Dear Sir / Madam,

I had purchased New Hyundai - Grand i10 NIOS CNG Car from your authorized distributor from INDIA M/s Kundan Hyundai, Chinchwad, PUNE on August 06th, 2020.

My Vehicle registration number is : MH14 - JE 0335.

From the day of taking delivery of my car I have been observing problem o[censored]nexpected wobbling / shaking while driving car . I agree, shaking of car depends on road conditions. But I have been observing unusual shaking irrespective of road condition. I have noticed this problem to Service Manager in Kundan Hyundai, Chinchwad. But unfortunately problem could not be detected by them. I do not have any compliant about Kundan Hyundai Staff. They are very co-operative and tested my car 4/5 times. We took test drive of other cars of same models, But I observed same problem. They told that problem is due to hard suspension in gas filled Shock Absorbers. But whatever technology of Shock absorbers, problem was observed. Even after changing & replacing new shock absorbers problem did not solve.

My daily running is around 40kms. While driving car everyday, It reminds me level of dissatisfaction in quality of car.

I am dam sure that there is manufacturing /design problem in my car which needs to be verified by Car Design Engineer. Rather I request you to send Car design engineer to observe this problem from anywhere in the world. Just for your information, I am Electronic Engineer & do not know design process of Hyundai Cars. But application point of view I am 100% sure that I will show your this problem to your expert team member.

My observation is that there is abnormal movement in suspension while absorbing shock particularly when car is running on normal abrasive tar / concrete road. Resulting this, Car driver feels that someone is shaking his both the shoulders.

There is my sincere request to you to look into this problem and arrange to do the necessary rectification. Rather this will help your design team.

      Dear Sir,
      I, Atul Dhawan, am the owner of Hyundai Creta 1.5 MPI IVT SX(O), Vehicle Number “DL8CBA5413” which I bought on 22nd October 2020.
      The vehicle to date has run only 2770kms within a span of 2 and a half months.
      The above-mentioned vehicle is self-driven and I have been driving a four-vehicle car for the past 3 decades.
      I am sorry to inform you that in such a premium car, two tyres have been cut during driving, which seems to be a manufacturing defect from the company’s side.
      As such, you are kindly requested to look into the same immediately and get my car’s tyres replaced. All the above information can be forwarded to you with pictures as well, if required, please share a platform/link.
      Kindly treat the same with urgency.

        Hi this is regarding new hundai i10 which i purchased on 25th dec 2020 and on 31st dec 20 the tyre apollo size 165/70R14 got cut without touch any sharp obect etc. it was automatically cut after 6 days of purchasing i have follow up continuously with sales team in Okhla koncept hundai but they refuse to replace it.

        i don't know why i bear it as no any single cut on tyre got.
        pls replace it urgently

          There is not a proper response given by harshali hundai to make my accidental damage car or they told to me there were not available damaged parts of my i20 or they will come in 15 to 20 days.
          They were not ordered my damaged parts while I came from 250km apart from harshali hyundai.
          Please provide a good service or provide damaged parts as soon as possible.

              Hello Sir,

              I would like to share my pathetic experience at Hyundai Showroom. We went to buy a new car at J.S.V Hyundai, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India. (JSV Hyundai Showroom - Gomti Nagar
              CP-3/10, Vijayant Khand, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh 226010).

              We accepted the rates provided by the showroom and there was no negotiation done as they have denied the request. And we were requesting to get a very small accessories as a complimentary gift from the showroom.
              They denied us very arrogantly and shouted in front o[censored]s and said to stop the delivery process of the car. It seemed like they wanted to say we can't buy a car from anywhere if they don't sell us. I may have understood if they would have said no in a polite way.
              The person Mr. Santosh Kumar was very rude and arrogant. We also thought to leave the car and go to buy some other Brand as we have value for our self respect.

              In the meantime a Junior Staff realized the mistake of Mr. Santosh Kumar and convinced us to buy the car. We understood his situation and took the vehicle even after such humiliation at your Brand Showroom.
              Mr. Santosh Kumar was so rigid & arrogant that he did not come to us to say a word ( sorry or anything) until we left the showroom.
              It was a very bad and humiliating experience at Hyundai Brand Showroom and we never expected such kind of behavior from a reputed company like Hyundai.

