I owned a Venue in the March'20, soon after around 5000Km the Air Purifier was not working during my 2nd servicing (15/11/20 at Kun Hyundai, ECIL, Hyderabad) the representative had promised the Air Purifier was raised for warranty claim and I was told it will be delivered by 20/12/20 but no proper feedback, now today i;e 1/2/21 the air purifier was not yet delivered and no clue of this material.
It seems Hyundai Motor dealer is least cared about my concerns and repeatedly giving lame excuses.
I want my Air Purifier immediately with no further delay.
I hope the Hyundai Motor takes note of this and replace AIR PURIFIER immediately.

    Dear Sir/Madam,
    I had booked one creta base model diesel on 22nd January 2021 at Dream hyundai Sector-3, Noida but price for same has been revised and now new car would cost me one lac Rupees more so in this case I do not wish purchase this car as this increase means I would need to pay almost 10% more for same product. I had quaried with sales executive that cancellation charges should be waived off as company has increased prices and it is unethical to cut charges in such a case but he said it would not be waived off although it is true that it is written in form that cancellation charges Rs 3000 would be cut but is it not bad trade practice to increase price and than ask for cancellation charge as customer has not withdrawn his part of agreement but showroom has increased prices of product. If prices can be increased like this what is the logic of such advance booking isn't it illegal trade practice to first offer something and than increase price but if customer withdraws charge him with cancellation. Isn't this agreement illegal in which one party is increasing prices at his will and other party cannot even withdraw you are cheating customers by practicing such illegal trade.
    I do not wish to escalate this matter further either cancel my booking and refund my full money or offer me car at price I had booked, I am not the one withdrwing but it is showroom which is from its commitment hope to get resolution to my problem at earliest.

      I have taken santro sports car which No is MP04EA4721 on dated 01-Jan-2021 from Bhopal CI Hyundai kohefiza Showroom have received good experience got good support from the showroom Staff. But yesterday on dated 31-Jan-2021 have given my car for putting seat covers when i received back there is a one scratch in the front opposite driving seat gate .it was not there at the time of handover my car to showroom... May I request you to kindly look into this matter and help to remove that scratch from my new car..because that's not my mistake...hoping your reply soon.

        CI hyundai hoshangabad road not providing My registration card since 6 month.
        i hv purchased new Santo mp 04 cy 9956 on 23 june 2020 and as procedural formalities, huyndai was to provide me new registraion card .but on sep 2020 they had given me registration card with my wrong name.i humbly requested to change My name.
        again i visited on oct 2020 and asked to give me My card.but that was kept inside cupborad with same wrong name.they did not bothered to send it to rto office.
        i hv called everyone in hyundai office everytime, more than 50 times.
        but 6 months have passed and still they have not corrected My name and yet not given me My registration card.

          I have purchased new Hyundai i20 car, Asta model, Turbo, IMT, Petrol engine, Eng.No.G3LCLM100994, Chasi No.MALB1511LLM015406, Reg.No.JH01EC1493, from Rama Auto Dealers Pvt.Ltd., Piska More, Rati Road, Ranchi-834005 on 18/11/2020. The starting of Engine from remote through Blue link app is not working from day 1, it was suggested if it is not solved then during 1st service it will be taken care off.But during 1st service on 21/01/2021 at JP Hyundai, Opp.OTC Ground, Hehal, Piska More, Rat Road, Ranchi-834005, the complain was explained, but could not solve the matter on same date and assured to inform me with in a week to call back.But after pursuance once, they have not called back to resolve the problem.

            Had taken delivery of my Hyundai Venue 1.2 Kappa on 16th Oct'20 - Reg No : WB08J4838 against exchange of my old Wagon R. At the time of selling my car with the used car section Hyundai Promise dealer, they had shared the bill for the same of 180, 000 . And for the rest of amount, 582000 was financed by Mahindra finance and Cash amount of 79000 was paid by me. In total amount paid for the new car was 841000. But till date after numerous discussions...

