Sir,
I had purchased new hyundai santro AMT car on 1.12.2018.from MONARCH HYUNDAI, SURAT, GUJARAT.my car registration no.GJ 05 RF 6702
since purchased following problems are occurd in car
1. Music system was replaced with in one month due to problem in system
2.car battery discharged with in one month of purchasing.
3.window glass not locked even push the lock button
4. On 17th february 2021 clutch plate and pressure plate damaged.
Car run with only 7800 km with in these 2 years.
As above problems the car has some manufacturing defect.pl.inquire it urgently.
Now my car is at "gallops hyundai service centre, vastral, ahmedabad, gujarat for clutch plate and pressure plate replacing due to break down of car from 17th feb.2021 replace it under on warranty. And need to check my car for solve the problem for use it without any problem as urgently as possible

    I paid full cash of INR[protected] during final payment and 10000 booking amount) at Lakshmi Hyundai Kalyan nagar branch on 29th Jan 2021 against purchase of my new Hyundai santro Automatic Sports variant.
    Initially the sales consultant (Suresh) committed at delivery date of around 15 days (by 10th Feb). He then called be on 6th Feb and informed that my car is ready and I can take it the next day. But the next day, to my surprise he said that it was some internal mistake and my car is not yet ordered. He insisted me on taking a different colour instead of the one I booked. When I denied, he said that the same colour will take 7 more days to come. When I asked about refunding my money, he told me stories around how the money return process also takes 15 days etc. Finally I agreed on a 7 days delivery time.
    But now when I am calling him to follow up on my delivery date- he has stopped picking my calls. And when I call the GM of Lakshmi Hyundai- Mr Raghu, he said that automatic vehicles will not be coming this month as there is some problem with manufacturing.
    I am super surprised with these responses. Being a long time Hyundai customer, I am now losing my trust on the brand.
    I just need my money back and want to buy a renault car instead. Good bye to Hyundai.

      I have purchased i20 SPORTZ CAR PURCHASED from universal Hyundai Ranaji Enclave, Masudabad, Najafgarh New Delhi vide Invoice nO N1232H[protected] dated 16/01/2021. They have charged Rs 600/- for fast tag and they have not issued the same. Even various Complaints they have not resolved my query till date.

        i will explain my concern...
        I had booked Hundai venue Sx, diesel from MCP Hyundai, kodungallur showroom on last month ( January 2021) and expecting delivery this week (February 2nd week). Yesterday, I was informed that there is an increase in price from February onwards and i have to pay Rs. 36, 000 more..!!!. How it is possible in my case, because i had paid 100%money on january itself (25th january)as per our agreement- see the details. And how i am liable to pay the increased amount which is happened on february.
        This is violation of section 415-420 IPC.

        I am not in a position to give any extra amount. So i would like to cancell my booking asap and request for refund...i would like to move legally for my loss due to intrest payable to my bank...

              Hyundai has official sales and service dealer 'Ritu Hyundai' located Near to Kalyand and Dombivali. With thousands of car already sold by this dealer in the past.
              Suddenly this dealer has closed all the service points in Kalyan and Dombivali. With this there is no service support to Hyundai customers.

              Customers are forced to go to Thane or New Mumbai for servicing which is not practicapl.
              Can HYundai do something about it on priority ?

                Dear All,
                "The sales people and the manager from Modi Hyundai are saying They lost our new creata keys and they did not find them whose delivery is planned on[protected]. Becuse of this Modi Hyundai didnt delivered our vehical". Can anyone believe !

                This is to inform you that your sales team at Mody hyundai, Thane were called for us to for the delivery of our new creta 2020 sxo turbo 1.4 petrol topmost varientl on 14.02.2021. We have booked our vehicle with the name: Pallavi Ramchandra Mangrulkar on 01.11.2020. The loan amount is already disbursed to Modi Hyundai and We have paid 21 lacs to Modi Hyundai. And, The vehicle is already registered with registration Number MH05EJ-8798.

                As per the commitment from the sales team, we reached at 1.00 pm at Modi Hyundai on[protected]. The sales executive assigned to us was reached at 1.45 pm. Then he tried to search the keys for our new creta 2020 and didn't get the keys. He and his team made a show of searching it with CCTV(Which we don't seem to be done) and at around 3.00 pm all were saying that they didn't get it even after the search operation.

                After a long wait of 4 hrs at 5.00 pm, we have to come back home without our car whose delivery was planned on[protected]. The manager has given undertaking to deliver the new keys within 10-12 days which is attached herewith.

