STILL THEY ARE NOT CONFIRMING FOR DELIVERY AND SAYING THAT ADVANCE CAN BE REFUNDED .
                                      More than 5 months over on false commitments.

                                      Please look into this and take necessary action.
                                      Tried VP Anupam Shukla also but got negative response .