              Also the Customer Care Manager tried to safeguard by providing the false information on our behalf. This is the worst behavior we have seen from a reputed company like Hyundai .

                Dear Team
                I had booked a car " TRF SWAP BKG CRETA S PETROL White" with Raja Motors Bathinda in the months of November 12, 2020. with a promise to deliver the car within a month i.e. by 17 Dec 2020. Receipt of the same is attached herewith.
                But you will be surprised to know that the Vehicle is still not delivered and we are yet to get any confirmation date.
                I have to give this car to my daughter on 23rd Dec 2020 on her 19th birthday but the charm of getting this vehicle is already lost.
                Dealer keeps on changing the delivery date and still we are not confirmed when we will get this Vehicle.
                Perhaps we are feeling that the dealer is delivering our vehicle to somebody else everytime and ditching us. It hurts my sentiments to gift this car to my daughter on her 19th B'day. Now this car is of no use for me.
                You are requested to refund the money with interest and instruct the dealer not to play with others sentiments.

                  I own Hyundai Creta sx 2017 model my name is Ravishekhar Nipanikar resident of merces Goa and I service my vehicle at M/s Alcon Hyundai porvorim Goa. My service provider is using duplicate engine oil at time of service and charging exorbitant amount of Rs 350 per liter for duplicate engine oil
                  I requested him not to use counterfeit engine oil and purchased 5 liter engine oil of reputed company with specification provided on service manual of Hyundai company
                  The service provider agreed to use engine oil provided by me but mentioned on my bill that I m using counterfeit engine oil
                  I lodged complaint to him on first instance but there is no response and on top of it his maintenance manager and maintenance team is threatening me that they will cancel my extended warranty
                  The service provider is using counterfeit engine oil and charging exorbitantly to all the customers and making mockery of entire servicing processes only to earn extra money in servicing and also his maintenance team is threatening customers
                  Please resolve the issue with service providers M/S Alcon Hyundai at Goa

                        Its time for 3rd free service for my car, I visited the sai sreedevi hyundai - kakinada service center. They took my car inside the garuage and returned it in 15 min. I was shocked, how it be so fast.
                        The thing is that they have changed only the engine oil and done the car water wash and bought it back.
                        They say, they don't have the spare parts to change like - air filter, ac filter stock .
                        they also don't have the equipment of the wheel alignment and wheel base.

                          I have been a regular and loyal customer of your company's cars as I bought two Hyundai cars of your brand before. I bought Hyundai Acccent on 01/02/2005 (PB 36C 7887) from Goyal Automobiles Pvt. Ltd., Jalandhar, Punjab (India) and Hyundai Verna on 22/08/2013 (PB 09T 8642) from Kosmo Automobiles, Jalandhar, Punjab (India). I had a pleasant experience both the times and have built a strong trust towards your company. Hence, recently, I again chose your brand for my next car, Creta, however, this time my experience has been the worst and I am feeling harassed which led me to write to you about this highly unprofessional behaviour I have been subjected to. Let me elaborate.

                          There are certain issues that I want you to take note of and take a prompt action againt them:-

                          1) I booked Hyundai Creta on 04/11/2020 with Goyal Automobiles Pvt. Ltd, Jalandhar, Punjab (India) by handing them 50, 000/- rupees in advance that very day.

                          2) On 04/11/2020, they assured us to deliver Creta in a week or in 15 days being the maximum limit.

                          3) The agency kept making a fool of me, lied to me and misguided me about telling me that my car has been dispatched and is on the way to delivery already. On every call or visit, they kept telling me new lies about the dispatch date or about my car being in transition of delivery. So, by giving me false hopes about the delivery date, they deceived me.

                          4) They also took my former car, Hyundai Verna, at the decided rate of 4, 40, 000/- rupees which they said will be adjusted at the time of delivery of the new car. (So, I have not received any money for it yet)

                          Thus, they have a total of 4, 90, 000/- rupees of mine blocked with them since the booking date of 04/11/2020 with no delivery of our booked car till now.

                          Now, the issue is, it is 04/01/2021, today, and I still have not received my booked car. The agency is being very unprofessional and nonchalant in giving us any date of delivery of our new car.