                My questions to you my dear office executives and so called manager:
                1) Why should We wait for so long time to deliver our vehicle after passing.
                2) Why no one from the sales team is arranging the delivery of our car by 24hours. (Already crossed).
                3) The mistake was from the Modi Hyundai Sales Team for which we have to face many issues and problems in terms o[censored]ncountable loss.
                4) For 10 days, I have to travel with Ola which costs around 2000/- rs per day.
                5) Why should I pay Rs 2000 * # of Non Delivery Days starting from[protected] for predicted days (10-12 days), since I have to travel daily from Palava, Dombivli East Thane to Vile Parle West Mumbai.
                6) Why Modi hyundai is not requesting technician team from Chennai office to come by flight and cover their mistake which may cost 10k(Will the 10k matters for Modi Hyundai)
                7) @hyundai-India, why you have not taken my tweets serious and call back to at least know the issue and get in touch with @modiyundai to resolve my issue within 24 hours.
                8) You have already delayed the delivery of my booked car for 3+Months, why again I should wait for delivery due to foolish and irresponsible things done by Modi Hyundai Your team.
                9) For you we are just a customer and the sales department will not have any further relation extension with us, then what compensation you have planned to give us against the loss which I am currently bearing.
                10) Since the delivery was planned and promised in advance on 14.02.2021 by Modi Hyundai, We have called our friend and relatives for a party in the evening on 14.02.2021. Who will be responsible for the damage that has been caused in terms of money and in terms of faith.
                11) The delivery was planned on[protected] to gift this car to my beloved wife, Who along with my daughter was not in position to even bear this incident on that day, who will take care of the feelings attached with the event. For you all, we are customers and you just have to sell the car. You are not showing any courtesy to deal with this. And the best part is that they don't keep any record of who has collected the key for what operation. No Log Register is maintained. Can anyone believe in this era?

                Finally, I just want to inform you to deliver my vehicle tomorrow by[protected] and decide the compensation listed above, otherwise I will take legal advice/action ( motor vehicle act in Labor Court).

                  I had booked creta base model on 6th november 2020 and still not got the car..this is a failure from the company and the dealer said to me that you will get your car in three months and it’s already been arnd 4 months this behaviour and thing is not accpetable from Hyundai and it’s dealer..I am from Chandigarh booked the car from Joshi hyundai chandigarh..please help me out I need the car.

                    I need to register a complaint regarding non cooperative behaviour of your sales team. I have visited Kosmo hyundai showeoom, opp delhi public school jalandhar punjab to buy a hyundai aura car and i paid 11000 as booking amount on 4th feb 2021.but due to non cooperative behaviour of staff i was very much disappointed and decides not to deal with them. So i buy aura hyundai from Goyal automotive pvt ltd.
                    Now after so many request for cancellation of order and refund of money, staff of Kosmo hyundai is not responding to me and denying me to refund of booking amount. Kindly resolve this issue and arrabge for refund of my booking amount.

                      I purchased a Hyundai Venue 1.2 turbo car Mp-09 WC3651 on 31 may 2019 from Kasliwal Hyundai Indore.Now suddenly we are facing some issue in clutch on 3rd Jan 2021 Sunday we were running on National highway 150 km away from Indore MP along with the family, the car suddenly stopped .We called for Hyudai road aasistance, they assured us that they will be reaching in three hours but no nody turned up.we managed some how and reached Indore.Now again it happened twice since then.the car is under regular service and the total run is 10500 km till date since the dat of purchase.This is to bring to your notice that is not safe to drive the car with the issue.I need to raise the complaint. Hyundai company please treat the issue very seriously and resolve the issue on urgent basis .

                        Thanks for responding back..!

                        This is in continuation of complaint No. 1-[protected] dated 7th Feb 2021. regarding our Hyundai Car Grand i10 (Reg No UK17A7776).

                        We wish to let you know again and clarify on your response that we are not satisfied with the quality of service and response provided by you.

                        Please do refer below points w.r.t. our complain:
                        1. Car is not having physical damage
                        2. Car just ran 50K kms
                        3. There is a manufacturing defect in engine confirmed by your team which is also there in even in 2018 models
                        4. We gave this car to your team to investigate the issue in car but when we got this in return this car was having huge issues which was not there earlier
                        5. We are using Hyundai car from you approximate since year 2008 considering reliable vehicle
                        6. Even after service from your firm, car is in poor condition
                        7. Car is not giving any faulty smoke, no mobile oil issue, no overhauling of engine, then what sort of engine problem is there which is still not clarified by you team since last one week
                        8. Last service was done on 16th Sep 2020 and after that car just ran 1500 KMs with no damage to anything
                        9. Car was sent for initial checkup to you but in return when we received it, it was not in proper condition and was making too much sound. Here it was confirmed by your team that its a manufacturing defect.
                        10. We have small kids in family and if we are out of station for some trip, tell us, if this car stops on the road with engine issue then who is responsible for such a pathetic inconvenience on road with family including kids.