            Payment for registration was done through cheque of amount 21, 000/- and was cleared
            They said that we will receive the car within 2 to 3 weeks but till now i.e as on 28th jan 2021
            We didn't received it and if we call or meet them they are not responding properly and are saying they have no idea when will they provide us with new car.
            NO ONE IS RESPONDING PROPERLY ON THIS ISSUE
            please help us with this matter .
            As we have been waiting since long we want this issue to be cleared and we want to know if they can provide us the car or not and if not then we will prefer some another companies like maruti or kia

              You will be surprised to know that the car hyundai elite i20 astra registered TN 05 BU 5881, just a year and a half old has been to service station for 10 occasions with different issues. to list out
              1.shock absorber failure, engine noise and display sensor issue
              2.ac doesn't work
              3.wheel alignment issue
              4.shock absorber
              5.engine noise
              6.clutch issue
              7.shouck absorber, engine noise and pick up issue
              8.car break down due to engine failure and many more
              To brief an incident of near escape from a death on feb 2020 my family and myself traveling in my car while overtaking we experienced and sudden jerk in the engine and the car turned off in front of the truck that was about to hit us it was only because of the truck drivers timley breaking i'm still alive to send across a mail to you.
              i have again placed the car in service station of yours in chennai vanagaram
              FPL HYUNDAI for sensor failure, i lost my hope that the car will be back with a perfect stock condition,
              I kindly request you to look at the trouble of mine and I'm requesting for a car replacement as the car has never been without an issue in a single drive so far.

                We bought elite I20 In 2015. We as family are completely Frustrated with service expense occurred 94706rupees during the healthy run of car on road. Also, this was not covered in insurance. Major issue was a Hyundai service center provided us service even after the termination .. Sukreet Hyundai in August 2019.
                Addtionaly the current service center didn't provided us a great service.
                There was no service feedback call too

                  My name is Prince Jayakumar and I am a Hyundai customer since 2014. This letter is to inform you regarding a very bad service experience I received from S S Hyundai, Kayamkulam, Kerala. I have an elite i20 (KL-04-AP-3736). On December 24th I gave my car for servicing at SS Hyundai, kayamkulam. I had some complaint with the clutch, and with the front right side lower arm bush. When I received my car, after servicing, on December 26th I asked them whether they have solved both the complaints and they ensured that they solved all the complaints. On the very next day I realized that they haven’t solved the issues. I can see that they have replaced some parts of the clutch but right now I am not happy with the clutch condition because now the clutch is too low and it is very difficult to handle in slow moving traffic. Regarding the front lower arm bush, they haven’t done anything and the complaint still there. Few weeks back when I received a feedback call from SS Hyundai, I informed the same, and a few minutes later Mr. Sreeraj (Service Manager, SS Hyundai, Kayamkulam) contacted me and informed that he will make the arrangement to pick the car from my house and will solve the complaints and return it. I waited for 2 weeks and thereafter no response from their side. This is the worst experience I have ever received from a Hyundai dealer since 2014. Along with that, I have asked them the details about warranty extension and they haven’t provided me any details till now. I would like to give this dealer a zero rating for their extra ordinary irresponsible service. I hope you understand the situation, please do the needful at the earliest convenient.

                      I Ankit kumar from jabalpur m.p booked Creta E Diesel through Prestige Hyundai Jabalpur on 4th November 2020 & dealer promised delivery in written on Febuary 2021 but after one and half months when i visited prestige Hyundai dealer told me that i have to wait for 7 months which is very inconvinient for me as i sold my old vehicle & was expecting new creta delivery in feb 2021 as promised by the dealer.I complaint to Hyundai custumer Care about the false commitment of the dealer on 11th December 2020 & my complaint number is
                      1-[protected] but after giving so many calls to hyundai custumer care there is no proper response .I also mail at CR sales but no proper response from Hyundai Team.
                      I also spoke with Mr.Atther (Hyundai regional office Bhopal) & he told me that he will talk with dealer .Now i am without vehicle & feeling helpless as dealer & Hyundai India team is not helping me in this concern.So i request Hyundai to provide me vehicle as soon as possible

                        Hello Hyundai,

                        I have booked Creta SX on 13th of Oct 2020 with the promise of delivery by 15th Dec 2020 by Garve Hyundai, Wakad, Pune, Maharashtra.