                          Please note, as we booked our car on 04/11/2020, we should be sold the new car on the price of the same date. However, as the agency failed to deliver us the product within the promised time, now, they are stating that as the world has entered 2021, the new car will now be sold on the rate of 2021. It is completely their fault to give us false assurances by making false promises so how am I now expected to pay additional charges for the changed year. It is they who failed to deliver us the product on the booked date.

                          I am completely disgusted with the way the agency has treated me. I who has only bought cars from your brand and have been taking yiur services since February 2005. This is extremely disappointing and degrading. Kindly look into this matter on priority basis as with the absence of no car, I have been facing a plenitude of hassles for my daily commute. It costs me around[protected]/- rupees daily for booking a cab. I feel handicapped without a car. Please ensure to take an appropriate and prompt action or I will have to resort to take other legal measures for my rights.

                            [protected] my Creta car was given to Unity Hyundai jahangirpuri workshop for general service and bumper claim. The service was too poor and paint was coming off on touching it. Nawab khan, the incharge of workshop insisted that it was the best he could do. Since my Front Safety Guard was missing, I did not accept the car. He offered me to fix the guard with a broken one from some other vehicle. TG Yohanan, the GM o[censored]nity Hyundai assured me that he would get it fixed but even after three visits it wasn't. On[protected], I received a call from Nawab Khan at 10:30am and he informed me that my car was hit by a workshop driver. He kept insisting that the damage was very little and he would file a claim on my behalf but in the pictures I received, the car front was completely destroyed. THE GRILL WAS BROKEN, FRONT BONUT (HOOD) HAD CRASHED, BUMPER WAS DAMAGED, BOTH HEADLIGHTS WERE BROKEN AND BOTH AIRBAGS WERE OPEN. THE FRONT OF THE CAR AS WHOLE WAS PRESSED INSIDE BY AT LEAST 5 INCHES. I did not accept the car in this condition and the staff kept forcing me to sign papers for claim. They took my signatures saying that they will wait for my confirmation, though. I complained on Hyundai Customer care (Service request Id- 1-[protected]) But till date, neither any concrete action has been taken, nor even did I receive any response call.
                            The car is damaged. It will be always in a accidental category. Car value has been reduced. Its performance will reduce. I had to spend too much time.
                            The car was handed over to the Company in a good condition, with no or minor scratches with a trust. The time and energy spent on a simple servicing was not worth it. I would like to have the car in the exact same condition, which includes all the parts that were there in my car in the same working condition, the car was not an accidental category car. I DO NOT ACCEPT THE CAR WHICH HAS BEEN FULLY ACCIDENT. Dl 9c ar 4455

                                Hv bought new Creta SX in Feb 2020. 1st n 2nd service done on time. After one month of 2nd service my car having clutch and break problem and I went to Republic Hyundai kokar Ranchi Jharkhandon dated 31 Dec 2020. They checked and found master cylinder having leakage problem but spare parts not available. They placed a VOR in the same day but parts still not came.
                                Is this a sharp service of Hyundai motor. Why should we buy Hyundai vehicles if your service is very poor. I have purchased Creta in the place of Tata harrier. Master cylinder is a very common spare part of Hyundai motor is unable to provide a common spare parts then how they can claim that the Hyundai motor is one of the best company in automobile sector.
                                I am very upset from Hyundai poor service.

                                  I have a Hyundai venue 1.2 S -2020 BS4 car that has also a same problem of beep horn while locking and unlocking it is too annoying sound, and so irritating to our neighbors i always scare to lock it through remote key i talked to service Centre but they did not have a solution to resolve this problem .

                                    I've placed an order for an All-new i20 Asta IVT on November 7th in Hyderabad and have paid the required booking fee but have not received the vehicle so far. I've never seen a car company take 2 months to make a delivery and this is disappointing from Hyundai. I'm hoping Hyundai can make a delivery soon of my All-new i20 Asta IVT. Thanks.

                                      I booked a creta car 1.5 crdi MT E on September 1, 2020 via himgiri Hyundai, jhilmil, delhi. More than 4 months have passed and my car is not delivered. They even didn't tell me the tentative date. I talked to crm Hema, mrs shilpi and Rashid but they just fool me and do not answer. Plz tell why I should not sue them for misinforming me and causing so much mental trauma and waste of my time.