                        Note: There is no question of 'Out of Warranty' which you have mentioned in your response letter as there is manufacturing defect and no damage.

                        We are bound to take necessary legal actions considering that if there is manufacturing defect in car which is confirmed by your team, then why we are not getting proper service and replacement.

                        Please initiate car replacement and call it back due to manufacturing defect.

                        We will share this feedback to social media, govt site and to our known network with entire artifacts.
                        We also will make sure that Hyundai will bear with this feedback and unprofessionalism to be circulated everywhere so that people will think a lot before registering Hyundai vehicles.

                              BM HYUNDAI DEHRADUN branch has made false commentment time to time and fail to deliver my car which was booked for wedding function.
                              They have booked my car by saying that it will be deliver by Feb 1st week and then they started making excuse and started giving false commetment that it will deliver by 2-3rd feb then they informed that no car is available and if required go for same model Diesel varient but then again they promised for 12th Feb and again failed even when all the formality of loan was completed. THEY ARE MAKIN FOOL OF CISTOMER. THEY HAVE NO ETHICS TO TALK WITH CX. THEY ARE MAKING FALSE STATEMENT. Please esclate to higher authorites.

                                I have been waiting for more than 2 months / 10 weeks by now for getting delivery of my New I20 Asta (O ) MT Petrol 1.2 version. Starry night Color. Still not sure exactly when this get delivered.

                                I exchanged my old car by going with the promised delivery on Jan 15th. But second promise delivery is jan end. Spending money on OLA.

                                My Service Request IDs which I recieved from Hyundai india are 1-[protected], 1-[protected].

                                Vehicle booked on Dec 3rd 2020 @ Lakshmi Hyundai, L B Nagar Branch.

                                I'm not getting proper responses from my dealers. Charm, interest lost on the booked new car and lola money for cabs due to exchange of my old car and not getting old car RC transfered yet. Completely disappointed with Lakshmi Hyundai and Hyundai India.

                                  I purchased a new Venue diesel from Arise Hyundai Tengpora Bypass and within 4000 kms of driving, it showed me check engine sign and DPF sign. Then i took it to company 5 times since then but still it is coming again and again. My car is not accelerating and its mileage has gone down. In a new car, such things have developed but i don't see Hyundai is bothered about after sales. I would like to have my car replaced because i have not purchased a car to visit service centers time and again.

                                    I was fined by trafic police yesterday in Ahmedabad due missing of HSRP no plate. I was given no plate by dealer. I was never told about it.
                                    I am now shifted to Vadodara Gujarat

                                    Kindly arrange to send the HSRP no plate on urgent basis.
                                    My vehicle registration no is RJ 45 CG 4908

                                    Looking forward to have immediate solution.

                                      This is in regards to booking of car Venue Sports Trim Titan grey that i booked on 13th November 2020 paying the advance amount of 25000 INR in cash to the dealer Sai Auto Hyundai (Neelam Automobiles Pvt Ltd) Andheri, Mumbai

                                      When i booked the car i was promised that the car will get delivered after 14th January, 2021. But today it's 19th January, 2021 and the dealer says that the model is not available and cannot be delivered and no deadline is given until when it can be delivered.

                                      This really hurts the sentiments of customer by such a renowned company because of the third party car dealer. I got multiple calls in last two months to get a delivery of different models and color . If the required model is not available it's better to be upfront and update the customer then to close the deal with false promises and later on giving them different options after collecting the advance.

                                      I just wasted my two months in the hope to get the required model and color delivered. Instead of that i would have approached different seller and company.

                                      Please look into this matter as early as possible and organise to deliver the promised model and color in next 15 days or else refund the advanced amount so that we can approach another company like Ford and Kia for the deal as we already have their latest model into consideration.

                                        I have booked new I 20 ASTA IVT model on 25.11.2020 at Aditya Hyunda Dealership, Bhubaneswar, Odisha. It was promised at the time of booking that the car will be delivered in about 15 days to maximum in 1 month. However, till date I have not got the delivery. On the assurance of the sales executive, I have taken the vehicle loan from my employer company. But till now 2.5 months have been completed, and I am getting no response. Initially they were deferring for 1 week, another week like this. But now, nobody is responding to my call. I am very much irritated and frustrated at the way dealership is treating customers after the booking is done.