                        But the vehicle is not delivered yet by the dealer and the dealer's response is always that the company is not giving them the allocation for SX variant and they cannot do anything about it. Till date 24th Jan, 2021, there is no response from the dealer. They say you can go and ask Hyundai too why they are not giving the vehicle.

                        This is a very bad experience for me as it is my first vehicle.

                            My name is Sanjeev Sethi and I have sent my car EON PB10-GM 4204 for routine service at Goyal Hyundai, G.T. Road, Jugiana, Ludhiana on 21/01/2021

                            1. The car was picked at 9 am in the morning and I was assured that the same will be returned positively after lunch, but I had to follow for hours on the phone before the car finally reached back to me at 6 pm, causing me to postpone my pre scheduled programs due to unavailability of car.
                            2. Usually the car smells nice and fresh after service, but the car was smelling weird from inside and the dirty duster was still lying on the dashboard.
                            3. It was supposed to be a routine service only and the charges for the same was conveyed to me on phone, but in the bill there were many other services included which were not mentioned to me before the service and I was forced to pay the whole amount of Rs 5630.
                            4. The free compound was insured before service, but they performed mere formality at the name of compounding. There are white spots and marks on all over the body and the car is looking in even worse shape than before the service.
                            5, The glasses are cleaned very poorly and a thin greasy layer can be felt by running your finger on the glass. As in winter season in Punjab days are shortened and there is fog in the morning and evening while going to and coming back from office, hence visibility is a critical issue during that time.
                            6. This layer at glass was causing the scattering of the lights of incoming vehicles, hence making it hard to see the road. I have to literally pull my vehicle off the road and clean the glass with paper. It was a serious safety issue for the driver and passengers.

                            The dealer is well aware that in India legal procedure is a time consuming and laboursome process and most of the customers avoid taking that route, hence it encourages them to treat the customer in such a bad way.
                            I urge you to take a strong notice of it and make sure such things do not happen to other customers

                              I purchase my car MH14 FX 2908 IN 2017 and till the time we are facing issue as suddenly the heat meter rise up and create car heated up which is not safe for drive this has happened 3 times since we have purchased and I need to raise complaint and hyundai company please treat this seriously as car is not safe to drive

                                Respected popular group i would like to share my bad exp with your popular hyundai umayanallor kollam showroom... i had a made payment for creta 2021 e petrol model suv as per representative staff mentioned and i force to make full payment on 7.1.21 for delivery of car on 12.1.21 on my wedding annivesary...on thatday i call showrrom person when should i come to take delivery, no responce from them later they told car is on the way there will be change with delivery after 8 days will confirmed on 20.1.21 last day i called sandeep regional manager to know when to come for taking delivery of car his responce is he doesnt know when will the car reach at their showrrom i was sttuborn ..while i hear that words ...cheating a customer like this by a reputing firm like popular hyundai is very bad...finally i should get any details of delivery of car till now so only i m replying to you to get a favourable and good dicission about the delivery of my car ..or else shall i had to go with legal laws procedures... please reply ...

                                  I have booked Hyundai Venue and after four months of waiting I am supposed to get delivery of the vehicle. But the vehicle delivery is held up due to vehicle insurance opted by me with my employer. And hyundai authorised dealer "Aakash Deep Motors Pvt ltd, Sambalpur, odisha sales executive TRILOCHAN DORA says vehicle insurance has to be done with us only as per company policy else booking will be cancelled and vehicle will pass to next customer on waiting. I donot think the 2nd largest car maker has low level marketing skill which attracts negative impression and impact on the brand of HYUNDAI.                                     I have been complaining the pick up issue in multiple services and root cause was not found before. The engine light was complained twice, but not fixed. Finally i came to know that the ECM issue was found and it seems it is an issue with i10 model and its a product bug. Please see this ink.
